Jeremy was amazing and so helpful as this is my first time furniture shopping for my first home and was not pushy just informative and kind ! Definitely recommend going here ! The atmosphere was great and everyone was super friendly!

Stopped by last minute and they were open later than expected, which saved me. I needed a sofa bed for the holidays and while delivery was a few weeks out, gave me the option to pick it up at the warehouse the next day. That flexibility made all the difference. Sales guy was solid, straightforward, and made a rushed purchase easy. Much appreciated.

Troy was very helpful with finalizing my order. He is knowledgeable and has a friendly personality.

Great selections of furniture, great customer service. We had to exchange one of our pieces due to being to large for the room we were putting it in. There was no problem doing that, they were very understanding. Only thing is it is going to take a lot longer to get the other piece, they say it's due to high demand. Other than that they were helpful.

I thought Natalie was very helpful she was no t pushy and I like that I felt comfortable relaxed and enjoyed looking around. Will definitely go back to Ashley's.

Ashley is not the store it was. I think they are financially in trouble. Waited all day for a delivery that never came. They said we didn’t respond to a delivery text. Rescheduled delivery for two days later. Never received any communication about delivery, no text. I called twice the day before. Always sent to a call center. Found out they do not have anyone to answer calls to the store. Call center said we would get a text with delivery information and to be sure to respond to it. Never received a text. Luckily furniture showed up. Poor communication!

Great service from the delivery men. Furniture looks wonderful. Sofa is super comfy and solid. The shelf is beautiful. It’s heavy though so you need two people to move it for sure. Love Ashley’s Furniture. I’ve been buying from them for many years and I have never been disappointed.

Tim was an amazing help to my mom and I. He was super pleasant to help us with different options and even helped translate to Spanish. Super thankful to him for that. Furniture arrived damaged. First a tech was coming to fix it, now a replacement is on the way. Arrival date unknown!

Just got delivered today and I love the looks. Goes perfect in my house. My sales person was a little slow in responding to emails and I ended up just driving back to the store to actually place the order. And it took almost a month to get it. Which is the reason for the four but so far I love it.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a new dining set from the Murrieta, CA store on Labor Day weekend. When they delivered the set a week later I was informed that one of the chairs was damaged at the warehouse and that I would be contacted and a replacement would be provided. 1 week goes by, nothing. I call and they say they are working on it. This goes on for over a month, they finally schedule a delivery for the chair and then they day before it is supposed to be delivered they call to tell me the set has been discontinued. So now I have only 3 chairs. I asked Ashley to return the set since it is incomplete and they are refusing. So to sum it up, Ashley sold me a $1500 dining set, didn't tell me it was discontinued, delivered a partial order, gave me the run around about delivering the remaining parts, and wont accept a return for an issue that is 100% their fault.

My original post would’ve gave them a four star but just two years after I purchased my furniture I will give them a zero star when I originally went in and fully furnished my home by them they made it a bundle that sounded great as far as wrapping in the Warranties on all of the furniture. I’ve had little things that have been wrong with the furniture, but no big deal My husband has fixed those things. Last month I decided to call in because my couch. A large sectional is caving in so I put in a claim. They said they would get back to me after having a technician come out Nobody ever got back to me. I called back yesterday and was told do you have a copy of your policy in front of you? We don’t cover anything that has to do with backing. We only cover stains and electrical mind you my couch has zero Electrical. When I called the first time, I also had called because the rail on my dresser had broke. I was told please read your policy We only cover color damage and electrical and again no electrical on my dresser so my question would be is why SELL me a warranty that wouldn’t cover my furniture. One of the tops reasons was the sales person told me how great the insurance coverage was on all my furniture.

We walked in and were looking at mattresses, we noticed that a salesman was busy with some other customers… once those customers left, my wife approached the salesman to get some help and answers on a mattress. The salesman acted like he was being put out and indifference, He finally just walked away from my wife and left her hanging there by herself. I was really pissed off by his actions. I reported this to the store manager (Ashley store in Murrietta) and told him that I didn’t appreciate how my wife was treated by his staff. He apologized and told me not to leave. He immediately got a young man name ALI that was wonderful and help. He completed the sale. If it wasn’t for the store manager and ALI, we would have left Ashley Furniture store and taken our business elsewhere.

Cece was very helpful. She was very patient, friendly and helped us find the right table for our kitchen. We had an all around outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I have worked with Tim at the Murrieta Ashely location many times now to furnish our rental properties, always excellent service received, good quality furniture, reliable fast delivery and installation. I would definitely recommend this business and will be using them again in the future.

Had an amazing experience at Ashley furniture all thanks to Fernando! After visiting several other furniture stores where we didn’t feel welcomed taken seriously walking into Ashley and being treated by Fernando was a breath of fresh air. Fernando was personable friendly and such a positive attitude throughout our entire visit. Listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect dinning table! Felt like we were sitting with close friend while finalizing our purchase.Fernando is true professional with warm and helpful approach!

Ashley Furniture should just go ahead and delete their phone number from the internet, because it’s basically decorative at this point. Calling the store is like yelling into the void — no one’s picking up. Customer service? Even worse. They’ll politely tell you they “can’t help with the store” and send you in circles until you give up. Want to know if something is in stock? Silly you. The only way to find out is to burn gas, fight traffic, and walk into the store yourself — all for them to shrug and say, “Nope, we don’t have it.” What a fun use of time. I tried to save myself the headache by ordering online, but when I saw the 2–3 week delivery, I figured I’d call and check stock first. Ha! Joke’s on me. Ashley Furniture doesn’t do convenience, they do chaos. If you’re looking for a master class in frustration, give them a call. If not, do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

Our visit went very well! Greeted at the store upon entering and Tim + Cece helped us out from there. We went in looking to see if anything caught our eye and suitable; we left as customers with a new couch on the way and very satisfied with the deal!! Overall liked the quality of the furniture and comfort level

Megan made us feel relaxed and was a pleasure to work with. We shopped around but ultimately came back to Ashley’s because of Megan. She sets the bar at your store for other sales reps to emulate. I was hoping for this purchase to be a great experience. Even though our sales rep Mike made purchasing an easy and fast experience. Saturday August 2, 2025 we received our dresser with 32 dents and chipped wood, 2 major cover ups, 2 broken drawers, and one piece inside drawer broken. Factory tried to sand down and cover up the damages, some were even covered up with sharpie marker. Today 8/14/25 When speaking to customer service about the issue they got defensive right away and said no refunds. I asked for a replacement because visibly this is not what we saw at the store to make me want to purchase this dresser. Customer service is saying “it’s part of the rustic look” I’m sorry but dent, and cover ups are not part of “the rustic look”. If we would’ve known we were going to have these issues we wouldn’t have purchased this dresser. We paid a lot of money for ashley furniture customer service to see these issues are normal. This is not okay. 8/22/25 CUSTOMERS BE AWARE DONT PURCHASE HERE! Customer service will not make it right for you, knowing they gave us a defective item, they are refusing a replacement and only offering fixing what can be fixed all other dents and a small discount. This is not acceptable I purchased a new item and what I received was unacceptable it came with 2 broken drawers, dents, and scratches that were covered up by markers before it was delivered to me. I’m not neglecting service new items should be turned in without service needed I would like to have my item replaced with a new one like your policy states I notified you guys right away. Service tech already came and I got on my ring camera them admitting it was damaged and they should make It right but that customer service will call it “rustic look” to have me keep the item. This has became a nightmare that no one in Ashley’s is making it right.

We visited about a month ago in search of new sofa (our whole home is basically from Ashley's) and we're regrettably ignored. We we're greeted by a lady who just pointed toward an area that had what we were looking for. We looked around and waited (even sat down) so that we could get more information on a sofa we liked. But nope! There were three, THREE, sales persons within 15-20 feet who just looked at us and didn't even acknowledge us. I even made eye contact with one but he was too busy chitchatting with his coworker. We ended up going to BOBs where we were welcomed and acknowledged. They lost a good commission as we spent $$$!

Associate was a nice guy and very helpful, although I did feel like we were trying to be tricked in to additional costs. Warranty, white glove delivery, etc. Wasn't fully explained, but automatically added to the invoice. Some less aware folks might not notice this process. Despite being happy with the purchase and deal we got, it seemed a bit unethical the way the associates are trained to try and hide and manipulate you with confusing discounts.

**Review of Ashley Home Furniture** I recently visited Ashley Furniture for the first time, as I moved into a new place and needed some items. Upon entering, I was greeted, which was a nice touch, and I was free to explore the store. I found a fantastic clearance item that was an incredible deal, so I was excited to continue shopping and took pictures of several other items that caught my interest. However, the experience quickly took a frustrating turn when it came time to complete my purchase. I paid in cash, yet I found myself signing numerous documents to verify my purchase. Despite already providing my personal information at the beginning of my visit and sharing my address (even though there was no delivery involved), I was still asked to verify my ID multiple times. In total, I signed my name or initials around twenty times, which made me feel like I was being penalized for paying in cash. Additionally, when I returned to pick up my item, two unpaid items were left in the furniture I purchased. One was a $50 blanket that I discovered only after arriving home; the other item I noticed and pointed out before they loaded my car. Now I will have to return to the store to address this issue. To add to the unpleasant experience, I faced a change in pickup policy for Sundays. I was unsure if I would even be able to collect my purchase, which was extremely frustrating after all the hassle I had already endured. Overall, my experience with Ashley Furniture was disappointing, and I left feeling overwhelmed rather than satisfied. Given these issues, I’m uncertain if I’ll return in the future. I hope the company can improve its processes to create a more streamlined and customer-friendly shopping experience.

I purchased a new couch from Ashley furniture and it was easy. I worked with Megan ( sales ) she walked me through all the different configurations and pieces offered from the manufacturer. She was pleasant, to the point, and thorough. The couch was not in stock and was to be delivered in two weeks. Tue couch delivered on time and Ashley communicated with me leading up to the delivery! Good job Ashley and Megan. I appreciate the communication. Great experience. Thank you

Fernando was outstanding! First he met us when we walked in. We had just left Mor furniture where employees were non existent! Poor Fernando had no idea what he was in for. He walked the store with us and helped us pick out furniture for our bedrooms, dining room and living room. The patience he had with our indecisiveness was awesome! We finished shopping our quote in one store! Going back next week to finalize! Yay! Update: The patience again and again and again, lol .. A month dealing with me lol. I would have been frustrated but no not Fernando. We were supposed to close on our house 2 weeks ago and it kept getting delayed. Well we finally were funded 2 days ago! So yesterday was our 3rd trip in but it was the final visit. We walked through all of the furniture we are getting one last time and made sure we were getting everything and added a few things on top of it all. Thank you Fernando! You were so wonderful. From the moment you met us when we walked in, to the moment my receipt was stapled to the warranty brochure. You helped us pick out the "starting over" furniture for my new house. My new chapter! This was such a stressful time for me and you made picking out my furniture stress free 💜. I will update after all is delivered!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Ashley HomeStore. My husband and I recently purchased a power recliner couch for our loft in preparation for the arrival of our baby. It seemed comfortable in-store, and we made the decision to buy it the same day. Unfortunately, once it was delivered, it was clear the couch didn’t fit our space and wasn’t nearly as comfortable as I remembered. I called the store shortly after delivery hoping to exchange it for something that would work better for our family, especially with a baby on the way. I was told very bluntly that all sales are final — no exceptions, no flexibility, no care for customer satisfaction. For such a large purchase, I expected at least some grace or willingness to work with us. We were more than willing to pay a restock fee and work with store credit - so they made their money and we were satisfied with our purchased. I now feel stuck with a piece of furniture that doesn’t work for our home and that I regret buying. It’s really upsetting, especially considering we were trying to create a cozy, functional space for our growing family. I would not recommend shopping here if you value any sort of flexibility or customer care after the sale is made.

Fast and easy service. We knew what we wanted, paid and left. Wish delivery was faster. We ended up choosing to pick up the furniture from their warehouse because we could get it the next day not 5 days later.

After shoping around trough all the furniture places we were helped by Cece, we didnt purchase the day we started shoping but when we went home the quality of the furniture and the quality of her customer service made us return within 2 weeks to finalize our purchase.

And, 6 out of 8 of my chairs wobble 😞 (5/20)Update: it’s been two days and except to send condolences regarding my review we have heard nothing from Ashley. I called this morning to be told they will review the problem and get back to me in 48-72 hours from today. We still need couches and a bed. Rethinking Ashley. *UNHAPPY CUSTOMER* (5/22)Update: Called them again yesterday. I received some compensation for my troubles and was told they would check on the status. Well, this morning I opened an email that says that the part has been shipped (5/21) and that my technician has been scheduled (5/30). The email suggests that I open the package and inspect the parts and I can cancel the appointment if I can install on my own...Even though I have told them repeatedly that my chairs wobble, that hasn't been addressed at all.

Bought a couch several years back and paid for the extended warranty. I ended up getting a credit when a piece broke and it couldn't be repaired and was no longer able to be ordered. When I visited to use my credit, I was helped by Chuck. He was the sweetest, most helpful guy. If you visit, ask for Chuck, he'll for sure take good care of you!

We went into Ashley not expecting to purchase anything and then found a dining room table set and rug that were exactly what we wanted. We were very happy with the service and selection. The price was even better than I was expecting. My only gripe is waiting two weeks for a Saturday delivery since they don’t deliver on Sunday - a pretty minor issue really. Our salesman was friendly and not overbearing or pushy. So really, no major complaints and we will definitely be returning soon.

We had a great sales associate named Tim, he was patient with us and informed us that the furniture we were choosing was in stock. Tim did not pressure us at all and we appreciate it. Can’t wait for our delivery we want to start decorating our home thanks to Tim.

I came in to just look around while my dad was next door at an appointment. I was so impressed with their inventory, everything was so beautiful and not too overly expensive. They have a little clearance corner that was amazing!!! I ended up buying a $250 fireplace for only $40. The sales guys were super helpful and fast!!! Kind of crazy all the paperwork and signatures just to buy one little thing but I guess it won't be like that next time now that they have all my info. I will definitely be back !!!

The quality of their products are not the best, and you cannot return anything except give them multiple attempts to repair the furniture. I Purchased a Cabalynn dining room table here 12/10/24 that was delivered, assembled on, 12/26/24. A chair completely broke when it fell, 4 days after delivery and the legs on 7 of the 10 chairs are all wobbly. I call customer service to return the item as I feel it wasn't any good quality how can this break 4 days after delivery. Customer service informs us we signed a contract at time of no refunds (its in the small print) and instead to give them the chance to repair the item. My wife explained we do not want this dining room table as we just don't feel the quality of table is any good. Since it hadn't even been a month we request a new chair, no that's not an a option they will send part and technician to fix. 1/17/25 the technician comes, he fixes the broke leg on chair and and tightens all the legs again on all 10 chairs. 8 days later again the chair legs are all wobbly again. Our previous table was purchased at Jerome's and lasted us 10 years. never one retightening chairs. How is it that these chairs in 1 month have now had to be retightened and break in 1 month? The quality is not there at all.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! I purchased barstools, literally same day of delivery, I assembled 1 and they did not fit my counter, I came in to exchange for ones that will fit, was told no return no refund. This is criminal, it stats on their website within 72 hrs items may be returned. And the ladies in the back cashing you out have attitudes and are not helpful at all! Horrible customer support. I had a wonderful experience at this Ashley location. My siblings and I planned on purchasing a specific sofa and chair set for my parents as a surprise Christmas gift. When we were ready to purchase, I went into the store and was promptly assisted by Tim Doan. Tim was very helpful and efficient. The person helping was great however someone from fiance (Nicile) gave him some bad as he was working up my order. Which I felt was very upsetting to him and he ended up ordering the wrong color. I saw the order and informed him about the color. He went to the same fiance person and had them cancel it. She decided to make a comment about the error that I spoke up and told her if she didn't distract him he would have ordered the right thing in which he agreed with me. I was sent 1 table before the 23rd of December and just placed it in the house without opening it as I left town for the holidays. On Christmas Eve I was called by someone from Ashley. To inform me that they sent me 2 tables and I would have to bring back the wrong one. I thought that one was canceled and should not be having to take it back to the store as it was not my mistake. I tried calling back but never got a call back or email. So if anyone can reach out to me because I am not able to take the wrong table back to the store.

Don’t let them trick you into purchasing the “protection warranty” for fabric or wood furniture. It’s no good,. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. It’s not as simple as they make it out to be. I wish I would have done better research on it.

I'm giving this 5 stars because the rep who helped us was wonderful. His name is Loron. We haven't received delivery or set up yet so I can only speak on the process so far which has been great! I'll update this once everything is finished and hopefully I can have the same outlook at that time. We stopped at Mor Furniture first and that experience was terrible. Skip everything else, head over to Ashley and talk to Loron! OK... one week later. Our furniture was delivered today. It was exactly on time and everything went perfectly. Delivery guys were professional, clean and efficient. Based on my overall experience here, I will never buy furniture anywhere else. Great job guys!

Ordered a bed frame and dining table, the sales rep told us they would be there within 3 weeks. The bed frame came, but was missing a piece so they didn't install it. We had to sleep on a mattress on the ground for a week while talking to several customer service reps and convincing them we had a useless bed frame. Finally they sent someone else and they said the slats didn't fit and we would need a box spring instead, they did provide a box spring. We still have the slats laying around and a thin "free" mattress we told them we didn't need, but were required to take. The dining table has yet to come. They pushed the date back 3 months, after we had already bought it... Paid a premium price for a lot of headache and still no dining table

I enjoy shopping at Ashley for their selection and the way they display their furniture, but their prices are a little high. I don’t care to get the many emails from Ashley.

If you want the absolute best quality and selection hands-down Ashley furniture for the win. Yes sure there was about eight furniture stores that we traveled to in our quest to replace furniture in two bedrooms. Once we got to Ashley the choice was simple!

We bought a couch and two chairs and had one small issue with the couch and it was repaired or fixed right away. There wasn’t any repair needed. Thank you very much.

There are too many items on the website that they never have in store so you don't know what you are ordering. Salespeople can be a little overboard.

5days after paying for my item from Ashely furniture , I received my furniture on the 4th of Oct 2024, unfortunately the contractors that was supposed to mount the Accent furniture came with the wrong parts& & so installation was incomplete. I was told to report to the main office, I took photos & sent out an email same day. I was told to wait 7-10business days to receive the screws & knots, & another couple more days to send out contractors to install & complete setting up my item. Very dissatisfying that I have to wait close to a month to get my order completely installed in my home. Very terrible customer service experience, Janie said she understands my situation but can’t provide me with a tracking number because the parts hasn’t been been mailed yet 😂😂😂. I wish I hadn’t patronized Ashely furniture & I hope you don’t have same experience. Heading to Home Depot to buy my own parts & self Install to move on with my life,

Worst experience in customer service after purchase...they had me scheduled for a Wednesday however they didn't show by their time so i called and they no it'll be Thursday. Okay no biggie. Than after our sectional was delivered i noticed a spot where the pieces must of rubbed together and made hole...I called and after some fumbling around I spoke with the back office . I sent them pictures and didn't hear back from anyone. So on week 2 I called again about what's being done? Back office lady tells me they've ordered parts and after they arrive call and set up for a technician to come out. So I wait AGAIN. I had wrote a email, never heard back. I call the store and ask to speak with the store manager. However, the same lady tells me No because it'll get transferred back to her.. And she never let me speak with anyone other than her.... 9/28/2024 Just wanted to do a update..On Saturday September 28 2024 I received a call from a gentleman for Ashley Corporate Office intact east. Mr. Black was very apologetic and wanted to hear about my experience. He was thoughtful and sympathetic to what we experienced and really wanted to fix the customer service issues. I will shop at an Ashley store again...just not Murrieta

They were rude, They were in a rush. They brought the wrong product. They lied. They didn't know I spoke spanish because I don't look like I would, so I heard the BS they told their dispatcher. They had to take the product back. It was friday.They were in a hurry.They were upset, so they banged everything around and damaged my old bed. I have no problem with Ashley's, except they hired the wrong contractor to deal with their customers. For that reason, I don't trust their judgment to conduct business with me again. The worst furniture I have ever bought. I purchased a bed for my son, and it arrived damaged. They are unwilling to offer a return or replacement. I have called them many times, but the customer service is horrible. This will be the first and last time I buy from Ashley Furniture. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Upon delivery of $5,000.00 worth of furniture, we realized that we had wrong measurements and the furniture does not fit in our living room. We immediately went to the store and the store manager told us that our purchase had not logged in yet and he said that we should call customer service, create a case and request if we can return or exchange. He said he will write an email and hopefully get us some help. After several days of trying to call customer service, we were finally told that there was absolutely NO way to return or exchange the furniture despite our detailed explanation and requests. Now we are stuck with furniture that would not fit well in our living room. We are not even asking returns but exchange but they will not help us . Be aware that they will not help you in any way in case you are not satisfied with your purchases. Unless you are 100 sure don’t buy here!!!!!!

This is my second purchase from this location. I was helped by Frank, thank you so much for being so patient with me and providing me with your great customer service. You really went above and beyond in assisting me with my specific needs. The detail in your service was superb! Walked in walked out, this place has only showroom furniture. You cannot buy only order and pay for delivery $99.00 which is a rip off company. Why have a delivery when you own a truck? They will not let you deliver to showroom and pick up to avoid $99. So there sales don’t mean a thing. Will never buy from them rather buy elsewhere.

Do not buy Ashley furniture. I recently purchased an outdoor dining table. Upon the very first use, it stained instantly simply from touching it, not food stains. I reached out to the store to speak to someone regarding this issue. Tom, the store manager was almost impossible to get ahold of, and customer service was terrible and unhelpful. I was told many times that I would be called back, but never did. When I finally did speak to Tom, (after an exhausting amount of phone calls on my end), I was told that it is considered “normal use”. How can I have an outdoor dining table that I cannot dine on? It looks constantly dirty now. Such a waste of money. Incompetent store manager and customer service. And no you didn’t send an email regarding my concerns. Yet again another example of incompetence.

She is a beautiful and charming person. She's also a wonderful salesperson! 💕 We told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly what mattresses to show us. I was impressed with how well she knew the floor and the products. We did buy a mattress and if they had had more office chairs I was going to buy that too. I was also happy with how clean the store was. The way the floor is organized is great for shopping and sparking creative decorating. The decor was also lovely. I especially loved the color palette. Such a great experience. I'll be there for my next furniture needs.

We just moved to the area and were to buy new furniture for our new home. We visited Ashley Furniture store a few times to look at the furniture we wanted. Each time we were greeted warmly and respectfully by Mr. William. He spent a lot of time to show us around and answered all our questions. I honestly dreaded going into a furniture store to shop for a new sectional. The normal experience is sales people swooping over you, following you around, trying to show you what they think you're looking for, etc. But, much to my surprise and relief, our recent experience at the Murrieta Ashley's was a shear pleasure! Loron greeted us, pointed out how their showroom was laid out, and said he'd keep an eye open for us in case we had questions. He didn't hover or follow us around, he was within eye-shot so when we did have a question, he came over, answered it calmly (without the typical salesperson extreme enthusiasm that reminds you that they really want to make a sale), he didn't oversell, he was just an all around pleasure to deal with. We went in to look at a sectional, and came out having purchased a sectional, side table and rug! Probably would not have done so if our shopping experience was what I was expecting. We hope Ashley gives Loron a raise, he's a gem!

Loron helped 3 different family members with friendliness and patience, and was totally willing to make changes to orders as requested. It was a pleasure to work with Loron and we will definitely request him on our next visit!

Terrible. I bought the extended 5 year warranty for a recliner . The reclining mechanism broke about 3 months ago . I have been trying to get it fixed or replaced . I have had a rep out to the house to look at it . He said he ordered the parts and they would come to my house. They never have. I have called the warranty company several times and have gotten nowhere. This is very frustrating. I even have an order number. I was a big fan of Ashley. ☹️

I bought a sofa bed in this place, and after 6 days a part of it collapsed, they sent me technicians, and they all said it was a manufacturing defect, and they are not responsible, and it doesn't have to be that way, I paid $1000 for something that It doesn't work, I just want them to change the sofa, if there is a difference I will pay it, but it is not possible for such a large company to get dirty for so little, I feel cheated because no one told me about this fault in the sofa. update 5/21/24 As you can see, in response to what I posted, the people from this company asked me to send the purchase information and I already did that and they never contacted me, my question is really such a big furniture company can they lose a name and a reputation for as little as a $1000 dollar sofa, which costs a retiree so much to earn, is really more disappointing than I thought, I was left with a lemon sofa, but with a clear conscience, they kept my 1000 dollars but I don't think, if they have a clear conscience, I hope they respond and solve this, I am a man of Faith, and having to put in this place that they really are a good company and I was wrong, thank younew update, I want to thank Asley for answering and sending us a new sofa, the same as the other one, and as the Asley technicians said, it has the same defect, since it is a factory defect, so I am asking them to cancel the purchase and Pick up the new sofa and return the money, thank you in advance and I hope to finish this complaint and be able to give 5 stars to this great company. Amazing service !!

We paid $6247 for a reclining sofa, love seat and chair about 21 months ago. One recliner on the sofa went out leaving the chair fully reclined as far as it could go (motor on chair we almost never reclined) on March 20 and we called and filed a complaint under our warranty. A week later a technician came out and said the motor, electrical box and control needed to be replaced and he would order it. He said it would take 2-4 weeks for the parts. We called today (3 weeks later) after seeing no updates online and the lady told us she could see the notes and would made the order now. She also said it will take 4-6 weeks for parts to be sent to us, then we need to schedule with them to return and replace. Probably another couple weeks. So essentially three months to repair a faulty unit. This is very poor customer service from such a large company.

Natalie helped us buy our dining set over a year ago and the quality has held up so great that we came back to purchase a new reclining sofa and table set that the family loves. Mike was very helpful, I’d say awesome. I never thought I’d go into an Ashley Furniture Store. After having visited an Ashley’s in Laguna Hills a few years ago, and walking right out after seeing their prices, too high for me. I went in today to purchase pieces to match a bedroom set and was very pleased with the service and the price of theses pieces. I would probably return if their prices were more reasonable.

Went in to the store after moving, and needed new furniture, to my surprise I was immediately greeted, and helped by Allison Pinney who was just THE BEST. She made the best recommendations, and helped me stay within my budget.

I came in a couple weeks ago and purchased a couch from salesperson Allison. She was great to work with. , I told her that was in the market for a patio set and to keep an eye out for me. A week later she followed up and sent me photos of a patio set that was exactly what I told her I wanted. It looks beautiful in my backyard. Around lunch time on St. Patrick’s Day, I sent my husband w/our baby girl over to Ashley’s Furniture while I shopped next door at Savers. When asked by the Hispanic male sales associate if he needed any assistance, my husband responded that he was there killing time while wife was doing some shopping next door. After rolling his eyes, the sales associate proceeded to tell his colleague why my husband was there. They both seemingly laughed at the matter and awkwardly stared down my husband and our baby girl. Being dual military, my family has had our fair share of cross-country moves and we are continuously on the look out for furniture… Don’t belittle those coming in just because you don’t get the response you want. That’s immature, plain out disrespectful and definitely not how you treat customers in the sales industry or any one as a matter of fact.

Had a great experience talking with Ladarrious regarding options for my new home. Very informative and understanding of what I am looking for and my budget. Would definitely recommend looking for him if you come in to browse.

We visited this location on Sunday looking for a new bed and mattress for our daughter. Our salesman Ladarrious was so helpful. He let us take our time to try out all of the mattresses and helped guide us towards the right fit for our girl. Ladarrious was patient, did not hover, and really made us feel at ease while shopping.
