Vincent, the sales person that helped us at the San José store, was great. He wasn't trying to push anything on us, he was just very friendly and helpful, and we ended up with a great deal.

I visited the store to learn more about the bed I had admired online. I approached a store representative and attempted to ask him questions to gain a better understanding of the material and quality of the furniture before making a purchase. My intention was to clarify any doubts and finally place an order. Initially, I was assisted by Atif, and he was helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. However, after about five or six questions, it seemed as though he lost interest in assisting me. The store was empty, and we were the only shoppers present, so it wasn’t as if he was preoccupied with other tasks. I had selected a bed from their website that was not available in the store. Consequently, I sought to understand the build quality and material of the bed. I presented him with the website description for that bed and requested clarification on its meaning. Instead of providing an explanation or politely declining to answer my question, he began making dismissive remarks, such as, “It’s written in English, and I can’t translate it for you.” This was an extremely rude and unprofessional manner of treating a customer. Despite my intention to purchase the bed, I ultimately decided to leave the store and will gladly take my business elsewhere. In essence, you lost a potential sale simply because you chose rudeness over politely answering or declining to answer my question.

I had a really good experience with my purchase at Ashley, Alice the person who help me through my selection was pretty active and happy to help, later the delivery was on time and everything happens smoothly. Thank you so much. 😊

I went to look at furniture and a male salesperson wouldn’t leave me alone. He wouldn’t even give me a quote without asking for my personal info and email. When I said I needed to think about it, he got visibly upset and told me the price would change if I came back tomorrow. As if he’s the only one in the city selling white couches. Completely full of himself😂

All staff were customer friendly, especially Mr Ray Medina who was the associate helping us that day. He was very patient in answering all questions and walking us through the store to show every option that matched our requirement. He also followed up with an email and phone calls to make sure our order was in place and took care of it. On the whole a very pleasant experience and thank you!

We came in not knowing what kind of couch to get, our salesman Al didn’t rush us at all, we didn’t feel upsaled, and he helped us understand what features we really needed in a couch. Incredibly friendly and respectful! Left with a perfect fit!

We recently bought a table the week of Christmas and it was delivered Christmas Eve. Our sales lady jumped through hoops to get us what we wanted at the best price. I was told not to go there. I’m glad I didn’t listen.

Delivery and set up went very smoothly. The tracking feature for the delivery was great.

Don’t buy from here if you want to be stuck with customer service forever. After buying a sofa, the sales rep called us the to say they placed the wrong order and offered a price match on another model. Once we chose, we were bounced between the store and customer service with conflicting answers and told to keep calling back. We called almost every day for three weeks, spending hours on the phone, and nothing was ever resolved and extremely frustrating. Even cancelling the order took multiple calls. We ended up buying a sofa from a different store. The products may be good, but the customer service is so bad that I would never buy from Ashley again.

My experience was completely 110% of the for the delivery, customer service was 110%, the schedule for delivery was ahead of schedule which is fantastic, came and set up within 15 minutes completely 110% professional 110% satisfied

We had a very bad experience with this store, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. 1. The salesperson called us to admit she was sending the wrong sofa. 2. She then offered to price match the sofa we had seen in the store. 3. She said she would contact us to confirm the details of the sofa we wanted. 4. We want to be very clear: we would never have asked for a price match if it had not been offered to us first. 5. When we called customer service, they told us the price match would be honored once we purchased the other sofa online. 6. We followed their instructions, completed the online purchase, and called back to get the price match. 7. Since then, we have called more than 5 times, spending 45 minutes per call, with no resolution. We were repeatedly told someone from the store would call us back, and no one ever did. This entire situation has been the most frustrating and disappointing. The store made promises it did not keep, showed zero respect for our time, and completely failed to follow through once payment was made. This is not how customers should be treated. We really like our sofa, but I would strongly caution others before doing business here unless you’re prepared for poor customer service, long wait times, and no accountability.

The sales rep was super nice and friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, the delivery team has been a nightmare to deal with. They apparently can only do deliveries Tuesday-Thursday. I’m sorry but what about people who have jobs? I’m not taking time for you to deliver the furniture that I paid for and paid delivery for. I paid for you to be able to deliver it to me when I’m home. Why should I accommodate them? They need to accommodate me, that’s the whole point of customer service. Everytime I call customer service, they are unhelpful and have zero solutions. I’m now just left frustrated and upset to the point of wanting to cancel my order completely. Because of this experience, would probably never order from Ashley again.

Horrible customer service, only through a chat bot. Verified delivery day prior that both nightstands had come to warehouse on time. Only to receive 1 and nothing but frustration… now I have to go through another 3 hour window of my time! Nobody answers telephone calls or follows up. I will NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY to my clients based on the in store experience & failed delivery experience.

We bought a bedroom set from Ashley, and when it arrived, the fabric on the headboard was torn. A technician came to inspect it and told us it could not be fixed. He took photos, filed a report, and clearly stated that the headboard needed to be replaced. He also told us that because this was a manufacturer defect and we reported it, Ashley would take care of it within the 5-year window, even without a warranty. We even messaged our sales assistant (Vincent) and he never replied back. After that, we followed up several times and were repeatedly told that our order “does not exist” in the system. Today, we visited the store to purchase a living room set and also to follow up on the damaged headboard. The help desk was not helpful at all. They spoke with someone on the phone and then told us that the technician had written that the issue was fixed “up to Ashley’s standard,” which is completely untrue. Thank you for the poor customer service. We will not be making any future purchases from Ashley.

This is the worst company out there! I will NEVER do business with them again! After 4 delivery mess ups, 6+ visits to the store to try and have them correct the issue. They tell me the couch I selected no longer is made the way I purchased it and I have to select another couch. I was given the options and promised I would not pay another dime over that. In fact they would even do better than that. After patiently waiting for a month and a half I have to come back to the store, because they NEVER answer the phone or call back, just to tell me they want me to pay the difference in price for the couch I selected. Which keep in mind was the least expensive of the 4 choices. This is insane! I’ve always shopped with living spaces and now I know why. They would have NEVER done this to me nor have they. DO NOT, I WARN YOU, DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY SAN JOSE ON BLOSSOM HILL. Definitely do not have Ray as your sales person or let him take over for any sales person. He is the entire and only reason I am in this situation. You’ve been warned. Shop at your own risk.

My husband and I were casually shopping around for a new bed frame and mattress and we left we exactly what we wanted plus a coffee table! Danial M. helped us out from the beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions patiently and gave us great advice. I’ve heard bad stories of “salespersons” but he wasn’t pushy at all. This company is absolutely terrible. This is the second time I have placed an order, selected a delivery date, got charged a week before the delivery, then no call no show. I set aside my Saturday for delivery and completely waste my day waiting. The customer service is garbage trash. None of them can actually help you because they have a call center in India. They have to escalate to the US side which takes 3 days. This is how you run a company if you want that company to crumble. Cess claims she was a supervisor but couldn't do anything for me. At the end of the call you are sent to give the agent a survey. Cess was so worried about my survey that she kept me on hold and would not hang up for HOURS. She really didn't want the bad review. Absolutely atrocious company.

Terrible service and sales! We went to check out a few items, and after we mentioned that we were looking for dining furniture and some cabinets, the salesperson didn’t even let us in. They kept asking unnecessary questions and wouldn’t allow us to enter the store or look at any furniture, even though we might have found something we liked!

Nisrein was absolutely fabulous when she helped me purchase a couch. I came in and she was immediately helpful in helping direct me to couches that I was interested in. She was very patient and understanding, never pushy. Very clear in her descriptions and explanations of the furniture, too!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience purchasing a $10,000 couch from Ashley has been nothing short of an absolute, infuriating nightmare, exposing a level of internal disorganization and incompetence that is truly beyond belief. This isn't just a bad experience; it's a masterclass in how not to run a business, and it has left me utterly disgusted. The initial purchase was smooth enough, but the real problems began with support. There was some sort of "lost paper trail" with in Ashley and I have to pay price for this mistake. When I followed up with the original salesperson and their manager to confirm the updated plan, I was met with a blank stare and the utterly baffling response. My subsequent attempts to resolve this through their "customer support" were equally futile. I was bounced between departments, each one seemingly operating in its own isolated silo, completely unaware of what the other was doing (or promising). Sales blames finance, finance points to customer service, and customer service just seems to be a black hole of unanswered queries and unfulfilled promises. It's a bureaucratic labyrinth designed to frustrate customers into submission. I've wasted countless hours on the phone, endured endless hold music, and been subjected to conflicting information that has left me utterly exasperated. This isn't just about a protection plan; it's about the fundamental inability of a business to function cohesively. With such glaring communication issues internally, how can they possibly serve customers effectively or even conduct business with any semblance of professionalism? It's a shame, an absolute disgrace, that a store dealing in such high-value items operates with such a pathetic level of internal communication and customer service. They have taken my $10,000 and delivered nothing but stress, regret, and a profound sense of being utterly ripped off by their incompetence. I will NEVER set foot in this store and Ashley again, and I implore anyone considering a purchase to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the inevitable disappointment. This store is a prime example of how not to run a business.

Had a terrible experience with a mattress purchased from Ashley , they sold us an awful mattress with a dip and when we complained they are making all sorts of excuses of not exchanging it , it was less than 6 months old. Although while purchasing they gave us a guarantee of 10 years.

Ashley Furniture San Jose called to say our order was cancelled because the card name we put in “didn’t match the name” they found for our address, despite the fact that our own credit card company approved the charge. They apparently have a person that works in their customer service center who looks up people’s names and credit card number to check for fraud. They used a site called “truesearch.com” to check, and my maiden name came up as the name for the address on the card, so they said since the names don’t match, they can’t sell us the couches. My maiden name has not been registered to my home address in almost 10 years. Their so-called fraud prevention uses incorrect information to make decisions and makes it impossible for us to buy from them. We also haven’t seen a reversal charge on our credit card for the charge, so scam?? Buyer beware: Ashley San Jose does not use upstanding business tactics and are likely scamming some of their customers.

Vincent is the best. I've dealt with my fair share of salesmen in the past but to call Vincent a mere salesman doesn't do him justice. We were met with a kind and gentle demeanor and weren't pressured in any way. That was his magic. While remaining helpful and eager, his easy-going personality made us feel very comfortable. After showing us a few couches and answering all of our questions, he closed us on a beautiful sectional. He deserves a raise, just saying. Oh and the store is beautiful too.

As we wandered around, he kept a respectful distance--close enough to assist, yet far enough that we didn't feel pressured. Vincent was extemely efficient and had the answers to all our questions. Worst experience ever. I ordered a bed frame and they delivered it to my house, but the technicians didn’t even notice there were some missing pieces when they assembly it. and when I raised this issue to their customer support, they said they will deliver the missing pieces but that never happened. and I spent another five hours in total to call the customer services about 10 times and I didn’t get any concrete responds or solutions for that. they have yet refunded me or delivered the missing pieces. It’s even impossible to get in touch with their customer support now.

The wife and I have been contemplating to find a replacement for our fairly used dining table set that was purchased 3 years ago from a furniture store that went out of business. Since we've purchased several furnitures from Ashley's within the past few years, we decided to pay our sales guy a visit. When we walked in the store, we were greeted by a lady named Jessica. She asked us if we needed help. We told her we were looking for Ashton, the sale person who assisted us before. She asked around and someone told us that he had moved to another store up North. It was quite a bummer because Ashton was a fantastic staff who helped us with several high dollar items. And the entire process was smooth, stress free, no pressure, and very personable. Since he's no longer at the Blossom Hill location, we went ahead and allowed Jessica to help us. We told her we wanted to see a particular dining set, and just wanted to get a rough OTD estimate just to give us an idea. She walked away and came back a few minutes later and presented us with the price. She said the price was $xxxx.xx with delivery and a 5 year warranty. When she was about to change to another subject, I quickly stopped her and told her, wait, we don't need the warranty, and please have that removed and come back with the number. She looked at us in shock, and she quickly walked away to the front desk to revise the number. At that moment, both my wife and I were pretty pissed, as Jessica just tried to pull a fast one on us. At that point, we've already made up our mind that we no longer wanted to work with Jessica and wanted to leave. Since it was rude to just walk away, we were kind enough to wait for her to present us with a new number. She came back after a few minutes with a lower number, which made a minute difference. At that point, we had enough of the circus, and we graciously told her we will think about it and get back to her. She then asked her manager to come by and try to close the sale by offering us an additional $150 off to help us. We told him we will think about it and will come back. I made sure to have him to put the deal on writing. The manager said no, it is only valid right now or today. I looked at my wife, and we both knew that our business relationship with this location is pretty much done. Not only the shady sales tactics that pretty much caused the demise of our business relationship, the overall customer experience was nothing short of abysmal. In conclusion, we will not be returning to this location for any of our future furniture needs, and would rather patronize a business that actually cares about a returning loyal customer's needs, rather than sneak in a warranty to boost the store's sales metrix.

Horrible! Online price was nearly $800 cheaper and store argued that we needed to purchase insurance plan if we wanted to help making online purchase. We managed to get the price matched and a week later Ashley’s called and said they had to cancel our order because we were out of delivery range. I paid for delivery and installation and Ashley’s support thought me going to pick up the item was a better alternative. Go spend your money somewhere where they won’t waste your time.

Nisrain, a representative in your store on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose was friendly, engaging & very knowledgeable about the bedroom furniture I was looking at. She mentioned the dresser mirror I wasn't going to buy & the difference between a regular drawer and a deeper drawer that I didn't even think about. So I ended up buying the deeper drawer dresser, mirror & 2 nightstands. She's a wonderful asset to your company!

Nisrein was our helpful advisor. She was friendly, not pushy, and gave us time and space to wander and think about items. I am glad we went back to her our second trip to make the purchase. She worked with us on getting the right deal and very thankful for her. The store, however, had probably the most misleading sale signs I have ever seen for “25% off your entire purchase”. The fine print states “with a minimum purchase amount” but no where states that amount. Also the item signs post the regular price even though we were told they are the sale prices. Very misleading which is why I knocked my rating down a star. You need to know what you are getting into up front.

Ray helped my husband and I select the perfect recliner for our family room. We couldn’t make up our minds between choosing a leather recliner and a fabric one. Ray suggested a fabric recliner that was scratch proof and looked exactly like a leather one. We were thrilled with the options and delighted with the help we received at Ashley. As our purchase was being finalized, we found a marble top table for our kitchen for an unbelievable price. My husband and I recommend Ashley furniture to anyone looking to set up or revamping their home.

Great experience buying, but I bought on the promise everything except the bed frame would be delivered 3 days later and the frame a few weeks later. The salesperson promised me this so I got rid of my old couch and furniture. 3 days later no call or contact - I called customer service and they delayed my ENTIRE order to several weeks out. If it was cheap furniture it might be okay, but I paid a premium and am now sitting on the floor for a few weeks till it arrives.

Save yourself the time, hassle, and the money as this has been the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had. (Purchased 5/10, delivered 5/24, still have broken couch on 6/30) If your furniture arrive broken like my case (which the customer service told me this store alone had 50! cases like mine in a day… that should tell you how the delivery is). Couch arrived broken (as in internal wood frame is broken off and I can move it inside, not to mention 3 other spots (arm and inside the arm) wood is bent in. I said that’s np, let me call in and report it, so I did that very day (like an hour after the delivery). They sent me an email for evidence where I provided photos and videos. Then they said they’ll send in the technician to FIX the couch… but I need it replaced, bc it’s a back piece where you lean on and while I don’t think its fixable, even if they fix, it may very well be weak and break again. This was the state of arrival and I wanted replacement. Not fix. Also I bought warranty and them fixing will use the warranty (if you don’t use warranty, you get $300 of that warranty back as store credit after 5yrs… is what I was told on the floor but reading through the fine prints, I don’t see any mention of it so they may have straight up lied to me when buying). So when I got the technician appointment to fix it, (they assigned my claim as fix and not replacement as the support mentioned they would) I called customer support to let them know I need replacement. I must have called ~4 times over span of weeks to customer service (since they ask you to wait 72hrs for follow up) where 2nd or 3rd call person added comment in their system that I want replacement and told me they are putting me to the group that handles replacement and not the fix, but there’s huge backlog as their system was down for few weeks. I went into store to check on status since it’s been silent and customer rep added comment. Nothing happens so I call again and get that in store person’s follow up doesn’t exist in the system. In total, I believe I called online customer service in (what I presume is India call center) 4 times, in person visit, 2 calls to the store so far. Last call to the store the rep told me maybe getting technician to come check would help move the process and they can apparently sign off on replacement if it’s not fixable(this is new info after talking to like 6ppl as previous convo implied it’s different process for fix vs replacement). So now I have appointment with technician to FIX the furniture…. I get the call from appointment place and they ask for time, so I asked for 1-5pm slot. I get text confirming my 8:15-11:15am time slot??? And apparently they can’t change my time slot 🙃 This took over a month of back and forth. It’s not worth the hassle guys. I’m sure if it arrives in good condition, it’s great but apparently that store alone gets 50 claims a day and claims department handles all stores around NorCal so… there’s probably a big back log. Imagine how busy it would be after big sale events… It’s not worth the hassle guys. Like I told my friends, go elsewhere and don’t get the same situation as I am in…

Great customer service and very helpful sales person

Very nice. Danial was friendly and helpful. But after reading some negative reviews I am very concerned and wondering if I should cancel order. I went to store on Blossom Hill. I guess I will decide within the next couple of days what I want to do. It seems like those complaints revolve around the lack of customer service after receiving their merchandise.

I ordered a dresser via phone, for assembly and delivery. Everyone went smoothly. Rep helped me select a model in my price range, then set up payment and delivery. They assembled the dresser correctly and swiftly, and took away the package. Very pleased

This is the WORST experience with a company I've ever had. I will never be purchasing furniture from them again and would discourage anyone I personally know from doing business with them. Allow me to elaborate. I purchased a couch and a chaise two months ago, had issues with them scheduling a delivery date that was not compatible with their delivery company, was delivered a damaged chaise (seems like a manufacturing issue), had replacement parts delivered to the wrong address TWICE, and have had to call them ~10 times (all of which have resulted in them not being able to update my address or email address). First of all, the person who processed my order used a fake email address of 'no (@) yahoo.com' (I added spaces here so this review doesn't get taken down) and did not update my shipping address from years prior. I was unaware of this and for the entirety of this excruciating process have not been receiving receipts, tracking information, or confirmation emails. I've updated my information 4 or 5 times now and every time they assure me that it's been updated, it has not. Moving on, I'll attach photos here of different angles of the damaged chaise and a photo of the corner of the couch that is not damaged, for comparison. What you cannot see from the photos is that the back of the chaise feels like the frame is misaligned under the fabric. The top of the chaise is not level and the corner is also misaligned. So much so that it was delivered with a puncture to the corner. This is unacceptable (please note that the set cost over $1200 total). The puncture is about the size of a dime at the moment but the tension/pulling from sitting would only make the hole bigger over time. Let's now move on to the issues I've had with receiving the replacement parts. I was told that replacement fabric would be sent out and a technician would come and do an inspection of the base and replace the punctured fabric. (They said that they could not replace the chaise unless it was inspected thoroughly by a technician and deemed irreparable.) They sent the fabric to my old address not once, but twice. I never received tracking information for either shipment because of the wrong email address on file (that they assured was updated). When I finally called their customer service to ask if they had sent the package (the first time), they said it had been delivered a few weeks prior. That's when I learned that it was sent to my previous address. The customer service agent actually suggested that I drive over to my old address, see if the package was still there, and just take it. Excuse me? They really suggested that I trespass onto someone else's property and essentially steal a package. This is called porch pirating—am I being punked? They can't be serious... oh, they're serious. I informed them of how unacceptable that suggestion is, requested a new shipment, and asked them to update my shipping address and email address (again). Again, they shipped the package to my old address. The only reason that I received the replacement fabric the second time is because FedEx called me directly stating that they could not deliver it because a unit number was not included on the (wrong) address. When calling to schedule a technician appointment, I attempt to update my information again. However, I'm told that it cannot be updated over the phone because I've received the replacement part. Which means that if I am shipped a replacement chaise, there's a chance that it might be delivered to my old address and I will not be receiving any tracking information to the fake email address. They said if I really want the information updated, I need to physically go the store. So the burden would be on me to fix a digital clerical error on their end. I escalated the call to a supervisor and he claimed to fix it. We'll see. Honestly in 2020, I had a decent experience with Ashley which is why I decided to shop there again. In 2025, this is the experience. It's painful and it's trash. I wish I could go back in time and purchase a couch elsewhere.

The people do everything they can to help you. I only had one problem when I filled out my information on Their computer it kept me erasing what I said, and I kept having to do it over and over about five times. Other than that, they’re working hard to get me everything I want at a good time.

Kabir was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. I didn’t realize they also sold mattresses (which we also needed) and Kabir was also well-versed with mattresses and was able to help us pick the one that suited our needs. Delivery was scheduled easily and and we were in and out very quickly after selecting our pieces. All around, a great experience.

I tried to buy a couch from Ashley but their customer service has been the bane of my existence the past 2 weeks. I had to reach out 4 separate times last week to determine what was going on and see if we could work something out. Nobody got back to me until today to tell me my couch has been further delayed. I talked to customer service again today and they said there is nothing they can do. Finally, I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the couch and he said they are willing to further reduce the price and give me a partial delivery I was requesting for last week. Too little too late. I bought the same couch from Factory Direct Furniture for the reduced price and it’s being delivered this week. I will not try to buy something from Ashley again.

I like Ashley’s, the sales people are great , but they don’t have on the floor many of the couches/sectionals they advertise. And the colors online look much different than the actual item. But over all it’s got great people and lots of choices.

BUYER BEWARE, I bought a recliner and a mattress from this store and was told by the manager and the salesperson that they indeed accept returns, I made it very clear that i will give it a try and may return if im not satisfied and wasnt corrected or told that wasnt possible. The mattress ended up not being a good fit for me (arms falling asleep/tingly & upper back pain), and now im being told there are no returns even though I've had the mattress only about a month. During the purchase and signing of the furniture, I was handed an overwhelming amount of paperwork and made the mistake of trusting their word and not thoroughly reading everything as I was exhausted from the process and got GOT. For TLDRers, staff doesn't care and are willing to lie to you to get a sale and their commission. All sales are final unless obvious defects in the first 3 days. Further thoughts: I'm not beyond being fair and will give credit where credit is due, their products are good (as in well built) and you can get pretty sweet deals . but their tactics are deceitful and convoluted. keep in mind there is no such thing as Satisfaction Guranteed with Ashley Furniture. That's the lesson I'm learning. Lastly, if this post is still up, then yeah, I took a 4300 dollar loss.

I have purchased a few items from Ashley now. I have learned that they are not very good at taking care of their customers. They are focused on the money making aspect and little else. I was forced to their delivery times. And then they change it to a different day and time at the last minute. Very inconvenient. When you call into customer service, it takes at least 5 to 10 minutes before you can get to a real person. The company keeps online and in-store purchases separate, which makes it very difficult to access information for in-store purchases. The furniture is good, but no other positive information to share here.

Purchased a split mattress with adjustable base for nearly 10k. One of the bases was delivered with missing parts but because the mattress was placed over it we did not find out until we went to make the bed 2 hours later. We IMMEDIATELY called the store and sent pictures as instructed. They have refused to send us a new base and have continued to direct us to different phone numbers which we have called and explained the situation. We then received an email stating they would not replace the base as the “damage”was caused by “customer usage”. The bed was delivered with missing parts! Two weeks later the issue has not been resolved. There are other furniture stores near by. Avoid this one. In regards to the “store owner” response, no— no one has helped us with our missing parts unless you consider getting the runaround helpful. They delivered a bed that did not have all the parts. Sealy does not help with that. We did call them as well as the multiple other numbers we were instructed to call. There has been no resolution because you completely lack in customer service and expect the customer to deal with a defective product rather than making it right. We payed nearly 10k for a new bed. We did not receive a new bed. We received a base with two missing parts. Missing at delivery. Simply send a new base and take the defective one back. I cannot stress enough—DO NOT BUY HERE. After purchase experience is bad. The item is not delivered on time and the store doesn't answer any calls. The turn around time with customer service is 30-40hrs. Update: I got my item delivered 2 days after I posted this review without any notifications or communication. It was lying in the mailroom.

I purchased 4 chairs for a kitchen table. Loved them. I purchased it on a Monday and was told they would be delivered Saturday. Saturday came by and their 3rd party had issues with not having a reliable delivery truck to deliver my order. So they rescheduled for Sunday I was fine with that. Sunday comes and I got the same excuse their truck broke down due to a mechanical issue. Pathetic and unacceptable. I would not come to this store to purchase anything seems they don’t have reliable transportation for any deliveries. This store was the one in blossom hill.

where to start, It feels like I made a biggest mistake going into this store and talking to them. They talk nicely initially when they are selling process or they want to sale. but I am still getting rescheduling for my delivery or the delivery guy was getting broken things and refusing to take it back. It is still nightmare, My order date is beyond 60 days still waiting on my couch, dining table is waiting for chairs and etc. When you try to reach them almost they are unavailable. They made a mess of scheduling one of my delivery to different city. Save your self if you can from these troubles.

A few days ago we visited the Ashley Blossom Hill store to look and test out a sofa sleeper we saw on-line. The sofa itself exceeded our expectations in size, comfort, color & ease of pulling out the bed. Our experience from being greeted by Al who by the way was super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all listened to what we were looking for in a sofa. My experience at this location was easy and smooth going. I was given all the information I needed. After selecting the couch I decided to purchase the process was less than 20 minutes. There was no pressure to buy additional insurance and the experience was good.

The delivery time is way too long for a basic rug. Over 5 weeks? And when I tried to connect with customer service live chat, the rep said hold while I look into it and never responded further.... my daughter just wants her new rug before her sleep over next month

Do NOT buy furniture from Ashley! We bought a sofa sectional. It was delivered though right after they left we noticed stains on the back of one piece. After no less than 6 phone calls followed up with photos we finally got someone to approve a replacement. They wanted to just clean it! So today… after another day off of work they came… with an ottoman! The ottoman is not damage! How could they have gotten an ottoman from these photos! I’ll never buy furniture from Ashley again!

can’t believe I even gave this company one star—they don’t deserve it. Their service has been incredibly disappointing. When trying to make a sale, their team will promise you anything to close the deal. However, once they’ve received your payment, everything changes. The salesperson assured me that I would receive both items from my order on 12/17. When the date arrived, I only received one item, and the delivery date for the second was suddenly changed. I spent three frustrating hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, only to get nowhere. I eventually had to take time out of my day to drive to the store and speak with the manager in person. Unfortunately, the manager was no help either. While he acknowledged my frustration, he made no real effort to fix the issue. I explained that I expected delivery on the date originally promised or at the very least the day after. Instead, he repeated the same delayed delivery date that had already been given. This experience has been an absolute waste of my time. They cost me half a day dealing with their poor service, only to leave me with unresolved issues. On top of that, I purchased a warranty for my items, which now feels like a mistake given their lack of accountability and professionalism. This was my last time shopping with this company. Their untrustworthy sales team and terrible service have lost me as a customer. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. New update : Jan 7th I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Ashley Home Decor. I still haven’t received the mirror I ordered, and they’ve changed the delivery date four times already. It’s clear that they don’t care about how frustrated their customers are, and they seem completely uninterested in providing any proper customer service. The lack of effort in addressing the issues or even communicating effectively is appalling. At this point, I am truly disappointed by this company. They don’t care at all about customer dissatisfaction and refuse to take any responsibility for the poor service they provide. At the time of purchase, they give you completely false information just to get your money, and then all the dates they promised, even those listed on the invoice, get changed. This is the most irresponsible company I’ve ever purchased from. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

I was so happy with my purchase until I wasn’t. I’ve had many Ashley couches and loved them all til now. I’ve had so many issues with it just a few months in. It’s hard as a rock and every time you go to sit the cushions slide off, they say “it’s common” purchase this and that it should help, they added insurance even though I said no thank you. They gave me the total and said Im giving you free shipping so you can have the insurance, so I was charged for the insurance. I tried really hard to communicate my issues, exchange my couch, talk to Ashley, use the insurance but that’s a scam because it’s there employees that come to your house not a third party so that didn’t work out. I purchased and nothing, so im stuck with sitting on a concrete couch that I spend the day adjusting the cushion all day long. NO MORE ASHLEY COUCHES FOR ME!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a dining table, but it was of very poor quality. Within few days, bubbles started to come up and wood/polish started to rip off from top of the table. Raised a complaint with them for warranty and they closed the case stating that the defect was customer caused. Did not even bother to inform me about the case being closed, while I was waiting for a technician to visit and look at the defect. Escalated only to have them close the case again without communication. One of the customer service representative told me over phone that the damage could be caused by keeping hot items or spilling drinks on the table! What kind of dining table gets damaged by such usage!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unhappy with store customer service. 1. Mattress and adjustable base was bought off the display floor and Nisrein said it would wrapped in plastic for transportation. It was not wrapped and we had to go and buy mattress cover at Harbor Freights. 2. Nisrein said that when bedframe was delivered the deliver people would be adjustable base together for us. It was not covered. 3. Adjustable Base was missing mattress retainer bar. It was there when we purchased. Called to let store know that it was missing and they basically said it was our fault, and the adjustable base was sold as it. 4. Called and spoke to Nisrein and she said she would find one in warehouse, and we could pick it up next day. We went the next day and there was no mattress retainer bar waiting for us. Spoke to the "trusted associate" Bobby and he was rude and defensive and said it was our fault for not noticing it was missing when we picked up the adjustable base earlier that week. Bobby probably wanted us to go, so he said he would order one for us. 5. 2 weeks later we still have not received a call to pick up mattress retainer bar. 6. I could not write the whole review about my customer service experience with Bobby, because the space is limited. I did email the solutions department and never received an email back regarding my complaint. Please let me know where I can send this to.

We went to all the big stores, regional ones, and even smaller businesses, but Ashley’s was where we found everything we loved and bought for our new home. Kabir showed us around and helped us make informed purchases that we’re going to live with for years to come. He was energetic and extremely knowledgeable, especially regarding mattresses. That was just the sales process. We had multiples last-minute delays to get into our new home, but Kabir was very professional, responsive (even on his days off), and helped us reschedule. To be honest, what could have been a huge logistical issue all-around was avoided by Kabir’s dedication to his job and his customers. Ashton did not pressure us into buying something we didn’t want. Listened to what I wanted and when I wanted it by. He made it happen.

Ashley tried to deliver a used recliner sofa as a new one. The sofa was thrown on the street with no protection. Then the delivery crew argued with me to force me to take the sofa that I refused. To make things even worse, Ahley customer service line is in the Phillipines and they refuse to process a refund for merchandise that was not new. I paid $200 for the delivery also while the competition Living Spaces charges $40. I might have to sue Ashley to get my money back. I bought another sofa from Living spaces and I had no problems. I might not buy from Ashley again.

Bought dining chairs and here is the story... 1- Placed my order (6 chairs) on Sunday and was told I will be receiving a confirmation email and never received that. The delivery date was supposed to be by the end of that week. Contacted Ashley via their website/chat and was told it is going to take at least 3 weeks to get the items and they had no idea why store told me by the end of the week. Checked with the store and was told, the online associate was wrong and I will receive them. Checked back again and was told my order does not exist in their system. 2- Tuesday, I got only 4 of them in front of my door! Surprise! I checked with store and they had no idea what happened, but assumed the rest of my order will be arrive soon! Called their customer service and was told if they are not out of stock, I will get them by the end of the week. Otherwise, I need to wait until they become available! And they had no idea if they have those chairs available or NOT!!!!! 3- After few days, second package arrives with 2 more chair. Started assembling them, I noticed two chairs have issues (see attached photos). One with missing "insert thread" and another one with an oily "stain" on it. 4- Communicated with the "seller" through numbers on his business card and no response. Called them and was told I need to submit photos/ticket. I did on October 18th as requested and was told in 72 hours they will call me. No call of course. Followed up by email and called them later on 29th and was told another 72 hours and no response! My claim number is "09800413" if store is interested! November 4th and I am still waiting!!! DO NOT buy from them unless you have no other option. They are great in selling, but awful in customer service. Still waiting for that "72 hours" :) Update: Contacted the email address mentioned under this review and after 2 weeks, No Response!!!!

The customer service in the showroom was amazing; the sales reps were knowledgeable and patient with us. We selected our couch and were told it was in stock and arranged a deliver date 2 weeks out. Then...I got a call saying the couch was backordered and my delivery date had to be pushed 2 weeks later. This is very frustrating as I had arranged for my old cough to be taken away and now will have nothing to sit on for 2 weeks! Extremely disappinting!

I had a great experience buying a coffee table and a chair. Mo was super helpful, but did not hover. We had very good experience in store, the service also was great but as they delivered the couch felt it out of the truck and got damaged on the right edge. We called them about 6 times and afterwards did we not get any more answers, they asked also about 3 times for the same pictures, wanted to send somebody over who never showed up and nothing ever happend. Once they called up to close the case and if not do we have to send ANOTHER ONE TIME pictures. We gave up anytime, it was for shure the last time we buyed in Ashleys!

We purchased a couch and bed frame from this location in July. We had no issues with with the delivery of the couch. The bedframe took over a month to deliver and it was the wrong one. We did go into the store again and they apologized as it was a genuine mistake by their staff, let us keep the current one till we received the new one and, offered some store credit. They said that they would call us back and we waited about a week before we called them to get an update. They said that the bed frame that we wanted was on back order and we have to schedule a day to switch. We scheduled the switch which was weeks later but when the delivery people came, they only had instructions to pick up the bed frame with nothing to drop off. We had to call customer service again and reschedule for the switch. They came today again with only instructions to pick up and no new bed frame. I’m not sure when will ever get the correct bed frame. I know it was a mistake and I do believe that the people working in store do not have much control of trying to get this resolved, but it’s almost November. The lack of communication from Ashley Furniture customer service is frustrating and to plan around my work day to be available for deliveries that are incorrect is a inconvenience

Correctly charged my card for the purchase but did not send me a confirmation email. Called the next day to get one sent. Earliest furniture delivery date was one month from purchase date. Ashley did not offer an option to take away the old couches to I called the City and scheduled a pick up for a few days before delivery. 4 days before delivery got an email at 5:30pm that there was a "problem with my credit card" and I needed to fix and my delivery would be delayed. too late to call to speak to anyone, also happened to be the night before I had to put the old couches out for pick up. Called the next morning, spoke to Megan in customer service, basically said the problem was on my end, I needed to update my card info, was super rude, asked if they would be picking up my old couches since I had to cancel my pick up and said "no". I did not update my card with them. Called my credit card company and they verified Ashley cancelled the transaction weeks ago! No accountability, terrible customer service, will not be ordering from them or shopping there again.

PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM. We bought furniture from them 3 weeks ago, they said they can fix our address and make the delivery even sooner for us. We called them, turned out they can’t make a delivery faster. Today they were supposed to deliver it. WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO DELIVER AFTER 5PM. At morning before delivery they call and say they broke our table (thanks) and that delivery will be from 10am - 2pm, not 5pm as we asked. My husband asked them to at least notify him an hour before delivery so he can get off work and come. They call him at 12 and say that they arrived. He rushes home, because he was not notified, and they leave without waiting for him. If I could give their customer service -100stars, I would give it. The worst store ever.

I visited Ashley HomeStore for the first time on Sunday. I had a very good experience. I needed a new dining room table. I had some things specific in mind. I found exactly what I wanted. The sales guy was not pesty like some can be. He was very helpful and very fast. The table was delivered today and it looks fantastic. I am very happy.

The quality of the dining table I purchased was terrible—chipped areas and a poor finish made it look more like a second-hand piece than a new one. The chairs were wonky and uncomfortable. When I reached out for help, every employee I spoke to just passed the blame to someone else, and I felt completely ignored. They refused to take the table back, insisting I use the warranty instead, which is basically just a way to dodge responsibility. They care only about making a sale and nothing about customer service. The technician was able to fix the issue but the table looks patchy and ugly. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Delivered a damaged product. Customer service said they scheduled Technician for the next week but no one showed up. When called and asked they scheduled for another one 2weeks later. After a bad discussion, they called back and scheduled someone in the following week. He came on the day and said it needs a replacement. Replacement was scheduled and confirmed. However, it was cancelled an hour before the scheduled open window. Never replaced back.

I'm deeply saddened and incredibly disappointed with how Ashley's has handled my case. Last August, I purchased a dining table from their store, along with their 5-year protection plan, believing I was making a wise investment. But recently, I discovered termite infestation on one side of the table. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was told that because it's been over a year, I needed to contact their warranty provider, Reguard. To my dismay, I learned from Reguard that termite infestation isn't covered—very conveniently for them, of course. Desperate for help, I went back to Ashley's customer service, only to be told once again that they can't assist me because it's been over a year. What they fail to acknowledge is that termites don't just appear overnight. The infestation likely started long ago, probably even before I purchased the table from them. It’s just now become visible, barely after the one-year mark. I’ve been a loyal customer, having bought several pieces of furniture, including recliners, and even recommended Ashley's to friends in the past. But after such a disheartening experience with both the quality of their products and their indifferent customer service, I can no longer endorse them. I won’t be making any more purchases from Ashley's, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone moving forward. And as for their 5-year protection plan? It’s utterly worthless. There’s a clear disconnect between what Ashley's customer service is saying and what Reguard is telling me. The whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Update - Customer service reached out to me and replaced with a new dining set for the same model.

Title: Good customer service/ Display. Horrible Delivery/ Schedule. Good customer service at the store and the sales person (Ashton) did a good job converting our enquiry visit to sales. We ended up buying all the needed items for our new home in one go. Turab (Manager) was nice as well in closing the order and providing us the right details. The issues - 1. The items were bought first week of August - 3 out of the 5 furniture have still not arrived (as of Sept Wk3 and im told I should wait now for mid October). Delivery dates have slipped 3 times. 2. Installation was prompt and fast - but issues persist. The headboard and the mattress have a significant gap defeating the purpose. The headboard wobbles and it needs to be secured to the wall. I wish Ashley takes care of its customers post the sale as well. Being a huge company im unclear how they would run out of committed inventory for 3 months, especially on current year's products. im disappointed with the way this order has gone. I would gladly cancel the remaining items if not for the "Combination set" I got. Since I have the mattress delivered, I have no choice but to wait for whenever they deliver.

Our in store experience was great, however our delivery not so much. My partner and I ordered a couch and it got damaged during delivery. The delivery man (Giovanni V) took pictures and said he would contact Ashley’s to send us a replacement part, and did not give us the option to reject the damaged piece. We later got a call from Ashley customer service asking how the delivery went and we mentioned the damaged piece and she told us the delivery person did not mention this. We checked our delivery receipt to find no pictures of the damage and a FORGED signature accepting the furniture saying there was no damage. It has been almost a month and there is still no tracking number on the replacement part and no accountability from Ashley for forging my partner’s signature. We will not be shopping with Ashley again as this experience was extremely negative and time consuming. Not to mention disheartening as their delivery employees are dishonest, I would not want them coming into our home again.

I was interested in a new bed and she guided me through the many options with no pressure to buy at all. Salesman, Ashton, was wonderful. Delivery guys were as well. Product was terrible! Five attempts to deliver our living room set and we had to refuse all five for the same defect on all of them. Took two months to finally receive our refund and bought our furniture set at Costco.

Well, ordered a couch May 4th. Delivery date was Saturday June 15th, day before get a call saying it’s back ordered and need to reschedule delivery to Tues. had to take day off work. Day of delivery get an update that one piece is back ordered and they will deliver at later date. Again had to take time off for second delivery. Couch come damaged, Ashley sent a part/fabric to have a tech come out to repair, another day off work, to find out they sent the wrong part. Now getting a replacement for the damaged piece and guess what, also will require a day off work. This couch cost me double with work missed!! So not a happy customer!

This store has a great selection and fair prices. Zach the store manager was able to work with me on a piece that was discontinued, but in the floor. Horrible customer service when called especially the lady named Sandra was extremely rude when I asked when I would get my refund and to send me a confirmation email regarding that. They had my wrong email and I asked them to correct it and resend it to me but all I got was an attitude and a disconnected call. Please refrain from buying from this store. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a routine behavior from Sandra and the management seems to be useless and inefficient in taking action against her.

This is one of the worst store. The manger is very bad. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location. I have contacted the store related to item exchange and never heard back from the manager. I got a reply from store associate that manager will contact to you. Do not go to this store.

The store has variety of options to chose from. The sales team (Sulaiman) is amazingly helpful and nice. He understood our requirements well, and helped us explore millions of options and evaluate what’s best suited for my requirements. He was very patient with us. The entire process of finalising the product and making payments was seamless and quick.

I just bought this beauty of a movie theater style power recliner from Ashley’s on Hlossom Hill! I also bought a gorgeous rug but I can’t upload videos to this review. She was totally available but didn’t pressure me, which would have been a big turnoff. It was a smooth and pleasant purchasing experience due to her professional demeanor!!! My salesman was very helpful. He directed me to great recliner chairs. I tried a bunch and found one that fit me. The delivery made fast work of the set up. It would recommend Ashley Furniture. He also helped me set up Samsung so I could pay with my credit card.

Informed of delivery twice with multiple reminders and confirmations. No one showed. When I spoke to the store the lady did not understand why that was an issue since the delivery time is an estimate. I tried to explain the difference between the item being delayed versus telling me it is being delivered on a certain day that I had to arrange things to be home and then a no show. She didn’t get it. Once piece was delivered, the doors did not align. Two tech visits later, where I had to make sure I was home, it was determined the piece was warped and needed to be exchanged. Waiting to see how that goes. Way to much effort to get a simple piece of furniture. Overall, my interactions with the personnel, with the exception of the lady above, were good. The manager eventually made things right and we were satisfied.

Ashley store has a huge selection of beds and if it's not in the store I am sure you can find it online. My wife and I really enjoyed how sales associate Ashton made us feel. Extremely bad customer service!!! It has been three months from the day we purchased the mattress and we still have not received it. Our order has been consistently delayed. We called into store multiple times to check on the status of the order and there is still no clear solution on when the mattress will be deliver. The store shows no responsibility in the delayed delivery. The clerks were very rude toward us. They have been constantly difficult with us.

We recently purchased a new coffee & end table at your San Jose, CA store. The salesperson, Nisrein Alnshaiwat, was very courteous, helpful & informative about my purchase. The gentlemen who delivered & set my furniture up were on time & very professional. I would highly recommend your store.

From our initial call through the entire purchasing process, Ashton was both knowledgeable and professional. We consider Ashley Furniture a great resource for furniture. Ashton’s manager was also outstanding through the negotiation process.

People who helped were very pleasant and helpful. Appreciated the courtesy and the explanations for the couch and love seat we were purchasing. Also, we appreciated being given the name of the place that would haul away our old furniture; the discount and waiving of the delivery fee since we had to hire Move It to take away our old couch.

More details to follow as i’m still dealing with getting in contact with the corporate side of Ashley furniture but do yourself a favor and please please please do not shop from this Ashley furniture. Although the main issue stemmed from the distribution center, The way the management here deals with customers is atrocious. Very reminiscent of shopping for a car with your car salesperson is nice and promises everything and talks to the management to try to help you, And then gets shot down by the sales manager, who doesn’t even have enough respect to come and have a conversation with you. I will follow up this review once I’m done establishing whether Ashley furniture as a whole should be avoided or simply this location. Update: Cancelled a huge chuck of my order and just bought stuff cheaper with same quality at different places. I still regret walking into this.

Wish I could give 0 stars Easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Upon purchase I was told $2700 out the door and delivery whenever I wanted. Upon agreeing the salesman Tony and the manager Turaab informed me they couldn't honor the $2700 number (because they had to meet their margins) and that only certain Fridays were available for delivery. Reluctantly agreed because we liked the couch. I was assured by Tony and the manager that if the item was damaged we would have immediate access to a replacement NOT REPAIR and have documentation of this guarantee. After my wife took time off of work to receive the couch and once I came home and was able to evaluate the underside of the couch(she couldn't lift and evaluate herself)we noticed the fabric was tearing off the bottom. Prior to anyone in our house using it. I've now spent hours on the phone with customer service agents and the store themselves and have not been able to speak with anyone in management(I've been told 3 times I would get a call back and still haven't, in fact the person manning the phones just started hanging up the phone on me last night) in order to get the store to honor their agreement. We've now been told that our request for placement has been denied. Trash salesmen. Trash management. Trash products. Trash customer service. Shop literally anywhere else. *****UPDATE**** I have now spent an additional 5 hours on the phone with Ashley furniture. Told I would have to have a technician come determine whether the couch needs to be repaired or replaced. I have an e-mail from store manager Turaab stating I am entitled to replacement. I was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment for their field technician to evaluate the damage even though it is documented. I received a voicemail stating that the technician would arrive two days later in the middle of the day on wednesday. I called back to cancel that appointment because I was told I would be contacted to schedule the appointment and that the middle of the day on wednesday wouldn't work. The CS rep acknowledged that appointment would be cancelled. Technician showed up on Wednesday anyways. I made two more calls to re-schedule the appointment that I had never confirmed in the first place. Told I would receive a call back to confirm the time and date. Never received the call. I called back again and the CS rep confirmed I'd have a technician at my house on 1/20 and would receive a call on 1/19 to confirm the timeframe on that day. Never received a call. I just got off the phone(1/20) with another CS technician who now says the appointment was never scheduled. I have wasted more than 10 hours dealing with this garbage company. **Additional Update In response to their response: I've been on the phone for 80 minutes with the store today. They are refusing to put the manager on to speak with me. I've sent numerous e-mails. Sandra in C.S. at the store hung up on me earlier. The ball is now in your court. Don't insult me by acting like you have any intention of helping me after I've wasted 10 hours and been lied to numerous times. The manager Turaab is well aware of the issue and can CONTACT ME at anytime. BBB is next on my list

Never buy any protection plan from Ashley, it’s totally useless.Ultimately it will increase your product cost. I have recently experienced the hassle of claiming the protection plan for my power reclining sofa, instead of sending a technician for inspection they gave me a local technician’s number to repair it with my cost. that they just escaped themselves with different clauses eventually I didn’t get any help.

Extremely bad experience. We wanted to remodel our bedroom so we went to store almost a month back and order bed and couple of chests. Sales person Kabir misguided us telling that the bed we are buying doesn't require a foundation and comes with wooden slats. On the day of the delivery it wasn't delivered as told and it was evident that we would need to buy additional foundation. I went to store to talk about my concern. They apparently opened a customer service case and told me someone would reach out in 3 days, come to our house and inspect what went wrong and fix it. We never received any call nor anyone visited. So I went again to store to meet Kabir again and that time he accepted the mistake and told he is giving the mattress foundation for free and would be delivered in next 3-4 days. I waited for 5 days but didn't receive any call/delivery. So I go to the store again only to understand that they only placed order on my name but didn't schedule the delivery! I am still waiting for this delivery which is supposed to happen next week. I don't have any confidence after such a horrible experience. On each of my visit to the store there has been some mistake from the employees and it feels we are being made fun of. I seriously doubt the competency of the staff in this store. horrible decision to do business with Ashley. We have sold our old bed and mattress hoping that Ashley would deliver in time and its been 20+ days and its still going on. Worst experience!

If I could, I would not even give any stars to them. I ordered a dinning table (table is faulty, the nut won’t go in the table) with chairs beginning of September 2023 online. It’s now end of October and the number of hoops I have jumped without a resolution is insane. 4 weeks for a technician appointment to come take a look. Technician will take 1 week to upload notes. Then they will take 1 week to decide whether to replace or not. Customer service talks to you like you have committed a crime ordering from them . Buyers beware !

This review is about the costumer service at this location, most of my furniture is from Ashley and I have never had any problems. Horrible costumer service! I never leave reviews but I walked in today with my daughter and The sales man that was “helping me” show no interest in helping me. I asked about a dining table and he was supposed to check for delivery dates but instead he was just talking to another employee. While I was waiting I heard another sales man helping a couple and offering them sales because of the Holliday (they never offered me any sales). Other sales men saw me waiting and no one asked if I needed help. After waiting for a while my toddler got so frustrated and we left. The sales man saw me leaving and didn’t say anything. Oh well I will take my business somewhere else.

Came into Ashley not knowing exactly what to purchase, walked out feeling amazing about the items I bought. Nisrein was a pleasure to work with. She listened to my ideas and was able to walk me through the store, showing me different options that could work for me and my space at home. I left with a unique dining chair set of 6, a tv stand that has an added fireplace option if I want to tack that on later and a really unique yet simple coffee table. I felt comfortable making these purchases and never felt pressured to buy an item. Looking forward to buying more furniture from this store in the future.

Tried to return and item that I ordered on-line and was told I had to return within 72 hours, on 10/5/23 11:15 am called to get a return label, the item was delivered on 10/2/23 at 9:57pm, I am still within the 72 hours. Tried calling many numbers they are all in the Philippines, you get the run around, nobody could help, and they probably denied all returns, at this point I will not buy anything from them again. By the way who had a return policy for 72 hours, they should just let you know when you order an item; you cannot return it. Final Sale! Please do not make the same mistake as I did. I even tried calling a store and they still routed somewhere else.

Kabir is awesome! He hooked me up with an incredible deal. 5 stars earned for my 1st visit. My 2nd visit: 2 stars removed for not canceling my large purchase. I spoke with multiple representatives at the store a day after my purchase, including Vincent, the guy who sold me the items, to inform them that the furniture won't work for my space. They assured me that I'd get a refund within 3-5 business days. Fast forward two weeks and I get a delivery confirmation email that the products that I canceled will arrive this week... Yikes. Check twice (or more) if you request a refund from Ashley. They may not listen the first time.
