We were so very pleased with our salesman & service advisor Kabir at Ashley Furniture on Blossom Hill Rd. We were searching for a couple new recliners for my husbands upcoming back surgery. Kabir was passionate about the upcoming surgery and pleasantly took us thru the store to show the display of power recliners. We found the one that we liked and he was eager to check stock for delivery prior to the surgery date. There was no pressure just a great customer service experience. We will definitely return for additional furniture in the future. Thanks Kabir!

The dimensions of the dining chairs were unsuitable, so we called Ashley the day after delivery to request an exchange. They responded that company policy does not allow returns or exchanges. We asked our contact person to help negotiate with the company, and he said he would call us back. However, we never received his call. We proactively called the company multiple times but could not get through. We waited for four days without reaching anyone. We repeatedly asked our contact person to relay the message, which took up a lot of our time. Every time we were told he was in a meeting. Nearly a week later, we finally received a call back, but it seemed he had completely forgotten about the issue and asked what had happened. His final response was that the company had said from the beginning that they would refuse the exchange. It was clear that there was never any intention to resolve this matter. We find it incredible that in the United States, it is possible to be unable to exchange a newly purchased item. We will do everything we can to find a complaint channel. This is a store that does not allow exchanges, so everyone should be cautious.
