This experience was a nightmare! I have bought several times from Ashley Furniture and they all were pleasant experiences except this last time. Bought a Server and asked the salesman for a better price, he did offer free delivery which I was pleased. The next morning, I found the exact item on Amazon for $200 less. After spending hours on the phone to customer service for a price match, they denied the request so I replied to cancel the order. I kept getting texts and emails regarding my order so I called back and was put on hold for 38 minutes. The customer service then offered to give me a $200 discount but I had already ordered from Amazon. What a joke!

My wife and I just thought it was a very pleasant experience with both sales weee very nice and we went to a number of your competitors and the layout in Ashley’s was perfect and not overwhelming ….good job !

It’s very unfortunate that I have to write this negative review as my experience began positively. Me and my husband were excited to purchase new furniture for our home, and Felipe initially helped us by showing us the therapeutic mattresses, which we really liked. We ordered a few items including the mattress. We even went back to make an additional order on a bedroom set. Although the transaction process took longer than expected—about two hours—we left feeling satisfied. Things started to decline when we returned to order a bed frame and a full bedroom set. Felipe informed me that he could not add this to our previous order and would need to process it separately with a different delivery date. He then referred me to a delivery and assembly service. The person, Rocky, initially quoted a $300 fee for delivery but later added another $60 for assembly. Since it was during the holidays, I didn’t want this to spoil my spirit, so we agreed to the additional charge. Unfortunately, when Rocky arrived, he was unable to assemble one of the bed frames because he claimed he hadn’t received all the necessary parts from Ashley’s Furniture. He mentioned that the bed required three legs for support in the middle. I then went to Ashley’s during my working hours, only to be told that the bed didn't need those legs by Felipe and another sales associate . After showing them Rocky's claim and the picture, they insisted that my bed was fine without them, suggesting I check similar beds in their store in which they started showing me around. Wasting more of my time. To my surprise, all the comparable beds had the three legs in the middle for support, which confirmed Rocky's statement. Felipe himself appeared confused. After being informed that the necessary legs for the bed frame were included in the package, I later discovered, through my own investigation, that this was not the case. A video I recorded showed that the other packages in the warehouse were also missing the legs, indicating a lack of clarity about what is included in their products. Resolving this issue took approximately two hours, only for me to leave and pick up three missing items from the bed frame that had not been delivered or assembled. When we consulted the warehouse staff, they confirmed that the legs were indeed necessary for the bed. The warehouse guys were so nice . They were very helpful and gave me the three missing parts . I think their names were Jose and Rogelio . Additionally, during our first order delivery, there was an incident where we didn’t receive a rug. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they could not provide a timeline for its arrival. The process has been riddled with delays and inadequate follow-through, as items seem to be delivered in parts rather than as a complete set. Furthermore, the mattress delivered was not the correct size. Although I was initially told that the vac-sealed mattress would expand to fit, it clearly appeared to be a full size rather than the expected size. After investigating further and providing the mattress tag, it was confirmed that the wrong mattress had been sent. It has been two weeks since the initial order, and many issues remain unresolved, which has been exceedingly frustrating. I hope this review prompts improvements in the delivery and customer service processes at Ashley's Furniture. My husband has been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they are just going on in circles . It’s so frustrating.

I had a great experience at the Ashley store working with Mark Horwitz. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I purchased tables, and Mark made the whole process smooth and easy, from choosing the right option to completing the purchase. I really appreciated his knowledge and customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Mark if you shop at this Ashley store.
