We've bought several pieces of furniture at Ashley and we've always received excellent service. Even when we had an issue, it was resolved almost immediately and to our satisfaction. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great. The furniture is of good quality (some pieces have worn more than others, but that's to be expected with daily use) and fits well with the decor of our home. I'll definitely shop there again.

There was a very limited supply for what we were looking for (wall entertainment centers) but the salesman (Craig) worked very diligently with us to get us what we wanted. Craig made this sale happen and we are pleased!

Ricki is the best sales associate, guy goes above and beyond, but most importantly helps the consumer at a time the economy is not consumer friendly. I can’t appreciate the guy enough, if Ashley Furniture doesn’t need him, I’d hire him in a heat beat.

KK was so informed and such a great addition to your store. I liked the way that she didn't bug us but waited till we were ready and found just the sofa I wanted. All your staff are very good at their job and KK is a no muss no fuss kind a girl. I'm a happy customer for sure and will continue to visit as much as possible. Thank you

My wife and I initially found the bar stool that we wanted. However after tracking down a store rep, we decided on another product. While decently pleasant she showed that the store policies were not customer friendly. After we told our rep that we'd like 3 of the barstools, she let us know that there would be a $100 delivery charge which means they'd deliver and assemble the barstools. And they wouldn't arrive 12 days later.... I mean really!? Or, we could drive to Lathrop, where the barstools are located, to pick them up for free (BTW we still could not pick them up till 12 days ltr) or, we pay $50 to have them delivered in 12 days. But not put together. That's now our job. To me, this is just another fee which I find stupid. A reason I won't go back to Ashley Home store. Why Etsy and Amazon will take this box store out of business. Yes, we bought the product but the end result for their business is We Are Not Going Back.

My couch has been delivered and it’s so comfortable and perfect for my house, my dining set is on its way! I’ll definitely go back for my furniture needs in the future!

Let me start by saying that Ricki and Philip were amazing! Exceptional customer service for which I was so grateful. Here are my highlights: (1) I really appreciated walking in and having the opportunity to roam and check everything out in my own time. No one approached me before I was ready. (2) once I was ready, Ricki gave me the attention I needed by helping me select the best items between the options I was interested in, and even making me aware (upon hearing I was moving into a new apartment) of the clearance items. I feel like these things were a steal! I got a new set of plates, bowls, and mugs for on $10 (normally $199), a beautiful lamp for $15 (original price $129), and a set of tumblers for $5. (3) The discounts were generous as it was a July 4th sale, but Philip added an additional discount on my rug, and then honored the price of premium delivery after there was a small mistake in the paper work. Win for me! If you’re in the market for furniture, I highly recommend this Ashley. Thank you Ricki and Philip, you made my day! 🙏🏽❤️

The communication is awful when it’s time to receive your merchandise by delivery. I purchased furniture in May and my couches arrived as planned. The rug and door stool was to arrive June 26th and I called off work to receive the delivery. It didn’t ever arrive and no call to inform me of that. I called the store in Roseville and was told it was going to delivered my FedEx on July 2nd. I asked for a tracking number and was told they didn’t have one. Yesterday was July 2nd and I was home until 430pm NO delivery NO call NO email. I called the store 16 times no one from the store answered instead o got the call center in another country who also could t get through but told me it was arriving yesterday . When I left home at 4pm I put a note on my door to leave my rig and foot stool at my neighbor home. Still no one delivered. If it doesn’t arrive today I’ll drive over 30 miles in 111 degree heat to talk to the store since they don’t ever answer the phone. This is such a inconvenience and as much as I love Ashley furniture I think this is my last time shopping with them.

I have been a customer of Ashley Funiture for a long time . The reason why I remain as a consumer of Ashley is because of the quality of the furniture and .customer service. Although they are big on the browns and mostly earth tones it’s the best furniture store yet. I really want to give a big shout out to Melissa who work in the Roseville store on Fairway. She is the best and has excellent customer service skills. She was very patient and try to make me happy in every possible way. Melissa did her best to give me great deals price match as within her power. As for her team the big boss were very good as well. I recommend the Fairway store to anyone who’s looking for great service. Worst experience buying furniture so far. Worst time buying anything honestly. It has been over a month since I bought my $500 low quality, easily broken, hardly functioning, bedframe from Ashley furniture. They made me pay $100 for them to put it together, saying that putting it together myself was not an option. 5 minutes after they put it together and left, it broke. Headboard fell down out of the screws and tore off the wood. Thank god I wasn't laying on it. Since then, I have talked to a customer service representative more than 10 times and every time I have talked to them over the phone they would tell me the manager was busy and they would call me back but then never would. Eventually I had to go in person to actually get someone to talk to me and they weren't even busy. I asked for a refund and they told me they don't do refunds. The customer service lady was rude when I told them I called multiple times and would get brushed off and not called back. I was forced into getting a replacement but here I am waiting for them to arrive and they never did. I have been sleeping on the floor for over a month now because they can't deliver an adequate product. Worst experience ever and never going to even consider buying from them again. We'll see if I even get a replacement at this point, they don't care about their shoppers.

I went in to just look at bedroom furniture. Kam immediately greeted me and let me know to ask her if I had any questions. Looking turned into loving a set I found on the floor. I was $80 away from saving an additional percentage off my entire purchase. Kam asked her manager to honor the discount because there wasn’t anything else I needed and got me the additional discount!! I loved that Kam was attentive but not pushy at all. I plan on shopping here again in the future. I can’t wait for my new bedroom set to arrive!

It’s been almost 3 weeks since Ashley charged my credit card for a TV Stand and nobody can tell me if it’s in the way or been canceled. When I asked for a refund I was told they need to confirm if it’s on it’s been sent already and to expect a call the next day. It’s been 3 days since that conversation and all I’m getting is internal finger pointing and no action. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

I ordered furniture with a scheduled date 3 weeks in advance which they said everything was in stock and would be delivered. One week before I get an email saying my stuff is on back order. When I went in the store they gave the excuse that “we’re a fulfillment center” and that the stock was possibly delivered to someone with a sooner date, sorry about that. Not one person in there tried to fix the problem! I’ll never spend a penny in that place! And I’ll tell everyone I know how bad the customer service was.

Having never been to an Ashley store, I stopped in as to see what they have for a move to AZ. Ashleigh stated that she would not be able to transfer credit if I ordered some thing and have it shipped in Arizona. But she spent over an hour with me picking out things so it can be on record. Talk about customer service or she wouldn’t make any commission so the least I could do is put a Google review if you’re looking for furniture and you want somebody kind little spend time with you and not a sales person she’s your girl.

Just disappointed with the level of customer service. My girlfriend and I went in looking for a sectional since we moved to the area. Purchased a sectional which we were told was held at a warehouse and would be delivered the following week….3 weeks later they tell us a piece is in back order…

He is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with on a sales floor!! It was by far the best & most legitimate experience we have had up here, after replacing our couches twice in 4 years. We love everything we bought there, super quality!!! We came to Ashley looking for couches. Crystal was a big help with getting us all set up. It was an easy experience.

I contacted Ashley about home searching in Nashville area last month. Once we exchanged the contact information, she has been working on my case immediately. I frequently receive her home for sale information, which is really helpful because Tennessee in general and Nashville in particular are out of my current state, perhaps thousands of miles away from my current residence. My wife and I just purchased our air tickets to meet with Ashley and tour the potential houses for sale early next month. We are excited and looking forward to visiting Nashville and surrounding areas soon!

Best experience ever. I love living spaces and it’s where we usually go, but after browsing for almost 45 minutes, not one sales associate approached us so we thought we’d check out Ashley’s as it was right there and Philip instantly jumped to help us and show us around. He had us try different beds and pillows and helped pick up our bed frame. He also didn’t try to upsell us an overpriced bed, he was focused on finding the right fit for us. He is very knowledgeable; My husband and I are young and we’re moving so we’ve had to spend a lot on the move & he went above and beyond to find us promos and help us qualify for financing. He didn’t even care that he spent 4 hours with us, he just wanted to make sure we got what we really wanted. He even made sure to give us his number and took my husbands cell Incase we had a trouble with delivery. He was the best

While shopping for new living room furniture, I went to 3 different furniture stores and went to Ashley’s 3 separate times, while I was trying to decide what new design to go with. All 3 trips to Ashley’s were great. Philip was my sales associate. He helped me plan color schemes, showed me multiple items that would fit in my space, and basically help me decorate the room. He was not pushy, and when I said I need to walk around to think, he left me alone to do so. Philip was patient, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I will buy from him again.

Wrong color of couch was delivered and communication was initially slow about fixing the issue, but the reached out within a week. At this point, the only feedback I would recommend improvement on is answering phone calls. You can never reach anyone.

This was such a positive experience! It was fun trying out all the mattresses they had. Once I was shown everything to choose from, it was easy to pick. I felt listened to and my needs were met Edit: should have waited until delivery day and I had my bed in my possession to make my post. I paid $200 and was supposed to receive delivery of my bed, disassembly and mattress removal and assembly of my new bed. I asked twice if those things would be done because I would not be able to do them myself. When the delivery company arrived, they said they could not disassemble my bed when I was promised by the salesperson that they would. Be aware that Ashley furniture will say what you want to hear to make a sale, even if it isn’t the truth.

My wife and I came here JUST to check out some couches, but of course behold, there was a Presidents Day Sale. As we were browsing we got familiar with a few of the workers there who were a tremendous help at answering our questions. Munish was extremely kind and interactive, focusing very much on us, even when he had to get pulled away to help others, he made sure to come back and finish what we started. Phillip was VERY knowledgeable on the set we were looking into, and as soon as we saw a stunning deal on one that was right up our alley, they were very honest about its material makeup, it's Warranty coverages, and how soon we could have it. We actually had our truck with us at the time...and even though it was a Sunday (they don't have their loading crew) they loaded it up immediately for us and weren't hesitant to guide us throughout it. I want to say a big thanks to DJ, Andy, and all the others previously mentioned for helping us get such a good deal and being so impulsive with the loading procedure! They made our experience very personal and we look forward to working with this location again very soon!

Terrible customer service! Do not buy with them. I ordered and the furniture did not work for out home. I sent it back that day and 2 days later a manager called and I expressed that I wanted to cancel. They told me that I would receive the refund with in 3-5 business days… it has now been exactly 10 business days. I gave called multiple time and the different reps have told me that “it wasn’t cancelled” its not cancelled in all of our systems” all kinds of excuses. I will never ever do business with them.

Was told our 4,000.00 couch was to be delivered tomorrow, all week text to confirm delivery. Today we got called only to find out our set was on back order!! The only reason we purchased this was due to the other set was 4week out and the set they sold us was supposed to be in and ready for delivery?? Lesson learned . Never will we shop here again all lies.

Since September 2023 we have made three separate purchases at the Ashley Roseville store. Each time we have requested Shawn Newcomb. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the products we were asking about and very helpful, showing us all options before our purchase. Additionally he was a non-pressure type of salesman which we very much appreciated.

Worst experience ever. Have left numerous messages for Store Manager to call me and they never call back. He has is under studies call instead. Spent $3k for bedroom night stands and two dressers and paid extra for delivery Delivery company came and knew one of the feet for the Night Stand was broken and never said anything. Decided to just prop it up and thought no one would notice. After they left we went to slide night stand over to its spot and the foot came off and night stand landed on my foot and leg No return calls from manager. Had to wait over a week for a repair guy to come repair my brand new night stand which I never even used before it was broken I wish I had more time to type out my nightmare I thought I picked the right company for furniture…. Furniture is nice, service is a negative 5 Stars

Went in there looking for a fireplace, found one I thought I wanted but I wanted to measure it at home first. So i decided to buy a clearance rug for $5... Here's where it went wrong. sales team couldn't figure that out. don't think I want to give them my business with the fireplace if you couldn't handle a 5 dollar clearance sale.

Lori was very helpful. I had selected the barstools that I wanted on a previous visit. Lori took my order quickly and efficiently. I was finished in about fifteen minutes. I hope that the delivery goes just as smoothly.

Worked with what our needs were and not pushing his own agenda. We did have another sales person try to jump into our process after we had been on twice. Was trying to get a replacement for my new bed. Technician came in 3 times. Ashley sent me the wrong parts twice. Called them literally like 25 times. First I was stuck with the their customer service. Now I was trying to call their in store Roseville number. Every time I tell them situation. They keep on saying different things. The technician said you’re going to get the whole new bed replacement but I call them and they’re saying first we have to receive the parts and then I have to schedule another appt. I have been dealing with this from literally like 4 months. I really could write like 10 paragraphs about their lack of communication with each other and their inconvenience that I have faced so so many times. But it’s okay. I just want them to get their systems all on one page. I want them to communicate with their technicians. It’s just sucks.

My wife were in this store several times looking for a dinner table. We spoke with Ashley first time and with Phil the last time and both were very kind and helpful and did not push or try to hard sell anything. The furniture is well made and high quality and the prices are competitive. Be on the lookout for clearance sales online which the stores will honor.

Warranty is a scam! Paid extra just to be told our warranty doesn’t cover any actual damages to the furniture! Warranty company they work with is an absolute scam and Ashley is zero help. Cheap furniture and horrible customer service, save your money and shop at Costco.

Went with my son to purchase his living room furniture for an upcoming move. We were greeted by Austin asking what we were looking for today. I personally try to avoid sales people when I am just starting my hunt for new furniture, however my son piped up with we are just looking thanks. Austin was polite and said he was there if we had any questions. We spent a good hour and a half in Ashely’s sitting on almost every couch. Austin would walk by to check on us every now and then but never was hovering around and annoying. Actually left and went to another place then actually returned and went back through a few more items. Austin was great at answering all of my son’s questions and the few I asked just so my son would be aware of other questions to ask. Austin explained the different in delivery options, care plan options and how soon items would be available. Never did I get the impression he was trying to up sale anything or get my son to finance a purchase he planned on paying for at the time of sale. I am thankful Austin was such a wonderful sales representative, even provided his direct cell number if there was a change in address delivery prior to delivery the following week.

Bought sofa worth 7k, wad delivered with broken Recliner. Delivery man tells reprted the issue and technician will come fix it. Technician come without doing any home work after 15 days and says parts need to be ordered. Please call back after you receive parts to save my and your time. 7k spent to bring this headache on myself.

I had a very bad experience with Amazon when I tried to order the lodenbay farmhouse table by Ashley. 30 days later, it was still not delivered, and they were not able to tell me when they could. I cancelled the order and started calling everywhere that might have the table. I discovered the closest Ashley store to me was 1 1/2 hours away in Roseville. Called the store and was connected to KK that really listened to me and sent me pictures of the table. I drove down, and after a few hiccups, finally was able to order my table. Unique to my location, made this purchase difficult to order but KK kept trying and really helped tremendously. I can’t thank her enough for not giving up. Now 3 days later , they are contacting me about delivery details! I love a company (and employees) that actually do what they promise!

He listened to our needs and spent hours helping us, displaying patience even when my mother frequently changed her preferences. His expertise was evident in the product recommendations he made for mom. Danny provided a preliminary list and cost of chosen items. Remarkably, he met us on his day off two days later to finalize selections. He then collaborated with the store manager to ensure we stayed within mom's budget, being completely transparent about the pricing. In today's competitive market, finding someone as genuine and understanding as Danny is rare. If you're at the Ashley Furniture store in Roseville, I can't recommend him enough.

We purchased an entire household of furniture a couple months ago at Ashley Furniture. Recently we decided to go back to get an end table to add to our previous order. We knew exactly what we wanted, and thought it would be a quick easy sale! We walked in on a Monday afternoon and couldn’t find anyone to help us, their internet wasn’t working and once we were finally taken care of, we were charged $40 to deliver a $150 item and we’re told that we could not pick it up. We felt this was horrible customer service and had we not needed to match our other furniture, we would have canceled the order!

Lori was great! The process was smooth and easy. Price match was no problem. Can't wait to surprise my momma with her new sofa.

Ashley Furniture in Roseville doesn’t know what customer service is. My furniture was delivered today. I paid for set up. One chair of the dinning set was defective. After several calls with their customer service department where I was put on hold multiple times, I still do not know when my problem will be resolved. I was told they have 72 hours to schedule a repair. A claim has to be established, etc. I want a replacement, which should have been straight forward, but at least they could have SCHEDULED a repair today. I have no idea when this will be resolved! This is on top of not getting the advertised price that was discussed with the salesperson. When I got home and realized I was overcharged, I was on hold several times with their automated phone system but couldn’t get through to anyone at the store for over an hour. I finally drove down there and was told the person who answers the phone didn’t come in until one pm. Really! Only one person is authorized to answer the phone? Get you act together Ashley.

You gotta go see Steven! He was quick and efficient! And his knowledge blew me away!! I'm glad we was walked in!

The return/exchange policy is a joke! Bought a $6k couch/love seat living room set and it’s very uncomfortable. I called the Roseville store and checked if I can possibly exchange this set, for even a cheaper set and not receive a refund of the difference and was told no because I only have 72 hours after delivery. I even offered to pay a restocking fee plus a new delivery fee for the new set and was still told no! I can understand no exchanges if it’s been months of use, but less then a week, plus the tags are still attached to the back. This is crazy!! They don’t care about their customers at all, all they care about is the money!!

KK, was the best!! She was so friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made sure I had the name of another rep in case I return for another purchase when she goes out on maternity leave. And she gave my mom a hug. Excellent customer service!

Our sales person, Lori, was very knowledgeable about the products on the floor. We told what we were looking for and she took us directly to all of the possibilities without being pushy at any point. Lori was friendly and professional.

Our experience at Ashley Furniture this past weekend was exceptional. My wife and I walked in expecting a 2-3 star experience based on what we had perceived the reputation to be (from other reviewers). That was not the case. We were greeted warmly by Crystal at the front door and we immediately went over to the living room section as we were looking for a new set for our home. Several sales representatives approached us and each time we let them know we did not need any assistance. When we finally made our decision on what we wanted, we looked for Crystal and she came over to help answer our questions. Once we decided to pull the trigger on the purchase, Crystal asked her manager (Kevin) if he could get us a deal. We hadn’t even asked about any deals so you can imagine our excitement that we were given the extended full-coverage warranty plus the premium delivery option FOR FREE. Kevin also knocked about $2,000 off the grand total, just because. I can’t wait to see what the new furniture looks like in our home. Thank you Crystal and Kevin for making our furniture buying experience so special!

Sarah from this Roseville store helped us out a lot. We had been to 4 different furniture stores looking for a good couch/sofa but had no luck. Finally after being recommended this store we came in and found a few pieces we liked. Just had the best experience with DJ at this store! Walked in just to look at options. We were super indecisive, hesitant and on a strict budget. I honestly, wasn't expecting to make a purchase at all. But DJ, listened to our needs AND budget, showed us options and truly worked with us. He didn't show us anything above what we could afford - he made it about us. He was very personable and easy to work with. If it wasn't for DJ, we more than likely would not have a made purchase or would have had to sacrifice on something we actually needed just to stay within our budget. But, we got everything we needed and wanted at an amazing price. Overall, wonderful experience. All the thanks to DJ for making this happen. 🙌 Side note - he also has great taste in music. 🙃

Great prices and excellent quality of furniture

Initial contact person, 5/5 review, Kiki I believe was her name, was very genuine and personable and the reason we came back to purchase. She even told us if the furniture says delivered on a certain day it’s done by a third party and tends to be a few days late. The second interaction when she was not there we got this guy on I believe Friday or Saturday who had no genuine interest in working with us. First, he tried to tell us that he guaranteed if it said delivered Tuesday it would be there by then, after a phone call from the third party delivery, the earliest is Saturday, as Kiki said. On top of that He complained about having “split commission” and when we left we could hear him complaining about it to the desk area clear from the front door as we were walking out. Pretty unprofessional on his part. 2/5 on his part.

I walked into Ashley furniture and bought a couch. After delivery I was not in love with it and I went back to Ashley and they allowed me to return it. After a bunch of back and forth not knowing what I wanted I ended up buying a new bed for my daughter. The entire time I went back and forth. I spent many days in Ashley trying to decide what I wanted to buy. DJ was amazing the entire way through. He was patient and just wanted the best for my family. He never applied pretend gave me plenty of time and room to decide what I wanted and what we needed. He was super helpful with the financing and knowledgeable about everything from beginning to the end. Thanks DJ! We will be back soon! I tried calling this store for a specific inventory question and was placed on hold. No one would answer the call and I was transferred to customer service. They also cannot contact anyone at the store. Poor customer service matches the poor quality furniture.

The Ashley Roseville store was First Class for us and a excellent buying experience. Our sales representative,Christine, was knowledgeable and had some outstanding selection advice. Her sales skills were impeccable and she knew exactly when to sell or not to sell. It was a very professional approach. We went to Ashley for a low cost sofa and ended our day with two other rooms furnished for a great price. This was our second experience with Ashley Furniture. The first being when we built a home in Costa Rica a few years ago and furnished our home from Ashley there. It was also a great experience. It is this consumers humble opinion that Ashley is a great value and a wonderful customer service experience in Roseville and worldwide.

One of the best customer and after sales support from Ms. Kam and happy that we're able to get an exchange of the dinning set with a better model and even had a good discount.

I visited Ashley’s Roseville store on 3/15/23 and was assisted by a very professional, personable, and knowledgeable young man, Danny Figueroa. He was generous with his time and demonstrations of different beds, even researching manufacture of the particular size bed I needed. Unfortunately that size is not available with my requirements. Otherwise I would have purchased right then from Danny. I will definitely return to Ashley if my needs change and/or I am shopping for other items and will ask for Danny. This young man is certainly an asset to this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been lied to by a business to the extent that I experienced with Ashley Furniture, it's honestly shocking. After spending almost $16,000 we expected that what was communicated to us would be true, but it was solely a trap to trick us into purchasing from them. We were told our Tempur-pedic mattresses had a 90 comfort guarantee and if we wanted to exchange, we could after we had tried them for 30 days. After two weeks we went to the store to tell them we know for sure we don't want these mattresses, but were told we had to come back after 30 days to give it the full trial. After 30 days we returned to initiate the exchange, only to be told by store manager Andrew Wylie that our sales associate Atha Turner (goes by Tina Turner) and her manager Kevin Boganreif both lied to us, and there was in fact no 90 day comfort guarantee, so no exchanges would be honored. They also assured us the gift card rebate of $1,595 would still be coming, but after 8 months it's obvious that was a lie too, and their communication was just to drag us along into thinking they were working on fixing this, when they had no intention of doing so. I truly urge you to read their Better Business complaints before ever stepping foot into one of their stores, as it was eye opening for me and I never would have spent a penny with them had I known what I now know. Please learn from my mistake and do not trust this company as countless complaints indicate they will send you damaged items (one of our Tempur-pedic bases was delivered damaged and they refused to do anything about it) and leave you high and dry to deal with it.
