Please read before considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture. My wife and I purchased a $3,000 dining room table for our first home from Ashley Furniture one month before moving in. We had the dining room set delivered and professionally assembled by the Ashley Furniture team. The assembly crew severely damaged the backrest of one of the chairs, leaving a 2-inch by 4-inch chunk of wood missing, and hid the damage by placing that specific chair against a wall. We also found that the connecting bar that holds the table together was never attached because it was broken during assembly. We immediately submitted a claim, and a technician was sent out to inspect the damages. He documented everything and ordered the part and a new chair backing. When the replacement parts arrived, the second technician told us the wrong parts were ordered, including the wrong chair back. He then reordered what he claimed were the correct parts and said they would arrive shortly. Weeks later, we still have not received anything, even though we were told the repair would happen within a few days. We have now spent over four hours on the phone with customer service trying to get this resolved. We planned a large holiday/housewarming party two months in advance expecting the furniture to be ready, and Ashley Furniture still hasn’t resolved the issue. Two weeks ago, customer service told us they would replace the entire dining room set because of the inconvenience, but they have not sent a case number or given us a delivery date. We were diligent in reporting the issues the day the furniture was delivered and have stayed in constant contact, but Ashley has been incredibly difficult to work with and unable to provide what should be a simple resolution. If you’ve made it this far, please take all of this into consideration before spending thousands of dollars with Ashley Furniture. Learn from our experience and take your business elsewhere.

I had never purchased from Ashley’s before. I was waited on right away, but wanted to look around for awhile. When I was ready, Richard was right there and showed me what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I purchased two accent chairs. I hope the delivery process goes as smoothly.

Their products may be great. But customer service and delivery of their items is awful. I ordered 3 cabinets for my home. After talking to their electronic text robot all day they still delivered at the wrong time. I was running a zoom meeting and couldn’t open the door. The delivery guys decided to ring my door bell and knock on the door so loudly I thought they were going to knock the door down. After the order got rescheduled again. The order came with one super scratched cabinet, and one broken door cabinet. I kept the broken door one. Cause they said someone will be in contact with me to fix the door. Well still no one has fixed it. And today the next cabinet was supposed to arrive and they just cancelled on me. When I called their number they said it has not arrived from the larger warehouse. Well great customer service would have told me that yesterday. Not the day before Thanksgiving. 2 weeks later and I’m still missing a cabinet and my one cabinet has a broken door. If you are not ready to spend hours of your time talking to a robot not getting any real progress. Ashley is perfect for you. If you want your furniture delivered on time with great customer service. DON’T buy through them. I was super excited about my purchases. And now I’ve completely regretted it. This headache was not worth it. I should have taken my money somewhere else.

I was quite impressed with the entire Ashley Furniture experience. We had great help picking out our sofa sleeper at the store and delivery was a breeze three days later. The delivery men were nice but efficient. Great experience overall Z
