We were helped by Julie Reynoso, at the Palmdale Location, who truly was amazing. She was inviting, informative, and very helpful. This was my first large furniture purchase so I was quite nervous, however, she took her time to ensure that we were happy with what we were getting. Before coming to Ashley's furniture, I have gone to a couple other furniture places. By far Ashley's furniture's as well as Julie's customer service is what finalize the purchase and has converted us and a lifelong customers. Thank you so much!

Can I just start by saying how amazing Darla was! She helped us out as soon as we walked in the door! She helped us find a great deal and we found exactly what we were looking for in minutes! We had in mind that we wanted a grey sectional but we weren’t sure exactly how we wanted it!we are now in live with our purchase! I just want to say thank you Darla for making our experience fast and easy! Excellent customer service!!!!!
I purchased abed and matching dresser it took almost a month for delivery and when it did get delivered the footboard was cracked so I was told a repair person will come out “NO” I want a whole new one cause that’s what I paid for so here I am with a new mattress headboard dresser and rails but no footboard. It’s sad how Ashley treat there customers and I keep tell myself to STOP purchasing from them. The delivery mans put a hole in my wall and didn’t say anything. Was told my headboard wouldn’t get delivered till the end of July. NEVER WOULD I PURCHASE AGAIN
I do not have a good experience with Ashley at the 800 number they could not find my number or my order. I find that hard to believe because they called me!!!! I was told that if I do not call back to confirm, my furnitures wont arrive I got upset because it took two months of waiting for my furnitures. I had to find a different number after trying for over an hour. I was able to find a different number and called. They have my phone number and my order and confirmed that my furnitures will arrive tomorrow I do not understand why the other person who called me couldnt find my order!!! Thank you Palmdale store for confirming I felt better.
The store manager Linda is personable and very nice. I love Ashley and have had god experiences at the Palmdale store.
My husband and I went to buy 2 large benches we saw online. Everyone wore masks but at some point the person helping us made comment to hating wearing the mask and pulled his off of his mouth. This was upsetting. If it is a requorement to get in then the staff should wear theres, especially when working with customers.

This was the first time purchasing a couch through Ashley Furniture Store and it will be the last time we ever purchase anything from this store. The product was absolute trash. Almost $3,000 and the couch lasted less than three years.

I could not be more disappointed with the service we received at Ashley Furniture in Palmdale yesterday, 6/14/20, so much so that I'm going to leave this right here.... We entered Ashley Furniture somewhere between 5:50-6:10 p.m., we were greeted by an associate named Olga. Olga gave us ample space and time to meander around the store, which was much appreciated! At approximately 6:35 we located Olga, and toured the store with her, showing her the items we wanted. Somewhere around 6:50 Olga entered our list of items into the system, however, she encountered a problem with one of the items; we didn't want to purchase a bundle, and only needed select items- somehow that threw a wrench in the system. As Olga was trying to problem solve, there was a sudden radio unit announcement made, "All day shift, get off the clock!" Not two minutes later, additional radio announcements were made one after the other, "All day shift GET OFF the clock!" and, "All day shift, YOU BETTER be off the clock!!" The announcements were so unsettling and menacing, I couldn't believe someone was actually barking orders, like that. My 12 year old even made a comment about, that person being rude! It was obvious that Olga was a day shifter, she became a bit frazzled, and proceeded to call over an individual named Kevin. Mr. Kevin, with very little tact and very little care that we, the potential buyers, were standing next to them, said to Olga, "Olga, go clock out NOW!" Olga snapped back, and said "Kevin, I need to at least tell you what they need, so you can help them!" Kevin responded, "If you don't clock out now, you're going to be in a lot more trouble than you already are! I'll get Elena to come help them, but you need to leave RIGHT NOW!" Kevin was the radio voice. So, now at this point I'm incredibly agitated and I turned to my husband and said, "I'd like to leave now, also!" My husband responds with, we're almost done, lets just wait. Suddenly a Ms. Elena shows up, switches up to her native language, says something stern to Olga, and Olga kindly said her good night to us, and politely walked away. At no point did Mr. Kevin, the manager, make an introduction of himself or Elena, and just like that, Kevin dissapeared. Oooookay, so moving forward we are now stuck with Elena, who gets on the phone and communicates in her language. Moving forward, it is now 7:45 when it was discovered that the order was erroneously entered under my husband's name. Elena proceeded to fix the order, so she thought. The second attempt, (now 8:10) somehow, also generated under my husband's name, (I'm the card holder). Now a third attempt is being made, and suddenly the Manager Kevin reappears, long enough to make two statements to Elena in front of us, "Olga gave them an additional unnecessary discount and now I know I need to retrain you and her!!" He was clearly upset. Meanwhile my husband kept telling me, we're getting a good deal! When all was said and done we walked out of the store at 8:30. While outside, my husband explained to me that Olga did indeed give us an additional discount, a 50% discount!🤦♀️ We've never been opportunistic and we've always gone back to pay for any overlooked item, but this time- No! That manager was the WORST manager. I'm conflicted about walking out with an additional 50% off, and I hope good things for Olga, but we will never revisit Ashley Furniture in Palmdale again!
