To future consumers planning to purchase furniture for their homes, I strongly advise against Ashley StoreHome. I personally experienced significant issues with their company and would not recommend them. While customer service in the store may be satisfactory, once you make a purchase, you become a stranger to them and are treated as disposable. Store employees are trained to manipulate their words and avoid taking responsibility for the items they sell. After filing a claim, they can only schedule time frames by day, not by hour, and you must be available to meet them. They may agree to a time window, but they may not follow through on their promises. When a technician visits your home to inspect the faulty item, they may provide a different explanation than what they told you in person. They may also input their feedback differently from what they said to you. I attempted to resolve the issue at the store level, but the manager never responded to my calls and ignored my concerns. In this situation, I am left with a faulty recliner that does not recline straight. As per Ashley HomeStore, the recliner meets their standards, so they are unable to provide any solution. Additionally, the display items in the store are not the same as the products you will receive, as they are lower quality. Therefore, it is crucial to be vigilant and aware of potential scams.

Delivery was on time but our cabinet was missing the dowel rods that hold up the shelves; have to wait several days for that part. Update 1 week later - the parts that had to be ordered didn't arrive in time for the original appointment on Friday 3/28 - they are arriving next Monday. I called to reschedule the service appointment, and they were only able to schedule the day, but not the time on that day. Overall not a good experience at all with Ashley service.

Horrible experience. First they try to con you into getting their credit card without telling that is what's happening.....really crooked. Then they deliver furniture that I paid over $4,000 and it's defective. 3 of the 6 chairs are crooked and rock from corner to corner as well as the 2 night tables. They send some guy out who bangs the legs into place. I should have returned everything but it would be too much of a hassle. This company sucks and will never go there. I will also tell everyone how terrible they are.

My initial salesperson was Gary but he got caught up with another customer. Richard took over and was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and efficient with getting my purchase taken care of. Received my dining table today. Great price and great quality.
