Ashley Store Santa Clarita, CA

Here it goes....... We bought a king size mattress with the wooden foundations. She gave us a price of $1,300. Getting ready to sign and saw the price was $1,600. Saleslady said I forgot to tell you about the delivery fee and recycling fee. She acted like take it or leave it. At this point we took it. We scheduled delivery for Saturday January 17. We got home and had to reschedule. I tried the link that was attached to the email sent to us and it didn't work so I called the number on email. She said someone would call me back to reschedule. I did get a call back and rescheduled for Wednesday January 21st. We took apart our bed and waited all day. No phone call or text. I finally called and they didn't have a delivery scheduled. I decided to cancel. I was transferred to someone else who was very helpful. Gave us a discount on our order and rescheduled for January 28th. I called the day before to verify our delivery and again No delivery scheduled!!! They tried to tell us due to the weather it was postponed and someone should of notified us. I told her no one contacted us. Again....I want to cancel for sure. She put us on hold for 20 minutes and the line was disconnected. I called back and was told I am the one who canceled! I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available!!!! I was so frustrated. I hung up on him. I called the store directly and talked to the saleslady. She said oops they forgot to schedule the delivery and new delivery date is friday January 30th. I told her we are deciding if we are going to cancel. She gave me her cell phone number and said let me know what you decide!!! Not holding our breath for delivery Friday !!!

I found chairs I liked at a fair price on sale. However having to wait 6.weeks for scheduled delivery sucks. Can't add photos because I don't have my chairs yet

I went in there looking for some living room furniture. At first the salesman was attentive then lost interest in helping us when I was only looking for a tv stand. A second person was just as dismissive to us. I will not return to this place.

I would like to thank the sales associate Ruby ! She was truly amazing and helpful after I had a horrible online experience. I should have trusted my gut and went in-store first and not online . As I am a returning customer of Ashley’s I should have know better . Ruby was truly amazing and understanding and willing to help me get the sofas that were out of stock online and were In stock at their warehouse . Every question and concern I had she answered. Ruby you are amazing kind and helpful and truly appreciated. I would have never purchased the sofas again if it wasn’t for YOU !! Amazing ! Thank you

I have not been disappointed by a store in recent memory as much as I have with Ashley Furniture. We went into the store to order a breakfast table with four chairs. The following week the table was delivered. It had to be assembled in home. As the delivery crew were leaving I stopped them and told them that the table wasn’t assembled correctly, there were gaps and the legs were bent inwards. He insisted that it was fine and proceeded to leave. No customer service what so ever. They said if I had any problems to call the 800 number. Later I noticed that two of the chairs were mismatched and were wobbling. I called the 800# and explained what had happened. They said they would send a technician to inspect the furniture and repair as needed. I spent almost $1600 on this table to have to be fixed before we even use it ? I should have bought used furniture in that case? The technician arrived in a few days and said that he would need to order numerous parts to correct everything. I became frustrated, this really is LOW QUALITY SUB PAR DEFECTIVE garbage. I told him I would rather return it. I was told that Ashely will not return the furniture, no returns, no exchanges all sales final. I told him not to repair anything and I would go into the store. One of the managers there said they are not allowed to provide any assistance in store and we must call the 800 number. The call center is a NON US BASED center. I was told that all sales are final. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no supervisors are available. I asked to speak with a Manager, I was told that no managers are available. I would be happy to pay a restocking fee and get something else but was refused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO OFFER TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. If the own store manager says “They changed the rules and I can’t help you” what does that say about their products?

Had a good experience. Was greeted with a warm welcome, and sales associate helped choose the perfect couches and coffee tables for our home.

I rarely write public reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience. We visited the store to finalize a dining table, chairs, and a chest we had shortlisted over the weekend. It was my spouse’s birthday, and we had specifically taken the day off to complete the purchase and schedule delivery. Upon entering, we were greeted by Artur, and we clearly mentioned the exact items we intended to buy. However, there was a price discrepancy — the chest had been listed at $279 over the weekend, which we had confirmed, but Artur informed us the price was now $399. As my spouse explained that this same discrepancy had come up over the weekend and that Lucy, the store manager, had already agreed to honor the $279 price, we requested that Artur confirm with her. Instead, he insisted that he had already checked and began expressing visible frustration, claiming he was “going back and forth” for us. Within less than 30 seconds of this exchange, his tone turned impatient and tense. At that point, I intervened and said, “We can be polite.” He responded that he was being polite and then, in an irritated tone, remarked to my spouse, “Do you want this or not?” He went on to say that it was a “good deal” — but in a manner that came across as dismissive and demeaning. That’s when I said, “Let’s record this conversation and review it together,” so we could objectively assess whether his tone was indeed polite. What was meant to be an enjoyable experience quickly turned disappointing. We ultimately decided to leave without purchasing the dining set or chest. Courtesy and professionalism go a long way in customer interactions, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this exchange. Thanks team for the experience.

Make sure you look over you receipt and it is correct before signing. My salesperson added charges I did not want.

My experience with Ashley furniture has been horrible. They use a third-party delivery company in the process of them the delivery company trying to deliver and move a couch. I purchase upper staircase punch a hole in my drywall scratched drywall in other places, along with scratching railing and other damage to the property. There was damage to the furniture The delivery team try to sneak out of the house without notifying us of the damage she did to our house and then instead of taking the furniture that they scratched and damage trying to deliver it, they force us to call and file a claim when we told him to take the furniture with them. They said that is not the case and left us would have to deal with damage furniture and damage to our property. Now claim you have to go through corporate, which is hideous very unprofessional and have to deal with their time so after the third time finding out, they’re using a third-party moving company for deliveries not even Ashley furniture, employees or delivery employees.👎👎👎 so after dealing with multiple phone calls, multiple emails going back into the store, which, fortunately in my case, the store manager took the time out of her day along with one representative to look at everything was going on and help me out to get the matter moving along and process a lot further after paying for the repairs on my own pocket and having to sign a waiver that I’m gonna get settlement for my repairs out of my own pocket. I’m still waiting for a refund on the repairs. Secondly, even though this manager at the store that I purchased a furniture offered to replace it And after all the issues and concerns, I had to deal with Ashley furniture’s corporate I’d rather just keep the damage furniture and not take the chance for them to dance my property again, which is pathetic. I reached out to them asking if they wanna give me a discount of the damage furniture or possible discount for future Purchases which unfortunately I have not received a response from the store manager or Ashley corporate which I think is pretty interesting and funny even though they’re willing to replace it furniture either way hands-down when dealing with Ashley furniture I believe if they have third-party delivery companies, those third-party delivery company should be held to the same standards as Ashley furniture Delivery people if not to a strict or standard and I don’t believe that if somebody furniture is damaged that those furniture delivery technicians should be able to have the option to just void customers when they say take the furniture with them because they damaged it upon trying to deliver as furniture only offers a five star opinion in my opinion and my concern and dealing with Ashley furniture HR department I will give you a -5 a long wave would not recommend having them do deliveries or paying them for delivery services and do it yourself. You’re a lot less likely to have Damage to your property or the furniture purchase if anybody questions or has concerns or doubt within my review, I have all the email correspondence screenshot it with my experience with Ashley furniture corporate, and can provide them to Back my Claims in this review..

Never coming back Extremely pushy sales person but the main problem is that they delivered a stained carpet and refused to accept the return . But when we walked in with questions about our purchase they told us to call a 800 number where we were told the manager of the store would contact us but that never happened and we were forced to keep bad products., in general a very bad experience worse than a car dealership.

Are salesperson Ruvy was amazing. She was professional and knowledgeable. She saved visit to store. There were multiple associates upon entrance and not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help.

We spent nearly $20,000 at Ashley and had a terrible experience after delivery. A damaged coffee table took almost 2 months to replace, and a $1,000 mattress that is too stiff to sleep on still hasn’t been exchanged after 3 months of calls and inspections. The process is frustrating and unacceptable. I’ll never shop here again—better to buy from places that actually respect their customers. Update, We followed the instructions and emailed two weeks ago but have received no response. When we called, we were told the issue was “escalated,” yet nothing has been resolved. We only want to exchange the mattress, we don’t want to spend xtra money to purchase a new one. The process has been unnecessarily complicated compared to other furniture stores where returns and exchanges are handled quickly and easily.

Sales person helpful. Since sale item, and floor model, and as is, don’t understand why we couldn’t take home same day. And no delivery. Also, when picking up the next day there was absolutely no covering on chair to protect it. Not even a pc. of plastic. When they said as is, they really meant as is. Tacky procedure from the store. Luckily, my son-in-law had a feeling that this might happen so before he got to the store to pick up chair, he turned around and went back home to get a furniture tarp. Lucky for me. Perhaps u might want to rethink this procedure or at least let customer know store will NOT provide any protection so one needs to bring their own.

For all those who are looking for furniture from the quality home, this is a safe option... if it is not the best one. And if you are looking for Quality in customer service and attention, I can believe that it is the best option by far, since in the past I have visited other shops in the same area, where not only did I not find cordiality in the attention, but I could not buy in those places because of the lack of concern from the staff. However, here, at Ashley Home Store I have found good prices, good quality, highly qualified staff, Freddy the manager, Edda and Mary on the sales floor were very friendly and worried about every step of the purchase, I definitely recommend them 100%. Do not regret arriving in this place. GO... DO NOT let the opportunity pass.

I purchased a sleeper sofa from Ashley and after only 4 years the frame broke. I contacted both parts and the physical store to purchase a replacement part only for them to give me the run around until they tell me it has been discontinued. Contacting customer service, warranty department and the store no one can assist what to do in this situation. I purchased an item from you and you have nothing to offer customers if it is discontinued short of its typical lifespan. Furthermore, the supervisor of the warranty department, John, only kept apologizing rather than speaking through solutions and refused to give me the contact information for anyone to speak to. I would appreciate someone contacting me with a solution to a problem, I know I’m not the only customer this has happened to.

Our sofa didn't arrive as scheduled due to it being damaged by the warehouse forklift so we are without a sofa for another week. 1 of the two recliners delivered has a foot rest that doesn't open & close properly...NOW we are being forced to go through the warranty process for repairs on a recliner we haven't even used!

Purchasing in store is good. Any follow-up customer needs are lacking. Called about the extended furniture care and have still not received an adequate response. Called more recently to see when our furniture delivery date will be and have yet to receive a call back.

My wife and I were shopping for barstools before going to Ashley’s we walked into Royal Suite Furniture. Not one sales associate even acknowledged us so we walked out. So as we entered Ashley’s Tony greets us with a smile and what can I help you with. And yes we found our barstools and a beautiful picture for our new home. We came in for a mattress, left with a mattress, bed frame, dresser, chest, and a full dining set! Amalya was so great to work with, she gave helpful opinions and made sure we had the best deal. They stayed open for us 30 mins after closing which we really appreciated because we wanted to take our time to make sure when making such a big purchase. Everything was in stock, so we’ll have all our new furniture in just a week. Overall, we had a good experience with fantastic service and beautiful furniture!

I went into the Santa Clarita location earlier tonight walked past several cells associates no one bothered to greet me or acknowledge me. As I left, one sales associate looked at me still not saying anything. I had to tell him how horrible the Customer Service was, and the very least they can do is greet their customers, and he told me that he was busy with Another customer, however if you know anything about proper customer service, whether you’re with someone or not, you can speak and say hello and acknowledge people who are in your store. I will be spending my money elsewhere. I planned on buying a dinette set as well as a sofa and ottoman. Management need to have a talk with their sales associates and tell them that the customer that is in the store is more important than scrolling your cell phone likely on social media.

We used Ashley’s free design service. It was great! They sent us sketches of how the living room could look with the sofa we wanted. They even include furniture pieces you want to keep. We are very happy with the service.

Ruby was amazing. Very kind and patient. My mom was the purchaser and at 88 years old, moved a little slow. Ruby made our shopping experience enjoyable. We will definitely request her, next time we need furniture.

My wife Norma and I are still talking about what an amazing experience we had at Ashley because of the exemplary service provided to us by Diego. We are coming just to browse and when we got there, Diego greeted us and I try to make it clear upfront that we were just browsing and he was so friendly and said please look around and give us a couple of pointers about where things were located. From time to time as we stopped and looked at things he would come over and make himself available, but never did we feel that he would overstay his welcome. He just wanted us to make sure that we knew he was there. Then we made an unexpected turn into the mattress section which was not even on our list. Again, he saw his stop and came over to offer his assistance. We asked him a question. He answered it. We asked him another and the next thing you know we we’re in the midst of learning more about mattresses then we could imagine. Diego was helpful, informative, friendly, professional , entertaining and 30 minutes later because of Diego we bought a mattress and a base and we can’t wait for it to arrive. We cannot speak more highly of Diego and his bedside manner with us. We are in the middle of refurnishing our home and will be back there over and over just so we can work with Diego!

Working with Arthur was a breeze. He’s knowledgeable and accommodating to what his clients need. I spent an hour at Ashley’s and it was time well spent. When I go back for more furniture I’m only working with Arthur.

At the time of purchase, I was promised a delivery date, which I paid for. I received 4-5 emails, and 5-6 texts (including 2 the day before delivery) to confirm. That's way too many reminders. It's intrusive, invasive and insulting. One, a few days before, and one the day before, should suffice. BUT THEN!!!! I got a call from them the morning of delivery stating they were three hours out and should arrive at 11. By 11:30, they called. We can't get your item to you today. It was a sofa sleeper I bought for guests who were due in three days for the holidays. Then they promised to get it there in two days On that new delivery day, they called. Sorry, we can get it to you until Sunday (the day all my guests were leaving). I cancelled the order. I'll never deal with this company again. Did they offer to find another sleeper in their warehouse that they could get to me in time? Did they offer anything? I'm so disgusted, disappointed and angry! Now I'm out $150 because I purchased another sleeper from another company online which, of course, won't be here on time. I had to borrow a blow up mattress for my guests. Great service on the sales floor, but the rest needs a serious overhaul.

My husband and I visited the Ashley Furniture store today and were extremely disappointed with our experience. From the moment we walked in, a sales associate in white shirt and dark pants was overly intrusive, following us closely throughout the store. We were looking for a specific sofa set and wanted to browse at our own pace, but the lack of privacy made it uncomfortable. The sales associate's attitude was also off-putting. When we asked about the best deal they could offer on the set we wanted, he became noticeably annoyed. He insisted that the online price was final, plus delivery and taxes, no exceptions. The way he delivered those words was disappointing, he was angry for no reason, acted like he was a boss and we were miserable for asking about a deal. Plus, we knew other nearby stores were selling the same set at a lower price and/or offered other great perks like free delivery, assembling, discount if we bought a set, etc. Based on our experience and the similar feedback from my friend, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The poor customer service and lack of respect from the sales associate left a lasting negative impression. I won't be coming back.

Just had the worst experience over the phone with the manager. She cut me off multiple times when I was calling to check on a delivery. They tell you that you are able to track the delivery on the link they provide you (which I thought was great) however, I was 6th in line, and by the time it was my turn, it added 4 more delivery’s prior to mine. My delivery window period was between 10:30am - 2:30pm and it was 12:00 by the time it marked that I was next in line. My issue was, why have this app track delivery’s if it’s not accurate. Just give the window period and call it a day. I called to check that it was still being delivered but as I was explaining all that to her she cut me off and she stated that it’s still within the delivery period. The whole time I am just letting her know what’s happening she keeps cutting me off and I tell her to please stop cutting me off because I am not cutting her off. She lets me continue and then cuts me off again. That’s when I ask her to stop cutting me off and finish up what I need to say and she goes “I know what I am telling you, it is still within the delivery period” so then she says that I am a few delivery’s away from receiving the delivery. At this point I tell her why use that site if it’s not accurate, and that clearly they don’t know how it works. AND then she goes off on me and states “Victor you’re talking to the manager, I know how this works.” Does not even apologize for the misinformation from THIER delivery site and just hangs up on me. I just moved here. Anyway, there is also the good. The person who took care of me when I first walked in there, her name was Edda. She was amazing. And the gentleman who helped me when I came back to make the purchase (and still gave credit to Edda). Thank you two but talk to your manager about better costumer service.

Saturday, June 22 I call, and am told it’s arriving via FedEx that day. Nothing. There’s been no tracking sent to me, no call advising me of delays, nothing.

Our In store experience was great. However, we were told our new couches would be there March 27th, 2 weeks later. While that normally would be a non- issue, we got rid of the couch we had to make room about 4 days before the date. We still hadn't heard back on a timeframe and called to validate, only to learn it isn't expected till April 27th. 6 weeks with no couch due to poor communication. We simply would have selected new items or gone elsewhere. Can't get anyone on the phone to work through the issue or solidify any details.

I went Ashley (Santa Clarita) today to buy some furniture for my son’s apartment. I always prefer Ashley for my furniture.Today I got outstanding services from MS Ela & MS Lucy to choose the right thing for me and obviously within my budget. They explain and answer all of my questions so elaborately, they showed me different items in different price ranges which helped me to make my decision! Thank you ladies! I really appreciate your support.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE! They are terrible! The staff is rude, discriminatory, and unwilling to assist with any purchases that aren't from their store. Naturally, if someone is looking for an item the store doesn't have in stock, a salespeople should be willing to assist with locating the item and getting it to a customer. Instead I experienced a salesperson who washed his hands once he realized he wouldn't make commission on the sale. I encountered 2 salespeople by the name of Tony and both were horrible. One posed as the store manager and the other was a unqualified salesmen. I requested to speak with a manager to share my less than stellar in store experience and inquire about a painting that was displayed with no tag. "Manager" Tony refused to help me after salesman Tony rudely overtalked me while sharing my experience with him. His disrespect made "Manager" Tony think it was ok to refuse assistance to me. I'm so disgusted by the treatment I received inside this store. Instead of "Manager" Tony descalating the situation and asking his employee to walk away while he spoke with me, he refused to step in and assist at all. Instead saying that all the other salespeople were busy in an effort to force me to deal with unqualified salesmen Tony after I had just expressed how disappointed I was with his level of customer service. Meanwhile 3 or 4 salespeople including "Manager" Tony were gathered in the front of the store conversing among eachother but clearly not occupied assisting anyone. I've never experienced such poor customer service, conflict resolution and disregard for overall assistance and decency. In the end, I was determined to share my experience with someone so I walked over to customer service to request an email or phone number for the actual store manager. I found unqualified salesmen Tony having a conversation with the customer service rep who after speaking with him refused to give me any contact information to share my instore experience with management. So I decided to post my review publicly. Hopefully someone will require training for everyone involved in order to demonstrate appropriate levels of customer service. I was looking for a mirror to put in my entryway and now I've certainly reconsidered. I would NEVER purchase furniture from this horrible place and you shouldn't either.

I purchased a product from Ashley Homestore a couple of months ago. I first want to say that the salesperson was very friendly and we were given a good deal. We did have any issue though with the purchase. I was having a bit of a problem getting it resolved only because I was not aware that the store General Manager, Sabah, was not informed of the situation. This review is really about her and not so much the store. She was honestly concerned about what had occurred and met with me to discuss what my issue was. Some steps had to be taken to correct the problem and I have to say that Sabah is a genuine person who does truly care about her customers, and everything that she promised to me that would occur to correct the problem happened. It is rare these days to experience her kind of honesty are care towards her customers. Sabah, I thank you for being who you are and for doing what you said you would. You were very kind throughout the process.

My experience while shopping at Ashley was exceptional. Will definitely shop there when the need arises. Mr Everett was very helpful.

My husband and I were looking for a leather recliner for our living room. Our sales representative, Arthur, was very pleasant, kind and professional. He wasn’t aggressive, or pushy with the sale. We found what we were looking for. It was a very positive experience.

Got a friendly approach, wasn’t bothered the entire time which is huge for me when shopping for furniture. I had seen a sale online. Unfortunately I didn’t see it in store but I just asked about the specific sectional I was interested in and I was able to get that deal!! And it’s going to arrive before thanksgiving which was very important for me. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful experience looking for a new couch and rug. Tom was patient with all of our questions and constant sitting on all the various options Ashley Furniture offered. In the end we walked away with our new couch but also a new bed and mattress for our daughter.

As old people gossip and can afford to go somewhere else for preassembled Ikea. But sleep with that city code violation.

The three beds, mattresses, two sets of sofas, dining tables, chairs, cabinets, bedside tables, and furniture at home were all bought here. After paying, the experience was very poor. First of all, the delivery was not timely, so there was no furniture after we moved in. It was complete, and it took two months to deliver the last items. Moreover, one of the sofas is old. I submitted it to customer service and sent pictures via email, but no one took care of it.

Mary, is terrific. I bought a sofa. She is very patient. I have used her before.

I went in to look at dining room tables and chairs. The salesman Tom was so helpful and made my decision so easy by informing me of all the options I had and benefits of each one. I didn't think I was going to buy one that day, I was just looking but Tom made it so easy and the price was great and I purchased that day. I would definitely go back. The warranty on the furniture was an added bonus.

Tom greeted us very nicely, asked what we were looking for and let us roam. Did not hover, but was nearby when we had questions. We found the EXACT studs we were looking for. Best experience at Ashley Furniture Santa Clarita! I had the urgent task to furnish my neighbors Assisted Living Facility and I could not be more happy with my Ashley experience. Tony and Saba were amazing to work with. Not only did I get all the furniture on my list including an adjustable bed, beautiful bed frame with a bench at the foot, mattress, TV Console, and 2 end tables, but they were able to deliver it in 4 days. They also gave me a generous discount. The delivery gentlemen were fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this store! This kind of service is hard to come by these days and I appreciated the entire team at Ashley for the flawless execution of my experience.

I had a little issue with delivery but the store manager Sabah had to take over and solve my delivery issues fast and swiftly. I am sending a thank you out to the team for making sure the customer came first.
