⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Ashton Kingstrom! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ashton Kingstrom at Ashley Furniture in Redding. He truly went above and beyond and somehow made the impossible possible for our family. We unexpectedly needed to completely furnish an apartment for my senior mom—with less than a week to get everything done. I called Ashley Furniture on Sunday, lucky us Ashton answered my call , I explained our situation and our very tight timeline, and he immediately started working behind the scenes, making connections and figuring out how we could possibly pull it all together. We shopped on Monday, and by Friday, our mom’s apartment was fully furnished and ready for her! Because we were working with such short notice, there were understandably a few hiccups along the way. What impressed us most was how Ashton handled every single one of them. Instead of simply telling us something couldn’t be done, he kept looking for creative solutions and finding ways to make it happen. What really touched me was that even on his day off, Ashton called to reassure me that he would work things out for us because our personal situation mattered to him. That kind of genuine care and personal service is rare. This wasn’t just about selling us furniture. Ashton understood that we were trying to create a comfortable, beautiful new home for my mom during an important transition in her life, and he treated our situation as if it truly mattered.
