Good quality furniture and Ron was great

Good products, but customer service is lacking. Purchased a baystorm grey matching furniture set in July 2021 and it is beautiful. The product quality is good, price is good, and the delivery set up service is also great. The problem I ran into was calling their customer service regarding 2 different questions. The first was on the stock getting a matching mirror for my furniture set. The second question was on the 3 month delay on the furniture arriving when the expected time was 1 month. I know it's not their fault, but would of liked to hear back when they said they will call me back. They are bad at returning calls.

The prices online are misleading. Once in the store there are lots of extra zeros.

Bill and his team were great!! My husband and I had a lot questions and wanted to make sure that we bought the RIGHT couch that would fit our overly large living room. Bill took the time to make sure we had the accurate measurements. There was no high pressure sales and no pushy attitudes. He was just super genuine and wanted to make sure that we would love our new furniture item. Will shop again at this Ashley's store in a heartbeat.

Bought recliner. It almost broke my leg. Bill refused to help fix this. Remember mantra 'Help me, I've fallen n I can't get up'! Mostly go get what I want!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's nice to walk in and sit on furniture before ordering.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to just look around on our own. I don't like having someone following us around so that was nice. We found the perfect furniture and let the salesman know. He answered the few questions we had, informed us there was a discount available without us asking, and rang up our purchase. I'm really happy with our shopping experience and will return for future furniture shopping.

We purchased a sofa from this store. We had it delivered and our old sofa was removed. We really like the sofa. And is perfect for our home.

Huge selection, prices seem on point...but still a bit high compared to Bakersfield/Palmdale, etc... Sales staff were friendly and didn't hover around you the whole time.

Philip was the sales associate that helped me, was very kind and knowledgeable about the beds I purchased for my daughters. As soon as I entered I was greeted by all the staff and was told about there sales. The store was very clean and cool as usual.

Had a bad experience with the owner and manager. Sales manager lied on the 30 day return policy of trying out a new bed. And the manager refused to let us return the adjustable base. We never would have bought something like that to try if we couldn't return it because we weren't sure if we'd like something like that. Just beware.. They were super friendly to make the sale and then horrible customer service after. Disappointed and won't be shopping there anymore.

Staff was willing to help but not super knowledgeable. And as usual excellent Furniture choices with quality.

Great Customer Service! I traveled 2 hours away from Bishop to Ridgecrest. This was worth the travel and they also deliver to Bishop!! The store has a good selection of furniture which was helpful for myself in making my purchase as I like to see furniture in person. I never once felt pressured by the sales men and they were always helpful on every visit and phone call. Philip was polite and always helpful in gathering numbers and measurements and details about materials and fabrics. The store Manager Bill was also pleasant and helpful each time I had called with questions. This is what made my experience great, I had many options to view and had no pressure buying and all staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I needed to replace my old and uncomfortable sofa & love seat, and went window shopping for a sectional. I found something I really liked at Ashley Furniture, and the sales associate said that she just happened to be putting this unit out as a floor model, which drastically reduced the price. SOLD! :-) I've purchased from Ashley's before, but this guarantees I'll continue in the future.

Retail rep was in my face as soon as i stepped in the store. Reccommened that when a customer walks in give them space or ask if we need help, wait at 5min or so for customers to settle in. Other than that, not a hige selecrion, but you can always order from online. I bought a beautiful full leather couch, manuel couch. over 3000$ and payed off same day. Ashley does have better couches for better price l, its a haggling game. Know the value of what you buy before you go in.
