Vernon Isaac, was Awesome! Very helpful. He had Awesome customer service.

I went in and found what I was looking for because I had already picked it out online. Made my purchase and was done in less than an hour thanks to the associate that helped me.

If I had an option I would give the Ashley furniture negative 10, On 07/13/2024 I bought a mattress invoice # 1012405450 totaling $1809.50, when I purchased the mattress I was never told or explained that within 90 days I can return, meanwhile I was having back pain and went to seek my doctor at Kaiser, after the conversation with my doctor I realized that the mattress I bought might cause the issue, while all this happening I went to the Ashley store at Burbank, California and it happened to be with 128 days, the store manager told me there was nothing they could do about it even I politely explained my situation and asked them to exchange with higher priced mattress that I would pay for, and the store manager simply said NO, I then bought another set mattress from Mattress firm next door from them. I asked them to provide me the corporate contact information, I then contacted the corporate office, first of all these folks do not even speak English, let alone make them understand, Spoke to Some Ms. Deserie on 11/18/2024; spoke to some Mr. Malvin on 11/25/2024 and then Ms. Angie on 11/25/2024 and I was told a person named Ms. Rysa on 11/19/2024 declined my request, A mattress that caused medical condition would not be exchanged or returned is a simple way that Ashley furniture do business in Burbank California, shame on this scumbags! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH.

We recently bought a couch from Ashley furniture, and the whole experience was excellent. The salesperson was friendly and professional, delivery was done in a timely manner, and even when we had a slight issue with one of the legs of the couch, it was handled quickly and professionally. We love our new couch, too. I would definitely recommend Ashley!

The worst shopping experience, the vendor was trying to sell us the most expensive dinning sets even when we said we were on a budget and looking for a table only, she was trying to prevent us from going to the lower priced items and when I finally went to that area I saw a table that was perfect for our chairs at home, it was on sale for $49.99 and when I said I wanted it she said it was gone, I said if I can take the one on display and she said no, I said if I can order it for later and she said it was not good for us and it was not what we wanted. I said I want to order it and she said it will take so long to get to us and my husband finally got tired and told her that she looked like she didn’t want to sell it to us and ask for manager, she said there was no manager. I said I want to order the table and then she did it and said the sooner day we can receive it was Nov. 1st and I said it’s perfect but I saw her going through the dates and I saw Oct .23 and I requested that day. Finally we got the table we needed after all the struggle with the vendor. Happy with my purchase but vendors need to know that some families are in a budget and depending on the service received, maybe later that same family can come back to purchase something more expensive and you can get a better percentage out of your sale but don’t try to force people to buy something they can’t afford. We ordered all of our furniture back in July. When I say all, I mean ALL. Dining table, 2 bedroom sets, and a living room set. We were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks so by 8/10. Well, we got one piece of our bed set about two days after our order so we thought, great! We’re getting our stuff earlier. They kept delaying every piece of our furniture. The first bed piece we got, they told us the second wouldn’t deliver until middle of September. They also do not answer their phones (the store) and customer service can only help so much. Overall I don’t think I would purchase from Ashley’s furniture again.

I will be completely honest about my experiences. I have visited Ashley Furniture store multiple times, and each visit feels overwhelming, as if I am being approached by aggressive salespeople the moment I enter. It reminds me of the pressure I feel when shopping for a car. I often express that I prefer to browse independently, yet I find myself constantly followed and asked if I need assistance or if I’m finding everything alright. If I had questions, wouldn’t I seek out help myself? On two occasions, different sales associates requested that I write a review. However, if I’m merely browsing and haven’t made a purchase, what would I have to review? Additionally, I find it uncomfortable when a salesperson, like Ernie, directly asks me to write a review for him. While he answered some of my questions, I don’t believe that alone justifies a five-star rating. I returned three months later to make a purchase, knowing exactly what I wanted, and while I received assistance, the interaction felt rushed. I still don’t remember the salesperson’s name, and there was a noticeable language barrier. Once again, I was asked to provide a review. I questioned why I felt pressured to write reviews. Yes, I received help, but it wasn’t exceptional service. I even jokingly asked if he could write a five-star review for me, claiming I was a fantastic customer. My point is, if a salesperson truly impresses me with outstanding service and a genuine personality, I would be more than willing to give a glowing review.

I had great customer service 5 stars! The issue was the fact that the mattress (Ashely’s brand) came damaged. We called and the tech came down. The tech agreed. They didn’t like that , so they wanted to send another tech. The mattress has 2 weeks, and it was an issue from the start. Be careful and ask always if the mattress is rolled up in factory. I spend $4000 in total just for them to bs a customer. 100% lost a customer.

My wife picked out the set of the electric couch and chair, just what she wanted to replace our current living room furniture. Happy wife a happy life of course. Terrible Experience - False Promises and Hidden Charges I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ashley’s Furniture. I visited the store and found a couch set, bed frame, and nightstand that I liked. The sales rep assured me that they would honor the price displayed on the floor. However, when it came time to finalize the purchase, they suddenly refused to honor the agreed-upon price. The sales rep spoke to the manager, Julie, who did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, she rudely refused to honor the floor price and walked away. It felt like they were just giving me the runaround, with no intention of standing by their word. To make matters worse, I discovered that they added furniture insurance to my order without my consent. I never requested it, nor was I informed about it, yet it showed up on my invoice . This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant attempt to charge me for something I didn’t agree to. I didn’t take well to this and decided to cancel my purchase. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this store, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they seem more interested in hovering around you as you browse the store, pressure you into buying and squeezing extra money out of their customers than providing honest service.

Firstly, Julie Reynoso was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during our shopping. She was very helpful when it came to explaining all the different bed frame and couch options. Everyone was very patient with my 2 yr daughter running around everywhere. They even went out the way to bring her a little notepad and marker. Then our experience with delivery was beyond our expectations. They set it up at the front counter. Then the delivery drivers called shortly before our scheduled delivery time to let us know they were on the way. They were very polite, professional, and careful with furniture placement. The professionalism of your team deserves to be recognized - and is rare in many businesses. We are very pleased with our purchase and the entire experience. We will definitely recommend your business to friends and family and won’t hesitate to do business with you again.

Last night My grandpa and I were looking for a new bed set up for his new house. We were kindly assisted by Alfredo who listened to all of my grandpa's medical situations. Update 1: So my couches were delivered on Saturday and they were not the correct ones. I contacted Ashley's and reached customer service who said I would need a tech to come out. The soonest appointment was yesterday 8/13/24. The tech showed up and spoke with me about the whole situation. We then went to the Ashley's in Palmdale and spoke with the store manager, she spoke with myself and the tech and I told her that I was not happy about receiving the wrong couches and she was trying to figure out what they can do. I told her I want to exchanged the couches for the correct couches and she said they did not carry the couches I wanted in the dark brown color. I then said that she confirmed with the sales person Rita that they did have them in the color I wanted. She apologize and then asked how we could rectify the situation. I told her that I wanted a different set of couches then and she said that would be OK. Then she said I needed to pay an additional amount for those couches. I asked her why and she said because they were more then what I paid. Then I showed her the sign of the couches we were supposed to get and the new ones I wanted and she said she would have to speak with corporate to see if they could make an even exchange. Now 24 hours later I have hear nothing so I came up to the store and I'm waiting for a response

My DIL just had a c-section and needed something comfortable to sit and sleep on, THAT DAY. We wasted time there until 6:47 pm. Right before all other stores were closing at 7. Luckily, we made it to Paradise Furniture in the mall by 6:54, and they WERE AMAZING!! We were out with a chair by 7:06. No exaggeration. All of the furniture, in both households, is from the Ashley store. That won't be the case anymore. Side note: We are aware that there are delays on most orders. That is why we asked if the same day was possible before we started shopping.

The delivery team was professional and I believe it was a miscommunication between the store and the delivery team. The gentlemen delivering the furniture and mattresses were also supposed to pick up the old mattresses and box springs. We had called numerous times about the issue and was given a date of this coming Tuesday. We had called again to hear that their system had never had us calling the first time and called yet again and the same issue had occurred with us not being in the system that we called. We were told that they would pick up the mattresses and box springs on Tuesday; the actual pickup was today (Saturday) and we were called via an automated recording at around 7:30 this morning when we were asleep. We had less than an hour to wrap the mattresses and didn't fully wrap the other mattress in time. Thankfully the gentlemen had assisted us with that. The gentlemen who picked up our mattresses said that they were picking up one mattress but we had two mattresses and a box spring that were supposed to be picked up. Vernon had stated that they would pick up onebox spring and one mattress (set) for $10.50. I had paid this twice for a total of $21.00. The reason for the three star review is due to the lack of communication and how difficult it was to talk to someone at the store via the telephone. Vernon was still a great help in saving us money on what we had paid for.

This place is honestly wonderful. The workers are the best however, it’s the lack of full size beds. They have the best frames, yet they don’t have full size beds. With living in Antelope Valley, rooms are a little small, and one doesn’t necessarily want their room to just be a bed and nothing else. Other than that, the experience was great.

Our sales agent Luis at the Palmdale store mislead us in believing the couch we were receiving was going to be the color in the material that we liked and it turned out to be a different material and we are unsatisfied with our couch. We paid $4K and although we explained this to the manager, they would not let us just exchange the item for the one we really wanted. I explained that I was within my 72 hours to replace my couch and she started yelling and screaming at me and calling me names, at one point she took her phone and started slamming it on the table!! Our table was delivered today with TERMITES! I am beyond disappointed in Ashleys as we've had numerous issues with them and this is by far the worst! this has exposed our home to a possible infestation. We now have to bring in an exterminator to examine our home. This is beyond unprofessional as you would think the individuals assembling the table would see it and bring it to our attention, not to mention there should be a quality check on items before bringing them into people's home!! When I called they didn't offer to pick up the piece they said I was responsible for disposing of it! They've shown very little regard to the entire horrible experience we've had with them. This will be the last thing I will ever purchase from here.
