Great customer service. Nice deals. Very comfortable furniture. Process was quick and painless. Our delivery, after waiting a week, came in with a loose, wobbly arm rest on one side. Thankfully soon they will be fixing this, having a specialist check it out within 2 weeks. Nothing bad to say though.
Sales Associate Angelina Gonzales was friendly , knowledgeable and helpful in us making our purchase. We paid in full and assured of everything being stock Unfortunately the shipping & delivery time has been delayed too many times. The reasoning for the delays is out out stock issues which when we had a confirmed delivery date of Sept. 14th. Ashley wanted to ship a week earlier minus one item a dining table bench. I told them no because our new home was getting new floors put in without any furniture. So we re-scheduled for Sept. 30th now minus the sofa chaise. I was told it would be delivered Oct. 14th. On Sept. 30th I received an email telling me the delivery will now be Oct. 28th. How can product I bought that was in stock for delivery for in September now be not available until the end of October ? Ashley sold my sofa chaise to another customer. I called the phone number from the email last week left a message with my phone number. No one has returned my call. This unacceptable !!
Super helpful sales person!! Listen to the specifications but I was looking for And directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Such a pleasant shopping experience and I can’t wait to get my new furniture!!

We walked in and we’re helped right away. They knew right where to take us when we asked to see a specific piece. Thank you for making our morning so easy to get this errand taken care of quickly and efficiently.
This was our second time walking into Ashley (first time at this location) just to “browse” and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person, Karen. She listened to our needs and walked the floor with recommendations and options. Additionally, she brought over the store manager, Abdel to see if he can package a deal that will give us what we wanted and within budget. After almost 4 hours, we made ~$12k purchase, which included a beautiful, high-end bedroom and dining set, 2 tempur-pedic mattress with a mattress cover protector, 2 sealy pillowtop. We were very happy with our purchase and most importantly, the customer service received was outstanding. Both Karen and Abdel were extremely professional, as never once did we felt pressured to buy the items. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and price for the quality items. Thank you Karen and Abdel for delivering a great experience, we look forward to receiving the items in our new home!
We visited twice, looking for both a new living room set and a new mattress fro our California King bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. On our second visit we decided to purchase both. Our mattress is being delivered shortly, but unfortunately the living room set cannot be delivered for several months due to supply stream problems. We understand this is a common problem now and can't be helped. Overall, a good buying experience.
We have had nothing but issues having our furniture delivered. We paid extra to have our items delivered and assembled. The drivers put the items together on our driveway. When they brought in our large tv stand, it was missing accessories, had a crack in the wood, and they didn’t even finish assembling the shelves ( they left us the screws to do it ourself). THEN, Our coffee table and end table’s tops were coming up because they didn’t even screw them in! We had to call to order parts to finish the assembly. Today, we had a second tv stand delivered to replace the first one. It was damaged too! Supposedly, they added the VIP service to this delivery but it was still damaged. They said we would get a phone call in 15 minutes. It’s been almost an hour and no phone call. There wasn’t a phone call last time either. I had to chat with a rep to discuss the issues and sent photos. Nobody at the store answers the phone. I want my $169.99 refunded for a service that has been nothing but bad. In addition, we have to schedule a THIRD delivery date. This is ridiculous!!

We ordered a dining room table and chairs from them and arranged a delivery date. Time off was arranged to be home for the delivery time but they cancelled the delivery without any notification. So, we are cancelling our order.

Horrible experience here! They have no idea what customer service should look like. You can tell they hate their jobs. Everything is double of what’s on their website. Will price match maybe if your lucky.
Horrible delivery they threw the bed frame together (which we reassembled once we realized it was off and there were several screws left out. They dirtied our existing beds and left packing and dirt all over our floor.
TERRIBLE customer service! Cannot reach anyone at store by phone, call transferred to call center... on hold for over an hour!! Purchased living room & bedroom furniture, paid in full items that were in stock, gave sales person tentative delivery date because my b move-in date was not confirmed yet - they said that would not be a problem since the items were in stock and they could be held at the warehouse.. now I'm being told that the items that I purchased and paid for are not available till November, that whatever was in stock was given to somebody else! even though I have paid for it in full and trying to get somebody to contact me has been a nightmare I will never buy from Ashley's again!
Very bad experience from shopping Ashley store I buy dining table $1500 when they deliver it’s broken so after that I keep calling and every time I wait 40-45 minutes on phone and they don’t want to return my item but they want to gave me store credit that I don’t want it ,store credit.never go to buy Ashley furniture again.
Feels cheated. I had a credit for $50 and went to the store. I purchased a wall clock and paid $128.70 including tax. Later when I check the same product online on Ashley website, I see the price is $99.99. The credit I had, if used online I would have got the product for $49.99 whereas I paid $78.71 extra at the store.
We bought furniture and a terrible mattress in this furniture store. It has been over 1 month that we still are waiting for a response from a district manager that supposed to contact us for a resolution on this mattress and nothing yet. I highly do not recommend the mattress from this furniture at all, l will contact Univision so people know how this furniture works, we pay over 8000dollars here in our furniture with the mattress until now no answer yet
I was only here once and I have to say the furniture looked low quality yet it was expensive. Just now wow factor here at all. If I’m gonna spend thousands on furniture it better be great quality to last so not for me personally.
