Went to price match they don't price match. the manager didn't eve even said is there anything else I can help you with.. worst customer service. There websites stated that they price match guarantee. Tried with Amazon and they say go buy with Amazon. Amazon steal your personal information.

Fero was AWESOME! He was super patient, straight to the point, and able to answer all questions we threw at him! Even after not making a purchase, he stayed past his shift just to answer any questions! Such a great experience and would recommend Fero as well as Ashley furniture to all of our friends! There was a lot of options there. This Asian guy, forgot his name, kept following us and just being straight up right behind us . I am not one to say anything, but my mom told him we were just looking around. I thought he would stop, but he still continued to follow us. We then we're going to leave and he kept trying to get us to stay which just made us wanna leave even more. Would go back maybe someone else help us, cause it was just him who seemed to be one to follow people.😣😒😒😔

Googlers, if you do decide to buy furniture from any Ashley's chain store, do not buy the protection plan. I was lied to by this store's staff, and was given the piece of mind that my new leather couch set was covered for ANY damages they might get. No matter how the damages are made. I was told that the furniture is covered. This was a lie that tricked me into buying an expensive useless product. They use a third-party company called GBS. They have hundreds of negative post on the better business bureau website. That added extra "protection" plan is a scam. Don't let them trick you into buying the extended warranty. Good luck, and remember this post when it comes to buying furniture at Ashley's.

Worse customer service !!!! I went to purchase a mattress set and put Some money down. I decided to cancel the order the next day I called customer service they said to go in the store the get my money back. I go in an old lady who refused to give me her name asked me for my credit card i gave her the card and it’s the new apple credit that has no numbers displayed on the card for security purposes.. she told me why did erase the numbers of the credit card, I advise that the card is designed that way I pulled out my phone and showed her the last 4 of the credit on the app she said Im not giving your money back because you’re giving me a fraudulent credit card and you can leave the store now .she treated me like a criminal and refused to give me a refund she said i will submit it to corporate and it will take up to 2 months for you to get a refund..

I wish I had read these reviews before spending over $10k here! Sales rep Fabian, very nice so I feel bad writing this and I NEVER do. BUT with the amount of money we've spent I'm not happy. We went into the Santa Ana store on Sept. 1st. Delivery was set for 9/21, all pieces were available. Got a call asking if they could deliver 9/22 because Saturday's are busy for deliveries, so we agreed. Friday the 20th we get a call that my son's full size bed rails are out of stock, which was the whole reason we went in that day to get our disabled son a full size bed. New Delivery date 10/1, what could we do right! (Now he is sleeping on the couch because we gave his twin bed away thinking it would be delivered on the 22nd.) They delivered everything else on 9/22 besides His furniture (bed & night stand) so yes we got our very expensive Posturpedic bed and guess what.......the base DOESN'T WORK! Supposed to move up & down, it does NOTHING. Day of delivery, our bad! WE didn't check it before drivers left, he said "ok here's the bed & there's the remote on the night stand." Perfect! He leaves, guess what it didn't work! We immediately text the driver and he responded he didn't have time to come back out. So the next day, Monday morning and everyday since then I've been calling. They have me call Posturpedic, they say we are missing the battery pack and it won't work without that. Call Ashley's again, needless to say I've made at least 10 phonecalls, been on hold forever between customer service, receptionist, Posturpedic, another company. AND I'm still waiting. So I ask if I bought a TV and it didn't work, would they send me to the mfg. to come fix it? A normal store would say NO! Oh and did I say my sons beds NEW delivery date because the rails are still on back order is now 10/6!!!! This is some BS! I told them I'll just cancel & return everything, I was told YOU CAN'T, by a rude receptionist that has turned out to be nice after I told her to LISTEN to me. I've asked for Managers and was told once they were in a meeting and another time that they were not in. Someone needs to come and fix this bed and deliver my sons bed before I contact the NEWS, the NEWSPAPER & everyone else I know. The Lucero Family
