I'm very upset, spent 7k on furniture 12/2020. They say delivery was 2/2021 according to their records but it wasn't until May or June because they waited until all the pieces came in. I tried calling to get help many times, every day for months because one of our 5 drawer chest dresser a few drawers keep opening. They don't stay shut. On hold for hrs at a time. They have about 500 callers ahead of you on hold, they tell you on the recorded line how many people are on hold. After speaking to an agent they say an installer will come out and fix it. No installer but an email saying to call a 3rd company. The 3rd company says not under warranty. I call Ashley again and they won't help. I will never buy anything from them again. Lakisha said she's in the escalation dept and said there's nothing I can do. Won't even give her me her last name. Don't Buy anything from them!!!

We are needing to find a new bedroom set for our growing family and came across the familiar name of Ashley furniture. We were greeted by a friendly man named Bob. Everything was pretty normal until we noticed he literally came up to us at least 5-6 times with “oh I forgot to mention….(insert special feature/pricing)” he was hovering and overly attentive when I just needed time to soak in my environment and browse. It felt like he literally interrupted our conversation every 2-5 minutes the entire time we were there. I was so turned off by the experience we left to avoid interacting with him any further. I will not likely come back due to the awkwardness of the place.

AVOID ASHLEY AT ALL COSTS! This is by far the worst, most disrespectful, inconsiderate dysfunctional company I’ve ever had the misfortune of purchasing from. My wife and I thought we got a phenomenal deal and had great initial service. We bought a dining set in OCTOBER 2021! Told it would arrive Dec. Then Jan, then March, and so on and so on. Still hasn’t arrived after nearly 8 months. Try getting customer service on the line? Wait 45 min to have some phone rep in Florida tell you they have no idea about anything. Try emailing with no response other than spam. Try going Into the store to have them tell you to call customer service. Rinse and repeat. Trust me, avoid this place. And the furniture we did get? Garbage.

Never answers their phone when you call. Kind of ridiculous. Have tried several different days and times & no one ever answers. Just keeps ringing. Also, most importantly, the only reason I’m having to call to reach someone is because their sales rep Larry totally messed up my order and never fixed it. Extremely frustrating and huge waste of time!! They also charged me $400 to deliver 2 items. Highway robbery when literally every other company these days is offering *free* shipping…I feel I was ripped off by this place. To make matters worse, they don’t even expect my couch to be delivered until 3 months from my purchase date. **Update: I ordered this in early February. It’s now mid-May and they still keep pushing my order delivery date back. Of course, they just decided to deliver it the only time I’m on vacation, so I had to call to reschedule it yet again. However, every time I try calling them, it says I’m caller number two hundred and something 🙄 Regretting ever buying this couch from them. I had to buy a temporary couch to use for all of these months - Living Spaces delivered this couch within 2 days of ordering…

I’d give no stars if I could. We bought a couch from this store and when it was getting delivered the guys noticed a huge tear and red stain on the couch, so the date then got moved to Friday. We had a conflict with the timing and although it was rescheduled due to an error on their end they wouldn’t accommodate any other time for us and switched our delivery date to the next day. Now when they actually brought the couch up, it would not fit. In store we expressed to the salesman the measurements of our door frame and hall way to make sure it would fit he brushed us off and said they’re professionals and it will fit. We’re now going a week without a couch and customer service has a 110 people wait, and our salesman has not answered any of our calls. We’re extremely frustrated and will never be doing business here again

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order in the store in November 2021 and was told the expected delivery was in January 2022. Since then, I have contacted Ashley 4 times - I have never once been able to reach someone in this store; I've had to chat with agents online, and the delivery date has been extended 4 times. Now they are saying mid-May but who knows. I am extremely disappointed that Ashley has not proactively reached out at any time, apologized, or made an effort to retain my business.
