On August 7, bought a sofa set. The delivery date was to be the 19th Sept. They called that day and said only the love seat was coming by 4:15pm. At 4:30 I called them because no delivery. They told me the Sofa was discontinued. Sorry!#? Right my wife and I cleaned and cleared the Family room, stayed home from 12pm to 4:30 pm for nothing. Waste of time. Called the store several times was on forever hold. Don't go there.

Bobby helped to and even the store manager helped out while they where busy! It's hard to find a store where employees find and ask you sincerely how they can help and follow through. This is the fifth purchase I have made at Ashley's. I shopped around and they beat the competition. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger said "I'll be back"
The quality is good, and the showroom is great as well. But the delivery time and logistics including the response time and hassle when you have issues with your order is very difficult. It's been months since I ordered my furniture and a few pieces still are pending delivery, Covid-19? Maybe. And I still have issue with a pending exchange because one of the pieces is built wrong, after 6-7 weeks of delivery. So over all, there's definitely room to improve.
Although our buying experience was good, trying to work with the delivery people was a nightmare. They promised to send a small truck due our steep driveway but didn’t and after damaging the driveway the delivery men tried to hit us up for an additional charge for “set up” which involved placing a chair on the family room floor (no steps involved). I won’t be buying from them again.
We went in for the Labor Day sale and got exactly what we were looking for! Curtis, our salesman, was awesome! He helped us configure the couch that we needed for the space that we had available. Then on top of that we are going back to see him to buy a new mattress. Prices were great service was fabulous!
First time my experience shopping at Ashley for furnitures. First impression was good quality of merchandise and price on sale for Labor Day . I was enjoying walking around and see all different styles of furniture. I would recommend to all my friends . Second Experience that I don’t like is seller associated do pushy . Never introduce himself , and so rushed to closed account transaction . I do understand that he get a commission or else but the only thing I don’t like is never give me a time to think about to select and matching for my new home . First impression most came from friendly welcome but not him. I was very disappointed but. I need furniture for my new home . Other wise I would walked out and go somewhere else . Spending money over $3000 not only $100-$500 , you know ? No customer service attitude and not explain any . Only thing just go and closed transaction !!! Sorry to say it . Usually I never ever complain . If not that bad .
Johnny “Bravo” was a very patient and attentive sales person, without being too clingy. His suggestions were helpful and we enjoyed working with him. Bravo!
Worst customer service. Have had ongoing issues since March with furniture that is less than a year old. No one answers the phone. No one responds. No one is allowed to give contact information to other departments or even for managers. No one is allowed to make decisions at the store front- yet they are advertised as independently owned and operated. Why have a store manger? No one follows up. I have had to show up to the store of purchase bc no one answers the phone. I've been hung up on by call center agents who don't know how to answer the case. Poor quality , poor customer service Ashley is a joke. I’ve called, I’ve showed up to the local store what is it going take? Disputing bank charges is next. Even small claims as others have had to do.
Horrible customer service. Horrible follow through. Horrible experience. Poor quality. Lack of management, no sense of urgency, no ability to delegate and make decisions. Can’t even contact departments directly, your allowed a name but no contact information. This company is setting themselves up for lawsuits and small claims. Still waiting for resolution and it’s not happening. Being pushed to the limits, ready to sit in the store until someone gets a “regional manager” on the phone and makes a decision or hand will be coerced to dispute charges.
Absolute worst furniture shopping experience of my life. Would not recommend to anyone no matter how attractive the financing options. I purchased roughly 10k of furniture from this establishment 3 months ago. I’ve since started my payments on said furniture and still have yet to receive the other half of my order. 1. The original living room set I wanted was not in stock so I changed my selection based on availability, was given a date of delivery of Aug 9. That got pushed back to the 29th. Here we are at the 29th and no delivery. I work nights so I had to stay up during the delivery window only to find that nothing is coming. So I go to the store I made the purchase and am now advised that my furniture won’t be delivered until late September. I was not given a courtesy call. 2. A portion of my order was CANCELLED with no warning. 3. When I tried to call customer service to straighten out the situation, I was met with the most rude and unprofessional customer service representative who HUNG UP ON ME. 4. I ordered lamps that were sent to the WRONG ADDRESS. I understand there will be some delays due to the pandemic, but I changed my selections based on the availability I was told. Had I known that I would be waiting 12 weeks I would not have purchased a single piece of furniture from this place. This place is beyond disorganized and selling furniture they don’t even have. No one is providing solutions, just excuses.

We stopped here to look at recliners. They have a wide variety to look at, both power and manual. Wide price range, Curtis, our sales associate showed us around, no pressure.
Ashley took our money. They sold us a couch and would not deliver it. They sent a text to confirm we would be home for delivery and never showed. We had to call them to see what was going on and they told us they don’t have the couch anymore. Worst furniture store ever.
I bought a hide a bed less than a year ago. It broke within 5 monthes after using it 5 times. I called and revisited ASHLEYS several times in attempt to get it repaired and was given false promises, no return calls, nothing. I was left with no other choice than to file a small claims case. The hide a bed is still broken , and now in my garage. Worse experiencing ever buying furniture!!!!!Highly not recommended. I just want my money back!!!!! STILL WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION
Surprised this place has a 4.6 rating, because if I could give them no stars I would. By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've tried processing a claim for the last 6 months. Only until the last two months has anything happened because I've called persistently every week. You legit cannot just call and get through to customer service. Apparently they just sit there and let them ring all day. The first issue was sending me a copy of an invoice through email. God forbid they had to type my name in the computer and email it to me. The customer service ladies refused to called me back after numerous calls and voicemails. Finally I got a hold of the manager who was slightly more helpful. Their warranty company GBS is a joke as well. But finally after 6 months I got my claims approved and i'm waiting for a rug replacement. After updating my address, they somehow are delivering it to the wrong address. I only spoke to one customer service lady at a call center who was very rude and she still couldnt solve the issue. Her response was "contact the store", yet they dont answer. And after making 25 calls today to correct the mistake, nothing has changed. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, Jerome's is right down the road. Edit to add: I drove down to Ashley's because no one was answering. And they were just sitting around doing nothing. When they finally helped me change the address, it took less than 5 minutes. Well I got a call the next day confirming my delivery date and it's the old address still. How? I dont understand!
