Excellent Customer Service

My mother and I went to the store in Roseville looking for some very specific items to furnish a new apartment. We worked with a wonderful sales representative, Tina. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped guide us to items that were exactly what we needed and did not to upsell. They had a wide variety of furniture in different size, prices, and styles.

I do not recommend this store!!! We paid for the sofa two weeks ago and still haven’t!!!

If I could give Ashley no stars I would for the service we were provided with our recent furniture purchase. We bought the furniture before Thanksgiving knowing we will get the delivery before Christmas, they did bring the furniture before Christmas but one of the back cushion was missing, we told the delivery guys to take it back but they called the warehouse and sent pictures to resolve this issue and we even spoke to the warehouse manager who promised to make it right by sending in the correct cushion. The delivery that came in was only the cover, we went back to the store with the issue and they told us we will receive the right product, we even provided pictures as per request, again they sent the cover only, we went back to the store( since they don’t answer the phone calls) and they told us they will order the part again. Sales manager told the associate helping to make sure we get compensated for the time and inconvenience. We were told that the regional manager will contact us as well, the third time order came in they sent the core but only half, when contacted the store again they said the regional will contact them not the us(customer), if customer is having issue the manager should contact the customer not the store since they couldn’t resolve the issue multiple times. Giving excuses won’t help the inconvenience that came with the purchase.

Don’t waste your money. The quality and longevity of their furniture is terrible. In 2019 I bought a multi piece living room set for just under $4k but the fabric was so thin It literally fell apart after 4 years on both the couch and love seat. I gave them a second chance and tried again. I spent almost $10k in January of 2023 on a king bedroom set and a sectional power reclining sofa that I thought was better quality. I have multiple pieces of bedroom set that have drawers that don’t open and close properly due to cheap poor quality hardware that’s failed and not covered under warranty. My sofa has two power reclining sections out of four that have failed also. One has a motor/electronics that failed in the full reclined position. The other has linkages that have failed and don’t allow the recliner to recline all the way. If you want furniture that lasts don’t buy it from Ashley.

I was feeling overwhelmed with choices while trying to decide on a new bedroom set and living room couch, but she made the process so much easier for me. If you're someone who has plenty of questions and needs guidance, I wholeheartedly recommend her. With Christmas just around the corner, I was pleasantly surprised by how manageable the delivery timeline was, and the prices for the furniture are very reasonable. I’m grateful for her help during this busy season!

Happy to have ordered our bed, we came in knowing what we wanted, tried looking for something else and wasn’t having any luck, no problem. The associate helping seemed to get annoyed that we didn’t purchase more, and I really could have done without the attitude. If I hadn’t already liked the bed and settled on it I would have just left. Will I shop here again? Probably not..

The service was great at Ashley. Kam took us under our wing, helping us find exactly what we were looking to buy. But she didn’t stop there. After we left the store, she followed up, corrected a problem right away, getting it fixed to our liking. Deliveries went smoothly. The in store people that helped me ( Maria ). Were such a big help. But the customer service people are so rude an you can't understand them at all. Also the people at the warehouse and the delivery people aren't the best either. I do recommend that you go with an American company to do the customer service they would do a much better job than a foreign country.

We had a great experience at Ashley Store at Roseville, CA. We were looking for replacing our glass dining table for new wooden table , and were very surprised they had a large selection of tables, with a great quality and very stylish. The staff at Ashley is very helpful and professional. We got beautiful dining set and also sofa set , very modern and comfortable. If you looking for new furniture, you have to stop by Ashle store at Roseville!

I went there to purchase a dining room set. The person that helped me was very kind and so was Ashley the young lady sitting up front

Purchased a split king adjustable bed. The delivery team did not install the connecting straps on the bases so they gapped. I called Ashley customer service and after 35 minutes they said to make a warranty claim. No! I called the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. I called my sales rep, Kam and she eventually told me they don't come with connector straps. Almost a month later, I called the manufacturer and they said someone at Ashley had to remove them from the packing and that all their mattresses have them. This will be the last time I ever shop at Ashley!

I love the sectional sofa! I did notice the delivery crew sliced a corner of one section with their razor knife after they left which sucks.

Lori was very helpful with me making my decision for a counter height kitchen table. She heard me when I asked for 4 chairs with backs and took me to the perfect option. I had 4 color combinations to choose from and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Thank you Ashley’s and especially Lori.

Ashley furniture was great. We worked with Tina there and she was lovely to deal with. Never hounded us to buy or followed us around, but just casually checked in with us, answered any questions we had and helped us to get the perfect couch for our little space.

We recently purchased a california king bed set. They delivered and installed the bedroom but after they left and we put in our old California king mattress we realized it doesn’t fit in. They delivered wrong size. Its been a week and we still are waiting for anybody to tell us how they will fix it.

Sales people were extremely pushy, the products are VERY expensive When compared to other furniture in the area, very poor quality as well. None of it is made of real wood, it’s all flimsy. Plus, they charge as much as $500 to deliver to your house, not a great experience.

I'm very disappointed that your company is even asking me to do a survey. This shows me that you have completely lost touch with real customer service and everything is outsourced, You most def do not care about your customers. You can look to my last order to see the notes that were left from whatever place you outsourced your company to, to understand why I'm so upset. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else.

They said they had a ten year warranty. I didn't realize it was included in the price. It was an extended warranty contract. Had the bed delivered to assisted living facility. Bed remote may have been delivered but it wasn't there when we got there following Monday

Everything was perfect. From the sales process to delivery. I had a couple of chairs than needed adjusting and a tech came out immediately to fix. Will be back!

The bar for customer service at this store is set extremely high and they nail it every time. From the manager greeting us at the door to our sales person being attentive and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Shopping at the Roseville Ashley’s was a great experience and I would recommend them to any friends and family!

try and get a live person when your cancelled order was delivered anyway one month after cancelling. nobody answers, recording tells you to call back during regular hours. (that would be their call center) Roseville store just does not answer.

Wrong items were sent. The store staff completely ignored me after the item was delivered, even though it was wrong. Had to go to corporate store had to go, but it took them about a month to correct the problem.

Had exactly what I wanted. One of the 2 chairs I ordered had a wobbly leg that I didn’t notice until the delivery guys left. I called customer service at Ashley's and told them the situation and they sent me a brand new chair within days. Great customer service and excellent delivery guys. Ok so I ordered a small carpet and for weeks I was never giving any update I was told within a week or 2 and I never received anything so I drove to the store because I had a vacation coming up and I didn’t want to miss the package since there people are always stealing packages I didn’t want to miss my delivery day . At the store every one was clueless and said they will let me know soon . My day came I had to leave and somehow I was never informed about my package even being delivered. I got back from my vacation with nothing . After a week I reached out again with ASHLEY and she told me it’s been delivered and I explained to her I didn’t receive anything. She said she would make a claim and I guess for weeks the case has been closed without my knowledge or a letter and anything. Now nobody wants to help me and ASHLEY can only said “ I don’t know “ … As a customer this is very frustrating and they don’t care about how a customer is feeling or how a customer should be treated . The way ASHLEY responded was terrible and very unprofessional.

Had an amazing experience here today. Lori Morrow was our sales advisor and couldn't have made the whole process more fun or easy. She showed us exactly what we were looking for as in price, colors and options. Did not try to up sell or waste our time with anything we didn't want. While your there check out the clearance items out on the floor we got an awesome living room rug for $9. We will definitely shop there again in the future.

My husband and I purchased two recliners from Ashley store in Folsom. We are extremely happy with our purchase and are especially happy with the service and professional attention we received from Philip. The delivery was prompt. We look forward to our next purchase and are sure we will be at the right place to fill our needs.

Ashley is a great furniture store recommended to me by a friend. I bought some furniture and unfortunately there were some unpleasant things that happened but it was all resolved in the end. I am very grateful to the manager and Danny. Danny does a great job every time I come to the store.

Ordered online. BIG MISTAKE. Service is outsourced and they do not resolve issues. Every time I contact them it takes an hour on perpetual hold between responses (phone or chat) only to find out they didn't resolve the issue. Canned response is to email the back office and wait 7-10 days. Nothing happens. Requested escalation to management and again, nothing happens. Nice people at the local show room cannot help. Of course, the review I left on their website was left off. DM on socials unanswered. They owe me a refund and I am ready to get BBB involved. Buyer beware, ya'll. Go somewhere else. Edit to reply to Ashley: I appreciate the public response, but my emails to the address provided have gone unanswered.

Worst customer service, will give you misinformation

My boyfriend and I bought a sofa sleeper from Riki and Philip in Ashley Furniture store today. We walked into the store kinda late around 8pm but we were greeted immediately with a genuine smile. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, kind and humorous. We left the store at closing time and even still the entire interaction with Riki and Philip was pleasant. We felt valued, listened to, and we didn’t feel pressured to buy if we didn’t want to. Overall a great experience to work with them in finding what we were looking for! Definitely would recommend going to see them for furniture needs!

We've bought several pieces of furniture at Ashley and we've always received excellent service. Even when we had an issue, it was resolved almost immediately and to our satisfaction. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great. The furniture is of good quality (some pieces have worn more than others, but that's to be expected with daily use) and fits well with the decor of our home. I'll definitely shop there again.

There was a very limited supply for what we were looking for (wall entertainment centers) but the salesman (Craig) worked very diligently with us to get us what we wanted. Craig made this sale happen and we are pleased!

Ricki is the best sales associate, guy goes above and beyond, but most importantly helps the consumer at a time the economy is not consumer friendly. I can’t appreciate the guy enough, if Ashley Furniture doesn’t need him, I’d hire him in a heat beat.

My wife and I initially found the bar stool that we wanted. However after tracking down a store rep, we decided on another product. While decently pleasant she showed that the store policies were not customer friendly. After we told our rep that we'd like 3 of the barstools, she let us know that there would be a $100 delivery charge which means they'd deliver and assemble the barstools. And they wouldn't arrive 12 days later.... I mean really!? Or, we could drive to Lathrop, where the barstools are located, to pick them up for free (BTW we still could not pick them up till 12 days ltr) or, we pay $50 to have them delivered in 12 days. But not put together. That's now our job. To me, this is just another fee which I find stupid. A reason I won't go back to Ashley Home store. Why Etsy and Amazon will take this box store out of business. Yes, we bought the product but the end result for their business is We Are Not Going Back.

Let me start by saying that Ricki and Philip were amazing! Exceptional customer service for which I was so grateful. Here are my highlights: (1) I really appreciated walking in and having the opportunity to roam and check everything out in my own time. No one approached me before I was ready. (2) once I was ready, Ricki gave me the attention I needed by helping me select the best items between the options I was interested in, and even making me aware (upon hearing I was moving into a new apartment) of the clearance items. I feel like these things were a steal! I got a new set of plates, bowls, and mugs for on $10 (normally $199), a beautiful lamp for $15 (original price $129), and a set of tumblers for $5. (3) The discounts were generous as it was a July 4th sale, but Philip added an additional discount on my rug, and then honored the price of premium delivery after there was a small mistake in the paper work. Win for me! If you’re in the market for furniture, I highly recommend this Ashley. Thank you Ricki and Philip, you made my day! 🙏🏽❤️

The communication is awful when it’s time to receive your merchandise by delivery. I purchased furniture in May and my couches arrived as planned. The rug and door stool was to arrive June 26th and I called off work to receive the delivery. It didn’t ever arrive and no call to inform me of that. I called the store in Roseville and was told it was going to delivered my FedEx on July 2nd. I asked for a tracking number and was told they didn’t have one. Yesterday was July 2nd and I was home until 430pm NO delivery NO call NO email. I called the store 16 times no one from the store answered instead o got the call center in another country who also could t get through but told me it was arriving yesterday . When I left home at 4pm I put a note on my door to leave my rig and foot stool at my neighbor home. Still no one delivered. If it doesn’t arrive today I’ll drive over 30 miles in 111 degree heat to talk to the store since they don’t ever answer the phone. This is such a inconvenience and as much as I love Ashley furniture I think this is my last time shopping with them.

I have been a customer of Ashley Funiture for a long time . The reason why I remain as a consumer of Ashley is because of the quality of the furniture and .customer service. Although they are big on the browns and mostly earth tones it’s the best furniture store yet. I really want to give a big shout out to Melissa who work in the Roseville store on Fairway. She is the best and has excellent customer service skills. She was very patient and try to make me happy in every possible way. Melissa did her best to give me great deals price match as within her power. As for her team the big boss were very good as well. I recommend the Fairway store to anyone who’s looking for great service. Because of the exceptional service I am coming back to get the experience that I obtained in this store once I am ready to purchase a dinner table. I will be looking for Melissa soon. Worst experience buying furniture so far. Worst time buying anything honestly. It has been over a month since I bought my $500 low quality, easily broken, hardly functioning, bedframe from Ashley furniture. They made me pay $100 for them to put it together, saying that putting it together myself was not an option. 5 minutes after they put it together and left, it broke. Headboard fell down out of the screws and tore off the wood. Thank god I wasn't laying on it. Since then, I have talked to a customer service representative more than 10 times and every time I have talked to them over the phone they would tell me the manager was busy and they would call me back but then never would. Eventually I had to go in person to actually get someone to talk to me and they weren't even busy. I asked for a refund and they told me they don't do refunds. The customer service lady was rude when I told them I called multiple times and would get brushed off and not called back. I was forced into getting a replacement but here I am waiting for them to arrive and they never did. I have been sleeping on the floor for over a month now because they can't deliver an adequate product. Worst experience ever and never going to even consider buying from them again. We'll see if I even get a replacement at this point, they don't care about their shoppers.

I went in to just look at bedroom furniture. Kam immediately greeted me and let me know to ask her if I had any questions. Looking turned into loving a set I found on the floor. I was $80 away from saving an additional percentage off my entire purchase. Kam asked her manager to honor the discount because there wasn’t anything else I needed and got me the additional discount!! I loved that Kam was attentive but not pushy at all. I plan on shopping here again in the future. I can’t wait for my new bedroom set to arrive!

It’s been almost 3 weeks since Ashley charged my credit card for a TV Stand and nobody can tell me if it’s in the way or been canceled. When I asked for a refund I was told they need to confirm if it’s on it’s been sent already and to expect a call the next day. I ordered furniture with a scheduled date 3 weeks in advance which they said everything was in stock and would be delivered. One week before I get an email saying my stuff is on back order. When I went in the store they gave the excuse that “we’re a fulfillment center” and that the stock was possibly delivered to someone with a sooner date, sorry about that. Not one person in there tried to fix the problem! I’ll never spend a penny in that place! And I’ll tell everyone I know how bad the customer service was.

Having never been to an Ashley store, I stopped in as to see what they have for a move to AZ. Ashleigh stated that she would not be able to transfer credit if I ordered some thing and have it shipped in Arizona. But she spent over an hour with me picking out things so it can be on record. Talk about customer service or she wouldn’t make any commission so the least I could do is put a Google review if you’re looking for furniture and you want somebody kind little spend time with you and not a sales person she’s your girl.

Just disappointed with the level of customer service. My girlfriend and I went in looking for a sectional since we moved to the area. Purchased a sectional which we were told was held at a warehouse and would be delivered the following week….3 weeks later they tell us a piece is in back order…

We bought a table from Ashley Furniture on a Monday. At first, we ordered the doorstep delivery service where they would drop off the furniture and we would assemble it. We changed our minds and paid the difference between that service and the threshold service which includes set up. The set up was scheduled for Tuesday and when the delivery guys came, they just dropped it off and told us that we only paid for the delivery drop off. Well, we had to call the store to have the delivery changed and they couldn't even find our payment for the threshold delivery service. So the threshold delivery service got scheduled for a Friday. The delivery guy shows up and goes, "Oh, you already have a table?" They didn't relay the message that we already had one! And when I called and expressed my concerns to the store manager they offered us a measly $20 compensation. Would not recommend anyone buys from Ashley Furniture.

Do not go to this store. They fraudulently opened up a store credit card under my name and I ended up taking a credit hit when I had to jump through hurdles to close it. Came in to look at couches and a sales associate helped me out and said we could look at financing options, I asked if it would affect my credit and he reassured me that it would not at all it would just give us a payment idea. I took that information and left, a few days later receiving my new fraudulently opened credit card in the mail. I called in to speak with the management about it and they pretty much said bummer, sorry he lied we can't do anything about it. Horrendous service, I will not be purchasing a couch from here.

We ended up getting a couch that I’m sure we will love for years. Update: the first sofa that was delivered was damaged. Today they brought us a new one and it looks great. The service overall has been fantastic. Please follow the salesperson advice and check your furniture before the delivery driver leaves.

I contacted Ashley about home searching in Nashville area last month. Once we exchanged the contact information, she has been working on my case immediately. I frequently receive her home for sale information, which is really helpful because Tennessee in general and Nashville in particular are out of my current state, perhaps thousands of miles away from my current residence. My wife and I just purchased our air tickets to meet with Ashley and tour the potential houses for sale early next month. We are excited and looking forward to visiting Nashville and surrounding areas soon!

Best experience ever. I love living spaces and it’s where we usually go, but after browsing for almost 45 minutes, not one sales associate approached us so we thought we’d check out Ashley’s as it was right there and Philip instantly jumped to help us and show us around. He had us try different beds and pillows and helped pick up our bed frame. He also didn’t try to upsell us an overpriced bed, he was focused on finding the right fit for us. He is very knowledgeable; My husband and I are young and we’re moving so we’ve had to spend a lot on the move & he went above and beyond to find us promos and help us qualify for financing. He didn’t even care that he spent 4 hours with us, he just wanted to make sure we got what we really wanted. He even made sure to give us his number and took my husbands cell Incase we had a trouble with delivery. He was the best

Sales people are nice, helpful, knowledgeabl. I'm sure there are some nice things there, but the couches and Ashley brand mattresses are the worst quality I've ever purchased. I absolutely hate my brand new couch. The cushions come out of place when you sit, they cave in around you, and you can hear someone adjust their position even in other rooms it's so loud. Cheap fabric, NOT soft. I guess you can't get furniture of quality anymore, or I went to the wrong place. My other pieces I've gotten from smaller mom n pops were so beautiful and well made, maybe I should have stayed with the smaller stores. You no longer get what you pay for. Those days are over, profit over all. All we have are reviews, and based on the average rating of Ashley they don't give a crap anyway. My mattress I bought is awful. I was told it would be better if I bought the 900.00 adjustable bed frame, which I'm ngl I will prob go back and buy because I'm at the adjustable bed age anyway. I hate to give such a bad review but this is pretty upsetting. I make these large purchases once every ten years and I do not appreciate the super poor quality :( It's mostly my fault, I picked it out. I was soooo tired after more than a year of couch shopping, I gave up and went for it. Go to the smaller stores, y'all

Wrong color of couch was delivered and communication was initially slow about fixing the issue, but the reached out within a week. At this point, the only feedback I would recommend improvement on is answering phone calls. You can never reach anyone.

After visiting many furniture stores in the area, we stopped at Ashley. We loved the selection and proceeded to purchase multiple pieces with the help of Steven. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy!!! I highly recommend this store.

This was such a positive experience! It was fun trying out all the mattresses they had. Once I was shown everything to choose from, it was easy to pick. I felt listened to and my needs were met Edit: should have waited until delivery day and I had my bed in my possession to make my post. I paid $200 and was supposed to receive delivery of my bed, disassembly and mattress removal and assembly of my new bed. I asked twice if those things would be done because I would not be able to do them myself. When the delivery company arrived, they said they could not disassemble my bed when I was promised by the salesperson that they would. Be aware that Ashley furniture will say what you want to hear to make a sale, even if it isn’t the truth.

My wife and I came here JUST to check out some couches, but of course behold, there was a Presidents Day Sale. As we were browsing we got familiar with a few of the workers there who were a tremendous help at answering our questions. Munish was extremely kind and interactive, focusing very much on us, even when he had to get pulled away to help others, he made sure to come back and finish what we started. Phillip was VERY knowledgeable on the set we were looking into, and as soon as we saw a stunning deal on one that was right up our alley, they were very honest about its material makeup, it's Warranty coverages, and how soon we could have it. We actually had our truck with us at the time...and even though it was a Sunday (they don't have their loading crew) they loaded it up immediately for us and weren't hesitant to guide us throughout it. I want to say a big thanks to DJ, Andy, and all the others previously mentioned for helping us get such a good deal and being so impulsive with the loading procedure! They made our experience very personal and we look forward to working with this location again very soon!

Terrible customer service! Do not buy with them. I ordered and the furniture did not work for out home. I sent it back that day and 2 days later a manager called and I expressed that I wanted to cancel. They told me that I would receive the refund with in 3-5 business days… it has now been exactly 10 business days. I gave called multiple time and the different reps have told me that “it wasn’t cancelled” its not cancelled in all of our systems” all kinds of excuses. I will never ever do business with them.

DO NOT Waste your money or time at Ashley. Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Received sectional and the delivery staff immediately called customer service because there were two different dye lots and they did not match. They sent out a color blind tech who said it matched after waiting 4 hours. Contacted the rep Sean and he said he was having customer service take care of. No call from customer service and no call or text back from Sean after 3 texts and 2 voicemails. The old adage you get what you pay for is so true. If you don't care about customer service or your sectionals matching, buy from Ashley.

sales person said theres a $60 delivery charge, regardless if i ordered online or bought in the store. turns out that was a lie, shipping is free if you buy online. so check out the store if the item you're looking for is on display. but order online.

Was told our 4,000.00 couch was to be delivered tomorrow, all week text to confirm delivery. Today we got called only to find out our set was on back order!! The only reason we purchased this was due to the other set was 4week out and the set they sold us was supposed to be in and ready for delivery?? Lesson learned . Never will we shop here again all lies.

Since September 2023 we have made three separate purchases at the Ashley Roseville store. Each time we have requested Shawn Newcomb. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the products we were asking about and very helpful, showing us all options before our purchase. Additionally he was a non-pressure type of salesman which we very much appreciated.

Horrible customer service. They delivered damaged furniture and it took over 3months for them to replace it. I spent hours trying to deal with the issue and it was awful how bad Ashley handled this. I would never shop there again.

Is it possible to give negative stars? This is my first review, but I had such a bad experience that I wanted everyone to know. I live about 45 miles from the store and purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress and box spring and a new bed frame from them almost a month ago. The earliest I could have it delivered was today, 1/4/24, since they had to order the bed frame and they only deliver to my area twice a month. I took the day off from work and had to burn a vacation day to wait for this delivery. First off, the delivery guy wasn't even sure of my address and called me from the street saying he was in front when, in actuality, he was about half a block away. Shouldn't he know the address he's delivering to? Google not working for you? He comes up and immediately starts complaining and telling me that he doesn't think he can get the truck up to my building because there's overhanging trees, power lines, etc. I pointed out to him that this very Ashley had delivered my couch to me previously using their large box truck and this had not been an issue then, but he wasn't having it. He said he needed to call his boss and take some pictures. He also made the excuse that they were also doing a big delivery in my area also. I told him that I paid for delivery and I expected my items and that no other delivery trucks had issues accessing my street. Anyway, guy goes away to "take pictures" and "call his boss". And then completely disappears. Never a call back, never a knock on my door. Nothing. Just ghosted me and disappeared with my mattress, which I was really looking forward to sleeping on tonight. Now, I have no mattress and am out a vacation day too. I will be returning my whole order, which totaled almost $3,500. I will also be tearing up my Ashley credit card too. I will never purchase anything from these guys again. What a horrible waste of time. And this is part of my penance. I will tell every person I know what a crappy experience I had and advise them to go anywhere else. And now I have to go shopping for a new mattress again and explain to my boss why I need to use another vacation day for no particular reason. NEVER go here. You've been warned.

Went in there looking for a fireplace, found one I thought I wanted but I wanted to measure it at home first. So i decided to buy a clearance rug for $5... Here's where it went wrong. sales team couldn't figure that out. don't think I want to give them my business with the fireplace if you couldn't handle a 5 dollar clearance sale.

Was trying to get a replacement for my new bed. Technician came in 3 times. Ashley sent me the wrong parts twice. Called them literally like 25 times. First I was stuck with the their customer service. Now I was trying to call their in store Roseville number. Every time I tell them situation. They keep on saying different things. The technician said you’re going to get the whole new bed replacement but I call them and they’re saying first we have to receive the parts and then I have to schedule another appt. I have been dealing with this from literally like 4 months. I really could write like 10 paragraphs about their lack of communication with each other and their inconvenience that I have faced so so many times. But it’s okay. I just want them to get their systems all on one page. I want them to communicate with their technicians. It’s just sucks.

My wife were in this store several times looking for a dinner table. We spoke with Ashley first time and with Phil the last time and both were very kind and helpful and did not push or try to hard sell anything. The furniture is well made and high quality and the prices are competitive. Be on the lookout for clearance sales online which the stores will honor.

Warranty is a scam! Paid extra just to be told our warranty doesn’t cover any actual damages to the furniture! Warranty company they work with is an absolute scam and Ashley is zero help. Cheap furniture and horrible customer service, save your money and shop at Costco.

Went with my son to purchase his living room furniture for an upcoming move. We were greeted by Austin asking what we were looking for today. I personally try to avoid sales people when I am just starting my hunt for new furniture, however my son piped up with we are just looking thanks. Austin was polite and said he was there if we had any questions. We spent a good hour and a half in Ashely’s sitting on almost every couch. Austin would walk by to check on us every now and then but never was hovering around and annoying. Actually left and went to another place then actually returned and went back through a few more items. Austin was great at answering all of my son’s questions and the few I asked just so my son would be aware of other questions to ask. Austin explained the different in delivery options, care plan options and how soon items would be available. Never did I get the impression he was trying to up sale anything or get my son to finance a purchase he planned on paying for at the time of sale. I am thankful Austin was such a wonderful sales representative, even provided his direct cell number if there was a change in address delivery prior to delivery the following week.

Bought sofa worth 7k, wad delivered with broken Recliner. Delivery man tells reprted the issue and technician will come fix it. Technician come without doing any home work after 15 days and says parts need to be ordered. Please call back after you receive parts to save my and your time. 7k spent to bring this headache on myself.

I had a very bad experience with Amazon when I tried to order the lodenbay farmhouse table by Ashley. 30 days later, it was still not delivered, and they were not able to tell me when they could. I cancelled the order and started calling everywhere that might have the table. I discovered the closest Ashley store to me was 1 1/2 hours away in Roseville. Called the store and was connected to KK that really listened to me and sent me pictures of the table. I drove down, and after a few hiccups, finally was able to order my table. Unique to my location, made this purchase difficult to order but KK kept trying and really helped tremendously. I can’t thank her enough for not giving up. Now 3 days later , they are contacting me about delivery details! I love a company (and employees) that actually do what they promise!

April 9th purchased a loveseat and a rocking recliner. Three weeks later set in the love seat reclined it in the whole back just fell out day 4 waiting for next week to come so that a technician can look at the particle board that is laying on the ground and determine if I need a new replacement. I do not want this loveseat cannot return it they do not offer refunds beware! And when you call you're on hold for 20 minutes hang up and dial The Prompt that involves money and they will answer. I will be filing a claim with Department of Consumer Affair if this horrible situation is not rectified by next week.

We purchased an entire household of furniture a couple months ago at Ashley Furniture. Recently we decided to go back to get an end table to add to our previous order. We knew exactly what we wanted, and thought it would be a quick easy sale! We walked in on a Monday afternoon and couldn’t find anyone to help us, their internet wasn’t working and once we were finally taken care of, we were charged $40 to deliver a $150 item and we’re told that we could not pick it up. We felt this was horrible customer service and had we not needed to match our other furniture, we would have canceled the order!

My wife and I bought a mattress, a bedroom set, and living room set. Ashley was our sales associate (a fitting name for Ashley furniture), and she was great. I do NOT recommend this store, why you may ask? Well because we experienced racism even after we made a purchase. Here is what happened, my mother and I had gone in search for a sofa bed, we found one the last one that fit into our budget, we bought it right then and there, the sales associate was nice. We agreed on coming in the next day to pick up said couch. My mother arrived with my brother and his friend to pick it up, however the manager, quickly seen us Hispanic people, and looked us up and down and said "if you're not going to buy nothing you can't be here" my mom then responded "excuse me ?" And he repeated. My mother then said "we came to pick up what we purchased the day before" the manager proceeded to say " well I don't remember selling anything to you" as you can imagine we were furious. After back and forth he finally seen we did in fact purchase a sofa the day before. Not once did he apologize for the mistreat. So yes the price was good, but I will NEVER EVER shop here nor do I recommend this place to any of my friends or families especially if your Hispanic. Unless you don't mind racism against you because of how you look.

Ashley Furniture in Roseville doesn’t know what customer service is. My furniture was delivered today. I paid for set up. One chair of the dinning set was defective. After several calls with their customer service department where I was put on hold multiple times, I still do not know when my problem will be resolved. I was told they have 72 hours to schedule a repair. A claim has to be established, etc. I want a replacement, which should have been straight forward, but at least they could have SCHEDULED a repair today. I have no idea when this will be resolved! This is on top of not getting the advertised price that was discussed with the salesperson. When I got home and realized I was overcharged, I was on hold several times with their automated phone system but couldn’t get through to anyone at the store for over an hour. I finally drove down there and was told the person who answers the phone didn’t come in until one pm. Really! Only one person is authorized to answer the phone? Get you act together Ashley.

You gotta go see Steven! He was quick and efficient! And his knowledge blew me away!! I'm glad we was walked in!

Great customer service

0 stars. Do NOT buy the extended protection. We bought a couch and a loveseat less than 2 years ago and were convinced to get the extended warranty protection since we have dogs and was told if our furniture gets stained we can put in a claim. Not only do we have stains but the seams are coming apart, nothing to do with our dogs. We put in our claim and was denied, but told they could send an independent contractor to fix the seams at our expense. We specifically bought the protection based on what their salesperson said. Never again will I purchase warranty or shop at Ashley. The furniture is absolute garbage and we wasted money on the plan.

Great experience here - this store seemed to be a real positive contrast to other furniture store experiences I've had - I liked the experience level of the sales folks and was really happy with my purchase, which arrived 2 days later! I would definitely return for my next furniture purpose.

Wanted to update now that our dining set has been delivered. We had a great experience despite many of the other reviews on here. We were given a time window of 12:45-4:45 and they were here just a few minutes early around 12:35. They also sent a link where you could track the delivery truck that told you an ETA and how many stops away. Very convenient. Delivery was very quick and everything arrived in perfect condition!

Tracey was such a big help! I dread going to furniture stores because the sales people can be so pushy and constantly over your shoulder. Tracey is not like that at all! She’s very sweet, gives you space and time, and just has such a calm demeanor.
