I was looking for a very specific piece of furniture, which unfortunately this store didn't have. However, the associate I worked with (Yama) was incredibly helpful, and upfront saying he wasn't sure they had what I needed, but showed me options that might work. He wasn't pushy, or trying to talk me into anything. When I was mildly interested in a piece, he let me know the lead time was several weeks right up front. All total to see about 10 pieces, it was about 10 minutes. Despite the fact that I didn't find what I needed, I had a great experience, and will be back in the future!
My experience is at 5 stars only because of Nidal, the store manager- otherwise I would rate it a 1. After a very long 6 months of going back and forth with furniture that did not come with all parts - the hero was the store manager Nidal, not the corporate customer support line. Unfortunately Ashley Furniture is a large corporation with many silos that are far removed from the on hands customer experience at the front line. It is not fair at the store level when items get missed or corporate customer support ignores the customers experience that can literally drain a customer emotionally- because the store has handed off an order in the system to Ashley corporate internally. My advise to future customers: 1) remember that the store is separate from the furniture vendors and there are many logistics between ordering furniture to delivery in your home. 2) Double check orders and parts upon arrival- again remember that the delivery service is a separate vendor and cannot fix the logistical issues if a product arrived with missing parts or wrong. 3) Always give your store manager a chance to fix it first- Nidal understood the meaning of the “customer experience “ and has the person to person empathy- hence when I visit the store again for a purchase I will only purchase if he’s still the manager. 4) DONT get rid of your furniture until you have everything else set up and know that you have everything or won’t feel an impact if something is missing. Thank you Nidal for the courage and integrity to stand up for the customer.

Today I had a good experience for my first time in the store. My salesman was Tammeem Niazi he was very personable and he was able to help me with what I was looking for. I would recommend him to anyone who is shopping at Ashley Furniture on Miamar rd.

Bob Kelly did an excellent job assisting us in buying our new furniture! He was very courteous and helpful in helping us make a good decision. Earlier that day we had bought two sofas from a competitor. He was so influential that we went to the competitor canceled our order, went back and bought from Ashley’s instead because of the great deals! We had our 8 yr old daughter with us the whole time, because of his enthusiasm, energy and calming demeanor she did not complain one bit… someone give this man an award! But a raise would be better!! Thank you Bob, thank you Ashley’s!

It was super easy and fun! I went in and right at the door someone directly walked me over to the couches I was interested in. Bought it same day!
I was able to find what I needed and Matthew De Anda was very patient with me as I needed a couch that was in stock and got a queen bed for my guest room. Thanks again Matthew.
Customer Service is awesome, Mo Mo is the best, he helped me and went beyond expectations to make sure my wife and myself left the store with exactly what we wanted at a good price. Coming back for sure.
Wow the sales person is a designer by nature she has an eye for colors fabrics. Very creative, attentive. Micha empower you to make good decisions. She also put’s it on the iPad to show you what it looks like before you make a purchase. She is very good at what she dose. Excellent customer service.
Great experience. Casey helped us and he was fantastic. Highly recommend him when you shop there. Listened to us, gave recommendations and did not over sell. He knew his stuff and we got a great family living room set. A little opportunity with in-stock availability for some items like other furniture stores we went to when shopping for reclining sofas and love seats.
The lady Ana Mirfhakri, who helped my mom in getting a new dining table charged the insurance/warranty with out notifying her. My mom didn't even want it. In my book, that is just wrong & very very unprofessional as a sales rep, you don't just charge a service with out the customer's approval. $350 in something my mom didn't ask for. I've been calling the store & no one answers. Just cause it was in credit doesn't mean that Ana was in the right of just adding something on for her convince in reaching her sales goal.
Worst Furniture Store. At the time of Sales everyone is professional and sweet talking. After furniture is delivered the no one cares what happens. Furniture was delivered with so many chips on multiple pieces. Paying for premium delivery is useless since delivery people don't care about your house so they will bang every wall they can to get the furniture to its place. In addition table delivered had exposed staple pins sticking out from the bottom. After calling customer service they tell me that a technician will come out after 10 days. After asking what should I do about the exposed industrial staple pins he replies that there is nothing he can do even if it is a safety hazard. I should have stuck to living spaces / wayfair for my furniture shopping.
Shopping in store was a great experience. We had a very helpful sales associate who was able to find us furniture for our whole house. When it came to delivery our wonderful experience started to dwindle. The delivery drivers were given the wrong phone number and upon getting to our apartment complex they did not care to use the call box. After wasting 4 hours of our day to wait for this delivery, the drivers dismissed themselves and moved onto the next delivery. Ashley Home called us to let us know that the delivery drivers were outside so they must have had the correct number to contact us and yet they didn’t. Of course when we go to let them in, they had already dismissed themselves. With them not being able to go back and finish our delivery that same day, they promised us a very early delivery the next day between 8am - 12pm. Sadly, here we are again waiting for a delivery that never came. We called to inquire about where our furniture was and it turns out that there was never a delivery scheduled for us today. Ashley Furniture had lied. After speaking with a different representative, it turns out that it takes 24-48 hours to reschedule a delivery and one was not done. Mind you - we spent TEN GRAND on furniture. We had already gotten rid of all of our furniture (bed, couch, tv stand etc) the morning before the first delivery was supposed to show carrying 99% of the furniture we had bought. So not only are we wasting time on deliveries that aren’t even scheduled but we are also having to sleep on the floor with our apartment in shambles to accommodate the large sum of furniture that we had purchased from Ashley Home. While we still wait for another schedule delivery we are wasting hours that could have been spent at work or out of the house. We have asked them to do waive our delivery fee as we had just spent 10 grand and are not able to utilize the products we purchased due to there lack of care as well as there inability to schedule.
I have never left a negative review online before but I feel that I have no other option but to let others know of the terrible service I received. After moving cross-county from NY I stopped by this Ashley Furniture Store in order to purchase a couch. Due to the shortage, I specifically chose a couch with a delivery date of July 1st - with an additional delivery fee. On June 30th, I received a call saying that the delivery had to be delayed to July 2nd due to difficulties with the truck. On July 2nd, I received another call saying the same truck has once again broken down and the delivery would be rescheduled for July 6th. On July 3rd I called to confirm the delivery and was told that no delivery has been scheduled. I was then told that deliveries were booked until July 8th. After going online myself I was able to find an earlier delivery date - July 7th. In an attempt to rectify these situations I have spent over 4 hours on hold or on the phone with multiple people. Most of whom either made promises that they could not keep or were very rude and utterly useless. Most recently I was promised that someone would reach out to me from the Appeasement department - that was one week ago. Suffice to say this is not the place to come if you are looking for efficient, reliable service.
