Came into Ashley furniture showroom and were warmly met by your wonderful sales associate Rick Stier. We were looking for a specific type of dresser and dining set as we were blending with family antiques. Rick knows his showroom and knew exactly what we were looking for and showed us several options for our selection. We made our selection and Rick went out of his way to get us the best pricing available and earliest delivery date. We look forward to future business with Ashley furniture and will refer our friends and family to ask for Rick. Thank you

Went to store 12/8/19 and found a tv stand we loved but needed to verify our wall length. Came back 12/9/19 and price was different. Asked if they would honor the price from the night before and the manger said "No because the price went up because we added an artificial fireplace since we saw it." I luckily took a photo the night beofre and it had the fireplace, manager lied!!!! And then he said, if I read the fine print it doesn't say included. Once again I had a photo and showed the picture of the "fine print" matching the new price "fine print" word for word which was a complete set and as is. Manager said he would not honor it anyways. Caught in a lie, busted and DISHONEST!!!! I would not recommend Ashley Furniture. As we walked away, the whispers started also, made us feel uncomfortable. Do not buy from Ashley Furniture!!!!!!

BEWARE THIS STORE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I never will again! I spent over 1400 on new furniture here and have had the worst experience ever! I purchased my furniture in the beginning of October and was told that all 4 items had different delivery dates, so unless I wanted to be charged $70 four times, I'd have to wait till November 23rd for delivery. I told the representative as long as I had my new furniture before thanksgiving, that that was fine. Well two days before my delivery, I get a text that an item is on back order, so my delivery date was moved to November 29. Which was the day after thanksgiving. I understand things happen, so we just accepted this and didn't raise the issue. Well 4 days before that delivery, I get another message they are moving the delivery date to December 3rd. Now I'm mad! So I called and the girl, Natalie, that I spoke to said that I should of been able to receive at least some of my items on a partial delivery date, and receive the back ordered item on the date it became available, without be charged another delivery fee! That Would of been nice to know when I ordered these items in October! So she continued to tell me she'd contact the warehouse and call me back. Never heard from her. Called again the next day, two times the reps said they would call me back. I never heard from them again. So I called the day after Thanksgiving and spoke to a supervisor. He assured me my items would be delivered on December 3rd that there was no longer a back order. Fast forward to December 3rd the delivery truck driver was given the wrong address, and had a really hard time understanding the directions I was trying to give him since he didn't speak English very well. After 30 minutes they finally find my house and deliver the furniture DAMAGED!!! The delivery guy took pictures and told me to contact Ashley's to send a technician out!?!?! I'm furious. I called Ashley's (again) and they girl I spoke to said a manager was not available and I had to call a completely different number to get someone to fix my "brand new" furniture. Nope. After 20 minutes of arguing I'm now being told I have to wait 4+ weeks for new furniture. Once this nightmare is finished I will spend the extra money somewhere else for better service and reliability!!!

Elle was so helpful as soon as we walked in! We didn’t really know what we wanted but she was so good at showing us so many options. She was so sweet and the whole experience was so quick! Definitely recommend going here and asking for Elle!

Horrible customer service. I purchased a sofa sleeper on Black Friday (11/29/19) with Angelo “Chuck”. At the time of the purchase he was great and made the buying experience very pleasurable.... now to the issue. At the time of purchase he stated that the sofa would not be delivered until after January 2020, because of this he stated that I could pick up the sofa from the Colton warehouse which I agreed to do so and would save me their deliver fee. Per Chuck, I should call the warehouse on Monday to schedule the pick up. Monday arrives....I called to schedule the pick up and at this time I was notified by the rep that the sofa was on back order until mid January and that my sales rep should of told me. Chuck reached out to me after a message was relayed to him and instantly made it seem that I misunderstood and that the couch was not ready until mid January, however, at the time of purchase we made it clear that we needed it before the holidays hence why we would pick it up at the warehouse. Our call lasted no longer than 2 minutes in which he became aggressive and quickly mentioned that I could go back to the store for a full refund. After agreeing he quickly hung up without saying anything else. I will be there tomorrow (12/3/19) getting my full refund. Tim C.
