Great mattress shopping experience. You get a protective sheet to keep you safe while testing out the mattresses, to deal with the current virus situation. While many of the adjustable bases were not working, my sales person Bob and manager switched mattresses around for me so I could pick the perfect model to go with my existing adjustable base. Sales staff was very helpful and friendly. Staff also stayed late to let me finish my purchase during the last day of the sale, even though the store was closed. (Only 4 stars due to the non-working adjustable bases on display, it would have been easier to shop if they were all working. Staff was very helpful so I could select the right one, but it would have been simpler if the bases were all working.)

WAS OVERCHARGED 100 AND STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND YET. They overcharged me 100 and kept insisting I just take 100 in ashley furniture credit and I refused. Then they said that I'd receive my refund in 5-7 business days and i never have. I tried to get in touch with them and it went to voicemail and I still havent heard anything back.

Went to this store with hopes to find the exact style of couches for our living room. Me and wife met RJ classic sales guy a bit OG and perhaps a tad too fast pace. However, he was really invested in helping us find what we needed. At the end with his help we realized that what we “wanted” was not in stock until months later so we found a different configurations with some really beautiful couches and a recliner. Price tags were exceeding our budget however RJ comes in and just says he’ll make it happen. YES, RJ made it happen. He called Mark his GM (super nice gentleman) for approval on what I thought was already crazy discounted prices from the tag and then Mark and I spoke for a bit and he discounted on top of that !! Anyways we left with a WOW and a huge smile. I’d say ask for RJ and he’ll be happy to just help you help him!

I purchase a outdoor conversation set through the phone, it was very convenient and saved me a lot of time, the transaction was a little different than many others but worked out just fine. First I called the store and told them what I wanted to buy, they took my information and advise that an e-mail with the purchase policy and insurance was to be sent out right after, then they will follow up with a phone call to collect my payment. During this times the last thing I want to do is go out shopping for furniture, so this was perfect, the only thing I would change is the completion of the transaction to be in one phone call, rather than two.

Tisha at Ashley’s Furniture in Miramar really took care of us and helped us out. After months of not communicating due to Covid, she honored the deal she offered us on the bed we liked.

Ashley furniture was supposed to be our second choice, but it ended up as our first. Besides the great deals that they offer, the customer service is number one. Our service rep Mo M. at the Miramar location was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made the buying experience easy and our purchases were just what we were looking for. Horrible experience! Still waiting for a call back from 2 different people. Beverly and Luna. Can never get through to the store which was advised to do from their customer service line. Love the product but customer service is very important and my experience was horrible. Will never buy again from this location.

worst experience I've had in retail. I'm trying to get replacement cushions and covers for my couch. went to the store and they told me I need to call corporate. I've called and was on the phone for 45 minutes, the representative then told me she needed to chck something and put me on hold. call got hung up after 5 minutes on hold. I called again, and had to explain my situation, the representative then couldn't find a ticket number and I had to repeat what I needed again, she then put me on hold without telling me, and.... of course the call got hung up after 10 minutes on hold. I called the next day and asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative told me she can help me before going to a supervisor. I've explained my situation and she put me on hold to get help from her supervisor. I was on hold for 35 minutes plus the conversation total an hour and 20 minutes.... which of course the call got hung up. this is ridiculous. I would never buy anything from Ashley furnature ever again if this is is the way customer service works. this is ridiculous and very frustrating.

Amazing customer service, my wife and I were looking for a bed frame, found one and started to check out until another one caught our attention and the gentleman assigned to help us didn’t make a face or gesture when we decided to change our purchase. Very friendly customer service.

We told our sales associate what we were looking for and our budget and he showed us many options and made sure we made our selves at home when trying them out. He helped us out with the price and made our dream sofa fit our budget. We felt very little pressure and enjoyed our experience.
