Ashley Store Oxnard, CA

It’s very unfortunate that I have to write this negative review as my experience began positively. Me and my husband were excited to purchase new furniture for our home, and Felipe initially helped us by showing us the therapeutic mattresses, which we really liked. We ordered a few items including the mattress. We even went back to make an additional order on a bedroom set. Although the transaction process took longer than expected—about two hours—we left feeling satisfied. Things started to decline when we returned to order a bed frame and a full bedroom set. Felipe informed me that he could not add this to our previous order and would need to process it separately with a different delivery date. He then referred me to a delivery and assembly service. The person, Rocky, initially quoted a $300 fee for delivery but later added another $60 for assembly. Since it was during the holidays, I didn’t want this to spoil my spirit, so we agreed to the additional charge. Unfortunately, when Rocky arrived, he was unable to assemble one of the bed frames because he claimed he hadn’t received all the necessary parts from Ashley’s Furniture. He mentioned that the bed required three legs for support in the middle. I then went to Ashley’s during my working hours, only to be told that the bed didn't need those legs by Felipe and another sales associate . After showing them Rocky's claim and the picture, they insisted that my bed was fine without them, suggesting I check similar beds in their store in which they started showing me around. Wasting more of my time. To my surprise, all the comparable beds had the three legs in the middle for support, which confirmed Rocky's statement. Felipe himself appeared confused. After being informed that the necessary legs for the bed frame were included in the package, I later discovered, through my own investigation, that this was not the case. A video I recorded showed that the other packages in the warehouse were also missing the legs, indicating a lack of clarity about what is included in their products. Resolving this issue took approximately two hours, only for me to leave and pick up three missing items from the bed frame that had not been delivered or assembled. When we consulted the warehouse staff, they confirmed that the legs were indeed necessary for the bed. The warehouse guys were so nice . They were very helpful and gave me the three missing parts . I think their names were Jose and Rogelio . Additionally, during our first order delivery, there was an incident where we didn’t receive a rug. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they could not provide a timeline for its arrival. The process has been riddled with delays and inadequate follow-through, as items seem to be delivered in parts rather than as a complete set. Furthermore, the mattress delivered was not the correct size. Although I was initially told that the vac-sealed mattress would expand to fit, it clearly appeared to be a full size rather than the expected size. After investigating further and providing the mattress tag, it was confirmed that the wrong mattress had been sent. It has been two weeks since the initial order, and many issues remain unresolved, which has been exceedingly frustrating. I hope this review prompts improvements in the delivery and customer service processes at Ashley's Furniture. My husband has been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they are just going on in circles . It’s so frustrating.

I had a great experience at the Ashley store working with Mark Horwitz. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I purchased tables, and Mark made the whole process smooth and easy, from choosing the right option to completing the purchase. I really appreciated his knowledge and customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Mark if you shop at this Ashley store.

Bought a couch months ago. The sales associate tried selling it to me for more than double the online cost. Then put it together at home and find one piece is damaged. Call about the piece and get told a tech will come out to look at it. Then get an email stating that the tech appointment was cancelled and a new piece would be delivered. Then a tech shows up after and takes pictures of the couch and tells me they can only make phone calls to the bosses out of hearing distance from the customer (suspicious). Never get a follow up from the tech and I call back about the email for the replacement piece and they ( can't locate it). I get a case # and call back a few months later because I wasn't getting any follow ups from the store. This time they tell me the delivery wasnt able to be completed because (my address was wrong) like the address the original couch went to. I still have the damaged piece to this day. This store and company is an absolute waste of time and money. The store associates are just as bad the company. Don't waste your breath in this place.

Customer service was phenomenal!

I went to the Ventura store to look for a couch. Five stars are for the very patient salesman who helped me. His name is MD. I think we took up about an hour and a half of his time, He helped guide us throughout the whole store to look at everything and anything I wanted to see, and he seemed to know all the important information about the merchandise. I have been obsessively looking for the right couch for a very long time, and that night with MD‘s help I finally came away with a beautiful new sleeper sofa!

Our experience at the store was good, but afterwards the service was poor. Our delivery date was changed 3 times, and nobody even bothered to call. When our furniture arrived, one of the pieces was damaged, and now I have to go through the hassle of filing a claim. I don’t think I’ll ever shop there again.

Mr. Alejo was professional, patient, & understanding at all times. I threw curve balls & he got base hits every time. If purchases are delivered without a hitch. It will be a home run, or for him, a hole in one.

I had the best experience working with the people at Ashley’s. My sofa and loveseat came today. Paired with my new rug, my living room looks amazing. I love love love it! Delivery was great as well.

We spent an absolute memorable several hours shopping at Ashley!! Our sales lady, Darla was a sweetheart and did everything she could to make us satisfied! If we would’ve known how reasonable the prices were and the great sales, we would’ve shopped there a long time before this!! We have received everything (furniture and a rug), and we have never been so pleased with anything we’ve bought before!

They delivered my white table and it has these dark brush marks all over it. Nothing like the display table in store! They won't exchange or return! When it's obviously very poor work! Horrible customer service. Will never buy from Ashley again.

Service was great

It is generally a good experience. Easy to work with sales people. Good selection of product. It always takes WAY TOO LONG to buy something. I don't know what the process is, but it will take a minimum of 30 minutes each time. The sales person disappears for a while. Comes back, disappears. Takes for ever. Then when you have an agreed upon delivery date you never know what date you will actually get. Don't be surprised if they get it wrong and you have to re-address that topic too.

Thanks to Darryl Voos in helping us to find what we were looking for, a Sofa Sleeper, he has an excellent attitude and a strong customer service skills.

This has by far been the worst purchasing experience of my lifetime! I trusted our sales person after over 40 minutes of him, trying to figure out how to use the tablet to input my order and confirming with him more than three times that I wanted the bar height 30 inch seat, stools, however, upon being dropped off at our house, we were delivered the 24 inch stools. Before my husband could tell the delivery people that they were not the correct height they were gone. It has been five days and the incorrect stools have not been picked up and the correct ones delivered. Every time I reach out to anyone, Including the sales person, I get the runaround. I will never buy from Ashley’s ever again. I still cannot get them to pick up the incorrect stools to deliver me what I actually ordered and paid for.

Abraham was amazing — thank you for the excellent help. Yolanda was very sweet, but I think she could use a bit more sales training. I understand they were short on managers, but during the holiday season there really should be additional management on the floor. Thank you..

Great Experience purchasing from Ashley Furniture in Oxnard. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision, but more importantly I felt valued as a customer throughout the whole interaction. Johnny Alejo did help me to decide and walked with us answering all our questions, suggesting matches and offering the payment options.

I purchased a couch from Ashley of Oxnard in late October. After three attempts, they have still not delivered the correct couch. Customer service has been rude and unwilling to resolve the issue, continually responding that only the store can assist me. The store will not take my calls. Patricia Riveria, the sales person who sold me the couch, blown me off. The manager Abraham that she asked me to call will not pick up the phone after our first polite conversation. The last time Ashley was here, they removed the first incorrect couch and abandoned it in front of my house, blocking my walkway, because we refused the next incorrect couch. The driver became so irrationally enraged he attempted to dolly the next incorrect couch into my house. When my elderly mother told him to stop and that he didn't have permission to take the incorrect couch in the house, he threatened her and then stated he was leaving to old couch in the yard just so it would cause a problem and cost us money to remove it. Ashley has done nothing to retrieve this abandoned couch and will not take this disaster off my credit, even though I do not currently have any of their merchandise. This has been a horrible situation, an absolute nightmare. Ashley apparently was sold to a hedge fund, and this is the new business model. I wish I had never set foot in the showroom. This has been a disaster. Do not buy from Ashley, they are not the company they were 18 months ago. I wish I could give negative stars. 11/28/2025 Update: I received your response, checked my spam and missed calls and there is no attempt on your showroom or sales staff's part to find a reasonable and fair resolution to this awful situation. I did not include my phone number or email in this post, so exactly how did you respond to me directly? I take your meager attempt at public damage control on google to be insulting, however not surprising. I recommend you speak with Patricia and Abraham, they have heard from me, however refused to resolve this situation. This has continued to be the worst purchasing experience of my life, if I could give more negative stars, I would.

Furniture is good, but bad customer service. They are great at selling you a product, but when you spend A lot of money in furniture and try to return something, they are not willing to work with you. I will look at other companies for my furniture needs. UPDATE: after returning back to the store to resolve an Issue, the staff did not help even after customer service told us our order was approved. The store staff told me they were going to call me the same day once the information from customer service was received, but they never did. Not even a courtesy call on status. I had to go back the next day with customer service on the phone to resolve my issue. The store asked me if I wanted to go back the next day to do the transaction, but at this point I just wanted to get it done right away. The experience was frustrating. Corporate ended up completing the transaction themselves. When corporate did that, I heard the store staff tell another “good, then they can take care of it”. I didn’t want to say anything because I just wanted to complete the order and get out of there. Very frustrating experience.

I am writing to report a serious issue that occurred at your Oxnard location involving your employee, MD. My mother and I visited the store near closing time, and from the moment we arrived, he followed us closely and pressured us throughout the process. We explained multiple times that we were still in construction and were not ready to purchase. I personally told him 2–3 times that we planned to return once our construction was completed. Despite this, MD insisted that we should buy the couch now because we would have up to three months to return or exchange it. He repeated this several times and reassured us not to worry. Based on his statements, we proceeded with the purchase. However, MD placed the wrong order, even though my mother and I repeated our request multiple times: NO CHAISE — only five seat pieces with the correct left-side arm when facing the couch. He told us, “Don’t worry, I’ve got it,” even after I asked again what we could do if the piece arrived incorrect. Once again he assured us we had 3 months to exchange it. Unfortunately, we later discovered that we do not have that return or exchange window, and his statements were completely false. We essentially fell victim to his high-pressure sales tactics at closing time, and the result is an incorrect and expensive order. When we contacted the store, the supervisor, Abraham, was not helpful. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or attempting to resolve the issue, he defended the employee and said there was nothing he could do, telling us to contact customer service. This is extremely disappointing, especially because the error was entirely due to MD’s misinformation. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and we expect a resolution based on the incorrect information given to us by your employee.

Darryl Voss was super helpful with finding my recliner and accent chair additions, as well as my bookcase cabinet. He appears to have the customer’s best interest at heart and I love all my new Ashley furniture!

Purchased a full-size Tempur-pedic mattress with adjustable base. No full size was on display, only queen and king. Thought the full would be a good size but after delivery and set up discovered it was too short, too narrow, and too firm. Apparently there is a 30 day return policy but the salesperson never mentioned this. Upon their request took a photo of the mattress. Requested an exchange for a queen size mattress and frame but the manager refused to exchange the frame, only the mattress. I was forced to pay for a new frame for nearly $2000 but paid the difference for a queen mattress. I am very disappointed with Ashley's unclear return policy. I will never shop at any Ashley furniture store ever again! Disgusted with the way customers are treated! Fed up!

Im only giving 3 stars because of my recent experience.The selection of furniture is vast we were greeted by a nice sales person named Vanessa she checked on us but didn't hover. We found and bought a dresser. They showed us 1st available delivery date which was about a week out, not bad, we received an email on the morning of delivery giving me the delivery window and a link to see where the truck is. We were updated with you are number 11 we finished number 10 you are our next stop, then the time kept changing, like 3 times then they texted are you in the apartments? we texted no then they stopped responding we called asked what's going on then the lady said I'll check on it she got back to us and said your dresser is backordered. We were furious having waited all day. I'm sure when the order was placed they could see it was backordered yet never let us know. I don't think we will shop there again

Look elsewhere when ordering material. Ordered a king size bed, along with my frame in August. I am still waiting on my delivery for the bed frame. No sense of urgency and lack of communication. Our original delivery date got pushed back 2 weeks. We were notified morning of our original delivery date and had already taken work off for the day to accept the delivery. We are still waiting for our frame as the rest of our bed and items sit in our room taking space. To resolve this, we were only offered a 25 dollar discount haha I’d look elsewhere for your furniture.

I scheduled my move around the delivery of my bed and furniture. I took the day off from work as it was supposed to be delivered between 9:30-1:30 pm. 1 hour before the delivery window, I received a call informing me of a delay on my deliver and new delivery date was 13 days later! They assured that they would try to get it delivered sooner, which they did, only late by 4 days but then our headboard arrived cracked, which we refused. Now that headboard will not be delivered for another 2 weeks! Contacted customer service and all they offered was a $25 coupon for my next online purchase. $25 after spending over 10 times that amount! RIDICULOUS to say the least!

Samantha was extremely patient with me, as I was undecided as to what I was looking for. I just knew I would find it at Ashley. There’s something for everyone and a huge variety of styles! I could have had my furniture within a week, but I had to delay it to give me time to prepare the room! I’ve furnished a number of rooms from Ashley, and I’ve never been disappointed with the delivery, the quality, and the value for the money.

I have very mixed feelings about my purchase and the service I received. I feel like I was bamboozled. We NEVER discussed adding on a service warranty and then suddenly my total price included a $300 warranty. I was overwhelmed and then when I asked about it, I was told that it was included so that I would get a discount. When I asked to remove it, the cost of my recliner went up and the delivery charge went up. Then I was told that really she was trying to save me money and it made the added warranty only $75. So, I surrendered and took the whole package. Since then, I can't stop thinking about it with regrets. I feel that I dealt with a card shark. I will NEVER shop at Ashley's again.

My wife and I have had a bit of a rough history with buying beds. Darrell really did a great job of giving us excellent service and attention. He made excelled recommendations and top-notch service. Person who called the next day to confirm delivery information to be Friday August 29th, was difficult to understand and not pleasant. The day before the delivery I received an email asking me to confirm my delivery for Saturday August 30? At the same time I received a text message to confirm my appointment for Friday August 29th. I called the any questions number on the test message. Spoke with Kim. I explained the conflicting messages. He assured the delivery was for Friday and confirmed it again. Kim was very Professional a helpful. The delivery was within the delivery window - on time. Guys were great. Unpacked sofa, put gloves on, brought in the front door with no damage to door or sofa. Put plastic feet on which I was shocked to learn. PLASTIC FEET not happy about that. 1 hour later I received a call asking me if I received my sofa and the rest I couldn't understand. Spoke fast and had a heavy accent. 75% happy with experience. Still can't get over the cheap plastic feet.

I went in looking for a dinning set and my first experience was not the best. An older gentleman was not very friendly and you could tell he just wanted to close the sale. I went back a few days later and purchased it from another younger girl who seemed a little more interested in connecting with me; however it felt transactional vs intentional … here comes delivery day and no one called me 30 minutes prior to my delivery .. they give you a 4 hour window so what if I hadn’t been home? They rang the bell multiple times and I understood zero of what they said when I opened the door. Only “table” was what I understood. The whole experience was disappointing … but I do love the furniture.

My initial experience at Ashley Furniture was great. Purchased a $4,500 split king Nectar Mattress and adjustable frame set on 6/22/2025, to be delivered on 7/26/2025. As of 8/23/2025, I have only received partial delivery of my order. I was talking to one of the store managers, Danielle, who at first was great, but now I can't get a call back from him. Every few days, I get a call from the Ashley warehouse informing me that my delivery date has been pushed back. Made my purchase in advance to avoid issues, but this has turned into a very frustrating situation. Hopefully, I'll get my 1,500 mattress before Christmas.

We came in to look at a mattress and a male salesperson showed us to the mattress room and I tried 2 sealy posturepedic mattresses and (they were amazing) both firm then I tried a more reasonable firm mattress. I know he let me try the more upper scale mattresses first then the lower scale one. Then he started asking us why dont U purchase now? He was very straight forward... We felt pressured!!! Then when he saw we were just browsing(not purchasing ASAP) he said to us the front office is calling him so he left never came to follow up. Didnt like the pressure. Then we went to look for a couch in the same store and we found one we liked and Darla helped us and boy was she a gem. No pressure at all and guess what we purchased the chaise sofa with her... Ashley has a great selection and price points and we definitely go back and ask for Darla...

The manager did not honor my $50 coupon as he said that a $1000 purchase was required ( I only had about a $600 purchase. But there was no mention of that with that coupon so I was not pleased with this Oxnard store.

Abraham made my furniture purchase easy and quick! He was also very patient, understanding, and flexible about timing because he knew I was driving from San Luis Obispo, which took much longer (2.5 hours) than expected to reach the Oxnard store, so he waited beyond the store's closing time of 9p to meet me for the purchase of my amazing new sofa. He and his sales representative thoroughly explained the warranty and provided all the appropriate paperwork for my records. He also explained my delivery date options and was easily able to accommodate my selection, while his sales representative explained the delivery process. Both were instrumental in making my furniture purchase a breeze! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and thank them both for their professionalism and adaptability.

Warning before buying from Ashley Furniture If you're not happy with your purchase from Ashley, returning items is almost impossible. They claim everything is final sale and do not issue credits. Customer service is basically nonexistent — they don’t care once they’ve made the sale. The delivery team refused to assemble most of my furniture. They only set up one recliner and refused to assemble the patio set. Ashley initially refused to take back a second recliner that was still in its unopened box. They finally picked it up, but still haven’t issued a credit. They also promised to refund most of the delivery and installation fees, but that refund still hasn’t happened. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I will never buy from Ashley again, and I recommend everyone else stay far away.

My wife visited Ashley Furniture and worked with Vanessa. The customer service was great, quick, and delivery for our new furniture will be done within a week. We will go back to Vanessa for a bedroom set.

All my encounters with the sales people at the Oxnard store were very positive. They helped me find exactly what I needed to help me buy something to fit my budget and went out of their way to help me with a complex delivery issue. High five!

We purchased a couch with motorized chairs on the end, if it wasn't for another salesperson we probably would have left. Our sales representative seemed confused about the inventory and sizes, the payment system declined our card twice so we switched to another unit. That one needed to be rebooted before it would work. Just not the experience we were hoping for, good thing we liked the unit we purchased.

I wanted to order a couch. I was having problems ordering it online, so I called the Oxnard Ca store. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Abraham. He took the order and full payment They delivered the couch and after delivery, my husband noticed an indentation on the arm of the couch. You can feel the wood underneath and there is a big indentation. So happens someone from Ashley called to see how everything was. I told her that the couch was delivered damaged. She said she would open up a claim and for me to send pictures. I did do that and then someone from customer care contacted me to send someone out to check the damage. After they sent cole out he saw the damage and I advised him that this is unacceptable and want to return the couch . I was then called by someone else from Ashley and was told I could not return couch . I advised them I notified Ashley of the damage a few hours after delivery. So I called Abraham back at the Oxnard store and he pretty much told me I was out of luck .I was then called by a Ryan on July 3rd that someone would contact me within 24 to 72 hours about returning the couch. Today is July 9th and I have not heard from anyone from Ashley I would love to attach photos of the damage but I don’t have that option.

Mark H. Knows his shit about furnishings big time. Answered all our questions, and can probably find items of interest blindfolded throughout the showroom, and it’s big. It’s always a + to deal with someone like Mark. “Fine Job Ashley Home Store Furniture”.

The music is so loud it detracts from furniture purchasing, hearing the sales person and conducting business.

Walked around, looking for a dining table 48 inches and they were able to show me several different sizes of tables I did not need chairs just tables. Salesman was patient. I kept walking away looking at bedroom sets . I enjoyed the whole experience. It was very fun laughed a lot. Talked a lot about the space limitations to put the table in. I highly recommend this store. My sales rep was I think Joel they were very good and the supervisor was very friendly and very kind . I did buy a table and I’m going to love it and I have always loved this store furniture.

Waiting for my sofa but happy so far with customer care and support

My first experience was crap years ago but I decided to give another chance and Art at the oxnard store has absolutely the best Customer service something that customers appreciate I ended up buying a sectional that is great but if it werent for Art I would have probably walked out so as far as I'm concerned you need all your Associates to be like Art.

Great experience and Vanessa S was an exceptional well knowledgeable sales rep. She gave us time and was patient allowing my husband I to decide on our dining & Living room purchase.

Great Selection, Good Quality, Fair Prices

4/24: I ordered my furniture and paid for it via telephone, MD the sales representative put my phone number incorrectly phone in the system. 4/28: I called to confirm my delivery date and after multiple phone calls they told me they would trying to get in touch with me, but did not have my correct phone number, therefore my order was cancelled. Needless to say, I was not very happy, but after speaking with Elijah the situation was rectified to my full satisfaction and the furniture will be delivered right on schedule.

I would give my experience at Ashley 5 stars for the customer service and interactions with all employees, but probably 1-2 stars for merchandise. Johnny was a great help; knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The couch I chose was extremely soft and comfortable in the showroom, but when it arrived, was hard as a rock. I am at a loss as I spent quite a lot of money buying all new furniture for my living room. I chose the couch for comfort, not looks. There were plenty more appealing choices as far as looks. My family won’t sit on it as it is extremely hard and uncomfortable!

Went furniture shopping over the weekend looking for a replacement sofa, this time a reclining style . Being a previous Ashley customer, stopped in at the Oxnard store and was greeted by Felipe Urbina. Felipe was very helpful with showing me what was available, explaining the features of each and in less than 30 minutes found the "one". After getting info on it, went home to ensure it would fit my wall, then went back to Ashley. Bought it along with a credenza style table. Felipe was very helpful, professional and personable. The final sell timeframe went very smoothly and I am looking forward to receiving my new pieces of furniture next month. That you Felipe for all your help today. It was a pleasure doing business with you. 7/9/2025 Went back to Ashley today for an end table to finish out the family room. Once again Felipe , as before, was professional and polite and very helpful in getting what I wanted. Thanks again for your assistance. 🤗

Great service, prices are a little high but good quality. Most of the staff was nice, there was one lady that totally ignored us until she realized I was purchasing a few products. Felipe and Dan the sales lead (think that was his name) helped me and they were great.

My wife and I had never ordered from Ashley for delivery but when they had this recent sale, we couldn’t pass up a recliner they had. We ordered it over the phone and were told it would be three weeks before delivery, but it came in less than a week. Vanessa, who took the order so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The delivery, man, Raymond and his crew were fast, efficient, friendly, had the tools they needed, and were in and out in 20 minutes. This was a delightful experience.

8 years ago we came here to buy furniture for our new home and had a great experience! We came today to purchase a new mattress and had an amazing experience. Felipe our salesman was such great help! Very knowledgeable and very happy to answer any questions that we may have had. He wasn’t too pushy which we loved. Daniel the manager was so nice and helpful when it came to ringing us up.

Our sales rep was very thorough in explaining the functions of our new furniture and the protection policy.

MD was great, let us browse and when we got to the decision of moving forward he worked hard to get the best price. Can’t wait to see our new bedroom set in our room!

I visited this store today and it was ok. If you like furniture that basic. You might want to come here. They had no return policy at this location though… but the furniture was good and comfy and had some decent prices. Especially in today’s economy. I would recommend if you absolutely need furniture.

BE CAREFUL! This store will open a credit card in your name without your consent and then blame it on you. I spoke with condescending Manager Abraham and he said, " Just call and cancel, tell them you don't want the card" Why are you opening credit without approval?!?! They do not see this as a big deal.

First off, request Johnny, he is very professional, courteous and knows his stuff. Management was also all of above and very helpful. We initially went in just to check out nectar bed systems as Ashley now has them on site and we wanted to see them in person. They ended up matching what was on the cyber Monday sale online and as we were waiting for paperwork to be processed, we came across a living room set that we had also already pre-ordered something similar online and canceled that and bought what they had, as the pricing was just as good or better, we will be back.

My husband and I got a really good deal on Black Friday! Can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered. Our sales rep Mark was very helpful, thanks Mark!

I regret shopping with Ashley Furniture! I have been a long-time customer of this company, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. The items I ordered never arrived. After placing the order, I was told it would be delivered within 3-4 weeks, but this timeline was repeatedly postponed. Each time, I was told, "next week" or "the following week," but the delivery never happened. In the end, I had to cancel my order. As a loyal customer for so long, it’s disheartening to face such poor service. I’ve decided never to work with this company again. They are far from reliable

Do not buy from this store. The salespeople lie and Daniel the store mgr is a rude horrible excuse of a human. They gave me the wrong chair and will not exchange it for the right one. Corporate is no help either. Shop wayfair. Much better place to shop. When I'm done with this termite infested company they will be just a memory.

There was a wide selection of furniture for every room in the house. I especially enjoyed seeing rugs in the various room settings. MD patiently showed me around and helped me check out once I had made my selections. I look forward to the delivery of my new bedroom set.

Bought my bedroom set and dining table here. Overall there was a good variety to choose from. When I didn’t see the bedroom set I wanted on display, my sales rep (Darla) took the time to show me sets from that same collection to understand what it would look and feel like. Afterwards, she showed me the dining sets that were on sale. Darla was such a delight to work with! She was very professional and friendly, and ensured I got to take my time to decide which sets I wanted. I highly recommend her!

Good service. But just one advice, please Teach them how to treat customers better. Do not fight over the commission between employees, much less let the client know that they receive a commission. Yesterday I had a very bad experience in this business when I get there, The person who helped me at the beginning noticed that he was very attentive and followed all the time, (obvious I didn’t know that they get commission ether way I don’t care if they get or not) at the end, I asked another person for help and he started fighting whit her partner for the commission in front of me, so embarrassing this situation (they can talk about it in person when the customer is far from them) I feel bad for the guy who was helping us, probably is not going to get a commission but, he got a really bad attitude at the end is not my fault that the store pay probably the minimum and try to do a good pay check whit commission, maybe is fault of the store for no pay right to their employees. You guys have to have a plan for this situation and don’t discuss in front of their customers.MANAGER “never show up” he didn’t care he never come to us to say at least sorry for the situation or inconvenience.

The purchase was easy. One visit. But the delivery on the other hand was numerous phone calls to the Philippines and one visit to the store in Oxnard California. I would not buy there again.

Worst customer service ever… problems with product. Missed appointments for replacement product. Several phone calls from “management” yielded no results except pressure to “accept” replacement delivery unconditionally before I saw it (I didn’t; turns out the replacement was more damaged than the original table). Bed frame purchased from sale room damaged in moving it for pick up but “no refunds.” Think seriously if your purchase is worth the aggravation. I won’t go back.

Their furniture is soooo cheap, I have couches I bought 2 years ago and for months I’ve been trying to use the so called warranty they sold me that only covers stains on the covers, the cushions collapsed and of course they’re not covered by the warranty … it’s stated somewhere in the fine print that they don’t mention at the time of purchase!!!

We purchased all of our furniture from Ashley in 2019 and we added a protection warranty because we were recommendedthat since we have kids. The furniture look nice but the quality is not good at all. Some of wood looking tables and bedroom are covered with paper that peels with time. The warranty is a big scam. It has to be one stain or one damage if not they will not covere it. Tried to talk to Ashley manager but he was not helpful. Very disappointed for all the money we spent. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM Ashley again. Protection warranties don't work if you have kids. It's a lie. I would purchase my furniture from Costco. At least they honor their lifetime warranty.

Rose at Ashley’s Furniture in Oxnard was extremely rude to my Mother. We went shopping for 2 queen beds and a new dining table and towards the end of our visit she yelled at my Mother to go shop at a swap meet since my Mother didn’t like their more affordable beds. My Mom was going to purchase a dining table she has liked and a more expensive bedroom set from Ashley’s Furniture today but rather than being yelled at by Rose (the employee) we decided to leave. We purchased one bed at another store not far from Ashley’s. Same high quality and slightly lower price. The bedroom set we purchase from the other store was the exact same type of style as the “high-quality” beds Rose first showed us. Employees need to have respect for their customers and if they get irritated like Rose did today with my Mom, simply tell the customer “I’m going on break now but if you need more assistance please feel free to find another associate at the front.” SIMPLE!!!!!! SO SIMPLE!!!! Rather than causing a scene and stressing herself out, causing customers to leave the store and taking their money somewhere else. Whoever is reading this, if you’re close to your Mom or Mother figure or whoever raised you, I’m sure if you were to watch them get YELLED AT AND EMBARRASSED you would stand up for your loved one as well. I just hope karma finds little miss Rose (definitely not a Rose type of personality). I’d also like to say that as a business women myself who holds a business degree, this is HORRIBLE business practices and if this store was my store, I wouldn’t need any more complaints for me to be convinced that this “women” AKA Rose needs to be let go. I also mentioned the incident to a man who was standing at the booth in the front of the store. He was kind and respectful and said he was sorry for her behavior and to ignore negative people like her and that I should enjoy my day and she will get what she deserves. Also, if you (Ashley’s Furniture in Oxnard employees) check your cameras in the store, today 7/25/24 at maybe about 7 or 7:30pm, you can see Rose walking away from my parents and I, and turning around to yell at my Mom to go to a swap meet. This scene happened near your adorable bedroom set displays. No hate towards swap meets, but have respect ROSE!

Horrible experience at the Ashley store in Oxnard today!!! “Rose” is not meant to work there. We were treated horribly by her. After fully renovating our house we were hoping to get all new furniture she ended up telling us to go to the swap meet

We bought the leather Texline couch 6 months ago. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND it! It is very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that my back pain has gotten worse, so I use my old couch now. The couch is too expensive, and it already looks old specially where it is sat on most and we've only had it for 6 months. The color in the store looked nicer than when we got it home because of their lighting. I was very sad to see a big difference when we received it. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I went to talk to them. They did nothing for me. No returns or exchanges. You are better off buying them at Costco or Living Spaces. I just didn't want to drive to Living Spaces because it's too far, but I truly regret it. I gave it a one star. If you want good looking modern couch for a couple of months get it but other than that they are not worth the money. I've never done a review, but I had to say something about this one.

This is less location specific and more relevant to the company as a whole. Avoid at all costs, they are extremely unhelpful. My furniture was delivered damaged it has been a nightmare getting this resolved.

Extended Warranty is useless, save you money

Johnny was great, felt like he really enjoyed knowing what we were interested in and looking for, he was also very well informed of the fabrics and manufacturing methods. All in all the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The salesman, Johnny Alejo, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I left the store with the furniture I wanted and got a great deal.

The sales person was very helpful, but when the couch was delivered it was found to be defective. Ashley sent out a technician to inspect the couch and he verified several problems, took many pictures and submitted a report. We were told by the tech that we would be contacted by Ashley in a couple of days. I ended up having to call customer service and talked to someone that was very hard to understand. Sounded like they were in India from all the background chatter going on. I was told that everything was OK, he had the report, and someone would call to schedule an exchange. I then received an email asking for a description of the problem, pictures and to submit by return email. I again called customer service and she told me that I must submit pictures, etc. i told her that a report and pictures were submitted by the tech and she kept repeating a demand for pictures and then hung up on me. The shining star in this situation was Audrey at the local Ashley store. I called her and told her about my experiences with customer support and she checked and told me that was wrong and she would handle it. She did, Right away, and the replacement couch arrived in good shape. And, we still got another email demanding pictures! Customer service is horrible, can't understand them, not helpful and rude. We will not deal with Ashley in the future to avoid another nightmare like this.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Alejo, he answered all my questions and he was very attentive and kind.

Yolanda was very helpful in making my choice of recliner. Plus delivery will be in 4 days which is perfect for me. I can’t wait to get this comfortable chair home in time for the playoffs.

My girls got their first apartment so he helped with that as well as what we needed for our home. I am already planning another trip. The furniture is great quality too. Rose was super helpful and nice

I walked in to Ashley because I was afraid to buy a couch without being able to see it and sit on it in person. Darla greeted me at the door and showed me all of the couches that fit my needs and wants. I found one that worked well and was on sale, and Darla and I bonded over our mutual love of cats. The buying process and delivery service was flawless- time alone will tell whether the quality of the couch is worth the price.

We were so impressed with ROSE at the Oxnard location. We purchased a sectional electronic recliner set five years ago. Unfortunately our wonderful dog Jax, the mighty German 🖤 Shepherd, who we rescued from the River Bottom chewed them up. Funny 🤣🤣🤣 not funny 😬 We really weren’t in a position to purchase new couches with the current inflation and we told ROSE exactly what we wanted to happen with the 60 month financing, and she made it happen! We are above and beyond happy with the new set of modern couches. Fyne-Dyme Electric Recliner Couches. They are less expensive than the ones we purchased five years ago! Five GOLD stars for you, Rose 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My fiancée and I were there at Ashely on Sunday looking to sectionals and a women (name starts with an R ) was working with us to assist us choosing our sectional. She was nice at first but later when we couldn't decided ( alot of nice sectionals) we noticed a frustrated tone on her. We told her that we got rid of our current sofas and was just looking at the moment but she assumed we wanted to buy so she pressed is on buying something we weren't sure, handed us her tablet and wanted us to input information on the tablet and I told her to give us a moment so at the very end we weren't sure what to buy she told us something like, " I believe you can't decided right now " handed us her card and started walking away and approach a gentleman coming our way. When she was walking away, I had a question about delivery, asked and and said 149.99 in a frustrated tone and didn't even say bye or thank you. She was difficult to work with and when we would ask her someone questions, her answers were so confusing about the sectionals which made it difficult to choose. In my lifetime I've gone to ashely a few times, opened a credit card and still never bought from there. In this case, she was there to make a sale and not to help a customer.

My roomate and I bought a couch from Ashley but realized upon delivery that it was too big for our small apartment (couldn’t even make it up the stairwell!) so we sadly returned it. A few weeks later we were back at Ashley and the saleswoman Natascha was so incredibly helpful with getting us set up with the right one! Though the model we went with wasn’t even on display, Natascha used her expert knowledge and experience to suggest it and even pointed to other models on the sales floor to help us get a better understanding of the feel of it. She made all the difference in turning what was initially a disheartening experience into one of joy! Thank you Natascha and thank you Ashley for being so gracious with the whole ordeal. Our living room finally feels complete!

My mom and I visited Ashley furniture with the idea to browse the store and check out their selection of dining room tables. We were greeted by the lovely Natascha. We told her what we had in mind of purchasing. She showed us around the showroom keeping in mind exactly what we told her we liked. She was extremely knowledgeable about the dining room tables in the store. She helped us find the perfect dining room table for our home. She by far is the best furniture associate we have ever worked with. She was easy to talk to and very honest about her opinion which we appreciated immensely. Hands down would personally ask for her on our next purchase at Ashley’s and recommend her to our family and friends. Thank you Natascha Ashley furniture has a gem of an employee!

sales person was not very inexperienced . She might need more training. she process the order without confirming the shipping address. once the order is processed there is no way to change the shipping address so now my order will be ship to wrong address. No computer system should be that rigid that 2min after an order is proceeded, no change can be made. on top of this issue the sales person charge me twice. First she process the order n charge my credit card. Then she said you need to pay again bc it did not go through. I told sale personI saw it went through but. she insisted n charge me 2nd time. Store just confirmed that yes they charge my credit card twice m it will take a week to issue credit. So bad

We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in the door. We found this sofa on a different site for less money but it was out of state. The sales mgr was able to match the price to within $150 of the other company. We were happy with that, being it was going to be delivered faster and easier to return or get help if needed, from a local store. We love our new sectional. It’s beautiful and so comfortable. We would definitely shop at Ashely again.

UPDATE: I emailed them and have yet to hear back after they commented to contact them for further assistance. It’s been almost a week I was really hoping dealing with Ashley directly would be easier than the Reguard warranty company. After reading other reviews this seems to be normal for them. I’d never shop here again. We purchased a couch here about a year ago. The fabric started pilling and fraying within a week. We also purchased the extra warranty after our salesman informed us how simple it is to get the couch replaced because of stains or rips. That is not even kind of true at all. We had multiple spills within a week and decided to try and use the warranty. The process took over 20 hours and the resolution we got was a cleaning kit sent to the house. The warranty wasn’t cheap , the process isn’t easy and eventually you don’t get anything out of it. I liked who we dealt with at the store but am ultimately extremely disappointed in the quality of the couch and the pressure to buy a warranty for hundred of dollars that got us absolutely nowhere. I wouldn’t buy from them again and definitely wouldn’t spend more on a warranty that gets you nothing.

My husband and I were helped by a wonderful salesperson named Rose at the Oxnard store. She so graciously saved every piece of furniture we chose the previous week on her store tablet. Rechecked to make sure we were happy which we were. She helped us every step of the way . We love the quality and beauty of the furniture. We're sure our new home will look fabulous. I purchased the Maggie sofa with the wonderful sales associate Natascha. I first saw the sofa on the Website but I was sick COVID. I called and Natascha helped me on the phone giving me the details I needed. As soon as I got well I met with Natascha where I saw the sofa in person and bought it that day as well as the ottoman and a bed for my guest room. The whole process was quick and professional. Natascha knows the products she sells and made the sale easy and fast.

I bought 2 mattress with the adjustable base..I spent over 6,500.00.My 1st night sleep was awful I called to explain the bed was to hard.I was told no refunds or Exchanges.I was not told that at the time of purchase..They gave me 350.00 in 50.00 gift cards. I was not told I can only use 1 50.00 card at a time. I found something on there clearance.when I went to use my 50.00 I was told it's not good on clearance items, but they would take 50.00 off the original price and I can pay the difference..I was told that they are not going to be tanking my gift cards and i should use them up..Not a good experience at all. I will never shop at an Ashley's store nor recommend it to anyone.

Salesmen are a joke, we had a older gentlemen with name starting with T. Soon as my son said he would like a cheaper mattress he got very rude and upset. Was absolutely uncalled for. Our experience at Ashley's was horrible. My mother is blind. She went to Ashley's to buy bunk beds for my children, her grandchildren, for her home. She specifically told the saleswoman, Patricia, that she wanted a bed where the ladder wasn't blocked by the top bunk railing. They completed the transaction, and scheduled delivery and assembly. Once assembly was complete, my mom discovered that the ladder was blocked by the railing, making it unsafe for small children due to having to climb over the railing. Patricia ordered the wrong bed. My mother called the Oxnard CA store and spoke with the manager Abraham who basically blamed my BLIND mother for leaving the store with the receipt that listed the wrong bed, because she should have caught the error. He also informed her that the sale is final. He didn't even take into account that because she's blind, she can't see the receipt, and has to trust the salesperson to do their job. My mother then called the corporate office and was passed around, no names were given. The line auto disconnected after 23 minutes of trying to get to the right person to help. To add insult to injury, Patricia charged my mother a $149.99 for 5 year furniture warranty, which my mother never wanted, wasn't asked if she wanted and she never approved. Patrica took it upon herself to add this unnecessary, expensive warranty all on her own to my mother's order. My elderly, blind mother was taken advantage by this saleswoman, and the store/company. I had a great experience with the store in Torrance, so I referred my mother to Ashley's. I feel very guilty that I recommended somewhere that has caused so much trouble and anxiety for her. I will never recommend this company again, and shame on them for their atrocious customer "care". As it stands, we are stuck with an unsafe bed that can't be used, that we were overcharged for.

Ashley furniture used to be pretty well-made. My mother & I both have been buying furniture from here for many years. The quality is absolute garbage now. My couch has already been exchanged once because it had cracks in the wood & you could hear it even when my 85 pound niece sat on it for the first time. There was also a major slope on one of the chaise lounge sides. Even after it was replaced, it's still doing the same thing. Both the wood creaking and the slope. The quality of their furniture is so bad now, they should be embarrassed. Even though I paid $1,600 for this very poorly made couch, I can't wait to throw it in the garage and buy something of actual quality. From another store, of course. This last purchase I did with Ashley furniture will most definitely be my last. Go elsewhere!

I’ve been to this store twice in a year span and was unfortunately met with the same salesman both times. The first time he followed us around, super creepy, though we told him we were just browsing. The second time he was super rude and provided unsolicited information on furniture we were sitting on though we told him numerous times that we weren’t needing any help.

My wife and I were greeted by a salesman named MD as we entered the store. He was friendly, informative, and was very low key. He showed us where to look for what we inquired about and checked with us every five minutes. I like low pressure salespeople. Also the selection in this particular store was amazing. It came down to choice anxiety, which is a good thing for us. And we are very happy with our purchase.

The store is just amazing. Good staff. But delivery is terrible. Today was supposed to receive furniture (sofa, bed and mattress). Delivery was scheduled from 11:15 to 15:15. Today at 10:30 a man came and said that he was a furniture assembler and wanted to assemble furniture for us. To which he was told that the furniture had not yet been delivered to us, and there was nothing to collect yet. He said ok, I have to call the office. And left. we did not wait for the delivery. As it turned out, he brought the furniture and had to bring it in, but he did not say this, but put us on the cancellation of the order. This is fine? When we did not wait for our delivery, my husband returned to the store, to which they said that they would bring the furniture on Thursday. Why, then, today we were waiting for her, if the delivery man of the furniture he brought did not tell us about it, that he brought the furniture? I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. I had purchased this sectional from Ashley and so impressed to find something modern, great quality, affordable, and quick delivery! This was all because of Natascha Perez who was patiently waiting for me to decide. She also offered some nice end tables and coffee tables that looked great with the sectional. The chair and couch I bought less than a year ago has had the cushion replaced and the issue recurred. I then had to wait for another tech to come look at the problem (again). He suggested replacing the defective items. It's been almost 6 weeks since he came, and they haven't sent a replacement cushion nor contacted me once. I have called SEVERAL times and been told they already sent a cushion, or they'd create a service order, and each time I call back because there's nocommunication from them, I'm told they didn't file it correctly and to call back. So yesterday I called and asked to escalate the issue because it seems like they're just trying to wait or my warranty, and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes just to come back on the line and say the escalation department is closed 30 minutes before and I needed to call back tomorrow. I just called in and the lady told me that I had to wait on hold for 2 or more hours for the evaluation department (except that would put them past the "closing time" I was told yesterday) and I said I can't hold for HOURS, so she said I could get a call back in about 2-3 hours but I had better not miss the call. I asked if there was a way I could actually speak with some one, and she said I could speak with the store manager. So she put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and told me to hold so she could transfer me. She transferred me to the store, where a quite snarky lady said she already told the other lady the manager is on vacation and no one could help me. She also said the escalation department take 3-4 DAYS to get back to you and will email with a resolution IF they have one. I said, and if they don't have a resolution? And she said basically don't know/ don't care. But THEY can't help because they're "just a show room". I reiterated I've been trying to resolve this for over a month and a half, and she said if it's been more than a year since I bought the furniture, they won't do anything at all. It's been less than a year, but if it takes me MONTHS to contact someone capable of helping with issues, that's completely ludicrous. Whatever happened to customer service, customer support, basic fricking respect for others? Seriiusly. If you don't want to stand behind your product or you don't want to offer decent products, why are you even in business? Just let me get furniture from someone who cares about the service and product they provide. This is so much time and energy I've wasted trying to resolve something. So many damn liars at the store, and rude to boot.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. I bought a couch there 2 years ago and bought the life time / accidental warranty. The couch material is so cheap, the top cushions are already lumpy and falling down and the seat cushions are so cheap and horrible. I just got off the phone with the warranty place and it was horrible and long story short they said my accidental damages weren’t covered. I spent Hundreds of dollars for the “ life time warranty “ and it was A SCAM!!!!

Ashley’s sent multiple texts confirming delivery of my loveseat (including the night before), so I made arrangements to be home for their 9a-1p delivery window. Loveseat never came. Customer service had no explanation for lack of delivery and said the earliest they could reschedule was 6 days later. Was told the delivery confirmations were just from Ashley’s automated system and were not actual confirmations of delivery. Was promised a call back from a supervisor within the hour and never received one. Went to store to speak to someone in person. Manager offered me free delivery. Told him to use the $100 to pay overtime if necessary to have my delivery completed by the next day. He said he has no control over the deliveries. Since Ashley deliveries can’t be trusted, I canceled my order and will be making all future furniture purchases elsewhere.

I bought couch last month and complained that same day how it was delivered. There were many issues to begin one, one started with the delivery people who rushed it and over drilled the feet and made it crooked. I have videos of everything of how it was drilled and staples coming out. They sent out a tech a few days later and he didn't do anything but took pictures and he said Ashely were supposed to get back to me. Nobody reached out for weeks until I kept complaining. Also sales person Julian said the covers were washable which is wasn't and a few days ago when we spoke he said it was a misunderstanding on my part. The couch gave me rashes and all they want to do is an even exchange.After having the couch for a a few weeks, it started having a strong chemical smell. They sent out a tech and he smelled it the moment he came to our house. Nothing was done after that, they are giving me the run around between corporate and store. Do not buy from Ashley.

Once the purchase have arrived - The nightmare began! The product was noticeably damaged, showing signs of moisture exposure. The decorative metal buttons were all rusted. It took several phone calls, 3 tech visits, and 9 months of e-mail communications before the issue was finely resolved.

We have made 2 major purchases at the Oxnard, both times we had a knowledgeable sales person and are very pleased with our furniture purchases.

Next day the delivery team calls saying couches won’t be delivered for another month. I called back to the customer service and there was no supervisor available. If I could personally stand outside this store and warn people not to shop here, so they don't experience the same treatment I've received over the past year and half, I would. I spent over $4000 on a King frame, 2 dressers and 2 nightstands. A few months later, the bed frame broke. I called the store, they put in a repair order and a month later it was fixed. At the end of July this year, the bed frame broke again, on the same side. I noticed that the frame isn't very sturdy, the workmanship is poor and so is the design. After calling and speaking with Anel, she informed me that I had to submit photos of the damage. I received an email from customer service asking for the photos. A couple of weeks later I called the Oxnard store and Anel said they didn't receive my photos. On Aug 22nd, I attached the photos and sent them. A week later I called the Oxnard store, spoke with Anel again, she again told me they didn't receive my photos. I find this REALLY hard to believe. I asked to speak with a manager. Anel told me that Abraham and Able are the store managers, but they were too busy to speak with me. I insisted that someone call me back and explained to Anel that day, that I'm sleeping on my couch and this has gone on far too long. To date, I have not yet received a call from any manager of the Oxnard store. I have called the store and asked for a manager to call me back, 14 times. 14 times Anel has told me that a manager was NOT available. I requested to be placed on hold, she refused, stating they only have 1 line in the store and she couldn't keep me on hold for that long. I have called Ashley customer service 7 times, and all 7 times I'm told I had to deal with the store directly. I've made a complaint to the BBB, I'm getting ready to make a complaint to the FTC, and I've retained an attorney to file suit, as Ashely is in breech of contract. In all my life, I've never dealt with a corporation that allows their store to treat customers this way. It's absolutely disgraceful and I don't know how they're allowed to maintain this poor level of customer service. Avoid purchasing ANYTHING from Ashley if you can possibly help it. Unreal I have to go to these lengths just to have my broken bed replaced.

Another update! - 8-22-23: I ran into issue with the item that I purchased. the Ashley Oxnard store team is ON POINT once again! Words cannot express how grateful I am for the support of Adriana and Lacey Olive - two of the most amazing and personable team members who I can possibly ever meet! Abraham was able to step in as well and I'm telling you - these guys will take such good care of you. It's not even funny! I was so appreciative that I purchased the two ladies gift cards for their hard work. I'm telling you... even though my purchase didn't work out - I still recommend for you to check this place out. They will treat you INCREDIBLY WELL over there! I kid you not - they are so on fire! Keep up the great work you guys. Seriously - thank for you for your hard work, dedication and your loyalty to your customer! Truly - all of you should be promoted with extra pay and lots and lots of perks! This place is a joke, very unorganized and unknowledgeable staff. We spent $8 k in furniture frame them . They said that they have all in stock , but when they delivered we were missing half of the stuff and the furnitures were either damaged or dirty. Avoid this place if you can

MD was a very helpful associate, knowledgeable about the layout of the layout and the stock of the store and conscious of our needs. My only concern is we would have liked to wander the store on our own for a bit first and get a feeling for what is there with a little less social pressure. I understand the nature of showroom sales doesn't work well with that but that's our only criticism.

Are all these negative review about the Oxnard store? WOW I am certainly not alone in how disgusted I am with the total experience I had a couple of years ago. I am only writing this now because I just closed my account permantly and it stirred it all up again. I have only ever made the one purchase I am talking about here. I was NOT told that I would be unable to return the overpriced chair I purchased when I purchased it. Like in other reviews, the delivery was lightning fast (once they finally arrived), placing the chair in my living room and leaving before I was even able to sit on it. So the reclining mechanism did not stay when fully reclined, the padding was absolutely substandard. I paid specific attention to the arm padding in the store. The chair on display had plenty of padding on the arms.. The chair that was delivered was so poorly padded that when I lost my balance and fell against it once hitting my forearm against the arm, I actually hit hard wood and had a huge bruise on my forarm as a result. Kinda like getting bruised laying on your bed right? When I called customer service within a day of delivery I got absolutely nowhere. I then went into the store and was told by their unitied front behind the counter that I had to refuse delivery at the time of delivery in order to return the chair, there was no other way I could return it. Bottom line, horrible customer service and even though all looks and feels lke quality furniture IN THE STORE, just wait until you get it, I suggest blocking the delivery van to keep them there until you inspect your furniture if you dare to give it a chance. I wanted to dump the chair in their parking lot but I settled for the county dump instead where it will certainly feel more at home with the rest of Ashley furniture that has been sent there. NEVER EVER AGAIN and their credit card? Little pieces flushed down the toilet to swim in waste where it belongs.

If I have a poor experience I usually will not review at all, but this was very bad and unethical. I needed a replacement cushion cover for my Ashley sofa I purchased three years ago out of the region. Staff would not assist me since I wasn’t buying something new and referred me to their customer service. Customer service wouldn’t even look at me while talking “at” me. She said since I didn’t buy from their store that she would not help me. I was floored. It wasn’t that she couldn’t, she wouldn’t. On top of that, she was dismissive and incredibly rude. I will NEVER shop at this store or Ashley furniture ever again.
