Once I explained to him what I was looking for, he took me to view the dinning room chairs that I had in mind; as if he had read my mind. I ordered a modular set of furniture with the expectation that it would be delivered on the timeline they said it would. Delivery day comes and they have sent delivery drivers that were unable to get on base due to not having the proper identification after the salesman had been informed multiple times it would be an on base delivery. I was told they do this all the time and it wouldn’t be an issue. After blowing up my phone because we weren’t fast enough to respond to the drivers and the member at the store that called while we were finally on the phone with the delivery drivers, they were unable to deliver. The next soonest date after planning around the delivery was the following week after the purchase. I have now called the store which has poor customer service saying there wasn’t anything they could do besides reschedule and give us half of the delivery fee ($100) back on a $2000 couch we ordered and we’re guaranteed there would be no issues. After this big miss on the delivery, the customer service and the measly $100 off a product costing 20 times that, I’d highly recommend thinking about going somewhere else for furniture.

We went there for a rug for our living room and they were super helpful. We have also been wondering about changing our mattress and weren’t sure what to choose and they helped us choose the firmness and what type would work for the both of us. Super happy with going there and can’t wait to get our rug and pillow from them.

First off I want to say my salesman John was a very kind man. The delivery men were great. I had people at my home during the delivery, and they all commented on the left upper cushion was a different shade. I really liked everything about the sofa except the color distortion. Ashley sent out Shane, and he agreed , and ordered another piece of leather. He came back the next week, and redid the cushion. He agreed with me a second time that the color was off. We moved the couch around and it still looked off. Ashley was going to call me back, and didn't. I called, and was told they were going to send someone for another opinion. That person came today, and told me the color isn't off. Well the color is off. The right 2 cushions are more gray, and the left is more blue. 4/16/25 In response to your response tell me what good it would do to complain any further as I've been told by custumer service, and adamantly by the last guy here that you don't take back furniture.
