Don’t listen to the “warranty” that they have they cover only very very very specific things. None of which would fall under partial things that actually happen to furniture. Quality is very poor and doesn’t hold up— highly reccomend shopping elsewhere.

Great customer service. Lady was very nice and showed us many sectionals and fireplaces. Not too pricey the fabric and material of couch is worth it and will last long. The fireplace changes colors and is so relaxing on a chilly day.

My wife and I just got our first house, and we wanted to furnish it nicely without spending too much. We happened upon a sale here, and we got me great pieces for very fair prices. We got a couple display models for less than half price and we're very excited to have them delivered. The man who worked with us, Zach, was very helpful, very knowledgeable, showed us lots of items and helped us narrow down the one we wanted without being pushy or demanding. Genuinely just very helpful and pointed us right where we needed to be. He's also great at stepping away at the right moment to let us talk while he goes and checks on prices and things, coming back with the needed information at the perfect time. It felt like he was always there but never intruding, exactly like a sales rep should be. The lady who helped us with financing, Stephanie, was very friendly and knew what she was doing, and she made getting the financing almost as easy as checking out at the grocery store. I'd come back here in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

The manager Brad and sales rep Zack went above and beyond this weekend for my mother. Mom wanted a couch as soon as possible and was honestly one of those customers that are harder to please. They were able to find her a nice couch that was ready the next day for us to do a pickup, These two gentlemen personally loaded this couch for us into the uhaul, making sure it was loading securely and easy for us to unloaded. As a former retail assistant manager myself, I was extremely impressed with this level of service. Zack had also helped me a little over a month ago select a sofa for my own house, we met with Zack on two occasions to play with styles and color options due to having an living room with a hard layout to style. His attention to our needs and time he spent with us is why we came back this weekend for my mothers sofa.

Went looking for a couch and found it. What’s funny is that they wouldn’t let us take it. The manager said he had a big sale coming up and wouldn’t let us purchase it. We did not ask for a loan, discount or delivery. It was rude and disappointing. I feel kind of bad the girl. I hope she doesn’t work of commission because she lost a sale.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service at Ashley in sand city. My mother was having emergency health issues and they were amazing. My family and I visited Ashley furniture during their grand opening. Decorating my daughters first room was an exciting project but was disappointed that delivery wouldn’t happen in less than a month. We decided to go elsewhere…. Small local place that delivered the same day. That was over a year ago. Today I decided to give Ashley another try. I needed a new mattress and box spring. Again…. I was told delivery wouldn’t happen in less than a month. The store was empty and the employees looked bored. I was able to purchase what I needed elsewhere with same day delivery. Get with the times Ashley. Consumers want their product fast. Cheap furniture should be of abundance in a warehouse nearby.

Had superior service here. My sales lady was attentive without hovering. The manager got me a bit more $ off my recliner which was already on sale! Good selection in a new building

I visited the Ashley HomeStore in Sand City California on January 19, 2023. I received a friendly welcome from Reina when I entered the store. She asked me if she could help me with anything. I told her it was the first time I was visiting the store and I wanted to browse through the store. She responded “let me know if you have any questions.” I responded “I will.” I took my time walking through the store looking at all the beautiful furnishings and decorations. I noticed a painting that I thought my daughter would enjoy in her home. I wanted to purchase it for her upcoming birthday. I sent a text to my son-in-law asking him to measure the area where it would be displayed. He sent me the dimensions and I was very pleased that the painting would fit in the space. Reina helped me when I purchased the painting and three Guardsman furniture products. My daughter loves the painting it’s a beautiful feature in her home. Thank you, Reina, for your friendliness and professionalism. You didn’t approach me as I walked through the door and waited patiently for me to approach you with questions. I enjoyed my experience looking through the store and will return in the future.

He then showed us mattresses and made sure we got the mattress based on how we sleep and our comfort levels. Manager Brad promised to get back to me, and he definitely delivered! He was so nice, and he and employee Anthony helped me load them into the truck! They’ve made a bunch of kids so happy. Today we’ll paint our new backdrop and the show goes on tomorrow! We’ll definitely check back in the future if/when we need something like this. It’s so wonderful to find a business who cares about the community and took time to help. When I stopped by to pick up the huge boxes, I was also able to get a look at the furniture inside. Ordered this couch six weeks ago, they said that it would be delivered in two to three weeks. I understand the delay due to the times we live in. It arrived two days ago. I noticed the imperfections and emailed the photos to Ashley Homestore. They said that would be too much work to fix imperfections, so they were going to go ahead and send a new one that they happened to have, in two days. It arrived this morning. Curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to see how the couch arrived. as a new one takes six weeks to receive. Of course it arrived with no packaging or box, only with a blanket on top of it. Needless to say that I refused it. I paid for a new couch, not used. This so called new couch obviously came from the showroom floor, as it came with no packaging or box I am extremely disappointed, as the wool has been tried to be pulled over my eyes. Where has the trust and honesty gone. Shame!

Ordered a few items back in October. While the item I did receive was great quality, the immense amount of delays were irritating. While I understand it isn't their fault that things were being delayed, there was a severe lack of communication on when the items were expected. Some of the salespeople on the floor were also extremely pushy which I found off-putting. The people in charge of the transactions were always very friendly however. Overall there are some great items in the store that are worth looking at but I unfortunately cannot fully recommend purchasing things from there.

First couch didn't fit my house had to reorder.

I stopped by at the end of October and again on November 4th I decided to purchase a high table set with 3 chairs and 3 stools. I was told it would arrive around 4-6 weeks definitely before Christmas. After not hearing back by Dec. 13th i called and asked to speak to the manager, he wants there but called back the next day. He said I wasn’t supposed to get that date and that he was sorry but my order would arrive mid January. I told him if I would have know of this timeline I wouldn’t have placed the order because I had family visiting for the holidays, he said he would try to arrange something and he would call me back. It’s January 3rd and not call back. Sales person excluding manager are great. Would not recommend this place. Update 2/9/21: I called again on Jan 20th 2022 about the status of my order and the manager said it looked like they would have news towards the end of the month. Of course I requested a discount for my troubles. He offered $150. I agreed but I just wished their cancellation policy didn’t charge 30% from the total otherwise I would have canceled long ago to avoid this headache. We’re a week away from the middle of February and there is still no calls about the status or delivery of my high table set. Very disappointed.

Got a chase and love seat. Can't wait to get them. It's going to be a few weeks. I saved a lot, like 51% just off the just the chase lounge. 48% off the love seat. Super easy and really took no time because I new what I wanted from the sales add.
