Great selection and the sales rep was helpful and let me switch out a few things with the package. Definitely worth checking this place out.
Hate this location they never answer..... not ever, can’t reach nobody. Never shopping with Ashley Furniture ever again!!!!!
Went furniture shopping with my sister and my niece. A salesman actually looked at us and turned away...not good!! There was one salesman that was extremely helpful. Thank you Vinny for excellent customer service!! You get 5 stars, the store gets 4.
Horrible, everyone walking around qith a portfoli or clipboard int there hand but not one person asked me did I need help. Finally a lady named Becky helped me, she left because she had a costumer. The guy I asked for help from told Becky he was comig to assist hasn't came back yet. Horrible service, I'm going to go to Roseville
One star, dont buy from here unless you know they have the item in the warehouse They can't deliver over half of the items on the floor because its all on back order. They'll postpone the delivery date month to month until you cancel the order. If you buy from here, make sure they have the stuff in the warehouse and get a guaranteed delivery date. But even still, there is no guarantee. We were promised a delivery date a month out from the purchase date. We got rid of the kids old bed the initial delivery day and the delivery never showed. We had to call to see what was up and they postponed the delivery by another month. This happened twice. Kid's still sleeping on a temporary mattress that we had to get cause we tossed the old one... The last time I called, they told me they see our order is on the way to their warehouse, but couldn't tell me when it shipped and they couldn't track it either. Its not their employees fault, its that their system is utterly useless. Although if you are promised a phone call, don't expect to get it.
This Natomas location is absolutely horrible. We purchased a couch through them almost 3 months ago and they told us when we left the store delivery time frame was 3-4 weeks. We are now approaching the 3rd month and they have rescheduled a delivery date 5 times, the first few times was due to back order issues now the excuses are due to Covid. I have had it with this location and am trying to cancel my purchase.
Good customer service, polite and attentive. Great sale price. Will shop there again.
A word of advice - If you choose to purchase from this store, do not leave without a delivery date. It took over two months to get my purchase and if I had been complacent, would have taken over three. I spent over $2000 on a couch, which, honestly, is a pretty great couch, but not great enough to overturn my awful experience just getting it. Once they have your money expect very little help with actually receiving what you paid for. I paid for the furniture in full and was told that I would be contacted to set up a delivery date. I was extremely explicit with the sales person: I can only take delivery on Saturday. He said no problem. I understood that because of Covid I wouldn't be getting it for a few weeks, no big deal. I waited a week for the call from Ashley to schedule but it never came, so I called them only to find out that they had gone ahead and scheduled delivery of the extra things on a Thursday with the couch coming on a Saturday. At least the couch is coming on Saturday, sure. Maybe they can bring everything else then too? I was told to ask the delivery people when they call to confirm the delivery date. Once again, no call. So I wait another week, call again, and explain the situation. No problem, they'll get it fixed. Then the delivery date confirmation text comes in - will I be available for my delivery on THURSDAY. I call again, and say again, I can only take delivery on Saturday. Turns out, they canceled my Saturday delivery date so now I have to wait a few more weeks. Except they rescheduled it on another weekday. I call, they say they can reschedule but it'll be another month. I press harder and they make something happen the next Saturday. Delivery itself went smooth except the delivery people made a huge mess in my apartment complex's main hallway, and the boxes the decorations come in are packed with such cheap Styrofoam that it crumbles apart when you try removing the items getting all over the apartment. I literally had to grab my kitten and throw her into my room to keep her from eating the stuff. In brief, Ashley just wants your money. Once they have it don't expect much support
Well for me Ashley was a bad experience. had three main purchase from this location and all three of them had delivery delay. I'm not not gonna write about the first two since I taught it's just a bad luck, but the last one made me to not have any trust for this brand anymore. I purchased a set of a double bunk frame bed for my kids on Aug 10th and it was supposed to be delivered on Sep 15th. But it didn't. So I called to get an update (that is not part of a customer job to ask for update and Ashley never does), and after calling store itself and then warehouse and staying on the phone waiting for somebody to answer for like 20 min, they told me they don't have some parts and you can go to store for reselection or wait for another 6 weeks! I went to store and they asked me to wait for another two days to come up with some solution. I waited, and after three days since they never gave me a call, I went to store again to cancel the purchase, and I did. If had this purchase from somewhere else I would have my stuff by now. You see I gave Ashley one star just to let me to leave a comment and also having respect for a few people who works there, like my sell representative Masub that was a big help to make a selection and sell discounts. So I want to make this comment short : Ashley is kind of OK but delivery and customer service SUCKS.
Alaa was very helpful in helping me and my husband with our purchase. It was great because we purchased on a day when there was a 45% off sale. We are crossing our fingers that our items arrived as scheduled.
Our new purchase came damaged. Been hung up on by their customer service representatives 3 times trying to resolve the issue. Went into the store and they tell us the managers cannot even do refunds or exchanges any more.
I was greated immediately and was allowed to explore the store w/o any pressure. Once I found what I wanted, all my questions were answered and I received excellent assistance from the sales rep.
My husband and I have purchased 2 bedroom sets, a livingroom and dining room set from Ashley. Twice we were very fortunate to have been taken care of by the same sales associate and we received excellent service. We were able to take advantage of discounts, with explanations each step of all of our transactions. Today we were handled by another associate, in the absence of our regular sales associate, who knows our regular sales associate's integrity and they work as a team. We recommend in-store purchasing rather than online to build a relationship and get that personal touch.! Thank you :Ashley Furniture.
Very helpful and accommodating.
Everything good Customer service is perfect But only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t have color choices in furniture But over all everything was super
My wife and I are very satisfied with the customer service we received. Most of the sales people are very friendly. The guy who helped us was Derek Martinez. Great personality, very attentive, helpful and honest.
Met with a great sales person who greeted me upon entering the store. Very knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. Greg was an attentive and awesome person to do business with. Can't wait for my new purchase to be delivered.
My mom ordered furniture from this location and after months of waiting she received her furniture damaged. They stapled the bottom of the couch where there was a huge rip. They told her she'd have to have a tech come out and look before they can replace the couch. The tech came out but she has yet to receive her new couch. From my mom's experience i decided to go with RC Willeys and i'm glad i did because i tried to give Ashleys another shot by purchasing wall shelves. I bought two & one had a manufacturing error, so I had to go into the store since nobody answers the phone. They sent out a new shelf no hassle but the new one had the same issue so i said screw it and have two messed up shelves but at least they are both a little off so it matches.
