Don’t listen to the “warranty” that they have they cover only very very very specific things. None of which would fall under partial things that actually happen to furniture. Quality is very poor and doesn’t hold up— highly reccomend shopping elsewhere.
Great customer service. Lady was very nice and showed us many sectionals and fireplaces. Not too pricey the fabric and material of couch is worth it and will last long. The fireplace changes colors and is so relaxing on a chilly day.

(The same thing had happened to me with a mattress that I had before that and if I had it on a base that had a central support with several boards crossed, and it behaved the same as this one) I do not recommend purchasing mattresses from this store, I did not waste your money, consider any other store before making the purchase. I attach photos of the rude mattress I had to sleep on all this time, the base and even the bill. Note: I have no complaints about the service, I appreciate it, but their products have nothing to do with it! Open your eyes very wide before buying! (Con un colchón que tuve anterior a ese me había pasado lo mismo y si lo tenía en una base que tenía soporte central h varias tablas atravesadas, y se portó igual que este mismo) No recomiendo la compra de colchones en esta tienda, no boté su dinero considere cualquier otra antes de realizar la compra. Adjunto fotos de la grosería de colchón en el que me tocó dormir todo este tiempo, la base y hasta la factura. Nota: no tengo quejas de la atención, lo agradezco, pero sus productos nada que ver! Abran los ojos muy bien antes de comprar!

My wife and I just got our first house, and we wanted to furnish it nicely without spending too much. We happened upon a sale here, and we got me great pieces for very fair prices. We got a couple display models for less than half price and we're very excited to have them delivered. The man who worked with us, Zach, was very helpful, very knowledgeable, showed us lots of items and helped us narrow down the one we wanted without being pushy or demanding. Genuinely just very helpful and pointed us right where we needed to be. He's also great at stepping away at the right moment to let us talk while he goes and checks on prices and things, coming back with the needed information at the perfect time. It felt like he was always there but never intruding, exactly like a sales rep should be. The lady who helped us with financing, Stephanie, was very friendly and knew what she was doing, and she made getting the financing almost as easy as checking out at the grocery store. I'd come back here in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.
Sales associate took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us several different options. It was a great experience. If your looking to replace some furniture, I recommend a stop at Ashley in Sand City.
The manager Brad and sales rep Zack went above and beyond this weekend for my mother. Mom wanted a couch as soon as possible and was honestly one of those customers that are harder to please. They were able to find her a nice couch that was ready the next day for us to do a pickup, These two gentlemen personally loaded this couch for us into the uhaul, making sure it was loading securely and easy for us to unloaded. As a former retail assistant manager myself, I was extremely impressed with this level of service. Zack had also helped me a little over a month ago select a sofa for my own house, we met with Zack on two occasions to play with styles and color options due to having an living room with a hard layout to style. His attention to our needs and time he spent with us is why we came back this weekend for my mothers sofa.

We called to check the closing time and was told 7PM, we arrived at 6:50 and the doors were closed. We waited a minute and found out store staff leaving from a side door.
