I posted a review once but l am So impressed with the service that I got I had to post again unfortunately the chair that I bought did not work out for me wnot their fault but my fault and they were so nice about my returning the chair gave me my full amount of money back and were so gracious I was so impressed I had to post again.
My favorite furniture store in Los Angeles! Modern furniture at great prices. Quality is super and lasts forever. Alice Umuhoza is a very helpful design consultant and I recommend her highly!

I have to cancel the order. Tuve que cancelar la orden. I waited for them to deliver on the promised date and they did not. Not even told me they were not coming. Excuses like the truck broke down. 8 hours waiting with not a single call. I tried to reschedule and they told me that the furniture was not in the warehouse anymore ???? That I have to wait a month. And for canceling my order I have to go to the store to do it. Worst Furniture Store in the whole US.
We went in for a recliner chair and left with a recliner sofa. They are having a fantastic sale right now and we found the perfect sofa. Nice friendly staff are not overbearing, but there when needed. I'll shop there again.
Great place. Tons of selection. The space can look cramped and less lighting. Staff can get busy too. They charge for shipping. Got a great deal for Black Friday
When searching for a sleeper sofa online The website shows one for $429, go to the store and the price $1329, I showed them the website and told me is the wrong information. Talked to the manager and he shows me the same one for $729, so I told him the website is falsifying information, he says yes and walks away. Poor customer service and disregard for customers. Bad business model

Worst expensive ever. Bought a whole set of furniture for living room, dining room, and kitchen counter stools. One of the legs of the stools snapped in half while my husband (who is of average weight and height I may add) sat in it the first time for five minutes. They swapped that one out for a new one. Fine. But here is where the trouble starts... our leather sofa and chair both have defects in them. One has a stitching defect which appears to be creating a rip at the seams. The chair has a small hole in it (likely from their unprofessional delivery people - who also damaged our walls but that’s another story). Because we didn’t notice it and refuse it immediately at delivery we are stuck with it. Ashley told us they can repair it. Well they sent their repair tech who said repair would involve toxic chemicals and recommended we push for replacement. So we tried to get replacements to no avail. Now we are stuck with a broken sofa and chair. I’ve made what feels like hundreds of calls and I have given up. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. The furniture looks decent in showroom but the quality is not there. So disappointed.
Sales person very annoying felt like we were being stocked. Thought we lost him when we went upstairs only to find him waiting for us at the stairway going down. That's when I decided to leave.
