I made a purchase at the Rohnert Partk location on 8/8/20. Some items I received some are back ordered. Due to Covid-19 I understand why they keep changing delivery dates on some of the items. When I went to pick out my items I walked the sales person to every item I wanted. After three delivery dates for a dining table I ordered, they bring in a whole different dining set I didn’t even choose. I told the delivery driver that was the wrong one and all he said was to contact customer service because he couldn’t do anything about it. So I went to the store. I spoke to a lady at the customer desk and told her how I got the wrong table delivered and it is definitely not the one I came to pick out. She asked if I had received it and I told her yes about an hour ago and all she said was “due to our policy once you receive there are no refunds or exchanges”. Hello, its not my fault you guys ordered the wrong one, I chose the one I wanted and yet I get a different one. So I did a little extra homework. I looked at the part number listed for both dining sets and I come to realize that they are very similar. I want to say sales person made a mistake whether he punched in the number or scanned. Still it is not my fault and all I want is the dining table I went to pick out. They do not want to own up to their mistake. Also the customer service lady had an attitude and didn’t even offer to open a case until my husband told me about contacting Better Business Bureau. As soon as she heard that she offered to open a case so they can look into it and advised me not to contact Better Business Bureau because it will just take a little long with them. After I trusted them with my ordered and received the wrong items due to their mistake I do not trust they will do anything to help me get the dining table I picked out. They made the mistake not me. The only mistake I made was buying from them. Also, looking more into both dining sets they don’t even have the one they delivered to me in their showroom so how is it possible that I made the mistake here. All items I chose were all there at the showroom. All the items I chose were either gray light gray or dark, the dining table they chose was a whole different color.
I was in a hurry when I walked in. Knew what I wanted. Someone helped me right of way and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Cody was amazing, never tried to oversell anything and had ample knowledge of the products I was getting.
Today it was the first time shopping at this store. Robert & the manager were so helpful & I bought exactly what I wanted at a big discount . Very pleased with this store
My fiance and i walked in one weekend looking for a couch for our new home and we were greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Patrick. He walked us through showed us and priced us out on some couches we were interested in, my fiance was eyeing a couch she really liked so Patrick got his manager Raj involved. The two gentleman worked with us and gave us a really good deal , we were really satisfied with their customer service and we plan on buying more furniture in the near future.
I understand that everyone is having problems due to the Covid crises, but how you deal with the situation, and more than that how you treat your client under such circumstances is what matters.

(Rohnert Park, Ca) Be aware! Don't shop here!. David & Raj are the worst store manager I've ever experience. Not only did I have to wait more than 3 months for my furniture, as it kept getting pushed back one after another. It came up to being 3 times in total. David and Raj, both gave me terrible service. From the way the talk to me and having David the store manager walk away from me, saying I didn't know what I i was talking about, by getting back my divlery deposit, be away the dilvery is not priced on weight or distance of dilvery, but the the amount you spend of the furniture. Niver was I told about this. David just Raj the assistance store manager. Just said I only say the thier is a dilvery fee. Then I was also never told about the extended warranty the added to my glass table! That was the final straw. I canceled my items and decided to shop somewhere else.
The store experience has been acceptable but the communication has abismal. Was told one delivery date and two weeks later still waiting. I understand delivery delays but to tell me it’s going to be a month and it ends up being 2 months is not acceptable.
Service wasnt bad. Took a bit longer to finalize purchase due to an error on paperwork. Delivery was scheduled for the 8th of September, but I was told that I could make it sooner if I needed. Less than a week after purchase, I attempted to change delivery to the 2nd. Not only was I told that couldn't be done, I was informed that my delivery had been scheduled for the 29th of September and not the 8th. Now I get to move into a house and not have my furniture for a month. After spending almost $7,000 I expect better. Hopefully the rest of transaction turns out better.
The sales guy was great but the manager was a little pushy. I was in and out quickly though!
