Our almost two-hour journey to Roseville (from Napa) to find the perfect couch for our new home, initially started off with anticipation and hope visiting another well-known furniture store, quickly turned into disappointment as we struggled to find options that matched our tastes and preferences. We decided, in a last ditch effort before heading home to stop into Ashley Furniture and were immediately greeted by Philip's warm and knowledgeable presence. Philip dedicated his time and expertise to assist us - even studying our floor plan - ensuring that we found the perfect couch for our new home. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident as he patiently guided us through various options until we found the ideal match. As the hours passed and the store closed, Philip remained by our side, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Remarkably, Jeanine, the Customer Service Manager and Andy, the GM, respectively, stayed behind after hours to finalize our financing and ensure a seamless transaction. Their professionalism, kindness, and even humor, despite the late hour, made the entire process enjoyable. Together, they worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was buttoned up, demonstrating their unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. What truly set this experience apart was Philip's continued dedication even after the store closed. He provided us with his personal cell phone number and went the extra mile by FaceTiming with us multiple times the following day to address any additional questions or concerns. Danny was a terrific salesman. He was kind, patient, and informative but never pushy. He gave us space when we needed, without us even asking. We ended up getting a couch that I’m sure we will love for years. Update: the first sofa that was delivered was damaged. Today they brought us a new one and it looks great. The service overall has been fantastic. Please follow the salesperson advice and check your furniture before the delivery driver leaves.

I contacted Ashley about home searching in Nashville area last month. Once we exchanged the contact information, she has been working on my case immediately. I frequently receive her home for sale information, which is really helpful because Tennessee in general and Nashville in particular are out of my current state, perhaps thousands of miles away from my current residence. My wife and I just purchased our air tickets to meet with Ashley and tour the potential houses for sale early next month. We are excited and looking forward to visiting Nashville and surrounding areas soon!
Best experience ever. I love living spaces and it’s where we usually go, but after browsing for almost 45 minutes, not one sales associate approached us so we thought we’d check out Ashley’s as it was right there and Philip instantly jumped to help us and show us around. He had us try different beds and pillows and helped pick up our bed frame. He also didn’t try to upsell us an overpriced bed, he was focused on finding the right fit for us. He is very knowledgeable; My husband and I are young and we’re moving so we’ve had to spend a lot on the move & he went above and beyond to find us promos and help us qualify for financing. He didn’t even care that he spent 4 hours with us, he just wanted to make sure we got what we really wanted. He even made sure to give us his number and took my husbands cell Incase we had a trouble with delivery. He was the best
