Ashley furniture was supposed to be our second choice, but it ended up as our first. Besides the great deals that they offer, the customer service is number one. Our service rep Mo M. at the Miramar location was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made the buying experience easy and our purchases were just what we were looking for. Horrible experience! Still waiting for a call back from 2 different people. Beverly and Luna. Can never get through to the store which was advised to do from their customer service line. Love the product but customer service is very important and my experience was horrible. Will never buy again from this location.
worst experience I've had in retail. I'm trying to get replacement cushions and covers for my couch. went to the store and they told me I need to call corporate. I've called and was on the phone for 45 minutes, the representative then told me she needed to chck something and put me on hold. call got hung up after 5 minutes on hold. I called again, and had to explain my situation, the representative then couldn't find a ticket number and I had to repeat what I needed again, she then put me on hold without telling me, and.... of course the call got hung up after 10 minutes on hold. I called the next day and asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative told me she can help me before going to a supervisor. I've explained my situation and she put me on hold to get help from her supervisor. I was on hold for 35 minutes plus the conversation total an hour and 20 minutes.... which of course the call got hung up. this is ridiculous. I would never buy anything from Ashley furnature ever again if this is is the way customer service works. this is ridiculous and very frustrating.

Amazing customer service, my wife and I were looking for a bed frame, found one and started to check out until another one caught our attention and the gentleman assigned to help us didn’t make a face or gesture when we decided to change our purchase. Very friendly customer service.
We told our sales associate what we were looking for and our budget and he showed us many options and made sure we made our selves at home when trying them out. He helped us out with the price and made our dream sofa fit our budget. We felt very little pressure and enjoyed our experience.
Worst experience I have ever had in my life. I used to be an avid shopper at Ashley, but will be selling anything Ashley I own. I ordered a desk. It arrived damaged. It has now been over a month with multiple voicemails, emails, calls daily, at the store and the main customer service number. I paid a pretty penny to receive garbage. I had to file a claim with BBB, and will have to file in small claims next. Today I finally got an incredibly rude rep on the phone, who was supposed to get me a manager. Instead, she hung-up instead of having me wait on hold. You are better off buying Walmart furniture, that is how low the quality is getting. Their customer service is negative... it's baffling!. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
My sales rep is Lisa D in Miramar San Diego. She was great! She spent 2 hours with me and helped my finding the prefect furnitures. They don't have much in stock but if it's something you really like than waiting a little longer is worth it. Thank you Ashley Furnitures!

Bob the salesman was really pushy I was going to pay cash today and he's the reason that I left he was just too pushy... That's too bad because they got good deals... I knew what I was looking for way too pushy
I was helped by Anita shortly after walking in the door and she spent over an hour with me showing me every corner of the store. She made me feel totally at home and even though I arrived at the end of store hours she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was very helpful in every aspect of my customer service experience and she even ordered me a piece that wasn’t in stock. I came in for a coffee table set and ended up leaving with what I came for plus a recliner and a desk and plans to return for more. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will certainly be back in the future. Someone give this woman a raise!!

I have had the most ridiculous problems with this store and I seriously need help resolving this issue. Every time I contact this store they promise they’ll have someone fix the issue and then no one ever calls or comes by to fix the problem with my defective couch. The furniture from Ashley furniture was originally great, but the furniture delivery and store customer service is the worst I have ever seen from a store trying to be profitable. Before you consider buying furniture from this store, read about my experience. I ordered a nice sectional couch with a sleeper and a living room table. When the couch arrived, it was the wrong couch. It was right facing instead of left. Ashley corporate said they'd talk with the store and fix the issue. It then took a month for the new couch to arrive. BUT! I get a call saying they have given me an account credit! Cool! Instead of delivering the couch, this store delivered the table I ordered (a month later) and told me they had to take my couch to deliver the table. So in the middle of the state lock down, this store wanted to take the only couch I had because they delivered the wrong one and leave me sitting on the floor. This store then said they had to take the couch, or else I would face legal problems or be charged for 2 couches and I had no options in the matter. Also, the account credit was for them to deliver the table and they want to charge me to deliver the original couch I had ordered and already paid for. Hilarious right? Finally, they got really serious about taking the couch and I had to ask to talk with a manager. After an anxiety filled phone call with the manager arguing with me because their computer systems said I had to give up the couch, they finally said ok and left the table after I finally got upset enough to tell them that this was theft and I would have to call the police if they took the furniture I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR and left me with nothing to sit on in my house during a lock-down. 1 month later the couch I ordered was delivered. I would have been miserable if I had to go a month without a couch. Then upon deliver of the right couch, the sleeper portion of the couch will not open. I am told a technician will come out and fix it super quick, nbd. Technician comes out and inspects the couch and tells me it's broken and they need to order a new part. 3 weeks later I get an email saying the part has arrived. To this day, I have never heard back from Ashley saying they will fix the couch, schedule an appointment and/or give me any refunds for the 3 months that I have been trying to get the couch I have already paid for. Now the couch squeaks every time someone sits on it and the sleeper still does not open. The store has had the part for 3 weeks now and won't send it to my house or even have someone come fix it. The cherry on top is that Ashley corporate has called me twice during the 3 months of ridiculousness asking about how this store order was and promised to fix everything and make it right. Then it never, ever happened. But they did send me an automated order review email and then ignored the review. Cool. Now I just want a couch that works and doesn’t squeak. Please replace this defective couch and help me fix this issue. I don't even want the sleeper part because I now know that they are defective and will squeak in the future. It pains me to have to do this. To have to write a negative review of a company trying to remain solvent in these crazy times, but I will not pay $1500 just to have a couch that doesn't work and have the company ignore this problem when they could fix it so quickly and easily. It's been almost 4 months now of just trying to get what I paid for. No more. If my requests continue to be ignored, then next step is filing a fraud case to have this issue resolved. Please respond so I don’t have to do this. This is insane.
