I went into Ashley Furniture because my sister had a great experience there when she got furniture. I went looking for a dining set and couch. Leon helped us and was very helpful with all of our questions. He wasn’t pushy as some sales people are. I believe he was able to read me (as I walked straight by him when I walked in as I don’t really care for sales people, I want to go in an look around myself). He was able to show me items that were in stock. He also showed us tempur-pedic beds. Which both my mom and I purchased one each. He was able to give us a great deal on the dining set and couches because we got the beds. If you are in the market for new furniture go see Leon, plus he has a nice accent ;)

Went to Ashley furniture a couple months ago. Although there were problems with the delivery (parts missing from table which caused a delay in getting us set up) we decided to return to buy a couch. This time we had a problem due to the credit card (issue with Synchrony not the store) we ended up paying another way because of problems with them applying payment to our account - store said they have never seen something like this happen. Do not recommend getting their credit card. We will see how delivery goes this time. Helpful employees including the manager being able to give us a discount on the coffee table we picked to go with the couches.

worst customer service when call and speaking a rep at this location. been on hold for about 45 mins to speak to a manager about delivery being postponed and not being notified even though they have said they called and left a voicemail but there was no missed call or voicemail on neither of our mobile device. buyer beware

I ordered a living room set at the end of February and it’s the middle of July - still no furniture! The store experience (Roseville, CA) was the first red flag when the sales person made it clear she (Seka) isn’t making commission. The store displayed the incorrect price but of course they had to honor it. The store manager was unprofessional and made us feel invisible during the transaction. Allowing 8 weeks from purchase to go by before I started to worry, my delivery date was schedule in June and then randomly changed to July. So now July 10th comes around and I get a message my delivery will arrive in 10mins to the WRONG ADDRESS! The Representative didn’t update my new home address correctly so the delivery man wasn’t able to accommodate me because his truck was full. I called the following Monday and was told my delivery is now scheduled for mid-August because all of a sudden ALL of my items were on back order. I called Tuesday to speak with a manager & file a complaint. I was told someone from risk management would call me back within 48 hours and I haven’t received any update. So, here’s my review which hopefully gets the attention of someone from Corporate who can help me ASAP. You can guarantee I will always advise to NOT deal with Roseville Ashley Homestore. Update: after filing a second complaint, I was told that Ashley sold my furniture LESS than 12 hours after my expected delivery date. Now I’m on hold trying to reach the store directly while waiting for a call back from Customer Service. HORRIBLE first experience all around.

Esta es la primera y la última vez que compro en esa tienda, el día 23 de mayo compré un juego de sofás y me dijeron que se me llamarían para decirme cuándo serían entregados por qué no tenían en la bodega, todo bien hasta ahí, esperamos dos semanas y me llamarán para decirme que mis sofás serían entregados el 17 de junio, llegó el día y no recibí nada llame a la tienda y nadie me quería decir que pasaba lo mismo pasó en el servicio al cliente después de muchas llamadas e intentos me dijeron que llegaría el 10 de julio y que lo sentían por la mala información pero esto no paro ahí, llego el 10 de julio y tampoco llego nada ahora ya nadie me da respuestas en la tienda solo me dicen que el que me vendió me va a llamar y sigo esperando la llamada y los sofás. Estoy muy arrepentido de haber comprado en esa tienda!!!

After very good experiences with the Salinas and Fresno stores, we went into the Sacramento store after moving here recently with high hopes. We can only say that the individuals at this store are either incompetent at best or most likely simply dishonest. We purchased over $4600 in furniture in late March and the invoice included a charge of $310 for premium delivery. Not only was the delivery late but the workers made a mess of our house literally trying to assemble items in our living room on our new carpet. Also we found that two bar stools delivered would not fit but when we called the next day to complain about the nightmare delivery and ask to return the two bar stools we were told there were no returns allowed once delivered. Plus one of the furniture pieces was defective (and we are still waiting for a part). They did say that they would refund the delivery charge to our credit card. After two weeks and no credit, we visited the store and spoke with the manager Moe who confirmed that we would be getting the refund and that it would take 7-10 days to process and he "would make things right" . After a few more weeks and no credit, we emailed the manager multiple times but absolutely no response. We checked with the salesman and he confirmed that we were using the right email. Now after three months and no action, we have filed a complaint with the state Bureau of Household Goods and Services since the Ashley corporate office was no help and said we had to deal directly with the local owner. This is all very sad and disappointing and we would strongly and sincerely recommend to everyone to steer clear of this Ashley's in Sacramento since they cannot be trusted.
