I had a great experience when I bought my furniture from Ashley. Greg was my sales guy and he was very helpful. He called me to make sure and sent me a postcard thanking me for my business. Even if you buy a car now days the salesman that you buy the car from doesn't even send you a letter thanking you for buying from them.

I had never been to Ashley furniture but went as my friend recommended them. Tim, the Sales Rep was extremely polite and professional. I purchased several items and will return to purchase more. The quality is awesome and the prices are great ! Thank you, Tim, at the Promenade location for an amazing buying experience!! I will definitely recommend this store, and Tim, to others !!

Bought two reclining chairs, one for me,the other for my son-in-law. Mine seems to be fine except that it doesn't really match my reclining sofa I bought there. My son-in-law had problems the day he received his. I told them to call Ashley & they should fix it. I hope so, otherwise I won't be buying any more furniture there.

Decent furniture if you have some idea of what you are after first. The quality and pricing is all over the board so expect to find low end and middle end quality products all mixed together. The sales staff are total piranhas so be prepared for that car salesman experience which I hate! They will shadow you the entire time you walk around. They work on substantial commission so just be aware of that and never ever pay the sticker price! They often have free tax sales so use your tax rate as the minimum discount you expect on everything. Personally the few purchases I've made on end tables have been about 20% off the sticker price.

Sales help was great. We had.a good first experience the 2 stars was because of our experience after delivery. Showroom vs home lighting a bit different. A hour after delivery my other half came home and we decide we would like a brighter colors. Drive over to Ashley store and ask about exchanging it. We we flat told they do not do returns, do not offer exchange. This was from a manager. I mean, come on. Not even offer a restocking fee? Something. Guess they don't consider their customers as all. Guess soon as they get your money, then they are done with you. Make sure you like what you want, and know that soon as you buy, it's yours... -5 stars for customer service after the deal.

This is the WORST PLACE EVER!! I went there with my husband and we picked out our Funiture. We were suppose to get it in 3 weeks. But when the time came we never got our 14 piece living room set. So we called to see what was going on and they told me that they forgot to put the order in. Like REALLY how do you forget to put the order in. So we had to start ALL OVER. we picked everything out. The Furniture came in 2 weeks later, but our rug was missing. They FORGOT to put the order in for the rug AGAIN. So we called again and they are telling me how sorry they are. Like really. So we had to wait another 2 weeks to get everything. So we waited almost 2 months for our stuff. Don't go there. I'm telling u it's the WORST PLACE EVER. It might look nice when u walk in but don't fall for it. Oh n the person that forgot to put our order in twice her name is MONICA! Do not trust her with your purchases.

The store on North Freeway is great. I purchased some furniture and they told me to call 30 minutes prior to pickup at the warehouse. I showed up after 40 minutes and nine of the items were pulled from the shelves. Then, they went ahead and performed their scheduled safety meeting while I waited. I missed valuable work time and they didn't care to mention that it's routine to have the safety meeting at that time.... The warehouse is broken. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star🌟

The only thing that went well was the purchase (of course). Its obvious this company is not customer service focused at all!! They don't care what goes wrong with the delivery or if you're satisfied with the product. I don't know how you deliver 2 pieces to a 3 piece sectional and not give any advance notice. And to make it even worse I had to call around (what felt like the world) to find the missing piece and when It will be delivered. No ownership on their part at all. My advice if you're thinking of making a stop at Ashley's for a purchase, keep going it's not worth the headache �, cause that's what it's going to give you.

We purchased a Temper-Pedic bed with an adjustable base. The remote stopped working after six months. At the store, my husband set up an appointment to have it fixed. No one showed up or called. I called Ashley today to set up another appointment and I was told their techs don't work on the adjustable beds even though they are the ones who programmed the remote when we purchased this very expensive bed. Poor customer service!

Defective stools delivered - redelivery of a defective stool - get to wait another week for furniture I bought 3 weeks ago. WOW...could the service be any poorer? I don't think so!
