Daniel J. Greeted me shortly after walking in the door. Gave me a few to walk around then asked if I was looking for something specific. I gave him the info of what I was scouting out and he walked me to an area that had options of what I was looking for. He did some pricing and measurements for me, as well as answered a lot of questions I had. I finally picked one out and purchased it. Daniel was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and proficient at his job. Thank you for your help and good luck in the AF!

I went to Ashley looking for a bed frame. Wouldn’t normally leave a review for something I had a good idea of what I wanted. However, after meeting Sales Rep Daniel, I had to write a review. This guy is amazing! He is knowledgeable and gave appropriate time to think and confer with my wife, but was always in ear shot for the next question. To me, this is the perfect sales rep. If I owned a company that sold things I would put him as the lead sales rep and pay him an exuberant amount of money. Thank you Daniel, I wish you the best in your future, you deserve it.

My boyfriend and I are moving into a condo and we were desperately in need of a new couch. We arrived at Ashley Furniture in Rohnert Park where we were greeted by Daniel Jenkins. Daniel was amazing start to finish. He helped make the selection of finding a couch we loved super easy and made the whole process go smoothly and efficiently. REVISED: The store was great, but I have had the absolute WORST time with customer service! They do not allow returns, so unless you know exactly what you want, I don't recommend buying here. I am trying desperately to get help with an exchange. The chair that I sat in when I visited the store fit me perfectly. What they delivered does not. My feet don't hit the ground like they did in the store, so the chair is in constant motion and I get motion sick when I sit in it, which in turn gives me migraines. I called Ashley Corporate, they said I had to talk to the store. I went in and the salesman said that the store chair on the floor is 3 years old, so it was worn down and that is why my feet hit the floor. The lady at the CS desk said that she would email corporate. They of course denied the request. I am just trying to get a manager at corporate. I called them again and asked for a manager and after quite the run around, a lady who sounded exactly like the first one I spoke to said that she was a manager and that she would email them. I have not heard back and that was almost a month ago. They are the only chairs I have in my house, so I have to sit reclined or not at all.. I hope to get this resolved soon. I just want non-rocking recliners. Original post: I was I and out in 15-20 minutes from walking in the door to choosing my chairs, ordering and paying. I am looking forward to getting some comfortable chairs to sit in! The salesman was knowledgeable and able yo answer every question I had.

My husband and I enjoyed our shopping experience, we purchased quite a bit; however, we felt a little rushed and they charged us $100.00 more to deliver than quoted because we bought so much. It was a buy more save more event, I don't understand their logic. I thought that was tacky.

I ordered a bed waited a week for delivery when it got there. (I have already. Discarded the old furniture).It was the wrong product they had to take it back.I went to the store and they could not get me a replacement.They expected my 84 year old Mom to sleep on the floor they had no solution for me and then I could not even get a refund $900 Not to mention it was an astronomical price for a twin XL bed frame. Now I have to wait for my money till they decide they can give it back. I cant buy a replacement until my funds are returned. She cannot sleep on the floor they said they understood yet have no solution. I had to put her up in a motel room like I can afford not to get my money back and put her in a hotel room and or purchase a new one all at once. I will never buy from Ashley again. And I've been buying from there for at least 15 years.

I like Ashley. I had previously worked with Ali, super great guy, and didn’t hover. I loved it that this time we asked if I could just purchase what I wanted, and luck have it, I could. Or I would have had to pay an extra $100 over the price of what I had to have it delivered, and my purchase was $99.00- Which I would have just walked away. No sale. Sorry to say I give Ashley only 3 stars, because of the “hovering” factor of your sales people. If your prices were not so good for furniture I would look elsewhere because of the sales people following you around so much. Obnoxiously! Ali was great tho and I appreciate him for that. You might want to have your sales people lighten up on that a lot! I know people that won’t step foot in your doors because of that reason. Again I’m happy with my purchases. My living room looks great.

I would definitely not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. We bought a living room set. Ashley was only giving a partial delivery because the couch we had purchased wasn’t available when it was supposed to be. The ottoman looked much smaller in their giant store, it’s far too big for the living room. When I called them immediately after delivery they told me since I didn’t send it back with the truck they wouldn’t let me return it. Since it was a partial delivery, so they would be back in a week, it seemed it would be easy to take the ottoman then. They refused and of course I canceled the rest of the furniture. Very inflexible and uncooperative. My feeling is I was willing to work with them on the partial delivery they should have worked with me on the return

I bought my couch on 12/30 and they told me deliveries were booked until 1/24. I booked the 1/26. I asked how deliveries worked and the sales person told me they would call me the day before to set up a time to deliver. I never got a call today 1/25, so I called the store. The person I spoke to said they don’t have my couch in their warehouse and they are waiting for it to be delivered from overseas. She said, “it looks like someone rescheduled the delivery for 1/31.” Which I wouldn’t have minded but they never called to confirm that day or communicate the issue! I got rid of my old couch yesterday expecting to get a new couch tomorrow. Am I supposed to use camping chairs for the next 5 days?! I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold. The hold lasted so long it hung up on me. I called back twice and no one answered. 2 hours later, I finally spoke to the manager and asked if I could get a sooner delivery date or at the very least, my delivery fee refunded. He said they aren’t allowed to do discounts. Great customer service Ashley.

The store stood by the warranty - less than two weeks from the expiration. They guided me through the claim process and made things easy.

I just went to Ashley Rohnertpark to discuss about my Tempur-pedic mattress I brought it from there that has a little issues but all they did was gave me number of Tempur-pedic without listening the real issues and told me they cant do nothing, they think i dont know how to get number . Just they are doing is passing the ball.😡 Never again.

The furniture I ordered was on back order but that was alright. They gave me a notice that the furniture would be available Wednesday after thanksgiving, but it got delayed. A week later it got delayed again due to being damaged in shipping. This is ridiculous for how much I paid for in shipping 12/9/23 Update: I just got a confirmation email for re-delivery later next week. But the address listed was different than the one I put in. It was correct in my previous two confirmation emails so I don't know what happened. I went to change it and despite it being 100 feet away, my shipping date was automatically canceled and I was received a message that it would be another 48 hours until it can even be scheduled. I'm so close to just canceling and going elsewhere

I got the Sophia sectional which I love!! My boyfriend, son and I went to this location already having this sectional in mind. We were walking around the store trying all the different couches when we finally came upon the Sophia one that was in my online shopping cart. Right at that moment one of the store managers noticed us and began to assist us. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He called over a colleague to also assist. As it happens, the colleague had bought that couch for himself 6 months ago and the manager was also about to buy that one as well. They both agreed that it was the best bang for your buck. They also talked me into getting the couch installed by their team, which I was hesitant about but now so so thankful for. The delivery took less than a week and the install was so easy and stress free.

What a joke of a store and "quality" furniture. They run it like a high-pressure used car lot. And salesman follow you around. It's a poor way to run a company and an insult to potential quality customers. I get some people who need help, letting the customer come to you or at least letting them know you're there to help them with any questions is less pushing unwanted sales pressure. Read the room! Definitely disrespectful.

Disappointing. Feel like it is happening more often than not these days when stores close prior to the listed closing time. Drove all the way out here from afar to check one dresser. Arrived 25 minutes prior to the store closing, which is plenty of time to look at the one dresser, only to find all the doors locked and lights inside dimmed. If you want to close at 8:30 than list 8:30 not 9 pm.

Bad experience. We bought a couple of accent chairs and when they delivered one of the chairs was without the box only plastic wrapped. It had a huge stain on it. We talked to the manager and we told him we want to get a replacement or returned and they said we can't return them nor get a refund. It's really frustrated. Worst experience buying from Ashley.

I went to Ashley’s to look at sectionals. I was greeted at the door by Ralph who assisted me. There was no pressure and Ralph was thoroughly courteous and professional even helping me pick up some clearance items. Purchasing the sectional was easy, quick and Ralph did not encourage me to buy any extras. I called customer service, and they said someone from the store I bought from would call me today to update me, and not to my surprise, no one called me. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. Very shady business practices. Edited: After receiving the furniture, it was the wrong type of fabric. Multiple salesmen told us it was the same fabric as seen in the store, only a different color, which is what we wanted. When it arrived it was a different type of fabric. I don't blame the salesmen, because I saw their booklet they use, and it showed that the couch came in a different color, but the same type of fabric. This means that the catalogue printed by Ashley was incorrect. We even called and spoke to someone at corporate, and they said that the color we wanted did not exist in the type of fabric we wanted. We refused the delivery and did not accept the sofa, so we are getting a refund. Thanks for wasting our time. Although we didn't care for many of the designs, there were some we loved, and Ali (a salesman at Ashley) helped us out a lot. We felt like we got a good deal, and a beautiful piece of furniture! Now to wait for it to be delivered.

Rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had. Can in to buy 2 couches that I had looked at the day before. Rude mouth breathing moron at the front greeted us and mid sentence of me responding completely disregarded me to try and hit on an older lady that walked in behind me. Ended up walking out after “sales manager “ was also rude and told me “ you won’t find a deal like that anywhere ” and walked away. Who ever owns this establishment needs to know you are losing money because of your rude staff.

Thanks Greg and Raj! BUYERS BEWARE ***Follow up to my review*** Warning to future customers. I read reviews of Ashley and found very negative reviews. I understand and understood that people go through different interactions. The day our bedroom set was being delivered, the delivery truck stopped on our steep driveway. I noticed it was there for awhile. It finally made its way up and once the driver finished backing up, he opened the back roll up door where there was another delivery guy holding furniture up off other pieces. He explained that things were not secure and fell on top of eachother. Once everything was brought in and put in place, we (drivers and me) looked over and discovered several issues. Dents, cracks, broken drawers, missing parts, uneven bed side rails . It was noted and stated that replacement parts, and that a service technician would be out to make everything right. I’ve scheduled two appointments, made arrangements to my schedule and my wife’s the day we were expecting Ashley’s technicians to arrive. Both scheduled days, no one showed up or called. They denied ever scheduling service or knowledge of such. After several calls to the local Ashley, the manager and salesman are never available, on lunch, not working today. Still waiting for the call that’s been promised to me. Buyers beware!

Buyer beware Ashley Furniture in Rohnert Park, CA. Store manager Raj and sales manager Gabriel. They have a NO return policy on mattresses. We literally just took delivery of a brand new mattress, immediate recognized it was not what we bought, called to return and were denied. We purchased a new Bedroom Set, including a Bed headboard, rails and footboard with storage, along with a bureau (chest of drawers) and a Sealy Princeton Mattress. Upon receiving the delivery today (8/18/2023), we immediately noticed the mattress as being very soft. We spoke with the sales rep, and the store manager of the importance of having a medium firmness mattress. We were sold a specific mattress and were told a medium firmness mattress would be delivered. We did not receive a medium firmness mattress - we received a very soft mattress. We immediately contacted the local Ashley Furniture store in Rohnert Park where we purchased the mattress and spoke to the sales manager (Gabriel). Gabriel explained that they have a (NO) return policy for mattresses. He would not work with us, and essentially explained that we had no possible resolution, and that we bought what we received. We have reached out to Ashley Corporate, as well as Ashley customer service in efforts of resolving this situation. Ashley Corporate explained that since we purchased the mattress in a local store, that specific local store creates their own policies for purchases and returns. In fact, we found that if we purchased from Ashley online, there would have been a 90-day comfort guarantee in which we would be able to return the mattress and find the best one to our desire. Additionally, there are many other local Ashley stores, in Ohio as example that offer the same 90-day comfort guarantee. It is simply that this local Ashley Furniture store, in Rohnert Park, CA managed by store manager Raj, with sales manager Gabriel, that does NOT offer a return capability. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They made no efforts to remedy the situation. If you are in the market to purchase a new mattress, we recommend NOT to purchase from Ashley Furniture - whether locally or online. Neither online customer service, nor local customer service is willing to help in this situation.

Store sales weren’t the issue. Once our couch was delivered we realized it hurt my fiancés back plus not the comfort we experienced in store. With 72 hours I called to return the couch and was told between 24 to 72 hours approval would be done and I’d be contacted. Nothing four days later called again and still no response really frustrating bad business!

Went to look for a couch and had special needs for our dogs. Found something and ordered…to make a long story short they cancelled and refunded us with no notice!?! At this point I was at 1 star. Have to say though, locally Jenna and Gabe in rohnart park stepped up and we left today with another couch at a great price. They clearly understood the challenges we endured and recognized it completely with included making us whole on our new deal—-it certainly wasn’t fun for them because it was all about their call centers/delivery/etc etc outside of store. Anyway. There are some big plus’ to this place. I would recommend a few things operationally(corporate/sales perspective). 1. While saying hello here is a big priority saying goodbye or “have a nice day” seems to not exist while you’re exiting -a little awkward and just some feedback especially when there are like 4-5 sales folks taking to each other at the door. 2. Corporate customer service and local need to communicate better. Sometimes you wanna just talk to your local person. 3. 1-2 follow up phone calls are ok. After that your probably being ignored(just truth). All feedback in good faith and spirit to Ashley’s as a whole and not any slight about any one person. Again—Jenna and Gabe made it worth the experience and our trip. Thanks again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the company itself is a joke, don’t waste your money on any Ashley furniture stores. We paid for warranty for our bed frames and it took forever to get a hold of someone in customer service. Once we finally got someone to talk to I needed to send photos of the damage via email, still no response from them. Finally a few days later I finally decided to call again and whoever picked up helped me make a technicians appointment. I had an appointment for them to come and check the damage to see what needed to be replaced that same week. NO CALL NO SHOW. They then decided to call TWO weeks after they were supposed to come and wanted me to call them back to make another appointment. I decided not to waste my time any longer. They did not notify me at all if they were going to show up or not and had the balls to call weeks later, yeah no. Don’t waste your money, go buy from a local furniture store that is not a big name company!!!

My wife and I were looking to make some changes to our family room and when we came into the store we were greeted by Ali Shimi. He ask us how he could help us and began showing us different TV cabinets. He took time to show us what was on display and checking what was in the warehouse. This was my last purchase at Ashley Furniture. Have spent over 15k in their store in the last year. Bought a tempurpedic matress and adjustable frame. I was told by the sales associate that they would take my old matress AND box spring. They delivered the bed and associated furniture but refused to take old matress and box spring as agreed apon. Gabriel, the manager at the Rhonert Park store, was completely useless at helping resolve the issue. What good is a $100 gift card to a store i wont shop at again? Once they make the sale and the commission they wash their hands of the situation. Now I'm stuck with a matress and box spring with no where to store it. The "best" they could do was tell me someone will contact me in a few days to schedule a pick up. Congratulations on losing another customer. If I could return my leather living room set and Tempurpedic bed I would and gladly spend my money elsewhere. Also worthy to note that CA state law (AB-187) requires pick up of old matress/box spring upon the delivery of the new ones without charge. I'm sure they will use all 30 days of the grace period to take care of issue.

He answered all my questions kindly. The next day, I visited the store and he showed me what I was looking for and he also made other recommendations. I ended up buying what he recommended. The next time you visit the store ask for José, I really recommend him.

Furniture that arrived broken was not replaced after 4 months, I was given a refund and now need to find a new piece for the room. They also overcharged for a clearance item and refuse to correct it.

Gabriella is amazing! Highly recommend asking for her for your purchase. She’s attentive, warm and very helpful in selecting the perfect piece for your home.

Just letting everyone know to please go with Gabriella Rodriguez when coming into Ashley’s furniture. She was very professional and respectful towards me and my family. She provided us with all the information that we needed and walked us around the store showing us a lot of different options for our home. Gabriella is also bilingual and speaks great Spanish.

Bought a queen mattress for my horse trailer at a reasonable price in Rohnert Park Jim was super helpful. He provided good customer service and wasn’t pushy like sales people can be. I would recommend him as a sales person to friends looking for either a Mattress or furniture.

Did you know Ashley furniture donates mattresses to kids in need? Either did I! If you know someone who may benefit please pass the word.

I shopped at 5 other furniture stores before walking into the Rohnert Park Ashley store I was greeted by a young man named Q. He greeted me with a healthy smile, and asked me how I was doing, then asked me how he could help. I told him I was looking for a recliner chair, and he said there was plenty of choices and preceeded to show me the show room floor. He asked me what type of recliner I was looking for and I told him. I sat in in few models, and then I asked him about the love seat recliners. He showed me a couple of models, and then showed me the black Friday deal, and that was the deal I was looking for! He was knowledgeable about the recliner I wanted, everything I needed to know he had the answer. It was a clean deal, not to long, and he was happy with my choice of recliner. I was very happy about my purchase and I can't wait for the recliner to be delivered. I'm very happy I came to Ashley furniture store to find the recliner I was happy with.
