When buy in that store- You Are at Your Own Risk. If i could give Negative 1, i would. So i needed queen bedroom set and stopped by their store to buy it. First of all, front counter, with African American store manager present - they would not allow me to be helped by young nice sales person, even he said he was available. Then i had to wait 30 min, waste my time, to be assign some older nice gentlemen, who said store had software transfer issue and they can not guarantee delivery dates. Okay, i left them as it was way too late for me choose bedroom, due to me waiting on then too long to choose helper. Next day i came back, was able get younger original desired sales man. We choose everything and signed paperwork, by hand, with promise that delivery will be between 25-27 September, when i was in town. Then on 25 Sep morning time - got Ashley AI inform that delivery will be on 26 Sep. On 25 Sep, at 5 pm - i received Voice Message that only 3 out of 5 parts of queen bed is arriving, and 2 others are not available in warehouse stock. When i called Ashley store back, i was told that they don't know when parts arrive, but they are scheduled second delivery on 30 Sep. What? What if parts are not there by then? No andwer from them on my question, except phone person told me that it happens A LOT. Sooo - They are selling furniture that is not in stock and there is no guarantee of it being in stock on delivery timeframe. This is FRAUD. Then on 29 Sep - i got AI message that second delivery now re- scheduled 1 Oct. In main time, bed’s parts are in spare room and no one can use bed that i paid $1,160 on 17 August 2025. Okay, on 1 Oct - i got Ashley AI stating that delivery will arrive at 0855 am. Contractor arrived at 845 am, wait on them. They did arrive at 10 am. They did not assemble bed, like it is was in contract. Just left remaining parts in boxes. Do not buy from this Ashley store. They are scammers, selling items that they dont have in stock, then lie about delivery dates, that keep changing. Oh, and delivery team damaged my living room area brand new floor. Now there is two Very Visible Dents right on to pass way toward bedroom. First Delivery team was nice.

They are scammers. Have been contacting them multiple times. At first they forgot a part and I had to wait a month for them to come with all the correct parts. Then another part of the bed frame broke. I have been contacting them multiple times for a refund. They keep saying they are going to contact me and it’s been a months and still have heard nothing from them. I have been calling them and they keep saying they’ll reach out. I’m very unhappy because I feel as if they are trying to push it back till the warranty is expired. I will be reporting them.

Have been seeing a lot of reviews on here with similar experiences and I am feeling helpless on ever getting my warranty refunded for a bed I had for only 4 months which is defective. I asked for them to honor my refund warranty almost 2 months ago and they stopped answering my calls and emails. I do not want the bed anymore because of the horrible customer service i sent emails and videos which they acknowledged the part is defective that was beginning of August still haven’t followed up or answer my calls or emails. I have to report them to BBB or small claims at this point because I paid $700 for a defective bed and they don’t want to fix the issue

This review pertains solely to the customer service manager answering the phones at the Mira Mesa location. I hope you never have to call the store and ask a question or hope to get help with something. The woman answering the phone won't let you finish a sentence, has no empathy for the fact that your delivery is messed up, won't let you speak to the manager, and will hang up on you. She has ZERO customer service skills and has no business in a customer-facing role. For that reason, you should pay a little more money and buy from a store who actually cares enough about their presence to hire good talent.
