Angelina was very professional… She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. When something wasn’t available she made sure I got something similar. She also remembered me each time I came in and greeted me with a smile.
Sarmed Jalil, who was the sales specialist at a time of multiple visits to the Roseville store, was very helpful in explaining the different purchase and configuration options, as well as providing valuable info related to the quality of products and services available. I was able to get honest and professional opinion regarding the items of interest, and could wrap up the purchase very quickly.

Do yourself a Favor ASK for SANDRA she was amazing to work with, she was so helpful and genuine, she never made me feel pressured like many sales floor associates do. She let me take my time and wonder around when i couldn’t make up my mind and when I was ready she was patiently waiting on the sidelines to help ring me up. Thank you Sandra for spending so much extra time waiting on me. I love my new furniture.
Angelina is the BEST! When we walked in she let us know the specials and allowed us to walk around and look. She isn't your typical sales person who hounds you till you walk out. Angelina was very knowledgeable when it came to selling us our mattress along with all of our furniture. She introduced my husband and I to her manager, Giscard Douge who was also amazing! They both talked to us on a personal level , not just a business level which is why we will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family to go see them. Angelina is definitely a big asset to the company and I wish her nothing but the best in the future!

At first the experience was well. They let me browse, had some good sales, and answered questions. Then the sales guy tried to upsell me the protection plan for 5 minutes multiple times. I was clearly not interested and no means no. I worked a sales job myself and know their purpose is easy profit unless their furniture really is low quality and I could just demand a refund. That wasn't bad but what was unacceptable was how the delivery people said no one was home when my parents were. I'm not sure if they knocked because the doorbell is easily visable and easy to hear. My parents heard me knocking when I tried it to confirm. I paid good money for better than that.

What a great experience, we went in for a mattress and right when we walked in we meet Angelina she was a great help she listened to us on what we were looking for and our budget, no pressure on buying, she made it possible for us to get a new mattress and a bedroom set for a great price. Really recomendable! ANGELINA GREAT SALES REP.

After several visits to various furniture stores in the area on New Years Day, we decided to stop by Ashley Furniture. We had been looking for a new master bedroom set both online and on store visits. We were totally frustrated after our last store visit as the bedroom set we thought was on sale was “partially excluded” from the discount sale. Unfortunately, the part excluded was the most expensive part of the set. After arriving at the Ashley store, we were pleasantly greeted by Sarmed Jalil who asked us about what we were looking for and he pointed out all of the areas of the store and the fine selling points of Ashley Furniture. We finally covered the whole store and saw a set that we liked which Sarmed shared his wealth of knowledge about the quality of the set and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Once we decided on all of the pieces, Sarmed took it on from there and made it a very seamless positive experience. He even brought over his sales manager, Gescard, who was very nice and even offered us an additional discount on the already discounted sale price. This was all After Hours with the store closed as they did not rush us out. What was most impressive was that they made us feel our business was important to them and we felt special after we left the store. They were very transparent about the entire transaction from the time we entered the store to the time that we left one hour after the store closed. We also “loved” the bedroom set and the quality even better then the much higher priced set and can’t wait to get our delivery. Thank you Sarmed, Gescard and Ashley Furniture!!
I ordered a sideboard online. When it was delivered I watched the men literally dump the box out of the truck onto the ground. The furniture was damaged when they opened the package (big surprise). The delivery men tried to get me to take the piece of furniture anyway, stating someone who would look into repairing it would call me. NO! I ordered a new piece of furniture, not a damaged one. Not even sure when I’ll get another delivered. Never again.
I was greeted at the front door at Roseville/Rocklin Store by SARMED JALIL. SARMED was an OUTSTANDING furniture consultant!! He was GENUINE and he was a JEWEL!! So professional, kind, patient, informative. He doesn’t sell. What he does is, HE LISTENS! He hears what the customer really wants but is afraid to admit to themselves because of the fear of spending. Thankfully, the price of everything was significantly reduced which made us feel secure! The Store Manager, Kevin supported his colleague and thereby delivered great Professionalism to the customer! I cannot emphasize enough how professional and pleasant SARMED JALIL was during our experience at Ashley Furniture. People want to be acknowledged. They want to feel good about an experience. The fact is; even if a piece furniture were to arrive damaged it would not be the end of the world. The absolute fun and Pleasure of shopping at Ashley’s with SARMED was such a great experience: That is what I WILL REMEMBER MORE! By the way, I went in there to buy one bed. Bought a living room too!! Thank you so much SARMED!!!!!!!😃😃😃😃
Sarmed was very patient, and worked hart to help us select the best bedroom set within the budget we set. Kevin the manager there at the Roseville store made sure everything was fine tuned, so the deal was what we expected. We were difficult, and they were committed to excellent customer service, and making sure we had the best experience possible. Thanks Sarmed and Kevin!
Just received our "incomplete" order. No notification that the order would not be complete. One sofa was discovered broken at the warehouse so was not loaded. One of the expensive recliners was discovered broken when it arrived, along with being dirty and having torn leather. The workmanship looked very poor. I had ordered two so we have rejected both. I am not at all impressed with their operation. The deliver guys were nice but then again they are contractors and not Ashley employees. Would find it difficult to recommend Ashley. Their extreme mark-up/on-sale sales technique I don't care for. Go to Beck's furniture to get the Ashley sales price as the posted retail price. If dealing with Ashley don't take anything for granted, document what you are being promised, and keep your expectations in check. My experiences with Beck and RC Wiley have been far superior to Ashley.
Recently went into the Ashley's Furniture in Roseville, we ended up purchasing a loveseat. I am in awe of the level they have screwed up. After waiting patiently for a confirmation text two days prior to our scheduled delivery date, and receiving no such text. We reviewed the documents we were handed at the end of our purchase. It was discovered the sales associate Angelina Gonzales entered her personal information rather than ours. So instead of receiving our confirmation text two days prior, it apparently went to her phone which I'm assuming she chose to ignore. Therefore our delivery was cancelled. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Angelina. Additionally, when calling to confirm our delivery, all that was offered was an apology. No accountability for the error, such as removing the delivery fee or the added protect plan that was added without our consent. I hate to be that person to rant on a review and claim "I will never return" to a business. However, this entire experience has left me feeling very disappointed.
