Buyer beware!!! Shocking pricing practices, and the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I’ve been waiting weeks for them to resolve an issue. I don’t suspect they ever will. This store is also price gouging. They raise the prices listed to extortionate levels, then offer you a discount to make you think that it’s a good deal. It’s worse than a car dealership. Then you discover their website is much cheaper for the same item.
The wonderful employees and service they give. They make you feel special and are so helpful. Also, the furniture is nice and affordable.
My wife and I had a pleasant experience here. The salesman Kevin Bogenreif was very nice and informative, but not pushy. We actually left Ashley to go check out Macy’s, only to find that Macy’s furniture was far more expensive and they don’t offer free shipping like Ashley does. We will come back again the next time we’re looking for furniture.
Nothing but broken promises and terrible customer service. Only because we already waited a month and a half we would be going elsewhere and we are still waiting on some of our items.

Ashley is not the same as they were before. I was waiting for our dinner table since a month. Today was the delivery day, after waiting about 8 hrs I realized that the dinner table we ordered is not even in their warehouse. I heard this while talking to an agent at the store. This is really unfortunate because I had their text confirming the delivery date for today. So sad because of their poor management.
Bait and Switch Bought a recliner. In the store it was brown. I received a black one. They refused to exchange. Just more lies after another. No response any more after 2 months. I just gave up. NEVER again. What Happened to you Ashley?
I'm giving two stars and at this point it's stretching it. I'm giving those stars solely based on our customer service which was terrific. The team at Roseville get 5 stars on their own. Angelina and the manager at the Roseville store were incredible and the service there was great but that's when it stopped. After that point we wait for delivery and that's when it goes downhill. We purchase our sectional couch on 8/23/2020 and the soonest delivery date they had was 9/22 and this would be a partial delivery, four out of six pieces of the sectional. At this point no big deal we were okay with this because of the four pieces being delivered that day include the two end pieces so it would just be a smaller sectional until we receive the rest of it which would be on back order and delivered on 10/5. We can deal with this not a big deal at all. Today is 9/22 and delivery shows up not in the time frame specified when they called to confirm yesterday again that's okay but they show up with three pieces and not four with no explanation and no one even called to tell us this and it did not consist of the two end pieces, the whole reason we were okay with partial delivery. We inspect our couch and it has a bunch of little damage areas!!! We come to your store, spend thousands of dollars and you bring me a partially damaged couch?! We call and report it and they say they will send someone out in a couple weeks to assess the damage. Onto the delivery of the rest of the couch which should have been scheduled for 10/5 they tell us now that everything else is on back order until 10/24!! What?!! The whole deal was that this was suppose to all be delivered before our baby was born and it's looking like that won't be the case now. So, as of right now I have a partially delivered damaged couch in my living room. This is absolutely ridiculous for a big company like Ashley Furniture Stores be operating like this. I found this couch at a rival store and the amazing sales team at Ashley ended up beating their price and terms because they were the manufacturer of the couch for that I am grateful but at this point I wish I would have paid the few hundred difference. I would have had the couch by now because they had in stock and I wouldn't have to deal with all of this as our baby is nearing his due date. Now I have to wait for however long for this to get resolved and get the rest of my couch. Their delivery date means absolutely nothing to them and the most frustrating part is how they handled our furniture that we just spent a lot of money on. It's just incredibly disrespectful to not go above and beyond to protect the furniture that someone just spent a lot of money on. I really hope this will be handled appropriately and we get the rest of furniture sooner than they had pushed it out. Fingers crossed that I'm able to write a better review when this is all done.
Great customer service, wonderful selection of products
Everything was great until it came time for the delivery. I ordered some furniture on 8/16 with a delivery date of 9/16. After I called customer service twice (first time I got hung up on after 30 min) they told me that my items were on backorder until Oct 1. I already sold my furniture yesterday to make room for the delivery tomorrow. The customer service manager said that they "attempted to contact me for the past three days". That was a lie. I have no phone calls from them for the past week. This was very poorly handled and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The worst costumer service ever, I called after waiting for long time, finally they answered and I requested to transfer me to the manager (Roseville location) after 30 minutes waiting, the lady told me all the managers are busy there then I asked again to transfer me to the manager.she put on hold for ever then I decided to drive to the store with line still waiting,when I got to the store I showed the manager my phone which I have been waiting to talk to the manager for one hour and 10 minutes, the manager was surprised and said we are not busy and nobody transferred any call to us. I think that lady was mean and lazy, didn’t want to work and help at all. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO ASHLEY
Customer service is the worst. They don’t follow through. They say they’re going to do one thing and they are just telling you what you wanna hear. Very bad. And they don’t answer their phone. So rude...
We don’t live in Roseville & if we need to get ahold of the store we can’t because no one EVER answers the phone. We then have to drive down there & it’s just not convenient! Corporate couldn’t even get through to transfer us; this is NOT good customer service!

I just had a wonderful experience buying a new couch at Ashley Homestore. The salesperson. Marina, was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. To top it all off, I got a great price on the perfect piece. I would definitely recommend Ashley!
The salesman and manager were attentive when they were selling me a bedroom set but have been completely negligent in servicing the furniture after the fact. I had to call repeatedly to have anyone get the service department to come out to fix my problem and they haven't done anything yet. It's been 30 days since the sale and I'm not impressed!!
