On 04/02/22 we came into the store looking for a new tv stand and luckily we found one that we loved at an affordable price we went ahead with purchasing it but unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock so the soonest to get it delivered isn’t until 04/22/22 since we were in no rush we went ahead and got it. On Thursday the day before delivery I thought it was weird that I never received a delivery confirmation text or email I went out of my way and called who ever I spoke with told me delivery was scheduled for the 28th that on the 22nd is when they receive the order to their warehouse and on the 29th it would be delivered. I said ok a week not bad but I should’ve notice that was the first red flag… a day prior to the 29th same thing no text or email confirmation I called yet again and they told me delivery is scheduled for 05/03/22 at this point I was frustrated because of the lack of communication and over the phone they don’t seem to help you. We decided to go in store and cancel out order we did this on 05/01/22 we said we don’t want it anymore we’re gunna be leaving out of town we don’t want the responsibility of it arriving when we’re not here etc they have us a case number told us we’d receive a refund within 3-7 business days. I gave them 10. On the 10th day we went in store yet again. Just for them to tell us they were unable to process the refund because I delivery was made on the 13th… we weren’t here on the 13th we were in a different state from the 11-15… and they now want to tell us that there was a delivery and we have no knowledge of it ! It’s been days since we last went in and we still haven’t received a refund! I’m beyond upset I never expected something like this to happen to us. I wish I could give them no stars honestly they made my experience here horrible. I don’t recommend shopping here if you had a good experience here then great but for me it took a turn that I never expected it to.

Never answers their phone when you call. Kind of ridiculous. Have tried several different days and times & no one ever answers. Just keeps ringing. Also, most importantly, the only reason I’m having to call to reach someone is because their sales rep totally messed up my order and never fixed it. Extremely frustrating and huge waste of time!! They also charged me $400 to deliver 2 items. Highway robbery when literally every other company these days is offering *free* shipping…I feel I was ripped off by this place. To make matters worse, they don’t even expect my couch to be delivered until 3 months from my purchase date. **Update: I ordered this in early February. It’s now mid-May and they still keep pushing my order delivery date back. Of course, they just decided to deliver it the only time I’m on vacation, so I had to call to reschedule it yet again. However, every time I try calling them, it says I’m caller number two hundred and something 🙄 Regretting ever buying this couch from them. I had to buy a temporary couch to use for all of these months - Living Spaces delivered this couch within 2 days of ordering…

This is the worst store ever! They are liars and deceive their customers. They lie about delivery dates and cancel multiple times and each employee changes the dates. DO NOT GO HERE!

Sales lady was too pushy and followed me around the store the whole time. She had an old phone number in the system for me but assured me she would change it for delivery call. She never did and I never got a call. I had to follow-up...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't make our mistake and let sales swipe your credit card before asking if your item is backordered. Because they won't provide that information until after you pay - and it's non refundable. I was incredibly pregnant, just moved into town, without a dining table. And they failed to tell us it was backordered several months. Now, it's back ordered even more - until August (we purchased in early February). And we are still without our dining table with a little baby due any day now. I am so upset and disgusted by their sales team who not to mention are sloppy with paperwork and misspelled our names on the order form just so they could rush onto the next customer. I am in so much pain from standing and eating pregnant...I can't stand it.
