I paid 1560.36 for a sofa and love seat back on 9/1/20 just to find out on delivery day they were trying to deliver one peace only, I went to the store right after and they told me to wait till tomorrow for my refund, worse part of the story the delivery guy mention i supposedly acepted such delivery when I never did, what a way to do business, tomorrow i will try to get my refund, i will not recommend nobody to buy at this store ,they are terrible for customer service, i ask to speak to the store manager and i only got the sales manager business card, her name is Zahr El Aawar and she decline to give me a refund only till the sofa return to the warehouse , what a way to treat the customers.
I’m so beyond disgusted and Dissatisfied with Ashley’s. My husband and I have spend over 10k there is less then 2 years and have been completely dismissed. We order a couch and a recliner in early August with the promise that someone would reach out to schedule the delivery. No one ever reached out! I checked the app and randomly saw they where delivering it on a Wednesday morning 9/16. It worked for me so I let it go, my invoice read I was to receive all 3 pieces. Wednesday morning 9/16 I get a call from the delivery driver NOT Ashley’s informing me they only had 1 piece of my couch. I immediately call an Ashley’s rep who tells me “I don’t know why that happened they should of delivered them all. They will be available to schedule on 9/19” great no problem. The delivery driver arrives with 1 piece of my couch and says “we where expecting all 3 of your pieces but they didn’t have them ready at the warehouse. I get paid by the day I can’t wait” ... I’m not kidding he said this. I call Ashley’s AGAIN and a rep. Tells me they can’t schedule a date my items are on back order. I created a case on 9/19 with a rep Anthony from your HORRIBLE CHAT SERVICE TEAM and requested to speak to a manager and was given a case number with the promise someone would reach out to me in 24-48 hours... over 48 hours and nothing! SO DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND. YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE!!!
Not thrilled, we had $250 in gift cards given by my mom that were unusable. Not even for tax or delivery. This is the second time we have walked out of the store unhappy (first time was about 5 years ago). We won't need to check back in again. May as well been given cash as a gift if you cant use the gift card. Honestly would prefer to give less stars but I know that is tough to deal with as a business
We went into Ashley’s Furniture to look into buying a kitchen dining table set for our home. We knew exactly what we wanted to get. Everything was going great until we where getting ready to pay with our Ashley’s cc the employee then had asked for us to update our home address even though it was already in the system from our previous purchase. The employee kept going back and forth trying to look for the manager to get everything straightened out. Then it just went downhill from there. It took literally an hour just to purchased our dining table. In the end the employee did apologize to us for the long wait. We where so disappointed with our service today. We don’t know if we will purchase in the future from this location. Besides our experience today we our very happy with our dining table set and can’t wait to get it delivered.
So many terrible things about this experience. First of all the customer service rep followed us around the store and was really creepy and pushy even though we told her we wanted to just look around on our own. We found a couch we liked and it was a decent price bc of the July 4th sale so we went for it. She gave us some extra discounts which was cool. Then she told us it would be 6 weeks for delivery because of covid delays, but she'd try to get it to us sooner. Obviously not ideal, but we said ok. Tried calling the rep a few weeks later to check in and she didn't answer then just texted "STOP". Really strange. Then they called us two days before the delivery date mid-August and said the couch wasn't ready. They didn't have the raw materials to build it. They pushed the delivery date to early September. They promised us a $150 gift card which never came. When we called to check on the delivery time frame, they lied and said they'd tried to get a hold of us (no missed calls and no messages) to tell us it still wasn't ready. Pushed the delivery date to September 19th (today). They asked if we wanted to have just the chaise delivered without the sectional sooner, and we told them no we'd wait until the 19th for the full couch. They finally confirmed delivery and things were looking up. We brought our old couch to the curb and had the house cleaned in preparation. Finally they arrive, and the delivery guys (who were very nice) said they only had the chaise . They brought it back to try and sort it out. Now we can't get a hold of anyone to try and figure out what's going on. The level of unprofessionalism, awful customer service, terrible communication and straight up lying is unfathomable. Not sure how they can justify treating their customers like this especially during these times. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Shame on this company. Hopefully we can get a full refund for this couch and take our money elsewhere.
Great costumer service but qality sucks and buying furniture insurance is waste of money.
Great shopping experience. Helpful employee helped us find the perfect furniture. Pleasant and no pressure. Would definitely return to Ashley for future purchases.
The sales person who assisted my daughter and I made a condescending remark and it wasn't funny to me at all. She asked me if I would type in my personal information into their the system and as I made my way to the keyboard to do so, she made the remark, "so you can work for me! haha!" I asked her if she was going to pay me... This exchange was not funny because in July, I was laid-off from my job of almost 15 years due to the pandemic. Additionally, we were purchasing some cute pictures from the clearance rack, there were comments made in a language that we didn't understand....and the audacity to go and do a price check...it seems as if they didn't believe that the tags on the items were correct...we didn't change them, they were priced that way by an employee before we got to the store. Wont be returning to this store ever again. Lastly, the manager and the representative that was assisting us continued to speak to each other in a language that we didn't understand. I found that to be insensitive to us as customers of Ashley's.
We were hesitant to even go inside cause we thought the prices were going to be high. They have a great selection and the staff was helpful. had a nice dining table delivered. great

Loved our experience at Ashley’s!!!!! The representative Hugo Paniagua who took care of us was wonderful! He listened to what we were looking for. A new bed. He was super attentive, pulled out all the stops and made sure we left there happy about our purchase.

Today I went in to consider replacing my old mattress, and I met with Sophia who helped me right as I entered the door. She was fantastic and very professional in listening to my concerns and answering questions I had in regards to what to look for in a new mattress. After listening to her expert advice, I ended up purchasing a mattress and a lamp that also interested me. She helped me set up a delivery date and left me with a fantastic impression. I am very excited to receive my mattress.
I wish I could give them zero stars worst customer service ever. I call back there customer service number and it keeps me on hold for 15 mins and then hangs up how else are we suppose to get in contact with the company or someone to even help you. I’ve been to the store multiple times we set up a date and then they reschedule the date for us. WORST BUSINESS EVER
