Walked in the store and walked around for around 15 minutes and not a single employee offered their help. As I was walking out I looked directly at the employee at the front and he had the most miserable look on his face. Took my business elsewhere. Hire employees with a better attitude

We were shopping for a sectional side and loveseat. We went to Ashley’s to shop. Our sales person was Hung. He was so helpful. No pressure. He showed us 5 selections. He was so helpful. There was a Presidents Day Sale. We were so pleased with the prices. We had already shopped 3 other furniture stores. The store manager Ben introduced himself to us. Our shopping experience was especially pleasant.

We had a really great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to one of the managers Francisco. From the moment we walked in, he treated us with respect and didn’t judge us at all based on how we looked, we came straight from work. which honestly meant a lot. He took his time explaining all our options clearly and even shared his personal experiences with some of the products, which helped us make better decisions. He was very kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. His energy was positive and welcoming, and we never felt pressured. Instead, we felt heard and comfortable asking questions. What really stood out is that he wasn’t just helping customers... you could tell he truly supports his team too. He was checking in with employees, guiding them, and leading by example. It’s clear he’s the kind of manager who helps his team members and creates a positive environment for everyone. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it really made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Ashley is lucky to have a manager like him. Thank you again for the great help! Good quality furniture, great price, quick and easy delivery, thank you

Sadly I was deceived $468 of my balance as a value favor for furnished protection that insurance bought valid for five years but the truth came out as a trick for there is a right insurance and there is no fix even medium scratches unfortunately I was stolen $468 I reached out to the admin and Ashley company used all the ampels and all the numbers and all lied to lie lost money and time. But I learned a lesson that wouldn’t think buy again from Ashley and GPS insurance company. Note if they solve my issue I'll delete this review, If not it will still show up.

The furniture was all very modern and reasonably priced! We got a beautiful sectional and a swivel chair. Sabino helped us with placing the order and was very accommodating with having two separate delivery dates at our request. Also, the two crews that arrived to deliver the sectional and swivel chairs were very communicative and polite. Great experience! Definitely gonna be my go to furniture store from now on.

I purchased a bedroom set which has taken three deliveries and is still not complete. I must have spoken to probably 20 or so people with no resolution. There were a few problems, I was not told my headboard, bed frame and mirror were not in stock so I did not receive them on the 1st delivery. The 2nd delivery included my headboard, bed frame and mirror however one of the bed legs was defective and the mirror was too small. They put in an order to replace the bed leg but I refused the mirror and since then have tried to get them to deliver the correct one. However I was told a few different things such as I had to go to the store and pick another one out and pay an additional $187.00 dollars, another was that the mirror was discontinued. I refused to pay additional fees because I didn’t feel it was my fault. I finally decided to go to the store on Sunday 1/18/26 and spoke to the new store manager by the name of Manny. I explained the situation and within a few minutes my problem was resolved. My correct mirror is being delivered Wednesday 1/21/26. Manny is a great people person which is caring about his customers. Keep up the fantastic work Manny!

In the end we ended up getting my daughter her bed frame and mattress. I highly recommend that if your in the area and need anything for your home to come here and look for sabino.

Sabino was very helpful and patien. My daughter couldn’t make up her mind and he was very helpful to her! Ask for him when you are ready to make your next purchase.

I had an awesome experience on shopping at Ashley Santa Ana days before. We didn’t initially plan to buy that sofa set which we had decided to buy somewhere else, but by introductions from Sheryl together with Manny as the shop manager, step by step, their patience, consideration and detail verification/checking…etc, really convinced us changing ideas. A good shopping experience. We sincerely hope Ashely a prosperous business and Santa Ana team a great success in the future.

I ordered a sofa set on December 7th, 2025. They told me it would be delivered on December 19th, so I arranged for City 17 to pick up my old sofa. However, on the 19th, they informed me that due to lack of stock, the delivery had to be postponed to the 24th. On the 24th, they told me that the goods had not arrived yet, and it would be postponed again to the 31st. I don't understand why they would sell this product if they don't have stock. I haven't had a sofa to use for three weeks. This sales method makes me feel like they are just putting money in their pockets and waiting for the goods to arrive before delivering them. I will never buy their products again and will not recommend them to others.

In 2018, I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Ashley Furniture, relying on the representation that the product carried a 10-year manufacturer warranty and that Ashley Furniture, as the retailer of record, would maintain adequate documentation to support future warranty claims. Fast forward to today: the mattress has proven to be defective, and while preparing to replace it (I ultimately purchased a new Casper mattress during Black Friday), I realized the Tempur-Pedic warranty was still active. To file a valid warranty claim, Tempur-Pedic requires standard documentation, including: Proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) Law tag identification Full mattress photos (without bedding) Close-up of the defective area Foundation/support system photos Unfortunately, Ashley Furniture failed at the most basic requirement: providing proof of purchase for a mattress they sold. I misplaced the original paper receipt, which should not be an issue for a major national retailer. I spent hours reviewing emails from Ashley Furniture and located only a generic “thank you” email that lacked essential details such as purchase price, item description, or transaction verification. This document was unusable for warranty purposes. I then spent multiple days contacting customer service, receiving no meaningful assistance. Eventually, I spoke with a store manager named Manny, who stated that Ashley’s system had been “upgraded” and that he could not retrieve my receipt or transaction records. That explanation alone raises serious concerns regarding Ashley Furniture’s data retention practices and long-term customer recordkeeping. I was referred to Stephanie Mendiola in customer support, who initially appeared willing to assist. I promptly submitted all requested photographs and documentation. After that point, all communication ceased. No resolution, no follow-up, no explanation. Ashley Furniture had no problem accepting payment for a high-value mattress, yet when lawful post-purchase assistance was required, no one took ownership, no system worked, and no solution was offered. The burden was improperly shifted entirely onto the customer for a failure that rests squarely with the retailer. For a company of this size, the inability to produce a valid receipt for a major purchase—or even offer an alternative verification method—is unacceptable. It leaves customers exposed and unable to exercise warranty rights on products that were marketed as premium and long-term investments. I strongly caution prospective buyers: If you shop at Ashley Furniture, understand that once the sale is complete, support is unreliable and documentation may not exist when you need it most. I cannot recommend this company and would advise consumers to purchase from retailers with verifiable records, transparent customer service, and accountability beyond the point of sale. UPDATE: Ashley Furniture responded by asking me to email them a copy of my receipt. This ignores the core issue: Ashley Furniture cannot locate or provide proof of purchase for a mattress they sold in 2018. I was already told the receipt is unavailable due to a system upgrade. Requesting a document they cannot produce is not a resolution. This reinforces my concern that post-sale support and recordkeeping are severely lacking.

I’ve been waiting all day to go to this store since I’m moving and I was excited to shop for beds and dressers. Tell me why I already see another group of Hispanic family being targeted, watched and questioned, I get the simple do you need help or something but the staff kept looking over and watching them and then notice us and started to watch us. It was uncomfortable. To say the least, we walked to the beds, and the rudeness out of this manager, I don’t know his name but the bald one, he was so rude. Telling us to get out and to leave due to our age, I’m a young dad with my fiancé, and my fiancé’s two younger teen siblings, and our child. The manager started to say, “I can’t have you guys being on the beds,” and this and that right? We clearly heard this man and we apologized since he said it was only for display and we cannot be sitting on the bed (we were on the side of the bed). I don’t know what it is, but I felt like everyone there was just being sort of racist, especially to us Hispanics. It made my fiancée sad since she been wanting to shop there all day aswell, we were excited just to be told to leave in a rudely manner. We weren’t even doing anything bad just sitting on the side of the bed. And for him to repeat to leave and to get off the bed was messed up. He acted like we couldn’t hear him over us apologizing not knowing. Anyways, please be mindful coming in, they judge too quickly.

Francisco is an excellent sales person very well mannered very articulate polite and has a very fresh smell. He was very careful to explain the warranty and all the other details about the purchase. I hope to do business with him again. He is a very friendly man. Thank you, Francisco.

Very patient, didn’t rush me showed me various manual recliner couches. The only negative. Is on the extended warranty he said after five years if not used I get my money back! Well he never said IN STORE CREDIT!! I was bothered by this!

At first I was pleased. I was told the items would be available at different times so the salesman set up 2 different delivery dates. I just called to find out time for delivery tomorrow and the items are not ready. I never received notification to reschedule. That's unprofessional. I called the store's phone number to speak to the manager and the call was taken by an outsourced call center, who refused to give me the number to contact the actual store to speak to the manager. My husband and I love Ashley furniture. We bought our bedroom set a year ago and our family room furniture and now nostt recently our living and dining room. Very quality furniture and all the sales people are great.

I’ve been asking for a new couch for YEARS… finally my husband caved in and took me shopping for Black Friday. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Sabino. He was extremely helpful and patient with us as we discussed our difference options, I’m so happy with the sectional we purchased. We will definitely be coming back for our future furniture needs.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I bought all my furniture from this store, and when I tried to exchange a large mirror (that turned out to be bigger than expected), they were not helpful at all. For three weeks I’ve been trying to get help with an exchange, but they kept changing their words — at first they said they would replace it, then they changed their mind. It was very stressful and frustrating. I honestly feel like they played around and didn’t care about solving the problem. I’m really disappointed and won’t be buying anything from them again. I want to make it clear that the store manager is amazing — very kind, helpful, and professional. My issue is with customer service, not the store. They made it such a big deal even though it was just a simple exchange. I truly appreciate the store manager’s kindness, but the customer service made the whole experience exhausting. I really hope they improve their customer service in the future. I never write bad reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to stay silent.

Absolutely Disappointed — Never Shopping at Ashley Again In the afternoon on 8/24/25, my wife and I went to the Ashley store on Main Street in Santa Ana, CA, looking for a recliner we saw online at Ornate.com for $859.99. A saleswoman named Farzana told us they had the same one, but their sale price was $1,099. She agreed to match the online price, which we appreciated. We also asked if they could offer free delivery, since the Ornate warehouse is only 17 miles from our home, while Ashley’s warehouse is over 60 miles away. Farzana asked her nearby manager, and he said, “No problem” — delivery would be free. She had us select a delivery date (Monday, 8/25/25), but told us the actual delivery would be 8/29/25. She said I would get a call a day before or a few hours before delivery. After we got home, I realized I had accidentally shown her the wrong online listing — I paid $20 more than I should have. I called the store and asked to speak to Farzana. A man with an Indian accent said she was too busy but would call back shortly. No one did. I went back to the store — it was nearly empty. Farzana and the man I spoke to were both just standing around. On the day of the supposed delivery, I still hadn’t received a call, so I contacted Ashley customer service. To my shock, they told me I was never scheduled for delivery at all — and that I’d have to pick up the recliner from their warehouse 60+ miles away. They refused to deliver it. I was furious. I couldn’t believe a big company like Ashley would allow such blatant dishonesty. This isn’t what you expect from a national brand. Thankfully, I was able to cancel the transaction and order the recliner from Ornate Furniture instead — without all the lies and hassle. From today forward, we will never shop at Ashley again. Be careful — just because it’s a big name doesn’t mean you can trust how they do business.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The staff was following us around the store and being overly aggressive on sales. The staff at one point was fighting about who was going to make the sale instead of caring g for the customers. This was more than just rude but also embarrassing. The staff could not understand that we wanted to leave and followed us out of the store.

Very bad company. We purchased 6 drawers dresser on line. We live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We found the package delivered and left on the first floor, in an open area for anyone to take. My wife and I couldn't carry it to the 3rd floor we need extra help to do it, it's over 150 lbs. Our next door neighbor, retired lady, had the same exact problem with Ashley's delivery. what a shame.

I had a deal going with a few items. I provided my social to get prequalified. In the end I decided to not go with the deal. I went home. Next day, I found out I was charged $9,100 on a credit they opened for furniture I never purchased. That is fraud. Identity theft. And illegal!!!! I had to call and argue with the manager to have the charges returned. I should have filled a police report!

We enjoyed our time with Fred yesterday. Right away he advised us the most efficient way to navigate the store. Saved us a lot of time. He checked in often to answer our questions. We made our selection and were happy to receive the summer sale discount.

Were helpful in building bundles with discounting to assist in comparison shopping. Not the best interior designers, but had a variety of quality pieces that were available for delivery within 2 days.

We are so happy with our new family room furniture! The salesman Noel went out of his way to help me find the perfect couch, swivel chair, coffee table, end tables, recliners and arch lamp. The delivery and set up went very well. Overall we had a great experience with the team at Ashley’s!

Great chairs…we purchased 20 of them for a dental office we are designing! Manny was great and followed thru on a pretty complicated transaction!

We were looking forward to buying a full couch set from them but we were in the store for about 20-30 mins and not once were greeted by the entire staff. We even walked by them at their desk and they were either on their phone or Just looked at us as we walked by and didn’t even bother to say hello. When we visited Jerome’s and bobs furniture stores earlier their staff greeted us right away. We left Ashley’s and ended up buying at Jerome’s since their employees greeted us right away and didn’t judge. Not sure if because we were a young Hispanic family with a toddler that were already tired from shopping all day that we were ignored and judged by the employees but we ended up buying today and we’re looking to spend between 2-3k in a living room set, Definitely never coming back here poor customer service and experience at this place. The pictures posted was the set we wanted to try to order and yet no one bothered to help us.

My daughter's and I went shopping for new bedroom sets. We were immediately greeted by Fred. He was so welcoming and helpful. He showed us around and answered all my questions. We purchased 2 bedroom sets and both my daughters were so happy with them. It was an overall great experience and will definitely be back for new couches and dinning table.

Gabriel was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We found the perfect sofa for my home, greater than my expectations! Friendly sales personnel. Was shopping for a bed frame and headboard. Staff member was sympathetic and understanding of our needs. We had very specific requirements related to health conditions. Pricing and discounts were very transparent. Delivery was arranged with no problems.

We went to Ashley in Orange to check out an outdoor lounge chair, the Maroska, that we had found online. The salesperson who helped us, James, was very friendly and helpful, honored the discounted price we had seen online, and arranged for a delivery 2 days later. The chairs were indeed delivered on time and arrived intact. Assembly wasn't too difficult, a couple of the screws were not 100% aligned with the holes, but that's part for the course. We love the chairs, they are comfy and sturdy, and offer the perfect place to relax by the fireplace.

If you have to have your product shipped, don't order through Ashley. We ordered a bed in a box two and a half weeks ago that we needed for a trip to our river house. Gave us a delivery date and told us we had to be home to sign for it. One day before the expected delivery date, got two texts confirming the date and time of delivery. Not 2 hours later they called and said it would not be coming and that it could be delivered two or three days later when we were not going to be home. This ruined all of our plans and now we're scrambling to find a bed before we leave for our vacation. We are so disappointed in Ashley. Thanks for nothing.

The worst customer service… I was hounded by every vulture out there.. at one point had 4 people following me around. I ended up purchasing it, over priced of course? Them was told they have no customer care there.. I have to call and cancel it myself. They no longer take back the furniture they sold you the last time… called customer care and I have to wait to cancel because it takes a few days to get it into the system. Absolutely unprofessional !

Horrible experience… this company scammed us when we purchased our couch with an interest free payment plan. They had a promotion going on for 36 months of no interest if we chose a payment plan. Manuel Corella, the sales associate here tricked us. Not only did he told us about the 36 month interest free plan but he tried to charge us for the protection plan as well. Luckily we caught it before we gave him our credit card. However, we didn’t notice that he inputted the 12 month payment plan instead of the 36 month. Even though we said multiple times we were going with the 36 month one. After about 12 months into the year we were contacted by Sychrony that our promo had expired and since we still had a balance they were going to charge us $900+ in interest fees…. It’s ridiculous how Ashley Furniture would advertise these different payment plans but tricks you when proceeding with payment and signing the contract. I will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again. Shady business and shady sales associates.

I called Ashley’s in Santa Ana and spoke with Malik. I was searching for an item I had already purchased at another Ashley store. Malik searched for the item, inspected its condition and called me back to confirm his findings. He knew I had a 2 hour drive, and didn’t want me to be disappointed upon arrival. I picked up the piece the next morning, and thanked Malik personally. He truly restored my faith in retail customer service. It’s not like the item purchased was that expensive, it really wasn’t. Thanks again Malik!

Manny went above and beyond in answering all of my questions on the phone and in person. Originally, I was going to order online and called a representative who could not answer any of my questions. However, Manny was knowledgeable and familiar with the furniture questions I had, made recommendations for my questions, and stayed within my budget. Although I was only purchasing a kid’s bed frame, he made me feel like I was his highest end buyer! I bought a mattress from Amazon, but he was so knowledgeable about the them and made good points that I had not considered, so I canceled my order and went to the store with my son. Manny was great in person as well, my son laid down on a few mattresses and understood my goal was for my son’s room. I have not purchased ANY furniture in 10 years, which was my son’s crib! But he explained the financing, which is incredible… and I will be back after setting up my son’s room for a special reason, and will be back before the Memorial Day sale is over to buy some pieces for my living room. It isn’t often that I will write a review, but Manny deserves this review. I’m blown away by his knowledge and service, and never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I’m excited to work with him again! :)

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE – THEIR WARRANTY IS A JOKE! I bought a bed frame from Ashley in January 2022, and it has been the WORST furniture purchase I’ve ever made. By May 2022, the bed frame already had issues, so I filed a complaint under the warranty. After several calls and months of being ignored, they finally sent someone in December 2022—yes, SEVEN MONTHS LATER! The service guy confirmed there was an issue, said they would order replacement parts, and guess what? The parts NEVER arrived. Fast forward to 2025, and the bed frame completely broke. I called Ashley again, only for them to tell me there was “nothing they could do” because the warranty had expired. Are you kidding me? I reported the problem DURING the warranty period, and they did NOTHING to fix it back then. Now they want to wash their hands of it? This is absolutely unacceptable. Ashley Furniture’s so-called “warranty” is just a scam. They’ll make you jump through hoops, ignore your complaints for months, and then wait for the warranty to expire so they can tell you you’re out of luck. On top of that, their customer service is horrendous. If you’re considering buying from Ashley, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and broken furniture. There are plenty of other furniture companies out there that actually stand behind their products. Ashley Furniture just wants your money and could care less about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

Hung listened to my requirements and found options for me that meet my requirements. When my requirements couldn’t be meet by Ashley he was honest up front with me and didn’t try to convince me to change my mind. He even encouraged me to go home and measure my home to make sure his recommendation would fit. Because of this I ended up coming back the same weekend and making a significant purchase. This was my first time to the Santa Ana location. I usually go to the Anaheim Hills location and receive better customer service. Omar Carillo was my salesperson at Santa Ana and he was not knowledgeable, does not commumicate effectively and did not listen to my needs and wants. The quality of Ashley's furniture it very good, but my salesperson should choose a different career.

My husband and I went shopping here for a new bed, as well as to research a rocking chair for our nursery, and had one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. We were helped by Mr. Noel Wu, who was a very nice person but struggled to complete the transaction because he was very forgetful. Throughout our time shopping, we mentioned several times that we had an existing Ashley credit line through Synchrony that we wanted to use. Mr. Wu looked up my husband's information multiple times, which we understood also included the credit line. After deciding on moving forward with a bed, Mr. Wu collected my husband's information and ran his credit without us knowing, which resulted in a hard credit pull and a new credit line with Concora that we did not want or authorize. Both the manager and Mr. Wu insisted that it was only a soft credit pull, which was a lie as confirmed by the hard pull on my credit report the following day. When we asked why this happened, Mr. Wu stated that the "system" choses the creditor for the account. How does the "system" make a choice that overrides the customer's?The floor manager even pretended we had never said anything about our existing account, which was also a lie. We were assured several times that the account would be reversed and closed, but that was not only never done, but my husband was told the next day "what is done is done" when he followed up as to why he was getting more emails from Concora about this new account. Furthermore, the process of making the purchase was excruciating. We were in the store for hours as they tried to process the transactions and correct the constant mistakes that were being made. They tried to give us a lesser promotion (12 months no interest instead of 60 months) which we only caught because we asked due to the credit account issue that had already occurred. Then they had to split the order into two parts to correct this. They then put an address on the order that we had 4 years ago (not even in the same county as we are in now) without confirming with us or asking first, which created a further ordeal trying to get the address corrected. My husband had to speak to his credit card company several times because the transactions they kept running looked suspicious. Since the account and order was under my husband's name only, I finally left the store to shop elsewhere in the mall because it was getting too frustrating for me. In total it took us around 4 hours from the time we walked in to the time we left, which is ridiculous. In addition, my husband had to return the following day on his lunch break to sign paperwork for one of the order portions because they "forgot" to have him sign it. I can be very forgiving about many things, (like the high pressure upselling, which I hate and usually leave due to, and also happened from the floor manager) but the combination of fraud and lying around the unauthorized credit application really put this one over the top for me. At first we thought this was just incompetence, but the fact that they are still refusing to make it right by working with Concora to close the unauthorized account and reverse the impact on my husband's credit report speaks to intentional deception, which may be due to the likely staff and manger incentives for opening new credit accounts. Given our experience with this location, I would stay far away from it! I wish we had left without buying anything and just made the purchases online after we got home. It would have saved us literal hours dealing with incompetent and deceptive representatives and avoided a fraudulently opened credit line.

Ashley home stores are a horrible establishment with bait and switch sales tactics. I was given a price for a piece of furniture, signed the receipt and everything. They opened up a credit card for me and when I got my first statement, I was charged twice as much for the item. I called the credit card company and they didn’t help me. I called the store and they didn’t help me. I had to file a complaint with the BBB in order for them to even respond to me and then in respondents to my complaint, it took me five times to talk to someone and the demand they show me a receipt with the with the charge they were billing me because it was fraudulent. This is a horrible establishment. Beware do not shop here.

I will never shop at Ashley furniture ever again! I ordered a rug and received the wrong style and color rug! After calling the store they will not pick it up or refund me my money unless I take the rug in. The manager James Rodriguez told Malik to tell me that unless I bring it in I cannot receive my money back. I have no way to transport an 8x10 rug nor can I lift it, and I explained this and they do not care. They don’t care to fix their mistake and give me my correct rug or money back! This is bad business and the worst customer experience I have ever had! Not to mention it was not even delivered to my door! It was delivered to a mail room and I never received a delivery notification! I happened to be getting an Amazon box and seen it and had to ask others to help me get it to my house.

Everything was going good until we decided to come back next week to finalize the purchase of a couple couches and dressers. We wanted to get an estimate on the furniture but Fred, the one who helped us, didn't like that. His toned changed instantly in what was a mad/frustration mood. We told him that we will still work with him only next week but that wasn't good enough for him. Fred then told us to leave the store ASAP cause he couldn't help any other customers until we left. We felt that was weird and only after thinking about it. We both came to the conclusion that we were basically kicked out of the store by Fred. I have never been kicked out of any store so that was a first for me. The store is great but that experience was pretty bad. I understand its commission based and we told him that he can work with other guest while we were in the store, thats was no issue but being asked to leave the store felt a bit too far.

Went to Ashley Furniture store today. Excellent selections!! Omar assisted us on the floor. He was patient and had answers to all my questions. He listened to our personal story in our home and what we were trying to accomplish. He went above and beyond and checked other stores for us. This experience has been a pleasure.

I purchased a bed frame in June, and set an delivery date on the 19th on the purchase date. I'm trying to get ready for my family's coming so I need an exact delivery time and I thought it's all set. A few days before 19th, I received an email saying the delivery is not available and asked me to make a phone call to their store and I did, they told me the date was set to 22nd July, and I said OK. Today, I received their message saying the delivery is not available for 22nd and it's available for 25th of July and asked them what is the exact delivery date for my furniture, they said no available delivey date. Alright, if you don't do business in furniture in this industry, DO NOT WASTE CUSTOMERS' TIME. Please be careful even they said they have set your delivery date in their system, they are just trying to find an excuse for not able to presenting their furniture!

At your Santa Ana location, customer Service is one of the greatest experience I’ve had in a long time and granite. I am a longtime purchaser of Ashley furniture. I had to pleasure of dealing with three individuals who helped to accommodate my needs, it was James, a Super super nice guy who welcomed me into the store and to care for my needs, and I am not sure if I am pronouncing this young lady’s name, right , who was helping me at the front counter I think it’s Tasmin, and Roxana. I am a Spanish speaker and I had help translating this to English. I went into the store to buy some lamps. I was told by the sales person her name is Maria Cruz that I could order them online and have them shipped to my house. I ordered online and paid in the store. When I received them at home the lamps looked nothing like they did online. I tried to return them in the store and they said that all in-store sales are final no matter what. I was never told this when I purchased the lamps and the terms and conditions on the receipt are in English. When I told Maria Cruz that the lamps look nothing like what she showed me online she said, " That is why I do not buy things online". The way I was treated by the sale's associate is criminal. The sales people and the managers of this store are not to be trusted especially by Spanish only speaking customers.

I was very happy with the staff at the Santa Ana store on 4/15/2024 . They were very kind and let my friend take the wheel chair out to the parking lot that was a fair distance from the store to pick me up as walking is not something I do very well. Gabriel and the store manager James were very patient with me in my seach for two arm chairs as I have very specific needs measurment and design wise. They put up with me for over an hour and I couldn't find the chairs I need. In addition they spent more time going over the options in your catalog; still no luck. I did find a table with power outlets and purchased it. No pressue trying to close me with something that didn't work and treated me with respect and kindness. Just avoid ordering from the store. If you want something from Ashley, just order online. The sales people say they will “fight” for discounts for you but don’t do anything as they said, and they also won’t let you know that there’s a no assembly delivery option for $99 instead of the full delivery + assembly for $249. Oh and they won’t stop talking. Like come on, just stop and take a breath.

Dogs were in the stores but me and my roomates (all adults) were rudely asked to leave even though they were not closing. Came to the store yesterday not knowing what to expect we were greeted by our trusted advisor Omar. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bedroom sets, mattresses, and also sectionals . Answered all my questions about what I was looking for. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations. I’ll definitely be back and furnish my home with Omar. I came in just a couple hours before closing stressed trying to find a bed frame and some miscellaneous items quickly. I put the sales associate through the wringer with changing my about things and finding items that weren’t even actually for sale anymore. He was patient and went above and beyond for me. This is one of the bigger purchases I’ve made for my home and I’m glad I had him to guide me through it. UPDATE: After a great in-store experience, it's been a rough few weeks. Not all the pieces were delivered, so assembly was only half done for weeks. When I followed up, I was told I'd have to wait another 3 months. After several phone calls, the store mostly resolved that issue. When it was finally assembled, I decided the box spring was too big for this frame. I don't know why no one told me that when I picked it, but now I was told I couldn't exchange it because I'd already signed for it, back when the bed was incomplete and I didn't know how it would look. During this whole debacle, the sales rep told me he'd give me 5% off for my troubles, for which I was very appreciative. When I asked the store how to get that 5% back, they said they couldn't do that. So I reached out to the rep who offered it and was told, "Next time you buy something, come in the store and we can take care of it." That's not how 5% off works, and after how long it took to get this $1300 bed assembled and still not be happy with it, I don't see myself coming in anytime soon to right that wrong.

The options and the measurements with the explanation to give us the visual of how our living room would be was great! I recommend coming to him for your furniture needs

It was so quick and easy, our sales rep, Liana was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was a couple items we needed help with and the extra assistance from Omar and James were a great bonus. This was my first big purchase of new furniture and my first time purchasing with Ashely’s. The team really left a great impression. Will definitely consider Ashley’s for future purchases.

Do not buy furniture from this location! We bought a bed in late march, they deliver the wrong furniture and we had to reschedule and then… they brought a bed with a crack on the headboard so again had to call and reschedule. Now the third time they brought a bedroom set, without the lamps that came on the headboard so the delivery people took it back.. I just found out, with one of the sales girl that the bed I bought, does not come with lamps in a full size bed. They only come in a queen, which the sales girl who helped us told us what we see in the display is what we get… I’m never buying anything from here.

I was in the market for a new bed frame and I was pleasantly greeted by Ameera at Ashley’s Furniture. She was a great help selecting the right frame to fit my mattress. I placed my order late Saturday night and had it delivered and expertly set up just 4 days later. 10/10 recommended and ask for Ameera if you want friendly and informative help!

Never buying from that store again, they told my mom the sofa was going to be delivered on the 29, then when my mom called them to ask them why they hadn't come yet they told her it was going to be delivered on the 3rd of the next month. But if she wanted she could go pick it up at the warehouse that is like one hour or more from Orange.👎

Jasmine, Omar, Priscilla, and Malik are excellent employees. I purchased something 90 days ago and for my order I gave them my nickname instead of my legal name. Oh man that caused some complications. Because the item I expected, upon arrival was a different color than I ordered. I had to return it because it did not match my current furniture. I requested the return and refused delivery 3 months ago. Unfortunately the corporate of Ashley wasn’t able to verify my identity and it took them 3 months to return my money. But these 4 employees went above and beyond and made a stressful situation much better by listening to my concerns and making sure to communicate with me to the best of their abilities. I wasn’t going to shop from Ashley ever again, but because I received exceptional customer service experience, I happily choose to check out their inventory and purchase from them again Thank you Omar, Priscilla, Jasmine and Malik for making my experience positive

My SA was great but everything else was Horrible! My order got cancelled and I was not noticed and I still don’t have a delivery date, I would not have purchased it if I knew it was back dated. I even paid extra to have it delivered. I waisted my whole day and would not have know if I didn’t call to inquire. I’m very disappointed .

I needed new living and dining room furniture, as I'd bought these 10 years ago from a cheaper source and they didn't last five years. I was very happy with the look, the quality and the prices of what I selected. I was also very happy with the sales team, as they aren't aggressively following you all over the place, giving you your space while you look around. Once I was ready, they were very knowledgeable in answering my questions, offering suggestions, and even working with me on the price. I had been to numerous furniture stores before going there, which I found other the quality lacking, not the right look, or the pricing astronomical. I'm very happy with what I chose and the experience.

Like everything else today prices up everywhere but great furniture n very comfortable as they are beautiful. The Rep people also very nice n helpful. Kudos to "Mike" who helped me with a unique side table i wanted n showed me around a few sets of leather couches I'd like to buy in rhe near future but 1st I need to get rid of current couches to fit any new ones. I always say this is my last set no more; but its been now 10yrs sincelast set. Is time!!!

Horrible experience, over charge me, then when I had them remove it, they said too late order has been already sent thru and they couldn't take charge off or refund me instead I need to cancel who order and re order again and my money will be refunded in 2 to 3 days. I Said fine and went home re order what I wanted and they then sent me cancel order and while in middle of put coffee table together they call me and ask me to bring back what they ship me to get my refund. So now I hoping I get what I order soon. Do not recommend this place.

Faye has fantastic- friendly and knowledgeable and patient! What was not good was not being able to pay online because Ashley is unable to separate our billing address from the shipping address. So we had to make a 30 minute trip back to the store to pay in person. We purchased furniture for Jerome’s also. They were able to accept final payment online using 2 different addresses

Aria was very helpful gave me dimensions of furniture and walked with me looking for furniture they had available.
