Went to Ashley Miramar looking for a specific couch and the specialist that day, Salma, was so helpful showing us different options and giving us space to go through the whole floor. I ended up going with a different couch and she even found an ottoman that matched the couch/pillows to go with. She broke down the prices with us and was very transparent. Overall had a great experience (and the 40% anniversary sale was pretty great) highly recommend this store and Salma.

My husband and I went to the San Diego Ashley store on Miramar to purchase one small item, a chair! The salesman, James Mayes, greeted us with a warm smile and knew exactly what we were looking for. And plus, he had a great personality! The next time we are in need of furniture, we will look for James🧤!

I visited the Ashley branch in San Diego twice while sofa shopping. While they have a wide selection and reasonable prices, I ultimately decided not to purchase from them and shop elsewhere instead. My decision was driven by the impatient behavior of two sales associates. They focused entirely on closing a sale ASAP rather than listening to my specific QUESTIONS and needs. I found this high-pressure marketing approach very off-putting.

I went in looking for a new couch and ended up spending way more time browsing than I planned to. The layout of the store made it easy to compare different styles without feeling rushed. The salesperson gave me space but was available when I had questions, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair for the quality, and they explained the delivery process clearly. There was a small wait at checkout, but nothing too bad. Overall, it was a pretty smooth experience and I’d consider coming back when I redo my bedroom furniture.

Had a great experience very easy and simple process buying furniture from Ashley’s in Mira Mesa

My husband and I went to Ashley to look at leather sofa’s. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesgirl named Roxy. She showed us several beautiful pieces and we wish that we could have purchased a sofa from her, but found our perfect sofa at another store. Anyway, just had to send a “SHOUT OUT” to Roxy!! She was so nice and pleasant to shop with!!😊

We went to Ashley on Miramar SD to furnish our entire apartment, and we spent days searching the right pieces. We met several sales people, but Roxy was a perfect salesperson! She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, she memorized all the furniture so it was easy for her to lead us directly to whatever it is we described to her. She was helpful with measurements and wood types as well. We chose a lot of pieces, and she even worked with us on the phone the next day to find additional items online! Her sales Manager Steve was also a delight to work with and made this whole experience a complete success! We will definitely be going back for accessories!

I’ve also seen multiple reports and complaints online about this company related to pricing practices, which raises serious concerns about how customers are treated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for honest service or professionalism.

We needed a new couch and were searching online initially to get some ideas. Landed at Ashely furniture and so glad we did. Mindie took great care of us there and helped us finalize our decision which ended up being perfect in our living room. An added bonus was the live delivery tracker they provide via text or email which alerted us to an exact delivery time. Overall a great experience and we will be a repeat customer.

We recently purchased a bed and two nightstands, the nightstands never arrived. After hours talking to customer service, I was reassured that only by going into the local branch could I get a refund. So we came to the Miramar store. Never in my life have I received such despicable, unprofessional, horrific service. The manager was rude and condescending, not to mention arrogant and unprofessional. Needless to say, my issue was not resolved. Spend your money elsewhere, where you’ll be treated better with respectable customer service

Miss Marie was a godsend. She is the best salesperson ever.

This purchase has turned into a major regrettable experience. Paying nearly $400 for “white glove” delivery was a complete waste—it was anything but white glove. The furniture delivery was chaotic and failed to follow basic instructions. To make matters worse, the furniture arrived without handles and had string used instead. Furniture is wobbly and uneven. Since then, Ashley has repeatedly hung up on me when I try to get help, and their AI chatbot, Jenny, is completely useless. Save yourself the frustration and heartache—Ashley is not worth it.

First off let me say when I added a family room and a new suite to my home I bought most everything from this ashley store. That was 9 years ago. I sent my mom to furnish her whole home with over 11k in furniture last year to this store. Both were good experiences. This time was terrible. I was replacing my furniture again in my family room and dining. The first visit no one would help us so we looked around and went somewhere else. I did notice some rugs that were on sale so I went back a few days later. Once the lady who greeted us found out, she wanted nothing to do with our purchase. The lady who rang us up was so unpleasant when she was finally done she said "you can go now". Before that she tried to talk my daughter and I from buying them saying they were in terrible shape and I couldn't unroll them before buying. When we took the 4 rugs to our houses (my daughter home and mine) they were beautiful. My husband said let's get some more for our other house and the office. We went back the next day. Same sales lady same attitude. When we were ready to check out she put her feet on each rug and pulled off the sales tag. She left her boots on my white rug the whole time. She was nasty and we could here the other two sales reps talking about us. (One was the same sales girl tisha) we bought 7 rugs that day and when my senior husband started taking them to the truck our sales girl said he had to carry all 7 at the same time because they get dinged every time when the door opens if they don't make a sale. We left and on the was out the two sales people (Tisha and a guy ) were laughing. I asked them if they needed something and they said weren't laughing at us. I asked if the manager was there and the guy said no. I asked for the manager name and he said he didn't know. All three sales people need help with customer service. I was a lifetime customer who sent my family and friends there and now I am not. No one was in the store all three times and now I know why. Sorry for the long response. Teresa Johnson

We went to Ashley Home furnishings to look at a sofa we had seen online. We wanted to actually sit on it to see if it would be comfortable. We were greeted by Marie and she showed us the sofa which turned out to not be comfortable for what we needed. She showed us all the other inventory so we could try them. She was very patient and knowledgeable about all the inventory, and we finally found one that was perfect. All in all a good experience, thanks to Marie.

Been a while since the visit, but felt incredibly rushed and watched. Partner and I were walking around looking at chairs and an employee said “is someone helping you?” I said “no I’m just looking” she said “no that’s not allowed!” When we looked at a chair to purchase, the same employee rushed us with “well, are you getting it or not?” while tapping her foot. Definitely not a great time. Wouldn’t go back. The chair is nice though. So that earns a star.

One thing that I appreciate about our experience at Ashley Furniture is that Mindie, our sales rep was super sweet and super awesome! She gave us the time we needed to make a decision and we felt at no time the need to feel pressured to buy something we didn’t like or didn’t want. I’ve come in to the store 3x. First time, I went in it was okay. I kinda felt like I was being watched by the guy that introduced himself to me. So I walked out like 5min later. 2nd time I came in, Mindie introduced herself to me and asked me what I was looking for and gave me time to look around at my own leisure. Unfortunately, I had to walk out because my husband wanted to check for himself and he was out of town. So when I came back, I asked for Mindie again, and she helped us seal the deal for our new couch!! Thank you Mindie for being so awesome!!

Steve 100% took care of myself and my 10 year old daughter. He listened to our needs and showed us to exactly what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a dining room set with 4 chairs and 2 additional barstools, queen bed and a twin bed, 3 tempur pedic pillows. Steve was super friendly, professional and made us feel super comfortable while shopping for such a personal item. Thank you for the time you spent with us. No stress shopping for big ticket items!!!!

I went into this furniture store last weekend just to look around and ended up really liking the place. The showroom was clean and everything was spaced out so you’re not bumping into chairs and tables. Staff was helpful without following me every second, which I honestly appreciate. Prices seemed fair for the quality, not crazy cheap but not sky high either. I bought a small coffee table and the delivery was on time with no issues. Overall a good experiance and I’d go back again.

The sales associate told us we could send any part of our sectional back without charge. We decided not keep a piece and sent it back. We tried to call him to confirm that this was still the case and never heard back. A week later, I got a message saying I had a delivery coming the next day. When I contacted support, they told me it was the piece of the sectional I had sent back. To cause further frustration, the care agent emailed “Please be advised no refund on delivery fee since the delivery was made. You need to cancel the delivery before the date so that you can get a full refund for the item and delivery fee for the item.” So I should have anticipated the attempted delivery of the piece I sent back? This makes no sense. Ashley, please return the money for the piece I did not want. Also train your sales people to not make promises they can’t keep.

Well, between the lady screaming and arguing on the phone and the very rude sales rep, we will not be buying from here. Took 30 mins to sign for rugs that we were carrying out, because they didn't know how to print the receipt and after me just telling her that I didn't need a receipt and asking her if I could just leave, she told me no and that she wants to go home too in a very snarky voice. She also was wearing perfume so strong, it was giving me a headache. We got numbers off of living room sets to purchase and measure the space in our new home this week, but now we will shop elsewhere. We were in shock at the unpleasant people that we encountered working in this store.

The constant back-and-forth, scheduling issues, and inconsistent information have made us hesitant to ever buy from Ashley again. We ordered a sectional on Saturday after being told it would be delivered Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon, we were informed that multiple pieces were backordered. A shipping delay from the LA warehouse would have been understandable, but this was clearly an inventory issue. If inventory isn’t available, it shouldn’t be presented as such. The sales process felt like a car dealership, with heavy pressure to add protection plans. White-glove delivery was automatically added, and it was never made clear whether it was optional or required. To be fair, the furniture itself looked and felt great, and our initial salesperson, Mindie, was genuinely helpful. Customer support only offered a discount after I specifically asked for one. Even then, the promised 5% discount was never applied. After calling again two days later, a discount was finally added—but only 3.84%. Overall, far more time and effort than should ever be required for a single furniture purchase.

The showroom was excellent. The sales person very nice. The product i purchased was available for delivery within some decent time. However, the delivery itself did not go smoothly. On the first attempt I refused the delivery due to damage done by the delivery guys. The company was notified, and replaced the damaged furniture within one week. Again, the delivery did not go well, due to difficulty to get the furniture to my apartment, wouldn't fit in the building elevator. Therefore, they were instructed by the building manager to place it on the floor in the building garage. I had to request the building maintenance guys to disassemble the sofa bed, which they did , and carry it in my apartment separately in two pieces. They successfully completed the task. Attempted to buy an item in their clearance section with a price tag. They said that the item couldn’t be sold due to limited quantity, and the floor model was unable to be sold due to a corporate approval to be able to sell the floor model. However they still display the price tag and it’s on the showroom floor to mislead customers.

Purchased a rug from the store. Was told it was out of stock in the store but available in their warehouse. Was told that I should expect the rug to be delivered to my home the next day. The rug never showed up and I never received any updates on it. When I called two day later to follow up I was told that the rug was on back order and that it was scheduled for delivery in February. Nobody let me know about this until I asked. This is a failure on a basic accountability level and degrades my trust in the business.

The salesperson indicated that the delivery workers would remove the existing sofa upon delivery. The workers stated they do not offer that service so now we have two couches in our loft. This wouldn’t be an issue if I could move it myself but I just recently had cancer surgery and cannot lift. It was a really awful experience. The sales person promised me two day delivery and when I followed up after not receiving a delivery confirmation, they said the item was on backorder and wouldn’t be delivered until January 30. I called and the manager said he would email me confirmation of a 10% discount and a personal message to the warehouse expediting delivery and he did not. I called this morning to follow up because I didn’t receive an email and the person I spoke with had no documentation of the conversation. The supervisor confirmed that the store is known for sales associates promising fast delivery to land the sale. That is so wrong! Especially on a Friday weekend when someone is trying to get a good deal. I missed out on other deals because I made a purchase at Ashley. I stored my old dining set expecting delivery ASAP and now I have an empty dining room. I cannot tell you how frustrating of an experience this has been. I don’t appreciate any part of this ‘customer service’ and am certain Ashley will not have my business again in the future.

Sales rep had little to no experience. I had an issue with a box spring and the store is set up NOT to receive phone calls, and I had to drive there 3 times to talk to the manager about my box spring. All 3 times he told me that he would talk to the store manager and call me back. After 3 trips to the Ashley Store, I didn’t receive a call back. This is terrible customer service!!! Not to mention that 2 of my orders were messed up by the sales rep.I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! PLEASE KNOW THAT I HAD TO DISPUTE THE BOX SPRING CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. IM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Tried asking a simple question to one of the agents here and she literally shrugged her shoulders in response. Then she told us to only ask questions to the sales person who we have initially talked to. Walked out the store that instant.

I wish I could give a negative rating. I will never buy from Ashley’s again. I paid for premier delivery service and they absolutely couldn’t follow simple directions and deliver when I had requested. I told them sixteen times not to deliver in the morning and they still showed up in the morning when no one was home. I tried to call the number that was provided and you get a call center in India who is no help at all. They read from a script and repeat themselves over and over again and tell you nothing. When a customer pays extra for premier delivery service, then Ashley should accommodate the customer and deliver when they ask. The customer should not be the one having to accommodate for convenient time for the driver. Additionally after they missed my delivery day by showing up at the wrong time, they told me they would not be able to deliver again for another two weeks. I way overpaid for a coffee table and they couldn’t even deliver it when scheduled. ASHLEY Store in San Diego sucks. Do not buy from here.

I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again or recommend them. The only positives were the salesman, Jimmy, and the delivery team. I bought a couch and entertainment center and was told I could cancel the entertainment center later if it didn’t fit. When I called to cancel just that piece, they cancelled my entire order. I had to reorder, and they were holding $5,000 of my money. Customer service repeatedly told me my order was cancelled because the couch was discontinued, while the store said everything was fine. When I called on 10/6/25 to speak with a manager, the woman who answered was extremely rude. When I used a frustrated curse word, she yelled, hung up, and then screened my calls so I couldn’t get through. I only reached someone by blocking my number. The manager was uninterested and said she would “be talked to,” which is unacceptable. The Jenny chatbot is also completely unhelpful. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Ordering was difficult. Placed order over the phone and the sales person was having a difficult time with their system. She also got the phone number and address wrong. Not sure if she was new. After it was worked out the rest of the experience was excellent and better than expected.

If I could give zero stars i ABSOLUTELY WOULD. I have been battling for someone to help me with this issue since I first notice the mold growth and I have been passed to different people, yet no one has helped at all and have completely over seen my situation. I bought this sofa couch in August of 2025 and it’s barely October and mold has completely taken over my sofa mattress. Not only that but there is huge slit on this product and no one cares to help me and this situation. I have a 5 month old baby and we have all received a respiratory infection due to the over growth of mold that’s just sitting in my home. Ashley advised me to just keep the product in my home until they could get a technician on THE 28th to come look at it, mind you I have told them we have all received a repository infection that they have been advised about and they absolutely don’t care whatsoever about our health alley there money. I live in a studio and have no where to move this sofa couch while we wait for a technician while they were advised of that as well they didn’t care and said that’s the best they could do. If you want to buy furniture or even a mattress I would think twice about this company !! We also about warranty and all I got “it’s not covered”. Think twice about buying anything here!! They don’t care about they’re customers!

My husband, daughter, and I came in looking for a couch. The customer service was amazing. Marie really took care of us. The selection was great and loved that they are their own manufacturer. We asked a ton of questions and our little one 1 year old was all over the place but Marie was super patient. Will definitely be coming back.

We were looking for a living room set and went to the Miramar store. The sales rep Mindie Kang was very helpful, answered all of our questions and explained all options clearly. She was very considerate and gave us space to discuss and shop around. We purchased a 4 piece living room set a a very good price, and all of the interaction and transaction went smoothly. It was a great shopping experience.

Just went in and walked around the store. Nobody said hello, and there were three employees just sitting in chairs. I walked right out after walking around for ten minutes with no customer service assistance.

When buy in that store- You Are at Your Own Risk. If i could give Negative 1, i would. So i needed queen bedroom set and stopped by their store to buy it. First of all, front counter, with African American store manager present - they would not allow me to be helped by young nice sales person, even he said he was available. Then i had to wait 30 min, waste my time, to be assign some older nice gentlemen, who said store had software transfer issue and they can not guarantee delivery dates. Okay, i left them as it was way too late for me choose bedroom, due to me waiting on then too long to choose helper. Next day i came back, was able get younger original desired sales man. We choose everything and signed paperwork, by hand, with promise that delivery will be between 25-27 September, when i was in town. Then on 25 Sep morning time - got Ashley AI inform that delivery will be on 26 Sep. On 25 Sep, at 5 pm - i received Voice Message that only 3 out of 5 parts of queen bed is arriving, and 2 others are not available in warehouse stock. When i called Ashley store back, i was told that they don't know when parts arrive, but they are scheduled second delivery on 30 Sep. What? What if parts are not there by then? No andwer from them on my question, except phone person told me that it happens A LOT. Sooo - They are selling furniture that is not in stock and there is no guarantee of it being in stock on delivery timeframe. This is FRAUD. Then on 29 Sep - i got AI message that second delivery now re- scheduled 1 Oct. In main time, bed’s parts are in spare room and no one can use bed that i paid $1,160 on 17 August 2025. Okay, on 1 Oct - i got Ashley AI stating that delivery will arrive at 0855 am. Contractor arrived at 845 am, wait on them. They did arrive at 10 am. They did not assemble bed, like it is was in contract. Just left remaining parts in boxes. Do not buy from this Ashley store. They are scammers, selling items that they dont have in stock, then lie about delivery dates, that keep changing. Oh, and delivery team damaged my living room area brand new floor. Now there is two Very Visible Dents right on to pass way toward bedroom. First Delivery team was nice.

They are scammers. Have been contacting them multiple times. At first they forgot a part and I had to wait a month for them to come with all the correct parts. Then another part of the bed frame broke. I have been contacting them multiple times for a refund. They keep saying they are going to contact me and it’s been a months and still have heard nothing from them. I have been calling them and they keep saying they’ll reach out. I’m very unhappy because I feel as if they are trying to push it back till the warranty is expired. I will be reporting them.

Have been seeing a lot of reviews on here with similar experiences and I am feeling helpless on ever getting my warranty refunded for a bed I had for only 4 months which is defective. I asked for them to honor my refund warranty almost 2 months ago and they stopped answering my calls and emails. I do not want the bed anymore because of the horrible customer service i sent emails and videos which they acknowledged the part is defective that was beginning of August still haven’t followed up or answer my calls or emails. I have to report them to BBB or small claims at this point because I paid $700 for a defective bed and they don’t want to fix the issue

This review pertains solely to the customer service manager answering the phones at the Mira Mesa location. I hope you never have to call the store and ask a question or hope to get help with something. The woman answering the phone won't let you finish a sentence, has no empathy for the fact that your delivery is messed up, won't let you speak to the manager, and will hang up on you. She has ZERO customer service skills and has no business in a customer-facing role. For that reason, you should pay a little more money and buy from a store who actually cares enough about their presence to hire good talent.

The place and salesperson were fine - but I had a recent back surgery and made it clear I wanted to know if the couch was available soon and they checked and said it was. I then got a confirmation email saying the delivery time and I confirmed. I got a call after saying it’s delayed weeks because it wasn’t in the warehouse and the confirmation emails just go out automatically. I just really don’t like that a business would automatically tell you something to get a sale when it’s not even something they checked on to begin with. Rubs me the wrong way.

Walked into Ashley furniture and was immediately greeted by Sheri. Her attentiveness and affability toward us was very helpful in getting our couch. She was playful and patient with our toddler and all the while gave us great service and helped us secure a great deal on a sofa. This was quite refreshing as we felt like she gave us the space we needed to shop around and did come off pushy or aggressive with sales tactics. Ask for Sheri for all your new home needs!

We came into this location looking for a particular leather arm chair we saw on their website. We were immediately greeted by Marie, very friendly and extremely helpful. We looked around a bit unfortunately they did not have the chair we were looking for on display but Marie was able to order it for us and gave us a great deal which included delivery. The overall experience was wonderful and Marie went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. Highly recommend this location look for Marie she is very friendly and overall just makes it easier to shop.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Disorganized, Unhelpful, and a Waste of My Time I want to share my experience with Ashley Furniture (Mirimar location) to help others avoid the hassle I’ve been through. On August 14, I visited the store and purchased a King Panel Bed Set for $646.49 (tax included). I chose this option because it was more affordable than other beds I had seen elsewhere. The store price matched their own website (which was $200 cheaper) and included free delivery — something they implied was standard. The estimated delivery was set for August 21, which was perfect timing as my husband was going back to sea the next day. We were excited, especially because the delivery window was confirmed repeatedly via four different emails — all stating our bed would arrive between 8am–12pm on the 21st. But it never arrived. I called their automated system, entered my order number, and was told that no delivery was scheduled. Then, after calling a live agent and digging for answers, I was finally called by the company later that day, informing me that part of the bed was on backorder, and the delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday, August 26. I was never proactively told about the delay — I had to chase them for answers before they contacted me. This new date was a problem. My husband would be away, and I’d now need to pay out-of-pocket for help assembling the bed. I asked the customer service agent to submit a compensation ticket to waive the $50 setup fee due to the inconvenience. She submitted it and said I’d hear back in 48–72 business hours — which would fall on the day of the new delivery. She also recommended I call the Mirimar store directly, since they might resolve it faster. I called and asked to speak to a manager. The person said the manager would call me back — no one ever did. I followed up on Friday — still no response. Finally, on Monday, I reached someone at the store who said it was actually their department. Unfortunately, she told me they couldn’t waive the setup fee because: They "have to pay their delivery drivers" I bought the bed at a discounted price, and therefore They “don’t have the margins” to offer setup (yes, seriously) I was also told “it’s not good business to just give things away for free.” The rep was polite, but not helpful in any way. I gave up and agreed to just pay the $50 setup fee myself — only to be told I’d have to come back into the store in person to pay it, because their system can’t process add-ons remotely. And I had to do it that day, since the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. As of now: The bed still hasn’t been delivered I’ve received no refund, no credit, no compensation No manager ever followed up, despite repeated requests I’m stuck with a bed I may not be able to assemble without hiring outside help Bottom line: I will never shop at Ashley again. This company showed zero accountability, and made no effort to make things right, even though the delay was entirely on their end. To future customers: Don’t trust the delivery dates — they’re not final, even if you get multiple confirmations Don’t expect real customer support unless you're spending thousands Their systems are outdated — you’ll need to go in person just to pay for basic services The product may be fine (if it ever arrives), but the service is absolutely not worth the stress. In-store service has been great both times. However, phone receptionist/assistance (locally at the Miramar, San Diego store- not the call service) is horrible. First we couldn’t get in touch during the week - we did finally get in touch and the woman at the San Diego branch was condescending and interrupted repeatedly. We were informed we needed to come to the store to get the product in several days vs waiting one week for phone-order verification. You guessed it - drove there and the product was not available in the warehouse, going to take weeks. I feel badly for the sales people who have to work with customers who’ve gotten that treatment- if the dresser didn’t complete a set, we would have gone elsewhere, and not going back

I would not recommend this store to ANYONE. I previously left a review under the name “Sydney Luna” as that is my married name. I was supposed to have a store credit that needed to be used by June 1st. It was used by May 18th. They have told me to contact the protection plan policy to reinstate the credit. I spoke the protection plan and they said they never once cancelled or voided the credit. They even had notes on their account about asking them if my mom can do the credits from me which they said was fine. This is the absolutely worst situation I have ever been in and is making me physically ill.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase at Ashley's. I bought a bedroom set for my wife and I not long ago and purchased a 5 year warranty along with it for $400 extra. My wife had an accident and burned a small spot on the night stand with one of her candles. I went ahead and called since accidents are apart of the coverage. Ashleys went ahead and sent a 3rd party to repair the nightstand; however, the gentleman that came in did not do the repair properly. I went ahead and gave a call again and they said if I'm not satisfied with the repair they will go ahead and replace the nightstand. No night stand was ever exchanged. I call back and they say I need to reach out to the extended warranty department. When I reach out to the extended warranty department, they kick me back to Ashley's. The two departments keep throwing it back at each other and it has been two months now. Since they can't help me with my nightstand, I went ahead and simply asked for my warranty refund since it's clearly useless at this point and one of the supervisors, Michelle, tells me she can't help me with anything. If Ashley's can't do anything about it, I will take action because this is clearly a scam.

As soon as I walked into the store, the salespeople started following me around. It felt like they wouldn’t leave me alone until I bought something. At times, it felt like they were trying to force me to buy. The delivery was a mess. They sent the wrong color, and the table was missing a leg and the dividers. I paid for the white glove delivery, but even with that, screws started falling out after just a few days. Overall, it was a really bad experience. I’m cancelling my pending orders and not going back to Ashley again.

Our sales associate had a poor understanding of the sales floor. We asked for a small dining set or dinette and she was suggesting end tables. Unclear of how to look up items on her tablet. She was pleasant and professional but needs more product training to be successful in her role as a sales associate.

Hello, I am writing in today with a very poor review if I could leave less than one star I would. The store starts of great with my husband and I purchasing a very beautiful king bedroom set shortly after his 11-month deployment during Covid. We spent nearly our entire first year of marriage away from each other due to this deployment and couldn’t wait to get back to our “normal”!! With our most recent military move a very important piece of the bed broke with impacted the function of the bed. Luckily, or so we thought, we purchased the protection plan when buying the bed. The protection plan can only be redeemed when at the store you bought the piece from. No biggie. My mom still lived 2ish hours away and could go to the store to purchase the items with our credit. I confirmed with the store TWICE before my mom drove down and she confirmed in store before using it. She bought six beautiful rugs with the credit that was supposed to ship directly to our new address. I received a few emails notifying me of delivery and two phone calls stating the items were being delivered. Unfortunately, they never showed. This brings me to present day. When I received and email stating my order AND credits were all cancelled. They are now stating they cannot ship the rugs, my mom could not make the purchase for me and my credits would not be reinstated. I called the store to speak with the manager who informed me they could not be able to do anything to assist even though none of which occurred was my fault. She refused to allow me to speak to whoever cancelled the order and credits. Continued to insist she was helping me without offering any valid help other than “call the protection plan and see if they’ll give your credits back”. As a professional store you would hope and expect accountability, compassion, understanding and appropriate solutions. After sitting on the phone for 4-5 hours I’m still waiting for a claim from my protection plan instead of spending my evening with my husband and three children. Edit: I emailed the email address below the SAME DAY and no one has responded back.

Ashley's premium delivery is an absolute SCAM. We had a NIGHTMARE of a "White Glove" Delivery and setup! Ashley charged us for a premium delivery or "white glove delivery" but they used a third party on the day of, without our consent or even mentioning it to us verbally or in the purchase order. The delivery guys came in their rental truck and attempted to deliver and set up with ZERO respect and care for our house and our new furniture. They damaged 3 out of 5 items and attempted to literally paint the damaged items to "fix" them in front of our very eyes. After I refused to accept these damaged items, they broke our ceiling fan on their way out. They did not even clean afterwards either as they were in a rush to get to other deliveries.. Our post wedding celebration is absolutely ruined by this nightmare of an experience.

Roxy was very helpful especially only being on the floor for a week and a half. We purchased a couch and either she or the manager she called wrote it up wrong. Missing a chair. She called me at a restaurant to fix the mistake and approve the additional charge. Not convenient at all. I had to change my plans and go home to fix the mistake. The chair could not be ready for our scheduled date and I instructed her to wait and delivery the entire couch. She said she would as it was only pushed back a week. I got a notice the next day that they were delivering a partial shipment. Had to call and after a long hold it took me another several minutes to fix the delivery date. We will see what happens next! Additionally, the inflexibility of your internal systems caused an overcharge on the protection plan for the individual sectional chair added that was problematic as well to work through.

We had an outstanding experience with Marie at Ashley Furniture in Miramar. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only did she price-match their online deals without hesitation, but she also showed a level of kindness and empathy you don’t often see in retail. My girlfriend wasn’t feeling well that day, and Marie genuinely cared — even offering her pain medication to help her feel more comfortable while we shopped. That small gesture meant a lot to us and really speaks to the type of person and professional Marie is. We left with exactly what we needed, at a fair price, and feeling genuinely appreciated as customers. If you’re shopping for furniture in the area, I highly recommend asking for Marie. You won’t be disappointed!

The manager James is the best manager I have ever seen so polite took his time with my family after he noticed one of his employees wasn’t giving us the attention that was needed. I didn’t even know he was the manager until after the sale when I asked him for his card. He took his time with us and his employee and sold us a great mattress!!! Thank you James!!!

tl;dr Ashley furniture furniture is low quality, breaks a lot, and their furniture replacement plan does not deliver what they promise. I bought a dining room and chair set from Ashley furniture about 2 years ago. I was sold the warranty by the sales associate who stated that any time there is breakage for the next 5 years, the warranty would replace the furniture. The set look nice at first, but over time, the chair legs started wearing out and breaking quite often. I had the warranty company come out to look at the chair legs. They told me they couldn't fix it, and sent me a gift card. The gift card was less than the current retail price as I bought the dining room table and chairs as a package, and was given a discount at the time. I was told to contact Ashley furniture, and they would replace the chairs for me using the discounted price. When I called Ashley furniture's call center, they were amicable and told me to go into the Miramar Ashley furniture store and they would help me with a replacement. This is where the trouble began. I walked into the store and directed to a counter where there were two people staring at me with cold daggers. I told them about my situation and asked them if they could help me. Steve, who I found out later was the sales manager, didn't ask me about my purchase or the amount I was given to replace the chairs, and immediately told me, that's how warranty works and they couldn't replace my chairs. Of course, I got upset because Steve didn't even begin to have a conversation with me but callously tried to turn me away from the store. I tried explaining to Steve that I called Ashley furniture corporate, and they told me to come in store. However, Steve just started getting more upset telling me that's how warranty works, and I could either purchase a new piece of furniture for full price or go check out the clearance aisle. I wanted to fully get Steve's words captured on audio, so I asked Steve if I could record the conversation, and he told me no, and threatened to call the cops if I recorded the conversation. Later, he ran into his office, closed the door and told me to leave. After waiting for about 5 minutes, and asking Steve again to come out and have a conversation without recording (he forced me to turn off my phone to continue the conversation). I told him that the sales people who sold me the table promised that if there was breakage with the chairs, the chair would be replaced. He told me that he doesn't have anything to do with what the sales people say or do (later I found out he was the sales manager!). He continued to be adamant that I had no additional recourse and told me that I was confrontational and he wouldn't have a talk to me. He then lied about the warranty terms saying it didn't say they would replace the furniture. However, upon reviewing the contract, it states: "If We cannot repair the damage or replace a damaged part, the affected Furniture will be replaced with the same or a similar piece of furniture having an equal retail purchase price as the damaged Furniture." Of course, Steve stated the opposite telling me that this is how the warranty worked and he would not help me any further. Again, he was very confrontational, telling me that he would no longer have any conversations with me, and told me I could purchase a chair at full price while applying the gift card. This would result in a $70 difference to replace a chair under warranty. After being threatened again that I would be trespassed and ignored by Steve, I left and called Ashley corporate. Ashley corporate told me that the store should have helped me replace the chair with the gift card given (as they originally stated), and that they would investigate on their end. Let this be a fair warning for those who want to purchase furniture from this company. Their furniture WILL break, and they WILL NOT honor their warranty. And if you happen to run into a Steve, they WILL threaten to call the cops on you if you're trying to have a conversation with them about the terms of their warranty.

Buyer beware….. My husband and I have bought at Ashley Furniture for years. My complaint is Ashley selling the “Furniture Protection Plan.”(FPP) Don’t do it. It is a horrible waste of your $$$. The company they use takes your request, and assigns a claim number. Then they close your claim with no phone call, no nothing. We have disagreed with their FPP company’s assessment since May 11th. They wear you down until you give up. Not worth your sanity or health.

Ordered online and they do not tell you if you want to return you have 3 days from the delivery date to get your money back. They hide that fact as part of a long return policy which is from a link in their footer. When you try to process refund, it requires talking to them through chat, uploading photos, etc...and then they do what they can to block you, such as saying they can create a case for support who will get back to you within 5 business days and they will let you know what fees they will charge. I mean, this was 5 days or so after the delivery date, and item is in original box? My return reason? Same item was 40% cheaper on Amazon. Who doesn't try to make life hard on customer and charge return fees. Guess I learned my lesson from shopping on this site, will never do it again.

Moved out to San Diego and was in need of some living room furniture. Came here to check out a sofa and loveseat bundle and was helped out by an enthusiastic and helpful sales rep who just assisted us to the max and made our furniture buying experience a great one. However, be prepared, because Ashley takes pride in their furniture and their prices reflect that. They weren’t too unreasonable if you can pick some things up during sales.

My partner and I were in the market for a new couch, and many folks online recommended Ashley Furniture (specifically the one on Miramar Rd). We had already tried Living Spaces but didn’t find anything to our liking. I will admit I was a little skeptical about Ashley Furniture at first — I assumed the couches would look outdated. As soon as we walked in, Marie D greeted us with a friendly smile and was ready to hear exactly what we were looking for. She showed us all of the options that fit what we were looking for (and even some that we weren’t) and did a great job taking into account the feedback we provided about each option, making the next one she showed us a better fit. Finally, we landed on the perfect couch — one that is customizable to fit our space, has performance fabric that is washable (we have a dog and a cat), is super deep, incredibly comfortable, and really durable. Marie was so friendly, didn’t make us feel pressured, and kept it real which we really appreciated. It felt like she was a close friend helping us find the best couch rather than a store salesperson. Everyone is usually out to sell you something, but she listened to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. She’s the only person we will go back to see, for any future purchases. Good selection and prices, but their delivery service and process has been a big hassle. Despite paying $100 for delivery, they won’t let you select the time frame for the delivery and they don’t even tell you when they’re on the way. I had them call me only when they had already arrived at my home (while I was at work) and they said they would only stay there for 10 minutes (not long enough for me to get there).

A Traumatizing Experience at Ashley Furniture on Miramar Rd, San Diego I am writing this review not just as a customer, but as a deeply shaken and humiliated individual. What was meant to be an exciting day of picking out furniture for our new home turned into a nightmare that left my entire family—especially my young children—traumatized. On June 16th, we visited the Ashley Furniture store on Miramar Road in San Diego. The store was completely empty—there wasn’t a single other customer in sight. We walked around for about 10–15 minutes and quickly identified three items we wanted to purchase: two chairs and a table. We approached a salesperson named Momo and informed him of our decision. From the start, he seemed visibly displeased that we were only purchasing a few items, despite the fact that we were just getting started with furnishing our entire home. Nevertheless, we proceeded with the transaction. When we reached the cashier and I began filling out my information, I politely asked Momo not to add me to any marketing lists—a simple, common-sense request. At that moment, something completely unprovoked and disturbing happened. Momo suddenly snapped. He began yelling and screaming at me in front of my wife and children, claiming I was the most “difficult customer” he had ever dealt with. I was stunned—I hadn’t even spoken to him much before this moment, let alone said or done anything inappropriate. The entire encounter up until then had been quick, polite, and uneventful. The verbal aggression was so intense, loud, and public that my children were visibly shaken and began crying. My family and I were publicly humiliated and emotionally distressed in a way that I never imagined possible while shopping for furniture. I immediately asked to speak to the manager, who shockingly admitted that this was not the first time customers had complained about this same salesperson. Why is someone with a known pattern of abusive behavior still employed in a customer-facing role? Why has Ashley Furniture failed to act? Even more disturbing, I cannot shake the feeling that this outburst was rooted in discrimination—I was treated with inexplicable hostility and disrespect, and I firmly believe that my race or background played a role in how I was spoken to and treated. We left the store not only empty-handed, but deeply rattled. Since that incident, my children have been having nightmares, and my family continues to relive the trauma of that day. We were verbally attacked, publicly shamed, and emotionally scarred—all for trying to buy a few pieces of furniture. I am currently consulting with legal counsel and intend to pursue a lawsuit against Ashley Furniture for emotional distress, public humiliation, and potential discrimination. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and Ashley must be held accountable for the toxic environment they allow in their stores. To any potential customers reading this: beware. This is not just about poor customer service—this is about basic human decency. And Ashley Furniture, at least on Miramar Road, has failed us all.

My husband and I had a super pleasant experience here looking for a new couch for our home. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a smiling face, Mr. Hamzeh. He was very friendly and extremely patient with us. He even laughed and pitched in with some of our jokes we were making along the way. He assisted us in getting the best deal possible and kept in mind we were military. 10/10 experience with hamzeh!

I ordered some furniture about a month ago and I was charged yet I never got my ordered I kept tracking my ordered and it said it arrived but I never received anything. I recently made a purchase from Ashley Furniture, but I have not received all the items I ordered. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not answered my calls or provided any solution. I'm experiencing the worst customer service regarding my mattress warranty. I've been calling for over a month, and they only tell me they've already sent the message to the warranty and no one has gotten back to me. My wife and I went into Ashley furniture to get an idea of what we would want to get for a living and dinning room set since we had recently moved into a bigger home, and wanted to update our old furniture. That's when we met Ezekiel. He was by far the best employee there. He spent 3 hours even working late with us to help us find a way to make what we had envisioned in our head into reality. We showed him floor plans and talked ideas out with him too. He even helped move some furniture around so we could be sure the colors when well with each other. Not once did he pressure us to upside for a more pricey item or to make one choice over another. He truly wanted our vision for our new home to become tangible. He was also very fun to work with. We had no idea we spent 3 hours in there!! That's how good his service was. After today one things for sure we will definitely be back to finish furnishing the rest of our home. 10 out of 10 would recommend Ezekiel.

I wish I could give a raving review. My experience falls short due to their resolution team and customer service. I will say, I love love love my furniture and the in store experience. But that is where my satisfaction ends. I’m trying to resolve a delivery error on their end and sadly no success. Their excuse and policy is weird. It has been an endless lack of communication and poor follow-up with customer service. This has been going on for over 2 weeks! I have spent a fair amount of money but honestly no matter the cost, the error should have been resolved far quicker than the purchase to delivery, which was within days. This is disturbing, I hope I never have a warranty issue. I have a feeling they would ignore me until the warranty expired. Update••• As soon as I asked for compensation, guess what, I got an update and a delivery date! Only took the words compensation! I spoke with the customer service manager at the Miramar location. I learned I was not eligible for any compensation. I think it’s interesting that due to company error, who she pushed off on another department. Basically said her team was perfect and not responsible. My understanding is that Ashely Furniture is a company and regardless of whose department it was, she was the designated person to resolve the issue for the entire team and company. Of course by the end of the call, I received my first apology. The call which I wanted over 2 weeks for should have led with an apology. I wish I had spoke to AI, I think I would have had a much more professional experience. Since there are no returns on furniture, I’m stuck. I’m burned. I’m annoyed. I’m disappointed.

Ask for Momo. We bought a lot of stuff here. Almost everything in our place is from here. Momo gave us a fair deal, but price a side, Momo's service is exceptional. You don't see those kind of follow up and support anywhere else. I cannot recommend the store and Momo more.

Back in Feb I ordered over $5,000 dollars of furniture from Ashley’s and it was going to take some time on a few of the items to get delivered. Which I understood and was okay with. I went ahead and in good faith planned accordingly to retrieve my items as they got delivered. I bought 2 brand new rugs 1 for my living room and 1 for my dining room. Both of which were going to be delayed more than my other items as they were on back order. Again I was okay with this. I moved out of the area but had access to receive mail and packages at my address so no need to change my delivery address march goes by and nothing. I reach out to my sales rep and she explained that I need to contact the store. I did that as well. April goes by and I’m like there is no way my rug hasn’t been delivered. Called the store and they say it was delivered on March 6. I was shocked as I had been checking daily for my package. My rug was never delivered to me. I called back the store yesterday and spoke with Virginia who was the most disrespectful person I have encountered in my life. She was unhelpful. Put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. Had a side conversation with another employee that she was taking about talking shit too since she is too dense to see that it was in muted and not actually on hold. She was telling me that she has proof of the delivery I asked for a copy of the proof as my community has 5 buildings with the same number so I want to make sure it’s my unit never got that. I explained that even if it was delivered it wasn’t delivered to me the paying customer and that I would like a refund of the money spent or another rug that can be delivered to me she told me no they will not to do that that I’m out my money and my item and that she didn’t care. She was over speaking me and she was so unprofessional and even hung up on me. I asked her many times for a supervisor or manager higher than her and she said there is no one else. I didn’t realize that the CEO worked in the store. She was rude unprofessional a lair and the nastiest person I have dealt with. Even her own employees expressed that she is nasty to a lot of customers and has had many complaints on her due to her lack of support. I am a paying customer who didn’t receive my item. All I wanted was my money back or the item that I purchased I don’t think that was too much to ask for. I will be posting this review daily until someone gets this taken care of the right way. That women needs to be Fired for how she acts and treats customers unacceptable and if Ashley furniture will stand behind her behavior than you lost a customer and I’m in property management so I send a lot of business out but not anymore. Absolutely horrible

Awful store. Never buy furniture from them. We purchased a table and chair set that was defective, and mis-installed by their delivery people. (Someone from the store acknowledged to me that they don't have their own delivery team, and that some of the people they contract with for assembly and delivery don't do good work. Yet they continue to contract with them). The chairs that came with the table were not assembled correctly, and they wobbled. All four legs did not touch the floor. Ashley Furniture did not stand behind their product. They sent out a "technician" (who had no technical skills whatsoever), refused to believe that there was anything wrong with it. He told me that my floor was uneven (it isn't. We had it professionally graded). Then he told me that the chairs are this way because they need to be on a soft surface in order to be stable. Ashley Furniture refused to take back the table and chair set citing their "no returns" policy. They seem to think that they can sell you defective merchandise and you have no recourse. We had to suspend payment with our credit card company. I cannot emphasize enough that you don't want to buy anything from this company.

Working with Ashley Furniture has been horrible. Purchase your furniture elsewhere. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. Have tried to get 2 things fixed on this couch and both times claim was denied. They upsale you the warranty but don’t cover anything it seems like. The store’s warranty cancels if you move after you purchase the furniture. I had to relocate due to a termite infestation in my home that made it uninhabitable and they were less than understanding of the issue.

Mindy is a great asset to this store! She's helped me both times I've shopped for a couch. Her knowledge on the products and interpersonal skills make her an effective sales rep. I came in for a specific couch that's on the site but not in the showroom. She did her best to help me visualize the couch by showing me other couches on the floor which was super helpful. She didn't push me to other products just because the couch wasn't in the store. And she understood my needs.

Our sales agent EZ was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us floor models of exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed browsing your showroom and conversing with EZ, even found a small planter. We had just moved into a completely new house with absolutely nothing and Marie took the time to help us with our search over the span of a couple days. We walked into Ashley and were greeted immediately by MoMo we told him what we were looking for and he pointed us where we can view bed frames. He checked in on us as we walked throughout the store and told us about the sale they were having. We weren’t planning to buy that day but fell in love with the cabalynn collection and bought on the spot. It was a super quick and easy process! Also the stuff seemed higher quality than living spaces idk why.

On a recent visit to Ashley furniture, Tony approached us immediately as we entered the store. He was friendly introduced to himself and offered any help then left us to explore the store. We browse the bed and left to visit a few other furniture stores, but came back later in the evening to come back to a sofa set we liked. We made sure we sought out Tony and he was very helpful in finalizing the purchase. He was very nice and accommodating and made the entire process. Super easy. Make sure you see Tony if you visit Ashley furniture. He’s off on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Called to ask how many lift chairs they had on their showroom floor prior to going to the store with my dad who is VERY hard to get around in order to make sure they had more than one or two to pick from. Women who picked up the phone was rude instantly! Said they had them but couldn’t tell me how many. I explained I just needed to know if they had one or two to pick from or more like 8-9. That I didn’t need an exact number but because of mobility issues I wanted to make sure we were able to make it worth getting out of the car. She told me she didn’t have time to do that. I asked if anyone else was available and she said no. We are all busy. NOT IMPRESSED. 2/24/25. 1220pm phone call. Even if she would have said can you call back or asked for my phone number but she all but hung up on me.

Jimmy and Steve helped us complete a major purchase for a new home over a couple of visits. They were very professional and patient as we worked through the process. We have been happy with this experience and look forward to the delivery.

Once you placed the order, nothing could be changed unless you come to the store second time. Also, you have to wait until the customer service person stay here with the manager together. We waited from 10am until 1pm to wait the customer person showing up to make a simple change.

Salma was very helpful and efficient. We knew exactly what we wanted and she provided quick service, answered all our questions and very friendly too.

I was lucky enough to have Marie helping me. She was so patient, fun and kind. I needed new everything for my new apt so she must’ve spent a few hours helping me decide. Never done this before and so I felt lucky having her by my side. She was very knowledgeable about every piece of furniture and made sure I sat down and tried every couch we looked at lol shopping for a bed was my favorite. She made it fun and relaxing and I really trusted her input on things. Then the store manager James stepped in to help with finalizing the deal and he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out a happy camper. Even through in a favor for me which I really appreciated. Everyone in the store was super friendly and made it a good first experience. Highly recommend checking this store out. I’ll definitely be back again once I upgrade to a home :)

I bought power recliner, when I got home I plugged in into power outlet but the recliner is not working, I called the store manager he said I need a new power cable he is going to order a new one for me but I’m still waiting I call him every day but no response from customer service, I’m stuck with a recliner is not working, I’m so sad and frustrating with Ashley furniture

Both were so helpful in trying to finalize what configuration we wanted for our new couch as well as what mattress would best suit our needs. Very friendly, and genuinely cared about or questions/potential concerns and need to come back a different day once we had time to get measurements and decide what we wanted to do. I cannot recommend her (or their manager) enough. We will continue choosing to go to Ashley for our furniture needs!

Disappointing Experience. The lack of customer service was glaring. It took far too long to be acknowledged, and there was no greeting or sense of welcome upon arrival. The bias in the way customers are treated was noticeable and left a bad impression. In comparison, shopping at Living Spaces has always been a much better experience. I strongly recommend that management invest in proper training for their associates to improve customer interactions and overall performance.

Lousy service, they don't want to sell, it's Black Friday!! I was specifically coming for a furniture piece and came from far away, they told me they couldn't sell me anything, because that area was “closed”. I was ready to take the item home, but the manager didn't even want to give us a minute of his time. This was my second visit here, the first time a sales woman didn’t even want to make eye contact with us, I guess we weren’t dressed nice enough for her. Never coming back to this Ashley store, I recommend you go somewhere else.

We purchased a large sectional and an ottoman. Jimmy was extremely helpful and friendly. He managed to find some non-published discounts and worked with us to find an ideal delivery date.

Marie helped us purchase our Tempur-Pedic bed and a few other pieces of furniture. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Buying furniture is usually a bit of a hassle but she was very accommodating and made everything very simple. She's the person to work with when shopping at Ashley's for sure!

Just run away from this store. This place is a scam! They will push you to buy without telling anything about their no-return policy (Momo was my sales rep) even if you're returning the next day. Even worse - the lady at the store just hangs up my phone call when I am still explaining about the concerns. Never seen anything like this before! Not going to allow any one I knew to go here.

The experience dealing with this store/company has been abysmal. We purchased a multi-piece sectional on 11/10 and told it would be delivered on 11/19. We removed our old couches to prepare, and on 11/18 were informed of a delay due to “backordering”, pushing the delivery to 11/27 instead. Shouldn’t they have been able to see that it was backordered originally? After much hassle of speaking to a human being we were able to get the delivery moved up to 11/21, after the pieces came in to a warehouse. Delivery was fine but immediately, like IMMEDIATELY we saw that a piece was broken (picture here). Attempting to get that resolved is its own hassle, as it’s impossible to get hold of anyone who can actually assist. TBD on when they’ll be able to replace this very broken piece. So much unnecessary stress right before hosting for the holiday - no thank you.

We went there to buy a sofa and Mr. Jimmy was there to assist us, who was very freindly and courteous. Not to mention, collection was wide and we found what we were looking for.

Christy helped us, and spent so much time and was so caring. She then sent us to work with the store in San Diego, where we were able to handle the order and delivery details over the phone. Deceptive Financing Practices – Buyer Beware I purchased furniture from Ashley under the impression that I was signing up for a 5-year, no interest payment plan. What they failed to disclose was that they had split my purchase into two separate agreements, with a large portion on a 12-month payment schedule. When I reached the 12-month mark, I was hit with thousands of dollars in interest charges. Attempts to resolve this were completely denied. This kind of shady business practice is incredibly deceptive. I would highly recommend avoiding Ashley Furniture and their financing options. Buyer beware!

I was pleased with the couch and carpet I bought from Ashley—both were reasonably priced and of high quality. However, I am now reconsidering purchasing a bed frame from them due to a troubling experience with their delivery driver. The driver exhibited unprofessional and inappropriate behavior, asking intrusive questions about my personal life and relationship status and making me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Additionally, he contacted me on my personal number after the delivery without my consent. I am concerned for my safety as this individual now has my address, phone number, and full name. While I understand the delivery service is outsourced, Ashley Furniture is ultimately responsible for the actions of its representatives. I no longer feel comfortable using their services, as I am worried about encountering similar issues in the future. Moreover, I find it difficult to report such behavior, which only adds to my sense of insecurity. Consequently, I will not be returning to Ashley Furniture.

Marie has been nothing but amazing. She greeted us from our first step in the store. Advised me with regards to Acima to the tee and was able to find me exactly what I wanted within my price range. A wonderful personality and the knowledge you expect from them. The store itself is huge and stocked with more variety than I expected. IKEA could never lol. The process was smooth and easy. My main job was to sit, relax, and wait. Thank you Marie!

It's a big store with many options. Only thing is that you need to understand that the customers sometimes need space to see around and sit on sofas to get a feeling. Having someone follow you on your tail is very uncomfortable and probably the reason why we ended up not buying what we liked.

My boyfriend and I went to buy dresser drawers and counter chairs! David was exceptional to work with! David gave us great advice, had great customer service and was really easy to work with. We enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back again soon!

I bought an entire bedroom set and kitchen chairs here, including the 5 year warranty, and was never once told there is a zero return policy. I dropped thousands of dollars at this store and once the furniture was in place at my home I decided the night stands were a little too large for the area. I even kept them wrapped and in perfect condition and called to see about returning them for something smaller but apparently they will not allow that and now I have two $450 nightstands that I have to work around. I liked the store before this and have shopped there previously but I am so angry this is the policy they have in place. It feels very disrespectful and I regret ever having been a customer.

Excellent experience here. We came in to look for an adjustable bed for my dad, who would be discharging from the hospital, so we needed a piece that would help improve his symptoms and not worsen his physical health or abilities. Mindy was very patient with us and was also very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of each mattress. She put us at ease during the whole process, as anyone knows, finding the perfect mattress, especially for someone else, is not an easy process. Even the manager who was there this morning, was extremely helpful, too, as we needed the mattress, right away. We truly appreciate you guys! Couch was delivered with damages to the leather from the store and the delivery company. They admitted it, filed a claim, but nothing came of it. Honestly I want to keep the couch and have the delivery fee refunded. I paid 200 bucks for a 3rd party company to damage my couch???? I expect the couch to be beat up in the years to come, but i'd like to do it myself, not have it show up broken in lol

I recently purchased a bedroom set and mattress from this store. The mattress gives me back pain and I cannot sleep on it. I reached out to Ashley customer service for a return or exchange. I went to the store as well. They do not accept to return or exchange it! Ashley simply does not have return or re-selection options! When other companies like Costco, Amazon, Wayfair, IKEA, Big Lots, and so on all accept returns, some even after a year!, why would I buy furniture from Ashley again? Especially in a situation that I have to return or exchange an item? I won’t buy anything from Ashley again! Update: Check out the owner's response below. You think they supported? I emailed and they did nothing! I have a mattress now that I cannot sleep on it; they did not accept to return or exchange it. They don’t care about you or your satisfaction, they just want the money!

After lots of work with my indecisive self I had to write a review to applaud the wonderfully patient and kind staff here at Ashley furniture. Initially we spent about an hour or so here searching for a new mattress as well as a brand new couch. This was our last stop after Jerome's and a few other large stores and we started to lose hope. Thank goodness the selection was the best, and even better the employees were incredibly patient. If you're anything like me you nitpick every detail before making a large purchase and take lots of time to think things over, especially when you invest in items you're going to be using everyday. The manager Andres assisted us with every question and we had such a wonderful experience while he helped us. Whoever is in charge, give this man a raise! My partner and I had about 1000 questions as we picked over the different mattresses, and he made it a point to answer every single one he could. I never felt pressured or hurried to buy or leave, despite arriving an hour before closing! He even assisted us as we ended up deciding on buying a last minute piece of furniture. I'm sure it would drive anyone crazy, but he assisted us with a smile on his face even after finishing up our paperwork past closing time. This should be the standard for customer service. Keep hiring people like this and we will continue to be return customers Ashley! We can't wait for our new mattresses and furniture. Thank you Andres!
