We were very impressed by how everything was handled by Erin Brock of Ashley Furniture. We went in to purchase some Wall Art which the website showed was available in the store. It was not in store, but Erin was able to show me photos to insure us it did have the look we wanted. The art arrived in a timely manner and was everything we were expecting.

Poor quality furniture- would not repair my expensive table where all the finish wore off- They do not take care of their customers- I will not shop there again-

We had a great experience today. Went in just intending to shop around and potentially go to other furniture stores in the area. We’ve had our current couch and chair for probably 13+ years and both are now officially broken so time was of the essence. Kam helped us today and made the experience that much better! We kept going back to this one couch with amazing fabric that is super durable and constructed to last, she even demonstrated with her pen how the material won’t scuff or rip. We got the extended warranty for peace of mind, knowing if something were to ever happen, we can get it fixed without having to fork over more money. We got a great deal on the sectional, and she even helped us with configuration and we ended up customizing the layout of the couch a bit, and got exactly what we wanted, in the color we wanted too! Delivery next week, not bad at all! Overall, would highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and ask for Kam, she was genuine even as a salesperson, she did her job exceptionally! I hope she gets all the praise she deserves!

Today was our first time visiting Ashely Rosville location, they had different type of home equipments, beside that their staff are super friendly and they help with patient.

I had a fantastic experience at the Roseville Ashley Furniture Store. On my first visit to the store to find a sectional for my home I met Aley! She was awesome, taking me through the store and showing me all of my options that were available with the information I provided her. I didn’t finalize my purchase until the following week and Aley was there to answer all of my unasked questions from my first visit. I’m very happy with my purchase and I can’t wait for the delivery! Thank you Aley!

Salesperson was attentive but not overwhelming. Store was clean, well lit, furniture was organized. Check out was quick and easy. Delivery was on time with good communication on delivery.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have bought most of our furniture from Ashley always. This will be the last. My family and I purchased over 6k in furniture from them, had a great experience in store, got our delivery notification and time range so we made sure to have someone home during that time. No one ever showed up, so I called and then was told they put a hold on my account but couldn't tell me why but my delivery was canceled. We also had all our old furniture hauled away because we were told to have the space cleared for our new stuff. I've been in contact with the store, the warehouse and also customer service. Not one single person has been able to resolve this yet. We have NO furniture still and now they are telling me the hold on our account could take up to 72 hours to resolve. Also their soonest delivery is now August 28th. That is absolutely ridiculous that you confirm delivery and give me a window block and now its a week later and we have no furniture in our house with little kids and a newborn baby. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they string you along and pass you on to the next representative who needs to read your account notes to catch up. Also found out the hold on our account was from a lamp we bought separately but they somehow gave it the same order number and their system malfunctioned and apparently didnt charge us for it. It came out of our account so now I need to dispute that with our bank. They held our 6k furniture order because of a lamp they said we didnt pay for separately. My husband drove down to the nearest ashley store to pay for the lamp a second time but now our delivery is over a week later. Do not buy from them, customer service is an absolute joke, no one is any help.

I came into Ashleys to look at electric sofas. I was warmly greeted and directed to what I was shopping for without pressure. A wonderful lady named Lori helped me. There was a great selection so it was hard to choose for myself. She was very helpful in showing me the different features on each sofa but gave me time to explore as well. I shopped at a couple of the other furniture stores in the area but I came in the next day with my Husband and purchased a sofa. It was exactly what we wanted and Lori was there to make our checkout experience super smooth. Thank you Ashleys Roseville and Lori! :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a dresser in the store that I saw online and they told me it would be delivered on a day that I chose, as I would be home when it arrived. It has been a month and a half and I still do t have my dresser. I have spent about 5 hours on the phone trying to get I. Touch with someone and they keep pass the buck to some other dept. Nobody is taking responsibility to help me get my dresser. I was told multiple times that it was escalated to management and I would be receiving an update in 48-72 hours and nobody reached out. It has been all on me to call and try to find out what is going on. No tracking or updates or anything. I just bought a home and Ive been living out of my suitcase for a month and a half. It’s frustrating because I have no recourse for the time and frustration they caused. I usually never write reviews but this is just too frustrating not to say anything. DO NOT order from online whatever you do, the store and online operate as separate entities and they do not talk to each other. Today I called corporate and they refused to give me a refund, they told me to go ask the brick and mortar store. It’s the same company and they refuse to call and organize a return for me, so it’s up to me to call and wait on hold for sometime at the store to help me again. Just one bad thing after another with no attempt to make things right. I’m out looking at other stores right now because I’m tired of not having any furniture. Terrible customer experience overall.

Rude sales ppl. We walked into the store and about 3 sales ppl just sitting down not one greeted us. If this is how they treat potential customers I can’t imagine how they would treat customers after they spent their hard earned $ there. Also there is a viral video of Ashlee Furniture making the rounds on social media of how they do a bait and switch and don’t keep their promises and have zero integrity. I’m not surprised that so many ppl have similar unprofessional and poor customer service for low quality cheap furniture. Steer clear of this furniture store

We have been looking for a new couch for a couple of months. First time ever being in Ashley’s. I was impressed that we didn’t have a sales person asking questions as soon as we walked in. We shopped for 45 mins before we found a couch we liked. We wanted to think about it. There was no pressure to buy from them, when we said that we wanted to think about it. We went back same day after deciding to get it and we were helped by Maria. She is amazing, helpful and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. She explains everything in detail. She made the buying process easy for us. The store is nice, big and has a lot of options to choose from.

If you're anything like my wife and I and you've spent endless hours researching and shopping for a new sofa, I highly recommend stopping by and meeting with Maria on the showroom floor. She was extremely patient and listened to us ensuring she guided us to make the best decision (she even helped my wife find a similar rug in store to make sure it coordinated with the one we have en route). She took her time and didnt make us feel rushed or pressured and at the end of it all helped us end our months long quest of shopping for the perfect sofa. Thank you, Maria!

Overpriced. Do your research, other places sell from the same warehouses at a cheaper price. I bought a living room set with insurance. The insurance they work with is trash. I made a claim after the middle of my sofa broke. They sent someone to "fix" it. He did a horrible job, I could've done what he did or even better. The sofa was clearly still buckled and the bottom. I called them back many times but since the person that fixed it claimed it was fine they said the couldn't do anything else. Of course the sofa broke again and at the point we had given up. We just purchased a new living room set from a different place.

I recently had to move in with a girlfriend for a little while and she had just bought all her furniture from Ashley. It is so nice, comfortable and sturdy that I just had to go buy all my furniture from there for my new place! I’m so excited to get it! Maria was on it and made sure we got the 4th of July deal and that we were happy with our purchase! Definitely would recommend this home store!

Absolute worst customer service, call center, and delivery center I’ve ever had to deal with. No one seems to know when things will be delivered or have any idea what the last person gave for date and time. I’ve now taken 2 days off of work to be home for delivery and still don’t have furniture delivered. Avoid Ashley at all costs

I have purchased many things through the years from Ashley. This store in particular though I hope you never have a customer service issue. No one will be available to help you, no one will return your call, and no one will care to listen to your concern. Will never shop here again unfortunately after being treated the way I have.

Very disappointed with Ashley furniture. We purchased a cal king mattress and bed frame. When my husband picked up the frame, he noticed the wood support was broken (it looks worse than the photo). I was at work when he told me, I called and spoke with the manager on duty (forgot her name) and she stated there’s nothing they could do since this was a floor model, but the support piece being broken was never disclosed to us before purchasing. I eventually spoke with our salesperson who has stated she ordered a new support piece. This was mid April, we are now in the first week of June with no updates on the support piece other than “it’s been ordered”. A month and a half later and we are sleeping on our mattress on the floor since we don’t have that needed piece. We were so excited buying our first home and furnishing our home, unfortunately this company tarnished our experience. The only helpful person was the salesperson Maria, who seemed to genuinely care about the issue and sent it to support, but I have still had no returned calls. I spent $1500 on everything and am so disappointed with the outcome. I will never shop at Ashley again. *********EDIT******* after posting this, customer service contacted me as well as my sales rep regarding this missing piece. They both called me the next day. It’s been another 2 weeks and there is still no replacement piece and we are still sleeping on the floor. This has now been a total of 2 MONTHS waiting for this to be fixed. Shame on you Ashley furniture!!

I recently purchased a manual reclining sofa from Ashley on Fairway Drive. The store employees were very nice and very helpful. Back story— I came to this Ashley store after purchasing a reclining sofa from RC Willey that ended up malfunctioning within days of delivery! Had the exact issue with the replacement sofa that RC Willey delivered! I should’ve shopped at Ashley FIRST!! I’m so happy with the reclining sofa that I purchased from Ashley! It’s super comfortable, and it’s nice looking. The manual recliner mechanism works perfectly every time and it feels sturdy. This sofa is a pleasure! I love it!!

Bought a bedroom set and added another piece of furniture at the very end of the sale . Customer sales rep failed to put the final piece on the warranty like we were told (her fault) . Went in a few weeks later to get it resolved and was told by Andy (GSM) he would personally cover the mistake by purchasing a new one for us and taking back the old one . Went back 5 weeks later to find out any updates and Andy ducked us and wouldn’t come to the front with any updates because he was in back on lunch . After dealing with rude and disrespectful staff for another 2 1/2 month I finally got a hold of Andy and this time his story changed he began blaming it on corporate policies but assuring me he would contact me back within 7 days with an answer . Well you guessed it another broken promise from the manager . I just left the store for this 7th time , put in over 30 phone calls and spent over 6 months trying to fix the problem . All Andy could say today was “I’m sorry , I’m embarrassed we can’t help you too bad” DONT BUY FROM ROSEVILLE ASHLEY

We recently purchased furniture from Ashley in Roseville. The sales associate, Maria Torres, was exceptional. Positive attitude, very helpful, but never pushy. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. We really enjoyed working with her!

They were so incredibly helpful. I bought some recliners over the phone, which they found the cheapest price and price matched for me, and it only took about 5 minutes. Very quick, very informative and very helpful.

This review could have been a 1 star. My husband and I came to purchase a sectional. We sat for 30 minutes on it as several sales folks passed us without a glance. I was ready to leave. Husband asked someone we’d not seen pass us to assist. Maria was fantastic! Apologized for coworkers, got us a lower than listed price and was lovely. So, Maria gets 5 stars- store loses 1 for the rest of the staff. Thank you Maria!!

Let me preface this by saying we had an issue with Ashley’s online ordering where they cancelled and never assisted us with our order because our shipping and billing address was different. We were then forced to go into the store to order through there. Everything that has transpired after has been nothing short of a nightmare. Our CA King foundation was not returnable despite still being in the box due to store policy. It wouldve been ok to return had we ordered it online, but this store had different policies. The dining chairs we ordered were never delivered and it has been 3 weeks. Online it days guaranteed delivery within 3 days. The associate and manager that assisted us in store explained that we can forgo the white glove delivery and opt for common carrier to drop off at our door. This is what we went with. This is what is printed on our receipt. After the first week of no delivery, I called in to inquire about the delay. They said it’s because I didn’t pay for shipping and that I chose to come to the store to pick it up. I did not. They then changed the order for me, and told me it should be delivered in about 5-7 days. It has been 14. I do not recommend buying anything from Ashley in the event you have issues with your order and delivery. They will first blame you, and then the carrier because they have no clue how to track it once it leaves their warehouse. I’m disgusted and appalled at the disregard and lack of customer care from the moment I told them about my situation.

My recent experience with your store was disappointing, starting with the sales process. The salesperson attempted to add an unexpected $200 delivery fee and a $300 insurance charge, which felt excessive and was not clearly explained upfront. Additionally, I was told that I had to inspect everything carefully upon delivery because if I missed any damage, I would be stuck with the furniture. I’ve purchased furniture from other retailers and have never encountered a policy where broken or damaged items couldn’t be returned or resolved. That kind of approach made me feel unsupported as a customer. To make matters worse, the delivery process was also frustrating. The delivery person, Hairo, repeatedly stated that he was not from Ashley Furniture and had nothing to do with your store. He claimed to be the owner of his own delivery company and insisted that he would be personally responsible if anything happened. He refused to place the furniture in the designated room unless I signed a waiver, which he didn’t even provide. When I questioned this, I reminded him that if he truly owns the delivery company, he should be aware that businesses carry insurance for damage and liability—both for property and for worker injury. If he is the boss, he should understand how this works. I also found it confusing that he kept insisting he was independent, yet still had to call someone else to report that I refused to sign a waiver that I never even saw. Overall, this experience left me frustrated and uncertain about your store’s professionalism and customer care. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving both your sales transparency and delivery protocols.

A technician was sent to fix my wobbly headboard, yet after he left ... it makes a ceeekong sound. Additionally, The fabric of 2 out of my dining chairs is wrinkled. I was told that this is normal, if it was normal, all 4 chairs would have wrinkled fabric and the display in store would be wrinkled. A “technician” came to “service” the chair and touched the fabric and told me there was nothing he could do. Ashley customer service center in the Philippines is refusing to allow me to exchange the headboard or chairs . This store is expensive and has low quality furniture that isn’t manufactured properly , therefore I wouldn’t advised shopping here. My dining table also arrived with a large scratch in the middle. I refused to accept the delivery. This store is pricey, yet the furniture arrives damaged, thus I wouldn’t recommend it.

I really don’t like the fact that you’re forced to have the product delivered and they do not have products at the warehouse to ship. It’s an added fee that’s unnecessary. Next time I’ll shop where they have product in house.

I don’t leave 1 star reviews. My experience with this store was such an unprofessional anomaly that I can’t stay quiet about it. First, the positives… 1- they refunded the shipping cost after their first mistake. 2- they eventually fixed everything after nearly a months worth of time. Now for everything else… 1- I reserved a living room set before a holiday vacation, the manager said I could reserve them in a virtual cart and set up an appointment to buy the pieces when I returned. He neglected to inform me I needed to put money down and also put the associate on a new schedule. As result, no one was there for my appointment and half the items I reserved were sold out. - 2- When my entertainment center was delivered, they forgot very specific screws for the bridge to assemble everything. I couldn’t get the screws myself. I took time off for them to deliver and assemble the set, now it remained incomplete and I needed to take more time off for their mistake. - 3- Items for the entertainment center came in pieces and at separate times. As result, their team forgot to install the fireplace first, requiring another team to come at a different date to properly assemble the fireplace. - 4- the bridge delivered was an incorrect size, needing a different team to come at a different time to assemble the correct sized bridge. - 5- the staff in store is highly, HIGHLY unhelpful. “How many pieces does this come in?” “I don’t know” “when will it be delivered?” “I don’t know” “will it be delivered at my door or at my complex center?” “I don’t know”… not “let me go find out”, just “I don’t know.” That, and an endless supply of empty “I’m sorry”s with no attempt to make the situation better. They were so quick to blame other people and departments rather than make their mistakes right. It took almost a months worth of time, but my entertainment center is finally properly set up. I’m new to the area and have to furnish my new home, but I can’t give these people or this store any more of my business after all this. Keep this all in mind before doing business with them.

Purchased our couch during Covid and after several attempts to get warranty on the hardware that failed immediately after purchase was a terrible experience and never resolved. Recently purchased new set elsewhere. Buyer beware…

Our sales person made it easy for us. We were deciding whether or not to buy and when we got home we decided to buy. We did the the rest of the transaction over the phone. Very happy.

We are looking for a new reclining couch, and Ashley has a very good lineup. The sales rep was helpful without being too "there" and making us feel hounded. We are especially interested in the new durable fabric they have on some of the lines. Pet and child proof while still looking nice.

Lori, our sales representative at Ashley Home Store in Roseville, was knowledgeable, friendly and gave of plenty of needed time to make our furniture decisions. We are very appreciative of her and we love the sofa we selected.

Ashley furniture was one of the most awful and frustrating experiences I have had with customer service. I purchased a sectional and was told at time of purchase if I wanted to reverse the sides of the sectional I would just need to call. I called five time and even went back into the store to change my purchase. Each time I was told that someone would call me back, I was even given a case number and i never heard from anyone. The store does not answer their phone so you are sent to a call center which each time says the store will return your call but it never happened. I was so frustrated and disappointed I cancelled my order. I will never buy at Ashley again. 0 stars was not an option.

Excellent Customer Service

My mother and I went to the store in Roseville looking for some very specific items to furnish a new apartment. We worked with a wonderful sales representative, Tina. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped guide us to items that were exactly what we needed and did not to upsell. They had a wide variety of furniture in different size, prices, and styles.

I do not recommend this store!!! We paid for the sofa two weeks ago and still haven’t!!!

If I could give Ashley no stars I would for the service we were provided with our recent furniture purchase. We bought the furniture before Thanksgiving knowing we will get the delivery before Christmas, they did bring the furniture before Christmas but one of the back cushion was missing, we told the delivery guys to take it back but they called the warehouse and sent pictures to resolve this issue and we even spoke to the warehouse manager who promised to make it right by sending in the correct cushion. The delivery that came in was only the cover, we went back to the store with the issue and they told us we will receive the right product, we even provided pictures as per request, again they sent the cover only, we went back to the store( since they don’t answer the phone calls) and they told us they will order the part again. Sales manager told the associate helping to make sure we get compensated for the time and inconvenience. We were told that the regional manager will contact us as well, the third time order came in they sent the core but only half, when contacted the store again they said the regional will contact them not the us(customer), if customer is having issue the manager should contact the customer not the store since they couldn’t resolve the issue multiple times. Giving excuses won’t help the inconvenience that came with the purchase.

Don’t waste your money. The quality and longevity of their furniture is terrible. In 2019 I bought a multi piece living room set for just under $4k but the fabric was so thin It literally fell apart after 4 years on both the couch and love seat. I gave them a second chance and tried again. I spent almost $10k in January of 2023 on a king bedroom set and a sectional power reclining sofa that I thought was better quality. I have multiple pieces of bedroom set that have drawers that don’t open and close properly due to cheap poor quality hardware that’s failed and not covered under warranty. My sofa has two power reclining sections out of four that have failed also. One has a motor/electronics that failed in the full reclined position. The other has linkages that have failed and don’t allow the recliner to recline all the way. If you want furniture that lasts don’t buy it from Ashley.

Also the people at the warehouse and the delivery people aren't the best either. I went there to purchase a dining room set. The person that helped me was very kind and so was Ashley the young lady sitting up front

Purchased a split king adjustable bed. The delivery team did not install the connecting straps on the bases so they gapped. I called Ashley customer service and after 35 minutes they said to make a warranty claim. No! I called the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. I called my sales rep, Kam and she eventually told me they don't come with connector straps. Almost a month later, I called the manufacturer and they said someone at Ashley had to remove them from the packing and that all their mattresses have them. This will be the last time I ever shop at Ashley!

We recently purchased a california king bed set. They delivered and installed the bedroom but after they left and we put in our old California king mattress we realized it doesn’t fit in. They delivered wrong size. Its been a week and we still are waiting for anybody to tell us how they will fix it.

Sales people were extremely pushy, the products are VERY expensive When compared to other furniture in the area, very poor quality as well. None of it is made of real wood, it’s all flimsy. Plus, they charge as much as $500 to deliver to your house, not a great experience.

I'm very disappointed that your company is even asking me to do a survey. This shows me that you have completely lost touch with real customer service and everything is outsourced, You most def do not care about your customers. You can look to my last order to see the notes that were left from whatever place you outsourced your company to, to understand why I'm so upset. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else.

They said they had a ten year warranty. I didn't realize it was included in the price. It was an extended warranty contract. Had the bed delivered to assisted living facility. Bed remote may have been delivered but it wasn't there when we got there following Monday

Everything was perfect. From the sales process to delivery. I had a couple of chairs than needed adjusting and a tech came out immediately to fix. Will be back!

The bar for customer service at this store is set extremely high and they nail it every time. From the manager greeting us at the door to our sales person being attentive and knowledgeable, but not pushy. try and get a live person when your cancelled order was delivered anyway one month after cancelling. nobody answers, recording tells you to call back during regular hours. (that would be their call center) Roseville store just does not answer.

Wrong items were sent. The store staff completely ignored me after the item was delivered, even though it was wrong. Had to go to corporate store had to go, but it took them about a month to correct the problem.

Had exactly what I wanted. One of the 2 chairs I ordered had a wobbly leg that I didn’t notice until the delivery guys left. I called customer service at Ashley's and told them the situation and they sent me a brand new chair within days. Great customer service and excellent delivery guys. Ok so I ordered a small carpet and for weeks I was never giving any update I was told within a week or 2 and I never received anything so I drove to the store because I had a vacation coming up and I didn’t want to miss the package since there people are always stealing packages I didn’t want to miss my delivery day . At the store every one was clueless and said they will let me know soon . My day came I had to leave and somehow I was never informed about my package even being delivered. I got back from my vacation with nothing . After a week I reached out again with ASHLEY and she told me it’s been delivered and I explained to her I didn’t receive anything. She said she would make a claim and I guess for weeks the case has been closed without my knowledge or a letter and anything. Now nobody wants to help me and ASHLEY can only said “ I don’t know “ … As a customer this is very frustrating and they don’t care about how a customer is feeling or how a customer should be treated . The way ASHLEY responded was terrible and very unprofessional.

Had an amazing experience here today. Lori Morrow was our sales advisor and couldn't have made the whole process more fun or easy. She showed us exactly what we were looking for as in price, colors and options. Did not try to up sell or waste our time with anything we didn't want. While your there check out the clearance items out on the floor we got an awesome living room rug for $9. We will definitely shop there again in the future.

My husband and I purchased two recliners from Ashley store in Folsom. We are extremely happy with our purchase and are especially happy with the service and professional attention we received from Philip. The delivery was prompt. Ashley is a great furniture store recommended to me by a friend. I bought some furniture and unfortunately there were some unpleasant things that happened but it was all resolved in the end. I am very grateful to the manager and Danny. Danny does a great job every time I come to the store.

Ordered online. BIG MISTAKE. Service is outsourced and they do not resolve issues. Every time I contact them it takes an hour on perpetual hold between responses (phone or chat) only to find out they didn't resolve the issue. Canned response is to email the back office and wait 7-10 days. Nothing happens. Requested escalation to management and again, nothing happens. Nice people at the local show room cannot help. Of course, the review I left on their website was left off. DM on socials unanswered. They owe me a refund and I am ready to get BBB involved. Buyer beware, ya'll. Go somewhere else. Edit to reply to Ashley: I appreciate the public response, but my emails to the address provided have gone unanswered.

Worst customer service, will give you misinformation

My boyfriend and I bought a sofa sleeper from Riki and Philip in Ashley Furniture store today. We walked into the store kinda late around 8pm but we were greeted immediately with a genuine smile. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, kind and humorous. We left the store at closing time and even still the entire interaction with Riki and Philip was pleasant. We felt valued, listened to, and we didn’t feel pressured to buy if we didn’t want to. Overall a great experience to work with them in finding what we were looking for! Definitely would recommend going to see them for furniture needs!

I’m changing my review from 5 to 1 stars because even though the initial purchase experience was good, things only went downhill from there. The delivery people took forever putting the bed together and we couldn’t communicate as they didn’t speak English. They gave us a thumbs up and left. We figured, okay, they must know what they are doing and the bed seemed to be in working order. 6 months later, our mattress is lop-sided. When we lifted it up to see what was wrong, we discovered all the legs were bent out of shape and the slats were sunken/bent. Mind you, we paid $100 for the “white glove delivery” that assembled the bed wrong. Called to create a claim as it was still in the warranty period. They sent a technician to look at it 3 days later. Technician said he will order new parts and when the parts arrive, a new technician will come to assemble the bed. 2 weeks later, we are still waiting. Sleeping on the floor. When I call the store to check on the status of the parts, I am being told they have no customer service until 1.30pm Then when I called back because no one ever returned my call, I’m told they actually don’t have a customer service until Thursday which is 3 days from the date I called. Some service they are providing. No manager ever stepped in to help. You have to wait 3 days to speak to the magical customer service person. If I had purchased a bed from Amazon for 1/4th of what I paid at Ashley, my inquiry would be resolved faster. Save your money. EDIT- I emailed their solutions department as instructed in their below reply. It has now been 2 full days with no response. I called and now I’m being told there are no claims. They are only faking good customer service with these replies. There is NO ACTION. Worst experience.

We've bought several pieces of furniture at Ashley and we've always received excellent service. Even when we had an issue, it was resolved almost immediately and to our satisfaction. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great. The furniture is of good quality (some pieces have worn more than others, but that's to be expected with daily use) and fits well with the decor of our home. I'll definitely shop there again.

There was a very limited supply for what we were looking for (wall entertainment centers) but the salesman (Craig) worked very diligently with us to get us what we wanted. Craig made this sale happen and we are pleased!

Ricki is the best sales associate, guy goes above and beyond, but most importantly helps the consumer at a time the economy is not consumer friendly. I can’t appreciate the guy enough, if Ashley Furniture doesn’t need him, I’d hire him in a heat beat.

My wife and I initially found the bar stool that we wanted. However after tracking down a store rep, we decided on another product. While decently pleasant she showed that the store policies were not customer friendly. After we told our rep that we'd like 3 of the barstools, she let us know that there would be a $100 delivery charge which means they'd deliver and assemble the barstools. And they wouldn't arrive 12 days later.... I mean really!? Or, we could drive to Lathrop, where the barstools are located, to pick them up for free (BTW we still could not pick them up till 12 days ltr) or, we pay $50 to have them delivered in 12 days. But not put together. That's now our job. To me, this is just another fee which I find stupid. A reason I won't go back to Ashley Home store. Why Etsy and Amazon will take this box store out of business. Yes, we bought the product but the end result for their business is We Are Not Going Back.

Let me start by saying that Ricki and Philip were amazing! Exceptional customer service for which I was so grateful. Here are my highlights: (1) I really appreciated walking in and having the opportunity to roam and check everything out in my own time. No one approached me before I was ready. (2) once I was ready, Ricki gave me the attention I needed by helping me select the best items between the options I was interested in, and even making me aware (upon hearing I was moving into a new apartment) of the clearance items. I feel like these things were a steal! I got a new set of plates, bowls, and mugs for on $10 (normally $199), a beautiful lamp for $15 (original price $129), and a set of tumblers for $5. The communication is awful when it’s time to receive your merchandise by delivery. I purchased furniture in May and my couches arrived as planned. The rug and door stool was to arrive June 26th and I called off work to receive the delivery. It didn’t ever arrive and no call to inform me of that. I called the store in Roseville and was told it was going to delivered my FedEx on July 2nd. I asked for a tracking number and was told they didn’t have one. Yesterday was July 2nd and I was home until 430pm NO delivery NO call NO email. I called the store 16 times no one from the store answered instead o got the call center in another country who also could t get through but told me it was arriving yesterday . When I left home at 4pm I put a note on my door to leave my rig and foot stool at my neighbor home. Still no one delivered. If it doesn’t arrive today I’ll drive over 30 miles in 111 degree heat to talk to the store since they don’t ever answer the phone. This is such a inconvenience and as much as I love Ashley furniture I think this is my last time shopping with them.

Worst experience buying furniture so far. Worst time buying anything honestly. It has been over a month since I bought my $500 low quality, easily broken, hardly functioning, bedframe from Ashley furniture. They made me pay $100 for them to put it together, saying that putting it together myself was not an option. 5 minutes after they put it together and left, it broke. Headboard fell down out of the screws and tore off the wood. Thank god I wasn't laying on it. Since then, I have talked to a customer service representative more than 10 times and every time I have talked to them over the phone they would tell me the manager was busy and they would call me back but then never would. Eventually I had to go in person to actually get someone to talk to me and they weren't even busy. I asked for a refund and they told me they don't do refunds. The customer service lady was rude when I told them I called multiple times and would get brushed off and not called back. I was forced into getting a replacement but here I am waiting for them to arrive and they never did. I have been sleeping on the floor for over a month now because they can't deliver an adequate product. Worst experience ever and never going to even consider buying from them again. We'll see if I even get a replacement at this point, they don't care about their shoppers.

I ordered furniture with a scheduled date 3 weeks in advance which they said everything was in stock and would be delivered. One week before I get an email saying my stuff is on back order. When I went in the store they gave the excuse that “we’re a fulfillment center” and that the stock was possibly delivered to someone with a sooner date, sorry about that. Not one person in there tried to fix the problem! I’ll never spend a penny in that place! And I’ll tell everyone I know how bad the customer service was.

Having never been to an Ashley store, I stopped in as to see what they have for a move to AZ. Ashleigh stated that she would not be able to transfer credit if I ordered some thing and have it shipped in Arizona. But she spent over an hour with me picking out things so it can be on record. I love living spaces and it’s where we usually go, but after browsing for almost 45 minutes, not one sales associate approached us so we thought we’d check out Ashley’s as it was right there and Philip instantly jumped to help us and show us around. He had us try different beds and pillows and helped pick up our bed frame. He also didn’t try to upsell us an overpriced bed, he was focused on finding the right fit for us. I asked twice if those things would be done because I would not be able to do them myself. When the delivery company arrived, they said they could not disassemble my bed when I was promised by the salesperson that they would. Be aware that Ashley furniture will say what you want to hear to make a sale, even if it isn’t the truth.

My wife and I came here JUST to check out some couches, but of course behold, there was a Presidents Day Sale. As we were browsing we got familiar with a few of the workers there who were a tremendous help at answering our questions. Munish was extremely kind and interactive, focusing very much on us, even when he had to get pulled away to help others, he made sure to come back and finish what we started. Phillip was VERY knowledgeable on the set we were looking into, and as soon as we saw a stunning deal on one that was right up our alley, they were very honest about its material makeup, it's Warranty coverages, and how soon we could have it. We actually had our truck with us at the time...and even though it was a Sunday (they don't have their loading crew) they loaded it up immediately for us and weren't hesitant to guide us throughout it. I want to say a big thanks to DJ, Andy, and all the others previously mentioned for helping us get such a good deal and being so impulsive with the loading procedure! They made our experience very personal and we look forward to working with this location again very soon!

Terrible customer service! Do not buy with them. I ordered and the furniture did not work for out home. I sent it back that day and 2 days later a manager called and I expressed that I wanted to cancel. They told me that I would receive the refund with in 3-5 business days… it has now been exactly 10 business days. I gave called multiple time and the different reps have told me that “it wasn’t cancelled” its not cancelled in all of our systems” all kinds of excuses. I will never ever do business with them.

sales person said theres a $60 delivery charge, regardless if i ordered online or bought in the store. turns out that was a lie, shipping is free if you buy online. so check out the store if the item you're looking for is on display. but order online.

Was told our 4,000.00 couch was to be delivered tomorrow, all week text to confirm delivery. Today we got called only to find out our set was on back order!! The only reason we purchased this was due to the other set was 4week out and the set they sold us was supposed to be in and ready for delivery?? Lesson learned . Never will we shop here again all lies.

Since September 2023 we have made three separate purchases at the Ashley Roseville store. Each time we have requested Shawn Newcomb. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the products we were asking about and very helpful, showing us all options before our purchase. Additionally he was a non-pressure type of salesman which we very much appreciated.

We found the artwork and area rug we were looking for and that process went very well. My only regret is that you cannot just buy things in store and take them home with you, there's always a wait.

Horrible customer service. They delivered damaged furniture and it took over 3months for them to replace it. I spent hours trying to deal with the issue and it was awful how bad Ashley handled this. I would never shop there again.

Worst experience ever. Have left numerous messages for Store Manager to call me and they never call back. He has is under studies call instead. Spent $3k for bedroom night stands and two dressers and paid extra for delivery Delivery company came and knew one of the feet for the Night Stand was broken and never said anything. Decided to just prop it up and thought no one would notice. After they left we went to slide night stand over to its spot and the foot came off and night stand landed on my foot and leg No return calls from manager. Had to wait over a week for a repair guy to come repair my brand new night stand which I never even used before it was broken I wish I had more time to type out my nightmare I thought I picked the right company for furniture…. Furniture is nice, service is a negative 5 Stars

Went in there looking for a fireplace, found one I thought I wanted but I wanted to measure it at home first. So i decided to buy a clearance rug for $5... Here's where it went wrong. sales team couldn't figure that out. don't think I want to give them my business with the fireplace if you couldn't handle a 5 dollar clearance sale.

Lori was very helpful. I had selected the barstools that I wanted on a previous visit. Lori took my order quickly and efficiently. I was finished in about fifteen minutes. I hope that the delivery goes just as smoothly.

James was fantastic to work with. Really appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He was exactly the type of sales person we want to work with. Worked with what our needs were and not pushing his own agenda. We did have another sales person try to jump into our process after we had been on twice. Even after I told him we were working with James. Overall VERY happy with the company and James. I'll be back!

Was trying to get a replacement for my new bed. Technician came in 3 times. Ashley sent me the wrong parts twice. Called them literally like 25 times. First I was stuck with the their customer service. Now I was trying to call their in store Roseville number. Every time I tell them situation. They keep on saying different things. The technician said you’re going to get the whole new bed replacement but I call them and they’re saying first we have to receive the parts and then I have to schedule another appt. I have been dealing with this from literally like 4 months. I really could write like 10 paragraphs about their lack of communication with each other and their inconvenience that I have faced so so many times. But it’s okay. I just want them to get their systems all on one page. I want them to communicate with their technicians. It’s just sucks.

Walked into ashley furniture and was amazed by the customer service by the customer service we got by Phillip and Crystal. They were very knowledgeable and were patient with my wife and I even though we were pretty indecisive while shopping with a toddler. Smooth and fast transaction

My wife were in this store several times looking for a dinner table. We spoke with Ashley first time and with Phil the last time and both were very kind and helpful and did not push or try to hard sell anything. The furniture is well made and high quality and the prices are competitive. Be on the lookout for clearance sales online which the stores will honor.

Warranty is a scam! Paid extra just to be told our warranty doesn’t cover any actual damages to the furniture! Warranty company they work with is an absolute scam and Ashley is zero help. Cheap furniture and horrible customer service, save your money and shop at Costco.
