The employees were very helpful and courteous they got me exactly what I needed
Joelene Collins was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. In my previous visit I felt uncomfortable with the person who helped me. Joelene was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
Azkah was very patient with us while we tried to figure out the exact space we had and configuration that would work for us.
Price was good service was excellent
We're very happy with the couches we ordered. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and competent, the furniture arrived on time, and the delivery men set it up and even applied the protectors to the legs of the couches so it wouldn't scratch the floor when they got them set up.
The employees are very kind and helpful. We were not pressured into a quick sale. Greg helped us find just the right chairs for our needs.
I went in today because I bought a couch from them about a year and a half ago. I was told by the saleswoman at that time if I needed replacement cushions to talk to them. When I went I. Today I was greeted by a rude saleswoman who stated they don’t order replacement cushions and there was nothing they could do. The manager approached and was very rude and stated I could just buy another couch for less then a thousand. I told them I couldn’t afford this he just walked away. I asked the saleswoman if I can talk to someone about a place I could order them myself she said we don’t do this kind of thing for customers. Well I walked out I said I will never buy anything from them again. I will never walk in or buy anything from them again. I don’t recommend this store. Rude staff and management
I went to Ashley Furniture in Rohnert Park, CA shorty after shoulder surgery. I found my old couches no longer comfortable since surgery was too hard to use the recliner function and they only reclined to two positions. I went looking at a few stores but the pain had made me anxiety ish so shopping was hard. Ashley furniture had the perfect replacement couches that had power recliners with infinite positions and went much further towards flat than my old couches and the recliner switches were on the inside of the end of the couch not the outside plus had usb to plug in phones or iPads. The salesman was really nice and helpful and we got a good sales price. The one star review is after the couches (2) were delivered we found the seat base was MISERABLY hard. The demos in the store were soft and comfortable. The couches that were delivered were awful. I went back to the store to make sure I wasn’t making up in my head how bad they were. The store demo couches were nice and soft. To confirm I wasn’t crazy I went back a second time with my significant other (we purchased them together) and she agreed the store couches were good and our new couches were hard as rocks. The seat backs were good just part you sit on was no good. I called the store the second day we had them and the person that answered was cold and not helpful. They made ZERO effort to help us or work with us other than say we had to call the National service department (not sure what they called it) and have a technician come check them and they probably wouldn’t do anything for us since the couches were functional and did not have actual physical defects. We had to wait for a month for the technician to come. He was good and honest. He felt how hard the new couches were and said without hesitation they were too hard. BUT the only thing he could do was order new cushions and replace them. It took another month or more to get the cushions…argh!!! The cushions finally came. There was never any follow up to replace the cushions and the cushions are still sitting in my garage 5 months after purchasing the couches. We went to store and asked the manager to help us. He basically said they have a no refund policy and only thing we could do was work with there National service or repair department. Was not very helpful at all and to me didn’t seem to care. Basically our problem and we were stuck with rock hard couches. I asked him if we could swap for store couches and he said it was a possibility and I felt he said that just to appease us and get us out of the store. Did not feel genuine at all. I was so frustrated I gave up trying so I called my credit card company and disputed the transaction. No response from Ashley furniture, then finally they called and left a message. I tried calling the person at Ashley Furnitures direct line that they left on my voicemail. I got no answer and no voicemail. I tried again …same. I called the stores general number and got stuck on long term hold and gave up. Since they made pretty much ZERO ZERO effort I quit making effort and was unwilling to wait forever and hopefully get thru to someone that had any ability to do anything except direct me to the nation repair service. Then the other day the manager of the Rohnert Park store sent a letter via UPS asking me to call the manager within 72 hours to pay my balance for the couches. I tried calling his direct number …no answer and no voicemail so I then tried online chat and asked for the managers email. I explained most of the above and said I was now unwilling to talk to anyone until I had the managers email so I could document my story. They wouldn’t give it to me. They said they would pass the transcript of the online chat to the store. Been three days no email or phone calls. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED…don’t even want the couches anymore just looking at them stresses me and we have kept them covered for 5 months now so we wouldn’t damage them and they would be returnable. I would give Ashley Furniture a zero star if I could.
