If I could do negative stars I would. We purchased a table set at the beginning of November being told it would be here in time for the holidays. Then on delivery date they only dropped off the chairs, the delivery drivers had no idea what happened to our table, then the company said the soonest it can be delivered will be after the holidays. After speaking with the representative they said they nor the store are able to check inventory. The representative also stated that the sales persons have a tendency to lie about delivery date and orders mostly get pushed back 2 times. Beware on ordering from Ashley’s.

The deliver date was pushed back over week from my purchase date and Waranntee protection charge of $239.00 dollars was added without my consent. I cancelled the order and asked for refund in which they replied the refund would take 7-10days so I would not recommend them. I ended going to above discount and bought basically the same item a received. delviery the next day

So I have had the displeasure of meeting the manager Chris and his employee Fatima while we were purchasing our item they were great and kind. At least till after the purchase was made. Chris the manager said that we can pick up the item on the following Monday but then when we asked Fatima she said we can pick it up as early as tomorrow (Sunday) and if we don’t pick it up by Tuesday it will be a automatic refund. But then at the same time Chris said it’s final sell. Okay… clearly they are not on the same page. The next day comes (Sunday) and I fully remember that Chris and Fatima were not on the same page so I call the store and they told me that it is ready to pick up before I even rented the U-Haul. My husband hired people to help and rented a U-Haul, drove 40min for Chris to tell him it’s not ready even after I called. He said “unless you want to do it yourself I suggest letting us do it so it doesn’t break because if you break it it’s your problem. I want to put the bolts in organized bags and have my employees slide the furniture in to the U-Haul with you.” Okay so with no sympathy we left and came back Monday (paid for the U-Haul AGAIN but we did not pay for extra hands this time because Chris said someone will help us slide the product in the U-Haul) when my husband got there he was greeted by Fatima full speed running away from him and went to the back to hide. The employees basically threw the bolts in the draws (not organized in bags) and they didn’t even have the decency to tie the sticks together nothing. They looked at my husband and said “hear you go” and my husband said can I get help (knowing fully well Chris the manager told him his employees will help him slide the product in the U-Haul but they said no. Leaving my husband by his self with only my friend to help him. Hey Ashleys furniture if you are telling someone something how about following through on it so my husband doesn’t HURT HIM SELF TRYING TO PICK UP FURNITURE BY HIM SELF WHEN HE COULD HAVE HIRED SOME MORE HELP. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED such unprofessional and untrained employees.
