This is my first time buying furniture from Ashley, Jimmy was our salesperson and gave us great service on our purchase. Jimmy was able to help me acquire 3 bedroom sets, mattresses, and a new dining set to accommodate my remodeled house. I appreciate his honesty and loved the fact that he made my first time purchasing furniture go smoothly. Delivery showed up on time and there were no issues with the quality of furniture. I recommend Jimmy, to those with furniture needs.
Jimmy was our salesperson last weekend. He is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable on his products and catered to our budget and design needs. If you’re looking to furnish your home or in our case an Airbnb rental, ask for Jimmy at the front when you walk in and he’ll take care of you!

Melissa helped me, she was fantastic, she took me around the store and we looked at eveything. I was shopping for a new bed frame and living room set. She was transparent and answered all of my questions. I got exactly what I wanted (bed frame), I came in on Sunday and made my purchase. Unfortunately I gave her the wrong size of the bed frame. I called the next day (Monday) to change the order, as my delivery date was a Thursday to surprise my Fiancee. Unfortunately Melissa was not in when I called, I spoke with Tina who took care of everything for me. She made sure my delivery date stayed the same (which was imperative), and corrected my mistake. I called back to make sure everything was all set, and a woman named Amber was able to help me and confirmed everything was good to go. Really shows how the team works as one. Thank you for all of the communication! Now hopefully everything gets delivered on Thursday, I will update my review if needed. I will be coming back for the living room set. Great options in the store, glad I came here.
