In the last few months, we have purchased a full bedroom set, a sectional couch, a coffee table, and tonight, a full dining room set along with two area rugs. On all 4 visits, each sales associate has been amazing to work with- the customer service exemplary. We are pleased with Ashley Furniture. A five star rating would have been given had the sales associate had the same customer service when we had to return a rug (before even taking it home) due to some defects. It was a Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde situation to the extreme, including attitude and comments about losing her commission, although this was a small percentage of the full purchase tonight. We understand this is not indicative of the sales team her and certainly has not been our experience. We will be returning in the future, just will not do business with her.

Absolutely terrible!! I get better customer service at Mc Donald's, Upon arrival on 11/10/19 myself and my fiancee was greeted by a so called manager in which we find out later on that he is just a salesman. We told him that we are looking for a bigger dinning room table set for the upcoming Thanksgiving, we explained our concerns and needs more than once from size to timing to get the table set before the holidays. We finally found a dinning room table set that we both liked and was told there was a glitch in the system showing that there was none in stock and this particular set was on backorder. We then tell this so called manager that if he could call us once he finds out what is going on with this glitch we would come back and figure out the rest. within 10mins of leaving we received a phone call from the "manager" saying they fixed the glitch and that they have it at their warehouse, we then return within 30mins to get paperwork finalized and then schedule to have the table and chairs dropped of this weekend on 11/23/19. Not only did this store take my money for delivery fee and taxes they then send my lady a text two days before the delivery date to say our items have been delayed and won't be arriving until after the 29th!! My lady calls in regards to the delay to get the most unhelpful and careless individuals who basically turned around to say well we can cancel your order or you can come back and pick something different!! She then asks to speak to the store manager and was told that he would help and would call her back with a solution. Not only did he NOT call her back she had called him twice in which the first time he was on lunch and the second his solution was according to him he would refund us our delivery fee but we would then have to get our own table two hours away.. now who in their right mind would think that was helping or a solution to my problem..

Hands down, Angelina is absolutely wonderful to work with and I'd recommend her 100% when you're ready to buy furniture. She was able to help us with the best deals possible! She made the process of buying furniture very comfortable, fun and easy. We never thought we would be buying a Temper-pedic Matress along with a sectional sofa, 5 piece dining set, floor mirror, accent rug, and a floor plant for all less than 8k. If you're scoping out for the best deals possible Angelina is your girl trust me!! Angelina and Kevin the manager are both pleasant to work with!! I'm definitely recommending both of them and if we need any other pieces for our home in the future we know where to go too! Thanks a million Angelina! You're the bestest and we cannot thank you enough for this awesome 1st time buying experience!! :)

Visit the store, employees looked at us like what are you doing here, like if we don't belong there just cause we are Mexicans. We were walking around the store looking for bed sets and one of the employees was following us and everytime we looked at him he would looked down or turn the other way, it was awful. Won't ever go back to that store

Absolutely the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my life. We bought a dining set and kept receiving chairs that were improperly assembled. After 1 visit from the technician, and 3 tries to get replacement chairs form the warehouse, including a final ditch effort to get chairs in the box that I could just assemble myself, no resolution. 8 days ago, I was promised a full refund by the store manager Kevin, and have not heard anything else from them regarding picking up the furniture - Called this morning to find out that the refund request was just submitted yesterday and is pending approval from the corporate office. You cannot make this stuff up. My wife and I have been dining like two gypsies, avoiding the use of this garbage furniture sitting in our house waiting to be returned. 8 days, and we don't even have a pickup date scheduled. It's insane. I will be sure to let everyone I come in contact with know that they must at all costs avoid Ashley Furniture.

Great furniture selection except not happy I have to wait a month for a table. Other services are great so far except for delivery. I've tried calling three times to reschedule the appointment and waiting 20, 30 minutes and no one answers! Terrible way to treat people after they have bought something from you.
