I would give it zero stars if I could . This place is a scam . I was very clear when I went into their store in Salinas . I told them I wanted a bed and they sold me a bed frame for $400 instead . When I called to ask why they denied everything. SCAM SCAM SCAM ! Beware

I found the exact same thing on multiple other stores for no where near that price..... Needless to say I will never shop at Ashely Home Furniture again.

Very nice people, but at the end of the day they didn't want to give me my $ back when I canceled my order 2 days after I made the purchase. My shipment had not been processed or anything. Beware of this policy. Once you sign those papers you cannot go back. I was NOT warned about this. I was going to come back for some other deals, but never again. That was dirty foul play.

Would give 0 stars if I could! No wonder this store has a total 2 star score, which is still WAY TOO HIGH! We got "helped", or should I say stalked by a guy named Richard Leyva. I have never seen such a patronizing little blowhard in all my life. This little man thinks he is one notch above everyone else. Sooooo not the case...quite the opposite. He talks down to you and is super loud. Does want to listen to what your needs are, he just wants to tell you what "he would buy". Wtf??! Not to mention he tried flirting with my wife! She was so grossed out! He's literally worse than a car salesman. Yuck. We left and went to Treasure Hunt Furniture on S. Main and spent over $5k there. Super great service there and very friendly and respectful. Not only should Ashley Furniture fire Mr. Leyva, but I have a feeling they will be closed for good sooner than later with that type of shister service!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! All the other bad reviews are spot on!!
