Their associate in Oxnard, Temogen, was amazing right from the start. I went in on a lark one day and returned a couple of weeks later because of him. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Mark, the mattress specialist/doctor, was also very helpful on the day of my purchase. They were both so patient with all of my questions and really took my considerations into account. They gave me information without any pressure. That kind of customer service and human interaction is hard to find these days and I truly appreciate it. I hope they know they are appreciated.

Johnny was awesome! He greeted me and walked with me for a bit when I told him what I was looking for but also gave me a chance to peruse on my own. Found an awesome chair in clearance section and still helped me to the end of my search for a couch to go with it.

The service from our sales representative, Adrian in Oxnard was excellent! He answered all of our questions and was Well informed yet not at all pushy or obnoxious. The storm was very clean and the furniture well prived
