I ordered a table and chairs from the Montclair store and the sales person did not add the table base on the list to be ordered...The person delivering it told me that I had to get ahold of the store to resolve this issue...I have been on hold for 15 minutes now with no one to help...I am having a party on Saturday with nothing in my living room but a table top and 8 chairs...never have I been so upset and disappointed in a service...and still on hold trying to get this resolved...worst service ever!!! ***UPDATE*** So I finally got ahold of someone and they told me that the missed base was in stock but they couldn’t deliver it until the following Tuesday but if I wanted to pick it up I could drive out to Colton to pick it up and it would be ready when I got here...they did not know what I was talking about when I arrived so I am still waiting for them to pull the base from their inventory...this is the worst treatment I have ever received. I understand that mistakes happen but wouldn’t you think that they would at least work with the customer on getting it resolved? Worst service ever!!!

worst customer service ever. When you call their local phone number it takes you to the 800 customer care. Can't talk to anyone. I bought a couch and after 2 months its falling apart.

Horrible customer service! Overpriced, cheap, wobbly, thin furniture. Not even willing to pick up old matresses and given the run-around. Absolutely will never buy furniture from Ashley ever! Better off going to Mathis Brothers or Living Spaces, so much better quality and customer service!

We got a 14 piece deal and we are fine with the furniture and what we paid for. We knew what we were getting. This bad review is for the delivery and customer service. I had 2 individuals (driver & helper) setup the furniture. One of the tables had a scratch and when I pointed it out driver said it was probably glue to just wipe it off. I explained that i could feel the scratch with my nail and they then examined the scratch. Driver seems to not care and doesn't want to deal with it says just to call customer service so they can replace it. Helper asks driver if he should take a picture and note it. Driver says no and proceeds to leave the house and get in the truck. Helper ignores that and does take a picture and comments that it needs to be replaced. I sign the deal on his mobile device and they are off. I call customer service and after explaining the lady asks why I didn't reject the table. Couple questions 1) who the hell is supposed to tell me that I can reject because the two guys never presented that option. 2) she made it seem like it was my fault because I singed. Now I have to wait for some technician to see if he can fix it. I question how many people are getting screwed by this service and hope they do something about it.

Wish o would have read some of the reviews. That being said. I’ll never buy from a company that ships UPS again. Waiting all day because the app says it’s on the way only to find out (spoke to rep 3 times through out the day) at 730pm that it never made it onto the truck. UPS has done this to us the last three items we’ve had delivered and I know the companies using them are getting the complaints but all they care about is the sale. Well you got the sale but you lost a future customer.

They did not have the recliners in store. Wanted me to order online. Was not happy that they didn't have the recliner in store. Employee didn't introduce himself. Took us all around the store. Will not be doing business with them again

I want to thank the Ashley family for their help. My wife and I had a very bad experience at another Furniture store so we decided to try Ashley and met Belen what an amazing young lady she helped out so much and no pressure at all to buy. I also want to thank Jorge and Jeff for the help making our purchase pleasant. Fast forward a week the delivery guys from Ashley show up and were very professional and made sure everything was up to standards. Thank you again

Poor. The base regular price in store is Much higher than base regular price from their online store. Seems like False Advertising. You wont know store higher prices unless you go into store. Then sales people can negotiate in the store so you think you're getting good deal.. Lowest price quoted from store Manager was 10% more than sale price online..??!! Sales people were hit and miss on being helpful and knowledgeable. Some were downright rude and unhelpful. Each of the sales people told you something different. And seems like they work on commission, so they fight over you, then once you've bought from one, no one else will touch you. Not a pleasant experience.

Buyer beware!  I  bought items at their store, they delivered the items, I returned some items, then 3 months later Ashley Furniture calls me saying I owe them over $400. Patricia from Ashley’s said if I do not pay, they will either send me to collections or show up at my house to get the items.  I paid for everything at time of purchase! I was in the store several times after and they even refunded me money. I have spent hours on the phone trying to reach the Regional Manager, no response. I am in disbelief on the customer service, organization and scamming that this company is doing. I did NOT finance anything, I paid for it at the store in person and it took over 1 month for the items to get delivered. Why would ashley’s deliver items is it wasn’t paid for? Do not do business with Ashley’s!! PLUS, they have dated furniture and it is not quality furniture either!

We were new in town looking to outfit our home. We were treated very nice by the staff here, attentive and not too pushy. Although we didn’t make a purchase, they were friendly. As we were leaving the parking lot, our truck battery died and we went back inside asking for help. Jeff, one of the sales manager, helped us out and we appreciated it very much! Thank you for being kind.
