Ashley HomeStore had a better selection and more reasonable prices than the other comparable stores we visited in Northern California. The salesperson and manager who helped us were friendly and low-pressure. We're very happy with our purchase.

Bought a dinning table and set, some pieces were chipped/had black stains . The salesman told us it was supposed to look exactly like the showroom and if not we could have pieces exchanged or fixed.They SPRAYED PAINTED over the imperfections!!!! That is the cheapest way of “fixing” the furniture when this company makes so much money. Ew, literally spend your money somewhere else. Btw the salesman never explained the details on “repairing” the items.

Horrible experience at the natomas location, rude manager who should be fired, incompetent customer service representatives who could benefit from some customer service classes, I spent 13k at this store with promises that everything will be delivered before I move in to my new apartment, they were lying and I still haven’t received my furniture and I received broken tv stand , and a broken dresser!! And they didn’t replace it yet or refund us yet! I Will never buy anything from them and I recommend that no one does. At least from this location

Was looking for a bakers rack and the employees would not let us look around and kept making excuses on how we cold not look around. Said all items can be viewed online..never even heard of that kind of service.. don't go there!!!

Do not believe a word they say! Was told my items were in stock so not to worry about shipping issues yet my items keep getting delayed with no communication. No guarantee of when it will arrive. The employees are unapologetic never heard “I am sorry” and very unhelpful overall.

Ordered furniture at the ashely home store in natomas with a scheduled delivery for Sunday November 14th day come s around never received a confirmation call after calling in to wait while #140 in line on the phone after an hour someone finally answered and said it was scheduled and out for delivery. that evening the order never arrived. Tried calling in to get were closed at 5pm. Called the next day to be # 132 in line again to be told the delivery was put on hold from the home store with no notifications to me whatsoever. I went to the home store to find out someone put the order on hold by accident and they rescheduled the delivery for today November 19th and comes today and it still didn't arrive. I called back again to be #98 in line on the phone to be told I'm it m scheduled for December 17th still with not further notice from this company and not even checking if I'm available for that date. Extremely dissatisfied would not recommend this company if you want any type of customer service as it seem to not exist in their world. Just basic communications and human decency goes a long way.

My husband and I have purchased three large items from Ashley's furniture we were so excited that we were able to do this and when our couch was going to be delivered by Ashley's furniture delivery only had part of our couch showed up. I asked the driver what had happened the driver said you need to call her warehouse, when I call and I spoke with the warehouse the woman on the phone was not only rude and very unhappy she didn't give me many details and told me I needed to call the store. I have gone through a run around back and forth between the store in the warehouse eventually ending up having a drive from Sacramento California to Lathrop California in order to get the rest of our couch I love the look of Ashley's furniture however the customer service and the experience with them outweighs any of the beautiful furniture that they sell we recently purchased a bed set which again has been the same problem same run around and terrible customer service we purchase the furniture back on Labor Day now we are almost headed into Christmas we still not have not received our full order and I continue to get the same runaround with orders on our purchase that we did not place I still sit here frustrated without furniture and terrible customer service not knowing when I'm going to receive the rest of my purchase. Still everybody keeps passing us back and forth I will never purchase another item from Ashley's furniture I just want the items that I purchased I don't need to bother anybody don't want any problems just was excited to be able to have brand new furniture I've never owned it before but will no longer do business with Ashley's furniture

Upon enter the store, we were immediately greeted by an obnoxiously eager young man who proceeded to harass us and said, "nice conversation" because we didn't want to hear about the current sale. We turned around and asked him for a manager, who was sitting next to him and didn't seem to have issue with his behavior. Needless to say we left and will be purchasing our new furniture from RC Willey.

Worst experience ever. Costumer service sucks. Over a month with calls everyday and they can't solve a simple routine. Everyday have to explain the situation to different idiots who don't know what they do. Never again.
