Worst service ever. The phone doesn't get answered! Nor does the virtual assistant on there website! Nor can purchase items in store simply question that could of been answered in two seconds!
Update 20201127: I’m never 👎🏾 shopping at Ashley ever again! It’s official. We just reveiebed a phone call that not only is half our order on STILL on back order but if it becomes discontinued Ashley will not refund us even though we paid full price for a FULL couch. Worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with. ———————————— First time buying from Ashley. I don’t know whether to blame it on Covid-19 or this is how Ashley really does business. We purchased a sectional Sept 6 today is Nov 12 & our sectional is still back ordered. As a matter of fact they called me yesterday that they will deliver today, I called today & they’re were like just kidding your couch is still back ordered. I even called them back right away yesterday to make sure they will deliver today only for them to give me a lame excuse blaming me for not being able to deliver today. My family is stuck with nothing to seat on. I will never return to ANY Ashley furniture store EVER again!!
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to get a new bed they told me I had to wait and I ok with it even though it was going to be almost a month! The week of the delivery they txt me to confirm delivery I called and confirm then they email me and I called and confirm and when I ask for a ETA of time of delivery they told me call a day before. I called a day before for an ETA they put me on hold for 15min and then they told me my original delivery date had been moved!! They told me I never confirmed the delivery date I was I called TWICE and confirm delivery! I had asked days off for the delivery and to arrange everything and they tell me it’s been moved a week later!! I told the lady you guys either deliver the day it was originally scheduled or cancel the other because I was leaving for work and wasn’t going to be there for delivery. This was almost a 3k order and she didn’t care she was ok will cancel your money will take 10-15 business days to get refund and gave me a cancelation #. Then Monday they keep calling and txt me for delivery even though I had cancel I called and they told me the cancellation wasn’t done and that they will finish it! 20 days later still no refund or nothing!!! When I called they told me I had to called the store because they don’t deal with cancellations !!! WTF?? I call the store and they told me I needed to go to the store for cancellation and refund!!! Their excuse was we are short on staff! This is BS if you ask me!! I told the guy it’s no excuse 3 ppl I talked to didn’t say I needed to come to the store to cancel my order!!! So you guys never cancel my order nor bother to call to say something??!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Almost 2 months no furniture or refund and no to mention their employees do not care about the customer!! Don’t waste your money on a company that doesn’t care about the customers!!!
Worst customer service i have experienced at any business. I have been processing a warranty claim for months, I'm on hold all the time waiting for reps that never answer, and their online customer service is just a bunch of bots that don't even work. Avoid at all costs, they will not answer calls and will lie to you when they do.
My brother needs a lift recliner, Marie was very helpful, she knew alot about recliners, see Marie when you visit this store on Mira Mar Road.Thank you Marie 😊👍
EDIT: editing this review to knock down a few stars due to haven't received my sofa yet. (Which they never told me that the product is not in stock and backordered).... They postponed my delivery date twice. Finally received my product 1 month and a half later, but now it has a strong new couch chemical smell. Had to leave my couch in the garage, it's been there for a week now and still has strong smell. ORIGINAL COMMENT STILL HOLDS TRUE: ----> Been here a few times. Stores awesome a ton of selections. Very good selections too. Price is very reasonable for good quality furniture.. have great deals when u catch em. And the staff are great. They are friendly yet the ones I've encountered doesn't ride your tail. They ask if u need help them leave u alone to and not nag u about deals. And once u have a question they will come back and be glad to assist you.
I wasn't happy with the end results. They charged me for a service they did not provide. I want my money back.

I placed an order in store a few weeks ago for delivery. Jump to today and the items are almost a week late so I waste almost an hour contacting support only to find that the store cancelled my order and cited me finding something else at another store which is a blatant lie. Not only did they cancel my order, but they have not returned the money to the funding source. Now I also have to file a CC dispute. Shady practices.
Nice salesman that assisted, however Salesman made no effort to confirm that he entered the correct address when purchasing, and as a result our $1,200 couch was sent to the wrong address. Thank you Ashley HomeStore!
Ruby was an excellent Sales Rep! Friendly and welcoming and really got us the sofa we wanted. A plus the Ashley's was having a sale at the time we went. Funiture shopping is fusterating at this time due to delay in delivery but she was patient with us which kind of voided the negative strike due to delayed in delivery. It was an easy process.
Greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Definitely knew what we were talking about and very helpful in our decision of furniture. Asked the layout of the home and what we were looking for in general. Never pressured us but definitely wanted nothing but the best. David Rubio is a great sales person.
I have to say buyer beware! The sales people were great helpful and friendly. Even the one store customer service person who helped us went above and beyond trying to get our problem solved. It's not the store that's bad it's the Ashley company. We bought a whole living room set and an extra sofa for our family room. We noticed with in a week and a half our one sofa was sagging on one end and the back cushions were going flat. I called everyday for Two weeks no one returned my call as promised on message. I finally after waiting fourty minutes got to speak to a customer service person she set up an appointment for a technician to come look at our sofa. Three weeks latter he never show up. We decided to drive back to the store and speak to a customer service person. We had to wait an hour they only have one person and three people in front of us. He set up for the main company c/s person to call to set up another appointment. One week later they never called. So we went back to The Mira Mar store. Nothing changed We kept going back for 4weeks. The customer service person got tired of seeing us. Some how he set up our tech appointment. It worked. it only took us 3 more weeks for this guy to come to our home. When he came I asked if we could get a new sofa? He told me no they only fix the sofa if they can. I asked what am I to do with a broken sofa. It's not Ashley problem. I explained about the customer service trouble we had he told me that was not true, he knew that his company would never do that. I guess I made up this story up. He pulled apart our sofa to take a look inside and two large pieces fell out. He sad it was broken because I had jumped on it. I told him I'm a 61year old woman with sever arthritis I don't jump on furniture. I did take a look at the parts that fell off it was the main braces. They only had a free staples in them. I asked him to just fix it put some screws and glue in it. Do a better job than the manufacture did. The whole time he was here he kept saying we had thrown ourselves to hard on the couch. He also complained about being very sick his brother just died of Covid and the doctors were not sure what was wrong with him. But he needed to work. I guess Covid is nothing to worry about! I just wanted him to finish and leave my home. He fixed the sofa he even re stuffed the back cushions with a lot of stuffing. Funny he said there was nothing wrong with them. We bought this sofa May 30 2020 almost four 1/2 months latter October 8, 2020, we were able to sit on it. Beware of Ashley furniture. Buy your furniture some were else. I forgot to say all those times we had to go back Ashley and wait in line I met a lot of other people having the same problem. If you bought furniture with out any problems count your blessings! If it's been a night mare, God help you, because Ashley is in no hurry to help, they already have your money.!
