The showroom was excellent. The sales person very nice. The product i purchased was available for delivery within some decent time. However, the delivery itself did not go smoothly. On the first attempt I refused the delivery due to damage done by the delivery guys. The company was notified, and replaced the damaged furniture within one week. Again, the delivery did not go well, due to difficulty to get the furniture to my apartment, wouldn't fit in the building elevator. Therefore, they were instructed by the building manager to place it on the floor in the building garage. I had to request the building maintenance guys to disassemble the sofa bed, which they did , and carry it in my apartment separately in two pieces. They successfully completed the task. I had paid $169.99 for white glove delivery. I reserve my right to receive a refund of the delivery charge, which I have communicated and requested. Thank you. Tha

Attempted to buy an item in their clearance section with a price tag. They said that the item couldn’t be sold due to limited quantity, and the floor model was unable to be sold due to a corporate approval to be able to sell the floor model. However they still display the price tag and it’s on the showroom floor to mislead customers.

Purchased a rug from the store. Was told it was out of stock in the store but available in their warehouse. Was told that I should expect the rug to be delivered to my home the next day. The rug never showed up and I never received any updates on it. When I called two day later to follow up I was told that the rug was on back order and that it was scheduled for delivery in February. Nobody let me know about this until I asked. This is a failure on a basic accountability level and degrades my trust in the business.

Tisha helped me the second I walked in. She was with every step of the way. I am not easy I came in with a lot of demanding questions and she no matter what smiled and offered me options I ended up spending over 3k when I had a budget so she did really well thank you!

The salesperson indicated that the delivery workers would remove the existing sofa upon delivery. The workers stated they do not offer that service so now we have two couches in our loft. This wouldn’t be an issue if I could move it myself but I just recently had cancer surgery and cannot lift. The competition like Mor offers removal and we would not have made the purchase if informed correctly
