Bought a surprisingly good quality piece of furniture from this big box store - solid wood throughout. No one else offered this style of furniture for this price point with this quality. There is an issue, pickup and delivery, there is no pickup only delivery and it cost $100 and everything is confirmed through a foreign call center - EVERYTHING! The confirmation call is critical for delivery and there are multiple confirmation calls. I received my 1st call at 4:35 pm on Sunday. Missed it and the message was fast and very heavily accented. Listened several times with 5 variations of the number. One of the numbers was correct so I was able to move on in the delivery process. I imagine this is a company wide policy and process and it is not fun for the consumer but works for Ashley (and that's all that is important - right?). The number for the cal center is 833-578-0300.

My grandmother wanted new stools and because she is 105 couldn’t try the out until they arrived at her home to only realize she was unable to sit in them and wished to return.. normally once assembled,Ashley had no return but after hearing her predicament..the manager allowed us to return

Ashely really disappointed me in my first purchase. Excited for my new home & looking forward to shopping at Ashely didn’t live up to expectations. Miscommunication, late delivery, wrong delivery. By the time my order was got right & finally delivered after a month. The enthusiasm was gone.

Ordered a bed frame and dining table, the sales rep told us they would be there within 3 weeks. The bed frame came, but was missing a piece so they didn't install it. We had to sleep on a mattress on the ground for a week while talking to several customer service reps and convincing them we had a useless bed frame. Finally they sent someone else and they said the slats didn't fit and we would need a box spring instead, they did provide a box spring. We still have the slats laying around and a thin "free" mattress we told them we didn't need, but were required to take. The dining table has yet to come. They pushed the date back 3 months, after we had already bought it... Paid a premium price for a lot of headache and still no dining table
I enjoy shopping at Ashley for their selection and the way they display their furniture, but their prices are a little high. I don’t care to get the many emails from Ashley.
If you want the absolute best quality and selection hands-down Ashley furniture for the win. Yes sure there was about eight furniture stores that we traveled to in our quest to replace furniture in two bedrooms. Once we got to Ashley the choice was simple!
We bought a couch and two chairs and had one small issue with the couch and it was repaired or fixed right away. There wasn’t any repair needed. Thank you very much.

There are too many items on the website that they never have in store so you don't know what you are ordering. Salespeople can be a little overboard.
5days after paying for my item from Ashely furniture , I received my furniture on the 4th of Oct 2024, unfortunately the contractors that was supposed to mount the Accent furniture came with the wrong parts& & so installation was incomplete. I was told to report to the main office, I took photos & sent out an email same day. I was told to wait 7-10business days to receive the screws & knots, & another couple more days to send out contractors to install & complete setting up my item. Very dissatisfying that I have to wait close to a month to get my order completely installed in my home. Very terrible customer service experience, Janie said she understands my situation but can’t provide me with a tracking number because the parts hasn’t been been mailed yet 😂😂😂. I wish I hadn’t patronized Ashely furniture & I hope you don’t have same experience. Heading to Home Depot to buy my own parts & self Install to move on with my life,

Worst experience in customer service after purchase...they had me scheduled for a Wednesday however they didn't show by their time so i called and they no it'll be Thursday. Okay no biggie. Than after our sectional was delivered i noticed a spot where the pieces must of rubbed together and made hole...I called and after some fumbling around I spoke with the back office . I sent them pictures and didn't hear back from anyone. So on week 2 I called again about what's being done? Back office lady tells me they've ordered parts and after they arrive call and set up for a technician to come out. So I wait AGAIN. I had wrote a email, never heard back. I call the store and ask to speak with the store manager. However, the same lady tells me No because it'll get transferred back to her.. And she never let me speak with anyone other than her.... 9/28/2024 Just wanted to do a update..On Saturday September 28 2024 I received a call from a gentleman for Ashley Corporate Office intact east. Mr. Black was very apologetic and wanted to hear about my experience. He was thoughtful and sympathetic to what we experienced and really wanted to fix the customer service issues. I will shop at an Ashley store again...just not Murrieta
If I could give 0 stars I would! Your products are terrible! You really get what you pay for, but I would think a $100 mattress protector would be decent quality, but as soon as I opened it I knew I didn’t want it because I know what a good quality protector is! The bed foundations that have been delivered all had holes in them! Never shopping with Ashley again. Bummer that I have spent money here, should have gone to Jerome’s where the quality is better.

100% buzzkill. The store is awesome. The employees in the store were friendly and curious. The prices are competitive. We had no problems with the purchase. The delivery company SUCKED!!! They were rude, They were in a rush. They brought the wrong product. They lied. They didn't know I spoke spanish because I don't look like I would, so I heard the BS they told their dispatcher. They had to take the product back. It was friday.They were in a hurry.They were upset, so they banged everything around and damaged my old bed. I have no problem with Ashley's, except they hired the wrong contractor to deal with their customers. For that reason, I don't trust their judgment to conduct business with me again. Reply to "Askley Store Owner." Give me your name and direct email, and I will send you everything. We can not un-ring that bell, but maybe we can not let it happen to someone else. Fred

The worst furniture I have ever bought. I purchased a bed for my son, and it arrived damaged. They are unwilling to offer a return or replacement. I have called them many times, but the customer service is horrible. This will be the first and last time I buy from Ashley Furniture. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Upon delivery of $5,000.00 worth of furniture, we realized that we had wrong measurements and the furniture does not fit in our living room. We immediately went to the store and the store manager told us that our purchase had not logged in yet and he said that we should call customer service, create a case and request if we can return or exchange. He said he will write an email and hopefully get us some help. After several days of trying to call customer service, we were finally told that there was absolutely NO way to return or exchange the furniture despite our detailed explanation and requests. Now we are stuck with furniture that would not fit well in our living room. We are not even asking returns but exchange but they will not help us . Be aware that they will not help you in any way in case you are not satisfied with your purchases. Unless you are 100 sure don’t buy here!!!!!!

Walked in walked out, this place has only showroom furniture. You cannot buy only order and pay for delivery $99.00 which is a rip off company. Why have a delivery when you own a truck? They will not let you deliver to showroom and pick up to avoid $99. So there sales don’t mean a thing. Will never buy from them rather buy elsewhere.

Do not buy Ashley furniture. I recently purchased an outdoor dining table. Upon the very first use, it stained instantly simply from touching it, not food stains. I reached out to the store to speak to someone regarding this issue. Tom, the store manager was almost impossible to get ahold of, and customer service was terrible and unhelpful. I was told many times that I would be called back, but never did. When I finally did speak to Tom, (after an exhausting amount of phone calls on my end), I was told that it is considered “normal use”. How can I have an outdoor dining table that I cannot dine on? It looks constantly dirty now. Such a waste of money. Incompetent store manager and customer service. And no you didn’t send an email regarding my concerns. Yet again another example of incompetence.

Our salesperson William was very helpful in closing the dresser and nightstands order with my wife, but failed to tell us the furniture was going to be in a box and there was no assembly from an Ashley associate. When we called customer service they told us there was nothing they could do because it was a direct delivery. I asked them for their 3rd party furniture assembly company and of course there is no answer. Never again.

I cant emphasize this enough, do not ever sign up for their protection/insurance plan ever! It is a rip off, they sell the plan in store, the associate gets credit, but when you have actual issue you would have to talk to the 3rd party and when you call the 3rd party insurance, they always make an excuse to deny your claim. They ask you for a picture ahead of time and then come up with an apology. Call center for that is overseas so you will deal with some folks that would make it hard for you and them to understand in general. Overall super bad experience and a waste of money (~$1300 for me).

Went shopping for a mattress today. I expected it to be a long and difficult day finding exactly what I want. However we were lucky to go into Ashley and meet Liza. She is a beautiful and charming person. She's also a wonderful salesperson! 💕 We told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly what mattresses to show us. I was impressed with how well she knew the floor and the products. We did buy a mattress and if they had had more office chairs I was going to buy that too. I was also happy with how clean the store was. The way the floor is organized is great for shopping and sparking creative decorating. The decor was also lovely. I especially loved the color palette. Such a great experience. I'll be there for my next furniture needs.
We just moved to the area and were to buy new furniture for our new home. We visited Ashley Furniture store a few times to look at the furniture we wanted. Each time we were greeted warmly and respectfully by Mr. William. He spent a lot of time to show us around and answered all our questions. Store manager Tom was very very helpful and he tried his best to accomodate our needs. I want to especially recognize the support staff Eliena who was always ready to help. We had a great experience buying furniture at Murrieta Ashley Furniture store and all the staffer at this store deserve recognition for the job well done.

I honestly dreaded going into a furniture store to shop for a new sectional. The normal experience is sales people swooping over you, following you around, trying to show you what they think you're looking for, etc. But, much to my surprise and relief, our recent experience at the Murrieta Ashley's was a shear pleasure! Loron greeted us, pointed out how their showroom was laid out, and said he'd keep an eye open for us in case we had questions. He didn't hover or follow us around, he was within eye-shot so when we did have a question, he came over, answered it calmly (without the typical salesperson extreme enthusiasm that reminds you that they really want to make a sale), he didn't oversell, he was just an all around pleasure to deal with. We went in to look at a sectional, and came out having purchased a sectional, side table and rug! Probably would not have done so if our shopping experience was what I was expecting. We hope Ashley gives Loron a raise, he's a gem!
Loron helped 3 different family members with friendliness and patience, and was totally willing to make changes to orders as requested. It was a pleasure to work with Loron and we will definitely request him on our next visit!

I was very impressed with the service I received. I went in late almost closing time to change an order and was greeted by Loron. He was so helpful even though I had originally placed the order with someone else. He had to go help another customer so he took me over to Nyckole at the customer service desk. Her customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and the attention to detail she took with my orders. She went above and beyond her job duties to make sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. She double checked everything on my order and was very helpful with the financing I needed to get. She was friendly and did not rush me even though the store was closing. I recommend you ask for her in the customer department. I will defiantly be a repeat customer asking for Loron and Nyckole to help me.

Terrible. I bought the extended 5 year warranty for a recliner . The reclining mechanism broke about 3 months ago . I have been trying to get it fixed or replaced . I have had a rep out to the house to look at it . He said he ordered the parts and they would come to my house. They never have. I have called the warranty company several times and have gotten nowhere. This is very frustrating. I even have an order number. I was a big fan of Ashley. ☹️

I bought a sofa bed in this place, and after 6 days a part of it collapsed, they sent me technicians, and they all said it was a manufacturing defect, and they are not responsible, and it doesn't have to be that way, I paid $1000 for something that It doesn't work, I just want them to change the sofa, if there is a difference I will pay it, but it is not possible for such a large company to get dirty for so little, I feel cheated because no one told me about this fault in the sofa. update 5/21/24 As you can see, in response to what I posted, the people from this company asked me to send the purchase information and I already did that and they never contacted me, my question is really such a big furniture company can they lose a name and a reputation for as little as a $1000 dollar sofa, which costs a retiree so much to earn, is really more disappointing than I thought, I was left with a lemon sofa, but with a clear conscience, they kept my 1000 dollars but I don't think, if they have a clear conscience, I hope they respond and solve this, I am a man of Faith, and having to put in this place that they really are a good company and I was wrong, thank younew update, I want to thank Asley for answering and sending us a new sofa, the same as the other one, and as the Asley technicians said, it has the same defect, since it is a factory defect, so I am asking them to cancel the purchase and Pick up the new sofa and return the money, thank you in advance and I hope to finish this complaint and be able to give 5 stars to this great company. We paid $6247 for a reclining sofa, love seat and chair about 21 months ago. One recliner on the sofa went out leaving the chair fully reclined as far as it could go (motor on chair we almost never reclined) on March 20 and we called and filed a complaint under our warranty. A week later a technician came out and said the motor, electrical box and control needed to be replaced and he would order it. He said it would take 2-4 weeks for the parts. We called today (3 weeks later) after seeing no updates online and the lady told us she could see the notes and would made the order now. She also said it will take 4-6 weeks for parts to be sent to us, then we need to schedule with them to return and replace. Probably another couple weeks. So essentially three months to repair a faulty unit. This is very poor customer service from such a large company.

Natalie helped us buy our dining set over a year ago and the quality has held up so great that we came back to purchase a new reclining sofa and table set that the family loves. After having visited an Ashley’s in Laguna Hills a few years ago, and walking right out after seeing their prices, too high for me. Around lunch time on St. Patrick’s Day, I sent my husband w/our baby girl over to Ashley’s Furniture while I shopped next door at Savers. When asked by the Hispanic male sales associate if he needed any assistance, my husband responded that he was there killing time while wife was doing some shopping next door. After rolling his eyes, the sales associate proceeded to tell his colleague why my husband was there. They both seemingly laughed at the matter and awkwardly stared down my husband and our baby girl. Being dual military, my family has had our fair share of cross-country moves and we are continuously on the look out for furniture… Don’t belittle those coming in just because you don’t get the response you want. That’s immature, plain out disrespectful and definitely not how you treat customers in the sales industry or any one as a matter of fact.

There are bubbles forming around the top of the table that are unsightly. The top layer is delaminating as this isn't real wood but a cheap laminate. We purchased an extended warranty that Ashley's offers and contacted the store for repair. They told us to contact the third party warranty company as they would not be liable for any defects or damage after the one year warranty. When we contacted the warranty company they asked when we 1st started noticing the bubbles. My wife was honest and told them she began noticing it about a month and a half ago but the delamination is increasing and more and more bubbles are forming. The company rep told us we were obligated to notified them with 30 days of any damage or defect and that they would NOT be liable for any repairs. After talking to several knowledgeable furniture store owners I was told to contact the original Ashley's and they may be able to provide some assistance. Here's where my education in the furniture business was exposed. I spoke to Tom, the manager at Ashley's in Murrieta who was friendly and sympathetic to our situation was unable to help us. He told me most furniture built nowadays was "Throwaway" and after a few years the newer generation of buyers just tossed it due to changes in their style or the breakdown of cheaper man made materials fabricated overseas. The day's of buying a real piece of wood furniture are over due to manufacturing costs. He said if they sold a real piece of solid wood furniture it would cost thousands of dollars and today's buyer would not be able to afford it. He told us it's not Ashley's fault for selling lost cost, cheaply made furniture but the consumers as that is what allows them to make a profit and stay in business in these tough economic times.

It has been two weeks since I replied to your request for additional information about our issue. I sent photos of our purchase agreement as you requested but I have had no response. I'm beginning to feel that this is common practice from Ashley's Corporate where they post a response appearing to care about their customers buy really do not.
Allison from Murrieta was extremely helpful when it came time for me to make my purchase on my first-ever new couch! She explained everything in such detail, made sure I understood the terms and conditions, and answered all of my questions. If you’re in the market for home furnishings, ask for Allison! 10/10 🌟

Update: Spoke with the manager. He listened to my concerns and frustrations. He related which made me feel understood. I appreciate him being understanding. I appreciate his level of customer service to ensure we will be returning customers. Thank you! I do not recommend this business. I have spent thousands of dollars at Ashley's. My last purchase I bought a $5000 mattress and was given a $100 gift card is how they presented it to me. Now when I am trying to redeem it and I am being told that I can't use it on a clearanced item. This makes me not want to do business with Ashley's as if I haven't already spent so much money with them already to not be able to use the gift card given from my last purchase. It's pointless and bad business. I have held on to this card for a few years because I can never use it when I want to.
Be aware of the gift cards/store credit they hand out to customers who have already spent thousands of dollars with Ashley's, knowing you will never be able to use it on any future purchase. I would not recommend this business with just hoe they operate.
Under no circumstance should anybody purchase or be conned into the protection plans offered for the furniture. They will tell you all sorts of accidental damages and even defective items are covered and will be replaced. This is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Every claim we've ever submitted has been denied! I hate this store/company and hate their protection plan company PROTECTALL even more!!! A freakin scam!!!

BE AWARE, this store has the worst customer service!!! ... I was beyond displeased by the lack of efficiency the workers display there. I entered the store in an optimistic and upbeat mood, looking forward to the prospect of having a look around the store as I had intentionally travelled the extra distance for a potential large purchase as I know it is regarded one of the better named furniture stores.. Being it was my first time there, I was even more excited to shop here...HOWEVERI approached a member of the store by the name of ELENA and inquired politely about a particular set to which she was dismissive to. I was not attended whatsoever she did not care to help me, and only continued to go about her business. I felt she was bothered by me and had the worst attitude toward the people shopping. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just hated her job whatever the case my experience was negatively impacted and I can assure you I will NOT BE SHOPPING at this store ever again. I advise anyone planning to shop there to go elsewhere OR just run a way if you see Elena. She should not be dealing with customers. I can't comment on the furniture I just left after that and took my money to Jerome's Furniture where they were happy to help me!

We went to Ashley and of course had to see our girl Liza. We got a new bedroom and living room set. Well I had issues with the living room set we had bought just wasn’t working ( definitely not Liza’s fault). The power recliner was faulty. So we went back to the store in murrieta and spoke to our go to girl LIZA. Went over it with her and she took care of it right away. She got us to completely reselect a whole new set and it’s even more comfortable the before. Liza is our go to girl like I said before. Not only is she super sweet and is a go getta. She will make sure you are completely satisfied and has never once pushed us or rushed us like every other sales person does. Definitely will keep shopping so the her. Came into the store. Purchase a couch. The rep used a tablet to place the order. I could have placed online myself. I thought doing it in person would help prioritize things and or delivery since it was only 1 city away from home. The earliest delivery date was a month out. Jump to the week before my original delivery date, and I get a call from shipping company that the delivery date would be pushed out 2 more weeks because they never received the item to deliver in time. Tried to find out more about where my product was. No one can tell me anything. I've tried to cancel my order. Been told twice now that I would receive a call to 'confirm the cancelation. Still have not received it. Seems like everyone I talked to no one cant help. Really, really wanted the couch, which is why I waited, but I haven't been told why it's not here. Just seems like their using my money. So I'm still waiting for over $1K to be returned since I don't have my product, then I can buy it from another retailer.

We had a great experience on Friday at Ashley Furniture. Our home is furnished with the Realyn collection and we've been searching for a piece of the collection that has been discontinued. The murrieta location had a floor model and sold it to us at a discounted rate. The process was smooth, customer service was excellent and the overall experience was great.

WARNING: Inspect for poor workmanship and if something is wrong, Decline the whole delivery! Why? Because I’ve been waiting on 2 chairs that had the above mentioned issues and now I’m short 2 chairs and no response after making my purchase. There’s always an excuse from company’s like this. The customer service reps are doing their job but the follow up from this company is non existent. I’m sure I’ll get a response, but look what it took. Such a shame. Remember during inspect when they ask you to look at your product. If something is wrong… doesn’t matter, if you’re “not happy with it” . Decline!!!! Don’t let them tell you their service technician will “fix it”. The fix shouldn’t be a fix. I paid good money for a good chair that doesn’t need a “fix”. Just decline and if you’re happy accept. But this poor workmanship just gets passed to the customer unknowingly, needs to stop.

I went in on Saturday around 8pm hoping to look around at some bedroom sets and get some pricing. The sales associate was helping me & I guess needed a managers assistance for the question I had, so they went to try and get the manager from his office but he never came. He could clearly see a customer was needing the assistance but instead was in his office with who looked like could be his sister or spouse? Either way, he made it seem like he was too busy to come and assist every time the Sales associate would try and go find him. I ended up leaving and said I would come back another time. I come back the other day and he was on the phone and said he was too busy to come assist, yet again. Just seemed very unprofessional to me and they def lost my business. Please be more attentive to your customers and staff. All that was needed was a simple moment of your time.

Purchasing furniture from Ashley Home Store (online) has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered bar stool chairs that should have been counter top stool chairs. I canceled the order immediately, and received the updated cancellation message. However, the order was never canceled. Two days later, I received the order. I immediately called Ashley to again cancel the order and pickup the chairs. It has been over a week and I have not received any further correspondence. After calling numerous times and chatting with the virtual assistant, I have yet to receive a pickup date. Each call results in the promise of an email within 24-48 hours. As of today, I have not received helpful correspondence regarding the pickup of items that should never have been delivered. Additionally, I was told the online order policy is different from the in store policy. I have yet to locate a detailed online policy. Disappointed with Ashley's Poor Customer Service! A Felton Ashley's Online Store finally picked up the items that were to be returned to their warehouse. We were promised a refund within 7 to 10 days. The items were received and processed at a local warehouse more than 3 weeks ago. As of today, we have not received a refund for the returned items. After several calls, emails, and promises, Ashley has neglected to credit our account. Each customer service representative stated we would receive an email within 24-48 hours. After escalating calls to the management team regarding the promised refund, and not receiving the refund as promised, we are very concerned about Ashley's business practices. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I purchased over $10k in furniture at this location and was mislead by a sales rep into adding protection plans that would allow me to swap mattress for mattress or have my furniture repaired if such items were to become damaged. This was not the case when I reached out to use my protection plan less than 2 years later. When I voiced my concerns to the store manager I was blatantly disrespected and dismissed by Mr. Thomas Freeman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention I purchased all my furniture on Black Friday in stores and they tried to pull a fast one by not giving me a discount on a temper pedic mattress and two twin smart frames. I had to drive back to the store the next day to receive a $700 credit for the overcharge. Guys, I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran who had just Retired from Army Active Duty two months prior to my purchase and I was yelled at and called a liar by the store manager for trying to get my issue resolved. This place has no integrity! Please oh please do not spend your hard earned money at this Ashley’s location. Fellow Veterans and Retirees consider this the warno before the frago and take your business elsewhere. I have tried to get into contact with their regional manager to hold Mr. Thomas Freeman accountable for his actions to no avail. Customer service is working with me but has not received a response from the store and I’ve already escalated this issue and reported them to the Bette Business bureau “BBB”. Good luck and stay safe.
We were able to view the options without being followed or pressured by a sales person which was refreshing. Once we had questions, we were offered immediate assistance by Tim D. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. He offered design choices and options to consider. We visited several stores and are very pleased with Ashley’s pricing and customer service. The delivery fee however was high and negated the % discounts offered.

Helen was very helpful on both our visits. We shopped several stores, but settled on your location because of the kind attention of our sales person. Helen let know of available products on the floor. Answered questions,and we had many. We were out of town for two weeks. When I called Helen for an appointment, she explained that she was ill. We made arrangements to meet her at the store, and made our purchase. We are waiting for delivery of the purchase, which is scheduled for Thursday. Do not shop here!!!great stuff in the store don't get me wrong, great time shopping in the store.My wife and I had picked out a table and chairs, were told everything was in stock, paid and left. The delivery delayed 3 times pushing our items out 4 weeks.once we received the items, we just felt that it wasn't the right fit. we asked to return within 72 hours and offered to pay the restocking and delivery fee.. just told no, no, no, no, no.... No understanding, no returns, no help, no exchange, no nothing. So if you shop here Be absolutely sure! They're website even states that even if you're not in love you can return the item within 30 days if you pay the restocking fee, but when you bring that up they just tell you to look at the bottom of your receipt which states all sales final. Btw you're not given the receipt until you've paid.

Helen was incredibly helpful and patient while we picked out a new mattress. Update: We’ve never been more sorry for making this purchase. The mattress feels nothing like it did in the store and is physically painful to sleep on. We were told it would take a couple of weeks to soften up and that we had thirty days to return it. At the 30 day mark we were told we actually only had 72 hours to return it. Tempurpedic’s website assured us there was a 90 day guarantee but upon reaching out to them we found out we had to work with who we purchased it from. Several trips to the store later, we’ve been told: we “should” be able to exchange for a different mattress but we’ll call you…yeah we said we would call you but instead we emailed you and said you’re out of luck…to, well all sales are final but we’ll escalate this to corporate and call you tomorrow. Tomorrow has come and gone and no phone call came in. After 20 years of shopping here, I will never make another furniture purchase here again and would recommend other shoppers avoid it at all costs.

William took way too long to ring up our deal. We came, we shopped, but when it was time to ring up it was a hassle with a couple back and forth that weren’t necessary.
This was a horrible experience. We were deciding between two different dining sets and the sales person Michael rung up and delivered the wrong one. I called immediately and told them they had sent the wrong set and they said there are no refunds once the items has been delivered. The worst part was Michael (the sales person) told us we had 48 hours to return something or change our mind yet in the contract it says there is no returns. So he flat out lied to us! But, the return policy should not matter anyways because they gave us the wrong table. They should of just exchanged it for the right table and everything would of been fine. I called and talked to several different people and stressed that it is not the table I ordered and they refused to exchange it for the right one. I will never do business with this company again. The manager of the store did nothing to help us and refused to resolve the situation or let me talk to the district manager, who they said made the final decision. Also, the quality of the table they did deliver is very poor and I don't like it at all.

We were greeted by Natalie as we entered Ashley’s and asked her to direct us to a specific coffee table we came to look at. She knew the exact location of the one we described to her. After confirming we wanted the table, I inquired about the adjustable memory foam mattresses. Natalie spent quality time explaining all the functions, benefits and differences of each of the brand mattresses Ashley carriers. Needless to say we ended up getting one. She was very pleasant to work with and we will certainly be back to do business with her on our next furniture purchase.

Whatever you do with Ashley HomeStore DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5 YEAR INSURANCE PLAN that they want to sale you on top of selling you furniture or mattresses. IT IS A SCAM!!!! I just contacted the warranty department o have some furniture fixed and they told me that since I did not contact them within the first 30 days of the damage, they will not cover it. When you pay for a 5 year insurance plan, it should be covered for 5 years, not just for a thirty day period!! We will not be purchasing anything from Ashley ever again and we will not be recommending them to any family or friends.

I went in close to closing and was approached by a young gentlemen. I explained that I was approved from an outside creditor and will be using my own approval for my furniture purchase. The young kid said he understood; however, he still needed my information to enter into their database. He then asked if I wanted to receive promotional offers via email and text, I declined and he then stated- they always have to ask because they were recently sued for sending unauthorized emails and text promotions. Just small talk… ultimately we decided that I would pickup the furniture and art work the following morning, Ashley does not offer delivery on clearance items- no biggie. Being that it was closing time we were not prepared with straps for the furniture/art work. So the kid takes the art work and said he’ll put the items in the back with our name and we can pick them up in the morning with our furniture. The following morning the young man was not in yet when we got there and was told that the art work was sold. A very rude associate was laughing and said yes they were beautiful pieces, I’m surprised you had them on hold because those pieces were hidden in the clearance section and had just been marked down. I asked her to call another store to find out if they had the same items since they were already paid for- she was very bothered that she had to call around. She was insisting they would not be because they were discontinued. I told her to do her job and simply call other stores since they had sold my items and there in-fact would be a possibility other stores would have them, as she mentioned they had just been marked down. Ultimately the store manager Angel got in contact with the store manager at El Cajon and confirmed they had both pieces. I told them my BIL would pick them up as he lives 10 minutes. My BIL got there and they were giving him the run around that they were short staff and would call him once the items were available for pickup. It was originally priced at $400 for a clock and an art piece originally priced at $375 both marked down 90%. My BIL went back the following day and they said they could not locate the items and they would have the manager from El Cajon call him. 2 days passed and they never called. I called the store in El Cajon spoke with the manager and he said they have been very busy and have tried to find the pieces and have been unsuccessful. I told him how is that even possible when he confirmed 3 days ago he had both items and when my BIL arrived within 20 mins of their phone call the items suddenly were no where to be found. Mind you the clock was 4ft round so it’d be hard to miss. He then apologized and said they items were sold. The Murrieta store has to issue me a credit for the items I had already purchased. About 2 days later I checked my credit and these incompetent imbeciles did a credit check!!! So not only did they sell my bought and paid for items they also checked my credit without my authorization. There was no mistake I made it very clear as soon as this kid approached me. I was going to let it go but since they had the audacity to send me a link to write a review about my awful experience I decided, I will definitely let others know about Ashley’s incompetent staff from both Murrieta and El Cajon stores.

We had a great experience buying our new living room set! First off, the prices are amazing! Better than any other stores we had been to. We were thrilled to find out that we could get a reclining sofa, reclining loveseat, and a recliner chair, all within our budget. Kyle was a fantastic sales person. He was not pushy and let us do our shopping, and he was always close by to answer any questions we had. I think he could use a raise! I wish all sales persons were like him.

Don’t believe the employees when they say the warranty/extra coverage helps. It’s a lie, even when there’s an obvious defect. It’s a buy once from Ashley and never again experience.
Extremely disappointed with them. I purchased a couch and saw the reviews with the fabric piling…I was rest assured that the fabric was changed for this reason and because it’s linen it’s stronger. Well not even a month of having the couch everywhere is piling. I got the protection on the couch but apparently it doesn’t cover piling…read the terms!!!! I reached out because for a $3k couch and less then a month later it’s not acceptable. The manager basically told me nothing can be done!! Terrible customer service! Update-sent in pictures over a week ago to quality control and still no resolution. Just in the 3 weeks more couch is even more screwed up.

Furniture has insects as seen on video & the furniture is very dusty & dirty! Who would want to sit on these chairs? This is nightmare! We were supposed to get our living & master's set from them but I guess this will change our plans now. We called the store manager Jeremiah & their sales representive Michael- no call back! You definitely lost one customer here! Very disappointing! Spare yourself from any of this hassle! Look for another furniture shop.

Terrible service. Don’t go here. My wife and I planned a delivery in May 2023 and scheduled it for August. The day of delivery, dispatch and delivery drivers couldn’t locate my address so they said they wouldn’t deliver to me that day, schedule for another. I called to speak to a supervisor and got connected with “Alyssa,” who was of no help. Turns out she wasn’t even a supervisor. In addition to incompetence, they’re also a dishonest organization. I told them to keep the furniture and give me my money back. I’m giving my business and money elsewhere. If you’re thinking about Ashley, GO AWAY and go somewheres else. Save yourself the time and frustration. Ashley Furniture deserves “0” stars but because Google won’t allow it, they get a reluctant “1.”

RUN! Do not buy furniture from Ashleys! I bought a $5000 leather couch three weeks ago that was delivered BROKEN. The recliner jams and doesn't work. The delivery guy even said that they should replace it but they refused. They have apparently ordered a new part for it but it has already been three weeks and when I just called again today they are now saying another few weeks! And the still refuse to exchange the defective couch they sold me with a good one.

Terrible delivery service team. First issue is the the only install tool they have is an impact drill… really over torque the hardware. The manufacturer specifically states to not use these tools when installing the hardware to prevent cross threading, stripping or damage to the wood pieces. They proceeded to continue to drop off broken furniture and failed to allow me time to inspect for more damage. I was able to get them to take one piece back but because they were perturbed with me asking them to stop installing/torquing down the hardware they left without me accepting the order. Not to mention he said “this happens sometimes” when we install. I should have know this was going to be a terrible experience when I had to ask them to quit walking across the wet grass to avoid staining the carpet. Not to mention the driveway was a few steps away unobstructed. I also called the Colton delivery center and the person on the other line could give to cares about my issue. They said someone will reach out to you… ok thanks. I paid in full for an entire bedroom set with VIP installation. I felt it was extremely sad that Ashley's Furniture store allows one of the employees that assisted me yesterday, which was March 31st, 2023, to be at work and dealing with the public to REEK of alcohol and his behavior of an alcoholic. I will never shop at Murieta's Ashley Furrniture Store ever again!
Terrible delivery service team. First issue is the the only install tool they have is an impact drill… really over torque the hardware. The manufacturer specifically states to not use these tools when installing the hardware to prevent cross threading, stripping or damage to the wood pieces. They proceeded to continue to drop off broken furniture and failed to allow me time to inspect for more damage. I was able to get them to take one piece back but because they were perturbed with me asking them to stop installing/torquing down the hardware they left without me accepting the order. Not to mention he said “this happens sometimes” when we install. I should have know this was going to be a terrible experience when I had to ask them to quit walking across the wet grass to avoid staining the carpet. Not to mention the driveway was a few steps away unobstructed. I also called the Colton delivery center and the person on the other line could give to cares about my issue. They said someone will reach out to you… ok thanks. I paid in full for an entire bedroom set with VIP installation. Look like I should of stick to Mor furniture… Too bad I can’t give them a ZERO rating!
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! I was searching online for rustic style furniture that was not too expensive but of good quality. I found what I was looking for at Ashley Furniture online. Instead of just buying online though, I decided to check out the furniture in person at their local store. Upon entering I was wonderfully greeted by Will. I told him what I was looking for, but I wanted to find out first if I could qualify for some credit before setting my heart on the furniture I was seeking. Will was absolutely AMAZING!! He's highly experienced as a sales representative & he sure treated me well as his customer!!! He helped me to establish some credit & patiently assisted me in choosing the exact items I was looking for, even going the extra mile to work with the store manager, Richard, to get me the best deal possible that saved me money. The other sales agents in the store as well as the manager were extremely courteous, patient & kind the entire time my daughter & I spent there, which was lengthy, because I just loved checking out all the beautiful furniture in this Murrieta store which was so huge! I had the most wonderful time, was treated so extremely well, and I'll definitely be buying even more from Ashley Furniture!!! THANKS SO MUCH TO "WILL" FOR THAT MOST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You truly gave me a great 1st impression that helped me realize I made the best decision in choosing Ashley Furniture for my furniture needs!!! 😁😍
Absolutely horrible experience with Ashley. I will never purchase from them again. We have been dealing with an issue with our couch for 5 months and it still has not been handled. I have been sent the wrong couch cushions 3 separate times. When I have gone through customer service they say that the escalation department will call me in 24 hours, they never call. I finally called the store where I purchased it from here in Murrieta. I asked to speak to the manager to explain our situation and he said he doesn’t handle it and just took my number down and said he would pass it along to the right people. Well I still have not heard anything back. Beware that if anything happens with your purchase like our $3,000 couch, they will send you on a wild goose chase to never actually talk to someone to get the problem handled. It’s so disappointing. We purchased the extra warranty/coverage and that hasn’t done anything. I also posted a review on Ashley’s website they they deleted. Shady business.
Kyle was awesome, let me have space while waiting for me to have questions. He answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional manner. Amazing sales person and no pushy attitude! I'll be seeing Kyle again.

The associate that assisted me last night was horrible from the minute we walked in. I believe his name was Luke. When I arrived he asked me how he could help. I informed him that I needed to pick up a few accessories to go with the bedroom set I purchased a few days earlier (that experience was great) and return a desk. He responded quickly indicating I could not return the desk and needed to drive to Colton. I walked to the back of the store for further instructions and the lady at customer service was not only friendly but had me pull the truck around to the back and the manager who was also very nice met me there and accepted the return. He even thanked me for reboxing the item. We walked back in to look for accessories and found a great mirror. Luke approached and said he was assigned to help (much to my dismay) First he made me sign up as a new customer on an iPad because he couldn’t find me (everyone else could when they helped with the return) then he disappeared. We wanted to check out, the called his cell several times as we waited and waited. The manager apologized as we were getting ready to just walk out. Finally he came back, made us walk to the opposite side of the store to check out. He would not let me purchase using the credit line I just opened and made me use a different credit card. He then asked us to wait so he could walk back to where we were originally standing to print documents to sign. He had no sense of urgency even though we were waiting so long, was not friendly, talked about how a small purchase for a mirror doesn’t make the store money etc. Ruined my overall experience

Furnitures are good, but do not buy the 5 year protection plan , its just a rip .You do not get to see or they do not explain all the nature of issues which are supported . Finally when you call the support , damages are not covered. This is my last purchase from Ashley

My wife, daughter and I walked into the Ashley furniture store in Murrieta, and we were immediately greeted by Sales Associate Kyle. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and advised on all of the promos. He wasn’t overaggressive with his approach, and he helped us find what we were looking for. Although we did not buy any furniture on this visit, we came back a week later and purchased the items that Kyle helped us locate a week earlier. We almost went to a different furniture store that offered the same items at a lesser price, but because of Kyle‘s perceptive demeanor coupled with a comfortable level of confidence, we went back and gave him the sale. He definitely deserves a raise!

They will not allow any returns even if everything is still in box never used or opened. They have a No return policy.. Buyer beware.
I purchased two couches three months ago and both are broken. The frame on the recliner is poorly made and both have bent from simply lifting the foot rest up with the button. What makes this problem worse is Ashley is absolutely no help with getting a replacement and keep getting the same answers from customer service to wait 24 to 48 hours. I have been through this process three times just to be denied by Ashley and the $700 extended warranty. I expected better quality and customer service from Ashley. Don't purchase the extended warranty cause they will not help either and just refer me back to Ashley. I tried to post a review on Ashleys website under the couch but they would not let it post. Shop somewhere else and don't purchase any extended warranty.

We arrived at Ashley‘s In Murrieta to pick a couch for my Mom. Will Cruz greeted us and was very helpful. Will took us through the 55,000 sq/ft show room showed us many options. He told us about construction and materials available also pluses and minuses of them. Mom sat on many couches with different pillows till we found a match. Will was with us the whole time, then worked a better deal than what we expected. Thank you Ashley and Will for the great experience.

Do not waste your money buying the extended protection plan from Ashley if it is from GBS protect all. I purchased their 5 year protection plan and they didn't pay on my broken couch. Two different repair men came out to fix it but the last one told us he would report that the frame was broken (which is covered under GBS warranty) but in his written report he falsely reported he moved clips which fix it and GBS stands by that! GBS told me my case was closed when in truth, my couch is still broken! My mistake was not requesting a copy of the report from the repair man before he left. This is a big flaw in the system because the repair man can say one thing and report something else without your knowledge. Never again will I purchase from Ashley because they are in business with criminals.

This store is huge with many options. Majority of the items were in stock and available to ship right away! We worked with Will and he was a great help. I went to buy a couch and loveseat, the loveseat was priced reasonable, when I asked about the couch , the manager told me this is not the ad, well for a Veteran Day sale wouldnt you think both would be on sale. Well, the manager told me he would give me 40% off a higher priced couch and told me he was doing me a favor. Well you know , keep your favor if thats the way you treat your customers.

We've chosen to never shop at this store again due to our recent visit and to be honest I may never purchase another piece of Ashley furniture altogether. We were in the store for about 6 hours total on 9/24 and 9/25 - entirely too long to be around Natalie and Tom Freeman. Gilbert ultimately helped us out and was an exceptional salesperson but both Natalie and Tom seemed to be doing this job for too long. They have no care for customers...only numbers. 1. We watched a manager yell at and belittle several employees near closing time on 9/24 in front of my three teens. 2. After we came back to the store the next day to complete a transaction (a banking blunder stopped us from purchasing the night before) the manager had changed the deal and would not honor our previous agreement. 3. We were being strong armed into paying for a warranty even though warranties are purely by choice. The manager (Tom Freeman) literally told us that we could not get a pre-negotiated discount if we chose not to purchase the warranty. 4. Manager, Tom was extremely rude to us. Talked down to us and treated us very poorly. He actually argued with me (pretty loudly) for about 30 minutes on the floor in front of other customers. At the end he went into his office and closed the door leaving us on the floor. 5. Natalie was a jerk... Period. 6. Both Natalie and Tom lied to us about store policies.
I have never written a bad review but I am hoping that this will help others. I spent 8k on furniture from Ashley in May. I moved into my new home a few weeks after delivery. One of my couch cushions was(is) defective. Looks flattened after sitting on it. Reported problem someone came to look at it & said the cushion needed replacement and someone would get back to me. replacement was denied saying the person inspecting it said there was nothing wrong wit it. After several calls & emails they sent a second person out to look at it. He said right away that it needed a new cushion ( the same thing the other person told me)he said I would be contacted in about 2 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago. I called & emailed again today. Finally someone answered 30 min. Later & hung up the phone. I'm hoping I get a response to my email. Save yourself the headache. Buy somewhere else. Wish I had read the reviews first.
I bought a five year warranty for nearly $2,000. After over 20 calls no response from Ashley’s Furniture nor warranty company GBS. Hold time is two hours per call, yes 20 phone calls. Horrible service from both. No one is accountable. I never have posted a bad remark, but this deserves one.

If I could give zero stars, I would. By far worst experience for a multitude of reasons. Falsely advertised products. (Please look elsewhere when purchasing furniture.) The issues still haven’t been resolved and I’m still waiting for them to respond and resolve all the issues that have arisen.

Me and my husband were there today July 30 at Murrieta store and the sales man greet my husband with a great smile so I thought that was weird, we started looked at mattresses and the sales man just keep talking to my husband like totally ignoring me even when my hub told him that my decision was the most important, we spend there about an hour, the dude was really pushing my hub to buy more and more stuff and I took this really patiently till this dude told me that I looked upset and asked me if I needed a hug, like really? what is wrong with this person I felt weird and didn't said anyting because I was exited to buy my new bed but this guy keep talking and ignoring me when I needed to speak so I realized that was rude from the sales man to act this way very disrespectful towards my person totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Im glad we did not buy anything from this store so we went to Living Spaces and I got better experience there and got my new bed so thanks Don.

Watch out for the line item "ADJPRO-10yr adjustable base pro plan". These scumbags will sell you a warranty plan that does not cover the furniture they sell you. King bed, 2 sofas and 2 end tables $2600+ with an additional $199 BS warranty program that will not cover the products.To Management- your sales people are screwing customers face first.
Tim Doan is an excellent sales representative to work with when shopping for furniture! He is extremely helpful. We purchased a loveseat and an oversized chair, found there was a manufacturing defect. We contacted Mr. Doan after we got approval to have those returned and to upgrade our purchase. Mr. Doan’s critical help made this transaction very smooth and easy for us. We highly recommend Mr. Doan! He is professional, engaging, understanding, and knowledgeable! We absolutely enjoyed working with him and love our furniture!
We recently purchased a living room set and two bedrooms. Our experience was by far the most horrible experience ever. And it still hasn't resolved. The couch and one of the bed frames where purchased on clearance. We had to pick up so I did not see it assembled. Once I got home and tried to put the couch together one of the pieces is the wrong piece. We where given two of the right side. When calling costumer service no one picks up or they just bounce us all over. When we called corp they said we had to figure it out w the store. But the store is doing 0-nothing to help. We where suppose to get the correct piece delivered yesterday and last minute they called to say it wasn't available and they don't know when we will be getting it. Now the bed frame.... it's a cal king, we bought it with the mattress. Well when we where in the store we where told we would get a 3" box spring. We never received it. So its been almost a wk and we haven't been able to use our bed. When talking to the manager they said we didn't need a box spring. But then the bed would sag. Finally after multiple visits to the store they said they would send us something to used. So we are pending delivery. I'm afraid to even start putting the second bed frame together. I feel like there's going to be something wrong w that too. I'm very disappointed I'm corp and warehouse and managers as we have gotten very little help and now we are stuck w furniture that is not right and a huge bill that we will have to pay.
I had order my Mattress on may 19th I was supposed to receive my bed June 5 unfortunately the bed I pick has not arrived this is the worst customer service experience I am a valuable customer who is paying out of pocket for my mattress you guys have poor customer service and never really answer the phone I will have to get a lawyer if my items are not received

Spent an hour here and no one ever gretted us or ask us if we needed help. Their were several workers not helping anyone and they just passed by us. Don't know if had anything to do how we look but we left instead. At least the nice lady in the entrance told us to have a nice day, so theirs that.
Visited today (05/22/2022) looking for a full size bed. Initially, no assistance from staff. When a staff member showed up he was rude and abrupt, like he didn't want to assist me. I was ready to buy, however after this interaction I'm sorry, I waisted my time to stop by. If I could rate you lower I would.
My sales rep was amazing and super friendly. I feel a little lied to by a manager. I was told if I purchased a mattress I would get a couch at a certain price. Well I purchased the mattress and in the end he double the price of the couch and said that price was only if I bought the 10,000 mattress. I was never told that. I would never look at a 10,000 mattress.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLAN! it’s fraud!!! Salespeople will tell you the protection plan will cover quality issues and will do cleaning service! When you try to claim the coverage, they will tell you total different policies!!!

Very happy with their service
We have purchased from this location recently but never again based on our experience yesterday with Rory. We were shopping for a 5 thousand dollar mattress set but he would only show us one brand. I explained that we were not interested in that design but he refused to discuss others. Finally I asked if he received a larger commission off that brand and he told me "I don't care if you buy from us or not". He refused to get the manager when I requested it. I have never received such Rude treatment from a sales person and this location has lost my business forever.
Don’t let Sean Robinson help you. He is new and he is a snake. They will ask you to sign three pages at the very end of the checkout process and be sure to take them and walk away, sit down, pull out your magnifying glass and read carefully. There are basically no returns. The same is true when they deliver your furniture. We ordered multiple items and the guys who delivered and hauled away our old mattress bumped into every wall we have. They took no caution or care to protect our walls. The reclining sofa was unpacked and set up, but never plugged in or tested. I did that part myself not 5 minutes after they were gone and of course one recliner is broken and the other is just noisy. I called Sean who told me to call customer service. I was #133 on hold on a Tuesday afternoon. Sean also said he would have someone in his office open up a ticket with customer service. The customer service rep was nice, but the the only only solution is now to wait for an inspector to come take a look at it. Even though I sent pictures and video to show that it is broken. 3 or 4 days after speaking with customer service is when I finally got a call from the rep that Sean said he would have call me. Well I already had a case number by them. They too also wanted pictures and an explanation which I emailed them. So here we sit with a broken couch constructed very poorly constructed. Guess what? Sean doesn’t call back or respond to texts now.
----LONG REVIEW--- My wife and I worked with Shawn, and everything seemed great! On delivery day on the other hand we found out he had gotten us the wrong bed, and had triple charged us on a stupid set of plates. I would have gladly bumped up the review had their customer service been acceptable. They canceled our refund twice, and we could never get ahold of Shawn, and his "manager" I'd stay far away and shop at another Ashley Homestore. Great company, but unfortunately this is just a terrible store to go too. DEFINITELY DONT GO HERE.
Was searching for items for a new apartment. Had been to a number of places looking for the rights items. Ashley in Murietta had what I was looking for at the right prices. And best of all a salesperson that was respectful, informative, friendly and gave me the perfect mix of information and space to look. If you are looking for furniture and want the best service around, go to this location and ask for Skylor. I would recommend him to anyone out there. Never felt pressured at any point of the interactions. When looking at bed protective colors I has seen one for $40 online. He explained the difference within the 3 types they have available. And let me make a decision. And I never felt coerced or strong armed. I even called back 2 days later to add another chair to my order and he was able to take care of it quickly and hassle free. He is a true asset to the store and I will definitely be back for any other needs that I have.

I can honestly say in all of my years of buying furniture and working with furniture companies, this has been the absolutely worse experience of my life. When I purchased the bedroom set certain pieces were not in the warehouse and needed to be ordered, so I accepted that. The king size bed was one of those pieces of furniture that needed to be ordered but the king size mattress was available. When I asked if the mattress could wait and be delivered with the bed and I was told that I would be charged to store it in their warehouse, so I told them to go ahead and deliver the mattress. The bed was supposed to be delivered the last week of January, but it was not delivered until February 16, but when they went to assemble the bed there was a part missing, so they could not put it up. When the delivery person called the warehouse to see when the part would be delivered they said in about 4 weeks. And then they asked me to keep all of the parts to the bed that was all over the floor of the bedroom, and I said no. The delivery person then said that the lady on the phone wanted to talk to me and she said to me, “so you are refusing to keep the bed,” and I responded, no, I am not refusing anything, I purchased a bed not parts of a bed, so you need to remove these parts from of my house, and then deliver what I purchased which is a bed, a complete bed and not parts of one. They were going to charge me to store a mattress but wanted me to keep parts of a bed and make me responsible for it. UNBELIEVABLE! I then called Ashley’s Murrieta (CA) store and spoke with a very nice lady who arranged for a temporary frame to be delivered today 02/19. I told her to please make sure it is a frame that fits a king size mattress and she assured me said that they would put the mattress on the frame to make sure the mattress fit. The delivery people came to deliver and assembled the bed and asked me if I had a wrench, so they did not come with the proper tools to assemble the bed, and of course we let them use our wrench. When they were done completing the frame they started to leave and I asked if they were going to put the mattress on the bed frame and they said, “no that is your responsibility.” I replied, what? She said that you would put the mattress on the bed to make sure it fit, and he said, “it was your responsibility to let me know that before we came, but I’ll do it,” and I responded, no I will do it, please leave my house.” Again, the absolutely worse experience I have ever had. I am still waiting for the bed and door chest. Something that should have been an exciting moment has turned into an utter nightmare.
Louie the salesman was informative and very professional. He did not pressure us and was able to answer any question we had on the various sofa sets. We will come back for sure.
The bed is disappointing....my mattress came from Costco, sheets fromTarget - they fit. However, Ashley's Nashberg queen metal bed-silver is width 3" too big, 3" too long. The finish is extremely poor, looks like someone used a can of spray paint. Love the look on the ad. Went into the store and the frame fit the bed, no issues. I'd never return to Ashley or Living Spaces: sister stores. Check my pictures....Too bad I got rid of my old set.Delivery guys perfect.

We had a terrific experience at Ashley Home Store! We were greeted near the door and helped right off the bat. A lovely man named Rory had information at his fingertips, and was very thorough in helping us find the specific piece we needed for our sectional. From beginning to end he explained all the information we needed to know. He made sure it was the correct facing piece for our sectional and at the same time, let us wander the store and maybe find something else we wanted! He was absolutely a joy to be paired with, and we had an awesome experience ALL around!!
Don’t buy anything that they don’t have in stock at the store. I was told 3-4 weeks for a Chaise, the one missing piece. They just keep extending the wait a month every month. Customer service is outsourced to India.

I've tried to tell them their location on Google Maps is incorrect but I guess they just don't care if some customers give up looking for the real location.. Too much pushy sales in there anyway. Just say hello and then leave me alone unless I ask for help.

**This is for the Plaza, NOT Ashley Home Store. What are you doing Google??** Well, I went here for a visit with the new VA clinic. I found the plaza to be clean and like most other shopping plazas. Traffic within the plaza was light when I was there (1000 to 1230 p.m.) and I was able to get a front space of the VA facility. Parking elsewhere??? I got lucky. You might want to figure on walking. I didn't explore much of the plaza as after over 2.5 hours at VA I was far from a "Pleasant Mood" by most standards. Good news is, if you like Weinerschnitzel, those Chili Fries are just across the street a couple lights down.
The sales rep Tim Doan was very helpful and patient helping us select the right dining room table and chairs combination. Also finding what was in stock and ready to be delivered quickly. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
Rick was a as absolutely amazing! I told him what I was looking for and he knew just what to show me. He was creative in helping us match pieces and above all he smiled and was so friendly. Didn’t hurt that Black Friday was 55 percent off !! Lol. My furniture is arriving in just 3 days. Can’t wait! I would definetly recommend RICK and the Ashley store…Thanks Rick!!

I'm very unhappy with Ashley furniture I ordered a couch that was in stock and now when it's time to deliver its on backorder and will hopefully be delivered by Christmas. If I knew they sell things from underneath you I would have bought elsewhere.
Two weeks ago I bought a Cal King head/footboard from Zack Barrientes at the Murrieta, CA store. It was delivered on the day they said it would after much confusion as they didn’t update my phone number in their system. When it arrived the nice techs assembled it and there was a large stain on the headboard. The tech said I have 72 hours to report it to Ashley. I had to go into the store to report it as the customer service line said I was number 189 in line to have my call answered. I have been in the store twice now and still no resolution from Ashley’s customer service. I’m being completely brushed off. Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved. Update: 12-27-21 I still have not gotten a response from Ashley Furniture. I have contacted them through their website and they say someone will call me to come inspect the damaged goods that were delivered. I also filed a dispute with Syncrony bank since I financed it and the claim was found in favor of the merchant. How they came to this conclusion is fraudulent. No one from the store or Syncrony bank has ever called me to or come to inspect the damage. This has been a horrible experience and very time consuming. I usually write good reviews but I can not in this case. Buyer beware. There are lots of other furniture stores, so from now on I’ll be shopping else where.

In store sale was fine and very helpful. I filled an empty house with furniture so you know we spent a lot of money for new quality items that we were promised. We got not one or two but multiple items delivered broken. The delivery guy tried to hide it as well. They left a mess at the house. I have been trying to get the broken furniture I purchased replaced for 6 months now. I’ve gotten no help. I’ve had multiple people come to the house to “check” what’s broken and tell me personally it all needs to be replaced. But once I call again asking the status they always tell me my case has been closed because the technicians say they fixed it or nothing is wrong which is a lie. I have not been able to use my dresser bc three drawers are broken. This is not what we signed up for and definitely not what Ashley’s promised. I will never ever purchase anything from that place again. And I will not recommend to anyone to shop there. This company seems more like scammers not wanting to help the customers or give the customers what they promised. Once they get your money they honestly could care less. Just came up to the store and was told if we glued it then it’ll be fine. Like that is not what I paid for.
In-store experience was fine. Lots of upselling by the representatives. The delivery was a nightmare. Today it was raining and the delivery truck trashed the outside of my home leaving papers and Styrofoam all over my yard. 100% do not recommend.

Sales people waiting at the door for me to enter (minus one star). Sales person ignores my request to be left alone upon entry and asks more questions (your sales “training” does not give you license to be rude - minus one star). Same sales person starts following me around the store (are you kidding me? No need to keep subtracting stars, it’s a 1 for sure). Same sales person later again asks “if I have any questions,” lurking all the way until I leave. Do you really think people are that ignorant, that you think that we think that you have our interest in mind? Do you really think it’s okay to treat people badly because your sales “training” tells you to? I have an empty house that will be getting filled with furniture, none of which will be from your store. One more testimony to why brick and mortar should be (and of course, is) dying. Disrespect people - go out of business. Bye!

If I can give 0 star I will. We buy our furniture from Murrieta location and pay 3000 and not even a 3 years our bedroom set was damage and we purchased insurance plans. No they refused to help us I also pay oh most 300 dollars on furniture plan it takes 3 month and they refused to fixed. Instead they want me to purchased another warranty plan. I never wrote a review before even the product is bad but once you pay 3 thousands dollar I feel like I have to write and warn others. I know some people may write pozitife reviews which is good for them. My job is the stop others buying warranty plaf. Please before you buy anything think twice about this store.
First shopped at 2other local stores Jerome's and Bob's. Good selections. Nothing in stock. December delivery dates. Not their fault though. But we wanted it sooner. Wrnt to Ashley's. Great selections and delivery within a week. Also awesome prices as well. Salesperson was fantastic and helped us with our choices with no pushing. Will be back for sure.

Horrible customer service! Wait times can exceed over an hour. Good luck with online call back system! Good luck with getting a refund in the promised 7-10 business days. Not worth the hassle for generic mass produced cheap furniture. Better off going to Living Spaces, Mor, or even Ikea!!
Worst experience. An error on their part with sectional measurements. Unbelievable waiting times on their customer service line which leads to no resolution. Forced to go in person to the Murrieta store not once but 3x to get my correct pieces. Manager said all fixed and then 3rd delivery later…still wrong pieces. The joy of having new furniture pretty much destroyed because of all of this unresolved problems. So sad.

We went into this store yesterday and we were stopping by real quick because we had somewhere else to be shortly thereafter. We walked in and Megan said hello to us and offered to help us. We walked around and looked for the item we wanted to check out. We still took a lap around the store to see if anything else stuck out to us. We were cutting it close on time so we looked for Megan so we could check out. We went in for the Johnelle Coffee Table. Originally, it was $899, but it was on sale for $450! Woo hoo! Talk about an awesome Labor Day sale! Megan said it might take 8-12 weeks for delivery, but luckily, it was available to be delivered 3 days later... even better. We reiterated to Megan that we only had a few minutes to check out and she said it would be quick. Thankfully, we checked out rather quickly after signing on the dotted line about 10 times! We believe the coffee table will match our decor perfectly. We are excited to receive the table in a few days. We had an excellent experience at this store and will be back for a few more items in the future :) Check it out and you're likely to find something you'll want to take home.

Louie helped us find a new bed for our guest room. He was helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. The whole experience was great. We found a set we liked and then decided to go check out other stores in the area for comparison. After 3 other stores nothing compared to the price we'd been quoted by Louie so we went back and made the purchase. Louie was still there and pulled up our previous choice right away. It was a really easy experience.
This location had a wide variety of selections in affordable prices. Delivery was offered within 2 days. I will update the delivery experience then.
My sales assistant, Jennifer, was excellent! She took me over the store showing me various TV stands that were possible a good match for me. She was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. She kindly explained the buying process procedure and I left the store feeling very confident that I wanted to do business with Ashley HomeStore. Thanks for hiring such a nice and pleasant person. Everything about my experience was positive.. The salesmen Rodrigo was great, helpful, kind, answered all my questions .. Quality of materials ..seemed well made, for a good price. Now looking forward to my new furniture within 48hrs delivery..I would recommend Ashley HomeStore in Murrieta for sure.
Bought a 4,000 dollar couch, with an extended warranty. Two months later the wedge peice is broken. We do not even sit on this peice we sit on the recliners. Don’t know how it could’ve even broke. Possibly was broken when they delivered it and didn’t notice until weeks later. Tried to go thru the warranty company but they said to go thru Ashley’s since it has been less than a year. Ashley’s sent out a tech and said we would have it replaced and we would hear back on a date with that. Weeks went by and nothing. Called Ashley’s again and again they sent another tech.. why? Idk why they need a second tech but they came and said same thing that it would be replaced. We were supposed to hear back but never did. Went to the store to see if we could get this resolved. Kid at the counter sent and email for us and CC their region manager said we would hear back after the weekend. STILL DIDINT HEAR BACK! Went to Ashley’s AGAIN and they pull up our account and ask “oh did the second tech come” Yes.. that was weeks ago why don’t they have info of this? They tell us to go thru the extended warranty not them.. what a run around!! Conclusion is don’t buy from these scammers. They take your money and are done with you. We will never buy from them again!

Stay clear from Ashley furniture they are horrible purchased a couch 3 months ago took 3 deliveries to get it right and then the couch is falling apart and they are doing nothing to make it right the couch ions are already broke down and the couch is piling. They offered to order 2 new cushions and the other side of the couch is already doing the same thing. I asked to select a different couch and they denied. Read the reviews online they are horrible. Wish I had of read them. Everyone that has purchase this same couch has had the same thing happen. Stay clear go to jeromes or Moore trust me
I highly recommend coming into the stores to take care of your furniture needs! I ordered my stuff online and wasn’t happy with the customer service they were offering but in store was 10x better! With covid, my online order was going to take longer to receive and I am now getting half of my order delivered and set up next week. Ishmael was awesome.
Ashley furniture, specifically Chuck, was excellent in meeting our needs. He gave direction for what we were looking for but also allowed us space as a family to make a decision on what we needed. Highly recommend for great products and amazing customer service!

The worst customer service I've ever seen!! We walked into the store in March and of course we were automatically stalked by a sales person named Zack. It's easy to be on someone a$$ when you want to make sure the customer spends money and get your commission right away! We ended up ordering over 4K in furniture. Next day I get a text stating that one item cannot be delivered with the rest of the items and that I should drive back to receive it. I live 2 hours away!! Zack mentioned we can receive a refund because his manager Tom is not cooperating. So far, we lost on item and received confirmation for the refund because that's the easiest thing to do for them. The full order was supposed to be delivered on June 4th. Nobody shows up! I contact Zack and he says sorry I forgot! the delivery was rescheduled for June 29th. Again!! Nobody notifies! Nobody shows up! I contact Zack and he says sorry I'm off today and tomorrow and that I can deal with customer service myself. We call the customer service and her name is Mae. She apologized again and was asking if we wanted to cancel our order! What is this???? This is ridiculous and mind blowing!! I have never ever seen this type of customer service, especially when you spend thousands of dollars!! These people are chilling and think they're on vacation inside a store, collecting checks and stalking customers for no reason! Do your job!!!
So extremely pleased with the customer service here! Sam was AMAZING! We purchased our living room and dining room set and then went back AGAIN for our bedroom set! Sam has the best customer service and he doesn't hover over you while you shop, which is nice! Thank you so much! We will be back soon!!!
Not very good at falling up in service
The experience in the Murrieta Ashley store was great. We had a greta salesman (Rory) and the management team were very helpful. We purchased a TempurPedic mattress and adjustable base. Not cheap but ready to make an investment in our health. The first time the delivery came they brought a broken base and the incorrect remote control for the base. Everything was sent back. Multiple phone calls made and a visit to the store trying to correct this situation. Next delivery in 3 days. The second delivery attempt was also a fail. The adjustable base was broken AGAIN and the wrong remote sent AGAIN. Does anybody check this before loading onto the trucks?? The delivery person said he could just prop the base up on the broken leg. Not for the amount of money we spent for the new bed set!! Kept the mattress and sent the broken base and wrong remote back, AGAIN. Multiple phone calls made and another visit to the store to figure out what the issue was. Next delivery 5 days later. Third delivery and everything FINALLY worked out. Base was not broken.Correct base remote sent. Mattress set up on base and everything worked. After sleeping on an air mattress for over a week we were finally able to enjoy our expensive new bed set. Again, store experience was great. It should not have taken 3 attempts and more than a week for us to receive the correct products purchased. Better quality control needed.
I went today in hopes to look for new items for our house. The employee there started harassing my family and I the second we walked in. We don’t like being followed or harassed. I told the man who tried to help me that I wanted to look around and let him know if I needed help. He didn’t like answer and made very rude remarks towards me and made me very uncomfortable. This type of harassment is unacceptable. We turned right around and left after the guy said he refused to let us walk alone and will follow us the entire time. So we left. I really hope these employees are trained in the proper ways to sell to someone with out harassing someone. If these people are commission based than that should stop. I ended up buying my dining table and couch and bed frame at Jerome’s. Will never shop at Ashley furniture in Murrieta again.
I have now purchased three sets of furniture from Ashley furniture. The first experience was terrible, the second experience was good except for the fact that the bed set is a piece of junk. The third experience was going well, until they forgot to put in the dining room table. The salesperson screwed up on the paperwork, didn't put on the dining room table, and it wasn't delivered. This is causing a massive inconvenience since be home that the furniture is getting delivered to is two and a half hours from where I currently live. I planned my entire schedule around that furniture delivery, and I cannot come back up for a second delivery the response I received from Ashley furniture was basically that I had to come back in, order the table, and that they would deliver it whenever they had an opening, this is obviously unacceptable and they are not willing to own their mistake and make it right. I do not recommend them at this poit. Tom, The general manager, is unwilling to rectify the situation because quite frankly they do not care about their customer base. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your furniture purchase. Even Amazon has better delivery practices and Ashley furniture.
I had a wonderful experience at Ashley's. I was assisted by Sam and he was extremely helpful and courteous during the entire transaction. When I return, I will be asking for him to help me.

We ordered a few pieces in store, and there were going to be two separate deliveries. One set soon after the purchase was made. We had received a confirmation of delivery a couple days prior to delivery date, but on the delivery date we heard nothing about a time frame, and had come to find out they changed the delivery date to the following week, without confirmation with us or even any contact. This was unfortunate because we had already stayed home from work for that day. With work schedules we planned to do a will call pick up, and clarified it would be at the Murrieta location. Of course, the pick up kept changing over and over again without notice, and finally we were told we had to go to Colton to pick up. With work schedules, this was not possible so we went instore to speak with customer service because we were getting no where over the phone. The customer service representative gave us a shipping option where they would simply leave it at our door and we would not have to worry about missing work hours. Delivery was made, but we received an unpleasant call that they needed a signature from us, despite us having been confirmed this would not be necessary. Luckily, I work close by and was able to make it in the 10 min time frame they gave us to give the signature, needed for delivery. After all the deliveries are made, we will not be making any further purchases with the company. The Delivery system and customer service is shameful.
We just purchased a power recliner loveseat at the store last week. It was delivered with clear damage and even though we pointed it out, the delivery people still left it, and told us to call customer service if something didn't work. I am now dealing with calls and long waits to have somebody come check it out. Very disappointing, not sure I can recommend the store. Not what you expect when you spend a couple of grand on furniture at this store.

Buying a recliner felt like a used car transaction. Salesman "We could discount this number maybe match this number, by the way the $119 delivery we can't negotiate but maybe my manager can help reduce the product cost." Then he comes back and says the manager is already doing a price match so he can only reduce by $20. What a song and dance... Then they request you pay delivery and taxes up front with a credit card even if you have their store card. I paid the delivery and taxes only for them to charge them a second time to my store account anyways. Spent an extra 45 minutes for them to figure out which printers were working and listen to their excuses about why we were being delayed due to their slow wifi. Delivery is a whole other story... They were supposed to text 2 days before to give window... No text received. Try calling their support number if you want to be on hold or hung up on... And don't forget to give the 1-5 rating before they disconnect you... Good thing for them zero is not an option...
Our shopping experience was very easy out sales person Chuck was very sweet. We let him know we were shopping and he gave us our space which we liked no pressure selling. His personality was so sweet too. The store had lots of choices and set up very beautiful. Will certainly return
Horrible Experience !! Didn't get our delivery twice !! They had our phn # and Email both wrong. Third try got delivery. Damage on one dresser. Was promised they would come fix it. Driver refused to pu my old mattress and box spring after being told by his boss to bring me back in the plastic from the new mattresses so I could wrap them in. At that point he walked out of my house and drove off. Lady from delivery called me to apologize and promised a $150.00 gift card. WHICH I NEVER GOT ! Called the store several times got a not in service recording, even double checked the phn #. Funny, when I called back using *68 I got right thru. THEY BLOCKED MY # !! After speaking with the girl in customer service, she said she'd call delivery and call me back that evening...told her I was pissed and said I if I don't hear back from you I'll never do business with you again and also let my friends know about my experience. She said that's your prerogative sir. NEVER HEARD FROM HER !! NEVER EVER SHOP HERE !!
Elle was amazing! She spent almost 2 hours with us picking out a couch that worked for me and a table that I liked as well! She did everything she could to get us the best prices and discounts! I left buying both items and very pleased with my purchases, price point, and customer service. Thank you again, Elle!
Worst company ever!! We purchased a bed, mattress and box spring on line. The delivery date was set. The day before the delivery (after my husband and I took time off work), Ashley called and cancelled our delivery and rescheduled it. Three days before the second delivery date (after we took time off work again), Ashley called and cancelled the delivery again and wanted to reschedule for over a month away. They also took the money out of my account for the bed on that day. We cancelled our order and requested a refund. We were told the refund was being processed and it would take 7-10 days. FedEx tried to deliver the bed two days later. It luckily we were home to refuse it. I called Ashley on that day and confirmed the cancellation. There was no explanation for why they tried to deliver the bed even though the order had been cancelled. 10 days later I called because I still had not received my refund and I was that the first person I spoke with 10 days ago, never processed my refund. I was on the phone with Ashley for over an hour. I had to speak with a supervisor to fight for refund and was literally a fight to get all the money back that was taken from me. A customer should not have to do all this just to get a refund because a store screwed up so many times. What happens when a person is not good at fighting for a refund? Does Ashley just keep the money? It very unprofessional and borderline fraudulent billing. We will never shop here again.
They had no problem selling us furniture but when it was finally delivered in November 2020 it was damaged. Here we are April. 2021 and we are STILL waiting to have replacement parts that are sitting in our garage ( for 3 months) installed. Store staff and management really could care less and customer service never returned our calls. IF they’re returning our call they’re probably calling a VERY old number we have repeatedly told them was disconnected and have repeatedly given them our new number. Will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again!!

Horrible delivery service. My delivery driver had no I.d. therefore he could not get in our gated neighborhood. The customer service that followed left much to be desired. Seemingly uncaring attitudes. It’s as if they simply don’t care after they receive your money. To date my case is unresolved. Trying to pick up my furnace is a whole new challenge in itself.
Amazing store in Murrieta CA. Very carrying people. Mike was awesome. Even though we flew back to Chicago he helped us still purchase all we needed and supported us over the phone.
We were looking for a bed set for my son and some new bar stools. Rick was very helpful and was not pushy at all, he was very informative and worked hard to get us the best deal. I would recommend this store, just ask for Rick when you get there.
I couldn’t find the furniture piece I was searching for-Ashley’s had the item & it was available to be delivered this week, not availability in 4 or more weeks as with other stores I visited. I am very pleased with my salesperson-she was extremely helpful & patient with my questions, as well as quite nice & personable. I had a good experience with Ashley’s.
I bought the warranty protection for my recliner. I have been trying to make a claim for MONTHS and no one will help me. The warranty company says call the store. The store says call the warranty company. The corporate office says call the store. The warranty product is nothing but a SCAM. They have no intention of honoring my legitimate claim. I have spent HOURS on the phone with various people. No one will help me. And why did my chair literally bend in half down the middle in the first place? Shoddy quality to start with. What a terrible company to have to deal with.
We have been dealing with Ashley furniture since December. Regarding our dining room table. We have called several times and spoke with customer service have never received a phone call back from them. We’ve called the store manager to no avail he does not return phone calls he does not reach on tax. Customer service passes you off to another department. This is got to be the worst furniture company in the world. One person promise you to have the matter resolved within a few days. A few days go by no answer no phone calls you call them back and it’s another story all over again you have to wait for them to contact you, which they never contact you. I’ve worked 38 years in a furniture company if I did anything that this company does I’ve been fired. Please reconsider find any furniture from this company your best place to go is living spaces, Moore’s anywhere but Ashley furniture furniture

Fool me once... Shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me...I have truly found myself living this quote with the Ashley Furniture Homestore in Murrieta California. Honestly, I do not know why I did not learn the first time, when they first failed me. I attribute it to me being a naive buyer, trusting and readily accepted their furniture protection on my living room furniture purchase and came to later deeply regret it. You see, something as simple as a broken ottoman leg was denied by this protection, Needless to say. I was left disappointed, and by some miracle almost a year later was awarded a “credit” of $206.82 to replace said ottoman. The use of which- leads me to my second and most recent disappointment with this “leader in furniture industry.” The cause of this review. On 3/14/21 - the date the credit was due to expire, my family and I went in to finally make use of the credit. After all, it was well deserved after being denied repair of the ottoman. We eventually found a sofa table with stools to add to our seating in our home. Having gotten used to not using the ottoman, we didn’t see the need to purchase another one. Take note* Our furniture purchase price was $419.99,after delivery 89.99,and taxes 44.62,came out to a total of grand total of $554.60. After the 206.82 credit was used toward it- our out of pocket cost that day was $347.78. Reasonable enough- so we set the delivery date for 3/20/21. Fast forward to the second delivery date of today 3/26/21(first one was rescheduled without notifying me though they claim to have left a message-though none was received). I found myself looking online to reacquaint myself with what I had purchased and was upset to find the very same item not only lower on Ashley’s website but also found it for ONLY $193.19 on several others, Walmart and Amazon being the more mainstream of them. Doing the math(419.99-193.19) means I paid $226.80 MORE than what it is currently being sold for. That’s $226.80 worth of food for my kids! So what did I do? I did what ANY mother of 3 would do in these times after having found that out. I researched their price adjustment policy & spoke to their customer service where they advised me to go to the store I purchased it from to adjust price. Simple enough right?WRONG. I get to the store expecting to receive a true price adjustment where I would be getting a refund of that 226.80 difference I overpayed because of the price match policy. But am instead insulted with “I’m sorry ma’am your 206.82 credit was already applied for the initial order and cannot be used in this price adjustment.” What??? I asked to speak to the manager,Jeremy, and heard the same thing. According to THEIR math from this new price adjustment invoice, $193.19 purchase price ,plus 89.99 delivery fee,& taxes of $24.78 came to a total of $307.96 which after you subtract it from what I paid out of pocket 347.78 on 3/14/21- left me entitled to only a refund of $39.82. The 206.82 credit being NON EXISTENT now. Yes, .....it’s okay to feel confused , I AM. How is it that in the retail business I work in we ARE able to transfer all original forms of payment credit/ visa/ other to the new price adjustment transaction, but Ashley Furniture Homestore- THE LARGEST self proclaimed furniture retailer in California’s systems do not allow it? I was left feeling bent over and take advantage of, indeed, my husband said it in less formal words. In my heart I feel that what they did to me today is akin to theft. And in a time where every penny counts, I can almost assuredly say it should be a CRIME. Ironically-While waiting to be answered by customer service earlier in the day, I can remember their automated recording repeating,boasting, “Ashley is largest home furnishing brand in the world. We design and manufacture our own products. We stock them in our own distribution centers, and ship them around the world using our own fleet. This allows Ashley home store to provide innovative products and services at the best values* in the industry.” I can now say with confidence that this is an absolute LIE. Please, if you can learn anything from my experiences - do business elsewhere. With furniture companies who although smaller, truly honor their policies and do what it right for the customer. Avoid buying furniture here at all costs!!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. I strongly believe car salesmen are more honest people then the managers at Ashley's. I went in to purchase a king PROBreeze Tempur-Pedic mattress. Everything went great and was told since I was making a big purchase that they would discount anything else I wanted in store. I picked out a small sectional and was told they would include it for only $1,000. I negotiated for $700 in which the manager was upset about and finally agreed. When I went to pick up the mattress from Colton (1 hour away), everything went smoothly and the mattress was wrapped in a cardboard box. I got home, unloaded and realized there was no snowflake on the mattress like the PROBreeze has in the store. Since the store was already closed I called the next day and discussed this with my salesman, he told me this is the mattress I ordered and "has cooling properties" (that is not true). He told me this would not be an issue and they would exchange it out however, I was responsible for the $300 extra and had to come in store to make this payment... I agreed. (Notice how I talked them down $300 and magically the mattress that was switched out cost $300 less... hmmm... makes sense let's tell the customer we will "discount" the sectional and just switch out the mattress for a cheaper one..). Anyways, I received a phone call a few hours later and was told the manager (Richard) said we cannot switch it out even though that is not the mattress we agreed upon and have had the mattress less than 24 hours and it has never been slept in.. I am now waiting to hear back from the BBB about this since no manager would call me back and they will not release any of their information including email addresses. Wish me luck, and may someone see this that is in the market for furniture.. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEYS!!! Find somewhere else, anywhere else other than here.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My bedroom furniture was horribly manufactured and most of it was broken and drawers scratched and unable to open and close. The technician came out and insulted me saying I am hard to please. I’m sorry but I’m not spending money for broken and horribly manufactured furniture. I have pictures of each item and everyone seeing the pictures agreed with me. I went into the store upon receiving the furniture and was rudely informed to bad. Customer service is definitely horrible when you have a problem and I am sorry but when we buy something new we want it new and not broken and scratched and in working order. Be warned that you better check everything when you get it because it’s a nightmare dealing with this company. I have never bought anything from Ashley furniture before and I have never had problems with the other furniture stores. I would never recommend this store or company. I’m extremely disappointed with the whole situation and have been working to resolve it for over a month. Personally I don’t want to keep any of the furniture because of the problems with customer service. Battling cancer and wanting a comfortable and new bedroom set was so exciting until it was delivered. Call me whatever you want but I guess I’m picky about not wanting broken and damaged furniture. I still have to wait for the insulting technician to come for the 2 time to fix what could have been fixed a few weeks ago. Our time doesn’t matter because they will keep you waiting all day. We walked in Saturday and were greeted by Brandee.Followed around as if we were going to still the furniture. I asked if she knew how would they apply the employees family discount (on regular price or sale price) her response was that she didn’t know because she had only been there for 2 months. Then we found a bedroom set we liked very much . She was giving the discount as she felt was good according to her. Then we asked why is her discount less than what is offered? Depends how you pay for it. Is this a car dealership? She says I’ll go talk to the manager if we were only serious about purchasing. That was all I needed to hear. Took my serious money to another furniture store that took care of us with white glove service. Buy independent stores they carry the same stuff for way less

Lied to on stock availability and delivery date. Never recieved a call about delivery or stock. Had to call to find out on day of scheduled delivery. Was told they tried calling me 2 days prior.... they did not.
Unfortunately from the moment we walked through the door we were followed nonstop. We couldn't look or talk privately we had a sales person pushing a mattress or bed on us when we are looking for a desk and we told her that 4 times.We even made a comment that if we had any questions we would come find her she still would not leave from behind our back everywhere we went she went to. This was completely unwelcoming and we decided we were going to leave and go elsewhere to do our shopping.

Don’t take my $$$ and tell me delivery will be middle of February now it is on March 5th and now you are telling me it will be March 29th or as late as the middle of April. I paid for this back in January with the assurance that it will take no longer than 1month to get made and delivered.
I would highly suggest not shopping at Ashley. I made a huge mistake. The store added the furniture protection plan to my order without asking me. I asked multiple times to have it removed as did my sales representative. The sales manager, Agustin Delen, continued to re add it to my receipt insisting that he gave me a good deal on the rest of the furniture. Which I guess that means I should buy the protection plan? After arguing and being in the store for more than 4 hours I decided I would go home, check out the protection plan and cancel it if I didn’t think I would need it. I spent over $10,000 on furniture and they’re refusing to refund me $289.99 for a useless protection plan. I’ve now spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund for the protection plan which the store is refusing to do. They are claiming it is “built into the price” of my furniture. It makes absolutely no sense. The problem with Ashley is their customer service line is nice but they have no ability to intervene in this issue so I’m left with no recourse for the store completely scamming me. Agustin Delen called me and was completely unprofessional. He constantly interrupted me and when I asked to speak to someone else he refused. He told me he could have the store manager, Tom Freeman, call me which has yet to happen. The store is running a complete scam with the furniture protection plan. They’re scamming customers and also Ashley Furniture. If I had refused the protection plan then I guess they would have charged me more for the furniture I was buying. That just doesn’t seem ethical. This is all very unfortunate because my sales rep, Rory, was awesome! I have an entire house of furniture to buy and I would have loved to continue working with him. But if a sales manager can manipulate the price of furniture based on the insurance plans I purchase how could I ever trust that I’m being charged a fair price? Complete bs and I am done with Ashley. Also, the only way I can get the store on the phone is to call customer service, they call the store, and they have a sales rep call me. Not anyone who could actually solve the issue. If you do decide to give this store your money, DO NOT leave the store without being completely happy with your receipt. Double check your invoice before paying. There is nothing you will be able to change after leaving the store.
Ashley furniture strikes again, I requested for my delivery to be reschedule for the 24th between 1200-4pm due to my work schedule but they were unavailable to allocate the time. After they failed to delivered on my off day. Extremely unhappy with Ashley. Lies and bad customer service. I ordered a coffee table and T.V.furniture based on what they had in stock. Salesperson told me it would be 1week to delivery. I was message three days before to confirmed my delivery day. I arranged my scheduled to be at home. My furniture never showed up nor I call was recieved with an update. I contacted customer service and I was told my address was not found and the team was done for the day. I had recieved furniture delivered from Ashley furniture to my address prior to this delivery.
This review relates to post sale customer service only. It was going to take a month to get my chairs so I decided to look at Living Spaces. Sure enough they had chairs that could be delivered quickly and that I actually liked better. I bought them. I called Ashley customer service on 12/31/20 to cancel my order. A woman cancelled it and gave me a reference #. A month and a half later on 2/13 I noticed I never got the $231.64 refund to my credit card. After almost an hour chatting while waiting on hold. The chat rep said I'd have my refund in 3 days while the girl on the phone said the "central office" would have to call me. I told her I don't need to get a voiuce mail from them, just tell them to issue the refund. A week later 2/20 still no refund. I spent another hour on the phone at which time they transferred me to the local store. She said if I drove 40 minutes round trip into the store she'd issue the refund. I was disgusted at their poor customer service at that point and didn't feel I should invest more time and gas driving. I called Visa and contested the charge. Lastly, I will say I called Living Spaces to change from 4 chairs to 3. I immediately got a refund and 3 chairs correctly arrived. Ashley's customer service is terrible.
Rodrigo was so helpful. We just moved to the area from VA and had a new house to furnish since we were first time home buyers. He spent a lot of time with us and was so patient! We were so indecisive but he was so kind and helpful and had a smile the whole time! Looking forward to working with him again!
Extremely unhappy with Ashley. Lies and bad customer service. We ordered our furniture based on what they had in stock. Salesperson Helena told us it would be 3 weeks to delivery because we knew they were backordered on a lot. I was called a week after purchase to schedule our delivery the following week. They never showed up. Called Ashley and was told that the furniture wasn't in stock and they had rescheduled the delivery to Feb. 12 - without notifying us at all! So, I called today to see if Feb 12 was still on and was told that our stuff STILL isn't in stock and they rescheduled us to the end of the month - again without informing us at all! We will be cancelling our order.
Horrible experience. Sales doesn’t communicate with the warehouse. Was scheduled for a delivery and they cancel delivery without proper notice for a week later. Of course you can’t speak with a manager to discuss. 50 people ahead of me voicing their complaints and dissatisfaction. I will Never will do business with this company. I will take my business to the small mom and pops furniture companies. Got better service from Ethan Allen and same day service owned by a small business owner.
Worst customer service. You call there office they put u on hold answer put u on hold and hang up..they have done this a few times already. Ridiculous. I bought a couch from Ashley's and got warranty. And ended up needing to use it.filed a claim almost 6 months ago and still haven't received replacement and cant get a hold of anybody.i understand there's a pandemic but this place has been open and they do online orders so why would my claim be less of a priority? I need someone to get this claim fixed asap.
Highly disappointed! Ordered mattress, box spring and a medal bed frame December 19th 2020.. Was told it would be delivered in two weeks. They called a few days before delivery saying that the mattress was on back-order and not in the warehouse. They set a delivery date to Jan 30th. Once again I received a phone call this week saying it never arrived to the warehouse and they have to change the delivery to Feb 14th. Why weren’t we told this when we purchased it all in Dec. I remember the salesman saying they had them at the warehouse in Colton. This is very unacceptable and I’m very upset about the whole matter.

My family had the worst experience ever! When we bought the bedroom set for our girl the amount we paid was 1700$, (300$ the cash we paid) 1480$ we put on finance. When we sign the contract, the selling person said it is 0% Apr. we were so happy, because of the 0 % APR. After 15 months of paying our bill, we have to remain balance of 1380$$$!!!!! How it is possible, we paid 15 months around 600$ and we still have the same remain balance. Be aware! We didn’t check the bill, because at the beginning they told us, 0%. The job just to sell, that it and give information to SYNCHRONY Bank. The bank charged 29.99% APR!!!! That’s why, after 15 months we have the same remain balance!!! Our bedroom set for this moment is 2342$. We spoke about this problem with customer service ( unpleasant lady ), she said, that she can’t help. They very nice, when they want that you will buy the staff, after that not. Don’t believe them! Read very carefully the contact! For the second part, the quality of our bedroom set, that we bought was very poor! I hope this review will help someone!

I moved into a new house in November and purchased a bedroom set and coffee table on 11/1. I still have not received a SINGLE piece of this order and am being told it may not arrive until February. This company’s customer service is lacking greatly from top to bottom. Poor quality service, shipping, and most of all, POOR FURNITURE. While yes, Covid has taken shipping delays to a new level, we were promised that our items would be delivered within an 8 week period. We are nearing on doubling that 8 weeks now and it seems as though nobody is able to find our order or give us a definitive answer as to when we will receive our products. We have ordered other large furniture items, including a couch, which have all arrived within 2-4 weeks of their order date from multiple other retailers. I will never shop with this company again.
Jeremy the store manager is completely unprofessional and rude!! Why would a big corporate store put a guy like this in customer service. Oh just some insight. When buying a bed at 50% off and add a night stand for 800.00 more then the bed as well as a 42" media dresser for 1,200.00 just to do a bait and switch is total b.s. Do your homework. This experience at Murrieta location is pathetic.. Sales rep said come back tomorrow and see if I cN get a better deal!! No thanks!!
This store and Ashley's customer service has gotten worst over the years . I have been buying from Ashley's for the past 15 years. Sad to say but don't waste your time or your hard earned money with the company. They can care less about you . I have purchased a mattress , box spring almost two months ago and we are still waiting for it . The delivery date come and they push it back multiple times WITHOUT even contacting us. I took multiple days off work so I can be present for the delivery that was never coming . Even better I had to call Ashley's customer service 4 times to update my new address and now they are telling me if they change the address the delivery date will have to be pushed back again !!!!
Ashley Home furniture is awful, they have no problem selling you furniture and taking your money, but they cannot deliver. I purchased a sofa and loveseat Aug 31,2020 and I was told 6 weeks out on deliveries, they kept pushing my delivery every month with the same excuse that It wasn’t available. I finally received the sofa in December and was told the loveseat would arrive and be delivered on Jan 9th, 2021!!!! Five months later!! On Jan 9th I had no loveseat!! I was over it and went into the store to cancel the loveseat and request a refund on the sofa, since I couldn’t use it without the loveseat, the manager and her sidekick, Adrian and Erin, did not care about my situation. Told me I couldn’t return the sofa and they would refer the situation to corporate office. The manager could care less, LITERALLY, after 5 months and my money in their pockets they have the audacity of telling me they would not return a product that I no longer want because its not their policy. Is it in THEIR POLICY TO TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE ME MY FURNITURE THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS!!! THIS IS THE POOREST OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I no longer want to associate with this business, who had no problem taking my money and giving me a 6 week time frame, and then month after month nothing!!! No product and crappy service!! While I’m in the store spending money I’m a great customer but when I’m upset and have enough, Adrian and Erin, no longer want to deal with me!! Really, I asked what I should do? On numerous occasions I tried to work with the time frame but now I’m being taken advantage of and Erin behind the counter tells me to leave because I’m UPSET!! I cannot believe that their is a manager on site who has no authority to process a refund, REALLY, that is a useless form of delegating what management should be able to do....I want a refund on my sofa, love seat and the extended warranty that I purchased with this furniture. If there is any one running this show can you please reach out to me because apparently in your stores their is no one with any type of authority to help your BUSINESS stay in business and hold on to the customers that you have.
I’ve been calling their store all day to buy a bed set and no one answers. I got through to a customer service line and they forwarded me twice before someone answered, and when I do he says he’ll call me back in 20 minutes and it’s been 3 hours and I’ve received no call. Tried calling back still nothing. I can’t purchase online because the one I want is only in stores. I talked to their chat online and they gave me another number to call and of course they’re already closed. I don’t live locally yet so I can’t go to their store to purchase it so I’m putting this here in hopes that they’ll see and call me back because I JUST WANNA BUY A BED.
This store is horrible, once you pay for your product you will never be able to contact anyone at the store. We bought a couch in early Nov, was told it was out of stock and would be delivered on Dec 17, when there was no contact by that date I made many phone calls and only reached corporate customer service, and was told delivery would be 12/28, once again no contact, reached corporate customer service again and was told my delivery would be Feb 27, I canceled the order and the customer service lady told me this situation happens at this store all the time and she was sorry and corporate has been told, but don’t seem to care enough to do anything about it, I don’t want to do business with any company like this!!!

I bought a bed with movable frame. it was set up and installer said going to vehicle he would be back in to show us how it worked. He walked out and got into vehicle and drove away. of course it didn't work. six weeks later they had it fixed. by phone and even going to store there was no one who cared. NEVER again.
They do have some nice furniture but our experience was pretty rough with their customer service. They got us part of our order but couldn’t deliver on the completion of the rest of the order until next year, months later than what they told us when we ordered. So we cancelled the order but they wouldn’t take the part we got already back but charged us for that and the delivery fee for it all. And it took days to get through to them. THEY DON’T LET YOU RETURN things despite what it says on the site. Be careful.

Blew off our delivery and later delivered half a couch and then ghosted. We have called, emailed, tweeted, gone into the store, spoken the to manager, been lied to, hung up on, and just brushed off. We paid up front so where is the other half of our couch?! Wild. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The staff was helpful and professional during the buying process.I made my purchase in september. My first partial delivery was made on time in October. When the balance of my furniture was suppose to arrive at the beginning of November, I received a call saying that some items were backordered and they would be delivering another partial in with the balance of the items arriving on Dec 2nd. On 11/29, I received a call saying that some of the items were once again backordered and they would not be making a delivery. I called to get more information, which I was told the rest of my sectional was in stock but I would have to wait for a full delivery of all my items. My nightstands were backordered again until february 2021. Customer service created to request the delivery of the couches and said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours with a resolution. It is now exactly a week later, I called Ashley, and apparently the couches are no longer in stock and there is nothing that can be done. My new quoted time to receive my complete order is february, more than 5 months after my purchase date and 4 months after the original delivery date. I understand with COVID there are circumstances out of our control however deliver the furniture when its available, return calls on open tickets, and be more truthful with your delivery dates.
Worst experience ever was promised a delivery of oct 2020. Partial sofa delivered. When I asked where the other missing piece was, they said due to covid its delayed. I understood the situation and waited an additional month. When it was time to deliver I got confirmation from the warehouse that said the item will be delivered by 4pm on November. When November came the missing piece was not available and was pushed to December now its December i get another confirmation that item will be delivered by 4 cancelled all my plans to wait and nothing. Called this morning to see wheres my sofa no one knows now pushed to January this place is a bait and switch spot and i paid full price to get an incomplete set they are quick to take your money but cant keep promise to deliver PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST THAT CONDUCTS FRAUUD!!!!! Stay away buyers warned!!!!!! I Will be filling a lawsuit and dispute of charges !!!!

Worst customer service and delayed shipping with no communication. Absolutely the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. It's too bad because the furniture is nice but the company itself is awful.
Be sure to check online prices before purchasing anything. Sales associates will not inform you of cheaper online prices. Our dining room table was originally $2,100 in store. We happen to check the online price $1,400. Tom the manager was not nice or very helpful in mixing our price match. All he could say was everyone does it..Lowes and walmart. If I was the manager I would be trying to make customers happy, not justifying your shady money dealings for your store. Last thing I buy from Ashley's.
Horrible customer service. I have had to go in physically every time I had a question on my order. NO one answers and even when I went in and asked about that they say there is nothing they can do about it. There is only one number and apparently it doesn&'t work and they don&'t know why it won&'t ring for them. Simply just don&'t know why... great initiative on figuring out how to solve the problem. They say they will call you back and leave a message and they do not. EVEN after I ask them if they really will leave a message because they said they would but didn&'t the time prior. That is my fault for assuming an Ashley&'s representative would do what they said they would do. I spent 10K, and at a minimum expect to be able to reach someone by phone to answer simple inquiries. My dates for deliveries are pushed back now and at this current moment I still have no idea why. My husband went in today physically to speak to a manager and could not. Manager was in a meeting. Understandable however, no &"can we take a message for them to call you&" , nothing. Horrible experience at this Ashley&'s. I don&'t even write reviews but they have been so horrible I decided to take time out of my life to do so.
Didn't have great experience from day of purchase to delivery. The sales person was really rude and was rushing us during our visit. Then from delivery date they delayed 3 weeks for us to receive out tv stand. And upon receiving we noticed scratches and defective doors. Apparently their policy is just to fix it no return. The company wants to send now a technician to fix it truly its putting a bandages. We paid full price and our experience been the worst. This will be more than 1 month and if technician comes until 3 week from now it will take 2 months.
They have nice furniture but always bring your phone with you and show them the online price because the prices in the store are way higher than online
I normally don&'t leave these types of reviews but my experience at this Ashley&'s was the worst costumer service I have EVER received. The only saving grace of this review and why it received two stars was because Jazzy the woman who helped us pick out our furniture was nice and helpful but that&'s where it all stops sadly. We go to the store and pick out 5 things for our new house. Everything is in stock and in the warehouse and we schedule our delivery two weeks out. Day before delivery rolls around I get my text message to confirm my appointment. Then I get 3 phone calls to yet again confirm my appointment and they list everything that will be delivered to me, okay great. Then 5pm rolls around and I get my 4th call from Ashley&'s saying oh did someone call and tell u we didn&'t receive one of your items and it won&'t be delivered tomorrow, of course nobody did. Okay whatever it&'s not coming the problem is now they can&'t deliver it for ANOTHER 2 weeks! I make my appointment upset but I make it anyways shit happens. Now it&'s delivery day of my 4 out of 5 items. Delivery man calls and is like we have 2 items for you. Wait what I was told the only thing missing was going to be my dining room table. The driver says he only has two items. They arrive and one of the items is damaged and we decline to receive a broken piece. So we ultimately waited 2 weeks to receive one item. We call Ashley&'s to try and figure out what is going on and when we are going to receive our other items. We talked to a lady that said she was going to call us right back and that she would let the manger know we want to speak with them. We received no call back and no call apologizing for them delivering a broken piece of furniture. So we call yet again the next day speak with someone else and ask if the other stuff will be delivered on the appt we scheduled for the table. Know they are showing we never scheduled a follow up appt for the table even though I got a confirmation. They can&'t do the new appt anymore because they are booked. We schedule another appt that is 3 weeks out from our original appointment that we have had to reschedule not because of us but because Ashley&'s messed up. I understand COVID is making things difficult but all this could have been avoided if they would have simply called to tell us the right information and actually explained things. We have tried to speak with the manager 4 times and have yet to receive a call back. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They got our money and it was like we were know a piece of trash and they could care less about it.
Why do I have to pick a star....I don&'t want to leave any stars. Ashley is ridiculous...I get promised, in writing, dates for delivery...then on those dates the products promised come as an incomplete order. Phone calls get transferred to four different people and eventually get disconnected. When I try to call back, 45 minutes later I finally get someone to answer, just to hear that things are on back order when two days earlier they confirmed delivery of items. Was promised a call a day or two later and now it&'s two weeks later and still no call so I&'m on my way in to tell every customer in the store that Ashley is a joke. My son and I have been sitting on camping chairs in our living room for almost two months now because they fail to deliver as promised. I was also told that I wouldn&'t begin paying until all my furniture arrives, but yet the bills do not stop coming in the mail and have due dates. Funny how I must pay or get charged late fees that could impact my credit, but where is the accountability on Ashley&'s failure to comply? DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY!!!! I normally always have a great experience here, but lately it’s been horrible!! I waited about 3 months for an order to be delivered I was very understanding about the situation, when the order was delivered my mother signed off on it because I was working. When I finally see it, the chairs were way to tall for my kitchen, I contacted them and I was told I would be called in 3 days to schedule a pick up, I never received the call so I reached out again, this time I was told to wait another 3 days to see if my return would even be approved. I have asked to be added to a list to speak to their manager TWICE and have received a call NEVER. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional. I will no longer be shopping there.

I NO LONGER WANT TO SPEAK TO SALESMAN AS HES A LIAR. Bought 4,000$ worth of furniture. Got the 40% off deal with 60 months to pay. However they did not offer me the 6 months of payments paid by them. Also was told zero down is not allowed. They made me pay 500$ down. This was an advertised deal on t.v The sales man was very unprofessional. So I looked online and found that they are commissioned based workers. It all now makes sense. He wanted his money now so he told me I couldn’t get 100% financing. Also if they don’t have to give me the 6 months of payment it’s another win. Therefore I’m canceling my order today. With a 4,000$ purchase u would expect a bit more respect. This wasn’t a small purchase. I will get all my money I forked out back and go to their competitor
My mother and I both went in today looking for a dinning room table. We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. The sales associate Rodrigo greeted us as we walked in and guided us the entire way. I have never had such wonderful customer service. This young man needs a raise. He was professional and knew the answer to every question we had. We ended up buying a beautiful dinning room set. We will definitely be shopping here again.
Saw something online I liked so we went to check it out. Chuck greeted us at the door ask what we were looking for and directed us towards the living room sets. I told him I had a picture and from there he took over. We found our set was better than I expected. We got a great deal and customer service was excellent. If I could give a 0 I would. I understand we are in a pandemic but this is seriously the worst experience I have had with your company. I ordered a king bed and mattress in April. Got the mattress in 2 days the bed frame just arrived today. I was told 3 different delivery dates through email. I have called multiple times to find out these dates and was sent to voicemail saying I would get a phone call back between 72-96 hours. Never got a phone call back. So after finally receiving my bed I opened it up to this. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning and making sure my son didn&'t eat these stupid beads. Why even have those in the box
Bought a kitchen island which was a managers special had it delivered (over a month for delivery because covid I get it) finally comes and while it was being installed in kitchen I was tending to my dogs to stop barking while the delivery people were installing, they LEFT without saying they're done or goodbye or anything and I goto kitchen to check out the new island and the drawers are almost falling off, not installed correctly, I call immediately Ashely and they give me two to three weeks timeframe to come and fix, I should've known better because the display at the store was missing the cabinet drawers and the salesperson Sean rad said it was being repaired, very disappointed with this whole thing.

I order pretty much my whole furniture for my house on august 2nd .. everything came at expected but my bedroom they messed up on the order so I had to wait another month and half to arrive they told me oh well u accept if the order there is no returns . Keep in mind I place the order on august 2 it&'s November 1st and I just receive my bed and the stupid company didn&'t build it for me they just left me with the huge boxes in my room ,, because the delivery guy weren&'t told to build WTf my mistake for not reading the review earlier :/ now I have to figure out how to build the bed and stuck with a lot of carbord !!! Stay away from this place or the customer services since they won&'t help you !
Very disappointed. Poor communication after purchase, failed to deliver couch within 2 months. Because the store was not able to answer their phones or return calls, we ended up canceling the order. I also found that we overpaid because Ashley dealers were selling for almost half. We thought that we would have a better experience purchasing with Ashley directly, but we were wrong.
Got rid of the old furniture, stood home because Ashley delivery was supposed to be here between 8-12. Ashley delivery center called at 9:30 to tell me they can’t deliver today. Wow! Just wow!
Unpleasant shopping experience. As soon as I walked in someone asked for my phone number and grilled me on what exactly I wanted to buy. Then proceeded to follow me around, lurking from a distance the whole time. It was very awkward and weird. Too much pressure from desperate sales people. I couldn't wait to get out of there. They need to revamp their sales policies/commission strategy to make a more pleasant shopping experience.
This places&' management is trash. They just contacted me again saying the couch is still on back order and they will get back to me in 2 more weeks. Also, No one reached out to me after my last review ...this whole situation is far off and I am not cool with it.

Adding on to previous review posted 1 year ago. On top of this horrible experience, I just ran into more issues. We bought the 5 year protection plan which we thought was a great deal. Turns out the plan stops working for full replacements once you move away from where you purchased the items. We are military and the guy selling us the plan knew this and knew we were moving. We wasted $165 for a plan that we can no longer use. They told me I can pick up my new furniture in California, 8 hours away from me. This company is an absolute joke!

Was supposed to get a desk today after waiting months and being told Covid this Covid that! I am done hearing excuses! Then to get a text saying its not going to be delivered until Saturday. I called a week ago and told you Saturday was not going to work and you said it would be delivered Friday morning! Know you tell me my Friday delivery has some how be canceled! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. we thought we were getting great customer service in the store when we bought a bed frame, night stands and dresser. We got all three items in under an hour with the selling point being that we would have delivery within 2 weeks. We had just bought a couch at jeromes and they were back ordered so we thought we’d look at Ashley. With claims that our delivery day would be in 2 weeks from sage or purchase we ended up buying the bedroom set. Well 2 weeks rolls around and we got our bed frame and Dressers but no nightstands. Called Ashley and they said the night stands would be here on September 24. September 23rd came and we Confirmed our delivery date for the next day. We waited around all day on the 24th for the delivery and no one showed up. We called and they said the warehouse never “got our delivery date” and that because we didn’t call and confirm they pushed our date back until October 8th. When asked what they can do for us since it was an error on their end and we had the chats to prove our delivery date had indeed been confirmed we were told They would fill out a “customer care case” to see if someone can come sooner but still no one was in contact with me. Here comes October 8th and I called THREE TIMES this week to confirm our delivery date so that the same experience didn’t happen again and the customer service people kept saying they have our confirmation. I even have voicemails Of them stating our delivery would be On the 8th and to look out for a text message I would receive 24 hours before delivery date and confirm to the text as well. Well it’s the 7th and I’m waiting for the text and haven’t gotten it so I called to quadruple confirm delivery date and THEY SAID IT WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL OCTOBER 24th now. Completely unorganized, not one person says the same thing when you call their customer service department, no one ever knows what’s going on and you get the run around everytime you call. Don’t waste your time or money here..... you’ll just be running around in circles when you could get top notch customer service over at jeromes.
Helen was my sales person and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. She’s absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable about everything on the showroom floor. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on anything and she made sure that the furniture I was looking at fit both me and the area in my house I was looking to fill. I highly recommend you seek out Helen if you’re looking for quality furniture!

Dishonest workers and inconvenient. They will charge you extras without letting you know and delivery is a joke. I canceled and since I paid in cash I have to wait a week to get a check in the mail with my refund.
A great experience..we went in to look to compare. Then we met Shawn Rad..my wife described what she wanted in a bristo kitchen set, a living room set, and a patio set..Shawn took her right to specific items for her to look at..WE WERE OUT OF THERE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR purchasing all 3 items. They have really updated their selection on the floor from my last visit here a year or so ago. We&'ve been really happy with our couch purchase last January. We revisited to continue shopping for some office pieces. We found a great selection of modern and sleek pieces, but sadly, they&'re 6-8 weeks out. Hoping to find a desk sooner than that, but if not, I&'ll return.
My experience with Ashely Furniture has been HORRIFIC. I ordered a couch for my new unfurnished home back on July 2nd, and was giving a delivery date of August 11th ( a month a half) because of the warehouses being backed up due to COVID..understandable. Request time off of work to make sure I was here when the couch was delivered. Waited until August received a call two days prior states that they couldn’t deliver it as there was one piece of the couch that was back ordered. Then they provided me a delivery date of September 6th (2 months since ordering my couch) waited and waited then the day prior I get a call saying actually sorry it’s not coming we will get it to you by September 12th. By this point I have been extremely patient. Then September 12th comes along I receive a text saying my couch is FINALLY on its way. Wait around all day finally get a knock on my door and the delivery person lets me know that they only have 2 out 3 pieces of the couch (an INCOMPLETE) couch and asked if they let me know. I said no one informed me, he then advised that I call to see what’s going on. Extremely frustrated I called customer service, they made multiple excuses for there lack of communication as to why I did not receive a full couch. They stated they could not really help me that I would need to call the store. They tried to transfer me over and called the store, store manger, regional manager, and could not get a hold of anyone. They advise I take the time to just go to the store in person and I stated that I didn’t see why I needed to take time out of my day and waste more time and drive miles away to the store when this was their communication issue. They informed me that the third piece of the couch that I was missing MIGHT be delivered on September 30th and they would be giving me a call. I have not received a call I am extremely frustrated and I WILL NEVER BE USING ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. I am not one to post negative reviews however this has been absolutely ridiculous, and I will be sharing my experience with others as this is unacceptable.
Helen was at the door, eagerly available to help me find what I was looking for. She was patient with me as we walked the different elements, allowing me to go at my pace. Ashley’s could be a great store. However, when stores have sales they know they will be busy. I purchased a couch and loveseat set. Now the problem. The delivery is 10 Weeks out!!! That is VERY poor service. I’m really upset that I can’t get this sooner. Ridiculous! If this was “custom” ordered I totally understand the wait. The salesman, Rick, was awesome. He was so kind and very helpful. If it wasn’t for him I think I would have cancelled my order. This wait time is something Ashley’s should have been prepared to handle. Shame on Ashley’s.... will I shop there again.... probably not.....
Tried to call to find out if this location had purple Mattresses. The first call was a 10-15 min hold, rep who picked up transfers me right back to the same phone line and I had to start all over, re-input commands etc. Another 10-15min and it hangs up on me. I call again, wait another 10 min, person picks up and says I need to call a different number, what number does she give me? The very number I was on the line with, I called her out on it, she gave a confusing, stammering response. Awful customer service, if they can&'t answer a simple question they aren&'t trustworthy enough to buy from.
Went in looking for a recliner for the living room. Huge store, never saw a representative/salesperson of the store until i walked way back to the back desk at the back of the store. Found one guy on the computer, asked him about a new chair and he referred me to find the guy walking around on the floor somewhere. He also told me that he might be with a customer and i needed to wait. I hope they don&'t work on commission, while i was looking for the mystery salesperson on the floor, i found two chairs that i liked. I waited and searched and waited more. No salesperson anywhere. Yup you guessed it, i left. Wont return. One guy on the floor of a store that large? Hmmmmm. Never saw him.

Worst customer service ever! I won’t be shopping at Ashley’s anymore. The sales person was good; however, after that it was nothing but disappointing. When I came into Ashley’s my wife and I were looking to purchase a king size bed. Before purchasing, we asked if there was a sleep guarantee in case we didn’t like the bed. The sales person asked a supervisor who confirmed the mattress did in fact have a 90 day sleep guarantee. Well, low and behold the bed wasn’t comfortable so we came into the store to exchange it. The customer service manager, store manager, and corporate offices gave us the run around for weeks claiming we had to wait 24-48 hours, then it was a week, and then it turned into a month for a credit. Many phone messages were left without one single call back. We finally came in last Saturday and the exchange was made. They said they would contact us to give a delivery date. Well, today is Friday, 6 days later and still no phone call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I do not normally write scathing reviews but in this case I feel it&'s Justified.Issue: we ordered furniture a month ago from Ashleys which was to be delivered today.Delivery included two bed sets for the kids, 1 tv console and a dresser.When the furniture was delivered both the bed sets were severely damaged as was the dresser. We sent the three damaged items back and that is not the complaint. The issue started after we sent the damaged products away we received a phone call from Ashleys to schedule a new date... the new date given to us was sept 30 three weeks later... we protested that that was not acceptable as we had been waiting for our furniture for 30 days already .... we were told by the customer service that they were just delivery scheduling team and if we wanted to get our delivery sooner we would need to call our local store... so we called the local store explained our situation and was told that they cannot do anything about it and that we should call back the delivery team ... which we had just talked to for one and a half hour and was guided towards the store... this is what is called a run around ... in desperation we called the Ashleys help line again and guess what was told to go back to the store. This is the highs of stupidity ... I am frustrated, and feel devalued as a customer ... I am paying this company to be treated like crap... no one apologized for trying to deliver damaged goods ... no one tried to help expedite our delivery...I used to be a loyal Ashleys customer .. but. I more ...

Horrible customer service experience. Representative rolled her eyes during our conversation, and refused to get the manager because they were busy. I was simply trying to get a delivery update for my sleeper sofa which did not arrive when scheduled - and I received no notification thereof. I had someone waiting at my house to receive a delivery that never arrived. I will never visit this Ashley location again.
I usually get my furniture from one of 3 places, Ashley being one of them. But after everything Ashley/ their warranty has put me through, I will now only shop at 2. Yes they are nice enough while you're in the store (however, beware of the push for the their most expensive stone like mattresses when purchasing a mattress with bedroom set "to get a better deal" yea I fell for that, now my poor daughter is sleeping on a rock) but once your furniture gets delivered they wash their hands of you. I had several pieces missing from another bedroom set I bought for my mother -so I contacted them shortly after delivery and they promised to have them sent out. It's been about a half a year later and nothing has been received. Why have I been waiting so long?- beats me. I've been going through a whole other ordeal with the warranty I purchased from Ashley for a 5 piece living room set a few years ago. I've only "successfully"* used it once for some stains on an ottoman. What did they do? They just stopped by and sprayed it with Folex and wiped it down- what? I could've done that. I purchased warranty for a something more that THAT. This second time trying to get help for a broken leg of that same ottoman and I come to find out a broken leg is NOT covered by the warranty. But if it gets burned or ripped or stained it IS covered? Are you kidding me? So now I have a 3 legged ottoman and a worthless warranty from Ashley. Suffice is to say that my experiences with anything Ashley has left me feeling like I'll never walk into that store again. Do yourself a favor and look hard elsewhere before you give this place a shot. Since then I've had better luck with Living Spaces and Jeromes.
My review is based on the purchase and not the furniture as i hsve not recieved ot yet. But as far as the sales person Tina, she was great. The furmiture in the showroom was beautiful. With the sale price and easy no interest payments what's not to love!

Our sales associate Helen came up to us right when I some questions. She was very helpful and explained the different features and options of the furniture we were looking at. With the Labor day sale going on right now the price is pretty competitive and they do have a alot of style's to choose from.

Once the sell is made forget about any type of customer service. Tried to get a status of when my stuff being delivered and they can't provide an accurate date. I was told a partial shipment would arrive on the 29th, but no one called or showed up. The salesperson provided 3 different dates. And then started they were tentative dates. Understand Covid is causing delays, but this store was the same before Covid. I am sorry I chose to buy from them again. Never again. I recommend to anyone else to buy from another furniture store. I have shopped at Ashley in Temecula and San Diego and they are all the same. I wish I could give no stars. That is the true rating!

I purchased a console table from Ashley and a bookcase. I financed the furniture but was not aware that I had to put a down payment for the furniture. It was about 15- 20%. This is the 1st time I’ve ever had to do this at a furniture place. The only reason I purchased from Ashley is because I could not find a console table anywhere. They should of disclosed this in the beginning. If I would of know this I probywould of not purchased the furniture. I would of fought it but was in a rush and needed to leave. Just be sure to ask them about that BS down payment when u finance anything!!! And they don’t offer a military discount!!! Way to take care of our veterans and active duty military!!! I wound be purchasing anything from Ashley in the future!

The product is good for the price point. Customer service tried their best, however there is a total disconnect between customer service and delivery. They delivered the wrong headboard, and after numerous attempts to make it right, I just gave up. I will never shop there again.
I LOVE Ashley furniture! Over the years I have purchased many pieces of furniture. I do have a habit of, every few years, changing up my decor to keep up with the latest trends. But I have yet to sell off ONE piece of my Ashley furniture! The pieces I purchase are timeless and go with any other decor no matter what theme it is (country, contemporary, shabby chic) Couch, loveseat, 2 overstuffed chairs, coffee table and end table with a beautiful china hutch all purchased at Ashley furniture. They are ALWAYS on time for delivery and delivery team are alway professional and friendly. Sales associates take there time to show you all the options and store is always clean and well organized. Not like some other stores where you are squeezing yourself in between couches to see a piece way over in the corner! Ashley has great sales and great financing options. 100% 5 stars!
We ordered a bedroom set for our son and for the second week in a row they have cancelled it. We confirmed everything and they cancelled it. They said they called to schedule a time but our phone recorded prove they never called us. We called them several times but could never get a person. We confirmed our phone number with them and yet our delivery keeps getting cancelled. They didn’t apologize, they gave us horrible customer service and they gave us attitude!! I was completely shocked!! Please save yourself a lot of hassle and disappointment, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! It’s not worth it, make a better choice then we did!!!
Five stars for the woman who helped me find what I was looking for but zero for customer service. I ordered a TV stand with a fireplace insert and a 4 piece couch (2 sofas, and a single with an ottoman). I was told in store, the delivery would be about 4-6 weeks, I ordered on August 10....I just got off the phone with customer service since I CAN'T REACH ANYONE IN THE STORE and they told me I wouldn't get my furniture until NOVEMBER 1ST, WTF!? That's not 4-6 weeks that's like 10... I'm beyond pissed that I spent over 3k for furniture and that it's going to take this long to get it, not to mention the store never answers the phone and the people online and in the warehouse can't help you and tell you to reach out to your store. We're moving to a new place and you're telling me I'm not going to have furniture to sit on until November is absolutely unacceptable. Do not order unless you like waiting months for something to come in. Beyond furious...
I went to visit Ashley&'s to find some furniture. They have a variety of items and different colors as well. Tina helped me to find furniture that I was looking for. She was very helpful lans attentive to what I was asking for. I definitely recommend having her show your around the store because she has great customer service and patience
Richard, the store manager has NO business managing this place. He is rude and has ZERO customer service experience. Had a issue with hidden charges on my invoice and didn’t know how to explain it. Be aware of hidden fees and charges with no explanation. Forget about talking to a manager about it also. Hopeless and Worthless!

I have been buying furniture from Ashley for over 20 years. I have always found their customer service to be great, and their prices reasonable. During Covid everyone I saw was wearing a mask.
I have spent thousands of dollars on furniture over the years. Half of it always has something wrong (level, balance, drawers). Don't ever finance with them via Synchrony. They tack on deferred interest. Never missed a payment and they tacked on 2k to my balance due to "deferred interest." Not willing to work with you. Compete fraud, crooked companies working together.
First time buying furniture in these store and last time. There customer service is the worst i have ever experience in a furniture store. No one can help you in the store you have to call there corporate office and when you call you can't get a hold of any one. There delivery service is bad too. Wish i could you the word i want but i cant. I paid for delivery and assemble and the guy that showes up says there is no note of that. If you buy from there just pick up your own furniture or just go some where else. I will do that next time.

We were greeted promptly, our questions answered effectively, but then at one point our salesperson said he was going to give us time to look around (when I’d said I had made my decisions) and went off and got busy with another customer. Later, his boss came out and quoted prices. He said the salesman would write us up in two minutes when he finished his customer. My daughter asked the manager a question about a sofa, and he said he would go look it up. He never returned.

I purchased a bedroom set and was told by my salesperson I could reject it if it did not fit in the bedroom. It didnt fit and the delivery person said he did not work for ashley and was just hired last minute due to the stores shutting down for covid and would not take it back. Ashley will not exchange it for the right size because it was accepted upon delivery. What a nightmare.
I purchased a sectional from them 2016 and at the time I bought it they said I could get lifetime coverage on it and it wasn't just me my husband was there to and they said it was lifetime, now 5 years later my armless recliner in the middle of the sectional is broke, handle that pulls the leg rest came apart and you can't pull it up. So I called Montage the company that handles claims and they tell me that was only for 5 years and there is nothing that they can do. Don't believe that they are telling you the truth because they lied when they said life time warranty that I paid extra for. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST THAT ANYONE READING THIS DO THE SAME THEY LIE

Over the years I have bought several pieces of furniture from Ashley. My dinner table, chairs, couches, love seats, and sectionals. Almost every product I have bought has arrived damaged. The delivery crew makes you feel pressured into excepting the delivery and then the store hassles you about the repair. WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Steven was our salesperson he was very knowledgeable. he ask just the right questions on what kind of furniture style I'm was looking because truthfully I didn't even know and he direct us in the right direction we've got what we exactly what we wanted.

I purchased a Couch for 4k and the warranty. The couch is such poor quality and the frame has broken because it was assembled improperly. I contacted Ashley a month ago and tried to get my couch fixed. They have sent me in circles. They have done everything in their power to refuse service even though I purchased the warranty through them. Now their claiming that the warranty they sold me is a 3rd party warranty and their not responsible for them. Horrible customer service. They hung up on my wife. Do not buy here they do not stand by the products they sell completely unprofessional. They hlied to me and told me that this warranty is the best on the market. It covers everything. Total lie.

I went to Murrieta location to purchase dining set. I had made an appointment online as instructed. When I arrived at the store I waited at the Covid check station set up. No one came for several minutes. When someone finally came they said you can go in. They advertised they were doing temperature checks and they were not. Several people came in behind me without checking in. I asked why the appointments were not checking in and was told you don't need an appointment. I stated the website and the phone messages state that an appointment is required. So they are pretending to comply with State Covid guidelines. I then encountered an extremely rude sales person while looking for the table I had seen on the website. The price of the table we found kept changing. It was listed at $1100. He finally quoted us $599. I got on the Ashley website and it was on sale for $342. Do your homework before your purchase. We paid $342. Once we got the table 2 of the chairs were damaged. Now we had to have a technician come to our home. He came about a week later and said would order parts and we would get a call in a couple of weeks to set up another appointment for a technician to come repair the damaged chairs. Well three weeks later I call customer service to find out what is going on and now parts will not be available until August 23. My daughter recently had 3 different dining tables delivered before she got one that was not damaged. Neither of us will ever shop at Ashley again.
Ashley always provides outstanding value and selection. The people are the best. Well trained and friendly speaks volumes for their love of what they do. Why shop anywhere else!
I received a mailer from them that reads: $100 gift card just for coming in.So earlier this week, I decided to make an appointment (which is required now) to check out a bed frame for my California King.First, our saleslady attempted to explain to me that their online business is a separate company from in-store. Thought that was strange, but played along anyway.She continued insisting we shouldn&'t buy from Ashley Home Store online because items have been arriving late and damaged, and in-store will not be able to help us since it&'s a different company. Umm..red flag!So after looking at a few beds, I mentioned the flyer. I was immediately brushed off. Was told I wouldn&'t be able to use the gift card anyway because of the 4th of July sale currently going on. Hmm..but the flyer, along with several postings they had up, reads: receive a $100 gift card just for coming in.Our minds were made up on the Brashland panel bed already, but we wanted to check out other places to compare prices. So we left, without the gift card that was promised.After looking at several other places, we determined the Brashland was the best looking for its price, and should last us several years. So, we returned and placed the order.Well, guess when we shall expect delivery?! Over one month from now, which contradicted the saleslady&'s advice not to order online because of the delays!And, once again, she brushed us off for the gift card.Finally spoke to the manager, showed him the flyer, and reiterated that we weren&'t looking to apply the gift card on today&'s purchase.I swore, it took every muscle in him to reach in his PERSONAL wallet, grab the $100 gift card and handed it to us.What.
