Very pushy sales people even if you tell them you want to browse alone and don’t plan to buy anything. Prices are very negotiable, don’t ever pay full price.

We got a nice dinning room table and chairs for a decent price. The next day I found a better price, called our service person who said she would change the amount that we owed. I just found out that no price change was made and have spent the last 30 minutes on hold trying to talk to the store. We wary of the price match guarantee. It only applies to Ashley Furniture online store and, in our case, they never honored it.

Customer service from Sales Rep, Yama, was completely EXCEPTIONAL at the Miramar location. I was greeted and assisted right when I walked in the door. Yama was very informative, and allowed me to take my time with the items of interest. Even walked me through some great deals the store was having at the time. More importantly, at the times I couldn’t make up my mind, Yama never got frustrated or rushed through anything. Definitely a pleasure being helped by him. I will for sure recommend!

Customer service at this store location is horrendous. Trying to speak with someone on the phone leads to 15+ minutes on hold every time and I've often been hung up on. No parts can be ordered over the phone and no one knows which department does what. All I needed to do was order a new foot for my couch. Do not buy furniture here because they just want your money for large items and will never allow you to maintain your furniture, they just want you to purchase new items

UPDATE 11/30/19: FINALLY got the rest of my order and the delivery guys thought it would be funny to joke around and tell me they didn't have some of my items KNOWING what I had already been through this week. Seriously unprofessional to mock a customer who is already upset that Thanksgiving was so hectic because of them! Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Me and my husband came in on November 17th looking for a new living room set and dining room set. We found something we liked and after a few hiccups trying to get it delivered before Thanksgiving, we set a up our delivery to come today, November 27th. After MANY issues with confirmation yesterday, we found out it wouldn't be delivered until DECEMBER 4th!!! We FINALLY got that fixed but THEN they called this morning saying they didn't put our dining room chairs or bench seat on the truck, so now we have a table but no dining seating for Thanksgiving dinner!! Delivery comes and not only were the chairs and bench missing but our coffee table and end tables were as well!! Nobody discussed them not coming until AFTER set up was supposedly done and the delivery guys said they were saying bye!! Apparently the rest is coming on Saturday now. The actual store MANAGER Mark was unhelpful and rude throughout this entire process. He continually ignored our phone calls and refused to call us back. My husband literally had to drive there just to talk to the guy!!! Zac the sales associate tried to help all he could but with a manager like Mark you can't really help a customer if he won't allow you too. We have spent alot of money at this location and you better believe that after this we won't spend another dime until either Mark is fired or replaced with someone competent enough to handle customer situations.

My wife and I decided to order furniture for thanksgiving so we can have friends and family over. We went to ashleys and bought a dining room set and a living room set. We couldnt get the one we wanted because we would have to waite for deliver but they said if we orderd a different set all would be delivered the day before thanksgiving. So we decided the sacrifice was worth it because we already invited friend and family over. 2 days before delivery they called my wife to say the delivery was moved to the 7th of december. My wife called me at work to tell me and she was in tears. I stopped working to call customer service. The store will never answer at the miramar location and the toll free number someone answered but said they cant help because they are out of state but she said she would send a priority email to have store mgr call me right away. He never called so i called my sales rep and he said he would take care of it. He called right back and said the delivery would come the day before thanksgiving as planned. The next day, my wife got a call saying the delivery was coming but they could not bring the chairs. Again she called me. I could not reach anyone at the number for their store so i called the finacing company in the store and they answered. I asked if i could speak to the mgr. And she said he didnt want to take the call. I told her that is not exceptable so the second time she said he still wont take the call but if i leave my number he will call me imediatly. He never called so after work i had to dr there to see the mgr in person. His name is Mark at the miramar location. I told him about my nightmare and he said there was nothing he could do. While i was talking to him my wife text that the delivery came and not only were all the chairs missing but for the living room set they had only brought the couch. We were missing 2 lamps 2 end tables and a coffee table. I told Mark all of our missing items were on their sales floor and i would be willing to make my own delivery and thats when Mark told me he would rather cancel my order than help me. I love Ashleys furniture, i love there products and u love most of their staff. With that being said, i will never visit that location again until they can hire a better quality mgr. Mark is by far the worst mgr i have ever met. I am a marksting director and undertand the concept of customer service. I am Not unreasonable. I understand that bad news happens. Never in all of my years in sales and marketing have i seen a customer allow a company to make things right and the answer was he would rather cancel my order than help me. If Mark is still there after reviewing this post, i pray that upper management at the very least gives his some basic training on how people should be treated. The sales staff is way to good and works way too hard to have a manager like that who will turn business away like that. They all deserve better. I do want to thank a sales rep named Zack that i would like to say he did everything in his power to help. He even begged Mark to help me while i was at the store but he turned Zack down as well.

Big company Ashley is so busy that they don't have time for customers I order dining set they were going to send me on 21st November but after calling to customer service for hours and getting dates from them finally taking to corporate offices on Tuesday they send me to home store when I went there manager was not interested in our problem after waiting for him just came and told give them transportation discount if they want to buy but we can't send them before 2nd December and if not they can cancel it and we will refund it and he leave from there he was not sorry nothing I told him I took day off from work twice never came back.
