The salesman (Ramy Fanous)was great. Very helpful and I got a great price on the chair, but it wasn’t the chair I really wanted. The refund was handled very well. Thank you.

I would like to preface this review by stating the customer service agent who initially helped me was excellent. Upon purchasing my furniture. The customer representative gave me dates for delivery which worked perfectly. Fast forward, the day before I received the confirmed date and toke frames of delivery. About an hour later I received a cancellation text with no phone or explanation. When trying to call I was prompted with a virtual assistant that DOES NOT give you the option to speak to someone. I requested a phone call back and the person who returned the phone call told me that there was an issue with the product being available so it was pushed out to 2/10/26. Frustrating but things happen so I moved on a dealer’s the next available date which was 2/10/25. Today (2/9/26), I didn’t receive a delivery confirmation so tried to call the store to only be prompted by the virtual assistant which wouldn’t allow an option to speak to a live person. Therefore, I drove to the store and requested to speak to the manager. I explained the issue o the manager and he looked into the computer to see what happened. He offered a date of 2/13/25 in which I explained that with the several delays that has occurred and how this one, I am losing money to pay someone to be at my home to accept the delivery. The manager asked if I would reconsider if they gave me $90 off or so. I asked to cancel the order. Throughout this experience in dealing with the manager he didn’t once apologized or show empathy to the situation. In fact, there was a moment o walked over to look at other items and not once did he try to assist to see if maybe there was something similar I could purchase. Nevertheless, I left and went right over to the furniture store next door and was welcomed in addition to feeling like they wanted to assist. I hope that this message reaches the manager who assisted me today so that he can re-evaluate his role as a leader in the store. As a leader you see the tone for your employees by your leadership and today (maybe it was a bad day) you showed you didn’t care or even express interest in how to make it right or prevent this from occurring in the future.

Juan Avila was amazing he was courteous he met the needs that I had and a shout out to Eric who moved the fireplace around a couple times for me. He was wonderful too excited for my new furniture. I would give them 100 stars but you only let me give them five thank you Ashlee.

The sales girl at the store in Montclair tonight, 2/2/26 @ 6pm, with the long black hair should be fired. She approached me at the front door wearing a blanket, draggingit on the floor around her. I told her not to follow me, she still did. I told her several times to leave me alone, I want to shop without her. She persisted. Then she told me I had to leave the store. She told me that several times. I asked someone to get me a Manager. He came, and so did she. I told him to get her away from me or I'm leaving. He had to physically turn her around and walk her away. I spent over $1200 there. I told the salesman, if she says one word to me as I'm leaving, I will cancel the order. She needs to learn that the customer is always right! I had to literally start yelling at her in front of the manager to GET AWAY FROM ME as she back talked! She needs to be reprimanded!!!!!
