Ashley furniture was great! Didn’t hound me on my furniture purchase, was treated fairly, I found what I wanted and wasn’t talked into anything else, transaction went very well and delivery went as planned

Here it goes....... We bought a king size mattress with the wooden foundations. She gave us a price of $1,300. Getting ready to sign and saw the price was $1,600. Saleslady said I forgot to tell you about the delivery fee and recycling fee. She acted like take it or leave it. At this point we took it. We scheduled delivery for Saturday January 17. We got home and had to reschedule. I tried the link that was attached to the email sent to us and it didn't work so I called the number on email. She said someone would call me back to reschedule. I did get a call back and rescheduled for Wednesday January 21st. We took apart our bed and waited all day. No phone call or text. I finally called and they didn't have a delivery scheduled. I decided to cancel. I was transferred to someone else who was very helpful. Gave us a discount on our order and rescheduled for January 28th. I called the day before to verify our delivery and again No delivery scheduled!!! They tried to tell us due to the weather it was postponed and someone should of notified us. I told her no one contacted us. Again....I want to cancel for sure. She put us on hold for 20 minutes and the line was disconnected. I called back and was told I am the one who canceled! I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available!!!! I was so frustrated. I hung up on him. I called the store directly and talked to the saleslady. She said oops they forgot to schedule the delivery and new delivery date is friday January 30th. I told her we are deciding if we are going to cancel. She gave me her cell phone number and said let me know what you decide!!! Not holding our breath for delivery Friday !!!

I found chairs I liked at a fair price on sale. However having to wait 6.weeks for scheduled delivery sucks. Can't add photos because I don't have my chairs yet

I went in there looking for some living room furniture. At first the salesman was attentive then lost interest in helping us when I was only looking for a tv stand. A second person was just as dismissive to us. I will not return to this place.

I would like to thank the sales associate Ruby ! She was truly amazing and helpful after I had a horrible online experience. I should have trusted my gut and went in-store first and not online . As I am a returning customer of Ashley’s I should have know better . Ruby was truly amazing and understanding and willing to help me get the sofas that were out of stock online and were In stock at their warehouse . Every question and concern I had she answered. Ruby you are amazing kind and helpful and truly appreciated. I would have never purchased the sofas again if it wasn’t for YOU !! Amazing ! Thank you

I have not been disappointed by a store in recent memory as much as I have with Ashley Furniture. We went into the store to order a breakfast table with four chairs. The following week the table was delivered. It had to be assembled in home. As the delivery crew were leaving I stopped them and told them that the table wasn’t assembled correctly, there were gaps and the legs were bent inwards. He insisted that it was fine and proceeded to leave. No customer service what so ever. They said if I had any problems to call the 800 number. Later I noticed that two of the chairs were mismatched and were wobbling. I called the 800# and explained what had happened. They said they would send a technician to inspect the furniture and repair as needed. I spent almost $1600 on this table to have to be fixed before we even use it ? I should have bought used furniture in that case? The technician arrived in a few days and said that he would need to order numerous parts to correct everything. I became frustrated, this really is LOW QUALITY SUB PAR DEFECTIVE garbage. I told him I would rather return it. I was told that Ashely will not return the furniture, no returns, no exchanges all sales final. I told him not to repair anything and I would go into the store. One of the managers there said they are not allowed to provide any assistance in store and we must call the 800 number. The call center is a NON US BASED center. I was told that all sales are final. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no supervisors are available. I asked to speak with a Manager, I was told that no managers are available. I would be happy to pay a restocking fee and get something else but was refused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO OFFER TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. If the own store manager says “They changed the rules and I can’t help you” what does that say about their products?
