We called first and spoke to Grace who spent time with us and looked up our previous purchases and found the matching furniture and we looked at it online with her. So when we went to the store it was easy to purchase an additional loveseat and sofa since Grace did all of the legwork before we even showed up.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE – THEIR WARRANTY IS A JOKE! I bought a bed frame from Ashley in January 2022, and it has been the WORST furniture purchase I’ve ever made. By May 2022, the bed frame already had issues, so I filed a complaint under the warranty. After several calls and months of being ignored, they finally sent someone in December 2022—yes, SEVEN MONTHS LATER! The service guy confirmed there was an issue, said they would order replacement parts, and guess what? The parts NEVER arrived. Fast forward to 2025, and the bed frame completely broke. I called Ashley again, only for them to tell me there was “nothing they could do” because the warranty had expired. Are you kidding me? I reported the problem DURING the warranty period, and they did NOTHING to fix it back then. Now they want to wash their hands of it? This is absolutely unacceptable. Ashley Furniture’s so-called “warranty” is just a scam. They’ll make you jump through hoops, ignore your complaints for months, and then wait for the warranty to expire so they can tell you you’re out of luck. On top of that, their customer service is horrendous. If you’re considering buying from Ashley, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and broken furniture. There are plenty of other furniture companies out there that actually stand behind their products. Ashley Furniture just wants your money and could care less about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

The sectional was set up and looks beautiful..Very high quality! Delivery guys moved 2 pieces across the room and lock pieces together. Super thick plushy courderoy. Has a chaise on one side and a recliner on other side and both pieces recline. I am extremely thrilled since it was delivered. Way better quality than I was going to sell the for. The manager " Manny" worked out a deal for us after I discovered a delay. He made everything all better.!

Had a great experience at the store working with Hung! I’m very particular and know exactly what I want and don’t like to be sold on something I don’t want. Hung listened to my requirements and found options for me that meet my requirements. When my requirements couldn’t be meet by Ashley he was honest up front with me and didn’t try to convince me to change my mind. He even encouraged me to go home and measure my home to make sure his recommendation would fit. Because of this I ended up coming back the same weekend and making a significant purchase. When I came back the purchase & delivery set up went smooth and I was out of the store in less than 20mins. I Highly recommend working with hung!

This was my first time to the Santa Ana location. I usually go to the Anaheim Hills location and receive better customer service. Omar Carillo was my salesperson at Santa Ana and he was not knowledgeable, does not commumicate effectively and did not listen to my needs and wants. The quality of Ashley's furniture it very good, but my salesperson should choose a different career.
My husband and I went shopping here for a new bed, as well as to research a rocking chair for our nursery, and had one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. We were helped by Mr. Noel Wu, who was a very nice person but struggled to complete the transaction because he was very forgetful. Throughout our time shopping, we mentioned several times that we had an existing Ashley credit line through Synchrony that we wanted to use. Mr. Wu looked up my husband's information multiple times, which we understood also included the credit line. After deciding on moving forward with a bed, Mr. Wu collected my husband's information and ran his credit without us knowing, which resulted in a hard credit pull and a new credit line with Concora that we did not want or authorize. Both the manager and Mr. Wu insisted that it was only a soft credit pull, which was a lie as confirmed by the hard pull on my credit report the following day. When we asked why this happened, Mr. Wu stated that the "system" choses the creditor for the account. How does the "system" make a choice that overrides the customer's?The floor manager even pretended we had never said anything about our existing account, which was also a lie. We were assured several times that the account would be reversed and closed, but that was not only never done, but my husband was told the next day "what is done is done" when he followed up as to why he was getting more emails from Concora about this new account. Furthermore, the process of making the purchase was excruciating. We were in the store for hours as they tried to process the transactions and correct the constant mistakes that were being made. They tried to give us a lesser promotion (12 months no interest instead of 60 months) which we only caught because we asked due to the credit account issue that had already occurred. Then they had to split the order into two parts to correct this. They then put an address on the order that we had 4 years ago (not even in the same county as we are in now) without confirming with us or asking first, which created a further ordeal trying to get the address corrected. My husband had to speak to his credit card company several times because the transactions they kept running looked suspicious. Since the account and order was under my husband's name only, I finally left the store to shop elsewhere in the mall because it was getting too frustrating for me. In total it took us around 4 hours from the time we walked in to the time we left, which is ridiculous. In addition, my husband had to return the following day on his lunch break to sign paperwork for one of the order portions because they "forgot" to have him sign it. I can be very forgiving about many things, (like the high pressure upselling, which I hate and usually leave due to, and also happened from the floor manager) but the combination of fraud and lying around the unauthorized credit application really put this one over the top for me. At first we thought this was just incompetence, but the fact that they are still refusing to make it right by working with Concora to close the unauthorized account and reverse the impact on my husband's credit report speaks to intentional deception, which may be due to the likely staff and manger incentives for opening new credit accounts. Given our experience with this location, I would stay far away from it! I wish we had left without buying anything and just made the purchases online after we got home. It would have saved us literal hours dealing with incompetent and deceptive representatives and avoided a fraudulently opened credit line.

Very good price and deal. I like the couch too. However, the rep didn't inform us on why we were charged with protection plan and what would happen if we weren't going to get the plan. We would have been more pleased if things were explained before print out the invoice.

We love the sectional sofa and the part with the speakers. The only problem was one of the sections was delayed twice.
They sold me a bed that wasn't even in stock or available. I found this out after 2 delivery postponements & on the call to postpone 3rd time. Had to wait 10 days for my refund & that was only because I called & demanded it be done that day! Never shopping at Ashley again!
Ashley home stores are a horrible establishment with bait and switch sales tactics. I was given a price for a piece of furniture, signed the receipt and everything. They opened up a credit card for me and when I got my first statement, I was charged twice as much for the item. I called the credit card company and they didn’t help me. I called the store and they didn’t help me. I had to file a complaint with the BBB in order for them to even respond to me and then in respondents to my complaint, it took me five times to talk to someone and the demand they show me a receipt with the with the charge they were billing me because it was fraudulent. This is a horrible establishment. Beware do not shop here.

It was horrible. They delivered the bed with a screw missing then the screw took over a month to arrive. I had to sleep on the floor for a month. For the quality of the products, their service isnt worth it. I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

I will never shop at Ashley furniture ever again! I ordered a rug and received the wrong style and color rug! After calling the store they will not pick it up or refund me my money unless I take the rug in. The manager James Rodriguez told Malik to tell me that unless I bring it in I cannot receive my money back. I have no way to transport an 8x10 rug nor can I lift it, and I explained this and they do not care. They don’t care to fix their mistake and give me my correct rug or money back! This is bad business and the worst customer experience I have ever had! Not to mention it was not even delivered to my door! It was delivered to a mail room and I never received a delivery notification! I happened to be getting an Amazon box and seen it and had to ask others to help me get it to my house.

Went today to see if they had any nice round dinning tables. We found one that we actually liked! We had Omar Carrillo to help us. He helped us a ton! Gave us the dinning table AND a coffee table for so much cheaper. The coffee table wasn't so much on the list today but it was so nice we HAD to get it. It was perfect for our living room. So happy with our purchases. Thank you Omar 🙏 Only downside is that we wanted to have them both delivered to us but we have to pick up the coffee table now. Always check things! Edit: it was fixed and we should have it delivered Thursday.

Everything was going good until we decided to come back next week to finalize the purchase of a couple couches and dressers. We wanted to get an estimate on the furniture but Fred, the one who helped us, didn't like that. His toned changed instantly in what was a mad/frustration mood. We told him that we will still work with him only next week but that wasn't good enough for him. Fred then told us to leave the store ASAP cause he couldn't help any other customers until we left. We felt that was weird and only after thinking about it. We both came to the conclusion that we were basically kicked out of the store by Fred. I have never been kicked out of any store so that was a first for me. The store is great but that experience was pretty bad. I understand its commission based and we told him that he can work with other guest while we were in the store, thats was no issue but being asked to leave the store felt a bit too far.

I purchased a bed frame in June, and set an delivery date on the 19th on the purchase date. I'm trying to get ready for my family's coming so I need an exact delivery time and I thought it's all set. A few days before 19th, I received an email saying the delivery is not available and asked me to make a phone call to their store and I did, they told me the date was set to 22nd July, and I said OK. Today, I received their message saying the delivery is not available for 22nd and it's available for 25th of July and asked them what is the exact delivery date for my furniture, they said no available delivey date. Alright, if you don't do business in furniture in this industry, DO NOT WASTE CUSTOMERS' TIME. Please be careful even they said they have set your delivery date in their system, they are just trying to find an excuse for not able to presenting their furniture!

At your Santa Ana location, customer Service is one of the greatest experience I’ve had in a long time and granite. I am a longtime purchaser of Ashley furniture. I had to pleasure of dealing with three individuals who helped to accommodate my needs, it was James, a Super super nice guy who welcomed me into the store and to care for my needs, and I am not sure if I am pronouncing this young lady’s name, right , who was helping me at the front counter I think it’s Tasmin, and Roxana. I am a Spanish speaker and I had help translating this to English. I went into the store to buy some lamps. I was told by the sales person her name is Maria Cruz that I could order them online and have them shipped to my house. I ordered online and paid in the store. When I received them at home the lamps looked nothing like they did online. I tried to return them in the store and they said that all in-store sales are final no matter what. I was never told this when I purchased the lamps and the terms and conditions on the receipt are in English. When I told Maria Cruz that the lamps look nothing like what she showed me online she said, " That is why I do not buy things online". The way I was treated by the sale's associate is criminal. The sales people and the managers of this store are not to be trusted especially by Spanish only speaking customers.

I was very happy with the staff at the Santa Ana store on 4/15/2024 . They were very kind and let my friend take the wheel chair out to the parking lot that was a fair distance from the store to pick me up as walking is not something I do very well. Gabriel and the store manager James were very patient with me in my seach for two arm chairs as I have very specific needs measurment and design wise. They put up with me for over an hour and I couldn't find the chairs I need. In addition they spent more time going over the options in your catalog; still no luck. I did find a table with power outlets and purchased it. No pressue trying to close me with something that didn't work and treated me with respect and kindness. Just avoid ordering from the store. If you want something from Ashley, just order online. The sales people say they will “fight” for discounts for you but don’t do anything as they said, and they also won’t let you know that there’s a no assembly delivery option for $99 instead of the full delivery + assembly for $249. Oh and they won’t stop talking. Like come on, just stop and take a breath.

Came to the store yesterday not knowing what to expect we were greeted by our trusted advisor Omar. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bedroom sets, mattresses, and also sectionals . I came in just a couple hours before closing stressed trying to find a bed frame and some miscellaneous items quickly. I put the sales associate through the wringer with changing my about things and finding items that weren’t even actually for sale anymore. He was patient and went above and beyond for me. This is one of the bigger purchases I’ve made for my home and I’m glad I had him to guide me through it. UPDATE: After a great in-store experience, it's been a rough few weeks. Not all the pieces were delivered, so assembly was only half done for weeks. When I followed up, I was told I'd have to wait another 3 months. After several phone calls, the store mostly resolved that issue. When it was finally assembled, I decided the box spring was too big for this frame. I don't know why no one told me that when I picked it, but now I was told I couldn't exchange it because I'd already signed for it, back when the bed was incomplete and I didn't know how it would look. During this whole debacle, the sales rep told me he'd give me 5% off for my troubles, for which I was very appreciative. When I asked the store how to get that 5% back, they said they couldn't do that. So I reached out to the rep who offered it and was told, "Next time you buy something, come in the store and we can take care of it." That's not how 5% off works, and after how long it took to get this $1300 bed assembled and still not be happy with it, I don't see myself coming in anytime soon to right that wrong.

It was so quick and easy, our sales rep, Liana was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was a couple items we needed help with and the extra assistance from Omar and James were a great bonus. This was my first big purchase of new furniture and my first time purchasing with Ashely’s. The team really left a great impression. Will definitely consider Ashley’s for future purchases.
Do not buy furniture from this location! We bought a bed in late march, they deliver the wrong furniture and we had to reschedule and then… they brought a bed with a crack on the headboard so again had to call and reschedule. Now the third time they brought a bedroom set, without the lamps that came on the headboard so the delivery people took it back.. I just found out, with one of the sales girl that the bed I bought, does not come with lamps in a full size bed. They only come in a queen, which the sales girl who helped us told us what we see in the display is what we get… I’m never buying anything from here.

Never buying from that store again, they told my mom the sofa was going to be delivered on the 29, then when my mom called them to ask them why they hadn't come yet they told her it was going to be delivered on the 3rd of the next month. But if she wanted she could go pick it up at the warehouse that is like one hour or more from Orange.👎
Jasmine, Omar, Priscilla, and Malik are excellent employees. I purchased something 90 days ago and for my order I gave them my nickname instead of my legal name. Oh man that caused some complications. Because the item I expected, upon arrival was a different color than I ordered. I had to return it because it did not match my current furniture. I requested the return and refused delivery 3 months ago. Unfortunately the corporate of Ashley wasn’t able to verify my identity and it took them 3 months to return my money. But these 4 employees went above and beyond and made a stressful situation much better by listening to my concerns and making sure to communicate with me to the best of their abilities. I wasn’t going to shop from Ashley ever again, but because I received exceptional customer service experience, I happily choose to check out their inventory and purchase from them again Thank you Omar, Priscilla, Jasmine and Malik for making my experience positive

My SA was great but everything else was Horrible! My order got cancelled and I was not noticed and I still don’t have a delivery date, I would not have purchased it if I knew it was back dated. I even paid extra to have it delivered. I waisted my whole day and would not have know if I didn’t call to inquire. I’m very disappointed .

I needed new living and dining room furniture, as I'd bought these 10 years ago from a cheaper source and they didn't last five years. I was very happy with the look, the quality and the prices of what I selected. I was also very happy with the sales team, as they aren't aggressively following you all over the place, giving you your space while you look around. Once I was ready, they were very knowledgeable in answering my questions, offering suggestions, and even working with me on the price. I had been to numerous furniture stores before going there, which I found other the quality lacking, not the right look, or the pricing astronomical. I'm very happy with what I chose and the experience.

Like everything else today prices up everywhere but great furniture n very comfortable as they are beautiful. The Rep people also very nice n helpful. Horrible experience, over charge me, then when I had them remove it, they said too late order has been already sent thru and they couldn't take charge off or refund me instead I need to cancel who order and re order again and my money will be refunded in 2 to 3 days. I Said fine and went home re order what I wanted and they then sent me cancel order and while in middle of put coffee table together they call me and ask me to bring back what they ship me to get my refund. So now I hoping I get what I order soon. Do not recommend this place.

Faye has fantastic- friendly and knowledgeable and patient! What was not good was not being able to pay online because Ashley is unable to separate our billing address from the shipping address. So we had to make a 30 minute trip back to the store to pay in person. We purchased furniture for Jerome’s also. They were able to accept final payment online using 2 different addresses

Hi- I bought a metal foundation for my bed. I do not recommend it as not good quality. The bed started falling apart (as in the picture). It felt like I was on a roller coaster ride. I called and explained the situation, but they said: "that I was not able to exchange it or could not return it"; I was willing to pay the difference if needed. I usually do not review stores, but I made an exception for this situation since buying the metal foundation was money down the drain. Thank you I wanted to update the last review I left. After I left the review, the Ashley review left me a comment to email them. I emailed and explained my situation. We emailed for a month, and after they did their investigation. They emailed me letting me know they credited me with some money in my account, and I could make a reselection ( instead of a metal foundation I chose a wooden foundation). They charged me the setup, delivery, recycling fee, and tax (137.61 dollars), and I had to pay the difference but, overall, they worked with me, and they let me re-select another foundation. The sales rep Maria Aurora Cruz and the manager (cannot remember his name) who was there on 12/23/2023 when the store opened were very helpful and attentive. Thank you for all your help !!!

Everybody here is always so helpful. Its our favorite Ashley's location actually. DO NOT GO to the Ashley's in Long Beach. They tried to keep our refunded credit for MONTHS on Months. And then when my husband went to speak to them in person the girl at customer service was a rude b***h & found it amusing to not want to help him get his 1k+. The manager was called and even he was sooo unprofessional. It was literally crazy and confusing that Ashley's would have such hostile & sneaky staff. This location, we've come & never left it. We've furnished our whole house just from this store alone and have had several different reps & they are all lovely, take their time making sure you get the best fit to your liking, and they are all super professional which is always super important to us. Today we came in just to take a look around & wound up getting my husband a reclining chair for his office. Devin helped us today and he was super kind, patient & professional. Definitely shop at this location if you're looking for a welcoming & honest store.

Ordered mattress and foundation. Both came on time and were put together promptly. So far, so good.
The sales person did not let us know we only had 72 hours to return items if not happy. Of course it was on contract. But the sales person should have gone over it with us. We were not satisfied but could not return it even though we were just wanting a store credit. Management would not do anything either. Now stuck with a $2500 love seat we are not happy with. Very unsatisfied with their customer service.

We were purchased a sectional and were told by the salesperson, Andrew, that the delivery window was 8 am - 12 pm. We told him that we don’t move in until 10 am. Andrew told us that was fine and that when they call the day of we can ask to be later in the delivery. When they called day of, I told the movers about that and they said they couldn’t do that. Then I called Andrew and he said “I don’t remember having that conversation with you” as if it didn’t happen 2 days prior. Just no accountability, morals, or ethics. He seemed like he had that lie rehearsed like he lies like this all the time. Had to rearrange my work schedule because one salesperson lied to make a sale. Pathetic.

Went in to buy a sectional couch and was taken care of right away! Kevin showed us a lot of great options that fit our requirements (not too big, darker color to hide the hair from our two long-haired black cats, etc) and we found the perfect option that was so comfortable. I didn’t feel pushed to choose any particular option at all. The financing application process was very easy and straightforward, and within 30 mins we left with all the paperwork in hand and a delivery date scheduled! My husband and I walked into the store and a very friendly sales person greeted us. His name was Andrew. He was so kind and asked what we were looking for and showed us where to go and he let browse without hovering over us. After we picked out what we wanted he was close by to answer all of our questions and helped us with the purchase. We bought our item yesterday early afternoon and even though they said it would come in, in about 5 days or less by UPS. Well, we received it the very next morning. Less then 24 hrs. Phenomenal. My experience. The second my partner and I walked our pasty skinned bodies into the store, one of the 3-4 men (who stood gathered together near the back of the store) made a beeline for us. We noticed immediately. We were not interested in talking as we were there only to browse. We'd never shopped at Ashley before and wondered what styles and prices they offered. We immediately took a right turn around furniture to stave off the "salesman approach" but he swiftly recalculated his tragectory and continued his attack. We circled and walked right out of the door we came in. The salesman immediately stopped his progression and returned to his cackle at the rear of the store. In the meantime, a family (two parents, 2 kids) had walked in ahead of us. They were Hispanic and spoke together in Spanish. Despite them sitting on several couches, discussing their preferences, never once did any salesperson make a beeline to them. From my observation (before and after the chase), not a single salesperson gave them any attention whatsoever. It was like they didn't exist. Now, there's a possibility these salespeople knew this family and, perhaps, they were known to browse and not buy so an approach from a salesperson would be fruitless (unlikely but I'll throw them a bone). Still, not a single acknowledgement of their presence was made and yet we were sought out and stalked immediately. Even if Ashley offered top quality furniture at rock bottom prices with the most luxurious before and after market customer service (judging from previous reviews, this is far from the truth), I would never shop here. And here's the thing, we were looking for an entire house of furniture as we'd just bought a new place and needed to kit out every room. Obviously we went somewhere else. Additionally, the furniture we did see was uninspiring and common (can be found anywhere) with prices surprisingly high.
Rishi was very helpful and attentive. We were able to get a full set for a really great deal and we are happy with our purchase.
DEAVON the sale rep was very competent and knowledgeable. I came in knowing exactly what model I wanted and bam was out in 10 mins with an order and delivery time I needed!

I don’t know what kind of table this is but I was told it’s marble and I can wipe it clean easily. I haven’t even used it yet and I just received it less than 24 hours ago and it’s already stained. I haven’t used it at all. I don’t understand what kind of material they sold me for $800 bucks. Extremely disappointed.

Went in there late at night to look for a display case. Staff was very helpful in trying to find what I needed. Although, no display cases where available, Manny helped me find an alternative that would work just fine.

I normally don’t do reviews for any places really, but I couldn’t help but comment on such a great experience that I had. I was helped by Faye Abdullahi. Throughout the whole process of me looking for a bed, bed frame and a pillow, Faye was very helpful she didn’t want to just sell me something she really cared about making sure I got the right things for my comfort and to my liking. Faye went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. Faye also made sure to provide plenty of options for me and explaining every piece and the details on it so I was able to choose and have knowledge on the product I’m buying. Overall, Faye provided excellent customer service she was very kind, caring, helpful, and professional throughout this whole process and it was one of the most smoothest big purchase I’ve had in awhile and it was all because of Faye going out of her way to make Ashley’s shopping experience easy and awesome. Definitely earned a longtime customer!

Bought this couch from Ashley's for $1300 got it cause it pulls into a queen size bed. This is fake leather!!! Within a year the leather material is literally falling apart. I'm so disappointed and I have to now throw this away. It weighs like 500 pounds!! I would not recommend anything here .. especially there "leather"

This location has terrible customer service when an order goes wrong. They have you own hold for ridiculous amounts of time and then just hang up on you when you get through. The store manager at this location should be ashamed of the how badly they treat their customers and how irresponsible the staff is addressing issues. Terrible service. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. We bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture. We came in only needing a dining table and bed, but we were pressured to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale they had going on. To sweeten the deal, they threw in a free rug. When the rug came, it was a completely different style, color, and size. We had so much new furniture come in we didn’t notice that the rug was the WRONG ONE. It was the least of our worries. So we call and were told that we had to go back to the original store, 60 miles away from where we now lived, to return it. One of the managers said he can no longer get the original one we wanted, so he told us to look around for something similar in store and would give us some gift cards for the inconvenience. We find one but they tell us that it’s discontinued in the bigger size. We were instructed to look online and everything we liked wasn’t available in their store warehouse. We look for others we don’t like, but we settle since it’s the same size at least, and yet again it’s unavailable. Apparently they have a separate warehouse than online stores. We ask them to show us all the ones in the right size in their store warehouse currently. After an hour of no one really helping us slim down our options, the first manager begins to talk his General Manager about throwing in the first carpet we liked in store off the rack and adding more gift cards. He kept going back and forth to relay the information. We asked to speak to the GM directly because of how frustrated we were, the GM still never came around to talk to us. Instead he was wandering around the store not doing anything, along with the other 10 salespeople standing around on their phones and not doing anything. So in the end, even though they were the ones that messed up on our order originally, made us drive 60 miles to haul it back, and wasted over an hour of our time not really helping us, we were given a model floor rug off the rack that was half the size of the one we were supposed to get at still the same price as the original. But once we discovered the rug we were getting was on sale, only then did they give us a couple more gift cards… which we won’t use since we’re never coming back here.
Me and my wife was so happy because we just got our new bed ( tempur pedic) and also a living room set, a BIG THANKS to manny who really help us especially with our new bed because im having troubled with our old bed im having a back pain all the time so when manny recommend this bed oh my god i absolutely love it. However, I’m giving them only 4 stars because they call you so many times just to confirm the delivery day, and if you miss their call, they state they will change the date (after you waited about a month!) once you call back you are confirmed. This is about one week before. Then, one day before, they call you again to confirm the time. And if you don’t answer, they leave a voicemail stating you need to call back to let them know you confirm the date and time, to know if your home is ready, or if are there any restrictions. Then, you have to call back even if everything is ok. They should ask you to call back only if there are any changes because sometimes you have to wait in line about 10 minutes.

Awful experience. The salesmen are like vultures at this location. They were extremely pushy even when I stated multiple times that I would like to think over the items and purchase later. They convinced me to purchase that day and assured me that returns were easy. I was purchasing a bed frame and told the salesman that I was purchasing a mattress elsewhere. He convinced me to purchase a "similar" mattress and when it arrived it was defective and did not expand to the full size or fit the frame that I purchased. He NEVER said that I would not be able to return the mattress because I purchased it in store. I looked online and it said "You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your mattress." I have spent so much time on hold trying to resolve the issue and they keep saying they will not return the mattress even though they never said in store that I couldn't return it and it does not say that online . To top it off, the $1,500 frame I purchased arrived with stains on it. DO NOT purchase anything from this store unless you are sure you will not need to return it or can afford to lose the money spent. I also spent $500 on delivery and was told it was "white glove service" and they left a mess in my apartment and scuffed the white walls with their shoes.

Went in and ordered a dining table set and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. For something I liked, i felt like 2 months was worth waiting. 6 months later and nothing. Just a monthly email from them thanking me for my patience. Well my patience ran out months ago, cancelled my order with a manager there and that was that. Just a "hey sorry, maybe we can help you order something else". While I was waiting I noticed that they have that same table on display to trick people into buying it and again waiting until patience runs out. Never again, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Ashley used to be a much better store I just had a mattress and frame delivered I paid the $60 delivery fee and set up when the driver showed up he says I don’t have tools I can’t set it up. Whatever you do do not pay for delivery there is a free delivery option always take that one unless you want to do nothing but fight with them and then wait on the phone for hours for a representative to handle your phone call

I’ll give my experience at this location a 1 star. I was hoping to browse around for a new couch but after 3 mins of browsing me and my husband were greeted by Kevin. A short, bald, light skinned man to be very specific. He introduced himself and informed us of the deal you have right now. I politely thanked him and informed him that me and and my husband are just browsing but we will go find him if we require his assistance. Now I’m the type of shopper who likes to browse unbothered. While I appreciate him introducing himself, I know where to find assistance if I need it. The whole time while browsing he stood there staring like a hawk, making me and my husband very uncomfortable. Having retail experience I know that associates are to introduce, assist and inform customers as part of their job. Not to mention I know what theft protocols most stores inform their employees of. Now I can most certainly say that I did not look “suspicious” me and my husband were genuinely shopping for a new couch so for “Kevin” to follow us all around the whole store and watch over our shoulder was very inappropriate. It’s frustrating as me and my husband were really looking forward to make a purchase but definitely not at this location.

I wish if I could give zero star. We are Ashley old customers but their customers service were really disappointed. We ordered a bed ( mattress) and one chest. Then we had to cancel that order. We had to put $ 500 dollars down payment. It’s over two months they didn’t refund it yet. My husband called the store ( Santa Ana) they said, they would be refunded by Friday. But no refund yet, even they don’t receive any calls from us. Big store but their customers service really poor.

I spent two days searching and did my selection based on the availability and I was promised that the delivery will be on time that they have scheduled. A few days later I got a call says that we will do partial delivery for dining table and the rest of the furniture will be delivered two days later, I told them keep the whole order delivery one time. After that got a call says we can not do the delivery, we need at least a month to make that happen. I started fell upset and went to the store and I told them simply if you can not do the delivery on time I want to cancel the order. They promised me that they will work on it and make the delivery next week on Thursday but I have to pay $300 delivery fee cash to the 3rd party and they will give me discount the same amount. I agreed, few days later they called me and said sorry, we cant make on Thursday we will do it on Sunday and have to pay $450 not $300, I also agreed. On Saturday, I got a call and they said we can not deliver the sofa and the loveseat, we will do partial delivery and the sofa will be available a month later but we can not promise a date. They are so bad and when I went to the store no one offer any help and they said if you want just cancel the order. I did cancel it and I just lost time, money and now I am with out furniture. They are so bad.

I purchased my living set from here last week and the experience was great. Mengil was great when he sold me my things. When I returned yesterday to speak with someone about something else, I was not greeted and overlooked multiple times by multiple people. A couple walked in and the sales guys rushed to the door to get them but overlooked me. So after being there for at least 30 minutes a guy named Fred came over and assisted us.
The online order experience is pretty good, but very mindful if you need to get customer service support. I tried messaging 4 times but keep cutting-off, 2 times waited on phone for representatives, but waiting time for each is 40 minutes then I hang up. I also wrote in for call back and it’s supposed to be get reply in 48 hours, but again, no reply.

I came here to buy a media cabinet I saw online. The sales guy KEVIN was rushing me the entire time. He was not friendly and had zero customer service skills and you could tell her was flat out just looking to make a quick sale. The last straw for me was when I asked about a different payment method and he SIGHED and ROLLED HIS EYES. That was it for me. I can take my hard earned American dollar elsewhere. DONT COME HERE
Worst experience talking to sales rep at Santa Ana store. We purchased a dining room set and initially had not opted for furniture insurance. But sales rep Manuel put it in a way that it will help him put “food on table” if we brought. So out of mutual respect we added furniture insurance and asked if he can add a placemat set to order. Now they are saying they dnt hv stock of placemats and when called to check this rep said I was demanding something that I essentially got for free. No place for courtesy here.. once item is sold they clearly wash their hands. Dnt expect any values from this store!!

I called at first to see if the item I was looking for was available to look at. I got through quickly to a sales person on the phone and he said they had a floor model to look at. When I arrived at the store, I asked for Manny and he quickly showed me the couch I was looking for. He was very articulate in explaining the delivery and protection packages. Ultimately, I bought the two items I was looking for. Manny was very professional and very nice. I would ask for him again when I go back to look for bedroom furniture.
Andrew was absolutely wonderful and helped us every step of the way. He was honest and straightforward and helped us decide the best sofa option for our family. We were able to work out a great deal too! We have been buying from Ashley for nearly a decade and every time we do, we couldn’t ask for better service and products.
Third time coming in to see Oscar Gomez (Mr. Las Vegas!) and what an experience. Very helpful, polite, and not pushy! Every time I ask for Oscar and he gets me the best deals and we walk out pleased with our experience. Thanks again Oscar…best employee at Ashley at Main Place!

Horrible customer service. We bought a complete living room set in May and we were told we would have it June. Well we are now in August and we only have half. They haven't followed up with us. When I called they tell us September 21. This shouldn't take 4 months. Horrible customer service

Great job to the young lady ( Fatima ) who was doing her job. Fatima came over to my son and I and asked if we had been helped. We had been in the store for 15-20 min without anyone approaching us. When we entered the store a handful of staff were huddled around chit chatting. None of the staff acknowledged us. Thank you Fatima for making the effort and assisting us with our twin mattress purchase. I will definitely make sure my next purchase is with Fatima. This place won't take return, not like Ashley place said, be aware! This place just said no return once you visit and have furniture shipped and there's no return. Take extreme care about it!!!!
Nice sofa, but they will take 2 months to send you anything right now. They will lie in a heartbeat about it too. I have been waiting over a month for my order and the customer service experience was horrible. They make you wait for an hour to speak to rude representatives who do will not let you speak to a supervisor. They will tell you that your order will be there soon and push the date back over and over. Word to the wise, do not buy here...try Living Spaces or a local mom and pops spot who will value their customers.

I had ordered a couch but was not exactly happy with my order but it was a good price...a friend told me to go to Ashley, so I did. I was met with a guy who took me to my dream couch, but way overpriced! He knew I wanted it and got me a deal-free delivery, 5 yr warranty and brought the price down so I was only paying $60 more for EXACTLY what I WANTED!! THEN they delivered it 2 weeks EARLIER than they said!!! It is AWESOME and everyone that comes over cant believe what a deal I got!!
Please do yourself a favor and do not shop here. If they promise you a delivery date.. they are lying. I am not 2 months without a couch that I was promised. I can’t even grt someone to find where my order is. They will not pick up their phone and if they do it takes 1 hour to speak to someone and give you no ANSWERS. Beware of this store.

The sales person was really friendly and knew a lot about the furniture, they gave me a price I could afford and I got a 5 year warranty for free. They really like to help the customer out. They care. I told 2 of friends about them and they got a couch also. Would buy from them again.

Oh Ashley, you did your best. Eventually, I received my living room set. After four appointments, 19 calls, and taking a chill pill, everything worked out. The first appt excuse, we have the love seat and tables but forgot the couch and rug. The second appt excuse, the couch was damaged. The third appt excuse, they forgot to load the couch and rug. The fourth appt- finally arrived. (They called me 19 times to confirm the 3rd appt. And they still didn't show up) If you are unable to deliver, it would be nice to let the customer know. This way I'm not blocking out the window time to be home. After battling conversations with several people.... I finally spoke to someone that came through. I asked him "I have a yes or no question. Just tell me, is the couch is in stock? if not, I'd rather u tell me the truth than to give me an appt time I want to hear" - and three days later it was finally delivered. In summary, I ordered my furniture on 1/16/21 and received the main couch on 2/23/21. At the time of purchase, I was told they had plenty in stock.

We ended up getting the premium delivery service for the exact same furniture (2 sofas, chair and a half with ottoman), and for the exact same price, as Mathis Bros, but without the ridiculous $300 surcharge for bringing the furniture into the damn house!

Shoppers beware if they offer you a gift card here. I was suppose to get a refund since there was a PC error but the case worker convinced me to take a gift card instead. First, the gift cards cannot be used online and only at the store. Second, all the sales people ignore you once you have a gift card. Third and last, you cannot purchase any items on the sale price, since you will be charged the regular cost. With all that said pretty horrible right, but I still went ahead and went to use them. The girl on the front desk could not get a sales person to help me. Once she forced one help. The salesperson “Faye” was even more horrible than the gift card parameters. She ignored us even while “helping” us and would just look at her cell. Once I found an item that would cover the gift card value she said she couldn’t get the number down because it was too high and because of liability she would not reach for it. 15 minutes later some guy, assuming a worker, climbed the wall and took a picture of the number. I was like okay we are getting our order now. 15 minutes later nothing and when I went to go talk to “Faye” she was on her cell phone. I told her what’s the deal and she said I’m not helping you anymore. I said okay. So another sales person heard and said okay I’ll place the order for you. Literally 3 minutes later it was done. Hilarious stuff!

Our experience started off a little rocky to be honest. We came in on a Sunday afternoon about a week ago and as my husband and I were looking around, I swear every 2 minutes someone was on top of us or following us around. Which for us is overwhelming but also kinda annoying. We ended up finding a couch we liked but left to sleep on it and come back the following week. We decided to go through with the couch and called to make an appointment. We made our appointment with Noah for 630 on Thursday. When we showed up, up everyone jumped on us at once. We said we had an appointment with Noah but come to find out he wasn't working that day. So my husband and I walked around a bit, and sure enough someone was on us every 3 minutes. So we said we would come and grab someone when we were ready. Once we had some time to talk we walked up and grabbed the only gentlemen who didn't bombard us when we walked in. Oscar!!!! Yall let me tell you! Oscar and the Manager Luis were AMAAAAAZZZZIIINNNGGG!!!! Such gentle souls, kind, and not annoying at all !!:) My husband and I have been in sales forever so we know about giving people their space when needed and we greatly appreciate that Oscar and Luis knew this sales style. We got a killer deal and ended up leaving with a couch and a new table !!! I can't say enough good things about Oscar and Luis ! They are good people and made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all! Great job to Ashley in Santa Ana on these two ! They were WONDERFUL!!!

I dont have the dresser here" This is what the girl said to me when I called to ask why my dresser hasn't been delivered since I purchased it on Feb the 2nd.they said now on the 17 of April after multiple promises of deliver dates.I paid the whole set in full.I just dont want any other people to go throught this.

THEY DON'T HAVE RETURN POLICY! We purchased some furniture February 27th, and they delivered March 21st. At time of purchase in this store, I asked the sales rep IS THERE RETURN POLICY, and answer was YES (no one more word more, it was not as is, it was brand new set) After we receive the furniture, there were some damages on some of the products, and we didn't like it, and it didn't fit our place. I called the customer service just one hour after delivery, and they said I need to send picture of the damaged product, and I told them problem is not only damage, we just want to return. The rep on the phone said, they will call me back. And they send email, we replied with pictures and return request. NO RESPONSE, next day I emailed again no response, 2 days later I called them, they said they are calling in 3-5 days, and they will contact me, still no response, sent another email, no response. I called them again, and in 3rd call they said they are not accepting return. I went store and talked with manager, and the sales rep came and I told them I asked him about return policy and you answered YES, and the rep added with that YES he means I have only return right with at the time of delivery, I need to not accept at that time. I asked him Again WHY WHEN I ASKED YOU IS THERE RETURN? and you only answered YES before the purchase, you didn't mention only time of the delivery etc. (I also paid delivery as well, which is normal) The only good thing about ASHLEY was that manager but still I couldn't return, I felt got fraud. I don't recommend.

WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEYS. This has been the worse experience in my entire life. I have been under so much stress dealing with the store and the corporation. I bought a whole entire bedroom set and they delivered the wrong furniture three times. I went into their store to resolve the issue and I was treated with no respect or empathy. The manager of this store has no customer service skills, he is not helpful at all. I tried reaching the manager over the phone, and promised a call back that I never received . I tried contacting the corporation to resolve the issue and they would just transfer my call to the store. I expected a lot more from a 2 billion dollar corporation; I contacted the corporation and filed a complaint. Both corporation located in Florida and store are not helpful. They billed my credit card for 10,000 dollars without me having the furniture. Please you have been warned don’t shop at Ashley’s unless you like to put your health at risk.

I came to store and order all my furniture worth of 10,000$, and they said the delivery is on 2-16 which was fine. On the delivery day I received a call from the driver to let me know he is on the way 30 minutes which was good for me, 4 minutes later the dispatch said we’re here and we going to Wait 5 minutes and then leave. I tried to explain to here the driver said different time she hang up on me disrespectful and dishonest. I ended up sleeping on the floor for more than a week with my pregnant wife. Believe me if you care about the money you paying and care about your loved ones. DON’t go to Ashley. Fred and The manger Jose will convince You to do business with a company that disrespectful and dishonest, also they will delivery your furniture with bad damages

I'm not happy with how the store’s shipping. And 3/4 times, something will happen. Ex. I just revived the bed frame, and it missed a bag of screws. Then I have to sleep on the floor for a week to let the store ship the pack of screws. And the outdoor table delivered same time with the bed, and it has 12 crews, one of them doesn't fit. Anyway, the purchase experience with the store isn't good. * imagen everything is made in Veitnam, but the factory belongs to a Chinese company. Lol.
Hopefully this will get someone to call me back. I have called and sat on hold day after day I ordered some leather couches back in November they never arrived I called and they were delayed the new date was 01-09-21 no show, left message, no call back called back, called again after 52 minutes on hold the person on the phone was lifeless, all he could do was create a case number 02222953 and said "they will call you back within 2 days" that was on the 5th waited and waited days Zero call back. I called Friday the 22nd left a message after 43 minutes on hold zero call back, I called today sat on hold for 41 minutes finally a lady answered gave her the ticket and case number she said let me find out what is going on and then the call got transferred to a survey, in other words she hung up on me and sent it to the survey. At this point I paid $4100 cash in November for some couches that never arrived and the company has never contacted me, hopefully this will get someone to call us I am done sitting on hold leaving messages and begging for help. The worst customer service and management ever. The store manager "Navid" has a very bad attitude and is extremely rude! He only care about $$$ and nothing else. The sales manager does not know much about the products! Seems like bunch of kids who don't know what to do run this store. If I could give this store zero stars I would do that.
This is our first time here in Ashley, Fred was our sales guy and he went on and beyond hisbway to help us get our bedset. He was very patient, professional and flexible. He was awesome and I highly him. He is the best. I will let know my friends and family to come here only ask for Fred
We recently purchased our new home and moving from my in laws we left with nothing. We decided to try Ashley Furniture. We specifically asked since the beginning we wanted Furniture that was in shock. They swore and promised everything we wanted was available. They first delayed our delivery date so my husband ended up picking up the order. He got there and thats when the nightmare started. They said all the sectional was back order mind you they told us at the store everything was available. now for the las 3 months they have been giving us false dates and keep extending it. We went to the store to speak to the manager to see if we can exchange it for one that's available because that's what was promised and he didn't have any resolution my husband had to get upset for him to give him a discount that's not what we wanted all we want is our couches. now according to them the ledge was suppose to be delivered today and here we are waiting the driver informed us the ledge is not in the truck can you give us a break??? we are so unhappy with this place they are liars! all they care about is making their sell don't buy from this place I will make sure to tell my friends and family about our experience

The first time we came in was too just look around. We meet a sales rep and he informed us about sales going on. The price was right so we took advantage of it. Got a living room set and other thing's. Sales rep explained everything from availability, warranty and shipping. We had to go in person and switch shipping date. Moving into a new home isn't always a smooth sail. Things came up and we had to push the date and they helped us. We also ended up switching our coffee table and end tables . They didn't make a big deal as other furniture stores do. Overall satisfied with the customer service.
Ordering 1-5 (3): Purchased a sectional set at Ashleys Furniture in Main place mall on 9/7/2020. Throughout the ordering process, my salesperson was overly zealous and attentive. I get it, they work on commission no big deal. We noticed that the marked down prices were still higher than the prices on their website. When asked why no response was given. My guess is that it allows them to discount products further in hope of providing an illusion of a good deal. After a bit of negotiating, we found common ground on the price for the set we liked. Prior to finalizing the purchase, we were told that a few items will be back-ordered till approx. Oct/18. We understood that as covid has made it harder for manufacturers to build inventory. Delivery 1-5 (2): After calling Customer Service multiple times, we found out the first 2 pieces are set to be delivered sometime in mid-October. We are going to receive a text to confirm the delivery date and time. There was no scheduling or notification prior to delivery. We legitimately got a call the same day stating that they will be delivered in 15 minutes and if you are not there they will have to reschedule. While at a family function, we had to rush home to ensure we receive the delivery. The delivery guys were professionals and did a good job delivering 2 parts of the 4-piece set. Quality 1-5 (2): A week into having the chair, the right side of the right chair broke. There is a sharp metal piece protruding from the chaise side when reclined. This piece has already injured several kids and adults Repair 1-5 (0) (Technician Martin): The technician was scheduled to come Monday but never disclosed the time. Was supposed to receive a text message or call to confirm a time never got that either. When he did arrive without notice, We explained to him the multiple issues regarding the chairs as stated above. Regarding the sharp metal protruding out, his response is that "it's built that way and don't have your kids touch it." To clarify, what he is saying is that it's built so that when you recline the chaise a sharp metal object protrudes and potentially injuries users. I explained to him that the logic makes no sense and I have tested it at stores and there are no metal objects protruding. He comes back with the notion that his 20 years of work experience justifies that it was created that way. The interaction is simply the worst experience I have ever had with any technician or customer service. Regarding the broken wood, he acknowledged the issue and repaired it. Before leaving he says "keep your kids away from the chair when it is reclined." I was honestly his parting knowledge he provided. Anyone should be able to sit in a reclined chair without having a metal object drawing blood. With that, I asked him to leave. Last 2-piece Delivery 1-5 (0): Called Ashley customer service to see the status of the last 2 pieces of the set. Was informed that it was pushed back to 1/2021. Once again, no notification by email, phone, or Ashley account of it being pushed back. Asked the rep what caused it to be pushed back, She stated that it was rescheduled for delivery and there is no other information regarding why. Overall Experience 1-5 (1): As a first-time homeowner purchasing furniture is supposed to be one of the most exciting aspects. Working with Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare experience. The lack of Customer Service, etiquette, and communication are the things that will drive customers away myself included. My interaction with their employees shows that they have no passion for their craft. When you have people who don't care, they won't care about their customers either. There are definitely things that are completely understandable in these unique times. Production delays, delivery delays, and high prices are some. But, what is not excusable is the experience you provide to your customers and this experience was simply horrendous. At this point, I am not sure if I will even get the last 2 pieces of my order.
STAY AWAY! Liars and thieves. Worst experience I have ever had. Ashley Furniture sold me a defective mattress, twice. The second time, I told them I wanted a refund so I could pick out a new mattress myself. That was in July. It is now November and I still don't have my refund. No one in the entire company can tell me where my refund is or why it has taken so long. I have been hung up on by multiple support reps because they couldn't help me. Not a single person at the company cared enough to be bothered to help figure out why it took 5 months for a refund. I still don't have my money. Then they claimed they sent a check to the wrong address. But they told me they can't put a stop payment on a check until 30 days after it had been issued. That is a complete lie, because I spoke to a manager at another location who told me they stop payments on checks daily, all the time. They have been holding over $1,000 of mine ransom for over 5 months with no explanation.
I would give a ZERO star to Ashley. Lot of false promises, no proper communication after booking, delivering partial items in the entire order and lastly delivered product is defective. When tried to reach them they will say we will ask the technician to call you. Technician will tell that they will call in 15 days etc., just to push the time without resolving your problem 1. No communication from Ashley to inform the customer that the delivery will be delayed for few items. 2. Delivery guys are not ready to wait till the customer verifies the delivered item. They want to run away as they know that it is a defective product 3. When reached out to store / customer service no proper response and we need to run for sales person to manager to sales person to technician without your problem getting resolved. My sincere advice from my experience is think before you buy from Ashley Furniture.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! GO somewhere else and save yourself. Ok so where do I start? My experience at the store was fantastic. Found exactly what I needed (couch with corner chaise, end tables, coffee table). I purchased the protection plan and scheduled my delivery. Unfortunately my items weren't available right away but I understood that. We scheduled my delivery date for almost two months out. Perfect. I called Ashelys three or four times leading up to my scheduled delivery to check on the status. Everything was assured to me that it'll be on time and NO DELAYS WERE SEEN. The sales rep assured me that he'll be in contact with me throughout to ensure everything went well. The last call I had with Ashley's assured me that the items were scheduled for delivery and everything looked good. What did I do? I took their word for it and donated my couch and coffee table. Guess what happened today the day my items are scheduled to be delivered. I get a call telling me that only HALF of the couch is going to be delivered today and the other half in 2-3 more weeks. Are you kidding? But wait there's more. The rep also at the end of the call mentioned oh by the way the coffee table set with end tables has been discontinued and that won't be delivered. She said I can pick out new items or ask for a refund. The refund would come from their billing department who would call me in 3-4 days to schedule my refund for another 3-5 days from then. Are you kidding? No one I've talked to from day of purchase and through MULTIPLE calls confirming my order cared to mention this?? Now I'm sitting (standing) in an empty living room all because they decided that 3 hours before my delivery they'll share this news with me. And on top of that I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back to buy a new table. Because they just assume that during these tough times people have extra money just lying around to go buy furniture. I saved for a while to replace my living room. This is ridiculous. I asked who can I talk to that can fix this faster and I got nothing. So take this review with a grain of salt because as I hope this doesn't happen to everyone, I can tell you that it's happening to me and it's not a situation I wish anyone else to be in. UPDATE: 10/19/2020 Finally received the second half of the couch a month after the first half was delivered and over 3 months since purchase. However here’s some more fun. To this day I haven’t received a refund for the coffee table set that was discontinued AFTER I purchased it. I try to call the store DURING OPEN HOURS but the customer service option says the store is closed. When I call the SALES option go figure call goes through. This company wants your money and could care less about you as a customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I have shared my experience with everyone I know. Everyone that comes over. I’ve never felt this abused by a company in my life. Embarrassing.
Service here is crazy they never let you shop around in peace every worker starts stalking as soon as you walk in . Its irritating i have bought from them before but never again ended up ordering my mattress online .
We had been to another Ashley’s and left because the salesmen were not good. The salesmen were very pushy but also not very knowledgeable at the other locations. Came to the one at Main Place Mall and Ali was beyond amazing. He was very knowledgeable about everything from color to style to even mattress. He wasn’t pushy or too busy for us. He made sure to let us know they were short staffed but he could help as much as possible. We never felt that he was too busy, answered all our questions and we bought from him. Amazing customer service, manager was also very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this location even though it is out of our way. Ask for Ali when you come in for the best customer service.

Terrible service. Would not recommend you to buy there. Once they have your money they don’t care. Brought a bedroom set and my night stand came broken. Week later they send a technician to try to fix it. There he is in my room sanding it and spray painting ended up worse. still waiting for another night stand. Can’t get ahold of anyone in customer service. Went to the store talked to the manager he keeps saying he’s working on it no answer yet. Plus the bearings on one of my dresser droid is broken. They said they will fed exp the bearings and send a technician to fix it. Heard nothing so far. Would never use them again and would not recommend them.

I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars. We ordered a new recliner for delivery. It just arrived and only one of the delivery persons was wearing a face mask. Due to Covid right now, we have tried to limit people coming into our home. Because of that, we said they could just go ahead and leave it on the doorstep and we would bring it in from there. The delivery driver said that we couldn't do that. He had to bring it into our home. We told him that we weren't comfortable with him coming into our home, so he called his manager to resolve the matter. His manager spoke with us and asked why we didn't want to allow them to bring the chair into our house. We told them that we didn't feel comfortable with them coming into our home and that one of the delivery persons was not wearing a mask. The delivery driver got mad and took our chair back to the truck, threw it in the back and drove away. We asked where he was taking our chair and he said they would be back tomorrow. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. DO NOT ever purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. Their customer service is a joke.

This is a great place to go shop for your favorite furniture. Specially if Tina Nguyen helps you find what you need. She is a very professional person very knowledgeable on what she does as well as very friendly. She explained everything very clear and helped me save money, i really had a great experience with her customer service. I do recommend her to help you guys out.
This place was okay. Nice inside. The sales person didn’t really know what she was doing though. She kept trying to force me to finance my purchase. I said that I just wanted to pay with my debit card and she still insisted I had to be “approved” to buy the furniture. Eventually I got the manager involved and he apologized, making her aware that customers can use other means of payment besides store financing haha. I set up my delivery for a few days later. My 4 hour window was 3pm to 7pm, the delivery guys arrived almost two hours late at about 8:50 pm. They were cool though and got everything upstairs and assembled quickly. Over all not a terrible experience. Could have been better though. I am happy with the furniture at least.
The couches were nice and our sales person was helpful but the rest of the staff I could tell were interested in just meeting sales goals some of the reps gave snobby looks and the once over which was off putting but I'm happy with my couch.

Great service starts from the top and that's why I want to acknowledge Manager Jose Gonzalez on teaching his team how to assist customers and Fred for taking the time to explain all the detains on the bed and purchase. Well, I went in to buy a couple of pieces and ended up buying way more than I initially intended because of the great deals. Anna Felix was a great help. Her knowledge of the available furniture in the store and keen eye for design really helped me select pieces that complimented each other and my home. She was patient and friendly, and I'm sure the deals she and her manager were able to provide allowed me to get way more for my money than I would have anywhere else. The selection and quality are really impressive here. Great experience overall.

Loved my experience here! I’ve been shopping for a couch a little over a month. I’ve been to about a dozen different furniture stores, some which were welcoming, some that were not. Also I know the price range of what each store carries for the items I’m interested in. By far Ashley’s at the Main Place mall was the most welcoming and cost efficient for the quality of the furniture. Within minutes of walking into the store Ana greeted me and asked how I was doing. She was nothing but fun, professional, and super helpful with us during our time there. I was in and out of the store within an hour. Leaving with the couch I wanted (which I saw online with was even better in person) and a dining room table I saw while scoping out the joint. I received a great price. The items were cheaper than what IKEA was even offering (and Ashley’s has way better quality). I want to thank Ana and her manager Jose for the fabulous and fun experience! I highly recommend this store!

Don't buy anything from Ashely they sale you wrong product and when you complain they say "we can't do anything".staff is nice when you are buying but after you have an issue they are so rude. Arian,Jose,Navid and corporate are uncompetitive 10,000 of merchandise and they can exchange the wrong mattress they sold me.

Googlers, if you do decide to buy furniture from any Ashley's chain store, do not buy the protection plan. I was lied to by this store's staff, and was given the piece of mind that my new leather couch set was covered for ANY damages they might get. No matter how the damages are made. I was told that the furniture is covered. This was a lie that tricked me into buying an expensive useless product. They use a third-party company called GBS. They have hundreds of negative post on the better business bureau website. That added extra "protection" plan is a scam. Don't let them trick you into buying the extended warranty. Good luck, and remember this post when it comes to buying furniture at Ashley's.
Worse customer service !!!! I went to purchase a mattress set and put Some money down. I decided to cancel the order the next day I called customer service they said to go in the store the get my money back. I go in an old lady who refused to give me her name asked me for my credit card i gave her the card and it’s the new apple credit that has no numbers displayed on the card for security purposes.. she told me why did erase the numbers of the credit card, I advise that the card is designed that way I pulled out my phone and showed her the last 4 of the credit on the app she said Im not giving your money back because you’re giving me a fraudulent credit card and you can leave the store now .she treated me like a criminal and refused to give me a refund she said i will submit it to corporate and it will take up to 2 months for you to get a refund..

My boyfriend and I just went to get an idea of what we wanted, but we were followed by a salesman who kept trying to show us different furniture pieces. He was very nice, but it made me feel uncomfortable how he was following us all around the store!
The excitement of a new home wa quickly impacted by the poor level of commitment, lack of communication, and I hate to say it, Hollie promises and lies from the sales team. My wife and I purchase multiple items from the Santa Ana store including twin beds for our daughters, the sales person Sherri assured us delivery to close the sale. Some items cane in as planned but the most important, twin beds, have been MIA. After numerous calls to several departments, a phone conversation with sales rep Sherri, and many others with their delivery department, beds are still not here. I have requested a call from the store manager with no success, no one can provide a regional manager name or number, no corporate or escalation phone number. I am having to do my own research and launch a formal complaint. DO NOT give them your business.
It is my first time and last time coming here I was not told that I would get charged if I changed delivery day it is ridiculous I was told 3 to 7 I told cx service that I pick up my kids at 3 the lady who helped me said then you will be charged mam I am never coming back here again they don't know work with their Customers

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Sales persons have no word of mouth trust. One sales guy (bald Mexican) committed us one price but later he changed his words (after we finished selecting other items) and said that he didn't committed it, and tried to sell us other similar items. We already spent an hour in that store, so I feel totally wasted for nothing. We talked to his manager but he blindly supported his employee and tried to defend on what he might have said. I was like.. are you serious? he wasn't there during negotiation and he just assumed that I might have heard wrong. Then, I noticed that they BOTH speak same language. They didn't even apologize for their mistake. Never ever going here.
We came here looking for a couch and Aryan hooked us up with a great deal on bedroom furniture and Temperpedic mattress as well. He was great to work with. My husband and I truly made a mistake purchasing with Ashleys. Buyer beware, the sales are NOT worth it!! We purchased 6 items on the 4th of July sale. Waited almost a month for our items to become in stock for delivery. The delivery date finally comes, my husband is away on military assignment so I took the day off work to receive it. Once the truck turns off outside, before they even so much as came up to the house to assess the doorway or unload the furniture from the truck I hear one delivery guy say to the other, “yeah man it’s not going to fit”. Once they came around to knocking on the door they informed me that I’d have to reselect another piece that came apart, like a sectional. Which I might add is much more expensive than the pieces we chose! I told him the couch we had currently sitting in our place is a single piece and it is LARGER than the one we just purchased so how was this couch not going to fit? They didn’t even try to put it through the doorway. We remeasured our doorway is 36” and the couch was 30” without the feet. We had to wait a few days until my husband returned to take care of this situation. In the meantime I called customer service that day and they told me someone would be in contact with us within 48 hours to issue a reselection, never received so much as an email. I also called the store from which we purchased from, asked to speak to the manager who was apparently on lunch- left my name, reason and contact info and also never received a call back. Almost two weeks later my husband and I finally had the opportunity to make the 3 hour drive to the store to get this sorted out. When we arrived, we spoke to the manager and explained the situation. He offered us the solution of getting us in contact with a local third party delivery service who would be able to do the job. He assured us our NEW delivery fees would be deducted to our total bill, since we will have to pay him in cash upon delivery (that way the agreed amount purchased remains the same) and we were relieved. Here we are 6 weeks from the purchasing date, I have a new delivery date chosen with the third party company who has MUCH better customer service than Ashley’s I might add, with still no refund. It will most likely be coming out of pocket due to Ashley’s false promises and reluctance to take care of their customers. I called the store again last night only to be given an attitude when I asked to speak to the manager. The employee informed me he was in a conference call with an unknown finishing time. I told her I needed to know when to call back since they failed to return my call previously, she straight up told me “no you will be patient and wait”, when I told her that was unacceptable she yelled “NO”, put me on hold, then took me back off hold a second later only to hang up on me. This is the WORST place to spend your money at. They have no remorse because they know customers will come regardless due to their big name.

Ashley' is overpriced...everytime I come to make a furniture purchase the same exact piece it's $50 to $100 over there competitors its like I have to pay the salesman commission. They on to ask me who has it less. Why do I have to do the salesman homework for their commission... a salesman should know there competitors and be up to par with them. I should not be making it easy for someone to earn there money.

I honestly don't know how to begin about the poor poor customer service here. I have been in several times looking at sofas and was back on more to try my 2 favorite options. Everytime the sales person who assigned themself to me has been extremely pushy which is not my style. I love to look around and be checked up on occasionally not crowded. Tonight was the last straw, ready to buy I asked a man who was on a computer looking at Yelp ironically, one question. I was extremely polite and asked permission to ask a question, he did not respond I figured I spoke to softly so I asked again. His name was Lance and he simply was annoyed that I bothered him. He even raised his arms around mouthing angrily looking at the employee Danny who followed my husband and me around. I am extremely upset and to be honest offended and this store has officially lost my business and the saddest part is I've been saving up and had enough to purchase a whole set cash. Good luck staying in business because with the crowded stalking or extreme rudness you'll be out of luck soon.

I was hesitant at first because it is a huge commitment and I'm EXTREMELY indecisive. Daniel was beyond patient, walked around the store with us for hours, and didn't make us feel pressured to purchase anything. He went as far as moving different items from all over the store to my selected couch just so I could get a visual of what everything would look like together. Daniel showed us A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Danny Nguyen welcomed us as soon as we walked in and made what would have been an overwhelming experience, easy and fun. Attentive, courteous, and also respectful of space when we needed to talk it over. Got us in and out without hassle and talked us over the benefits and features of everything we were checking out. I appreciate the attention to detail and his patience as we went back and forth between items we were debating on. Even when it felt like we’d leave without buying he was still awesome and didn’t make it seem like he was gonna push us just for the sake. Genuine kindness goes a long way so we knew if we didn’t make a purchase today we would be coming back directly to him. Worst Experience Ever I bought a Dining Room table + 6 chairs and a Sealy mattress. They delivered the table and chairs and a TempurPedic mattress. They came out on a second delivery to pick up the TempurPepic and drop off the correct Sealy. But also tried to deliver another TempurPedic. I explain to them I do not want the TempurPedic. About a Month and Half later they text me saying the have another delivery. They are trying to drop off another TempurPedic. I never wanted it and never paid for it(to my knowledge). Now they are saying I have to go to the store that placed the sale and cancel the order (that I never made). Navid the store manager seems wilking to help. Depending on what happens next I may change my star rating and may consider buying from this store again.

They never called to let us know our that half of the items we ordered were to be picked up in the store and would not be on the delivery truck. We came into the store to get a full refund they said we had to come back today. I came back today to get a full refund and they said we broke their door, mind you people including myself were using this "broken" door. They did not want to give us a refund at all. Navid & Jusn the managers of the store and tried two days in a row to swindle us out of our money and out of our items. I have bought furniture from this store a few times before. I was satisfied with it, so I decided to purchase some other furniture. This time around though the experience has been bad. I order a bedset for my daughter and the times they have taken it home it was either incomplete or broken (they have gone 3 times). I have already made 3 payments for a bedset that has not arrived yet. My wife has also gone to the store personally, but they have been pushing the delivery date everytime. We even have to pick a different bedset in hopes to get it sooner, but it has not arrived either. It is very disappointing and unprofessional experience. (We been waiting for this bedset for about 3 months already).

Had a good experience buying several thousand dollars in furniture from Josh. Shop on major holiday and you can save 50% on your purchase if you talk to the sales reps. I got the bedroom set in the picture for $2400 total.
This was the second Ashley’s store that we went too. The first one (fountain valley)had horrible customer service, the manager (Jose Gonzalez) kept leaving as we were talking to him and wouldn’t come back for 15 mins at a time even though the store was dead. At the end, even with having a great deal, we had to leave because we didn’t want to make business with this manager. The very next day we went to the store in main place Santa Ana and it was night and day with the customer service. We were greeted with smiles and the sales men looked as if they actually wanted to help us. Long story short, we left this Ashley’s with a better deal, better financing and a better sense of customer service. We will recommend this Ashley’s store to all family and friends for their furniture needs and highly advise everyone to avoid the fountain valley store and the manager (Jose Gonzalez).

Charged me extra for delivery($70) and did not refund me and kept giving me excuses so I end up disputing their extra charge later on, my bank called them and they realized that it was extra finally 2 months later he wanted me to cancel the dispute so he can refund me...however I canceled the dispute and he refunded the money but we regret as a family that we bought furniture from them the quality is really bad and they used really cheap materials on the furniture....I would rather pay more and buy from somewhere else.

Bought a 5k mattress and after one year it's all failing apart. I called and they would not honor the so called warranty. Stay away and purchase your home furniture from either Wayfair, Houzz or Overstock. They have WAY better pricing, selection and customer service. Avoid there over priced furniture and stop by there large overhead expense buy purchasing online. All there furniture is also particle or MDF and wil fall apart. Try Avocado mattress, they honor there lifestime warranty and all there mastresses are organic.

Great Shopping experience. the environment was very professional. specially our assisatnt seller “Nazila” was very friendly and helpful. she showed us patiently every single item in the store that would match wih what we were looking for. after we chose what we want we met with the manager of the store “ Navid” and he helped us also a lot to seal the deal. Went in to the Santa Ana Ashley Furniture location yesterday evening to purchase a sectional for my family. Walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Juan. He took the time out to find the size and the style that I was looking for. After spending 20 minutes with Juan, he help me find the perfect sectional. Not only was Juan courteous, friendly and professional, his product knowledge and customer service was amazing! I recently visited this Ashley’s looking for an entertainment center and a mattress. The selection was great. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without feeling over pressured by the sales staff. Juan helped me finalize a great deal, and the sales manager Romeo was very easy to work with and helpful. I ended up buying a tempurpedic which has been recommended to me by other family members who love it. Looking forward to many nights of great sleep! Highly recommend this store and their sales staff.
The store is set up perfectly. Definitely grabbed my attention as I was going through the mall. I was hesitant in buying a new couch because I have a dog and he loves getting on couches, but Robert was great and convinced me. He was very friendly and tolerated with my indecisiveness. To my surprise I had a delightful experience here at Ashley's Furniture. I was greeted by the friendly staff and was aided in finding what it was I was looking for without the pressure to make a purchase. The store manager, Navid, finalized my order and made it a priority that I was satisfied with my order. He went above and beyond my expectations. We have furnished 4 homes with Ashley furniture in 3 different states and the store in Santa Ana Ca is one of the best! Our sales representative, Rosario was great. She was very helpful in showing us options as we tried to decide what choices to make yet allowed us our space to think about what worked best. Unfortunately our choice turned out to be too big when we got it home. It was beautiful in the showroom and in our home but was just too big for the room. We made the mistake of "sleeping" on the decision to refuse the delivery and hoped it would "look" better in the morning; it was still too big. Now we have a problem; Ashley does not except returns! You must refuse the delivery if you want to exchange or get a refund, what were we thinking! There were extenuating circumstances but to make a long story short; Katherine, the manager, helped us out; she allowed us to change our selection and helped us identify the best selection for an apartment of our size. It is gorgeous! We have a couple more pieces to purchase to complete the home and we will definately find them at the Ashley Santa Ana store. I highly recommend this store!
The salesperson and Sales Manager were nice and were able to give us a discount on our purchase - I guess there was a sale and buying the insurance was able to save us more on our purchase. Also, we have been looking for bar stools that were sturdy and marched our furniture, Jeff the salesman was very patient and helped us find the bar stools for us. First off our experience at Ashley Furniture was absolutely extraordinary. We originally had gone in for a kitchen table, but after talking to Lance, our sales representative, we ended up purchasing furniture for our entire home. Lance made that experience delightful. Honestly, the promotions Ashley furniture were offering at the time were too difficult to resist. Kudos to Lance, he helped us every step of the way, to choosing a kitchen table, living room set and a bedroom set. Best salesman there, fact. This process took us a couple days, going in deciding then mulling it over at home, but he encouraged us not to rush and never pushed us; relieving, right? I didn't expect it to pan out this way, but my significant other and I couldn't be happier. Now we will come home to a beautiful home every day and be rest assured that we made a solid investment. I have waited several weeks for the sting of my experience with Ashley Furniture to wear off. It has been the most excruciating experience I have had in some time. Here is the short version of my ordeal: Purchased sofa bed, chair and ottoman in May for a specific July delivery to coincide with a move of my existing sectional couch, not to mention, I am taking care of my elderly mother who is battling ovarian cancer. Received communication, both phone call and texts to confirm delivery between 8-12. Moved old furniture to make way for new so my Mom had nothing to sit on in the living room. Ashley is a no call, no show. Called everyone, including the store and all they can do is 'email' people, no phone calls. First story, furniture is backordered. Not correct. Second story, from Elizabeth in the Colton Distribution Center, 'we just ran out of delivery trucks.' I was not happy since no one decides to communicate this to the customer. Finally get first delivery Saturday morning, goes perfectly, except, they brought the wrong ottoman. Have no idea what went wrong, even though they had a full 24 hours to check the order. Finally got ottoman delivered weeks later and the ONLY thing Kathryn Gonzalez, Main Place Store Manager can do for me is waive the delivery fee, after I essentially fought with her for 20 minutes on the phone. This after I made, no joke, more than 20 phone calls to Ashley Furniture Corporate, with NOT ONE PHONE CALL RETURNED! Yes, you read that correctly. NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK DURING THIS ORDEAL! I was the one who had to call back repeatedly (hence the 20+ calls) to get this resolved. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Their service recovery is the worst I have ever experienced, and besides Elizabeth in Colton, their people are the worst I have EVER EXPERIENCED! Needless to say, this is my last transaction with Ashley Furniture because even their District Manager, never returned any phone calls I made. If you decide, after reading this, to purchase from Ashley Furniture, insure you pick it up yourself and hope nothing goes wrong!
Horrible service. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The manager for this location is rude. I never received my full order and the manager blamed me for it. All the employees make up different terms so they can keep their commission.. I will never buy from them again.
Manny was the absolute best in helping us select our new mattress. He was knowledgeable and patient. He treated us like family not like someone's who's just looking to make a sale. I wish all Ashley's had employees like this.

Our experience last week in Fountain Valley when after almost 90 minutes in store we had to ask for help since nobody seemed to be interested in helping us.
Jeff did an excellent job assisting me in purchasing a sofa; I already knew what I wanted when I walked in. He honored a sale that was not supposed to start until a few days, so I got a great deal! I would definitely recommend anyone to consider buying furniture from Ashley!
Horrible experience with cancellation and refunds Purchase and salesperson was the only good thing about this place. They offer great discounts and had initially a good experience but when it came down to canceling these people are not there to help. DO NOT take the mattress protection cover as this is not refundable according to them. They stated it was in the contract and is completely false.
This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had. Home design shopping is always frustrating because me and my boyfriend have contrasting tastes. Omar took the time to listen to both of us and found what would satisfy both of our desires. The couch we went with is top quality. Thanks!

We seen an Ashley home store recliner sectional knowing what I wanted but was open to other ideas before I left home. We called and spoke with Manny and seemed very helpful. When we arrived I was immediately approached by a sales rep and within 5 minutes I was already annoyed by his pushiness. We asked for Manny while he arrived we were browsing around and was eventually approached by Manny. We showed him what we wanted and started showing us similar sectionals with same material if not nicer. We started to have second thoughts when he suggested a 14 piece living rooms set and you can mix and match with other 14 piece sets. The wife and I were sold. Manny took the sale. Not pushy at all!! Very satisfied!!
went to ashley homestore in santa ana, I went to buy a recliner, buy one get one FREE. we ended up buying a 14 piece living room set & we got the recliners also!! the salesman was OMAR AVILA ZADRAN, he was very helpful when needed or had a question, BUT was not hovering like a typical pushing saleman, that really set us at ease & there was NO PRESSURE from him & thats what motivated us to buy MORE then what we really went for!! thank you very much OMAR, i wish there were more salesman like you!!!
I bought furniture from Ashley's Furniture at Main Place Mall in Santa Ana the customer service was amazing and the managers were great I dealt with Raul the general manager he provided me with great information and had outstanding personality and customer service overall my experience was great and I will be back to definitely buy some more furniture in the next few months

Our experience was fabulous! Homar was very attentive, not pushy, but definitely a company man. He was so patient with us. He went above and beyond, made suggestions, and showed us alternate choices when we had questionable taste😁. We ended up buying a lot more than we intended to when we walked in. We were a little sad when we left so we are inviting him to our housewarming. You are very blessed to have this young man. He is definitely a keeper. I checked out a total of 6 mattress stores this memorial day weekend looking for a mattress with the right fit. I found a Stearns and Fosters ultra firm at Ashleys that was ideal. On top of that I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Tina Nguyen. She knew her stuff and was quite charming in her own special way. She threw in a media chest for almost nothing! Overall I was completely satisfied with the experience there and the special memorial day finance options that were available.
Apparently prices were "Memorial Day special" but there was nothing special about them because they were same price it was few month ago without promotion. I guess they use it to pull people in the store. Can't complain thou as everyone does it thou

The only reason this review is so high is because of Manny. We entered the store and found a floor of salespeople who couldn't be bothered to help us. There was no customer service whatsoever while we were waiting. Since Manny was who we spoke to on the phone, we decided to wait for him.. and we are so glad we did! He was amazing! He helped us mix furniture from two different sets to create our perfect living room. He was also honest about mixing together furniture that didn't match. I couldn't be happier with what we ended up choosing and can't wait for our set to deliver. Thanks Manny!

The worst experience ever walked in ready to a bedroom set and living room set No one came and asked if we needed any help or if we had any questions. I spoke out and asked for help i was still ignored. I only got attention after I said I had cash to spend with cash in hand. All of the sudden I was important. Very disappointed with the service that was provided over all !!! I purchased furniture from Ashley home store January 7, 2017, I was told that the furniture was on back order and it wouldn't be available until January 31, 2017 I was offered a discount because the furniture was not available for next day delivery. We been agreed-upon a delivery date of February 3, 2017, we were happy that they offer the discount and it gave us time to finish completing the remodel for the new furniture. We received an automated phone call verifying your address and date of delivery on January 31, 2017, we verify the information and we're happy to know that our furniture was finally on its way. We received another phone call February 1 verifying the delivery of our furniture February 3 between one and 4 PM and if we wanted to make any changes to the delivery. We tried changing the delivery time do first thing in the morning unfortunately they told us they could not accommodate that they would have to make it a different date we want our furniture so we agreed to the 1 PM to 4 PM delivery. Well sad to say February 3, 2017 at 7 AM I received a phone call from the warehouse telling me that no delivery would be made today and that the store would be contacting me with more information and some type of compensation for the delay. No call from the store I called them at 12 noon asking for information about my furniture they said the furniture was at the warehouse and it should've been delivered I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that the furniture was still on backorder if I wanted it I would have to wait until March 3, 2017 and that was and approximate date no guarantee. He offered to refund the full amount for the furniture and the rug that was previously delivered I agreed to that and I told him that I would go to the store that evening to collect my credit in full. When I got to the store manager greeted me and apologize for the inconvenience and walked me over to the cashier the person managing that Department refused to give me a credit until I return the $79 rug I told him that I would bring back the road if that would give me my money back after spending over a month waiting for my furniture and being lied to. I finally got my credit from Ashley furniture I will never buy from them again no matter how big of a discount!! I feel very uncomfortable with a company that sells you something they don't even have or can't guarantee that they'll have it when they contract/promise that they'll have it. LBarba
Buyer beware!! I was ripped off by Ashley Furniture. We wanted to get a new dining room set for our new home. Within 90 days of purchasing a dining room table and chairs the top surface of the table began to come off. Ashley sent a technician to our home. When he saw the table he couldn't believe we only had the table for a 3 months and said within two weeks Ashley would come to fix the table. Never happened. On top of it, he put pads under our chairs that came off within a day and left a sticky mess all over our brand new wood floors. We had to reach back out to Ashley and they told us that they cannot fix the table due to water damage! I've used tables for years and never had this happen. Ashley should sell table cloths instead of being so aggressive and pushing their warranties (but it makes sense now). This review is based on the poor quality of the product I purchased and the poor service I received post purchase. I regret walking into this store and buying from them. Now it's 9 months after buying a $1200 table and I am back out looking for another one now. Never buy from Ashley!!
The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. In the end, I got exactly what I was hoping for.. good value & quality, at a good price.
I have purchased furniture before at Ashley's in Anaheim Hills and had a very good experience. I recently went to the store at the Main Place and had a terrible experience. Very unprofessional from the sales person to the manager. After I made my order, I called the store to order an additional item and Tina's response was that she was very busy, that may be later she would call me back. Well, she never called back . I canceled some items because they didn't deliver them on the schedule day and nobody notified me, and it took many days for the refund. I had to call several times !!!!!! I don't recommend this store and I am not coming back. I am still waiting for an item that was delivered broken. They say they will call you back but they never do!!!!!
Great prices and horrible services. They have a very difficult time delivering furniture on the weekends. If you call customer service they will tell you what you want to hear and hang up. They will say "let me call you right back and they wont do it." The only reason I gave them 3 stars is the quality of the furniture and the prices. I love what I bought from Ashley Furniture but, the process was really frustrating.
I was talking to one of the employees on the phone and suddenly another employee got in the conversation, that is very unprofessional!
I wished I would of gotten on line and looked at Ashley's reviews. Such poor customer services and actually lying to you about how they would take care of your problem. Where is the undercover boss? Come to my house and see for yourself what I am going through. Sam the sales person said the sofa had memory foam on the sides of the cushion, I took him for his word. It did not, it was only batting. One of the zippers were broken, manager said they would replace the whole new cushion. Now I'm only receiving the material. They are so wonderful to take your money but problems they do not want to deal with... SAD
Completely in shock with the poor customer service the Santa Ana store provided. Disappointed in management in particular Raul who not once returned my call or would get on the phone when I called regarding our delivery issue. We had 2 deliveries set up. One on a Saturday and one the following Tuesday. We get texts alerting us the day before regarding delivery and timeframe of said delivery. Since I never received a text or call Monday for Tuesday's delivery I called the store and they told me the furniture that supposed to be delivered was never scheduled and that it was set up as pick up in warehouse. I live in Orange and somehow they thought I was going to drive to COLTON to pick up my delivery. I was extremely upset as I had a family member take time off work to wait for the delivery. I call the store and I asked to speak with the manager. All he could was try to give me some gift card which I did not care for. i wanted my furniture delivered like I asked. They tried to reschedule this delivery at a time when I am at work and they said that is the best they could do. When I called again to speak to the MANAGER RAUL who helped us with our purchase he gave us the runaround all 4 times we called and had an employee speak on his behalf. I am sorry but that is unprofessional. If a customer is upset and requesting a specific manager then that manager needs to speak to them specially when that manager assisted the customer with their purchase to being with. We never got any help, the manager never returned our call. because of this we cancelled the delivery and no longer wanted anything else. This is poor customer service. They treat you like royalty to get your business but when something goes wrong they hide with their tail between their legs. Raul was so nice in the beginning but after he locked our business he was nowhere to be found. Disappointed to say the least.
We went into the Santa Ana main street store purchases a couch and chair after the sales person and the manager assured us that both items were in the warehouse and could be delivered to my son student apartment with 3 days before he started school only to get a call a day later that both were on bak order and couldn't be there for 3 more days all we got when we called the sales person was that is the best we can do. Won't go back to ashley they wI'll tell you anything just to make the sale. Very disappointed. ..
We are totally unsatisfied with the customer service and the delivery of our purchase. We bought (bedroom, dining, and living room), whcih have been delivered on 6 different days, although we paid cash -we weren't told that this will happen until we were about to pay, after spending 4 hours in the shop. We bought and paid everything in cash on july 16th they informed us that the delivery dates will be on July 20th, 31st and August 25th. Even this frustrating schedule, they did not stick to, as the deliveries of 20th and 31st came only partial and two more dates were added. (6 delivery dates )... which is very very frustrating. We are the ones who keep calling the customer service to follow up, and today, when part of the living room arrived, the delivery person told us, ok, the rest will arrive tomorrow, even without apologizing. We didn't receive any apology at any of the cases. Prices were comparable with other stores, expensive, we went to Ashley because we needed good and fast service, as we know about our busy schedules. Very frustrating that people, do not apologize ... as if this is the normal case to be informed on the day of delivery, that things will come the next day. We were advised in the shop to buy a specific bed, as it is more stable and more solid than the others, but this was not the case, the bed proved to be very fragile and bedhead not solid, as we were told. The advice that we got on the shop was not perfect, we told the seller our price range and she kept showing us above the range, although we found by ourselves that there are sofas displayed that went with our price range.
Sales staff extremely pushy it's uncomfortable, they don't let you enjoy and take your time to look around. Staff unaware of website pricing and not willing to accomadate the customer. MSRP online is much lower than in store.

I needed a lift recliner for my disabled husband. I got excellent service from the salesgirl plus the store manager. My husband loves the new chair. The delivery men were fast and polite in putting the chair together. I will definately be buying more furniture at Ashley
We just spent several hours with Tina, and she did a great job showing us a variety of rugs on their website. After deciding on the three that we wanted, we took a look at the mattresses and bingo! Bought a new one. Tina is knowledgeable, eager to work with you, and offers great discounts. No wonder she is a top seller! We would definitely encourage anyone to seek her out.
I recently bought a great bed set and my experience was EXCELLENT. The Manager Raul Baltodano did a great job, he is the type of person that he will work with the customer and make possible the impossible. Great Job Raul keep it up!!
My husband and I picked out a very nice living room set for very little cost. We were planning on paying cash but we were also offered monthly payments for a year without interest. The selection was very nice and the payments are very affordable. We actually tried to piece together a living room set on our own by going to different furniture stores and looking for deals. We definitely got a better price by buying a complete set at Ashley's. I do recommend the protection plan because it gives you a peace of mind. The wood in our loveseat was slightly scratched during delivery and a technician came over a few weeks later to fix it. Seriously all it needed was a marking pen but it was nice to see the damage taken care of professionally. Oscar was our salesman and he was great. He didn't push any particular set on you and he even moved furniture around so I could envision how my set would look. I do recommend Ashley's furniture and speak to Oscar!
Was real happy with my previous Ashley sofa I bought online a few years back so I thought I would purchased a new one at a Home-store location. My salesman was real nice but I ended up being stuck with a couch set that didn't fit in my living room. Talked to the manager and he refused to work with me for an exchange that would fit. Very bad experience. Will not shop Ashley again and will definitely encourage all my friends and family to avoid doing business with the company as well.

Found out after purchase that the sales team charged me $800 more than same product on website with 2 years less in financing. Delivery people showed up at 8:30pm (3 hours late) to deliver product. Delivered broken product which I was forced to return in person right before Christmas. Still waiting for my replacement product - and the employees at the store would rather chuckle amongst themselves than help a customer with a problem. Wish I could give zero stars. Run screaming from this place to literally anywhere else.

Selection & price weren't bad, but they aggressively push "extra" crap so hard that it's annoying. Plus, the "Cleaning Service" guarantee thing they sale is complete & total bull. The service won't clean your couch, they send you a bottle of cleaner so that you can do it yourself. Only then will they consider sending cleaners, and that is only after you fill out & send in a bunch of paperwork. Won't shop here again.
when the item was delivered it came damaged and still they gave it to me that way,, and also the salesperson said the furniture was high quality wood when this product is all made from particleboard. And I mean all of it...never buying from Ashely Furniture again.. beware and ask if the furniture your buying is actual wood not this crap particleboard ..

Worst experience ever. I bought a bedroom and living room set from this awful place. While the bedroom set was delivered intact, the sectional I purchased was somehow ordered with two left arms. How it is possible to order two pieces that cannot conceivably fit together as they're intended is baffling. So we had to set up another delivery date for the correct piece. The second delivery was two hours late and I was not available to wait so, again, it had to be rescheduled. The third time, we finally discovered the piece was too large to fit inside my building's elevator or up the stairs to my floor. The delivery men said that with 3 guys they felt they could manually lift the furniture up the face of my building to my unit's floor. They instructed me to call the store and request 3 men for the next delivery. I did so and was told it could be done. The day of the 4th delivery only 2 men came, and neither had been briefed on the complications of the delivery. I was instructed to call the store again. This time, we learned that Ashley deliver never sends 3 men on deliveries. This seems like something that should have been inquired after before expressly informing me that 3 people would be able to come deliver this incredibly troublesome piece of furniture. The store offered to hire a third party to make the delivery, but I would have had to front $200 for it and that money would only be refunded to me after a successful delivery. Uncomfortable with this proposition, since there could be no guarantee the third party would actually be able to get the furniture into my unit, I requested a refund for the entire living room set. We set up a day for a truck to come and pick up the set but instead of coming to my address, they sent the truck to my parents' house (my billing address at the time of the furniture purchase). Because my parents live in a different county than I do, the truck could not come to my place that day and we had to reschedule again. Finally, we managed to get that accursed furniture out of my condo. Getting the refund was another headache. I requested several times to have the entire refund credited back to my bank account. I paid 3/4 of the entire purchase out of pocket and financed 1/4. The store told me they would note it on my request for refund but it would be their corporate office that issued the check. The check that come in was about $700 short of my expectation. That amount was applied to my financed account, which I had specifically requested not to happen. I called the store back and spoke to a manager, Dan. Dan told me that he would call the corporate office and "fight for me" to get the refund fixed, though he could make no guarantees, and get back to me the following day. That was last Monday. Still haven't heard back from Dan, but I doubt he bothered. I called corporate myself on Wednesday. I was told they always refund to the financed account first as it is considered an outstanding balance and the store should not have led me to believe there would be any alternative outcome. So, basically, this store is full of lazy, two faced, and incompetent employees. 99% of the staff I dealt with were either clueless, rude, or both. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience at Ashley Furniture, primarily because of the fantastic customer service that I received. My sales rep was Tina Nguyen and she was extremely helpful and kind. Tina was patient and understanding of my time constraint since I was shopping with my 2 little ones and I did not have much time to shop and needed to confirm pricing on items that I had found on their website. She answered all of my questions and gave me her honest opinion when I was a bit indecisive about some of the items that I had selected. I never felt that she was overbearing with her sales tactics and was always very friendly. I spent $6000.00 and I felt great about my purchase since the manager matched some prices that I had found online. The manager, made some last minute recommendations to my order and was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to Ashley furniture in Santa Ana, but I would call Tina to make sure that she is available to assist me!
Very pleased with my purchase of a king bed set, a Stearn and Foster mattress, and an area rug. I really liked the saleswoman Stacy, she is good at easing you into areas and items of your need and interest, and not pushy at all. She will obviously introduce some of their top of the line items as her job calls for, but she is very understanding when you simply can't afford or don't want to spend the kind of money on certain things. I received my delivery few days ago, and I am very satisfied with the final product. My bed & mattress are of the same high quality that I saw & tried in the store, and installation(included with the delivery) was a breeze. If you spend big bucks here, don't be shy to ask for discounts and giveaways. I got some pretty good discounts and very nice complimentary items (such as pillows,mattress protector, upgrades to certain items in the bundle, etc.) at the end. Still spent big bucks, but felt like a very worthy investment. Just keep in mind this store is not for thrift shopping clientele if low price is your primary focus. If you are looking for decent furniture at a reasonable price, shop Ashley's.

The delivery team of guys arrived right on time and carefully put my items in place in my new home. I couldn't be more pleased!
My visit to Ashley Furniture was a great experience. The sales representative Manny Corella was a great help. He is a very professional sales person and went out of his way to complete my transaction with great discounts. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and especially Manny as a sales represenatitive.
