Purchased a desk with one drawer. Desk was delivered. Parts were left on the floor, and the one drawer the desk had would not open all the way. There is no way the installers missed this. The store Manager Jag Daswatta was less than helpful. Would not even call the warehouse and say hey we messed up, lets get this guy a new desk and make it the last stop of the day. I already took 4 hours off to wait for them. I asked for a refund. Later the warehouse called and said they could make it the last delivery of the day so it would get there after 5 when I got home. On the day of delivery the driver calls at noon and says he will be there in thirty minutes. I explained what the warehouse said the day before. He said he would make some other deliveries and give me a call back. He never did. The store called and tried to set up a new day, again at a time I couldn't be there. Someone has to be able to just tell the drivers to make it the last shop. I got ahold of him, some manager somewhere should be able to as well. Just a bad experience all around.

I thought I was purchasing a quality product. Four days after owning the chair the recline function broke. It has the electric recline which I thought would be 'cool'. I called in and was told customer service would call me back. Once they did they troubleshot it from the phone and are sending a switch to my house. That process takes two weeks and then when I get the switch I'll have to call back in to schedule a repair person. (Most likely during my work hours meaning I'll have to take vacation time to get my brand brand new chair fixed). I called the store manager; Jag, who told me they do not have a return policy. Only a repair or replace. I'm disgusted with the service and grouchy just looking at a broken $1500 chair for two weeks now. Hardly seems like quality to me and nothing in the form of a true "we'll make it better" type of business.

The sales associate did a great job helping me select a living room set. But the store has a bad customer service with letting the customer know if the furniture that I had ordered were going to be late. The first time for the delivery the delivery driver were late and they said that I had one piece that was on back order. So then I went back to the store and I was told that they could get it to me about a week later. So we had a date setup, so then I waited and waited and I never got a call from the store or from the delivery drivers. So I decided to call the store and was told that they either didn't have the piece that was on back order, or it had gotten damaged. So now I am waiting another week. hopefully I will get it this time.

Worse services. Beside being pushy, the person that was helping us left us to deal with two other customers. And other time to get his lunch out of his car. It took us 20 min to pick a set but yet it took 2 hrs to do the paper work and then stilll trying to get help from other co-work. So at the last min, I just walk away. It was the worse services I ever seen.

We purchased tons of furniture and the couches are terrible quality and we purchased the extended warranty sales rep said it covers everything but when we filed a claim it was denied. They refuse to fix it or refund us our money for the warranty since they refuse to fix anything...terrible place to purchase furniture!!

Once they sell you the furniture they don't answer the phone. Had to have the Santa Clarita store send them an email to call. They didn't take our old mattress like they were suppose to. Spoke to sales guy and store manager. Said they'd call back and never did. Called corporate and she said they'd call back and never did. Finally had Waste Management do it. They get your money and forget about you. Will never do business with them again!

I am just beyond frustrated, angry, and disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We bought a new living room set three weeks ago. The set was promised to be delivered within 5 days...it has been three weeks. During this time, they have delivered damaged furniture, the wrong furniture, forgotten furniture, and even today our delivery was wrong and we are still being told that there's nothing they can do. In the meantime, our family of 7 has had two seats in our living room. I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from them again. I suggest if you are looking at furniture, that you go somewhere else. Actually, anywhere else, but Ashley Furniture.

Bought there famous living room set package two years ago/ table, couch, rag after friendly sales person talked us into! table broke after a week, couch( spring) frame became a part just after three month, went back to make a reclamation, they are not covering this, so sad, offer from Ashleys was to buy another couch for $500, is not worth the buy!

Purchasing the item was easy, however; the unit arrived late, then it was not told to us that one piece was missing. Next, I had to call to figure out what had happened to which they never really aplogized. Lastly we were told it was coming, and once again..I had to call to find out that the last part of my unit was "damaged" yet no-one ever called us! now only God knows what is in store for us next..not good, not good

If someone else had more selections we would have bought elsewhere. The pricing of items here is made impossible to understand on purpose. Our salesman promised to try to handle some of the shipping and conveniently forgot. Don't Shop At this Store -

Opened my"new" Tempur-Pedic King Pillow (worth $250 as the rep kept repeating to me). Only to find out the pillow bag was already ripped open. Ok, no big deal. As I removed a part of the plastic, that was already ripped open, I noticed tiny strands of hair on the pillow. I took a closer look. There were tiny hairs All Over the pillow. DISGUSTING!!!!! It seems I was given a Used, Dirty pillow, covered in tiny strands of a mans hair that someone had already used.

The advertisement on TV was alive there's nothing in that store that you can get for $69 a month the whole commercial on TV is a big lie
