I wish I could give a negative rating. I will never buy from Ashley’s again. I paid for premier delivery service and they absolutely couldn’t follow simple directions and deliver when I had requested. I told them sixteen times not to deliver in the morning and they still showed up in the morning when no one was home. I tried to call the number that was provided and you get a call center in India who is no help at all. They read from a script and repeat themselves over and over again and tell you nothing. When a customer pays extra for premier delivery service, then Ashley should accommodate the customer and deliver when they ask. The customer should not be the one having to accommodate for convenient time for the driver. Additionally after they missed my delivery day by showing up at the wrong time, they told me they would not be able to deliver again for another two weeks. I way overpaid for a coffee table and they couldn’t even deliver it when scheduled. ASHLEY Store in San Diego sucks. Do not buy from here.

Terrible service, incompetent salespeople who don't help each other. The saleswoman who was helping me left me alone. I asked someone else for help, but they didn't help me; they just went back to the saleswoman who had left me. I went to another store.

I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again or recommend them. The only positives were the salesman, Jimmy, and the delivery team. I bought a couch and entertainment center and was told I could cancel the entertainment center later if it didn’t fit. When I called to cancel just that piece, they cancelled my entire order. I had to reorder, and they were holding $5,000 of my money. Customer service repeatedly told me my order was cancelled because the couch was discontinued, while the store said everything was fine. When I called on 10/6/25 to speak with a manager, the woman who answered was extremely rude. When I used a frustrated curse word, she yelled, hung up, and then screened my calls so I couldn’t get through. I only reached someone by blocking my number. The manager was uninterested and said she would “be talked to,” which is unacceptable. The Jenny chatbot is also completely unhelpful. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
