Sooo Disappointed!!! Nice sales people, took our funds very fast, but HORRIBLE delivery process! Waited 2 weeks and they showed up with 1/2 my order & wanted me to sign off when they didn't have record of the other 1/2. After calling customer service and getting the run around, they said nothing could be done. They changed my delivery date to 4-6 weeks. What????? I gave my old couches away!!!! Canceled my order and going back to Living Spaces.

Walked in and was immediately approached by MaryAnn, who at first was very kind and helpful. She helped us find our dining set quickly, and everything started off great. However, the experience changed drastically once we began checking out. While reviewing my order, I noticed that the online delivery fee was $99.99, while the in-store delivery fee was $169.99. As soon as I asked about the price difference, MaryAnn’s attitude changed completely. She rushed through processing my order before even giving me a chance to confirm anything, said “thank you,” and walked away. I had to stop her to ask—again—about the shipping discrepancy. She told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to speak with customer service, then walked away once more. I had to stop her yet again just to ask where customer service even was. Only then did she briefly point me toward the desk and tell me to ask for GracieAnn. When I arrived at the customer service desk, no one greeted me. I approached GracieAnn and explained the shipping issue. She asked a gentleman next to her, Omar, about price-matching the online delivery fee. Without even checking my screen, he insisted the shipping cost was $169.99. When I showed him the $99.99 price on my phone, he then said that the cheaper price was because it wouldn’t be “white glove” assembled. The look he gave me when he said this was incredibly rude—almost as if he doubted I could assemble a bench myself. Another salesperson, whose name I didn’t catch, chimed in to say that online orders are “just boxes dropped at your door” and nothing assembled. I explained that I was also ordering chairs online and would be assembling those too, so that wasn’t an issue for me. Instead of being helpful, everyone looked annoyed, and when I asked Omar about the price difference, he didn’t respond—he just typed silently for several minutes. Eventually he said I would receive an updated receipt by email. When I asked for a printed copy, he refused and said it would only be emailed. To make the entire experience even worse, a group of four salespeople were arguing loudly with each other right next to the customer service desk the whole time. It felt incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. This was my first and definitely my last time visiting this location. They are friendly when they want your business, but the moment you check out or have a question, the customer service disappears completely. If I could cancel my order and shop somewhere else, I absolutely would. Very unprofessional staff.
