We had an awesome experience here. Our sales rep, Marie, welcomed us as soon as we walked in, answered all our questions, and helped us order everything we wanted. There was a hiccup with delivery date, but her and the manager Steve both did whatever they could to expedite it for us. We can’t wait to receive or new couch, thanks Marie and Steve!

I had to call and file a complaint because they didn't even contact me to offer a solution. The delivery driver just left it and said they were responsible for the delivery, even though I paid to have it delivered in good condition. Ordering was difficult. Placed order over the phone and the sales person was having a difficult time with their system. She also got the phone number and address wrong. Not sure if she was new. After it was worked out the rest of the experience was excellent and better than expected.

Hey I just wanna say MOMO was amazing helped me out and gave me deals and good prices got a couch 2 pillows a desk and a chair But the front receptionist lady was so rude to him I don't know her name but she had black hair with long lashes I financed a card but just needed to change the address and momo was talking to her and she was giving him a lot of Attitude just him doing his job while she was just on her phone

If I could give zero stars i ABSOLUTELY WOULD. I have been battling for someone to help me with this issue since I first notice the mold growth and I have been passed to different people, yet no one has helped at all and have completely over seen my situation. I bought this sofa couch in August of 2025 and it’s barely October and mold has completely taken over my sofa mattress. Not only that but there is huge slit on this product and no one cares to help me and this situation. I have a 5 month old baby and we have all received a respiratory infection due to the over growth of mold that’s just sitting in my home. Ashley advised me to just keep the product in my home until they could get a technician on THE 28th to come look at it, mind you I have told them we have all received a repository infection that they have been advised about and they absolutely don’t care whatsoever about our health alley there money. I live in a studio and have no where to move this sofa couch while we wait for a technician while they were advised of that as well they didn’t care and said that’s the best they could do. If you want to buy furniture or even a mattress I would think twice about this company !! We also about warranty and all I got “it’s not covered”. Think twice about buying anything here!! They don’t care about they’re customers!

My husband, daughter, and I came in looking for a couch. The customer service was amazing. Marie really took care of us. The selection was great and loved that they are their own manufacturer. We asked a ton of questions and our little one 1 year old was all over the place but Marie was super patient. Will definitely be coming back.
