As soon as we walked in we were greeted by David Tuong. He was Amazing! We seriously gave him the run around. He helped us pick out beautiful couches & a very elegant looking kitchen table set. We are very happy! I will definitely recommend getting your furniture from here, very high end & quality. I would also reccomend David helping you out. He was very patient with us. Ashley HomeStore is no the worse furniture retailer to shop with. The management team are no more than street hustlers using the Ol' Bait and Switch routine. They falsely advertise there sales with a full picture of bedroom furniture and then say after delivery that no other item was listed making it out of time and luck for you to question sale or return. The staff never return calls and are heard berating customers with same problems over the phone and with other customers in the store. Their delivery system is just as bad. Save your time and money do not shop at Ashley unless you have a lawyer present
I had the best experience my first time shopping at Ashley’s. The sales person, Michael, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and helpful, but not overbearing in any way. I ended up getting some AMAZING deals on a new bedroom set of furniture and a chair. I will absolutely be coming back in the future!

I am in the process of drafting a carefully worded letter to "Whom It may concern" regarding the terrible service, terrible delivery, terrible quality of the item received and subsequent horrible customer service received, which highlights the fractured system and protocol representing this company. We have other Ashley furniture in our home and THIS item may actually be our last. Dissatisfied and Disappointed doesn't even come close to what my family has and feels right now. This item was intended to be a graduation gift for our daughter. She researched, went to the SF store, and decided on this particular item. Unfortunately, by signing for the delivery due to her excitement, she did not see the damage to the piece. Ashley protocol, which we were not informed of, will not exchange the item and we are left waiting for a "technician" to FIX a brand new item. 1 star is too generous but without some rating I am unable to post this review. Asley Furniture deserves a "NO star" rating. My personal letter is forthcoming and will include the names and unprofessional conduct of all involved.
Ran my card through twice so that took time to get fixed. I hope the funds have been returned to my account. I will check when done checking. My sideboard sever was delivered damaged. Ashley couldn't get a tech out to review or fix it until tomorrow. Suppose to receive conformation from the tech as to the time they would be at my house on Friday. Today is Thursday and still no contact to confirm their arrival. I have a piece of broken furniture sitting in my house for over a week waiting to be resolved. When should I hear from the tech? Hasn't been the best experience. Again, when am I suppose to hear from the Tech?
Zero stars would be most appropriate. Worst customer service experience ever! We ordered the effie queen panel bed for my daughter at the Bay Shore Boulevard Store on May 29th that was delivered/set up on June 1, 2019. The delivery guys did not have the correct hardware for the bed. I have personally called 10 times to try to resolve the issue. During this time we have received one email on July 2 that the parts would be delivered in 7-21 business days. We are still waiting as of today (July 29, 2019) to get the parts delivered. No one on their customer service team can give me an exact answer on when this will happen. I asked to speak to a supervisor yesterday and they said they don't have one (really). I tried to call the actual bayshore boulevard store today and it's the same number as customer service. The store does not even have a direct line. Getting a straight answer out of these people has been almost impossible. My next stop is filing a complaint at the better business bureau.
Salesman Michael is very accommodating. His patience is wonderful he waited us for more than two hours( before we finalized) with all smiles.

I highly recommend this place. There’s a 50% percent off ongoing in store (30% online). The price can’t be beat and furnitures are all high quality. Same price but definitely better experience than IKEA! Thanks Michael for his patience and wonderful shopping assistance! I final get a set of coffee tables, mug and sofa sleeper for my living room, all 50% off!
I would like to share my buying experience with future customers of Ashley Furniture. We bought a set of tea tables two weeks ago for my children s new apartment and scheduled delivery for following Saturday. The delivery truck arrived on time, but the tea tables came in with defects, one table leg was off the angle so four legs were not leveled. The larger coffee table surface had a piece of wood warped. The delivery person could not fixed tables so called in to arrange new delivery. Because we need to use these furniture s for a Sunday event, so decided to cancel the order. We went to the store for the cancelation, but the store manage insisted the delivery fees of $70 to be charged. We argued it was Ashley actually violated the contract since the delivered products were defective, thus should not charge customers for the delivery fees and should absorb the cost itself.
