I had an OUTSTANDING service Advisor QAZI!

I need to change my order and it has been awful trying to get a hold of someone to assist.

Marshal Kanda made my sale the worse and misleading when selling. I canceled my order due to his and his managers misleading. I called to get an explanation why i got told something else the day i went to buy my table and he just ignored what i said and never heard back from him. All just to get sells. Taking my money elsewhere If you go in i do not recommend him helping

Please choose your representative carefully when making a purchase. We had Fatima help us out. She was extremely as time we on. My family member is hearing impaired. The representative kept trying to rush us. We made the purchase the week on thanksgiving. We were told the by her and her manager that the bed would come the day after Thanksgiving. It’s 12/8 and I still haven’t received anything. I would cancel my order but this time they say they have everything, and I had already thrown out my bed beforehand, since it’s a policy for Ashley to have the room cleared. I keep getting updates from Ashley almost every other day saying they are going to deliver it but when I called corp, they say they are back ordered from due to Black Friday. I have made previous purchases with Ashley and I’ve been told that some ordered may be back ordered. Fatima rushed us through the whole process and never once let us know about anything. When I went in person to voice my concerns regarding his employee and the order, the store manager Chris was EXTREMELY CONFRONTATIONAL from the start. I voiced my concerns to him and immediately his response was, “ I’m not legally responsible for anything Ashley does.” The manager was completely tone deaf and did not hear a word I said. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AT THE VERY LEAST GO TO ANOTHER ASHLEY’S FURNITURE STORE.

They always great furniture and good deals.

The delivery driver Eugenio was great. He arrived on time , knocked on my door introduced himself. He was very respectable of my time and my property.

Great Experience! We went into this store already knowing what we wanted. We wanted to test out our options to see which one suited us better after making our decison Angel our sales rep was very pleasant and helpful with any and all information needed. She made the process very smooth and easy. Although we walked in knowking our budget we ended up going a bit over it but nontheless we believe we got a deal with all additional services such as warranty and delivery included in the price on the last day of Black Friday sale. We now own power reclining love seat that were in much need of, so if youre in the market for some furniture make to visit Ashley's and ask for Angel (Brazilian Sales Rep) Good Luck!

Never buying anything from Ashley’s again. The warranty means nothing. In both times we bought things from Ashley’s we declined the warranty but the rep insisted on including it eventually for free. Try it, just refuse and see they will still add it on. Bought a carpet that started fraying and leaving fibers everywhere. Contacted them a week later and they said they cannot do anything about it. Overpriced and terrible quality

Friendly and professional service. Excellent experience. Jacob and Fatemeh were very patient, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the most suitable furniture for my living room. I definitely and strongly recommend working with them. It would be informative and pleasant experience.

Our sales Rep Hyam was fantastic and I always return to her when I need furniture. The delivery service process was responsive and courteous. The delivery crew, however, we dealt with during our first delivery were horrendous. They complained about lack of pay, almost appealing to us to tip them, and they made very rude and disrespectful comments about the house not being to the delivered furniture set standards. They also forgot to deliver 1 more item. After I reached out to customer service, they came back the same day with the item but it was damaged. When notified about the damage, they turned and left with no acknowledgement and without the damaged item. Never experienced such a low class, unprofessional, unpleasant delivery personnel. The second delivery crew that came a week after to replace the damaged items were much more respectful with professional conduct. I’m happy with Ashley but their delivery service provider is very dissatisfying and disappointing. Otherwise, this would’ve been a 5 star review.

Chris, the lead or store manager in your Northridge location should be promoted. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, assertive and professional. So much so that after I purchased a couch from AAshley on my first time visiting the store I came back 4 more times and ended up spending over 10k with the store due to how good my experience was with Chris. I would have put 5 stars if the delivery of my items wasnt as it should have been. One of my items was delivered damaged and the delivery man (George) recommended that I call Ashley for a repair of the item rather than just putting it back on the truck. George advised me that he doesn't handle broken items, which in fact is not the case and honestly, I believe just didnt want to hassle of taking it back. They repair man that showed up a few days later (Morgan) was super cool though and rather than have to haggle with the Ashely customer service, Morgan insured that my item was just to be replaced brand new, which it should be. I understand that Ashley furniture outsources for deliveries but i was misled by the delivery man and what could have been an easy exchange of a broken item, ended taking more of my time to replace it. All and all, it was a good experience but had it not been for Chris, the Northridge store lead/manager and Morgan the repair technician, I would be writing a different review of my experience. Thank you Chris, and Morgan for taking care of my wife and I. Chris will forever have my business.

I’ve shopped at Ashley a few times before, but my friend recently made a purchase and was extremely disappointed with their customer service and delivery scheduling system. Because of that, I’ve decided not to take the risk of ordering from them again

Terrible, I bought furniture from store and they reschedule 2 times without letting me know, I got off from work 2 days and cancel my vacation in holiday bc of delivery day, but again they cancel it. I never buy anything from there, be aware of this store.👎

If you can avoid this place, please do. They have very nice things in stores, but can't guarantee you delivery to be on time. I waited so long for my sofa bed that was never delivered. The customer service online was absolute trash. I tried to purchase in store to see if it was any different, 2 days before delivery it was canceled and postpone for another month. Nobody offered an apology, and instead of helping me with my refund. They redirected me to a phone number to request my money back. It's been nothing but a headache. They shouldn't be selling products out of stock, and have better customer service. Nothing but disappointing. Never buying from a Ashley's store.

One of the sales women followed us around and tried too hard to sale us a couch. I really liked one of the couches and wanted to get it but after the 5th approach I just wanted to go somewhere else.

We arrived at Ashley looking for a sofa. We met with advisor, Jessie and found the perfect sofa. I had stopped by a few days earlier to view possible a purchase. I needed to return with my brother as he will be the primary user. Jessie was friendly and professional and the purchase was seamless. I would highly recommend Ashey and Jessie.

Went looking for couches on Labor Day weekend. They had good deals that weekend! We found a couch. We really liked. A leather couch! And such a price!! Unbeatable deal! So we bought the couch, love couch and table. Qazi was a very helpful and friendly sales person. He made the shopping experience easy. We were happy with the deal he was able to put together.

Martin received us well. We were looking for a specific kind of Mattress and Martin answered all of our questions with details. He helped us to make our decision. And yes we bought the Mattress. So thank you Martin.

Buyer beware. TV furniture stand arrived with four major chips and many other small scratches. Reported the issue. Weeks later still no reply, and no one ever answers the phone. There are much better furniture stores than this questionable place (wish I read the Yelp reviews first) (Update: been two months and they never returned any calls or ever got back to me in anyway. The response to my review below is probably from a bot. Phony. Avoid this store.)

DO NOT BUY FROM ANY ASHLEY’S! Worst decision I ever made was to purchase a couch from here. It’s been a year since I’ve been dealing with this pull out couch. When it first delivered, it was delivered defective. It wouldn’t open. I had to wait a week to get it repaired and had ti sleep on the floor until then. Then, the mechanics of the pull out would get crooked where it would cause the couch to slant to right and the bed part to the head part down. This happened 3 more times. The last time it took 2 months for them to repair my couch. By then, I moved about 10in away from my old address. I wasn’t even done paying for the couch yet! I’ve been trying to get my money back or at least have a replacement couch since then. I spoke with a manager via customer service and she denied any kind of replacement or anything. She said I had to deal with the broken couch while still paying for it! The couch has since broken AGAIN. As in it’s currently broken! SAME ISSUE. This whole mess caused me so much stress while I was pregnant! I had to go to the store where I purchased it to file a complaint. They sent a note to corporate. It took a month to be reviewed and they agreed to a replacement BUT it can “only be delivered to my old address” I’ve been trying to get this replacement before I moved! This place is beyond frustrating and a complete ripoff. It has caused me so much stress and anxiety to have paid over $900 for a broken couch. AVOID ASHLEYS! Save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

What a fun store to mosey. We were looking for a bedroom dresser, maybe two, but ended up leaving with a whole bedroom set! 0% interest payment plans helped with that! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Furniture is great quality. Looking forward to my delivery.

Bad and rude management, save time somewhere else

Worst experience Ever! They tried to add on more then the couch cost. Make sure you read the invoice! Tried it twice.

Ashley's is by FAR the WORST when it comes to customer service. First we bought an boxed up stand for my bathroom. Box comes in on schedule, noticed that it was wrapped in tape like crazy, turns out after opening it, it was a used product NOT new. We have called to get it replaced and it's been 3 weeks. Nothing. $500 just feels like we've officially been robbed. Never purchase from Ashley's again. It's a joke.

We received very professional service here in very friendly atmosphere. Great quality products and affordable prices.

Met with Lily, who was very patient and thorough in helping me find a couch that would fit inside my small apartment space. There are so many couches out there for home and large spaces, it can be difficult to find something for us apartment dwellers. Definitely give Ashley's Furniture a look if you need something for a smaller space.

Shout out to Javier and Francisco at the Northridge store! My husband and I were shopping for a new bed and bedroom set. We fell in love with the Temper pedic mattress and all its bells and whistles. Javier made sure we tried the firm, medium and soft mattress to be sure we chose the right one for us. He demonstrated all the different features and was so patient with us. Francisco gave us such a good deal on the bedroom set we picked out. Will definitely be returning to pick out more furniture. I highly recommend shopping Ashley Northridge store. Fatima at Ashley Furniture is a rockstar! She helped us furnish our new home and gave us the best experience we've ever had. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us find great deals. She's a true professional who knows everything about furniture, and she even made sure our items would be in stock and arrive on time. On top of all that, she made us feel like family and even played with our toddler while we shopped. She made sure we get the best delivery team as well which was very important. We did have a minor issue with one of the items received and the delivery team made sure customer service took care of it. Seriously, go see Fatima for all your furniture needs.

Editing my review, honestly I really don't know what to say ashely had failed not once but 3 times on delivering my order they keep rescheduling my order the warehouse stuff are very very rude they call you only one time to let you know that they will reschedule your delivery so if you miss the call you will still wait the haul day for your delivery it's been almost a month and haven't received the reser of the orders and when you ask gor compensation for the wait time no one will get back to you, I REGRET getting my furniture from Ashely. Best staff, best customer service, you come but don't get disjointed you get what you have in your mind they make it reel and help you with anything, my agent was Martin and Marcus they helped me a lot and get everything I came for.

Do not waste your money at Ashley‘s. I purchased a $1600 sleeper and those units are defective the cushion slide out five minutes after you’re sitting on them I’m only 177 pounds. The bed on the sleeper has a bar across the back that when you’re sleeping it in beds on your back I tried getting a replacement and they did everything in their power to refuse it now I’m stuck with a useless sofa sleeper do not buy from this company.

ONLINE: A complete disaster — unprofessional, disorganized, and a huge waste of time I almost never leave reviews, but my experience with this furniture store was so bad that I feel other shoppers should be warned. After days of searching online, I finally found a dining table and chairs I loved and placed an order through their website. They processed my payment and kept me waiting — only to abruptly cancel my order, asking me to “verify my information.” I immediately called to verify, thinking this would fix everything. Instead, the agent casually told me to wait for customer service to email me instructions to reorder. That email took ANOTHER day to arrive, and unbelievably, it told me to physically go to the store to place my order again. This entire experience was a nightmare of incompetence and poor communication. Why even offer online shopping if your process ends with sending your customer to a store after nearly a week of delays? Completely defeats the purpose. I ended up buying my dining set elsewhere, but I’m still furious at the time, energy, and excitement that this store completely wasted. Their online service is a joke, and their customer support clearly doesn’t care. If you value your time and sanity, shop somewhere else.

I wasn't going to make a review but after multiple reminders- here I am. I'd like start off by saying that I did spend over $3,000 in this store. And hopefully I have no regrets. But the customer service is the worst. As I was walking around I overheard two employees talking about a sale one of them was attempting to make. Speaking of customers in front of customers is so tacky. One of them made a comment about "she better get the warranty" ... left a sour taste for me. Then later, I asked a worker: "can you send someone to help us" she hesitated and told me that she "wasn't clocked in" and that she had "no way of contacting anyone for me" (even though she had a headset and iPad with her) this person's name is Jessie. After our rep made a $3,000 sale, he rushed away from us, as if he was running to get another customer!! Not even a thank you. Honestly, if I knew this was how it was going to be, I wouldn't have given him my commission. Over all- I wont be coming back to THIS Ashleys Furniture location. But I will continue to shop at others.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Ashley Furniture was so frustrating I felt obligated to warn others. I went in expecting decent customer service and quality products. What I got was a mess from start to finish. First off, the furniture was delayed twice, with no real explanation. I had to keep calling for updates, and every time I spoke to someone, I got a different answer. It felt like no one knew what was going on—or worse, they didn’t care. The real issue, though, was the manager. I’ve never dealt with someone so dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for clarification on the delivery delay, the manager was rude, impatient, and made it clear I was an inconvenience. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a lot of attitude. It honestly felt like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me. Long story short: overpriced furniture, horrible communication, and a manager who has no business being in customer service. I won’t be returning, and I’d suggest you take your money elsewhere.

After two unsuccessful stops at other mattress stores, we finally decided to give Ashley’s a try. We were admittedly skeptical because of a previous bad experience at another Ashley location when we purchased our dining table. However, as soon as we walked in, Fatima greeted us warmly and even remembered our names. She got straight to the point, showed us the best options, and not only matched the price but beat it! We were in and out in under 40 minutes — exactly how a professional sales experience should be. Thank you, Fatima, for restoring our trust in Ashley.

Travis was our sales person and his manager (I don’t recall his name, but he was super helpful, knowledgeable & easy to work with). They were patient, knowledgeable about product, availability of items. They were more than willing to answer our questions and helped us with delivery timelines as well. We plan on returning to their Northridge store location to purchase additional needed items.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely atrocious experience, purchasing new Ashley bedroom furniture. The salesman (Marshall) followed us around the store the entire time. Finally, we sat with him, and he gave us a price. Apparently, dealing with Ashley is like dealing with a car salesman. He worked out 30% off the first time we saw him. We then came back a couple of days later, sat down with him, and he gave us 15% off. We told him how he had previously given us 30% off. Then we haggled some more, and he gave us a price that would include a warranty. We didn’t want a warranty, and after haggling some more, he said he would give us the same price without the warranty. I thought it was a good deal and headed toward the back to give him my credit card. When he wrote it up on the screen, it looked like it was the same numbers he had given us without the warranty. But then, after he charged my credit card, he added the warranty back in, (about 599.00) quickly before he charged me. I signed it before seeing it but then said to my girlfriend, this isn't right. She said, no I saw it on the screen. And I said no this is not correct. What he did was he added in the warranty right before he charged my credit card. . Apparently some of the salesman may be Con Men. BEWARE. The manager (Angelis) then worked it out for us that we got the deal we had agreed upon. I believe this only because my girlfriend remembered what he had done on his iPad and she duplicated it for the manager. She saw how he came up with the price and how to delete the warranty. My girlfriend the showed her how he accomplished this on the ipad. She then gave us the deal but she wasn't happy about it since he had apparently made a mistake. I said, well I wasn't happy dealing with a Con Man either! Both my girlfriend and I were flabbergasted since we both understood what he said he would do. There was no mistake. It was all done intentionally. Later we left, and when the furniture was delivered, a few days later, it was not in boxes, and it was damaged, especially the chest. Three of the doors had been pushed in, and the fronts were broken. The other furniture had defects, dings scratches, and some of the drawers didn't work properly either. Plus it smelled as if it had been painted that day. I still don't think I'm going sleep in the room tonight. I believe they probably knew they were sending the damaged furniture since it wasn't in boxes. I've never had new furniture delivered without it being in boxes. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed I had no idea Ashley would pull something like this. I am not exaggerating anything here! Again. . . PLEASE. . . BEWARE.

So I came to this store to check out some furniture and immediately met with a lady who said hello, my partner needed to use the restroom and I asked her where they are. She said, AND I QUOTE, “ did you come here just to use the bathroom?” I said no we wanted to look at couches and she said “oh, RR in the back to the left” , she then started to followed me as I looked around at couches. Everywhere I went she would pop up and say a sales pitch. She got her manager to come talk to me, there are tons of customers here and none of them bothered as much as myself and my partner. I don’t look poor, I am not causing mayhem, yet I feel like I’m homeless and about to be arrested for trespassing. Don’t shop here, go online, they also don’t want you here if you’re not purchasing from them directly, apparently only they can give better deals. Freaking scam if I’ve ever seen!

The delivery service was not pleasant, and the text basically threw the pillows on the sofa, zippers out front zippers up top pillows in the wrong places for a sectional when I asked where the extra throw pillars were they told me all the two that they had on the couch were all that they had And then they were located in the trash wrapped in plastic. I was not happy with the delivery at all particularly because it was supposed to be a deluxe delivery. I believe they called it.

My wife and I had a great time visiting this Ashley store looking for some dresser. My wife is interested in a chest dresser so we were trying to look for that for our newborn soon. Javier was the worker who greeted us when we walked inside and give us some recommendations. We saw a dresser we like and Javier looked on the computer to make sure they had it in stock. We also looked at some sofa for our living room and saw some that we like. We will be sure to come back again once we make our decision.

🚨 Buyer Beware: Ashley Will Test Your Patience and Sanity 🚨 Location: San Fernando, CA | Date of Experience: March 2025 My 2025 experience with Ashley Furniture in San Fernando, California was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I urgently recommend you stay far away from this company and everything it stands for. I bought a $1,000 dining table and 4 chairs (SKU: D615-35 & D615-02 x4) in early March. The in-store experience was normal, and delivery seemed fine — until the team unpacked the table in front of me. That’s when the nightmare began. Right on the surface was a dime-sized gouge — not a scuff, not a scratch, but a full-on chunk missing. Worse, someone had clearly tried to cover it up with paint or filler before packaging it up. Yep — Ashley knew it was damaged and sent it anyway. I asked for a full replacement — not a repair — because this was supposed to be brand new. The delivery guys told me that’s not how Ashley works. I had to accept the delivery as-is, and wait for tech support to call me and set up a fix. Reluctantly, I agreed, trusting their process. That was my mistake. About 30 minutes later, I got a call — seemingly from a call center in India, based on the unintelligible grammar, heavy accent, and insanely noisy background that sounded like hundreds of other people were packed into the same room. It was nearly impossible to have a clear conversation, but I pressed on. A technician was scheduled for a week out. When the tech arrived and called me from outside, he said he could “100% fix the issue” based on the pictures. I made it clear I didn’t want a patch job — I wanted a new table. He said that if he stepped inside, he was required to perform the repair — no discretion. I refused. Because I “refused service,” support told me I was now ineligible for further help. Feeling completely boxed in, I drove to the store late that evening — around 7 or 8 PM, near closing time. It was already dusk. Mind you, my parents were visiting from out of town for the first time in about seven years. Instead of spending that rare time with them, I was stuck dealing with this mess. When I arrived, the store was empty. Three associates were behind the counter — all on the phone. I was told the middle guy was the manager. He told me to wait a few minutes, so I did — 20 of them. When I followed up, he said he was in a meeting and couldn’t help me. No apology. Just “What do you want me to do?” Thankfully, another associate overheard, came over shortly after, listened to my story, apologized, and actually helped. During our conversation, I got a call from the call center saying a full replacement had been approved. I put it on speaker. The in-store associate and I nodded along. Some relief, finally. But even that small win came with another twist. The business card I received had no name — just a generic "associate" title and two phone numbers, one supposedly a cell. When I got home and tried to follow up, both numbers dumped me into the overseas support line again. No way to contact the actual store. And let me tell you — that loop is hell. You’re forced through a voice-recognition system that makes you enter a bunch of details (name, item, zip, location), only to maybe reach a human — who then asks for the same info again. It’s pointless, exhausting, and feels intentionally designed to wear you down so you give up. The entire system seems intentionally broken. Their model seems to be: Take your money Deliver damaged goods Make complaints so miserable you walk away Profit For comparison, I had a damaged end table from Bob’s Discount Furniture and they handled it like professionals — no hassle, no back-and-forth. They scheduled the fix and made it happen. That’s how you earn customer trust. Ashley? The complete opposite. DO. NOT. SHOP. AT. ASHLEY. FURNITURE. Warn your friends. Warn your family. Save your money and sanity.

I was shopping at Ashley's in Northridge for Counter Stools for my dining room. I was made aware of a mattress sale from the salesperson Fatima that you would receive Counter Stools for free with the purchase of a mattress. I did not make a purchase that day. My mattress is 7 1/2 years old so the next day I went back and Chris (Store leader) spent a great amount of time showing me mattress choices and I decided to purchase a mattress and 3 Counter Stools. The counter stools were free and it was a great deal.

Beware the sales persons especially the girls are rude as heck the mangers are also unaware of how to even run a store or handle a business .they not only took advantage of my dad and his sickness of cancer they lied to him and were extremely rude to me when I brought it to there awareness .the service and the lying they gave my dad a credit card when he did not want ome and express that to them from the beginning they pretty much kept lying to him about everything till they made a sale and even said they did state certain things to him about sales tex and promotional tax for and etc 50 buck etc..until I brought it up ..and even then wasn't an issue until I brought it up and was meet with talking over rudeness attitude and then some ..my dad shouldn't have received a credit card

The staff was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. While the showroom is a bit small, they went above and beyond to show me all the available options, including what’s on their website. Best of all, there was no pressure or pushy sales tactics-just genuine assistance to help me find what I needed. Highly recommend for a a stress-free and enjoyable furniture shopping experience. I went in wanting a chaise lounge chair. I quickly realized it wouldn’t work for me. I ended up trying a chair and ottoman. My experience with Jacob Gallo was very nice. He was very patient as I wandered around until I found my fit. Still tossing it around in my brain we left. Later in the evening I called a told Jacob which chair I wanted. We returned the next day and I signed the paperwork. Chair will be delivered next week. Thank you

It was awful. The sales lady was trying to help two at one timing giving neither good service. Worrying to much about commission I’m sure. She was rude and wanted to charge me $100 for shipping for a $98 rug. The manager straightened that out. Won’t be buying from u again. The only reason I put one star is because it won’t let u post without one selected.

I came to the Northridge store and was helped by Hugo and his manager who both helped me decided on the best mattress for me. I purchased the Tempur-pedic and couldn’t be happier . They both worked hard to stay within my budget and I left with a mattress and beautiful furniture. I will definitely be back to purchase additional furniture with them .

I purchased a very expensive couch from Ashley Furniture for $3,600, expecting high-quality service and product support. Unfortunately, it has been a complete nightmare from the start. The installers arrived with a broken part and assured us that a technician would come to fix it. Three technicians later, the issue still wasn’t resolved. The first technician outright lied, claiming they visited our unit—but security cameras proved they were at the wrong unit. The third technician finally showed up but refused to install the part, asking us what he needed to do (shouldn’t he already know?). He was extremely rude, left, then returned and blamed his dispatch team for the issues. To make matters worse, the installers ordered the wrong part in the first place. We had to escalate the issue multiple times, calling supervisors just to get any resolution. Throughout this ordeal, the technician and dispatch kept shifting blame rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I’ve had to deal with constant delays, incompetent service, and a company that doesn’t seem to care about its customers. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

However, the company that moves it and brings it to the house to put it together for you, the dispatch from that company was rude. She showed me alternatives and when those didn't meet my MIL hopes, Fatima helped us place an online order and helped us set up delivery as well. 1/11/2025 I recently visited the Ashley Furniture store in Northridge, California, and had an extremely frustrating experience. While the sales lady was somewhat helpful at first, the situation quickly took a turn for the worse when we discussed the logistics of picking up a recliner we intended to purchase. We were told that we would need to pick up the recliner ourselves, without any assistance from the store. When we expressed our concern, we were told that the store’s helper was out of town and unavailable, and that it would be our responsibility to drag the recliner to the curbside. This was a bewildering and disappointing response, especially considering we were buying a large, heavy item from a reputable furniture store, not a second-hand shop. When we questioned this, the sales lady escalated the issue by having the manager come speak with us. Unfortunately, the manager's response was even worse: he essentially confirmed that, since we were purchasing a clearance item (still almost full-price), they wouldn’t be offering any help with the move, wrapping, or even basic protection for the recliner. There was no mention of any service or options for assistance, such as delivery or protection for the item. We were left completely shocked that a major furniture store would treat customers this way. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the manager even went so far as to say that he wouldn't sell us the recliner at all. It's incredibly disappointing that a store like Ashley Furniture, which we expected to provide better service, would act so unprofessionally. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before shopping at this location. The lack of customer service and the dismissive attitude of both the sales lady and manager made this an extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

I made an order at this store well my orders was over 2,000$ at the checkout the lady told me that some of the items wasn’t available till end of December beginning of January next year, I told her no I need my stuff before December 7, so we remove a lot of the stuff and order just what was supposed to be on time, the day of delivery December 3 it was 2 pcs missing, no body call me before sending an incomplete order, no body said nothing, I called and they said no the rest of the order will be delivered after December 19, bullshit, that’s so irresponsible and not professional, waste of time, don’t trust this company……..

We went to Ashley's looking for a couch and they had a lot of options to choose from. Angeles, the woman who helped us, was very helpful and patient as we looked for the couch we wanted. We ended up buying a power reclining couch and got the warranty and free delivery. We felt the total price of about $1,000 was reasonable for the kind of couch we chose. The store was very clean and I liked how the furniture was displayed. Although it was a showroom where people can sit on and touch the furniture, nothing looked broken, ripped or misused. We will be returning to furnish the rest of our home.

We had such a good experience at Ashley HomeStore Thursday - Hexom (sorry if I’m misspelling) was so attentive and immediately understood that our most pressing issue was pre Thanksgiving delivery for a large table that would seat 10. She went out of her way to show us options and confirm availability. My husband is very hard to please, and he loves the furniture quality and style at Ashley. We’ll definitely be back!

I would give zero reviews if I could!! NEVER buy furniture from this company. The delivery was short furniture, so we refused it because for hours upon hours (literally) we could not get any supervisor or anyone from any of their stores to answer!! We were transferred to the Philippines countless times and EVERY time we were refused a supervisor!! It’s been two days now, and we still haven’t heard back nor do we have any furniture and they have a Our money!! In my entire life of doing business, I’ve never been refused a supervisor or been able to not get a resolution. They have our money, and we haven’t our furniture. Good luck everyone getting a supervisor, a person directly in the store or any kind of satisfactory customer service. I’m shocked this company is in business!!

Furniture was delivered damaged. The workers took photos of it and no mention of any damaging to it. I was basically accused of damages and I’m still waiting for a new one. Will not recommend store purchases. Call center is a joke. Tried too make a corporate complaint it’s intercepted by call center! Don’t let the smile on crew members very deceiving.

Recently purchased a TempurPedic and had an easy, breezy, informative experience! The staff was knowledgeable and the bed was everything it was purported to be! From purchase to set up, the service was outstanding!

Poor experience. The sales people were not aware of the product that was delivered. We ordered a full size bed frame for our daughter's room. I asked why the receipt states queen sized rails. The salesman said not to worry this was just how things were labelled in their computer system. Once assembled, the bed is a full but the length is a queen. It looks ridiculous and the drawers underneath look ridiculous. When I went back, the manager said yes, indeed, that model comes with queen sized rails the others don’t and they could not refund me. I asked could I at least get full sized rails so the bed looks normal. They said no, I could only buy them since the product I purchased was correct. Just go somewhere better.

The worst customer service ever! Not presenting all the options at the time of purchase, also they postpone the delivery date multiple times! Hard to talk to a customer service! This purchase was our last one from Ashley Store!

The sales team was good to work with. But out of our whole order the one chair was a little too big for our space - They would not allow us to return it. I went and talked to the manager even. But it was a hard no! So I have decided a hard “no” on ever shopping there again. Which is unfortunate for both of us. But I cannot do business with a company that will not allow a return. I have already purchased many other items for our home from other dealers.

Upon our arrival, Fatima welcomed my wife and me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm! We were excited to see what was in store for us, and she graciously escorted us to the furniture area we had asked about. They will sell you a sofa but evidently can’t deliver it in the city. After waiting 6 hours past the original scheduled delivery time the drivers showed up and said there was no place to park. They were informed it was a narrow dead end two way street and would have to double park in front of the driveway and unload. But the drivers couldn’t care less. They drove past, called me and said they can’t park and won’t deliver. Someone from Ashley or the delivery company called and said they could reschedule for next Friday and take $30 off for my trouble. REALLY. That’s the best they can do. Do they think the parking will be any different next week. What poor customer service and absolutely shows they couldn’t care less about their customers. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I would not go to Ashley for any home purchases. Especially not the Northridge location. Went there for a mattress and told the lady what we wanted. Not sure if she understood since she didn’t speak that good of English, but claimed this is the best mattress for what we needed. Ended up buying a mattress and a topper which was supposed to be a cooling mattress. Spent more than I ever have on a mattress. After 1 week we called to try to return it since we could not sleep at all, very uncomfortable and hot. (Again was suppose to be a cooling mattress with the topper). They sent out a “mattress tech” to see if it was defective. He told us to go to the store to speak with a manager. Went to the store to speak with the manager Taylor and at first she tried to ask why we waited so long to return it. I told her we purchased it on the 8th, it didn’t get delivered until the 19th, slept on it for a week, called to return it. They sent out a “mattress tech” on the 29th to determine if it was defective, then he said to wait a couple days so he can file his report and go in to talk to the manager and here we are on the 31st. Since he declared it not defective she said we are unable to return it even tho on the website it states you have 30 days. But I guess each store has their own policy. Real cool. Then her suggestion was to buy a more expensive mattress and I’ll get $500 off! Really?!?! Like really, I’m trying to return this and you want me to buy another more expensive mattress. We just walked out. So now we have a mattress that we’re not even sleeping on. I will definitely not be going back and will make sure my friends and family and whoever reads this that I strongly hope you do not come here. Congrats Ashley Furniture for taking my money. You won.

I always love going to Ashley for my furniture needs and ideas. This time didn't disapppint. My boyfriend and I went in to look at area rugs for the living room. Jacob was an amazing help. He walked us over to the hanging rugs in the back and let us browze. We were thinking of upgrading our bed and mattress and decided to browse . We met with Ana who was so friendly, kind, helpful , honest and not pushy. We told her we still had some time to decide and once we were set we would come back to see her. After two months we decided to pull the trigger and I had told my husband I only want to buy it from Ana since she was so amazing and I liked her so much. The ease and speed of applying /approval for credit was very convenient. Huge selection of items to choose . The manager Leah and Ana both went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service, selection and value . We will definitely be returning for future items . Leah was very patient and addressed all our questions and concerns as we had some minor issues with delivery.

Hello everyone out there! I really love customer service. I always feel it’s one of those things we should point out and praise. It’s something that really lacks at major cooperations. However last night as my boyfriend and I were shopping, mainly window shopping as I made returns. I suggested we go into Ashley’s and just look. We’re moving into together and decided before anything else we need a mattress. We really had no intending in buying anything. We didn’t know much about mattresses but that we both needed a restful sleep. You know how the story goes one person always needs a different type of mattress than the other. Anne or Ana I believe greeted and we said just looking. We looked at couches and dining tables but new mattress is what I need over anything. So basically with pillows we tried different mattresses like Goldie locks for fun and needed up with a temperpedic 10degree with the adjustable bed. If you are happy sleeping the way you do you haven’t even really slept until you tested this baby out. I know some reviews have negative comments about the mattress but I think with anyone you get there are things you do to prep it. Give any mattress time. Anyways back to the great and informative customer service. I really enjoyed speaking to our rep and left know a lot more about sleep and what we both needed. We don’t even have a apartment yet but we do a mattress that is def an investment in our sleep! Thank you Taylor and Ana! We can’t wait to come back for our other stuff slowly but surely.

I placed an order over the phone with the Northridge store and they were pretty quick about getting it done. The only thing I need to point out is that when they send the invoice, they automatically select the most expensive shipping option where they unpack and place the furniture in your home for you. They don’t give you the choice to choose this service or not, and it is not itemized online. So be wary of this. If you don’t want this you will have to ask to take it off specifically. It’s a very sneaky business practice that needs to stop immediately.

Jacob was wonderful at the store

We came in to just browse on a rainy day and lo and behold we actually found a living room set that reclined that was not electrical! I didn't want more cords seen or unseen. We had even went to another popular furniture store, and no can do, it appeared any reclining furniture was all electrical. So we returned back to Ashley's. I even asked for the wonderful salesman who helped us out the first time, Qazi. What a gem! He knows great customer service! So happy with our new furniture!

I had one of my worst experience at Ashley. When they delivered the guy was saying that he couldn't fit in the couch through the door because it was to big and didn't even tried to do so. Later the delivery guy told me to hook him up with a lunch and that he was gonna tried but when I mention $50 he just said NO in other words and took pics of the couch and the door and left. I've had told him I'm was already paying for delivery so for me that was not profesional. Later that day I walked in to the store, customer service said to me that they were gonna try their best to have them delivered by Friday 27th. I had to called them because they were supposed to calm me the next following day and did not do so. So when I called they were like, the delivery will be on OCT 1st. I was expecting for them to call me and let me know at least to say if I was ok with that day. I'm very disappointed 😞. I really wanted the set of couch. I had to cancel my order instead, so sad that I had a really had a high standard on the store.

All Sales are Final, unfortunately that's true, the sales people do not tell you this while purchasing they completely AVOID talking about this, and when you come to the store for a return or exchange SURPRISE!!! something they tell you is to read your receipts, I always liked ashley until today, I was very disappointed when I wanted to buy a bigger rug for my living room I was told it was final sales and if I wanted bigger one I have to buy a new one. I was not expecting that to be honest. I just hope they become a bit more flexible about that, I might return one day who knows because they sell good pretty stuff but knowing about this I just don't know now... Pleasure doing business with you anyways.
