Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the delivery charge was never mentioned only the fact that they would take my old mattress for "free". My bad for not asking about a delivery fee. It is a hefty delivery fee so really there is a charge for removal of the old mattress.
I purchased a table set in June of 2022 the table was damaged looked used so they said they would replace it. The second time they replaced it i had the same problem damages. The third time it was replaced the delivery guys dragged it across the ground damaging it . I waited days for repairs and now the cushions on the chairs are wearing and i was trying to get a replacement table but i was told since i waited to long it might be a no go . I explained to them i been sick and couldn't be around any one and i called them and told them that i was sick and the customer service representative told me i had no time frame for a return because the table was still within the warranty window . I spent 2000 dollar's for nothing and i truly regret it . I was also offered a 50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience for the problems in the beginning but never got it because the sale's rep sold me a dream i will be contacting my Bank if i don't get the correct customer service as needed and or go to court because 2000 dollars is alot for used or damaged furniture and the insurance on it sucks because a marker is used to fill in damage i need someone to please reply before i go file Court paper for being sold a dream this is fair.

They need to be a little more upfront with their return and shipping policies. After looking to purchase an area rug ($350), they told me that if I didn’t pay for their “in home delivery”, which is an additional $70, that I couldn’t return it. Awful. Start with that so we don’t need to go through the whole ordeal of purchasing without the nuances.
