We ordered 2 small tables luckily got it at 50% off. Regularly they were a $160 tables they were shipped to us in pieces the pieces would not fit together and was cheaply made would never get from them again.

Amazing customer service! I had purchased a sofa two months ago. My bad was not sitting in it first. Bought it on looks alone. DO NOT DO THIS! It was so uncomfortable. Hard cushions and terrible neck support. I tried to make it work but was getting back and neck pain. I brought my full receipt in and spoke to manager Matt at Miramar location. He was so accommodating! I didn't need money back I just wanted credit towards another purchase. He said sure we can do that! 👍 He called sales associate Sonya to help me find a suitable couch. She was patient and kind and helped me find a great sofa at a really great deal! In closing, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture! Great prices, and for me more importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’m really disappointed with them! Took so long (hours) to complete our sofa set purchase. Then they scheduled the delivery for 3 weeks after the purchase! One day before the delivery day, they called us to let us know that the time frame for the delivery was from 12:00 to 2:30Pm. Then they called us again and changed to 5:30 to 9:30Pm. They didn’t show up at this time. We got a phone call from the delivery guy at 10:30Pm saying that they had two more deliveries to do and asked me if they could deliver at 11:30Pm!! I said no, because we were going to sleep. I didn’t trust that they were going to show up in one hour. So, today is August 16 and it is scheduled to be delivered on Sunday August 18. Really disappointed whit them. For sure, we will not return there!!

Mommy so Happy with Ashley Furn in Miramar. We have big family, a friendly smile greeted us, salesperson Sonia at Miramar took good care of my mom. We customized our huge sectional, perfect for our family. We wanted reclining and non-reclining plus a chaise with media hook ups. Price was perfect, no interest with 12 month financing. Our rep was so patient with us, my mom is elderly and I appreciated that alot. I will be back in Spring to buy patio furniture. Thank you Sonia, btw (beautiful name!)

This has been the most painful experience of any purchase I have made. I could not order from the store, I had to order online but could not because I had a different shipping and billing address but was not given that as a reason my order was not accepted until I called and got transferred around for an Hour and A half, To customer service to the store back to customer service online support etc. Finally i was told the accounting department need to resolve the website issue, then bam I got the order scheduled email, then no showed for the delivery, I called back was told the order was on hold, transferred around again, was told accounting need to be involved but I could not contact them they would have to contact me, 2 days later I got a call, CC declined, I said it was accepted at the time of the order, she said no only when the shipment was scheduled, not true I said because I had the previous issue and I received an alert from Amex, she admitted it happens again at shipment and since it was declined she put it on hold, I told her I wanted to use my newly approved Ashley credit card and she said she could not accept a new card, AAARRRGGGG!!!! I get an email that my order was canceled, thanks for the 5 weeks of frustration Ashley!!! I would post a negative star but cant! Since I have to post a star......

Where to start. The buying experience was like being at an auction. The salesperson has 30 minutes left in his shift, and tried to force us to pick our bedroom and living room before he left so he could get commission off us. Then the real issues started with delivery.... During the delivery process, the delivery team was so rushed to get the job done, they damaged our wall, door, and carpet moving the boxes in. Then, we found out that one piece was damaged, and one was not delivered. They told us to bring the damaged vase back to the store we bought it from, and that we would be contacted about delivery for our missing matching nightstand... 2 weeks went by, and nobody contacted us, so we contacted Ashley Furniture, and they informed us that our matching nightstand was discontinued, and their solution was for us to drive back to the first store to cancel our order, then drive 2 hours to a store that had a show model left to pick it up and bring home with us. We refused this option because we have paid $500 in shipping, we’re not driving for 4 hours round trip to get our nightstand. We then called corporate, who informed us that the piece is NOT discontinued, and that we would receive it today. We never heard from them regarding delivery, so we called back to confirm a time frame. Initially, we were told that nothing is scheduled for us. After providing the agent with details, she put us on hold, then informed us there was an error, and that the shipment was never scheduled for today, and she could reschedule it again... It’s now been almost a month of telephone tag and reassurance that it will come in a couple of days. In our entire experience with this company, we have had to follow up every step of the way, or we were certainly going to be forgotten, every employee has a different excuse to why our items haven’t arrived, and each person will tell you to call someone else, or most recently, if you want to speak with someone regarding the issue, drive back to the store you bought it from. If returning all of our furniture was an option, we would do it, because this company is unorganized, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Undeserving of your business. Pay a little more, and shop with someone who cares!

Zac is an over the top salesperson. Excellent customer service!!! I went into Ashley to look at bedroom sets. Zac met me at the door, ask what I was looking for and than directed me to where all the different bedroom sets were. He than told me that if I see anything I am interested in just call him. I found 2 different bedroom sets and called Zac. He not only explained the woods the furniture was made out of but took the draws out to explain how everything was constructed. Unlike many salesman who are just interested in making a sale, Zac is more concerned in your buying something which will make you happy every time you look at it. I will only make my furniture purchased from Zac in the future. Thank you Zac👍👍👍

When you buy furniture from Ashley’s Sofa’s for 3000 thousand with a warranty for few years, a warranty that they convince you it covers everything but when your sofa start shredding out of no where, they tell it’s not covered, Like Really.. Never ever again buying from Ashley’s, it’s not about the money, it’s not about the sofas.. but when I like to deal with people or companies, I like to bed honest with me, and Ashely’s definitely broke that honesty and trust... Please everyone, if your buying warranties, ask them what it covers, they will say everything, make sure you get details..

Worst customer service i've ever encountered. Purchased 2 mattresses from Ashley's which i was confident was the right choice, the sales person Santez seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very excited to get my mattresses delivered. Upon receiving, the one mattress with the adjustable base did not work. I contacted my salesperson Santez and the store which i purchased it from and was ignored for an entire week. The following weeks the only response i got was that Santez was communicating with his manager and awaiting a response as to what the next step would be. In the meantime i called the store to speak with a manager and he was never available to speak with me. Called customer service and they claimed to had made an appointment with a technician, but he never arrived. Called again and a different representative finally made another appointment for July 25 (tomorrow). It has been over a month and still have not received a single phone call from Santez or the management regarding a replacement for my adjustable base. Calling the customer service line takes over 15 minutes, if anyone even decides to answer. I have never dealt with a purchase that has given me so many problems and that has received no care or attention to the issue. Super frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service from this Ashley location. Seems like the only attention you receive is when the salesperson is trying to land a sale. After that, you are on your own.

Went in today to buy some new furniture for our new home. Zac met us at the door and finished in a nice transaction. We purchased a dining table, bar chairs and sleeper sofa. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus he has good conversation. Go in and ask for Zac. He will get you what you need.
