Excellent service and selection. I would recommend Ashley to my friends. I just realized that Ashley added a 5 year protection plan that I didn't request. $220 was refunded but I had to drive back to the store after waiting 20 minutes on the phone. Very poor form.
Very very poor customer service! We worked with Angelina when we made our purchase on Nov 7. She had given me us her contact information in case we have any questions. The next day, I checked Ashley online and the items we purchased were priced so much lower than what we paid. I contacted Angelina on Nov 9th for a price match but she said they’re unable to do so. She said that store prices are higher but they are prioritized for delivery and that we should get our furniture mid Jan but will have to wait til March if we purchase online. We ordered a dining set - table, chairs and serving table. They delivered dining chairs on Feb but no dining table and serving table. It’s now May and have not received them yet. I have called the customer service multiple times but I haven’t been able to speak to anyone. It’s impossible to get an agent to speak with you as they put you on hold for a very long period of time, in my experience, longer than an hour. Angelina also stopped replying. Absolutely the most unpleasant shopping experience we’ve ever had! I do not recommend working with Ashley Home store. Very frustrating, very aggravating, very infuriating!
