My sales gal was awesome and the delivery guy was great letting me know his timeline. I might have a concern with the chair itself. The padding on one arm is stuffed more than the other?

Rohnert Park location. Jenna did a great job showing us the style couch we were interested in and all the options available. Went home to measure and decide. Came back and she greeted us by name and completed our order in less than 5 minutes.

Quoc at Ashley Furniture was excellent! I spoke with him over the phone on a couch I was interested in and he gave me a quote at a great price. I went in person to look at the couch and Quoc helped with all my questions. He wasn’t pushy and he didn’t hover like most sales associates do. He gave me space to think things through and when I was ready to make a purchase he explained the price breakdown and protection plan. I can’t recommend Quoc enough if you are ever interested in making a purchase at the Rohnert Park location!

Horrible experience. The so called "President's Day" sale going on was nowhere I saw. I purchase a rocker recliner that I needed and of course was not on sale. Neither were the matching sofa and loveseat. None I looked at where on sale. After complaining, I was given a few dollars off but still ended costing me almost double the cost of the chair once they added in tax, warranty and delivery. I questioned the advertisement and let them know it was either false advertising or bait and switch if not both. They then went on to tell me the sale only applied to $6,000 or more so l pushed them more since it was not said like that. I was then told it was only in the "Hot Deal" section, which I also did not hear in their great "President's Day" sale. At that point the salesman called over the manager (?), which at that point I was fuming and excused myself from the store before my mouth took over.

We had THE best salesman ever!! Hi name was Saul. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and answered each and every question we had! We are so excited to get the loveseat we chose and it's coming in 4 days!! Also, Ashley has the most amazing warranty. We will certainly be back to purchase furniture again and we will highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for furniture moving forward.

Delivery was a nightmare… They delivered our kitchen table set to the wrong apartment number and then wouldn’t even come back to drop it off at the right one. What’s the point of asking the customer to be home to sign off on the delivery if you’re not going to do it. But hey, thanks for “fixing” the issue with a whole 25 dollars off on my next order -.-

I needed a mattress ASAP and no other store could deliver the mattress I wanted within the time frame I needed. Brandon was able to help me over the phone saving me a long drive to the store. Words can't express my gratitude!

AMAZING WORK! The delivery was fast and efficient, the three men were able to bring the couch in and set it up in a very timely manner. They were very kind and courteous throughout the interaction.

Great experience today. My wife and I were in looking for a sofa and met Esme. She showed us 3 different choices, explained each one of them in detail. With the information we had, we had to go home make a decision with the information and measurements that we had. We made a decision. I came back and met with Esme. She along with her manager Brandon made the transaction so smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Esme for all your help and expertise.

The response is mixed . Our sales guy , Robert was awesome ! We were cleared for financing and a delivery date was set . Then , got a letter from financing saying that the loan was denied . Went to the store , and had to replace the order . The staff was great and all , but , the financial snafu was a drag . I do find the associates in lab coats amusing . All they need are micrometers and stethoscopes !

I needed to bedroom furniture for over a year now but have been going through a stressful time. My dad and I went to Ashley Furniture in Rohnert Park and that is where we met Saul! He was very knowledgeable and put together an invoice of what the cost of everything would be with in 2 days. After we got the quote we drove up there and purchased 2 night stands and 2 dressers with a protection plan and white glove delivery. He went above and beyond my expectations, super personal and made what had been a very stressful situation for me 10 times easier. The following week my furniture was delivered by Demetrio and Jamie and they too went about and beyond. They unpacked everything outside leaving no mess and every time them entered the house took their shoes off while carrying the furniture which let me tell you was not light. All 3 of these gentleman were professional, kind and did a wonderful job! They kept me updated with the delivery schedule and placed everything perfect in my room. No damages, no mess, and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Rohnert Park as well as their delivery service. It is hard to come by good customer service these days and as someone who woks retail I understand the stress and struggles there can be but if we all took a moment to be like these guys the customer service experience on both ends would be much better. Thank you so much to all of you.

I’m a young adult who entered this store with my boyfriend. Upon entering, a sales man asked the people near us if they had been helped, they said yes. The same salesman walks past us, I give a smile thinking he will help us, and he continues walking away from us. Not one employee in the store spoke to us or helped us. I believe it’s because these employees are so worried about sales, they thought they wouldn’t get one out of me. Well, we weren’t there for fun, we were buying a couch and wanted help. Maybe don’t judge your customers by their cover and ignore them, that’s a pretty bad look on you. I have more than enough money to buy a couch, but will not be buying from you because of this.

Only gave them one star because I had to pick one but honestly not worth it. I just bought a couch $1799 plus tax that waa delivered in August 2025. When it was assembled by the delivery crew the frame was broken and I called Ashley and instead of delivering a new one I had to wait 3 weeks for a repair person to come and fix it at my house where I had to clean and he also did not want to take all the debris created because he claimed he had a very small car. That was the 1st issue now I have been contacting them since beggining of November because when I lifted the cushions to vaccuum under there is rips under the cushions. Also the cushions are already looking like I have had this sleeper couch for more than a year. I am the only one that sits on this couch as I live alone and dont think this should be happening this soon. I am going to attach pictures as well as screenshots of all emailing that has happened already and still nothing. I had bought furniture previously at Ashleys and never had an issue but clearly the customer service as well as the quality of furniture has declined. STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY AT THIS FURNITURE STORE. If my issue is resolved I will update info here. But I honestly doubt it since employee I have been emailing with didnt seen to care when I mentioned I was trying not to post a bad review and find a solution. I also called them and they said I had already subbmited everything but no response now.

Ashley is one of my favorite place to shop for furniture. I appreciate their quality pieces, reasonable pricing, excellent service, and overall convenience.

I just bought a sectional at the Ashley store and couldn’t be happier. The staff was very helpful. When they didn’t know an answer to my questions, they asked the supervisor come over and run through the order. The price was amazing for what I got and the delivery and set up was the very next week. Delivery guys couldn’t be nicer, quick and clean!

Im not sure if I would go back. Our delivery window 8am-11am on a Saturday, they showed up before 7:30am. One delivery person listened to our instruction to be careful to stay off the flooring that was not yet finished as it could break the edges. The other ignored and continued to walk all over. I purchased 3 bar stools from Ashley Furniture in Jan 2025. By March 2025, 2 broke. Nine months later, despite a tech visit, repeated calls, and even sending multiple photos, Ashley has still not repaired, replaced, or refunded me. I am requesting a full refund for all 3 stools. Customers should know Ashley does not stand behind its products.

Bought three pieces of furniture on August 10th. The first two pieces were delivered a couple days late, but that’s always expected. However, the third piece never came. After weekly calls with being promised “we have resubmitted the order”, I finally find out on September 28th that the order had been refunded and cancelled a week before without my consent or knowledge. I had to go in to re-order the missing item and was charged more than the price that I originally paid for the item. Ashley furniture hounds you with a salesperson as soon as you walk in the door, but good luck getting help if your order has issues.

I love thus store. Not only have i purchased many items from Ashley but their customer service is wonderful. The fact that their professional and courteous makes all the difference in where I choose to shop.

I've had a wonderful shopping experience with Ashley's furniture in Rohnert Park. Jenna my sales associate has a lot of knowledge about all the furniture in the store. She was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful with me picking out all my furniture, shes a great listener. I also want to thank the manager Sam for all her help. I found my dream dining table set on line, but went into the store to buy it. Had exceptional service during my purchase. It was delivered on time and assembled in my home by very efficient and courteous workers. The whole experience was 5 stars! Perfect!

I’m not sure how this store has such great reviews. My partner and I were in to look for a much needed new couch before our son is born. We walked in and started looking around at all the couch selections. We were in the store for about ten minutes at this point and saw many sales people not busy with other customers and talking among themselves. We were never greeted or asked if we needed any help. At one point we even started walking towards a group of them talking and they completely avoided us by walking in a different direction. We tried making eye contact even as they would walk by us and not one hi or hello was said. My partner and I have never experienced such a lack of customer service when entering a furniture store and what we felt was profiling. We couldn’t help but notice that everyone being helped was older and/or of light skin complexion. We came ready to spend upwards of 6 grand. We’ve never felt so upset/disrespected leaving a store.

I'm getting ready for my surgery n decided to go to Ashley's to get a New bed n frame in a Twin XL! Delivery was quick . One of the two men needed deodorant really really bad🤧😷🤮. We measure the mattress and it's a Twin size not the Twin XL., i slept on it 3 nights it's not working for me. We took the mattress out and i have been laying on the Bed frame ever since by stacking up comforters and blankets to give me some comfort since they said i have to wait 30 days to exchange it.

Sales person Saul was great & helpful. However delivery is a whole different story. They were supposed to deliver my loveseat today. When I had not heard from them I called. They had not received the loveseat at their store so would not be delivering it until their next scheduled delivery in October. I traveled 200 miles to be here to receive the delivery and they couldn’t let me know? I had thought to purchase another piece of furniture from them, but now I won’t. I just hope I actually get my loveseat.

My time at Ashley's yesterday was such a pleasure. It's such a beautiful store, laid out in a way that allowed me to easily walk around and browse without any pressure. A delightful young sales person named Brandon greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He listened to the reason that had brought me in, indicated where I'd most likely find the little loveseat for which I was searching and allowed me the freedom walk around the store. After locating the exact lovesest from the online ad, Brandon patiently answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the store's policies, the warranty, and delivery options. He made the purchasing transaction enjoyable and I can't wait to see my new loveseat in my livingroom.

Brandon greeted me at the door, was very helpful throughout my entire visit, listened to my needs and wants, and I left with a new piece of furniture on the way. Excellent experience!

Went in store looking for a night stand dresser and met with an assistant she was very nice and helped me find it with in minutes. She was understanding on what I was looking to find so she guided me to few items and I decided which one I wanted. Very courteous service.

We came in on Sunday looking for a specific couch and found it with the help of Saul. The only negative thing I can say is that Ashley furniture’s website lists items at a different price compared the a store. This couch was $100 less online, at this location. We were almost charged the sales floor price until I brought up the difference. This is odd and kind of shady in my opinion. Sales people and especially whoever is in charge of displaying price tags should be aware of price differences on their site. That could make or break a sale.

The employees at this location were so professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. From the very beginning when my family and I walked in, we just felt truly welcomed and valued as customers. If it was possible to leave zero stars for Ashley Furniture, this is what almost 4000 reviewers for Ashley would’ve done. The furniture in their showroom looks nice, but that isn’t what is shipped to you. In fact, They do not allow you to bring the furniture home if you bring your own truck; probably because They would not be able to make an additional $100-$200 to have their Ashley team deliver it. My husband and I made three separate visits to the Showroom because we wanted to get the perfect Counter height swivel chair for our home. When it arrived, It was not counter height. It did not swivel. The seat slanted slightly forward, Making you feel as if you could slide off it. We called Ashley to inform them, and they insisted on photos stating that a decision would be made within 72 hours. It has been almost a week. I had to email them to learn that they would be sending a tech to inspect the chair to make a decision on the many defects. In other words, Ashley has a zero no return policy on anything you purchase. Read the invoice receipt before you sign it and before you leave the store. Their sales people do not tell you verbally there is a zero return policy on anything you purchase. They intentionally do this so that you’re stuck with keeping their cheaply made furniture. Go online and read the thousands of negative reviews pertaining to their cheaply made furniture and there’s zero return policy. It is very unprofessional to sell merchandise without Having it verbally told to the customer that there is a no return policy on anything they purchase. We are still waiting for a technician to come and inspect the many flaws in this cheap chair to make his decision on whether it’s defected or not. Go to yelp Where you’ll find almost 4000 negative reviews, or one star, for Ashley’s. Zero return policy on anything you purchase. What store does that in America? Ashley’s will make the decision on whether there’s a defect in their cheap furniture, not the customer who uses it.

We had a very nice experience at Ashley furniture. There were many sales representatives ready to help us. Irene greeted us and explained how she could help or answer questions. She was available but didn’t pressure us. We literally tried everything in the store to find the right piece we were searching for. When we selected two chairs & a clock, Irene was able to put together a sales package. She went over the benefits of the service plan, which we also purchased. We don’t usually buy a service plan for furniture but decided to since both chairs were power recliners. Nice experience & Irene made it easy. Plus we came in during the holiday sale which helped a lot! Update: after a couple of months we found out our clock was discontinued. We called back again after we didn’t get our refund and was told the clock was on back order. After another month we found out again the clock was unavailable. It took a long time to get our refund and it was almost impossible to speak to a REAL person. (I hate AI customer service. note to Ashley AI is NOT customer service). This was frustrating so I edited my review to remove one star.

I went to Ashley to look for a living room chair to compliment my sofa pullout. STEPHEN came over as I was wandering & asked he could help. I shared with him & we proceeded to roam discussing my need etc. He was very polite yet extremely attentive! Tho he showed me a few i was not certain so he allowed me time to look on my own & when he came back i took him to a chair style i like but in blue. He said he would chk Online for other colors & found one to my liking..After billing, etc I noticed a $99 delivery charge which was explained to me as door to door delivery, setup and unwrapping...with one chair I thought it was a hefty charge......just very surprised by it! Just thought I would pass it on...but i was very pleased with STEPHEN'S salesmenship & personality!

She allowed us to look at different living room couches at our own pace yet was already to answer any questions we may have. I also was not refunded full amount other than delivery fee. Took 6 months to end up with no chair for $360. Highly dissatisfied.

I came in to purchase a couch for my 96 yr old mother. Robert Brisco helped us. I told him what I needed and he showed me several different couches. He answered all my questions and gave us prices. I selected one and he was able to give us a Father’s Day discount because my husband was a father. It was quick, easy and seamless. Wonderful service! Stephen was super-helpful. He listened to my ideal Wants in a sofa sectional, combined with the requirements of our small, weirdly laid-out living room space, and then spent quite a while showing me a few options and explaining/demo’ing all the features of each. He quickly measured each piece so I could come up with a configuration that would work. When I returned the following day with my husband, he cheerfully reviewed many of the things we’d already covered and showed us how to adjust various settings. All in all, it was more like working with a friend than a salesperson.

BEEN WAITING ON A NIGHTSTAND FOR A MONTH AND A HALF. Bought 2 marble top nightstands, on the delivery date one came broken. No biggie, things happen. I get a call to reschedule. Over a week goes by, and I get a call saying that they did an in-store inspection and the replacement night stand was also damaged, that they would contact me to reschedule (THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME, I CONTACTED THEM). 2 weeks go by and I call them, they say: "oh, the one we found was the previous model, as soon as I track one down I will call you today". (AGAIN, THEY NEVER CALLED, I CALLED THEM). A few days go by, so I call them and they say: oh, yeah, (THEY FORGOT, AGAIN!) these are the available dates. We agree on a date (I EVEN SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER to see if it could at least be delivered after noon, since I had missed classes due to dates that they never deliverd). 2 more weeks go by so I call customer service. TURNS OUT THERE WAS NO SCHEDULED DELIVERY ON THE SYSTEM!!! EVEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER!!!

Great communication and customer service. We were able to order everything we wanted and the rep bundled it to make it a good deal! Also ensured we got the delivery date we wanted. We enjoyed working with the rep and would definitely buy from them again.

Terrible mistake doing business with Ashley. 1.3 stars from all customers on Yelp for a good reason. Salesman Jose lied to me to get me to make the purchase. Delivery promised by Jose after work, so I wouldn't miss pay, delivery scheduled in the middle of the workday. Called delivery service and got the run around. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told THAT WASN'T AN OPTION!!! Called customer service to complain, told their computers were down, so they couldn't help me. Totally dishonest business. Stay far away.

My husband and I had not had a great experience here once before but decided to give it a second chance. The first time, my husband and I we're looking for a piece of furniture, and was followed the whole time. The guy "helping" us said he would give us space but would be standing maybe a chair length away from us. He also told us stories when we were trying to decide on a piece of furniture. Ultimately, we didn't buy from Ashley's. The guy that was helping us went to check something, so we found that as an opportunity to escape and leave the store. This time around, no one followed us, and the person helping us was actually very helpful at first. We were looking for a couch that would pull out into a bed and was shown the only option they had right away. The guy who was helping us left us alone to talk about and think about our options (color and size). We have a slightly smaller door frame and asked the man helping us if it would fit. He claimed it definitely would, and when I brought up my concern that it wouldn't fit, he said it definitely would. My husband and I brought up wanting to get measurements, but he didn't have a measuring tape and felt confident it would fit, so my husband ordered. They only have one delivery day available for my area, so my husband took the day off to be available to get the delivery. Day of delivery they let us know 10mins out that they would be here soon. As my husband and I thought the couch did not fit. They took the couch back same day, and my husband spent 45mins on the phone explaining over and over what happened to the person on the phone. The person said that my husband would get a refund in 24-48 hours. In the meantime, Ashley's sent 2 messages to my husband and 3 to me asking for a review. He didn't receive his refund, so he contacted Ashley's again, spent another 30mins on the phone with them, and went back to the store like the person on the phone said to. Once he got to the store, they told him this wasn't something they could help with in the store. He ended up getting his refund days later. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S!!!!! We ended up going to Valley furniture and were shown multiple options. We found 3 that we liked and picked from there. My husband and I brought a tape measure with us and was even offered one by the staff there. When it came time to place the order, they offered us a few different delivery days and times. Once we receive the couch, it fit perfectly, and we are so very happy with it. Highly recommend Valley furniture store!!!

ASHLEY cannot deliver their goods. They keep calling me for my address....I keep telling them what it is....they called to tell me they would deliver within the hour... Then they called me again... I was busy with water leaks on my property.so when I did not answer..They dropped me and and went on to someone else. I cannot tell you how many times.they keep contacting me.. The showroom was set up beautifully, and we were able to wander around without interruptions, but Jimmy was there to answer our questions if we had any. Found what we wanted, and he was so helpful in completing the sale. Very happy with our purchase!

I’ll be honest here. I had in my head that I did not want to go to Ashley for our new couches because I didn’t think they had quality furniture. But after visiting a few supposedly higher end stores and finding nothing of interest I had to at least take a look. Well, on my first visit, I found several couches I liked, but of course the one I liked best was the priciest, and had a six week delivery window. So I decided to see if I could find it online, and I did, from the Ashley store on Amazon. On Amazon, the same couch that was $3499 at the store was priced $1799, with free delivery the same week. I brought my wife back to the store to make sure she liked it, and while there, told the salesperson not to waste their time on us because we’d be buying online. She came back with the manager who offered to price match, and deliver same week. I accepted the offer and made the purchase. Delivery was $400 more, but I see value in having the couch (and loveseat) setup and the trash taken away. I’m giving 4 stars because I appreciate the price matching, and because the store staff were friendly. I’m not giving 5 stars because I somewhat resent finding the same couch for about half online, and having to play the price matching game. But I also get it. Times are tough for retail and they’re doing whatever they can to survive, which means getting as much as they can for each piece of furniture they sell, but having ample room to negotiate down. 100% seems like a crazy margin though, so it also is somewhat usurious.

Their customer service team was unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. After weeks of back-and-forth, they refused to resolve the issue and left us with a defective product. This company does not stand by their promises. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay far away! Email sent. No response.

Irene Thompson made our experience so great ! She went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy with our purchases. We weren’t seeing eye to eye on style and Irene helped us find a couch set that made us both happy. We were so grateful for her help we came back the next day to buy a dining room table. Management team and staff also were very helpful. Thank you Irene and the whole Rohnert Park Ashley’s furniture staff.

The employees that helped us in the store were not very helpful or kind. We were ordering for a lady with dementia and they were not patient and did not create a pleasant shopping experience. Also the first employee neglected to send our original order through the email, most likely assuming we would not be completing our purchase due to her condition, causing us to drive all the way back and reorder again.

Great Experience!

I was warmly greeted by Robert who took me to the selections available for the sofa bed I was looking for. We looked at sofa tables available and settled on one fitting my time schedule. Next he left me to pick out dining room chairs. My shopping experience went well. We’ve had good results shopping at Ashley.

Happy with store service and delivery set-up. One item was on back order and not delivered. Crew was polite, quick and efficient.

Shopping was easy and low pressure. We were greeted when we walked in, offered help, and then left to shop by ourselves, which we prefer. When we found the furniture we were looking for, the salesperson answered all of our questions, got the sale set up and the delivery in place. We have shopped here before and will return again.

I’m really disappointed with the furniture of my daughter’s bedroom set. The paint of the wood and the wood itself is really bad. We hardly have two months with it and it looks like it is old. The guy who installed it saying to me many times that the wood was cheap and it wasn’t good quality but that’s not what I heard from the sales person at Ashley. So I decided to give a try but it is really bad quality. I’m going to contact customer service for sure

We traveled to this Ashley store, which is about 60 miles away from our home and upon entering the store we were greeted by a woman sales clerk. She showed us some couches and she seem to be a bit confrontational and rude at times. We found the couch that we wanted, but chose not to purchase it at that time, because we did not feel that she earned her commission. After trying to order and pay for this over the phone, we drove back there to pay, but was told that due to a computer problem we could not proceed with the sale. We went back a week later and purchased the couch and was told it would be three weeks before the couch would be delivered to the store. We waited then traveled back there again to pick it up. This transaction could have gone smoothly if the sales clerk was nicer and more professional, we could have paid and ordered it over the phone and we didn’t have to travel there numerous times

Friendly low pressure sales staff. Knowledgeable about products they sell and they can’t answer your questions they will take time to follow up and find a answer your questions.

Irene is the absolute best! She understood what I was looking for and got me a great financing offer that included delivery and installation.

We came to Ashley to look for a couch for our first home. Irene walked us through what we were looking for, gave us some advice and mentioned things we didn’t even think about when looking for a couch! She walked us through the show room highlighting all of the features we wanted. We came back a second time with a better idea of what we wanted and although the couch we wanted wasn’t in the showroom, she showed us an example of the color on another couch as well as the firmness of a different couch that helped us confirm our decision on getting our new couch! She walked us through payment options and was able to get us a speedy delivery time. She was so knowledgeable of everything in the showroom and helped us feel very comfortable and ready for our first big purchase for our home!

The women at the further back desk are very judgmental. We purchased a sectional and coffee table and came in to change our minds before it was delivered. We picked a different sectional a bit more pricey and the two women working there were making faces as if we couldn’t afford the sofa. They later called someone for help to figure it out in there system and did not take us seriously at all. The women that helped us pick out and purchased our first sectional was amazing. I would not recommend coming to Ashley in Rohnert park if you are young. They will assume you can’t afford anything and will automatically assume you are financing.

I purchased 2 nightstands from Ashley Furniture about 1 year ago. Just barely over a year after purchasing them, I was noticing saw dust inside of both cabinets. I cleared everything out to find tiny beetles in the saw dust and access holes where they came out of. I hired an exterminator who educated me that they were powderpost beetles. They noted that these bugs often occur in the manufacturing process when wood is not dried out properly. The exterminator encouraged me to throw them away and reach out to the manufacturer. I reached out to Ashley furniture and let them know and requested a refund since this was an issue with their manufacturing process. They said that because it was a a little over a year, it was outside their warranty and there was nothing they could do. I shared with them that wood-boring pests (powderpost beetles) in their products is something I would hope they make exceptions for, especially given I was barely out of warranty. I was ignored from this point on. I am beyond disappointed in the customer support I received and in Ashley furnitures willingness to stand behind a mistake in their products. I will never purchase from here again and would caution others before they do also. The risk of wood-boring pests is not worth it.

Highly disappointed with the sales team that insured my family and I that the sofa purchase was a hardy and long lasting purchase. Long story short we had to call the product protection company out “5”Xs. Then, we were told because of our troubles we would have store credit at the time by store manager Cody and Robert who was our Salesman vouched for it as well saying there would not be an expiration date on our store credit and to come in at our convenience. We were greatly appreciative for that. Fast forward some time passed I went in to honor our credit and make a new purchase with it and was instantly told “Cody no longer works here, and your “”so called credit no longer exist”. Again, disappointed coming from such a well known company.

Robert was super helpful, but wasn’t overbearing or pushy at all. Huge showroom and nice prices. The setup and delivery with packaging removal is super cool also!

I went to Ashley looking for a bed frame. Wouldn’t normally leave a review for something I had a good idea of what I wanted. However, after meeting Sales Rep Daniel, I had to write a review. This guy is amazing! He is knowledgeable and gave appropriate time to think and confer with my wife, but was always in ear shot for the next question. To me, this is the perfect sales rep. If I owned a company that sold things I would put him as the lead sales rep and pay him an exuberant amount of money. Thank you Daniel, I wish you the best in your future, you deserve it.

REVISED: The store was great, but I have had the absolute WORST time with customer service! They do not allow returns, so unless you know exactly what you want, I don't recommend buying here. I am trying desperately to get help with an exchange. The chair that I sat in when I visited the store fit me perfectly. What they delivered does not. My feet don't hit the ground like they did in the store, so the chair is in constant motion and I get motion sick when I sit in it, which in turn gives me migraines. I called Ashley Corporate, they said I had to talk to the store. I went in and the salesman said that the store chair on the floor is 3 years old, so it was worn down and that is why my feet hit the floor. The lady at the CS desk said that she would email corporate. They of course denied the request. I am just trying to get a manager at corporate. I called them again and asked for a manager and after quite the run around, a lady who sounded exactly like the first one I spoke to said that she was a manager and that she would email them. I have not heard back and that was almost a month ago. They are the only chairs I have in my house, so I have to sit reclined or not at all.. I hope to get this resolved soon. I just want non-rocking recliners. Original post: I was I and out in 15-20 minutes from walking in the door to choosing my chairs, ordering and paying. I am looking forward to getting some comfortable chairs to sit in! The salesman was knowledgeable and able yo answer every question I had.

I walked into Ashley‘s furniture in Rohnert Park and was met by Daniel who has got to be one of the most outstanding customer service people I have ever experienced. He helped me locate and purchased the perfect furniture for my office within 30 minutes. If you need furniture, check these guys out.very much did you have anything else that you wanted?

Edit: Changing my review to 1-Star from 5-Star. The outdoor table set that was delivered 5/21/24 developed a ton of cracks on the table’s border frame by November (<6 months) through fairly temperate weather in the Bay Area CA. The cause appears to be the design with how the table slats are pinned to the border. This doesn’t allow thermal expansion which is a necessity for outdoor furniture construction. I turned this into Ashley 12/6/24. After getting the run-around with their Offshore call center and not having my call returned, I finally made some progress and they admitted it was a manufacturing defect and offered a replacement. However, a replacement wasn’t acceptable to me since it is an inferior design and the cracks will likely happen again. I raised the issue with the store in Rohnert Park. They said they would get with the Regional Manager to see about a return/refund or credit. They never called back. I called back and they said corporate had approved a credit but not one reached out. I indicated that a credit isn’t the ideal situation since it would reduce my buying power since we bought the set on sale and it would also put more money in Ashley’s pocket if we couldn’t find an equal or more expensive option. I asked to escalate the claim further and the representative told me to call corporate. I asked for the phone number. She told me to Google it and hung up on me! I’ve now filed a complaint with the BBB. Ashley initially reached out and was congenial. However, they came back with a rejection on return/refund and offered a credit for the amount paid. I had further questions on the terms of that credit but also asked them to re-assess the return. The representative said she would do so and get back to me Monday. She never called back. I left 3-4 messages for her with no returned call. I added an update to my BBB complaint and rather than calling me back, Ashley Furniture responded to the BBB thread incorrectly stating that I rejected their offer when in fact I rejected nothing since the representative agreed to re-review the claim with management and get back to me which never happened. I hope Ashley will take accountability for the products they sell and are strong arming their customers after the fact and causing them to jump through hoops. This claim started 12/6/24 and we are now here on 2/3/25. Update to follow. Original Review: Great experience. No pressure. Salespeople gave good space while being available for questions and conversation. Item prices were set as they should be so there was no need or option for haggling, deal making, or other annoyances.

I was greeted by a sales associate as I entered the store and she did follow up with me several times. I really wanted time to browse but I do appreciate the service. When I had finally found a sofa I liked I did find this associate who eagerly helped me.

I ordered a bed waited a week for delivery when it got there. (I have already. Discarded the old furniture).It was the wrong product they had to take it back.I went to the store and they could not get me a replacement.They expected my 84 year old Mom to sleep on the floor they had no solution for me and then I could not even get a refund $900 Not to mention it was an astronomical price for a twin XL bed frame. Now I have to wait for my money till they decide they can give it back. I cant buy a replacement until my funds are returned. She cannot sleep on the floor they said they understood yet have no solution. I had to put her up in a motel room like I can afford not to get my money back and put her in a hotel room and or purchase a new one all at once. I will never buy from Ashley again. And I've been buying from there for at least 15 years.

I like Ashley. I had previously worked with Ali, super great guy, and didn’t hover. I loved it that this time we asked if I could just purchase what I wanted, and luck have it, I could. Or I would have had to pay an extra $100 over the price of what I had to have it delivered, and my purchase was $99.00- Which I would have just walked away. No sale. Sorry to say I give Ashley only 3 stars, because of the “hovering” factor of your sales people. If your prices were not so good for furniture I would look elsewhere because of the sales people following you around so much. Obnoxiously! Ali was great tho and I appreciate him for that. You might want to have your sales people lighten up on that a lot! I know people that won’t step foot in your doors because of that reason. Again I’m happy with my purchases. My living room looks great.
