literally the worst customer service I've ever received. went in 3 weeks ago and placed an order to be delivered which I then cancelled on the spot because they were struggling so hard to get my total right. I have had endless calls and emails asking if I am enjoying my items, etc. last Friday they dump a bed frame box on my doorstep -even though I was originally told everything would be assembled upon delivery- and have called 5+times and keep getting told they'll call me back once they figure it out. it's not that hard to schedule a pickup of an item that was shipped to me in error but you would think it was since I still have a box on my doorstep and no call back over a week later. completely ridiculous. I have hypertension from dealing with these morons
It’s nice to try out the furniture in the store, but there are better online prices than in the store. Also, we’ve had all sorts of issues with delivery. Our new sofa was supposed to be delivered two days ago. We didn’t get any calls or anything to follow up on it. I finally checked their online Order Tracking today and they didn’t even have our order there. I then had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to get someone to help me with this. Now we won’t get our sofa for another three days.
Store is clean and lots of options. BUT, Their “sale” was just double the price and give you 50% off. Back to regular price. Annoying. Also the sales rep typed the address in wrong, and the company missed the delivery date all together. Now we are still waiting and hope for a delivery 6 days later than planned.
Ashley will not take back any furniture once the delivery truck leaves your home! We bought a chair for almost $700.00 and tried to return it the next morning. We had taken a cushion in from our sofa and the salesperson said it would match well. When it was in our home it did not match the sofa. They said they do not sell used furniture therefore we had to keep the chair. They did recommend we put it on Craigslist. I took it to a consignment shop and hopefully it will sell.
I can not wait to try my new bed. I did all of my research on my tempur pro breeze. I knew exactly what I wanted. Pam did not try pressuring me into something else that I didn’t want. Waiting for a good night 🌙 of 😴. Bring it on.
I cannot say enough good things about Ashley HomeStore. My wife and I just purchased a new home that is much larger than the tiny apartment we are leaving. As such, we found ourselves in the market for new furniture. I am so glad we decided to stop by Ashley's. They have great prices and an exceptional selection of furniture, both in store and online. Nick and Kevin at the Roseville location were the epitome of professionalism and really bent over backwards to ensure we were pleased with our purchases and received the best deal possible. They made the chaos and stress of moving much more manageable. We will be customers for life!
I bought a power recliner today from Racheal Sparks. She helped me find the perfect fit for me and my home. She wasn't pushy and was very patient with me. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience with Racheal and Ashley today. I highly recommend her.

I just recently downsized to a smaller home and needed new furnishings to fit the new space. I had a very precise idea of what I wanted and needed, down to the size and color. The salesperson I worked with, Angelina was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She helped me find several pieces I am excited to see in my new home. I had a great experience at the store and I have Angelina to thank for that!!
I came in with my wife to look for furniture this past Wednesday- we were immediately greeted by the most cheerful face and smile, a sales associate named Angelina. She didn’t follow us around the store, simply explained the sales promotion that’s currently going on at Ashley’s, how to read the sales at retail and the mark down comes from the dollar amount on the back (tip for anyone reading this who’s going to shop at Ashley’s). She came over and checked in often, answered all questions we threw at her, priced checked and found out the availability dates for every item we asked for, and helped with all measurements even though we later learned all the dimensions are on the back haha! Just over all five stars aren’t enough, especially when getting to know her more and finding out she’s a brand new employee of I believe she said 3 weeks now or something like that- 10/10 will be purchasing from this company, as well as we highly recommend going in and asking for Angelina. If you’ve got little ones like we do, don’t worry, she plays with the kids while you shop. Can’t wait for our new sectional!
We got our living room set and dining room set here. The staff is so nice and friendly! Lori especially was wonderful hanging out with us the entire time we were making our decisions. This is high quality furniture, they've got great deals going, and the staff is great!
Rachael, a relatively new sales person, was very helpful, friendly, resourceful and seemed genuinely interested in working with my color scheme. If she did not know the answer to a question, she sought info from her manager, Kevin.
Saleswoman was very helpful. She knew her inventory and connected with my style of furniture.
Did not love it. Would not go back. Sales people seem to not have a good grasp on inventory or need everything approved by a manager. Just not a super fun experience.

World's worst customer service!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I WAS IN THE STORE FOR 1 HOUR AND THEY IGNORED ME. MY FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPAIR IT 3 MONTHS LATER. I expected better from such a large company! do not waste your time.
Great experience! We had Tammy and Kevin and they were amazing ! Tammy was so welcoming and treated us like family . There was no pressure and they gave us exactly what we asked ! Deffinetly recommend ashley’s and ask for TAMMY
Angelina was very helpful. She did everything she could to get me a good deal on the sectional sleeper I wanted. She also helped me pick out a mattress for my bed too. She was very informative and patient with me as well. I had s very good experience.
Furniture was broken and missing parts upon delivery. Delivery team left styrofoam pieces and debris on my floor and entry way of my home. Extremely unprofessional and had to go through multiple hoops to try and get a refund for the company’s lack of quality control . Would not recommend.
