Vernon walked up to tell us his name. Showed us 2 chairs that were potential options, assured us we could take whatever we selected, home that day, and walked away. Before walking away, he made sure to say, " If anyone tries to help you, let them know that you're working with me." Wt🤬?!! No. We were working on our own. After 40 min of looking, we decided on one. Couldn't find Vernon, so I grabbed someone else. ONLY TO FIND OUT that we had to wait 3 days for a delivery unless the item was on clearance. There were NO CLEARANCE items. My DIL just had a c-section and needed something comfortable to sit and sleep on, THAT DAY. We wasted time there until 6:47 pm. Right before all other stores were closing at 7. Luckily, we made it to Paradise Furniture in the mall by 6:54, and they WERE AMAZING!! We were out with a chair by 7:06. No exaggeration. All of the furniture, in both households, is from the Ashley store. That won't be the case anymore. Side note: We are aware that there are delays on most orders. That is why we asked if the same day was possible before we started shopping.

Update: The 3 star review is due to the lack of communication with the store and the delivery team. The delivery team was professional and I believe it was a miscommunication between the store and the delivery team. The gentlemen delivering the furniture and mattresses were also supposed to pick up the old mattresses and box springs. We had called numerous times about the issue and was given a date of this coming Tuesday. We had called again to hear that their system had never had us calling the first time and called yet again and the same issue had occurred with us not being in the system that we called. We were told that they would pick up the mattresses and box springs on Tuesday; the actual pickup was today (Saturday) and we were called via an automated recording at around 7:30 this morning when we were asleep. We had less than an hour to wrap the mattresses and didn't fully wrap the other mattress in time. Thankfully the gentlemen had assisted us with that. The gentlemen who picked up our mattresses said that they were picking up one mattress but we had two mattresses and a box spring that were supposed to be picked up. Vernon had stated that they would pick up onebox spring and one mattress (set) for $10.50. I had paid this twice for a total of $21.00. The reason for the three star review is due to the lack of communication and how difficult it was to talk to someone at the store via the telephone. Vernon was still a great help in saving us money on what we had paid for.

This place is honestly wonderful. The workers are the best however, it’s the lack of full size beds. They have the best frames, yet they don’t have full size beds. With living in Antelope Valley, rooms are a little small, and one doesn’t necessarily want their room to just be a bed and nothing else. Other than that, the experience was great.

Luckily we looked around and found not only a better price/mattress, but also found better and TRUTHFUL costumer service. If you do go to Ashley’s, AVOID RITA.

Went here for a mattress and looked at some of the tempermedic ones. The financing is good, but they try and convince you the prices aren't as good as this store, when we found better deals elsewhere. I was helped by Rita and they lied about running my credit. We asked if it would leave an inquiry, she said no, and it did. It created a whole account when she said all it was was pre qualifying. Thankfully I was able to use this account elsewhere, but our merchant warned us that Ashley sometimes restricts these accounts to just their store. Wouldn't recommend here because they prioritize you shopping with them over you buying what's best for you.

I received an email that items I ordered for an extremely special and time sensitive event had been backordered. I went into Ashely furniture knowing what I wanted. I just wanted to test it out before buying it, luckily they had it in stock. The associate that ended up helping Ri, was able to write up my order. She did have some issues with the internet on her tablet, which I appreciated, it gave me time to look around without her. I don’t like Velcro associates when I’m shopping. Ri’s conspiracy theories and her total disrespect of my mother is why I’m knocking a star off. My mom, who is on a fixed income, liked a clearance rug. Ri made some distasteful comment about how nobody wanted that rug, that it was trash. And when my mom insisted, Ri just had her take the tag to customer service. Luckily the lady at customer service was very nice. Even directing her to some other items, which my mom ended up buying. The guys loading up my car at the store were very helpful and nice. I love the furniture I bought. It’s very comfortable and fits my space perfectly. The delivery was quick and the guys delivering my items were professional and very friendly.

Purchased recliner chair from Lancaster store, recliner mechanism cover was damaged and fell off after 4 months. Called about a technician repair at my home, given the run around to various phone numbers, saying they would get back to me. Never, never did. Paid for a 5 yr protection plan, not worth it.

My wife and i recently purchased our house in palmdale came to Ashley's to look for a dining table. The sales rep that greeted us was Annie K. Unlike other sales workers that we have dealt with in the past she was great. She offered to help us and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions that we might have. I loved that she allowed us to look around through the show room without hovering and being pushie. My wife and I did not make any purchases on the first visit. After shopping around at other furniture stores we decided to go back to Ashley's and we specifically asked for Annie because she left a great impression on our first visit. Needless to say I am glad that we asked for us because she was so helpful and made our experience much easier.
