I went in to purchase a new set of couches the couches that I liked we’re not gonna get here for another two weeks and they had advised me that I could take the display. I had reviewed the display couches and saw that they were an excellent condition and did not have any stains and were very well kept. That being said I decided to take those couches home the next day I went to their store they had the couches wrapped, but I noticed that the wrapping was dirty, I asked the young gentleman who wrapped the couches about the dirt on the wrapping, and they had said that the dirt was just from the outside, when I receive the couches at home and unwrapped them, I had noticed that there was stains on the couches and that the dirt was in fact, not just from the outside, but during the wrapping process, the couches were stained, I then proceeded to speak to the manager about this incident his name was BRADLEY DRUHOT , he started to argue with me and yell at me, telling me that it’s not his problem and that it’s my problem now because I have the couches, he was trying to blame me, telling me that I was the one who stained the couches, when I just had got them delivered. He later on tried to insist that he wrapped them himself personally when another employee stated that he was out of town during that time. I then told him that I didn’t want to speak to him anymore and would like to speak to the owner, due to Brad’s hostility and unprofessionalism Then he proceeded to tell me that the owner does not want to speak to me or deal with me, he then decided to tell me that if I was looking for money, I wasn’t gonna get any money back. Then when I started to tell him, I didn’t want money back. I would just like somebody to come and clean the couches from the damages. They had cause he started to laugh and insist that I wanted money back, I continue to tell him that I wanted to speak with the owner as of a result of the insulting way he was treating me, and he just told me that he would tell the owner, but he doubt he wants to speak to me. This is an establishment that does not care about client care. They just care about commission. I would not recommend shopping here if you are looking for a helpful positive experience., and I wanted to write this review so other people don’t have to go through what I went through. Worst experience of my life!
Visited Ashley's Furniture in Salinas to possibly take advantage of Black Friday Sales. I was greeted by Alyssa Antonian. She asked me a few questions as to what I was looking for and took it from there. She listened & heard me, clearly understanding my vision. Alyssa is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about furniture! She discussed the fabrics, shapes, colors, durability, details such as the wood color of the couch legs, etc. She pointed out the arm shapes of the chairs. I was truly impressed by this yound lady. With her help, I settled on some furniture and look forward to receiving it in a couple of weeks. Alyssa is a very big asset to Ashley's Furniture Thank you Alyssa! This was an enjoyable shopping experience!
Was greeted by Alyssa right away. She was very friendly. Told her we were just browsing. Alyssa told to go around and look and if there was any questions just ask. We (My wife and I) were free to roam the store without any pressure. Alyssa would check on us once in a while, but never once was bothering. We decided on a recliner for the wife and later found an end table. Alyssa was very helpful in getting the transaction completed in an extremely smooth fashion. Alyssa is personable, professional, and extremely helpful. I recommend her for any furniture needs!
They had a huge selection of furniture and the staff was so friendly. Alyssa was super helpful and made sure we walked out with exactly what we wanted.

I had a great experience at this store. Brad and Lorraine were super helpful and gave me a great deal on a bed set. I’m definitely going back for my furniture needs.
Costumer Service was horrible! I rather pay more $ somewhere else then having to deal with the worst customer service ever! They don't appreciate business..They take like 30mnts to help you out... I totally don't recommend this place
