Awful experience. Will never buy again at Ashley again. Sales person ordered the wrong sofa. Customer service never helped me. All they did was avoid me until i got tired. Ended up with what i didn't want. Beware!!!

We made purchased from the store in Rohnert Park. The sales man who dealt with my family was very sweet and we were excited to have purchased from your business at first. Once my items had arrived from my room, we quickly noticed and all the drawers were set up wrong and we're crooked. My nightstand was also set up wrong and was very noticeable. After that we started setting up the bed frame and noticed that it was the wrong one. It was similar to the one we ordered but different. I don't know if it was the store or factory who did this but just know your costumers deserve better. I also think you guys should train the workers who put the pieces together, you could tell everything was rushed. I'm so so so disappointed. My dad and I had to take things apart and reinstall them. Please work harder to be a better store.

Bought a bedroom set in July. Had it delivered but was missing legs. They confirmed they were ordered and would be sent to us. I have now made 4 phone calls and have been to the store twice. Still no legs have been delivered. Advice is do not accept delivery unless everything is there. Customer service is horrible. Purchase was made at the Rohnert Park store

FIRST--WE WAITED 5 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY AND THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER 3 SEPARATE TIMES AND THEY EVEN CHARGED ME MORE THAN WHAT THE AD PRICE WAS!! NO ONE WOULD HELP ME SO I RESEARCHED THE CORPORATE OFFICERS WHICH ARE BELOW FOR EVERYONE!... The Store Manager in Rohnert Park that intentionally screwed up my order because I complained is David Smith, the sales rep that took my original order and lied to me and was very rude was Omar and finally the corporate officers that I wrote to is the CEO- Mr. Todd Wanek and Senior VP is Mr. Kurt Haines AND The Senior Officer in charge of Operations is Mr. Greg Kammer! Kammer's email is..greg.kammer@ashleyfurniture.com. And for the record and per the Freedom of Information Act and because they have government contracts, they have to legally give you management's contact information per request. This they did not do for me, but hopefully now they will do it for YOU! GOOD LUCK! UPDATE--THEY MISSED THE DELIVERY AGAIN AND I STILL DON'T HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR TWICE!!!!-10/24/20-

I knew what I wanted going into Ashley Home Store. I found a 3-piece seating set in a color that will complement my other livingroom furniture. Great quality for a very reasonable price. Sales staff was very helpful and provided great customer service.

Najib Khallouf was AMAZING!!! When I first arrived to shop for a couch, I did not want to have any sale associates bother me. He politely greeted me at the door and after I let him know I wanted to shop around on my own, he kindly did not push to help me more rather, he let me roam to sit on every couch in the store until I found the one I wanted. I then went to find him and ask if he could assist me in a purchase. He was so sweet and knowledgable, even giving me interor design help, and we made the sale SO quickly (exactly what I wanted) with a 50% discount!!! I expected to have to wait a few months for my couch to be delivered but he said I will have the couch delivered within the next 18 days!!! I was almost in tears I was so overjoyed:) I am sure to be back and have him as my sales associate again- I wish I could give him a better review (I'm talking 11 gold stars) but unfortunately all I can do is say:THANK YOU NAJIB- YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

They took two months to deliver my couch and when it came, it was broken.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received from floor staff, corporate etc. Overcharged, sent wrong table, with drawers that popped n stuck, wouldn't answer phone calls for months. Finally went down n talked to general manager at store n he told me if I brought 80 lb table that I paid delivery for back, then he could fix, when I did I never got receipt, he told me he'd call me to fix the following Monday, 2 weeks have passed since and still no information. So now I've payed 700$ for a 400$ table that I don't even have, and have no idea if or when il get.

Bought tv stand. Soonest delivery was a month out, which is understandable. The Day before delivery date, i got a text message of a 4 hour time frame. Delivery day comes and no one shows up. Then I call and they say it was never scheduled. Then they give me another delivery day that is almost another month out. Their "Escalation" department couldn't help me. I needed to go talk to someone at the store. Now Iv been on hold for 10-15 minutes just to talk to someone at the store. Maybe show more care into your customers and not treat them as just another sale. Great customer service should not just be for the salesman on the floor, but for all departments under Ashley's name.

They broke the bed frame I had delivered, the upper cabinet of a dresser is completely misaligned, the installers mangled the back of the same cabinet, there was a very loud crack noise from their forcing the couch where is didn't fit. If this review is up they have yet to make any reasonable corrections on their end. Update the bed frame we purchased is broken yet again after about a year
