Beautiful pieces of furniture scattered throughout the store. Representatives were kind and always helped when needed. However, this does not get a five star due to the location that it is stationed.
I am at a complete loss for words with the inexcusable broken promises Ashley's furniture has given for a customer who spent over $5,000 to furnish a home. Our first delivery was over a month ago; within that first delivery we received 2 wobbly barstools, 1 wobbly chair and a defective bookcase. The delivery team let us know that they scheduled technicians to go out and repair the defective items since they would not replace them even though we bought them brand new...I patiently waited a few days for the repair team to come out and no one showed up. I called the customer service department and they didn't know why the repair crew didn't show up - so, we scheduled for a second time, and guess what? No one showed up again. The third time around I went directly into the store (thinking it would make a difference) and had them schedule the repair team to come out again; guess what? No one showed up...3 strikes and I'm out, I guess? I took 2 days off of work (the first time I was luckily scheduled off) to wait for repairs of furniture that I paid my hard earned money for. I got off the phone with their customer service department about 30 minutes before I started this review. They apologized and offered me a 100 dollar gift card and a request to try to get the defective products replaced. I asked to speak to a supervisor and unfortunately there wasn't one available. The customer service agent assured that I will be getting a call the next day (I am not hopeful). I have spent an average of 30 minutes each time I called their customer service department just to speak to someone. When you add up the amount of times I went into the store to correct errors on charges, price matching their own website, waiting for the repair team who never showed up 3 times now, and the time I've spent either waiting to speak to someone over the phone or actually being on the phone with them, it would make any consumer sick. Your move, Ashley's. Make this right. Update on 1/7/2020 - They claimed they were going to replace the defective items and have them delivered on December 27---That same day I get a text stating that the merchandise went on back order... That's over 2 months of waiting and still not sure if the merchandise will be back ordered again.... All these issues and they are supposed to give me a 150 dollar gift card for the troubles... Definitely not worth it. A company this big should do more for their mess ups...not try to cover it with a small gift card. Update : January 10th - they have no explanation of why our bookcase was missing in the delivery... My wife took down all of the stuff we had on the defective one and now she has to put it all back, again. The 2 out of the 3 chairs they tried to deliver were more wobbly then the 2 we had....another failed delivery. Something is wrong with this company and we are sick and tired of the inconvenience.
Walked in during their Black Friday sale, just to look around, ended up walking out with a brand new beautiful bedroom set! Lucy was super chill, not pushy, answered ALL of my questions, helped me convince my husband (LOL) and got a hell of a deal! I’ll definitely come back to her when we’re looking for furniture.

Bad service in delivery too
Stay away from this store, store manager Jorge Soria absolutely somebody who never should be a NEAR costumer service, just got back from there and I still can’t believe how somebody in that position can be that rude and careless ! I bought sofa and table to be delivered on Monday 2 days before Christmas so they called me today( Saturday afternoon) to tell Me that THEY made mistake and can’t make delivery and that I should go back in the store and sign some paperwork SO I did I do understand that things like this happening every day but with no even saying sorry or even directly talking with me he just yelled a cross whole store that he basically doesn’t care I took Monday off to receive delivery we sold our sofa because we are getting a new one so now for Christmas my family and me will sit on the floor again I do understand that things like this can get wrong but this behavior shouldn’t be accepted so even if I need to call CIO of Ashley for Christmas I will ? Me and my family were loyal costumers of this place for many years I guess this is thank you Merry Christmas to us

Just came out and fully cancelled my order. The furniture store itself wasn’t too bad but their delivery team is horrible. No customer service and no one ever ever ever calls back to do a follow up. Scheduled delivery twice, cancelled twice without notification so waste my time and all the phone calls we have to make. All they say is so sorry for inconvenience. Every person I talk to is always lying to cover their ***. Took a month without furniture. So finally given up and got a refund.
