Execelent service
Purchased a sectional lounger, storage ottoman and recliner a month ago. Just a day after delivery I called and filed a claim cause the cushions slide off leaving a gap, making hard to sit and they hurt our backs. The recliner makes noise and the usb plug shocks you every time you try to charge your phone. I called, got a claim started. They said they would contact me and unfortunately when they did I was in the hospital (for a week) since I had just had a baby and had some complications. I was told not to worry, to send pics when I was back home and they’d be more than happy to help. I’m finally able to send pictures, they set up a tech to come out and see what’s going on and as soon as he arrives he says “ohh yeah, everyone has issues with this couch. You need to put Velcro “. Ummm what?!!! Why would WE need to modify a couch. Why did they sell us a couch like this? We ask why, and won’t that void our warranty since we purchased a 5 year warranty for an additional $350 and he says “no, it shouldn’t, and just so you know they wear out fast.” but either way, why would we have to go through that trouble? And why were we sold couches that wear out fast. If the couches were made to use Velcro, they should’ve came with Velcro. And the fact that the couches will wear out in under a year is ridiculous considering what we paid. He then checks the recliner and says “Ohh yeah, that’s Normal. The noise is normal and anything electrical related is normal to shock you” Again, what?!! So you mean to tell me that it’s ok for my kids or anyone to be electrically shocked every time they try to use something that came with the recliner? So he said there was nothing he could do. That we could call the home store and speak to a manager but every time I call, nobody answers. I don’t understand why we paid all this warranty money for nothing, I need someone to call me to fix these issues. I’ve realized this might be the only way to get a hold of someone at the store. Since they can’t seem to answer the phone.

Vernon walked up to tell us his name. Showed us 2 chairs that were potential options, assured us we could take whatever we selected, home that day, and walked away. Before walking away, he made sure to say, " If anyone tries to help you, let them know that you're working with me." Wt🤬?!! No. We were working on our own. After 40 min of looking, we decided on one. Couldn't find Vernon, so I grabbed someone else. ONLY TO FIND OUT that we had to wait 3 days for a delivery unless the item was on clearance. There were NO CLEARANCE items. My DIL just had a c-section and needed something comfortable to sit and sleep on, THAT DAY. We wasted time there until 6:47 pm. Right before all other stores were closing at 7. Luckily, we made it to Paradise Furniture in the mall by 6:54, and they WERE AMAZING!! We were out with a chair by 7:06. No exaggeration. All of the furniture, in both households, is from the Ashley store. That won't be the case anymore. Side note: We are aware that there are delays on most orders. That is why we asked if the same day was possible before we started shopping.
Vernon was awesome. He took care of me and my mother in which saved us hundreds of dollars. Thank you Vernon. Update: The 3 star review is due to the lack of communication with the store and the delivery team. The delivery team was professional and I believe it was a miscommunication between the store and the delivery team. The gentlemen delivering the furniture and mattresses were also supposed to pick up the old mattresses and box springs. We had called numerous times about the issue and was given a date of this coming Tuesday. We had called again to hear that their system had never had us calling the first time and called yet again and the same issue had occurred with us not being in the system that we called. We were told that they would pick up the mattresses and box springs on Tuesday; the actual pickup was today (Saturday) and we were called via an automated recording at around 7:30 this morning when we were asleep. We had less than an hour to wrap the mattresses and didn't fully wrap the other mattress in time. Thankfully the gentlemen had assisted us with that. The gentlemen who picked up our mattresses said that they were picking up one mattress but we had two mattresses and a box spring that were supposed to be picked up. Vernon had stated that they would pick up onebox spring and one mattress (set) for $10.50. I had paid this twice for a total of $21.00. The reason for the three star review is due to the lack of communication and how difficult it was to talk to someone at the store via the telephone. Vernon was still a great help in saving us money on what we had paid for.

This place is honestly wonderful. The workers are the best however, it’s the lack of full size beds. They have the best frames, yet they don’t have full size beds. With living in Antelope Valley, rooms are a little small, and one doesn’t necessarily want their room to just be a bed and nothing else. Other than that, the experience was great.

My wife and I were shopping at the Palmdale store a few weeks ago and the sales man was showing us furniture when a couple of another race came in. The manager came an stop our salesman and told him he had a paying customer. He had to leave us an assist them. My wife and I when to the manager and told her we were paying customers as well. And that we would never step foot in their business again!!!!! We contacted corporiate office and got no answer. We were prepared to purchase a full room of furniture!

She advertised that no matter where we went the mattress would be crappier and the same price. Luckily we looked around and found not only a better price/mattress, but also found better and TRUTHFUL costumer service. If you do go to Ashley’s, AVOID RITA.
Went here for a mattress and looked at some of the tempermedic ones. The financing is good, but they try and convince you the prices aren't as good as this store, when we found better deals elsewhere. I was helped by Rita and they lied about running my credit. We asked if it would leave an inquiry, she said no, and it did. It created a whole account when she said all it was was pre qualifying. Thankfully I was able to use this account elsewhere, but our merchant warned us that Ashley sometimes restricts these accounts to just their store. Wouldn't recommend here because they prioritize you shopping with them over you buying what's best for you.

Our sales agent Luis at the Palmdale store mislead us in believing the couch we were receiving was going to be the color in the material that we liked and it turned out to be a different material and we are unsatisfied with our couch. We paid $4K and although we explained this to the manager, they would not let us just exchange the item for the one we really wanted. I am very disappointed with their customer service, and we will not be shopping with any Ashely store ever again.

The repair technician was professional. However, I needed a replacement of a recliner (I called 5 minutes into my 72 hour delivery to say the frame was bent and the chair could not close.) I spoke to customer care named Vidal after he told me he would not replace it, I was referred to “The Escalation Department” and spoke to Shawn. This women was so irrational and erratic! I explained that I was within my 72 hours to replace my couch and she started yelling and screaming at me and calling me names, at one point she took her phone and started slamming it on the table!! It was unreal, unprofessional and unexceptionable!!! She eventually, after 20 minutes of her abuse agreed to a replacement! I’ve never been so disrespected and astonished in my life!!!

Do not purchase warranty on hour stuff they dont like to help they told me that they can send someone to fix it that i had to pay for it because warranty wasnt going to cover for it. I went into Ashely furniture knowing what I wanted. I just wanted to test it out before buying it, luckily they had it in stock. The associate that ended up helping Ri, was able to write up my order. She did have some issues with the internet on her tablet, which I appreciated, it gave me time to look around without her. I don’t like Velcro associates when I’m shopping. Ri’s conspiracy theories and her total disrespect of my mother is why I’m knocking a star off. My mom, who is on a fixed income, liked a clearance rug. Ri made some distasteful comment about how nobody wanted that rug, that it was trash. And when my mom insisted, Ri just had her take the tag to customer service. Luckily the lady at customer service was very nice. Even directing her to some other items, which my mom ended up buying. The guys loading up my car at the store were very helpful and nice. I love the furniture I bought. It’s very comfortable and fits my space perfectly. The delivery was quick and the guys delivering my items were professional and very friendly.

They said the bed set was WOOD, but then I come to find out that it is not, its fake. Would they think I would buy a 7,000 piece set for fake wood? No! They are not even willing to exchange the bedding for the same amount of price, I even offered to pay the difference, but they continued to say N0! Im willing to go to court because they don't do nothing.

Paid for assembly but the workers stripped all the screws on the bed frame and it didn’t line up properly and it needs to be replaced and will have to wait an additional week or so for a new set to arrive. In the meantime we have no bed to sleep on.
Look forward to enjoying our first furniture from Ashley. Wish they were able to negotiate the price a little better considering we applied and got approved with Synchrony credit.

I bought a table set with chairs and a bench more than two months ago,since I received it I realized that the chairs were wobbling the table and the chairs had scratches and dents and since September 20, 2023 I have been trying to explain to the customer service that I am not satisfied with the item,but no one helps me I even went to the store that is located in Palmdale CA and I didn’t receive help either then I talked to store manager and I didn’t get help from her either she didn’t receive or return my calls, everyone tells me that they are going to review the case and that they are going to call me back and they never call me back, I call back again and again,I have to explain the whole procedure again because supposedly they are different people with whom I talk to,what a shame for the Ashley furniture company that deceives customers that way,I even paid extra for insurance and they still don’t want to help me

Bought a recliner love seat here. Got the 5 year warranty. After about 2-3 years started experiencing issues. The repair man to the warranty are a horrible "Tri County Furniture Service". We had a technician come to are house 3 times to fix are slouched recliner. They only have 2 visits recorded so make sure to document and take photos before these technicians come to your house and after they finish and get a statement down of what exactly they have done. They say they would email you the emails but never do. All these technicians do is mickey mouse work literally just putting the incorrect screws into are recliner and the same screws falling out in a couple months/weeks and now days causing the same issue to occur. First technicians stated it was a frame issue. We have been back and forth with the claim warranty and now we find out are frame was broken and they never told us which should of qualifed us for a replacement. Now they are trying to completely blame it on cushioning which they do not cover. They give you the run around and make getting a replacement recliner stressful. I'm giving Ashley furniture a one star for working with warranty companies that do not care about their customer. (I'll update this if anything changes) Update so Ashley furniture finally approved that we can get a replacement couch. The one we had was discontinued so we got credit in the amount we purchased our last couch. We went in person to get our new couch and Rita was very helpful find a couch we wanted in the price range. We picked our couch got free shipping and got it delivered to us within a week. Ashley Furniture has also started working with a new warranty company so hopefully this one's much better.

We toured the store and were very interested in a particular dresser. It seemed to us to be head and shoulders above the other dressers available. Ri took measurements of the dresser for us to take home, to see if it would fit. Being our first "look-see" at dressers, we told Ri we wanted to check out the marketplace and see what else was available. Ri quoted us a price, and later in the day, after we had cruised the internet regarding other dressers and finding nothing that compared to the one we saw at Ashley, Ri called and made us an offer, which we accepted. A perfectly orchestrated purchase. I can recommend Ri for your next Ashley purchase!

I take back my original review it’s been horrid I did a full cash out over 40k to furnish my home and they were really nice to her the sale worked over On my way! for that but my whole order messed up and messed up pieces all the dates given have been all over and pushed back. Double charged on pieces and used furniture. Horrible business and service. Breached the contract of dates that were set and broken and missing and wrong furniture it’s a nightmare. I recommend to run the other way. Sure not new looking black and holes it’s sickening!!

I bought a couch from here and since day one I've had problems with the couch been falling apart, rips and tears threads just coming undone, I called them periodically never got a hold of anyone and when I finally did it was a week past my warranty. And they said sorry can't help you. Don't recommend.

I wasted over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to call the store and they were unable. This place is never busy and people are always standing around. I had a simple question and they couldn’t even answer the phone. I cancelled this order and reordered online somewhere else for $200 cheaper for the same product.

I paid all this money for furniture just to be treated like trash. 1st they delivered my furniture and just put it any type of way and pushed my couch against the wall to where we couldn’t walk to sit on the couch. I told the delivery guys if they could turn it around they acted like they didn’t understand and left. I call the store told them about it and then when I went in to show them the picture of how they placed my couch the manger Julie Reynosa looked at the pictures and said it’s nothing she can do about it. She’s no help and her and her employer Evelyn set there talking about us and are very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place because I’ve ordered things from them before that I have over looked. But thought it would be ok to give them another try which became another mistake. I’ve order beds from them and when their delivery people mess up your thousands dollar furniture that’s brand new all they do it come in with markers and color it. They reuse to give me my money back be careful buying from them once they mess up they don’t take responsibility for their actions. Horrible customers service in all.

Experience shopping was wonderful. No high pressure sales. Rita Khajehtoorian was wonderful to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a more patient sales person to assist me. It took multiple trips for me to decide and she was always readily available to answer my questions. Thank you Rita. Update-Ashley does what is called a bait & switch. The furniture I paid for was not what I got. I made note of the material being sub-standard. Marks in the stain etc. Had a tech arrive two weeks later to only say it is not a manufacture defect so there is nothing they can do. He said if I wanted it replaced to call the 800 number. I have called them 3 times always to be told someone would call me back to resolve. They have never called me. I have spend $20000 with them over the past few year to furnish my home. I will never spend another penny with them and recommend you do not either.

I walked into the store. Was greeted by a middle aged women. She didn’t take my boyfriend and I serious at all. I need to buy a desk for our home office. Looking to spend around $1,000 on the desk . In the store we didn’t see any option we liked and my boyfriend kindly asked what other furniture stores were in the area if she knew any and she goes “ try Walmart “ and walked away . I found her attitude and demeanor very rude .

As a first time buyer from Ashley’s furniture I was so pleased with the service I received. Mukesh went above and beyond helped answering all questions I had. He gave great recommendations to items I was looking for.

I purchased a bed, mattress and foundation 3 years ago. A month ago I noticed a saggy spot in the mattress. After inspection I found that the foundation caved in because it's made out of cardboard. I have spent the last month dealing with the most unpleasant, unprofessional uncustomer service. I have had to call many times, been given phone numbers to call that aren't working, and basically a giant fraudulent run around to avoid fulfilling their warranty. This includes the "service tech" who told me that under no circumstances will they replace my mattress that is damaged due to the foundation they sold. He then went on to tell me that basically I was lying about how long it had been that way. When I told him that both my husband and I have bad backs and that I need this replaced asap, he began arguing. My issue still is not resolved even though both my items meet the warranty. Now customer service says it's up to the local store to decide IF they will uphold my warranty. I had to show the service tech the warranty because again he was arguing with me in my home. DO NOT PURCHASE from this fraud of a company. Want more proof? Go look at the corporate office reviews, all the same as mine.

We paid $100 on top of the delivery fee to get the table assembled upon delivery by 4/5/23 but pieces were missing so they could not assemble the table. The deliverers explained their sincerest apologies and let us know that we would get a “VIP” treatment where they would actually check the box before they deliver it to us and we could get it re-delivered by saturday 4/8- we just needed to look out for their email. We did not recieve any of the promised communication until 4/7 and now the only delivery date available is 4/11. On top of the new delivery date being almost a week late - I’m confused on why a “VIP” service would consist of them checking the box before delivering it. Shouldn’t that be a standard practice?

They do have the best care before you make the purchase. They will show you/ give you the world of care and once you leave- that’s it. Zero service! They will give you the run-around… blame different people. I purchase a bed set (9k) and paid for their stupid deliver service. They were supposed take my old mattress and box back. They promise me that they will pick it up. Delivery team told me they will come the next day to pick it up…wow- it has been 5 months. They don’t even want to talk to me anymore. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the delivery charge was never mentioned only the fact that they would take my old mattress for "free". My bad for not asking about a delivery fee. It is a hefty delivery fee so really there is a charge for removal of the old mattress.
I purchased a table set in June of 2022 the table was damaged looked used so they said they would replace it. The second time they replaced it i had the same problem damages. The third time it was replaced the delivery guys dragged it across the ground damaging it . I waited days for repairs and now the cushions on the chairs are wearing and i was trying to get a replacement table but i was told since i waited to long it might be a no go . I explained to them i been sick and couldn't be around any one and i called them and told them that i was sick and the customer service representative told me i had no time frame for a return because the table was still within the warranty window . I spent 2000 dollar's for nothing and i truly regret it . I was also offered a 50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience for the problems in the beginning but never got it because the sale's rep sold me a dream i will be contacting my Bank if i don't get the correct customer service as needed and or go to court because 2000 dollars is alot for used or damaged furniture and the insurance on it sucks because a marker is used to fill in damage i need someone to please reply before i go file Court paper for being sold a dream this is fair.

After looking to purchase an area rug ($350), they told me that if I didn’t pay for their “in home delivery”, which is an additional $70, that I couldn’t return it. Awful. If I could I wouldn't even give them a 1 star review, NEVER again purchasing from Ashleys, I was supposed to get my furniture delivered March 2nd , they showed up to my front door and address didn't match and they refused to deliver my furniture I was on the phone with them for hours , they promised to update and delivered my furniture by March 7th , I received confirmation and here I am on the phone with them once again because my account had a "Financial Hold" and they failed to communicate that with me and still they did not deliver my furniture , now I have to sit around for another 4 days to get it delivered come that day what will be the next excuse? They are so inconsiderate , I've missed 2 work days and wasted 2 full days to sit around and wait for them , and I come to find out because I have to call for updates? I asked to speak to a supervisor and there anwsers have been "I can't do anything about it" I asked to speak to someone hire and all of a sudden offices are Closed.I am pregnant and should not be dealing with there mistakes when I've done everything correct on my end. The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

I had bought a mattress for my mom as a Christmas gift and it didn’t feel right for her. We had to have 3 techs come out to take a look at it and none of them did their job right. The third one actually did some measuring but their measuring technique was dumb to me. They use a socket and a string to take measurements. It has a been over a month now and it still isn’t resolved. The quality of the furniture is good but the prices are too high and customer service really sucks. We are not happy with them at all. I would definitely go somewhere else for all of our furniture and mattress needs.

The prices are cheaper if you buy online . Icame home and looked after my purchase their to possibly add to my order and found this out. Also i was charged 299.99 for delivery and online was 129.00 for the same thing.

I needed to have repair work done on a purchase. They immediately set up an appointment.
Customer service sucks. CORPORATE DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER. The manager sabah is disrespectful, a liar and is not professional. She deserves no respect at all. We bought a dining table that was not in stock. According to system it was gonna come in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass and we only received the chairs no table. We call customer service and they say it will come in June. We had sold our table 1 week before the chairs came in. We asked if we could take the display table since we were not going to have a table in 4 months. We spoke to sabah and she told us we would get a warranty for the scratches and chipping of the table We were deciding and she was rolling here eyes and looking around us . She was so disrespectful. 1 week later the main maneger Ariel calls us say that sabah said that she never was going to give us warranty. And that we were lying. Instead of wearing designer clothes and shoes she should focus on the customer's. There is cameras so Ashley can always look back at that. She needs to be fired for the unprofessionalism and lack of honesty she has. Customer service is slow and unprofessional.Ashleys you lost a loyal customer save time and go to paradise furniture

Overall a good experience. My complaints are few. The first one is I really do not like being heckled as soon as I walk in to look at furniture. Don't mean to be offensive here, but I felt like I was at used car dealer lot. Also, I can see that there was some tension amongst the sales associates. I felt like I was being looked at like as a $ sign. Jose, the associate who helped me, was really nice and very Patient with me. I enjoyed working with him. He didn't apply any pressure to me. The purchase was easy and the delivery and setup was a snap. I will definitely buy from Ashley's again. Just be warned when you walk in, you will be hounded. Pricing was a little confusing, make sure to turn around the price signs to make sure you are getting an accurate reading on pricing.
Was in need of a king mattress & a base for a great and reasonable price and let me tell you I found that here! I was helped by Vernon which I may add he was extremely patient and very helpful to me. Since at first I wasn’t sure what brand I wanted or what type of mattress was right for me. He showed me around and he respected my budget I had at the time. I ended up going with the Ashley’s brand Hybrid bed and it is awesome. Vernon thank you for helping me out you are the best! Will definitely be going back

Terrible customer service, calling the store gets you nowhere. You will be placed on hold the moment the call is connected. I once left the phone running for 45 minutes without a single response. I was simply trying to get a replacement power adapter for my recliner. Which I spent over 2k for, terrible service all around. Save your money and time folks shop elsewhere.

Beware: In the store the saleswomen said the mattress is $650. On the Ashley website it is listed as $249! I called back and the saleswoman see as is I had to “check in my phone”. What about people, like the elderly, who don’t have phones?

Whatever you do, do not buy a tempur pedic mattress. It loses its firmness in 2-3 years and both Ashley and Tempur Pedic will tell you to pound sand.
We were greeted when we first walked in with a friendly associate who put us in contact with Elena, who was gracious and friendly and made our transaction smooth and reassuring.
We ordered our furniture in 2021 and have been delayed 5-6 times. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with Ashley furniture, this company should truly be ashamed of there customer service.

Poor customer service if you have any questions all phone calls go to a main line. You wait forever for delivery and you order is wrong. You got stuck with something you don’t want.
Just left the store. I'll keep it simple, I was greeted at the front by Juan. Which was awesome! Was told I would be contacted by an associate. I already knew I wanted a new mattress, bed and headboard. I just had to try out the purple mattress that I have window shopped for online for a few months. Here's where 1 star comes in. I work at a local retailer nearby and I would NEVER allow my associates/team to let a customer go unnoticed and ignored for the full hour I was in there. Your store was absolutely dead. You had 3 associates at the front door just standing there talking and sipping on Starbucks. Another one walking around with a tablet and talking to what I assume is his manager about overcoming obstacles on the sales floor. Let me do you and the manager a favor and give you some good sales advice. Say Hello to passing customers. Do not have a meeting in the middle of your sales floor. One whole hour, right after I got off work was wasted lying on your beds with nobody to approach me or even look at me. I was excited about the 60 months financing, I was excited about the manager deals and just wanted to get some pricing and see which bed would be the better option for me. I was ready to give your business my money. But now I will just have to order online from the manufacturers I suppose.
I ordered 2 nightstands in March of 2021. They had an ETA of June 2021. The delivery date got pushed out 4 times. When they told me it was pushing out to January 2022, that was a problem because I was moving across the country. I called the 800 number for Ashley, after a long wait they said I would have to cancel the order and place it again in CT since the stores are franchises. I didn’t want my price to change, since it was only going to go up. I went to the Palmdale store and spoke to Stephanie Rogers who was very helpful in changing my order to a direct shipment in CT. I called at the end January and they said the ETA was February. At the end of February, I had not received my furniture so I emailed Stephanie Rogers. Again, she was super helpful, she even gave me a partial refund which was much appreciated. My furniture finally arrived in April but both pieces were damaged. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Stephanie. She already has replacements on the way. I have ordered a lot of furniture from Ashley and this was my only bad experience but Stephanie Rogers was amazing throughout it all. Do not call Ashley’s 800 number, none of them are ever helpful and it takes forever to get through to a human. Keep the card of your sales rep or the store supervisor and hope you have someone as helpful as Stephanie in case of any issues with an order. Stephanie is the only reason this got 4 stars (she was 5 stars), without her this order would have been a 1 star experience.

Worst ever bought 2000$ bed ultra firm. Treyed bed in the store . It was great . But the bed they gave me . sinks in it is killing my back. I told yhem i was having sergry . Needed firm bed. When you first walk in, All the Sales reps are waiting for you like a Hawk. I Purchased a Complete set of furniture with Ashley and paid in Full, I was told my furniture would be available in a month, okay the month goes by and the date changed, they added another month, okay I'm patient, then I call and ask about my furniture, well apparently they changed the date again to wait another month. So they changed it on me 3 times, I'm patient and I understand there was a delay because of the freight industry, what ever so they offer me to go in and choose something else, okay I go trough almost everything they had in store that I somewhat liked and to my surprise nothing was in stock and I would wait months if I changed my order. I Ended up Cancelling my order, the Lady in Customer service tells me she will take care of my refund and it would be a couple of weeks, Okay whatever I just wanted to be done with them at this point. So 2 weeks go by and I call to check on the status of my refund, just to find out the Lady never lifted a finger to try to get me my refund. The Next person that Helped me over the phone was nice and took care of my issue Right away. I Got a refund a few days Later, So in my Experience with Ashley's Furniture, Yes The Sales Rep was very nice and helpful, However they Should Not Allow them to Sell you items That are not in Stock. It Took me about 3 1/2 Months of Waiting, Just A Complete Waste of Time.

There is only one employee i would ever work with in this store and her name is Rita! if your going to shop here ask for Rita she will try to get you the best deal! Shes super sweet, easy to talk too, very straight forward, has amazing customer service and takes the time to look around and find you exactly what your looking for. Honestly she is the only reason why i come back to Ashleys. Its always a pleasant experience with her. I have purchased so many items with Rita, and i will continue on purchasing at Ashleys as long as she is working there. Rita should be used as an example of how a sales associate should treat their customers. THANK YOU SO MUCH RITA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE! WE WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF YOU!

Our sales team worked hard for us. We are thus far satisfied with our purchases, and can't wait to receive our furniture. Beware if the furniture you are buying is not in stock expect to wait a few months. If I could give Ashleys furniture 0 stars I would. This review isn’t for the store itself but for Ashley’s furniture as a whole. First of all Ashley’s furniture has the worst phone customer service I have ever experienced I received a voicemail a few days before my couches were supposed to be delivered just to get told they would be pushing my delivery date for another month. When I talked to the customer service rep they said they couldn’t find my order even though the customer service rep I was talking to was the one that left me the voicemail. The customer service rep said they would call me back once they figured out why they couldn’t find my order but I never got a call back. The worst customer service I experienced was in my most recent call with Ashley’s furniture. I received another voicemail saying my couches got pushed for another month. I get that the delivery dates are estimates but if you have to push the delivery date every month by a month its not an estimate its not even a guess at this point. The delivery date is just a random day to get you to get you to buy furniture by making you think you will get it sooner than you actually will. Anyway I called back to cancel my order. I wasn’t going to wait too see if my order would actually get delivered or if they would make me wait half a year to deliver my furniture. Let me start of by saying the customer service person I ended up getting sounded like they had just woken up and seemed like they were very bothered that I called. I would maybe understand if I had given them attitude or have been rude but I was calm and collected. I just wanted to cancel my order and be done with dealing with Ashley’s furniture. The customer service rep started cancelling my order and told me to hold on because they needed to contact someone to cancel the order but while I was waiting the call ended and I ended up on the phone survey you get at the end of a phone call. The customer service rep hung up on me without confirming my order was cancelled or without offering any additional help. The customer sales people inside the Ashley’s Furniture stores are friendly but Ashley’s Furniture is a joke as whole. I ended up driving a little farther to Living Spaces to buy my couches. Getting my couches within a week and the better customer service was definitely worth the drive. Next time I need furniture I will most likely just drive a little farther and go to Bobs Discount furniture or Living Spaces
Don't buy anything from here unless you want to wait 6 months to get it..if at all

She was very patient and very knowledgeable. She took care of us from the very beginning as I walked in the door to the very end of our transaction. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate the professionalism offered here at Ashley's furniture. I wish I never stepped into Ashley's if only I could give no stars. They rush to sell and once you've paid they give you the runaround if you're not happy. They delivered cheap/ damaged sofas and beware they do not stand behind their products. I will do all I can to not give them another penny. I will be contacting the BBB and my lawyer.
They delivered me cheaply made / damaged sofas on 10/12. I called next day (10/13) and they will not accept return until I told them about 72hr policy they then said they would open a case, I have yet to be contacted by anyone now 10/23. I paid $3000 and still owe $6511. I should not have to pay for something that is damaged and that I don't want. I will never again go to Ashleys furniture home store. Complete waste of time and money, now filled with frustration and anxiety. I will be contacting the BBB. Update 10/24: sales Rep Ri suggested I come and speak to customer service in person. Stephanie was very helpful and said she should be calling us for pick up date tomorrow for return we will see. I hope all turns out well. For now feel a little relieved, will update.

Ashley customer service failed again and again! There are seemingly dozens of sales people in the store, but once we paid, customer service has been absent. We're awaiting a delivery that was scheduled on day of purchase but was removed from the calendar with no notice and no attempt to reschedule. I found this out by spending an hour waiting for and talking to customer care on the phone. I rescheduled for another day and again, heard nothing. Another two hours on the phone and a second time delivery was cancelled with no notice. One in-store customer service staff attempted to squeeze us back into delivery, but the warehouse never responded! Presently i have no delivery svhefuled and have yet to hear from the company!

Worst customer service ever! If I could give zero stars I would.Location on 39626 10th st west Palmdale, ca 93551. Yesenia is the laziest, rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I spent over $7grand at this place only to receive damaged, defective furniture. I ordered an adjustable platform for my mattress which they lost the remote to. When I went in the store to raise my concerns I was treated so poorly like I was in the wrong when they’re the ones who messed up my whole order. They have given zero help. I completely regret giving them my business. Save yourself a headache don’t shop at Ashley’s furniture!

Ashley's furniture store is a huge SCAM!!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! had a super unpleasant here! I bought a $200 tempurpedic pillow here slept on it one night. It was super uncomfortable it hurt my neck tried to exchange it for something else and the manager said it's non-returnable. We were not told this when we purchased the product and were rushed at checkout. They are worse then cars salesman. You can find there same furniture at discounted furniture stores.

I give Ashley a one star because it’s the lowest I can give them. I have been a customer for over 15 years and have never experienced anything like what I went through on 9/15/21. My bar stools were delivered and when my 6 year old daughter (who was excited about our new bar stools) sat on one of them to eat cereal she fell flat on her face because the leg broke off of the chair while she was sitting on it (she only weighs 57 pounds). I could not believe it I was in shock when I saw my daughters face all bloody. My husband and myself got her all cleaned up and got her medical attention and I ran to Ashley’s in Palmdale Ca to advise them of how upset I was and what had just happened and to my daughter. They showed concern and was very upset tht it happened. Moral of the story when they deliver and set up you furniture inspect it and make sure it was put together properly.
They don't tell you the truth that if there is anything wrong with your furniture or anything wrong you can't get your money back and NO ONE in the store will help you, you have to call them the main office but no one will answer your calls.

Ali was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He even helped me carry chairs across the store to compare with a different table! The Labor Day sale was a great deal and I can’t wait until my furniture arrives in my new home.

The in person customer service is iffy, you either get someone so aggressive with their sales pitch end up making me feel very uncomfortable or someone very relaxed and easy to talk to. When it comes to getting in contact with the store it is impossible. The store number redirects to a call center and I even had the call center call them and the still didn't answer their phone.
I went to Ashley furniture around 5:00 pm yesterday at Palmdale location and it was the worst experience ever, sales people ignored me as I was looking at living room sets. Most of them were talking to each other, there was a lady with curls on her long hair talking about her hair with the other colleagues and no one ask me if I needed help, not to mention that it was not a busy day, there were just a few customers. I'm a customer already have purchased over $4000 dollars at the Northridge location, but there was a huge difference between the workers from Northridge store, I will definitely will go back to the valley to make another purchase with my previous sales person.
If I could give this store a zero star I would. The worst customer service ever. I had to cancel my order because due to my measurements the couches weren't going to fit good and look good as the area was too small for them. When I went to the store the assured me that they were going to fit nicely based on my measurements, of course they just cared to make the sale. When I came home I looked them up online and realized that they were too big for my living room space. I called and had my order canceled, it has been 17 days and no refund has been made everytime I call is a long wait to speak with some one and everyone has a different story. Refund my money what is the hold up? Never in my life would I go a purchase at this store.

Ashley furniture is not the home furnishings i thought we purchased. There's scarp material holding the wood together. We paid good money for this furniture im very disappointed i would not recommend any family or friends to buy from Ashley furniture, because your not getting quality furniture for that reason I give them 1 star .who's manufacturing their furniture

Don't buy from Ashley! Spent more than 4k, bought dining table + mirror. Both things came defective and when we went to store to get it exchanged. They said we will have to send tech team and they will repair. Why would you spend so much and get repaired things.. If you want repaired things go to Offer up or Craigslist. Ashley's quality and customer service is bad. I feel like I wasted 4k in trash can. Again DO NOT BUY any from Ashley.

When I was at Ashley Furniture to buy furniture my experience was pleasant. The associates didn’t hover over you while you looked around, which is my kind of shopping. They were polite and willing to go out of their way for you. The furniture that I bought was on back order and got it discounted for the inconvenience, which I thought was awesome. I asked about how long will the back order take and was told 8 weeks. This was back in April. The first time I called their customer service I was told June 9th. When didn't get a call to confirm the delivery I called again. I was told the warehouse only received the chairs to my dinning set. The table was arriving the following day. But the couch was still due to arrive. I asked what time frame I was looking at for delivery and was told July 14th. I requested if the dining set could be delivered first. It was noted but I never got a reply. July 14th I call customer service again to see when I will have my furniture delivered. They tried to schedule it on August 1st! I lost it and managed to get it scheduled to be delivered on July 18th. Since I was out of town my nephew helped me out and waited for the delivery men to arrive between 2:45pm - 6:45pm. My nephew had to leave when time expired. The delivery men arrived at 7:45pm I was over their lack of communication. Not even a courtesy call to let me know they were running behind. I told them take it back to the warehouse because I am canceling the order, which I did this morning. I will not buy from them again.
Thank you for taking a moment to read this review. To begin it's important to understand the circumstances motivating this review. I ordered a chair from this business. The chair was delivered on time however during installation, the installers informed me the chair is not serviceable for three reasons. The chair was not assembled properly, much of the structure was loose and not secured properly, finally the chair is in danger of tipping over backwards. The installers announced this chair must be returned owing to the poor workmanship and inherit hazards. I promptly contacted Ashley HomeStore locally and at the corporate level. I made it clear I am no longer interested in this product and wish to be refunded. Throughout this process, with no exceptions, every email sent from Ashley is a no reply email address. Ashley HomeStore both locally and at the corporate level will call from numbers there are no longer in service. I have an abundance of examples of nonfunctioning email addresses and phone numbers. Why is Ashley HomeStore hiding? I cannot recommend strongly enough this place of business, Ashley HomeStore should be avoided. Without exception this is the most dishonest unscrupulous group of carpetbaggers I have had the misfortune of doing business with. Better Business Bureau claim has been submitted. The behavior and blatant obvious lies from Ashley HomeStore cannot be ignored and must be litigated. Please give strong consideration to the many alternatives and avoid Ashley HomeStore for a positive shopping experience.

This store had friendly sales associates which was nice to deal with but I was told my $2000 bed would be delivered the same weekend because it was in stock but then was thrown through hoops because they were apparently on back order after I purchased the bed and the restocking date changed 3 times. Very unreliable stock. Canceled my order and will be buying somewhere else

First time shopping at Palmdale Ashley'sHome Store and found it to be a very pleasant experience. Salesperson Ali was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the furniture as he had some great suggestions in helping me put my living room together. Its a lovely store with a huge selection of furniture. I was so pleased that I was able to find a sectional and recliner. Highly recommend. Will definitely return . Also I was amazed the furniture I choose was in stock and will be delivered in 7 days. Very pleased.

Horrible customer service. We waited almost 3 months for a table that was promised to us within 2 weeks (by Easter). We called constantly to check in and would have to constantly go through the corporate office because our local store never answers. They told us we wouldn’t get our table until the middle of June because of the chairs. So I asked to split the order and ship what they had or I was ready to cancel and get a different kitchen table. Wouldn’t you know the chairs showed up with the table and bench! They had them in the warehouse... I should not have to threaten with cancelling my order to get what was promised to us by Easter.

I would first like to say all the sales people I have worked with are amazing, but the store customer service is horrible. It's impossible to ever get anyone to answer the phone. I don't think I've ever made contact with anyone from this store when trying to call in. Aside from that, I purchased almost 10k worth of furniture with the protection plan and its been over a month when I started the claim to have my table fix and no one can contact me. The way it's looking I'm not hopeful in having my table fixed with the warranty company that I was sold fixes "EVERYTHING" . I love the farm house table I purchased and it's so cheaply made I feel scared to even eat at it without it getting scratched; one of the legs already broke in half and it hasn't even been a year. Hopefully this review will help by getting this resolved. -Hannah

DON'T buy the warranty! They train their sales people to push this warranty on you. They promise you peace of mind and satisfaction for 5 years. The flyer they hand you advises that they'll repair your furniture multiple times within the five years and if they CAN'T fix it, they will replace it. Once you sign for your payment and sales they then had you all the fine print. They Fail to mention to you that if you buy an $800 dollar table but get in on sale for $300 dollars that now your table is valued at only $300 dollars. Then you get a small scratch on it so the company GBS comes and fixes it. Then 4 months later it happens again and they tell you they can't fix it because it costs over $160 dollars to send someone out and now you're exceeding the value of the table so they replace it one time and it voids your warranty. You can repurchase a brand new warranty all over again though. Ashley's sees no flaw in this system and refuse to help. The manager Neo in Palmdale advised we agreed to this in the sales contract. I advised that the salesman refused to do his job correctly and explain the true facts of the warranty. He refused to acknowledge that. Again advised I should have known this because I signed the sales contract. No one offers the fine print before you pay. Don't waste your money on a warranty. Sad that Ashley's does business this way. Hopefully this info can save someone before they waste money like we did.
Upon arriving within Ashley Home Store I was greeted by Rosalynn Zavala and she personally attended to all my needs. I also had my very energetic and mischievous children with me and yet she remained very professional about my insane children and reassured me it was ok. Her professionalism allowed me to stay, shop and purchase the items I needed. The place it self is beautiful with many options and simply put, you want to buy everything. Opulence, I want to own everything!

This place will lure you in with deals and promises of a quick delivery. They'll lie and pretend that your delivery date is set in stone but then suddenly change it without notice. Afterwards you'll get an email saying you can receive the time earlier than expected- but even then that time will be rescheduled again. There will be no call or warning until after you've waited for a day or so. The staff will ignore you as you patiently wait in line, and not one person will greet you or ask why you're there. Their customer service is altogether very poor and unprofessional, would not recommend. Beware of the obviously fake reviews on here- they're repetitive and easier to spot as you go on, but Google is absolutely packed full of them.

Absolutely the worst in delivery dates !! They will tell you it’s on its way and took them 1 month to deliver my mattress they deserve the award for the worst furniture store ever !!!!! I ordered a 5 drawer chest which was delivered damaged on March 8, 2021. I called customer service and reported the damaged chest the same day it was delivered. I was told that I would receive a new one and would receive a call back within 2 to 3 business days. 3 days pass so I call them back to follow up with my even exchange. I was told that I would get a call back within 2 to 3 business days for new delivery. 1 week passes and no call so I call again and this time I was given an option of a refund or a even exchange. I ask for the refund and was told again that I would receive a call back within 2 to 3 business days. Again 1 week passes (2 total weeks and 3 days at this point) but again I did not receive a call back. I call again and this time around I was told that the paperwork was not processed correctly and to expect a refund within the famous Ashley Furniture time limit of 2 to 3 days. Again, no call back and no refund. My energy for waiting and days are up. I am very upset at this point, no more Mr. nice guy (3 weeks and 3 days at this point) I am boiling but try my best to keep my composure and professionalism at a Mr. nice guy tone BUT these (very poor customer service reps) representatives tell me I will not receive a refund, only exchanges are offered. On the back of my receipt says different and it does say that I would receive a refund if not exchanged within 45 days. My new delivery date is April 20, 2021. I read the Better Business Bureau complaints and there are over 752 complaints within the last 12 months. I will never shop here again. I regret shopping here. If their stores go out of business, I see why and wouldn't feel bad. Sink your own ship Ashley Furniture Scammers. Sink and do not resurface. Darla had sold my wife and myself a full size mechanical bed for my Mom previously and when she passed we needed a larger bed. We of course went back to see Darla at Ashley's and she convinced me with her vast knowledge of mattresses to purchase a bed that was not only extremely comfortable but had a sensor that will adjust the beds incline when I begin to snore. My wife could kiss her! Instead she kissed me! Thanks Darla! And thanks Ashley!
As of now I am only giving this place 1 start...And that's only because Delanie (salesperson) earned her keep. She was probably the only person who really helped me while I did business with Ashley's furniture. Just like a lot of people in the comments section they too moved out my delivery date numerous times. I placed my order in November and did not receive anything up until March. I too did not get any notifications saying my order was delayed and would not find out until I would finally call THEM to confirm, at which THEN they would inform me that my order was delayed. I was totally understanding and patient since they kept blaming COVID, but I could not handle when they moved my date once again because they picked apart my order so that they could fill other customers orders before mine. I had to threaten to cancel my order to assure they delivered everything 2 weeks after that incident. They still had the audacity to ask if they could deliver in 2 shipments, at which I told them NO because they had already ruined 4 weekends of mine which I set aside to be available to receive the furniture all of which ended up getting cancelled. The second issue I had was that when I purchased my furniture I qualified for some sort of rebate that would equate to 6 months of payments of which I never heard back from them on how to claim this rebate. So I tried calling customer service and I TOO LIKE A LOT OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMENTS kept being sent to corporate because no one at the Palmdale store would answer. So finally I showed up in store and then it was explained to me that the promotional code was never added to my order. So then the customer service rep. told me she would have to send this to a regional customer service rep to approve because it was being done retroactively, and that she would tag me on the email (I know she has my email because she asked me to confirm it). Still have not seen the email and surprise surprise...I can't get a hold of them through the phone. DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU'RE GONNA DO!!!! I feel like the company has invested greatly in having good Sales people, but the infrastructure which is the customer service & warehouse are HORRIBLE!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I bought a full bedroom furniture set Presidents’ Day weekend from the salesmen Noe. He was very helpful and nice (at first) but we informed him that we need this furniture ASAP because we were moving out of the state of California within the next 3 weeks. He said no problem and promised us the world. He upsold the protection policy just in case our furniture was damaged upon arrival and we paid cash for everything. Was told, by Noe himself, that our furniture would be no later than 2 weeks delivered. Cut to the day of delivery - I get notified that our nightstands were on back order and may not be delivered until April (well after our move). That alone was very upsetting because Noe told us differently because he knew our circumstances. Not only that but we received a damaged footboard to our bed frame and Noe and Ashley’s furniture refuses to give us a new footboard even though we paid extra for the protection policy. I hope this review gets back to the manager because I am requesting a full refund from all the lies and run arounds Noe and Ashley’s Furniture is giving us. I will never give my business to this company again and I would recommend everyone else to do the same.

I was going to buy all my furniture here after seeing such amazing prices ONLINE. But when I went into the store to see the furniture in person, I noticed the prices on furniture were over a thousand dollars more. For instance: I saw the Ballinasloe sectional online for $1,189. In store it was $2300. The Jeanette dining set was $2300 in store and $1572 online. A little weird that the sales team kept saying this is the “best sale of the year”, when really they’re robbing you. Just buy it online!! The store should ALWAYS honor online prices. You shouldn’t have to call them on it to price match. They just want to take advantage of you for commission and that’s not cool.
People were friendly but not too attentive. Prices were very high. We asked about a couch we saw online that was roughly half the price of similar items in the store. The sales associate seemed unfamiliar with it and said they didn't have it in that store.

On February 2, 2021 my husband and I visited the Palmdale CA showroom, specifically to purchase a power recliner. After selecting the chair I wanted, we spoke with the sales manager, who kindly reduced the delivery price, or so he said. In actuality, he reduced the price of the chair. That is not the cause of this review and low rating. I have a paper, filled out by the salesperson, stating: DELIVERY DAY & DATE. Hand written is the date of March 17th, 2021. My bad. I was told it would be FEBRUARY 17, 2021. I felt there was no need to confirm the date because this is a large company. I called today to follow up. Imagine my surprise when I was told this chair is on back order and would not be available until MAY 9. I paid CASH for this chair. I have been lied to, and told by a person in the delivery scheduling dept that she couldn't help me or explain WHY I hadn't been informed of this "bait & switch" of the delivery date or the back order of an additional 2 months. BUYER BEWARE. I will NEVER consider purchasing ANYTHING from this company again. These are shameful business practices. How do you live with yourselves? I WILL be calling the showroom, and if possible, the corporate offices.
Ashley has the worst customer service department at Palmdale store. Stephanie and Yesenia do not follow through with courtesy calls as they stated. I called the store over 50 times and would get routed to corporate customer service. They were not able to make contact Palmdale store either. This is frustrating and I am going to cancel my order and go else where to buy furniture. I could only post this review if I select star. I would not give them any stars.
“DO NOT SHOP HERE”!!!!! This place is the absolute worst! The sales rep ordered the wrong piece of furniture and would do nothing to get it fixed. Literally the manager lied to my face and said he would fix it. Weeks went by and nothing after multiple times calling and going into the store I had to file a case against them. Go somewhere else. Do not buy furniture from here if you’d like to have it in the same year. Ordered a couch on September 2020 for delivery on November 2020 and it’s been delayed 5 times so far, excuse given was it was backordered (it was not backordered when I bought it). It is now January 30th 2021 and the latest “delivery” date is now late February 2021. They don’t even notify you, you have to call and ask them each time it’s delayed to find out when the supposed new “delivery” date is.
Great furniture but there business practices suck.so they sold me 6k in furniture that they didnt have.said they were waiting on it to arrive on there end.from china? thought 7 weeks was long for delivery then they cancel that date for 3 weeks later.so im looking at 10 weeks from when I paid for order my order.pretty upset and definitely not satisfied with this store at all!
Worst place to buy furniture from. I purchased my sofa in November of last year. It is now mid January. I still have not received my order. The shipping date has been changed 7-8 times already. Now my expected shipping date is February. Talked to the manager. He said this would not happen again. Yet, another delay in shipping. Called the store several times yesterday. After an hour of constant calling, a sales associate answered and said the manager was busy and he would call me back. Two hours passed and no call. I called back and a different sales associate answered. Same result, the manager never called back. I have been calling the store all day today, no answer. So now I am forced to come into the store and demand a refund or an exachange for a sofa that is in stock. Terrible service!!!!!!

Cheap furniture and pricey
I ordered a bed and mattress online in Dec. 2020. My date was set for Dec. 29, 2020 for my bed to be delivered, I received an email about a payment issue and called so that I could resolve the issue, I was first told that my order would be delivered on time and there was no issues with payment. Bed was not received on given date so I called them and was then told I bever set a delivery date and I know I did. So the date was changed to Jan. 13 and I called on the Jan. 12 to confirm delivery and was told that it would be delivered on the given date. Well today is Jan. 13 and I am now being told that there was an issue with payment
We purchased sofa, love seat, recliner all have auto recline, 2 end tables and lift top coffee table in 2015 with 4 year warranty. Was told the warrenty covered anything and everthing, even if grandkids poked a hole or ripped it with a shoe etc... After 1 1/2 years the new super durable microfiber leather looking material started to FLAKE OFF like small pieces of dry skin. For the first 6 months i got the run around on who the warrenty company was for my coverage because they had now changed to a new one. With alot of back and fourth they insisted the warrenty DID NOT COVER THE FLAKING MATERIAL. So after 3 1/2 4 years most of the material on the recliner has all flaked off, and alot on the seat of the sofa flaked off, i covered the love seat to help protect it from the flaking. It's just my husband and i with grandkids visiting more just this year moving back closer to us. The sofa and love seat & over size chair we purched from McMann's Furniture years ago went through our kids & all their friends many family holidays, birthays and still looked and felt great!! SO I GIVE ASHLEY A BIG FAT O, dishonest, inconpetent, and lack of quality in product.

BAD!BAD!BAD! They promise delivery dates they can't hold up too, when you go in to speak with someone since know one ever picks up the phone. The offer some type of compensation but still no furniture. Once delivered it wasn't set up correctly and after a month its malfunctioning. I didnt purchased the warranty but as well it shouldn't mess up in the first month. Still can get anyone to take responsibility.
Ana was very helpful and we got the recliners we wanted at a decent price. But... When I went to cancel my order the credit card machines weren't working...I waited for nearly an hour. Oh and when they tell you the protection plan is free, check the paperwork. It's a bait and switch. All they did was reduce the price of the furniture by $140 and charged me full price for the protection plan I didn't want that he told me was free...
Went in looking for a floor lamp, was greeted by sales person, and then they disappeared. Looked for another sales person,and their cell phone was more important. Finally found ours and again their cell phone was more important.
May have what they call “ reasonable “ prices, but they’re committing business fraud by advertising that furniture is in stock. I purchased 5,000 dollars worth of furniture in July, paid with a debit card, was given a delivery date, delayed due to Covid. Okay I can understand that. Delivery date came and went. I was given a new delivery date. Okay I was disappointed but I dealt with it. Day before delivery date, they cancelled and new delivery date a month and a half later. That came and went. Half the furniture was delivered in November. Assembled incorrectly with the manufacturers tags wedged in between the assembled corners of drawers. The rest of the order was set up for two months later. I received a delivery date. Called them to inquire what the time estimated delivery was and was told it would not be delivered until January 15 of next year. Thats right: 2021. I was done with it. I demanded a refund. I was told I have to wait for the refund. Now mind you I paid this up front, technically cash with a debit card. I have never bought furniture and have to wait 6 to 8 months or longer for delivery. And not be told I’d have to wait 6 to 8 months to have it delivered. They told me it was in stock and ready to be delivered. They lied. This is fraud. They sell you furniture that is not even manufactured, in stock or even in this country. That’s why it’s cheap. I found out it’s manufactured in Vietnam and shipped to this country. They don’t bother telling you that when you purchase it. That’s fraudulent and dishonest because they don’t tell you you have to wait for it to be shipped after they manufacture it in Vietnam. They probably use child labor in Vietnam too. I will never buy from these people again! Come next January they probably would’ve delayed my delivery again. I’m still trying to get my money back. Disreputable. Shoddy business ethic and horrible customer service.

Update: 12/03/2020 So just so you know because they don't tell you this especially military families when you buy a protection plan and you move as military families do often your protection plan that you paid your hard earned money on becomes null and void unless you want to drive back to the original store you purchased it from if you should need a replacement. Even so I've been trying to get my replacement pickup date and time since September of this year. I've wasted many hours on hold just four someone to answer the phone to say my replacement has been approved and cancelled but they don't call you to tell you this you have to call to find this out in the first place. I've called and left sooooo many messages. Today I am still actively trying to just set up a pick up date and time with no such luck. Ashley's Furniture is not good quality to begin with and the whole process of filing a claim is terrible, their follow up is terrible, there's no way to contact/email corporate that I've been able to find, communication with their consumer is terrible, and they show no care for you after they get your money. If you should choose to purchase from here I would highly recommend proceeding with caution and just buy better furniture from somewhere else. I regret the day I let my husband track me into get furniture from this awful place! Attached is pictures of the cheap thin wood they use to make their sub par furniture. They are terrible at getting your stuff delivered. They don't even give you the courtesy of giving you a phone call to let you know you're not getting your stuff. This happened to us not once but twice.

Let me set the scene, I walk in and I'm greeted happily by the staff. Immediately my eyes catch a table my Grandmother and I start gawking over. Then the wonderful employee, Matt, walked up to us greeting us again and following up with a few questions. I told him I was looking for a dining room table and chairs set. He showed me around asking me questions to get a feel of my style and ultimately showed me what I wanted EXACTLY. I left empty-handed that night but left with my mind full of ideas and all the great deals they had. Matt reached out to me the next day and I went back and I purchased the table set. Now let's talk about that. I made the purchase and set up the delivery date. They came within 10 days AND set it up under an hour. So amazing. 10/10 I am fashoooooo going back. Thanks Matt! Horrible customer Service. I paid for delivery and assembly. Delivered my furniture and did not assemble it left it in the middle of the floor. I have made 10 calls, spent 6 hours on the phone and am currently in the store going on 4 hours today with no results. 4 other people are here in the store with me right now unhappy with delivery and assembly. Hold time when you call is over 30 minutes. Agents promise to call you back but never do. Set up an appointment for them to come out today and called to verify then was told noone is coming today. Very ride people answering the phone. I told them my daughter keeps falling over the box of furniture in my kitchen and Alicia told me bv to not let her walk in the kitchen then

Online you have the option of not paying that if you can assemble yourself. Online $149 is if you want delivery and assembly. Free shipping if you just want it delivered and just assemble yourself. I also asked Ashley's furniture online and they had no concern, nor they cared to take away your $149. They responded with stores can make up their own rules. Why if it is a low income parent and they are unaware of this? That is $149 they could have used on something else. I posted the screen shot. The store would not wave that fee either even though my item requires no assembly. I was told that is what they charge. Someone might say just order online but that is not the point. ASHLEY'S FURNITURE YOUR STANDARDS ARE DISGUSTING AND EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE NICE FURNITURE I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSY ELSEWHERE. YOU DO NOT DESERVE IT!
Worst place to buy from!!! I bought my daughter a bedroom set back in August(8/30/2020 to be exact) & I've yet to receive her FULL order, mind you I had to wait over a month for the first part of her set. I understand we're in this covid situation which has slowed down many things but c'mon, this is not the first time it happens with Ashley. Back in 2015 I ordered a sofa set & also waited over a month, so don't feed me that covid storyline. I've made several attempts through the phone, they couldn't help, they advised me to go to the store where I purchased, I did, a person named Noel tried to help me, he said it appears that the dresser & nightstand was delivered on Sept 8th, which is a bunch of bs because I've yet to see that. He told me he'd investigate & call me within 48hrs, fine, I kept my cool, allowed 48hrs to transpire, the day came along, no word from Noel. I decided to reach out to him & check the status, he responded hours later saying he had been stuck in a training class & would get back to me as soon as he was done(that was on a Friday) no word from Noel whatsoever that day. The weekend came & went, I waited on Monday to hear a response, still nothing. I finally reached out again, the response I got was: [I did follow up with Stephanie, she and I were trying to figure out why and who canceled your order back in September she does have it now she is aware of what's going on and doing further research to get you an answer I will keep following up but if you do want give her a call at the office as well.] So, all in all I am tired of getting the run around, I don't have the time to be calling you guys nor to visit your store. I am very fed up at this moment that no one seems to care but solely making sure I make my payments on time. This is ridiculous!!! Do not buy from this store if you want to be treated this way!!! This is the last time I will be shopping at Ashley's, I would rather take my business elsewhere!!!
Staff member at the Palmdale store was great. Ordered new couch, loveseat, ottoman and bunkbed for my son in August. Was told it would be delivered on September 26. I got rid of all my old furniture and my son's bed to make room for the new goods, only to get a call the day before delivery that it would not be until October 31st. A week from that delivery date, guess what? Another call saying the mattress could be delivered in November, but everything else, not until mid December. Great..a mattress but nothing else. Really?! Four months without living room furniture while my son sleeps on the floor?! Plus, everytime I call the store, I'm on hold for 40 minutes, then get hung up on. This happened three times in a row! This is not ok, is TERRIBLE SERVICE and stop blaming COVID on a poorly run business!

UPDATE: October 8, 2020, my order from June 14th is still INCOMPLETE! I am now attempting to cancel for the FOURTH TIME! I could not be more disappointed with the service we received at Ashley Furniture in Palmdale yesterday, 6/14/20, so much so that I'm going to leave this right here.... We entered Ashley Furniture somewhere between 5:50-6:10 p.m., we were greeted by an associate named Olga. Olga gave us ample space and time to meander around the store, which was much appreciated! At approximately 6:35 we located Olga, and toured the store with her, showing her the items we wanted. Somewhere around 6:50 Olga entered our list of items into the system, however, she encountered a problem with one of the items; we didn't want to purchase a bundle, and only needed select items- somehow that threw a wrench in the system. As Olga was trying to problem solve, there was a sudden radio unit announcement made, "All day shift, get off the clock!" Not two minutes later, additional radio announcements were made one after the other, "All day shift GET OFF the clock!" and, "All day shift, YOU BETTER be off the clock!!" The announcements were so unsettling and menacing, I couldn't believe someone was actually barking orders, like that. My 12 year old even made a comment about, that person being rude! It was obvious that Olga was a day shifter, she became a bit frazzled, and proceeded to call over an individual named Kevin. Mr. Kevin, with very little tact and very little care that we, the potential buyers, were standing next to them, said to Olga, "Olga, go clock out NOW!" Olga snapped back, and said "Kevin, I need to at least tell you what they need, so you can help them!" Kevin responded, "If you don't clock out now, you're going to be in a lot more trouble than you already are! I'll get Elena to come help them, but you need to leave RIGHT NOW!" Kevin was the radio voice. So, now at this point I'm incredibly agitated and I turned to my husband and said, "I'd like to leave now, also!" My husband responds with, we're almost done, lets just wait. Suddenly a Ms. Elena shows up, switches up to her native language, says something stern to Olga, and Olga kindly said her good night to us, and politely walked away. At no point did Mr. Kevin, the manager, make an introduction of himself or Elena, and just like that, Kevin dissapeared. Oooookay, so moving forward we are now stuck with Elena, who gets on the phone and communicates in her language. Moving forward, it is now 7:45 when it was discovered that the order was erroneously entered under my husband's name. Elena proceeded to fix the order, so she thought. The second attempt, (now 8:10) somehow, also generated under my husband's name, (I'm the card holder). Now a third attempt is being made, and suddenly the Manager Kevin reappears, long enough to make two statements to Elena in front of us, "Olga gave them an additional unnecessary discount and now I know I need to retrain you and her!!" He was clearly upset. Meanwhile my husband kept telling me, we're getting a good deal! When all was said and done we walked out of the store at 8:30. While outside, my husband explained to me that Olga did indeed give us an additional discount, a 50% discount!🤦♀️ We've never been opportunistic and we've always gone back to pay for any overlooked item, but this time- No! That manager was the WORST manager. I'm conflicted about walking out with an additional 50% off, and I hope good things for Olga, but we will never revisit Ashley Furniture in Palmdale again!

I do enjoy shopping at Ashley’s however I have to say the way they price things is confusing. They have flyers everywhere about 45% off regular price when you use your Ashley’s card. Luckily I have one. So I purchased two accent tables. Then I get home and look at the website and see they were $50 less online (so I would have saved $100 on just that) and they have free shipping which would have saved me another $80. If you purchase in store, you HAVE TO have it delivered and pay that fee. I just think all of that is just misleading. Otherwise I would have had a great experience. Idk if I’ll be purchasing here again because of this though.

Good quality furniture at OK prices BUT -- Using their delivery service was a mistake. Firstly, their drivers are independent contractors, not with the store itself. I don't typically have a problem with that - but the delivery for Ashley Homestore advertises on being "safe" with all of the precautions their drivers take while delivering. They were NOT wearing masks, gloves or taking any if the supposed COVID precautions. Very unprofessional. ALSO The furniture I ordered was scheduled to all come on the same day for convivence/ease of delivery, but only half the order arrived. The delivery guys were at a loss and just said "call the store, we are just contractors"
My name is Tralyia Dillon. I’m leaving this review under my mom’s account. She also is very happy. I came on Sunday and Eddie was amazing from the moment he offered his help. He was patient and honest and super friendly. All the things a sales person needs to poses. I couldn’t make my mind up all the way and plus I needed my mom to come back with me since we were using her Ashley card. He was off Monday and Tuesday and would be back Wednesday. I told him I would wait and we scheduled a time. He was worth the wait! I decided on a new sofa and a coffee table. He worked quickly and got my mom and I in and out. Again, his honesty and energy are two of the reasons why I’m glad I waited. Thank you so much Eddie! You rock! We will be back soon for other pieces. I had to wait 2 weeks for a delivery that never arrived. I understand delays but this is unacceptable after delivery date and time is confirmed twice. Customer service is terrible the gal that I spoke to kept yawning. Now I have no idea how long it'll be til I get my order.
My delivery was scheduled for a month after my purchase. This was fine until I never received any further information. I was placed on hold and could not get any answers when calling in and have wasted 3 hours of my day for them to tell me that the delivery is now scheduled for another 3 weeks away. I had heard so many great things about Ashley but their customer service is trash. I will not be shopping with them again. Hopefully, I receive the items I purchased during this lifetime!

I do not have a good experience with Ashley at the 800 number they could not find my number or my order. I find that hard to believe because they called me!!!! I was told that if I do not call back to confirm, my furnitures wont arrive I got upset because it took two months of waiting for my furnitures. I had to find a different number after trying for over an hour. I was able to find a different number and called. They have my phone number and my order and confirmed that my furnitures will arrive tomorrow I do not understand why the other person who called me couldnt find my order!!! Thank you Palmdale store for confirming I felt better. now it is Sept 4th. my order ottoman never arrived and I ordered it last April!! They told me it will arrive on Aug. 11th and to this day, I hve tried to get a hold of them They do not answer the phone at all. I called the headquarter and their ans mach says to call the store. How in the world would i call the store when they do not answer the phone? From April to now, no ottoman!!!! Why???
Not sure what to think of this experience. Our furniture won't be to our place for another month and a half. So not sure what to make of my total experience with Ashley furniture but what i can say that is definitely great about my experience with Ashley furniture. Is that they allowed me and my to take Advantage of there half off sale that month. So I give Ashley furniture 3 out of 5 .

Ashley Furniture store I used to work for back in 2000 at their Colton facility in California. Today is September 26 2020. Back in December up 2018 I purchased a couch sleeper and loveseat. I purchased it at the Palmdale Ashley Furniture store in California. The staff there was my professional but if anything have lied and did not care at all for me as a customer the only thing that they saw and me was money to make a sale. They were unprofessional and slow. I have been waiting since December of 2019 to receive my items which is couch sleeper and loveseat without chairs broken legs and arms Plus broken chassis of the couch sleeper. They have already sent me eight deliveries trying to get this right. Till this day which is September 26th of 2020 they are still trying to get it right. The sad thing about this is not just that I have not gotten a fully functioning couch sleeper nor loveseat but the disrespectfulness have you been there corporate manufacturing facility in Colton California. They're also there receptionist/ supervisor manager have lied and been disrespectful ghetto with know care in the world about me their customer the one that helps them to stay employed. I've been waiting almost a year now to get multi-functioning working out sleeper and loveseat. 8 times they have tried to send me a functioning couch sleeper and loveseat and still have not got it right till this day. And from other reviews I clearly see that I am not the only victim of this now I'm professional disgraceful furniture company called Ashley Furniture store. I truly pray that on the 27th of this month that they get it right by sending me a fully functioning couch sleeper I love seat. And they asked me if I would please give them a review of the customer service delivery and professionalism. I truly believe that Ashley Furniture store has gotten too big for them to handle. And whoever reads this please look over all the reviews of Ashley Furniture store and you will see that this is a warning sign for you to not purchase any products of. You cannot get a refund at all because I have already tried it and it has been unsuccessful. Once again I tell you that they are unprofessional disrespectful careless money-hungry Corporation with no values morals. So I went in today to look at a piece for my bedroom.Martin greeted me at the door.He seemed friendly..I started to look around.I found what I wanted and asked where was Martin.Martin radioed the person I asked to help me as he was now busy.So the new guy sadly I dont remember his name,started to help me with the questions I had.We even proceeded to the computer to make the sale .I had gave him all my info and in the middle of that process and couple was waking by and he asked them was everything ok?When they had additional questions he asked me to hold on while he goes shows them what they wanted!Unbelievable..And made some kind of comment to them about he was just helping is coworker with my order. He walked away in the middle of finalizing my $2000 order.And I just walked out

Sales people were helpful but delivery is awful!!! It’s been 2 months and we are still waiting on the delivery of our furniture set. They do not call or contact you to let you know items you ordered are on back order and when you try to get a hold of them (they rarely pick up, so good luck) they don’t apologize but instead say to wait another month... we waited a month and called back and they said to wait another month. We had a feeling this was going to keep dragging on so we had to go in store to complain. They modified our order and when they finally came to deliver, there were still pieces missing with no explanation. Ridiculous and very frustrating. We ordered June 11, still waiting til now.

I have been a long time customer and spent thousands of dollars in this low quality store, poor customer service store! As of recently I ordered a living room set from them for the second time in the past 4 years because their furniture does not last very long. However i was willing to spend more on my living room set time around and hopefully get better quality. I placed an order a month ago. I had to wait to July 27th for delivery, I checked my order the night before and it looked to be routed. I called in the morning to try to get an eta. I even messaged them on their on line system to never received a response either.The person who answered transfered me with out answer or reason. I was being avoided. And transferred from department to department with out answers. I waited all day for this delivery to finally get ahold of someone and to be told that it was rescheduled for August 09. With out notice or calls. I explained to her that I never received a call nor do I have a voice mail. They have a secondry number they were able to call and no call was registered at that number either. However they did not call!!! Per the "manager" in the store. How can they wait until the night before to reschedule deliveries that have been on hold for more than a month already and not give the customer a call so they don't spend their day waiting for a delivery that would never happen. Our sales person Bobby richards assured us it would be delivered before that date. I guess any lie is good to get a sale. Not only did we find them price gouging us always check their price on line and in store they are completely different. There was a $800.00 difference in what they billed us in store and what they had advertised in store. The only reason I found out was because a sales person told me not to check on line prices. Obviously I had to check and I can see why they didn't want us too. When we brought it to the manager she said oh well we price match. How can you price match your OWN store. Inl will never spend another dollar at this store and neither should you!! They will lie and do what they want to get your money and then blame it on the warehouse. Now we are with out couches until August 9th because a whole company can't get it together. These were not actions of one person these were actions of a company as a whole and that is the difference btwn a mistake and a company that doesn't know what they are doing as a whole!!!!

My chest of drawers was delivered broken and after contacting customer care they picked it up and delivered a new one to another home I contacted customer care once more and they sent another one and they once more delivered it to another home I have been waiting four months for my furniture and have been charged the money for the those months and still have no word about my furniture. The last time I called customer care they hung up on me after waiting for hours.

I purchased a sofa bed and it broke within a month of having it. When I called to speak to someone about the issue they asked me about a warranty on the sofa, however a warranty was never offered to me. As expensive as their furniture is it shouldnt be breaking in a month.

My husband and I went to buy 2 large benches we saw online. Everyone wore masks but at some point the person helping us made comment to hating wearing the mask and pulled his off of his mouth. This was upsetting. If it is a requorement to get in then the staff should wear theres, especially when working with customers.

Furniture from Ashley's is a hit or miss. You definitely have to try out their furniture in the store before you buy it. The quality of their furniture is varies widely. We bought a 11 pc sofa set from them over 5 years ago and it's ok. Still comfortable but I wish the seats were still firm; it started to go about 2 yrs ago. I haven't gotten new ones yet because we still have little kids. This store has a lot packed in there. The customer service is fine. You can definitely tell they work on commission because they stalk you throughout the store. But the two customer service reps I worked with were genuinely nice. Although I wished they had told me that delivery would have been free because we just moved here when we bought the items, instead I was charged $120. Although I've had relatively good experiences with them. I gave them 3 stars because they NEVER pick up the phone when you call.
Told me my furniture would be delivered wednesday so I moved my appointments painstakingly to Friday only to get a call saying that's when I would actually be getting my delivery. I made sure to tell the sales person this was important. What seemed more important than listening to my needs it was more important to get the manager to hound me about a 150 dollar delivery service. Sigh. Big corps suck.
Quality furniture and fast delivery!
My salesman Mukesh was great. He was helpful but not a hard sell. I spent one evening looking for chairs and recliners. And when I came back two days later I ended up getting a dual power recliner loveseat in the same brand. Excellent quality furniture and very comfortable. We have a great show room in Palmdale California it’s huge and has so many great pieces of furniture you could spend hours in there just looking around. I’m very happy with my purchase and I can’t wait for it to be delivered. I highly recommend Ashley furniture for their quality products and excellent customer service. I will be back when I need new furniture.
Terrible customer service. Olga was friendly but act like a stalker . I bought a dining set. When I had a problem she seemed annoyed. She was not the nice person who sold me the furniture. She was rude. So unprofessional. I went back with my daughter in law and she told other associates not to waste their time helping us because I don't spend money there. Even thou I bought a living and dining room set the next day.

My sales lady was not only very knowledgeable and patient with my pickyness, but she has a similar sense of humor to my own. I wanted to know the new mattress wouldn't shift when my husband starts flopping around and Jeanie actually hopped on the other side and bounced around like crazy and had me laughing. She and I exchanged a good couple of jokes about the design and utility of the bed I picked to go with the mattress...and she even entertained my 8 month old in her stroller while I called my husband to see if he liked what I was picking out and when there was an issue with the limit on my debit card and I had to call my bank to get them to raise it for this one time purchase. She even called me 2 days later when she found out there was a problem and I needed help taking my old bed apart to clear the way for the new one and offered to come 45 minutes out of her way to help me with it since my hubby is out of town working and a king bed is difficult to move alone when you have back issues. Talk about going above and beyond! I expected the whole ordeal of buying a new bed to be a nightmare being I'm very self conscious about testing furniture in public and very hard to please because I want everything to be just so, but Jeanie made it a painless and actually fun experience. Thanks so much for everything! I can't wait to have the new bed delivered next week!!

So I go into the store find a super comfortable and well built sofa and loveseat, it comes with tables, lamps, a rug, and accessories. We wait a month to get them, and not even near the same quality, they have dealt like they are going to fall apart since the day we got them

They have a good selection and what seem like deals or sales but everything is over priced, you must haggle to get them down. Our first haggle our saleswoman came down $1000, second time another $500 after asking the manager. The furniture is cheap and falls apart quickly. If you apply for credit (synchrony) through the kiosk it'll just tell you how much you're approved for without confirming if that's what you want.
Isac was very professional from the beginning. He was very helpful until the end , he showed me all the mattress options of the specific size I was looking for and he help me find the right one for me!!... I'm a return customer and I will be back for more items on the future THANKS to the wonder customer service of isac.

I have bought from ashley in the past, in store. I got my entire living room set and my dining room set there in 2013. We sat down and discussed financing options, and had a really good experience. Last month My husband and I went in looking for some new couches, because the spring in ours finally broke and it was more of a need than a want. We were looking around and saw a set we really liked as well as a recliner. We had everything in order but this is where we encountered the issues. The man told me that with all of the discounts for the current promotion, the total should be around 2100, which I thought was a reasonable deal, since it was the black friday sale and they had some good specials going. I was in love with our furniture. I told him we could go over the financing options, so we could place the order, that would be here before christmas, which was even more exciting. He took me to a kiosk and told me this is how they do their financing now, so I input the information, because he told me it would just give me the financing options to choose from, WRONG!! It signed me up for an Ashley Furniture Credit card, which is NOT what I wanted to do. After it was done I asked him why I now was a card holder, I did not want to open a credit card, he shrugged it off and told me that was the only way to get 0% financing. After that he proceeded to tell me, my furniture that he already quoted me 2100.00 for was going to be 3600, because now it "didnt qualify for the current promotion" when prior to me going through the steps of looking at the financing I was told it did!!!! AFTER I had the line of credit. I walked out with no new furniture, a new credit card and no choice but to buy my furniture through them because that line of credit was now open and I did not want to try and open another line of credit elsewhere. Long story short, be AWARE, they are sneaky!!!!!
I had no idea I was going to purchase a new living room set, I was basically browsing. Well Juan, my salesman was so positive and helpful I walked out of Ashley Furniture with a beautiful living room set. The furniture is super comfortable and will fit into my home perfectly. I’m excited to receive the furniture. Shout out to Juan for ALL of your help, you made me so comfortable with all my searches and changes. You were awesome. I’m happy I came in to browse furniture.
I am infuriated by the customer service at this location. We bought over $7k worth of furniture from them for a new home. The first night we went to put clothes into a chest of drawers, the slide on the drawer fell off. They said they'd have to send out a repairman.The repairman didn't come for two weeks and said he could probably fix it, but needed to order the new slide and that it would take a week or so to come in and here we are almost a month later and no part has shown up and I cannot get firm information from anyone. I would NEVER buy from them again.
During the initial visit to the store our salesperson failed to annotate everything we actually wanted so when our order arrived we were missing the couch we purchased. Luckily we weren’t charged and I SHOULD have checked the receipt thoroughly but I wouldn’t imagine I’d have to. The chest we received for the bedroom has a busted drawer which can’t be used and multiple attempts have been made to have it swapped for a new one. Unfortunately the company won’t simply swap for a new one. They want to fix the one that was delivered. It has been a month with no resolution. Bought brand new furniture and can’t use it.
After you have purchased Customer Service is Horrible and Managers dont have time to talk to you to resolve Problems they only have time to Sell !! They are done with you after the sale is complete.
Great furniture but bad service, I had ordered a tv stand with fire pit. My order came in 2 weeks late and to top it off they brought the wrong item. Very disappointed with Ashley homestore.

Bought a Table and six chairs..paid for delivery and set up..looks like the 3 stooges showed up at.my home.Dropped the box table to the floor..walked in and hit the chandelier...forgot and left one chair behind at the warehouse sonthe order was incomplete..waited an hour to confirm with the warehouse that the chair was there. They left and I didn't check the bottoms of the chairs due to all the confusion. Right leg was broken and built without washers and they put glue and paint to cover it.I called and they won't replace chair.I have to wait 3 weeks for a tech to come and fix the broken chair..never again..I called and am still waiting on the manager to call me...stay away

I wish I can put 0 stars due to their poor customer service. After purchasing over 20 thousand dollars of products they're refusing to replace a damage living room set due to poor quality. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau as this is not acceptable.

I’m happy with the employees at Ashley. I've purchased a leather recliner couch & bedroom set at different occasions. I noticed there is always a problem with their furniture. The furniture looks great but on both items I found defects. Yes they were fixed but it’s disappointing pay high price for low quality manufacturing.
Decided to shop around for a dining table here and enjoyed the staff and their help. Found what we wanted and left very satisfied.

First I came here looking for the perfect couch with my daughter and my pregnant wife. We are picky undecided family and especially when it comes to spending so much money. Then we met Shane and Chris two of the most amazing people I met in the sales industry. Shane helped us through the whole undecided part of the couch and then blessed us with it being free we bought a bed and got the couch free. He was courteous and so honest it was refreshing. Chris same thing he didn't even have to but went out of his way to assist my family and do whatever he could to help us even down to the point he fitted us for our personal pillow. I will come back every single time because it was just that good and if you don't believe me come and give it a try.

The customer service really awful. Twice bought from this company, I thought after 7 years they will improve, but came to found out, even worse. The delivery guys that set up the furniture was so lazy and missing part. We found out after 6 months later, but it's too late to file complaint. Living Spaces is much better. The customer service, the delivery guys very good.
I recently purchased two beds for my 9 and 12 year olds from Ashley HomeStore in Palmdale CA. I originally put up a great review for the crew that came out to assemble them. They were on time and professional. A few days later I walk in the room to get some sheets on those beds and get a nail in my foot. That of course made me wonder if any others were on the carpet and find 2 more screws and about 5 washers and lock washers. I'm glad I found these before one of my kids were playing and stepped on them. Im about to go back through the carpet again because now theres no telling how many other dangerous spare parts were left behind.
The sales rep was amazing but we had an issue with the bed we ordered it did not fit. I tried to return it and the customer service rep gave me the hardest time. She told us we're going to get are refunded back in a check if corporate approve it and it should take up to a month even know I paid with a card Debit card.
Bought a couple leather recliners. The sales associate pushed the 5 year protection plan on me, which I accepted because he explained that it covered polishing and care for the leather to prevent pilling/cracking. A couple years later I call to get that service done only to find out that that's not something the plan covers. I asked Ashley to make it up to me for misleading me into buying the protection plan. All they could do for me was offer discount to future purchases in store. wow, not even close to what I was asking for. Thanks for not helping out a customer Linda Cohen (store manager). *** Review Update *** Ashley store agreed to refund me half the protection plan cost, which I thought was fair. The store has a very big selection of all kinds of furniture. A bit pricey regular priced, but pretty good once you catch them on a sale.

Me and my husband came in looking for two bedrooms. One for us and one for our daughter, and I have to say Sabah Ahmed she was amazing and very very patient. My husband is very picky and particular on what he wants. She was very nice and very patient in showing us everything around. She was with us probably 3-4 hours maybe until my husband finally made yogis mind. She did everything that she could so we would leave happy with great deals for both bedrooms. And she did it. We are two happy customers! So if you ever go to Ashley’s in Palmdale and need assistance Sabah Ahmed she is your lady to go to. Thanks for your patience and dedication to us.

I purchased a loveseat set from Ashley I’m happy with their product and no pressure into our purchase. The only problem that Ashley has is their third party delivery company sucks they damage my door jamb and it’s been one week and nothing has been solved. They suck.
Great place to get furniture.
My husband and I went there looking for a recliner, a mattress and a frame. The sales person, Walter listened to what we were looking for, then he talked about “in store financing” as my husband explained he didn’t want a credit card. After 1:45 h of time we found out that the application with the “store” force the customer into getting a credit card, then Ashley store “buys” your debt and finance you as a third final party. Honestly, we truly consider all that should be told to the customer, also the full amount of purchases and how confusing is their website when the salesperson actually told us is managed by a third party. All third parties and not what we expected at all. Not recommended service or business from my personal perspective.

Taylor in customer service was great!!! I retured to the store because I discovered that my salesman charged me for a 5 year protection plan, which I never buy, that was quite expensive. I explained my situation and Taylor petitioned my concern to the store manager and they came up with a reasonable solution. I was very satisfied with Taylor's customer service. Thank you Taylor!!! By the way, my home looks like a model home, thanks to Ashley's furniture!!!

If you want to get a good deal purchase a tempurpedic mattress from Ashley's furniture and you can negotiate good packages with the manager for the rest of your purchases.
I never felt rushed into making a purchase. In fact I spent almost 3 hours deciding on not only furniture but also the small details (lamps, carpet, etc)they also worked with me re payment options All in all, a great experience
The showroom and staff are great, and good deals. I had a technical problem with my $3,700 purchase, (parts don't fit). So. I went through their technical support. Purchased and orderd the additional parts, installer came. Said what they sold me wont work. Okay. No problem. However, you cant call the store directly. You go through a phone service with commercials and stuff. After about 4 minutes of listening to their ads and prompts, I finally got "please hold". About 5 more minutes of holding I get an operator who will transfer me to the store. Another 5 minutes of holding. Then she back on line to say, she can't transfer me, it isn't working. So they took my number and said they will call me back immediately. NEVER HAPPENED. I have tried on three separate times/days to get a hold of someone in the store. So, on an average for me it takes about 15 minutes or so just to contact someone. Totally unacceptable phone customer support. I have to drive to the fricken store to talk to someone.

Great selection of furniture. The employees are really nice I just hate dealing with anyone who works on commission. I feel like I cannot take my time to browse around without being pressure to buy something.

Walter is amazing! He helped us find the perfect couch for our odd shaped living room. He was patient and took this time to make sure all the measurement would fit and helped us find a TV stand that would match will all our decor and the new couch. Most places don't have people as good as him who genuinely care. We will be back because of him!

I referred a friend to purchase some couches from Ashley located in Palmdale, CA. Upon delivery, the couches were MUCH darker than the ones in the showroom. We called the salesman and he referred us to the manager, Alex. When we told Alex he asked us to bring the cushion in to match it up. Upon arrival, the couch had been moved from its original location and was placed in a darker corner. It did not look the same as the one we saw before. The cushions were not an identical match either, still darker than the showroom. He then proceeded to make wise remarks to the effect that "he had told us so", made no apologies, and said to "have a nice day". We took photos of the one in the showroom and the one delivered. Noticeably different! The darker color was not a deal breaker, but his attitude was! He claimed they have special lighting which "lightens" the furniture over time. My issue is that furniture is purchased based on color, size, etc. So if I buy a light brown couch and it comes to my house chocolate color, I have an issue! I certainly did not need his rude remarks on top of it all! Will not be back and will not refer them to anyone in the future! I had never had this issue before but he is just a young and immature manager.

Will never buy anything from here again. Walked in and had a pleasant experience selecting 2 large pieces of furniture, but that stopped there. Furniture was suppose to deliver the day after thanksgiving, moved holiday plans to be home... furniture never showed. Contacted customer service and stated they never had me on the schedule and couldn’t get me furniture til a week later. Was so upset that I couldn’t make a decision then. Called back later that evening and they said they did have me on the schedule but not sure why it didn’t come. Shipping manager called me later and could get furniture in 2 days to me. Called Sunday morning to confirm time, and they stated they didn’t have me on schedule AGAIN!! Was furious. Long story short...Furniture finally came on Thursday.. 10 days after giving them $2k.

100% Worst experience, they are only friendly when you come in and once they know you are purchasing furniture. Agents being friendly but when processing it, always wrong! And even its a small piece of furniture it will take them hours to process it bec theres a lot of papers they wanted us to sign! This was not tbe 1st time that it happened to me. Recently, I purchase a set of lamps from them but it almost 2 weeks i have not receive it until now. I have been calling their store but it is just routed on their call center. Worst Customer Service Experience!
