Previous to visiting this location, I had visited another and didn’t really get the top notch customer service I had wanted. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Ross and received a very polite but not pushy run down of the sales. I found a table I liked online and wanted to see it in person. Both Ross and his manager Abdel worked with me to not only give me an AMAZING deal on a dining table, but I walked out with a living room set, coffee table and end table. I returned the next day and purchased a TV console for another great deal. I will 200% be returning to this location to get the last bit of furniture I need to complete my home.

Store Customer service was great. However, dont let a salesman in the store tell you when you will get your furniture, because it wont be true. 3 months has gone by, still waiting for furniture...their warehouse/delivery team is Horrible

A year ago I had issues getting my furniture plus a refund then I tried again this year. I was told I’d get my recliners on Thursday and we bought them on Monday. Thursday came and we had a 3-7 block. I checked the status of our delivery and noticed we were number 11 and they were on 3. I knew we wouldn’t get our furniture and prayed I was wrong. Around 5 we got a text saying they’d arrive at 7:32. However at 6 we were told they wouldn’t arrive that day. However we were told to clear out our old recliners before they arrived and we did. We have them away so we had nothing. The next delivery wouldn’t be until Tuesday but my husband and I weren’t available and they never said we could pick them up ourselves. The best they could do was offer money back but that didn’t solve that we didn’t have any furniture. I ended up finding the same recliners elsewhere and that company matched what I paid at Ashley plus the protection plan. I also didn’t have to drive 3 hours away to get them. Instead it was 40 minutes with a lot less hassle. In the end my husband and I decided we are done with Ashley. They won’t change how they help their customers. They will offer discounts to get you to buy but not deliver. It’s better to pay more elsewhere and get great customer service plus what you ordered on time. Ashley tried telling us that their drivers were limited on how long they could be on the road. They also told us that their truck broke down. Not once did they acknowledge that they expected their drivers to do the impossible in one day. Especially when some people may have multiple pieces and 2 stories. Save yourself the stress and stay far away!!!

Don’t ever buy from them in less you want a headache . Everything is in stock means it won’t be delivered for months or will be left broken or not available . Wish we never purchased from Ashley !

Ordered my couch and as the delivery date got closer I got an email saying see you soon. Then when I asked a worker about my status of delivery she said that my couch isn't in stock! Seriously either fix your websites saying stuffs in stock or compensate me because you just lost me as a future customer and also I won't be recommending you guys to any friends or family. I'll be shopping at the many other furniture stores like I should've from the beginning.

Buyer beware of pushy services and extreme prices! I’ve yet to have my piece delivered as their system “glitched” on us and pushed our delivery date back. You would think that with the amount of money you spend on their furniture that a better system would be in place to eliminate hiccups and delivery mishaps. My wife confirmed over the phone with an Ashley associate confirming one delivery date, but somehow a text that came through later on from their delivery dept was missed and ended up pushing out our delivery date…!!!??? Why a phone call and a then a text if we already confirmed the delivery date? With a company making a min of hundreds on one piece you would think they’d take a little better care of making sure their customers are happy. If anything happens to my piece and I need to use their claim service for the insurance that was kind of forced on us, hopefully it’s not a nightmare dealing with them! Update: This place gets 1 star. After paying over $700 for a tv stand it turns out I couldn’t even push the door in without the piece that holds the clasp on it popped off. Not even 5 min in our home and it was already broke!!! It’s going to take a month before someone is able to come out to “look at it” and see if it can be repaired.v

Okay, I posted the original review about two months ago? Well. The bed stuff still hasn't shown up yet, they have messed it up 3 times, and we have rescheduled yet again. After this is over we are never doing this again.
