We were just coming in mostly for color scheme and measurements. We just came back a few days ago to see Chris and purchased the items we needed for our front room. He was kind helpful. He wanted us to make sure we were satisfied with what we wanted. He checked on things that we asked him for. I purchased a $20k Tempur-Pedic bed last month. After one week the bed was giving my wife back pain. Tempur-Pedic was the wrong decision for us. Well at Ashley’s, there’s no refunds so you better like what you’re about to get because we had to exchange the bed and buy at $5k bed and buy $15k worth of other stuff that would not fit in our home within 10 days. Not a great experience. I would recommend buying anywhere else that lets you get the standard trial with a mattress.

He moved furniture around and let us mix and match chairs, pillows etc. and extended the tables for us when asked if we’re allowed to. He even went as far as to let me take his tape measure home w me (I didn’t have one) and use it to measure my house, and trusted me to return it to him. He had no issue with us walking away with nothing, and didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t want/need at all. We ended up settling on a great couch for our home the next day. Ali is the best guy and deserves his flowers.

Terrible customer service. Make sure they hand you everything when you pick up and order because if THEY forget it, you suffer the consequences. I’ve picked my bed up from them over a month ago, filed a complaint the next day due to a missing piece- a month later I still have yet to receive the missing part. You try to contact their office they will purposely direct your call to customer service. I’ve been told the part was re-ordered and weeks go by and I ask where’s my missing piece and then they tell me they have to order it again. The worst part is they rather have me waste my time than to give me a refund on the bed that I can’t even use. Ridiculous.

Ashley Store in the AV is the worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with. My delivery date was changed multiple times with no accountability. Jackie is unprofessional and not suited for customer-facing roles, while Stephanie should not be in management. The supervisor is no better and provides no real support. The customer service here is dishonest, unreliable, and unacceptable. I will never purchase from this location again.

I spent 14,000 dollars at Ashley’s in Lancaster. I made my purchase in June . They sent me broken and scratched furniture that I am still trying to get it replaced to this day because they for whatever reason are not giving me a return for broken furniture. I notified them the day they delivered it and they will not give me a return. Their customer service line is awful it is always a different person because they outsourced their customer service representatives. The representatives are not allowed to give out a corporate number so I have no where to make a complaint. I will never recommend this furniture store to anyone. Please be careful on making any purchases here. This will be one of my biggest regrets walking into this furniture store.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt extra compelled to write one for this store because of Stephanie's incredible customer service. I called the store to inquire about replacement cushions for an Ashley Furniture sectional I had purchased years ago through a 3rd party and she went above and beyond to help me out. She told me the item had just gotten discontinued but that she would try to gather more information on how to get the cushions and call me back. When people say this, it almost always means they will not call you back, or if they do, they'll give you a very vague answer and not really help you any further. Stephanie not only asked for my number, she followed up through text message and texted me AFTER business hours to give me an update to ensure that I had not been forgotten. She continued to follow-up for several days with updates and to provide options on how to replace these cushions. Even if I don't end up getting replacement cushions, her service has really made me want to purchase furniture from this store in the future. She really deserves some recognition for going above & beyond!! Thank you Stephanie for all your help!

The employee assembling my couch was snooping around in other areas of my home and i noticed through my cameras. When he saw the camera he instantly walked back to the living room.

The bed set i ordered in store came in and was swarming with bed bugs. Absolutely horrified and was glad my husband was able to see it before we put it in room. They did not take no accountability and tried to blame us for it.

Horrible disgusting company. They send customers busted scratched damaged furniture upon delivery. Then when you tell them the same day they then refuse to replace it and blame you for causing the damage. Do not ever buy from here. They also cause damage to your home while delivering the furniture. They ruined my floors. The technician are also very incompeten and left his tools behind.

Today I call to check on my delivery and I'm informed that I will receive it on the 28th due to it being on back order, this would be fine if I had been told. I'm sure they had to have known this. In talking with the female manager who would not honor my gift card, she tried to get me to purchase something else so she could make me a deal. Because of how she handled this sale, I will no longer shop with Ashley furniture. Sorry I had to leave a negative review.

I am a real estate agent in Las Vegas, Nevada (and I say that for a reason). My husband and I bought a property in California in December 2024 and bought furniture from the Ashley store in Bakersfield California. I feel that customer service is 99% of the sale. I DISLIKE when I am followed around in a store like I’m trying to steal a sofa and run out the door 😂 when I just want to look. We had a gentleman by the name of Eshan Herat, come up to ask us if we needed some help and I told him yes but we want to look around first. He literally said absolutely, and we took our time looking. After we found what we wanted, he helped us in the smoothest way possible. (We even got an Ashley credit card!!! ) He is by far one of the nicest, most helpful sales people I’ve ever dealt with. Went in there with the full intention of my husband and I buying a bedroom set and the sales lady harassed us throughout the entire store. I work in sales and I get you want to make commission but when we tell you multiple times that we will let you know when we have any questions and you stare and follow us throughout the store it’s annoying. Couldn’t even look without her following behind us or coming up to us every 2 minutes. We literally ran out of the store just to get away from her. Moral of the story we left Ashley’s without a bedroom set. The new bobs discounts is right down the street and had way better service, we bought our furniture there.

When my family and I went to Ashley to look for a new bed for myself, we were greeted by Emma. I wanted a Nectar or Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable bed frame. I have a bad back and needed a bed mattress that would support my back. Emma was great but a little aggressive. I get it, I've worked on commission before. From the other reviews, there were hidden charges and bait/switch tactics with some accessories. I don't remember the managers name, but she did give a discount. Since we were buying two beds (bought my son the same bed with a different base, this is important for this review). I spent over $8000 on my bed (my parents bought my son his bed as a Christmas/Birthday present [they spent over $7000 for his bed]). Don't get me wrong, I love the bed. I sleep very well on the bed. The complaint is the customer service and the lack of service. About a month after purchase, we started noticing that the bed slid down on the base by about an inch to 2 inches. We went to the store, and they scheduled a tech to come out Awesome. The tech couldn't figure out why the mattress was sliding down on the base. He "recommended" I switch mattresses with my son. What?! No... The bar that is holding my mattress on my bed already popped out because the mattress put so much pressure on it. While the tech was at my house, he called Tempur-pedic to inform them of what was happening. Tempur-pedic said it wasn't their issue. Ashley says it isn't their issue. They don't know why this is happening. So.. what am I supposed to do? I bought the bed on 11/03/2024. So the tech told us, to raise the foot of the bed as high as it goes then lower the head part of the bed all the way down and then push the bed back to make sure the bed was pushed back onto the base. Why do I need to do this to a $8000 bed/frame BECAUSE on my son's bed, the mattress does not slide off when it is adjusted to certain positions. I called the customer service line on or around 12/14/2024 to see what is going on with my case and was told that it was still being investigated. Seriously?!? I just want my bed to stay on the base, I don't want to keep scooting it back on the base. As a paying customer of an $8000+ bed, I would expect Ashley to want to fix this. I won't be shopping there anymore. It's January now, and no one is letting me know how they are going to resolve this.

Experience purchasing item in store was fine. When it came to delivery day, we were advised delivery driver was minutes away. Then we were lied to about the delivery driver being lost. When we spoke with the driver to try to provide directions to assist the delivery, we were hung up on. Turns out the delivery driver was making other deliveries instead and had no intention of making a delivery to our house on the scheduled day. Now we must wait several more days for them to attempt delivery again…. Perhaps this is a rare occurrence, but a truthful assessment of delivery status could have avoided wasting hours waiting for a delivery that was never coming.

The salesperson was friendly and professional, delivery was done in a timely manner, and even when we had a slight issue with one of the legs of the couch, it was handled quickly and professionally. The worst shopping experience, the vendor was trying to sell us the most expensive dinning sets even when we said we were on a budget and looking for a table only, she was trying to prevent us from going to the lower priced items and when I finally went to that area I saw a table that was perfect for our chairs at home, it was on sale for $49.99 and when I said I wanted it she said it was gone, I said if I can take the one on display and she said no, I said if I can order it for later and she said it was not good for us and it was not what we wanted. I said I want to order it and she said it will take so long to get to us and my husband finally got tired and told her that she looked like she didn’t want to sell it to us and ask for manager, she said there was no manager. I said I want to order the table and then she did it and said the sooner day we can receive it was Nov. 1st and I said it’s perfect but I saw her going through the dates and I saw Oct .23 and I requested that day. Finally we got the table we needed after all the struggle with the vendor. Happy with my purchase but vendors need to know that some families are in a budget and depending on the service received, maybe later that same family can come back to purchase something more expensive and you can get a better percentage out of your sale but don’t try to force people to buy something they can’t afford. We ordered all of our furniture back in July. When I say all, I mean ALL. Dining table, 2 bedroom sets, and a living room set. We were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks so by 8/10. Well, we got one piece of our bed set about two days after our order so we thought, great! We’re getting our stuff earlier. They kept delaying every piece of our furniture. The first bed piece we got, they told us the second wouldn’t deliver until middle of September. They also do not answer their phones (the store) and customer service can only help so much. Overall I don’t think I would purchase from Ashley’s furniture again.

I will be completely honest about my experiences. I have visited Ashley Furniture store multiple times, and each visit feels overwhelming, as if I am being approached by aggressive salespeople the moment I enter. It reminds me of the pressure I feel when shopping for a car. I often express that I prefer to browse independently, yet I find myself constantly followed and asked if I need assistance or if I’m finding everything alright. If I had questions, wouldn’t I seek out help myself? On two occasions, different sales associates requested that I write a review. However, if I’m merely browsing and haven’t made a purchase, what would I have to review? Additionally, I find it uncomfortable when a salesperson, like Ernie, directly asks me to write a review for him. While he answered some of my questions, I don’t believe that alone justifies a five-star rating. I returned three months later to make a purchase, knowing exactly what I wanted, and while I received assistance, the interaction felt rushed. I still don’t remember the salesperson’s name, and there was a noticeable language barrier. Once again, I was asked to provide a review. I questioned why I felt pressured to write reviews. Yes, I received help, but it wasn’t exceptional service. I even jokingly asked if he could write a five-star review for me, claiming I was a fantastic customer. My point is, if a salesperson truly impresses me with outstanding service and a genuine personality, I would be more than willing to give a glowing review.

I had great customer service 5 stars! The issue was the fact that the mattress (Ashely’s brand) came damaged. We called and the tech came down. The tech agreed. They didn’t like that , so they wanted to send another tech. The mattress has 2 weeks, and it was an issue from the start. Be careful and ask always if the mattress is rolled up in factory. I spend $4000 in total just for them to bs a customer. 100% lost a customer.

Terrible Experience - False Promises and Hidden Charges I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ashley’s Furniture. I visited the store and found a couch set, bed frame, and nightstand that I liked. The sales rep assured me that they would honor the price displayed on the floor. However, when it came time to finalize the purchase, they suddenly refused to honor the agreed-upon price. The sales rep spoke to the manager, Julie, who did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, she rudely refused to honor the floor price and walked away. It felt like they were just giving me the runaround, with no intention of standing by their word. To make matters worse, I discovered that they added furniture insurance to my order without my consent. I never requested it, nor was I informed about it, yet it showed up on my invoice . This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant attempt to charge me for something I didn’t agree to. I didn’t take well to this and decided to cancel my purchase. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this store, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they seem more interested in hovering around you as you browse the store, pressure you into buying and squeezing extra money out of their customers than providing honest service.

Firstly, Julie Reynoso was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during our shopping. She was very helpful when it came to explaining all the different bed frame and couch options. Everyone was very patient with my 2 yr daughter running around everywhere. They even went out the way to bring her a little notepad and marker. Then our experience with delivery was beyond our expectations. They set it up at the front counter. Then the delivery drivers called shortly before our scheduled delivery time to let us know they were on the way. They were very polite, professional, and careful with furniture placement. The professionalism of your team deserves to be recognized - and is rare in many businesses. We are very pleased with our purchase and the entire experience. We will definitely recommend your business to friends and family and won’t hesitate to do business with you again.

Last night My grandpa and I were looking for a new bed set up for his new house. We were kindly assisted by Alfredo who listened to all of my grandpa's medical situations. His back problems neck problems and much more. He recommended a bed that suited all of my grandpa's conditions which I'm grateful for so hopefully he has less pain on an excellent bed. I was told a delivery date was set and once I was charged then changed the date when we already said prior to paying that date was a hard date for us. Wasted time and had to cancel whole order due to this and now wait 3-5 business days to get money that I was already charged

Came in today and found a wonderful couch. Our sales person, Rita, was amazing. Ask for her if you need anything! Update 1: So my couches were delivered on Saturday and they were not the correct ones. I contacted Ashley's and reached customer service who said I would need a tech to come out. The soonest appointment was yesterday 8/13/24. The tech showed up and spoke with me about the whole situation. We then went to the Ashley's in Palmdale and spoke with the store manager, she spoke with myself and the tech and I told her that I was not happy about receiving the wrong couches and she was trying to figure out what they can do. I told her I want to exchanged the couches for the correct couches and she said they did not carry the couches I wanted in the dark brown color. I then said that she confirmed with the sales person Rita that they did have them in the color I wanted. She apologize and then asked how we could rectify the situation. I told her that I wanted a different set of couches then and she said that would be OK. Then she said I needed to pay an additional amount for those couches. I asked her why and she said because they were more then what I paid. Then I showed her the sign of the couches we were supposed to get and the new ones I wanted and she said she would have to speak with corporate to see if they could make an even exchange. Now 24 hours later I have hear nothing so I came up to the store and I'm waiting for a response
