Let me start this off by saying, I work in this industry. I originally purchased my order November 20th of last year. I purchased a couch and a bed frame. The couch was delivered on time as promised. The bed frame however was set for delivery. A week later. So the 4th of January comes around and it turns out the wrong items were delivered. They get rescheduled for the 14th. The 14th comes around and they do not call me or give me a courtesy of letting me know my order was rescheduled again for the 29th! 2 months after the original delivery date. This has been the worst experience I have ever had and the worst possible customer service I have ever received. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Incredible Experience with Lisa! Never have I felt so comfortable and satisfied buying furniture. Usually I dread walking into a furniture store but Lisa has set an example of excellence! I just purchased a new home and needed some new furniture. not only was our sales agent very patient, she was courteous and went above and beyond to get us a bigger discount than the one they were currently offering. I’ve been a long time Ashley’s customer and am always taken care of! Highly recommend the Miramar store!
Today when I came into Ashley furniture I was very nervous and unsure of what I was getting into. I am a first time renter/homeowner, and I was looking to buy my first ever living room furniture set. I had no idea what I was looking for or how to even begin. Thankfully Myke made this such a fun and easy experience for me; when it could have easily gone downhill for me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and grasped exactly what I needed with a quick conversation of what kind of furniture would fit my needs in a home! He was very passionate about his job and got me a deal I wouldn’t even imagined was possible for all the pieces that I got! Myke will definitely from now on be my furniture guy! I will be coming back! I have a kitchen and a bedroom to furnish!! Thanks Ashley furniture and Myke!
Feeling cheated by this place is all I can say. Walked in and was kindly greeted until I let the associate know I'm there for something that perhaps he thought wasnt worth his time; specific decor for our new living room set I had seen online. He walked away saying find me if you need help and didn't bother in helping me find the accessory I wished to have. While there I found items that were marked "clearance" and I wanted to purchase those with gift cards I had received because I had purchased there before I was given two 25 dollar gift cards. Never was I told that these could NOT be used on anything that was marked down. As an example I was told if something was on sale or discounted i could not use it towards any of that nor could i use it online. Really not happy with the how they really are about the money, to the point where I was told they need to sell in order to pay $60,000 a month for their lease. Not sure how that's my burden as a customer but I'm sure the $2,400 I spent at their store might help pay their water or electric bill for the month.
I purchased many things (bedroom set, living room, dining set and more) Sales people are very nice. Products are good. BUT! HERE'S THE WARNING!!... If you have any problem later with the items you received, if you receive a damaged item, if you need them to pick up any product during the first 72 hours that you have to regret the order, if you deserve a refund etc etc.... YOU ARE GOING TO SUFFER! There's NOBODY you can talk to to resolve your problems. you call the store - no answer --> that will transfer you to the company's customer service and you explain your problem --> they will put you on hold trying to reach out with the store --> no answer --> they will promise to send an email to the store with all information so they can reach out with me in 48 hours. Few days later - NOTHING. and that happened 3 times!!! on top of that they work with a 3rd party delivery company. very unprofessional people! very unorganized.. They don't know what the hell they're doing because of HUGE miscommunications with the store. ashley store in miramar + ashley corporation + delivery company = HUGE MESS and big headache. Never again.
I went to the Miramar store because a friend recommended it & told me that Lisa D. helped them. I went & I must say that I have never received such great service at any furniture store as I did here with Lisa helping us. She was very knowledgable & helpful in helping us to choose the bedroom set we needed to replace our old & broken set. Being a Mom herself (as she explained) made the decision easy. We are very happy with the whole experience, down to the delivery! Thank you Lisa!!!
They can't handle multiple item orders. They messed up delivery tags, instead of delivery they tagged some items as customer pick up from warehouse. Very confusing process and took a long time to check out but ended up messing it up anyway. First time customer and never going back. Delivery was 2.5 hours late of the 4 hour range. They arrived at 8:30 pm.
Lisa, our sales person was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful during our couch selection process. She along with the store manager, Santez, took great care of us and showed amazing customer service. We will return for our next big furniture purchase - thank you!!
I read a lot of horror stories on yelp, so I was surprised to have had a really good experience. Yes, the sales staff are supposed to do a hard sell, but our guy, Bugs was actually helpful, showed us things in our price range, and arranged delivery on a day when we could be home. Delivery was great, got notified days in advance, then given a window which they met, nice guys on the truck, so all in all, very positive. The furniture is pretty basic, but you get what you pay for.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THE SALES PERSON LIED. SINCE THEN, THE LIES CONTINUE. OTHER PEOPLE AT THE STORE CONTINUE TO MISLEAD AND SAY THINGS THAT DO NOT HAPPEN. THEN, THE STORE PEOPLE, SALE, MANAGER, ETC. CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE. TRY IT. WE WERE TOLD " ... IF IT DOESN'T FIT, NO PROBLEM IT CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND." ONLY, THEY WON'T DO IT. THEY SAY THINGS LIKE "WE'LL CALL YOU..." - NEVER HAPPENS. BIG MISTAKE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST. STAY AWAY.
This place is awful. Horrible website, horrible call center, useless floor staff. Is this sofa in stock? LOL NOBODY KNOWS!!! Made even more glaring when I went and bought a sofa from Mor down the street. Go to Mor or Living Spaces.
Very pushy sales people even if you tell them you want to browse alone and don’t plan to buy anything. Prices are very negotiable, don’t ever pay full price.
We got a nice dinning room table and chairs for a decent price. The next day I found a better price, called our service person who said she would change the amount that we owed. I just found out that no price change was made and have spent the last 30 minutes on hold trying to talk to the store. We wary of the price match guarantee. It only applies to Ashley Furniture online store and, in our case, they never honored it.
