Horrible experience, ordered a living room set and a dining set. The couch itself was my 7th choice because what they had displayed in store was unavailable on various items. Waited months and they kept rescheduling delivery with no notice. Claimed I wasn’t answering calls but my phone company verified no one ever called. I would have to reach out to them and it was very unprofessional. Never got my furniture at the end of the day and had to ask for a refund and it’s going to take a while to get my $$ back.
I purchased this sectional couch on June 13th and did not receive it until July 27th due to a “system glitch”. The couch is perfect and exactly what I expected but the delay was a devestating inconvenience and unprofessional from this Ashley Furniture store. If it wasn’t for their sales associate, Maci D., and me going in personally to speak to their customer service center face-to-face, I would have most likely not received my couch until another month later. This Ashely Furniture store did not reach out to me to confirm the delivery until my wife and I reached out to Maci to confirm and keep track of any updates since there would be no response from this particular store every time we would call.
BUYER BEWARE: This is the worst customer service store I have ever dealt with. We 1st received a couch that was broken and waited a month for than one that did not work out that we waited 2 weeks for. Had to go to store multiple times, since they could not do anything over the phone, which is ridiculous. They have it set up this way so they can keep your money!!! Its been over 2 months and still have not received my full refund after a few dozen calls. They do not answer call at local store , to force you to go in. This is a racket.

Come to buy a new couch and no one wants to make a sale. 7 sales people standing around and joking and not one of them ever asked if we needed help.

I ordered my sectional sofa on 5/24/2020, they told me they will deliver on 6/30/2020. On the day of delivery, they said the other half part of the sofa will be delivered on 7/16/2020. On 7/16/2020, they didnt even bother to call me. I had to call 7/17/2020 and spoke to the salesperson curtis (the guy who helped me on the floor.) He told me that the sofa will be delayed until august! I asked when in august, they said they dont know! Curtis told me to call customer service but nobody will answer you, they will make you leave a message after 15 mins of waiting then they will not return your call!
Mila was a great sales rep.
They have a great set up. A salesperson meets you at the door. If you want to walk around alone, just let them know and they'll just check in with you periodically or you can ask them to show you specific styles or price ranges. They've got some excellent sales going on right now. Their inventory is extensive; we had to leave, mull over our choices and then go back.

This was our first time shopping at Ashley. The sales associates stay within earshot so they can help if you need it, but otherwise leave you to browse freely. Hakim worked with us, and he was very helpful. He broke down the different sales that were going on and how we could best use them to get what we were looking for at the best price. We will certainly return when we have further furniture needs.
The sales rep who sold us our furniture was great. The delivery crew was great. The scheduling/customer service on the phone was a nightmare. When our furniture was delivered, our dining set was missing four chairs and a bench. It was accidentally delivered to the stop before us. The delivery driver offered to go back and get the items right then, but the person to whom they were delivered refused to give them back because he wanted to purchase them. I reached out to customer service. It took forever to get ahold of someone. The person I talked to didn’t call me back with the information they said they would. Overall little to no concern was showed to my scheduling requests/ preferences causing me to have to miss work again to stay home and wait for the furniture a second time. While the sales rep and delivery people are good, this experience with Ashley customer service makes me want to purchase furniture elsewhere in the future.

Curtis was very helpful and showed me the 3 table/chair sets I was uninterested in based on my online searches. He was very professional and a true joy to work with during this process.
We spent over $9000 cash and they told us our order was ready and all there and they would deliver it the day after closing on our house. The day of the delivery the warehouse called and said the couch was on backorder and they didn't know when we would get it. i thought Ashley built their own furniture but yet can't tell you when it would be here. So later that day the oder showed up and they gave us the wrong legs for my daughters bed and couldn't set it up and then said they were done. i asked where the rest of the order was and they said that was it. My wife went to the store and told here it was already delivered the day before and we were lying. I asked her to ask the to show the signature for proof of delivery. Then all of a sudden they said oh it accidentally got deleted because one of the items wasn't in the warehouse it was in the store, so they deleted our whole order that was already paid for. So finally after admitting to their mistake they delivered the rest of they order the next day, but we are still waiting on our couch that will be here someday.This was our first buying experience and will be our last. We went and bought this furniture 3 weeks in advance because we knew it would be to hectic with moving and closing on our house. the amount of stress they caused by calling us a liar and then telling us everything was in stock, we would have picked a different living room set if we knew that couch was back ordered. They treat you like Royalty when your in there spending money and after the deal is done they treat you like a homeless person and they don't know you. SMH I waited over a week to write this thinking they might make it up to us. If they do I will delete this. but at this point i would never shop there again.
