My husband and I visited the Ashley Furniture store today and were extremely disappointed with our experience. From the moment we walked in, a sales associate in white shirt and dark pants was overly intrusive, following us closely throughout the store. We were looking for a specific sofa set and wanted to browse at our own pace, but the lack of privacy made it uncomfortable. The sales associate's attitude was also off-putting. When we asked about the best deal they could offer on the set we wanted, he became noticeably annoyed. He insisted that the online price was final, plus delivery and taxes, no exceptions. The way he delivered those words was disappointing, he was angry for no reason, acted like he was a boss and we were miserable for asking about a deal. Plus, we knew other nearby stores were selling the same set at a lower price and/or offered other great perks like free delivery, assembling, discount if we bought a set, etc. Based on our experience and the similar feedback from my friend, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The poor customer service and lack of respect from the sales associate left a lasting negative impression. I won't be coming back.

Just had the worst experience over the phone with the manager. She cut me off multiple times when I was calling to check on a delivery. They tell you that you are able to track the delivery on the link they provide you (which I thought was great) however, I was 6th in line, and by the time it was my turn, it added 4 more delivery’s prior to mine. My delivery window period was between 10:30am - 2:30pm and it was 12:00 by the time it marked that I was next in line. My issue was, why have this app track delivery’s if it’s not accurate. Just give the window period and call it a day. I called to check that it was still being delivered but as I was explaining all that to her she cut me off and she stated that it’s still within the delivery period. The whole time I am just letting her know what’s happening she keeps cutting me off and I tell her to please stop cutting me off because I am not cutting her off. She lets me continue and then cuts me off again. That’s when I ask her to stop cutting me off and finish up what I need to say and she goes “I know what I am telling you, it is still within the delivery period” so then she says that I am a few delivery’s away from receiving the delivery. At this point I tell her why use that site if it’s not accurate, and that clearly they don’t know how it works. AND then she goes off on me and states “Victor you’re talking to the manager, I know how this works.” Does not even apologize for the misinformation from THIER delivery site and just hangs up on me. I just moved here. Anyway, there is also the good. The person who took care of me when I first walked in there, her name was Edda. She was amazing. And the gentleman who helped me when I came back to make the purchase (and still gave credit to Edda). Thank you two but talk to your manager about better costumer service.

I purchased, in store, June 15 and was told I would receive my lamp on Wednesday. I didn’t receive it, I called and was told it was going to arrive. It didn’t. Saturday, June 22 I call, and am told it’s arriving via FedEx that day. Nothing. There’s been no tracking sent to me, no call advising me of delays, nothing.

I came in to furnish my new apartment. I had purchased from Ashley Furniture before, and came in because they have great surface. Edda showed us different options for organizing and reorganizing the couches to best fit our apartment. Tony and Edda also helped us out with great deals! Highly recommended!

They will make up the cost of any ‘discounts’ with delivery costs. And good luck with getting the delivery in a timely manner. They had me scheduled for one day, changed the delivery date to a MONTH later but they had availability every day between now and then. Disappointing service.

Our In store experience was great. However, we were told our new couches would be there March 27th, 2 weeks later. While that normally would be a non- issue, we got rid of the couch we had to make room about 4 days before the date. We still hadn't heard back on a timeframe and called to validate, only to learn it isn't expected till April 27th. 6 weeks with no couch due to poor communication. We simply would have selected new items or gone elsewhere. Can't get anyone on the phone to work through the issue or solidify any details.

VERY ANNOYED AND UPSET WITH THIS STORE. I have credit to buy from this store when they told me I could go back any time to use it. Now that I’m trying to buy something they tell me they don’t have it because it’s past the 30 day window. The manager told me I could Come back anytime to shop. The lady who took my call said the system said they had refunded the full amount to my card which is a lie!! They are keeping my money! I have the receipt where it says how much was returned which isn’t the full amount. I’m trying to buy something from Ashley’s and spend more money on top of the refund but now that will not be possible. Be care full because they will keep your money and lie about it !!

Originally bought from Ashley several years ago. Horrible experience then said I wouldn't shop there again. Screwed myself again. There sales person who helped us was ok. Said if we had any problems to just return the item. Had problems with furniture that was distorted and not in the proper shape. When we tried to return a few days after buying we're told there are no returns. Ashley furniture sucks. But elsewhere

Ashley's is always clean and well laid-out. When I heard they were having a free charcuterie board workshop, I signed up, not knowing what to expect. It was a lot of fun, plus they had a great coffee/hot cocoa/mini-pancake cart. It was a lot of fun, and I'd definitely sign up for future events. I casually looked at some furniture that we'll be needing in the near future. A lot of choices and some good items.

Today me and my husband went in to look at some beds because we are moving soon.. as soon as we walked in we were introduced to Antonio/Tony?... We were walking around and every single corner we turned he was next to us or around. This was making me and my Husband very uncomfortable. We couldn't even look around in peace. He even asked my husband what he was doing while he was looking at a bed. We were trying to purchase a bed today but we just couldn't. I also seen another review saying very similar things...Me and my husband will not be returning.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE! They are terrible! The staff is rude, discriminatory, and unwilling to assist with any purchases that aren't from their store. Naturally, if someone is looking for an item the store doesn't have in stock, a salespeople should be willing to assist with locating the item and getting it to a customer. Instead I experienced a salesperson who washed his hands once he realized he wouldn't make commission on the sale. I encountered 2 salespeople by the name of Tony and both were horrible. One posed as the store manager and the other was a unqualified salesmen. I requested to speak with a manager to share my less than stellar in store experience and inquire about a painting that was displayed with no tag. "Manager" Tony refused to help me after salesman Tony rudely overtalked me while sharing my experience with him. His disrespect made "Manager" Tony think it was ok to refuse assistance to me. I'm so disgusted by the treatment I received inside this store. Instead of "Manager" Tony descalating the situation and asking his employee to walk away while he spoke with me, he refused to step in and assist at all. Instead saying that all the other salespeople were busy in an effort to force me to deal with unqualified salesmen Tony after I had just expressed how disappointed I was with his level of customer service. Meanwhile 3 or 4 salespeople including "Manager" Tony were gathered in the front of the store conversing among eachother but clearly not occupied assisting anyone. I've never experienced such poor customer service, conflict resolution and disregard for overall assistance and decency. In the end, I was determined to share my experience with someone so I walked over to customer service to request an email or phone number for the actual store manager. I found unqualified salesmen Tony having a conversation with the customer service rep who after speaking with him refused to give me any contact information to share my instore experience with management. So I decided to post my review publicly. Hopefully someone will require training for everyone involved in order to demonstrate appropriate levels of customer service. I was looking for a mirror to put in my entryway and now I've certainly reconsidered. I would NEVER purchase furniture from this horrible place and you shouldn't either.

I purchased a product from Ashley Homestore a couple of months ago. I first want to say that the salesperson was very friendly and we were given a good deal. We did have any issue though with the purchase. I was having a bit of a problem getting it resolved only because I was not aware that the store General Manager, Sabah, was not informed of the situation. This review is really about her and not so much the store. She was honestly concerned about what had occurred and met with me to discuss what my issue was. Some steps had to be taken to correct the problem and I have to say that Sabah is a genuine person who does truly care about her customers, and everything that she promised to me that would occur to correct the problem happened. It is rare these days to experience her kind of honesty are care towards her customers. Sabah, I thank you for being who you are and for doing what you said you would. You were very kind throughout the process.

We've been long time customers of Ashley's. We decided to go in today to look for a dining table because we usually like their selection of furniture. It fits our style and we enjoy looking at furniture for present and possible future purchases. However, today was probably the last time we'll ever go in there. I hate the way this place conducts business. I don't need to be watched like a hawk. I don't need someone to keep their eyes on me at all times, keeping a close distance and making themselves visible at every step of the store. It makes me wildly uncomfortable and to be quiet honest, it is overwhelming as all hell. My husband and I need to discuss our options. In todays case, we both came in with different ideas of what we'd like. Please tell me why it feels like it is nearly impossible to get a word out without feeling like someone is listening? We ultimately left empty handed because we are adults, we don't need to be watched like children in a playground. These salespeople need to back the heck away and allow people to openly discuss their options without someone in the background taking notes. We went next door, the salesman was wonderful, he let us be! We bought an entire dining set from him (cheaper and much better quality btw). And we will gladly go back because the customer service was outstanding. Also, side note. It's supposed to be Black Friday sales right now. It's even advertised all over Ashley's! Don't be fooled. It's a scam. They haven't dropped their pricing at all. They will try to sell you on it and say "ohhhhh we're not allowed to show the before and after price per the State of California". Don't fall for it.
TO THE MANAGNAMENT TEAMI was in your store today 11/12/2023. The reason for my visit was to actually see the furniture i purchased online for my mother which was 3400.00 worth of furniture. I was greeted by a sales rep, and she asked what brings me into the store? I explain i wanted to see a particular set that i purchased online for my mother and i wanted to see it in person. (2:30pm) She was asking another Sales Rep which was a guy that was sitting on his happy butt looking lazy like he didn't give anything about what i was looking for at the time about where this set was located. He didn't know, she didn't know i was like that's okay i will find it myself. I am planning to purchase more stuff. but after this treatment i will go to another store to purchase the rest of my items. It only takes one time for me to get bad customer service and i will take my business elsewhere. Please don't send me an Automated apology.
We had a wonderful experience looking for a new couch and rug. Tom was patient with all of our questions and constant sitting on all the various options Ashley Furniture offered. In the end we walked away with our new couch but also a new bed and mattress for our daughter.

The three beds, mattresses, two sets of sofas, dining tables, chairs, cabinets, bedside tables, and furniture at home were all bought here. After paying, the experience was very poor. First of all, the delivery was not timely, so there was no furniture after we moved in. It was complete, and it took two months to deliver the last items. Moreover, one of the sofas is old. I submitted it to customer service and sent pictures via email, but no one took care of it.

I went in to look at dining room tables and chairs. The salesman Tom was so helpful and made my decision so easy by informing me of all the options I had and benefits of each one. I didn't think I was going to buy one that day, I was just looking but Tom made it so easy and the price was great and I purchased that day. I would definitely go back. The warranty on the furniture was an added bonus.

Tony and Saba were amazing to work with. Not only did I get all the furniture on my list including an adjustable bed, beautiful bed frame with a bench at the foot, mattress, TV Console, and 2 end tables, but they were able to deliver it in 4 days. They also gave me a generous discount. The delivery gentlemen were fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this store! This kind of service is hard to come by these days and I appreciated the entire team at Ashley for the flawless execution of my experience.

BUYER BEWARE! We have purchased many items from Ashley. NEVER AGAIN! We bought a beautiful 3 piece sectional in January of 2021. We also purchased the 5 year warranty, which it turns out is worthless unless the frame breaks or there is a stain. The pillows on our couch are attached to it. While doing a thorough cleaning this morning, I discovered the zipper on the bottom of one of the pillows is broken! At first I thought it was just open; tried to zip it and it's broken! Called Ashley, called the warranty company, called Ashley, tough luck! That seems like a health hazard to me because of dust mites and bugs that could get into that material not being closed. They don't care. Worse, ASHLEY IS THE MANUFACTURER, SO THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!

Does anyone know how to get a hold of the district manager at the Santa Clarita, California store? An email or phone number? It takes a lot to get our family upset, but this recent repulsive manager experience has to be reported to someone at corporate. I never thought i would see the day a manager of a major corporate furniture store decide it was OK to berate a customer verbally, and was capable of the prolonged indecent words and comments made in a single phone call. At one point threatening me while an employee technician listened over speaker phone and witnessed her unprincipled call first hand at my home. The manager then intentionally, and in not so nice words, hung up the phone without a solution while knowing the company and herself were in the wrong to replace a damaged delivery. More importantly dismissing us by saying she had in-store customers to attend to. The managers name was Sabah (sp?), and she was incredibly unprofessional. Experience is needed at this location, and possibly some training on how to speak to customers and diffuse a customer dissatisfaction, rather than the multiple verbal threats received from this Manager named Sabah. The entire stores employees are eager and happy to jump on you as soon as you walk in the door, constantly and unpleasantly shadowing you throughout the store. But as soon a the customer needs help after buying, they all refuse to talk to you and correct the negligent issue. I can only tell you to do your homework and try a different company. This Santa Clarita store has been one of the worst experiences of moving to the area. We have a 5 bedroom house to fill, and we spent a bundle on Ashley the first pass, with more rooms yet to fill.

Warning to all who shop at Ashley. Furniture is pretty but the problem with service is over the top. The days of delivery and service tie up your time for the entire day. Day 1: When we received the furniture, one piece was broken so they took it back. (Day 2) They sent replacement piece. On day 1, The dining room leg was crooked when the delivery team put it on. I called this to their attention, they loosened the leg. I thought it was corrected because it looked straight. When I moved the table the leg was wobbly. So I called Ashley and they said a repair person would be here on a date. I sent photos and confirmed the appt. from my end and was here that day. (Day 3) No one showed up. I called, they rescheduled for today. (Day 4) No one has shown up. So I called back again and they have rescheduled for Thurs. (which will be day 5 of my time tied up). They have no respect for the customers time. This is ridiculous on every level. Not only is the furniture brand new, I also purchased a warranty. This also tells me they have no respect for the warranty. Why purchase them? Terrible customer service.

Me and my husband had the good fortune of working with Mervot and Taylor. We came in looking for a entertainment piece for our new penthouse, and fell in love with the Starmore 3 piece wall unit with electric fire place, and we also fell in love with a lovely office desk and chair. They really took great care of us and addressed all my questions and concerns. The environment was very friendly and inclusive, they made us feel very comfortable. Sales person was very helpful & once we made our selection, transaction went through smoothly. Furniture looks great! However, pick up experience was upsetting. The pick up area supervisor was very rude, had a harsh attitude and not willing help my family members load up the furniture onto the truck. He claimed that the pick up time was different than the one shared by the sales person. They were at keast 40 minutes early. If it wasn't for the intervention on the floor manager. He would've have them do another trip. Very disappointed of his poor manners; too arrogant. Unfortunately, due to that experience, I'll never shop anything at this store again. Overall, customer service to me is very important!!

He guided us to the Mattress section and gave us space and time to look around while he quietly stood by until we were ready to ask questions. Most horrible poor quality mattress and box springs I have ever purchased. Every replacement was just as bad. Then my warranty expired. My back hurts and the springs squeak and the box spring is collapsed.

Do not shop here! You will be sorry. The manager is rude and dismissive. Additionally, every time you call the store and ask for a manager they say she's in a meeting. The ladies behind the desk have a very nonchalant attitude. The checkout process is beyond ridiculous. It took almost an hour just for them to check me out. I had guests coming from out of town and needed to purchase a bed for my guest room. I purchased a bed, foundation and a memory foam mattress. I spent $1,500 and then they have the nerve to charge me $179 for local delivery in Santa Clarita. But that's not even the worst part. Upon having my items delivered the delivery guy said to allow 24 to 36 hours for the memory foam mattress to fully inflate to the specified 10 inches. After three days the mattress had only inflated to about 3 inches so I called the store to make them aware. I told the manager that I needed to have the mattress picked up and have another one delivered because this one was defective. She told me that they have a no return policy. Are you kidding me? So I'm supposed to just keep a mattress that's 2 inches thick when I paid for a 10 inch mattress. She then told me they would have to send out a technician to inspect the mattress and see if there was anything that could be done. I will never do business with this company again.

Ashley's Furniture selection was good but their manager soured the whole experience towards the end of the visit. She was very rude towards my children saying that they could not enter or exit simply to get things from the car. I found that she was very racist and rude despite us being their only customers that night. Ashley's Furniture really needs to check who they put in charge of the store. Poor customer service doesn't make *anyone* want to give their money to that store. I'm definitely not going to go there for furniture any more.

I had a great experience recently at Ashley’s Furniture! I personally dread furniture shopping however, the sales associate Dennis was extremely helpful, attentive and showed me great options in what I was looking for. Visited store today and was really happy with what I found. I was given space to shop, but a really nice lady came by and asked if I needed help. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S!! Read the reviews! Every site you can go to there are a lot of bad reviews about this company. They do not care about any issues that may come up after purchase. I bought a bed and a mattress over $7500 and was never advised how tall the bed would sit. I've called and gone to the store multiple times. A technician came and noted the bed couldn't be fixed, so to call the store for an exchange. When we did the manager Savah refused to exchange or do anything at all to help me. Now I have a 40inch tall bed that I or my pregnant wife can get on. She also tried to sweeten the deal by giving us two free pillows, which we have yet to receive!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please watch out for manager Savah at Santa Clarita ASHLEY'S. She will play nice to sell to you but will never make an attempt to help you after purchase. THEY ARE THIEVES! STAY AWAY! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I can't said nothing good about my experience with Ashley Furniture. I am very disappointed. I bought a dining table, 2 stools and a box of dining ware. We got the table and the stools 2 weeks after the purchase but one of the stools was missing some pieces and they didn't bring the box of dining ware. I asked why they didn't bring it and they said they didn't have it. They schedule another time to send the box, they send it but they were broken. We went to the store in Santa Clarita and Soba the manager was so rude and didn't want to give us the box right there. And here we are after almost 2 months and still waiting for the box of dinning ware.
Radwa the representative for Ashley was able to help us find the right furniture set at the best price. She had the delivery scheduled and delivered within three day. Jamie & Ivan were prompt with the delivery, set up and removal of the debris. We were pleased with our experience and would not hesitate recommending Ashley Furniture.
The selection is pretty decent if you are just looking for standard or slightly better than IKEA furniture; no high-end designer stuff here. Very good visual setups, whoever does that is doing a fantastic job. The store can overload the visual senses with its density and variety of furniture, which is a good thing...lots of things to see. Ample free parking! What I don't like is the sales people eyeing you like predators... either approaching you to give you the small push, or pressuring you, or shadowing you (that's the worse). Not all the sales reps are like this, half of them know how to do their jobs without being so aggressive, but a handful of them just absolutely ruin the experience. I've been here twice and won't go back again.... wife doesn't appreciate the shadowing and pressure. Maybe we look like money, but please don't make it so obvious that closing a sale is your #1 goal.
Tony and Lala were fantastic with my couch purchase. They were kind, efficient and were sure to get me out the door as a happy customer. I would absolutely recommend them for your furniture needs. I had previous experience here with old management that was not great but they turned that around for me and I’ll be happy to shop with them both again!

Good customer service interaction at the start, poor follow through. I can’t rate them any lower or I would. $2000 for a damaged paperweight is what I have. No resolution, and to many back and forth calls to resolve. I will never shop with Ashley’s again. I’m very sad for this, I had high hopes.
They advertise free delivery and haul away but , only if you buy more expensive mattress and you have to put it in plastic wrap not easy to do. The manager was very aggressive.
I had high hopes for Ashley’s, and after spending $7,200 I’ve never been so disappointed. 1st set received was wrong, took 3 weeks and many phone calls to return, 2nd set received had many frayed edges, loose leather, damaged cushion, and could clearly tell was a defective return. Even when delivered one powered side was malfunctioning and the deliverers had to try and fix it. After all this and now 1 month later, outside of return period we are stuck with now $3,400 couch, defective, plus all the non refundable deliveries fees charged.. and although customer service keeps saying they will help there is no follow through at all. Absolutely the worst service. I have reported them to the BBB as well.
I placed an order right before they were going to close. Went home reviewed the numbers and found they did not give me advertised price and were gifting me mattress protectors. Went back the next day tried to sort it out and ended up being told by one of the managers that he couldn’t cancel my order because the other manager needed to. I ended up calling and getting my order canceled through their website. 2 mos later I receive a credit card statement with a charge. I call to inquire and dispute charge with credit card company. I was told contact the store to find out why they were charging me. I called the store and they claim to have sent me a mattress protector. I was livid. I explained to the representative that I canceled my order have proof, was not in Ca when said item was delivered so how can they send me something I canceled! The young lady just said well maybe ask whoever picked up your mail but that’s what the charge is. I just don’t understand how they were even able to charge my card when the order I placed was on 2/16 was canceled on 2/17 yet their store transaction took place 2/18. I didn’t authorize that transaction and I don’t understand why they think I will pay $300 for a mattress protector. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!
The buy in store was your typical experience friendly sales person etc and they helped us pick out a dining table set, but the problem lies in their delivery. We were told to that the eta was in mid to late February, received an email saying to confirm our delivery date and when I did two days later I get a call saying they have to push it back to early March. I called end of February to check in on my order and the person on the phone looked and was shocked to see that the date was moved to March 21. She emailed the the order management team to see what’s going on and only received a products are on back order. The reason for the delay both times was because we were just missing two end chairs and that they were expected in early March and to expect delivery in late-mid march. Now i received another email March 15 confirm my delivery again only for them to call me yet again a day later saying it was cancelled and pushed back to may 21 because now they have all my chairs but the table is missing . I called multiple times and got a hold of one person who again emailed the order management team and sent a request to the escalated team. When I didn’t hear back after the 24 hr time frame they gave me to hear back from the escalated team, I called again Friday to be put on hold for 5 hrs and then they closed and couldn’t receive anymore calls. Called again Saturday and was told I should expect a call again from the escalated team within the next business day and yet again receive no phone call. I called today March 23 Wednesday finally got somebody to patch me directly to the escalated team to find out they have no idea what’s going and could only tell me that either my product was given away to somebody who accepted a partial delivery/ or just bought that specific product. That or that the product got damaged. She also mentioned that now I’m expected to get my chairs in April, table in may and the bench in June. Ridiculous, and all that is just eta because even then they can be taken by somebody else. Never again shopping with Ashley’s and definitely not recommending it. Cancelled my order and going somewhere else.
This is truly the worst furniture store you can ever buy from. During the sales process, all the sales staff are extra nice and promise to go the extra step for you. However, once the sale is made, then as a customer one has the absolute worst experience. The customer service staff are rude, you can't get anyone to tell you the truth and the rest of the staff just stand around doing nothing. I've ordered over $14K of furniture from them, and not only does it take a long... and I really mean long time to deliver, but the delivery is literally useless. When you are ready to reject the furniture delivered, they make it so difficult that you can't reject it at all. The manager and staff are useless, and you are at the mercy of the central customer call center. This is my third year, still waiting for Ashley to install the legs on my nightstands. I am so disgusted with this store and the Ashley experience that I strongly recommend not buying anything else from this store. Buy at your own peril. If there was a negative star rating I would rate them as negative five stars.
No matter how much you think you like what you see in this store, your purchase will never be easy. We've tried too many times before learning our lesson. We were consistently delivered damaged furniture and after the third attempt to replace it with equally damaged furniture, we wanted to just be done. Ashley refused to refund us for a product they could not provide without damage and told us our options were to continue setting up replacement deliveries (which were literal months apart each time) or store credit. We used the store credit for something we didn't need, sold it for cash, and recovered our cost. I did not know I could dislike a furniture company so much. Shop local and secondhand. This isn't worth it.
Had a great experience with Tony. The showroom was well put together, the buying experience was pressure free and very informative. This was the second bedroom set we have bought from Ashley and I was drawn to come back after the positive experience I had the first time.

I have had such a lousy experience with Ashley furniture that i am considering going legal I have already spoken with my attorney Earle Cohen for various possibilities first their tech cursed me out because i asked him to leave me info that he is unable to fix the damaged products and need to be replaced Ashley every other word out of his mouth was effen then when i demanded that my funds refunded and I mailed a them a certified letter they decided to contact me to pick up the furniture less the mattress and board and gave my Feb 16, 2022 between 9:30am and 1:30pm between never to show up wasted my whole day when i finally got hold of they made up an un godly excuse that i had asked for an up grade on the address which is totally un-true. Now i have date of 02/18/22 and someone call me to confirm timing. My humble request to all those considering to the customers of Ashley Furniture if you value your money go to any other store but Ashley at least you will be dealing with civilized and ethical people.
I’m a repeat customer to Ashley Furniture. I did my first home in 2013 and now went back for my second home in 2021. Enter Remy… The kind of gal you want working for your own company. Remy not only attended to my needs with knowledge and professionalism, she went above and beyond with her service. As I browsed through the store, she made suggestions and even had furniture pieces lifted, carried and placed next to other pieces we were choosing so I could get an idea of what it was all going to look like. She made the whole experience fun and I highly recommend asking for Remy at the Santa Clarita store.
this place , i can’t even put into words how rude the staff was and how uncomfortable the store felt because of the fallowing around. yes people (the works) follow you around like Michael Myers. i would try to get away from the creepy people fallowing us around but i would look back and see them looking at me. i know this isn’t normal because of how many furniture stores i have been to Bobs furniture being the best store 100% is my go to! but i wanted to try something new but felt like i couldn’t try anything (like sitting on chairs for my new dining room table). so so mad at this store and their UNPROFESSIONAL workers.

My husband and I received a good customer service from Laala. Earlier at a different location of Ashley we had a bad experience where they were pushing us relentlessly to buy an item to a point where we felt extremely uncomfortable and I have found that the Ashley home store online portal and stores have different pricing( online prices are lower) Anyway we found what we were searching for and the price variation was matched ( we showed them the same products in their website with different pricing and asked whether they would match it and they did) so we are happy on that front.All in all we had a good experience here. I have read reviews about the delivery mishaps and late deliveries so keeping my fingers crossed 🤞.Will update about delivery service after the products are delivered.
Good sales representative when you go to the store, then the follow up for delivery that took almost two months was okay too, they will call a lot to give me estimate date, when my dining set was delivered I told the guys that three chairs were chipped also a section of the table was scratched, he took pictures and said he was going to give it to the store and they were going to contact me back to send someone else and fix any issues or replace. Then another guy came out from the truck with a marker and put marker over the white marks my chairs have. He didn’t cover all the marks of course, and said again, they will call you to follow up, it’s been over two months and still no one has contacted us back. We don’t have the time to go and call and complain, I thought the insurance the sell with the furniture will take care of that as they said at the store, otherwise I wouldn’t pay for any insurance, waste of time and money, ughhh!

I have been waiting for a dining table replacement for almost 6 months I had spoken to Minnie and Stephanie and none of them have got back to me, allow me to say they both reassured me I was getting the replacement ASAP! I even heard when one of them spoke to Ariel and he told one of them just get it done caused it was something that had to be done! He never even bother to come out and find out who the customer was! These people are great at selling everything including the guarantee, but when it comes to backing up damages or replacement they shine out in their absence! I did not have a table for Thanksgiving, Xmas nor New Year’s! So next time you buy here be aware of what will happen if you have a damaged item! Good luck ! NEVER will I ever purchase anything from them again!

Don't buy from this company. They have horrible customer service. Ordered furniture 3 mos ago and they kept telling me my order was missing one piece and they would delay the delivery. I finally went into the store and was told that they don't even deliver to my area, even though the salesperson assured me they did. I had to cancel my order and I will never due business with them again. Going to Living Spaces now.
Ashley furniture ask for sales rep Gigi. She was fabulous. She knew her products and how to get things done. She help me pick out a couch, purchase it,get everything I needed less than an hour and had a delivery date set up within two days! Her knowledge and professionalism was exceptional!
Do not trust their delivery dates, I have had mine pushed back multiple times for several months. I even looked online and they advertise delivery dates sooner than my newest delivery date for the same exact item. If you are okay spending thousands today for something that will take 6 months to come in then feel free. I would not have ordered if I had known how long it'd take.

Unfortunately there’s no way to give Ashley’s 0 stars. Completely disappointed. I spend 10k in furniture at the Santa Clarita store and what I got was un assembled stuff and sloppy delivery guys. I received a chair that came with 1 leg shorter than the others and I have received nothing but run around from the company about getting it fixed. I ordered a entertainment center where the delivery guys told me they would assemble once the tv stand arrived since it was back ordered. 2 weeks later they delivered stand and delivery guys did not assemble. Called back and they told me they would re schedule assembly for later date. ???? My 2 sons got beds delivered 1 was assembled the other they said was missing hardware. They left leaving everything behind I walked in store and they told me a tech would call me back I’m 72 hours to correct problem ???? Until I spoke to a manager they send the sloppy delivery team back out. I spent 10k at this store and have gotten nothing but run arounds. I will no longer be doing any business at any Ashley’s nor do I recommend anyone to go through this mess. Get your moneys worth elsewhere.
Today I needed a bed, and mattress. I needed it in at least 2 weeks. I was able to schedule a delivery for next week. The whole experience was very easy. The young lady who helped me was wonderful, easy to talk to. Great experience! Mary
Bought some furniture here, was made to believe the mattress pad was being thrown in for free, not true. Also, was not aware I had to pay for box springs for mattress. I have made many calls for a refund for these items since I did not except them when they came to the house. I had cancelled them before delivery. Anyway, I have gone around and round with them. The salesman has called twice but on a private number which I felt was very strange, kinda creepy. Today, I was back in touch with them since I never got refunded, they informed me that the mattress was on sale with the purchase of box springs on sale, it would have been nice had he explained this. The lady told me today he said he had, but he hadn’t. Also said he was throwing in a mattress pad for my queen bed that I purchased, but was charged $129.99 for it. It is clearly on my bill, but the gal said I was not charged for it. I feel the mattress sale should have been explained more clearly. I also do not want to spend $129.99 for a mattress pad! I have always liked Ashley’s but very unhappy with this experience. Be sure and look at you bill in black and white before you leave the store. Now they said if I don’t want the mattress box springs, I need to come to the store and pay an extra $400.00 for the mattress. I called back to talk to a manager, they put me on hold, then disconnected me. Called back and they didn’t answer my call. I am willing to except the box springs, but still don’t want to pay for mattress pad. They have to deliver for free since it was not explained and I already paid $200+ for delivery.
One of the salesman was forcing me to buy something that I didn’t want just because I sat on it and said it was comfortable lol Good thing I didn’t say I liked their bathroom. Or I would have a “new to me” toilet in the back of my truck. He also tried to rip me off with a $200 delivery fee smh.
Lots of selections maybe a tad high in price, but it looks like quality furniture. I'll let you know when I receive it.

All of the furniture in the store was terribly constructed and almost everything had tacky faux finishes. This stuff will not last, Ikea's furnishings are definitely higher quality.
A couch in their showroom was priced at $1,799.99 and on their website it was priced at $1,099.99 with a deal of $989.99. When I talked to someone on the phone they said that the store make their own prices. Don't be a fool. This location is run by shady people.
I recently purchased a couch , coffee and end table, and a chair. The couch is 3 pieces. Middle section is a different color. I went into the store and spoke to Justin the Manager. ( Very unprofessional) Justin said since it’s been over 7 days they will not give me a refund or pick out a different couch. They will only send me out the same couch again. The couch took 17 weeks to get when the delivery was suppose to be 4 weeks. I want out of the couch and they say I’m locked into the couch now. I will never purchase from Ashley again. What every happened to satisfy the customer. Don’t think Justin has been heard of satisfying a customer.

I love the selection of options available. However, I had a difficult time “seeing” the actual furniture I was looking for due to the amount of stuff that was available. The price was decent, but I know if I had searched around more, I would have been able to find something similar for less. The sales person was extremely friendly and didn’t “hound” me or hover.
Artur was the perfect amount of help yet not pushy. He was very helpful when asked questions and I would definitely recommend using him in the future.

Be careful when you buy a mattress protector there is a no return policy once they deliver it I do not recommend buying one from them because of the no return policy and of course they do not carry them in the store so you cannot even fill it or try it on your bed Be aware when they charge you $299 for mattress protector once you sign for it because they only do deliveries on that you’re stuck with it
Friendly service no pressure sales team and great sales
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any business. Specially unfortunate that this came from management. Two managers in store during time of visit and bad experience with both. It all started with confusion and unclarity of a deal the store had going on. Long story short the manager herself did not know what was included in the 14 package deal they had going on so she offered me something she thought was the deal. Obviously she had to honor what she said but she was upset she had mistakenly said something that wasn’t. Julie, sales manager made false accusations, argumentative, carelessly rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and more... feeling extremely uncomfortable I requested to get assisted by someone else. The nice very calm and understanding sales associate proceeded to involve the second manager in store but he refused to come out of his office. Claimed to be in a 2 hour conference call. All I wanted was to share the unpleasant conversation/ experience with Julie but didn’t care to hear it. Even after the sales associate shared what was going on multiple occasions, he refused to make himself available. I couldn’t believe their customer services. After being at the store for 4+ hours the second manager at the store never bothered. I’m still in disbelief on this experience, and the fact they dismissed (aside from sales associate) my concerns, management should be questionable. What a shame.
Salesperson kept comfortable distance giving us the opportunity to do our shopping at our leisure. Was able to answer all questions get us to the product we were looking for, was nice and friendly. Merchandise is of High Quality.
The Upsell you with an extended warranty and when you need to use it you can't get this company they use Protect All GBS Enterprises on the phone to help you. You can't even get your local Ashley Store to answer the phone. Almost I hour on hold with GBS, and Local Ashley Store says after 15 minutes you will be send to voicemail, which is what happened. I will never buy from this company again.

I truly cannot believe and handle this much of disrespectful and unprofessional manner which have been thrown on my face. I’ve just been truly humiliated by one of Ashley’s customer service representatives and will not stop until someone apologies for a deeply disrespectful manner which has messed with my mind. I have recently bought 2 identical pieces of table lamps from Ashley. They had some factory issues and could not be easily assembled and installed. So, I called Ashley and they sent out a technician which told us we need to return this to the store that we bought it from since the issue could not be resolved. I took the lamps to the store that I bought them from which is actually around an hour away from where we leave. They directed us to another store which was closer to our place, exactly where all this happened. Her name is Adler And from the very beginning that my wife and I entered the store she represented a truly careless and disrespectful behavior. Not only she neglected to guide us properly to get the issue resolved, but also, she started to give us short and irrelevant responses and picked up the phone and spoke over the phone while I was explaining the situation to her. She was gazing at me and laughing over the phone in a way I felt deeply humiliated. I truly don’t know what are their policies and criteria to hire people for their customer service or store representative, but me as a technician with years of experience exactly know how should someone behave and respond to the needs of a customer. How to guide them and show them the best and fastest way to problem solve their issues. We were standing right there while frustrated and waited to hear an appropriate response to get the pieces fixed and go back home, but were instead being told LEAVE, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO HERE, AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO, while laughing. I need someone from Ashley to respond to this, is it the way that you treat your customers????!!! Also, tell us where exactly should we go to get the factory issue of the pieces fixed and end all this. It’s been two months already that we are dealing with this which could have been easily guided and resolved by a professional and responsible customer service!!!!!

The sales rep doesn’t know what she’s selling. She sold me a base board that was too high when I specifically said I didn’t want a high profile bed. My bed wasn’t assemble during delivery cuz of issues with damaged product and missing parts. There were 4 deliveries made in total. When my bed was finally assembled, my bed was too high! I need a ladder to get to bed! I complained to the store manager and I haven’t received a resolution to this issue. They keep saying they will call me back and it’s been 2 weeks nobody has returned my call. I bought my bedroom set first week of February. And it’s mid March and I still have not received any resolution to this problem.

Made a purchase, then requested a full refund after dealing with the unprofessional and rude lady who's in charge of financing. (I think her name is Linda). My husband and I have a joint charge account with Ashley's furniture issued by Synchrony bank . After deciding on a purchase, the sales person walked me over to the financing person to assist with the purchase because i didn't have my Synchrony charge card with me. The finance lady asked me to provide 2 forms of identification before charging my purchase to the Synchrony account and I did. After she charged my credit card, I received a receipt from the credit card purchase and a invoice/ receipt from Ashley's. The credit card receipt had my name on it but the Ashley's invoice stated my husband's name at the top along with our home / delivery address. I didn't have a problem with it however the lady in financing told me in front other customers and employees, it looked like I was committing fraud and in a rude tone, told me to go have a seat because it was going to take a while because the Ashley's invoice had to be reprinted with my name at the top. She ended up processing my refund instead. It was a humiliating experience. Will never shop there again.
This store has messed up my parent’s furniture order and now is making them keep them and sell them on their own because they won’t take them back! We’ve started a case and we haven’t heard anything back from any department and it’s frustrating that an employee’s mistake is made out to be my parent’s fault! Very upset with their service. Not first time customers but definitely last. The manager was the person that told my mom to sell them herself. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. My parents are older and Spanish speakers, they understand and can speak English but this was handled incorrectly. I have been working on getting a case started and sending pictures of every single chair and I have yet to hear anything. They ordered regular dining room chairs and the employee input bar stools! Again had it been myself I would’ve noticed but their computers never work and they made my parent move around the store to different computers. My mother didn’t know she shouldn’t have accepted the furniture. The deliver person pretty much told her just to call.

Its been 4 months since I ordered my couch and I have been given the run around about why it has not come, its always "Its on back order" what makes matters worse, a customer rep always gives me a new date and the managers PROMISE that it will be delivered and still nothing! We have had 5 delivery cancelations and its always either the evening before or the day of and thats if they even bother to call, twice I had to call and ask when the delivery truck would be in because they missed the time slot and then they let me know my furniture was not coming. My family went through, The ENTIRE holiday season with no Furniture. I would have canceled already but they kept stringing us along with lies and promises! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Please save yourself the heartache. I would have never thought ordering furniture could bring so much stress and heartache!

In-store service was less than average but shipping has been EXCEPTIONALLY TERRIBLE. 12/5: I made the purchase in-store and had expected delivery scheduled for 3+ weeks later on 12/28. (-0.5) 12/24: I got both a text and a call confirming my delivery for 12/28 and was told the time frame would be confirmed at a later time. 12/28: I still didn't have a time frame (-0.5). 7.00 am: I cleared my old bedroom furniture and made room for installation. 12.00 pm: No delivery and no communication so I decided to call Ashley furniture and according to the automated call my delivery is scheduled for Jan. 12, 2021. This had to be wrong so I tried to get in touch with an agent with no success. (-1) 12.15 pm: I started a chat on my Ashley's app and no one replied until 4.53 pm and given I wasn't online they closed the chat session within 7 minutes. (-1) I spent a WHOLE DAY (a day that I reserved for this delivery and affected my whole week) waiting for a delivery that never came and no one proactively or reactively said anything!!! 12/29: I called the store 5 times and finally got onto the waitlist to talk to an agent only to be on hold long enough to be redirected to leave a voice-mail instead. (-1) I started a chat again and got changed between agents a few times. The last agent finally addressed some of questions. (-0.5). Apparently part of my order was in back order. and won't be in the warehouse until January (-1) Remaining questions: When did they change my delivery date? Why was I not notified of the change? Why would they confirm my delivery date when they don't even have the order available? What kind of business are you running that lacks professionalism, communication, courtesy, and the slightest effort or concern for the customer?! I would give a -5 rating if I could
ordered a bedroom set and mattress on black Friday. they called 2 days before to confirm delivery. the day of delivery, I hear nothing. I call to inquire about an eta. they say it won't be delivered because they don't have the mattress in stock. WTH, you guys weren't going to call and say that. still waiting for it to get in stock and delivered. they promised a $100 giftcard which I still haven't received. at this point, delivery charges need to be refunded. not happy, go elsewhere for a smooth transaction and better CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The sales people are such scammers when they tell you the delivery date. It’s just so they can get the sale and make their commission. I should have know when I walked in and saw sales people bickering with each other. We ordered our furniture Oct 10. It was promised to us by Nov 3. Finally received partial shipment mod Nov. still waiting on our desk and it is still no where to be found and are now saying we will get in Jan 3. Not worth the savings
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. Placed my order, had to wait almost a month due to the items being back order. Delivery date comes we went back and forward of how I wanted the items placed and set up, we finally agree & the delivery guys were going to start when One of them goes ma&'am this is not the one you order , they didn&'t even bother unwrapping the package I saw the color and saw that they were it, when ask what am I suppose to do now he said you have to call the store and follow up. kept getting transfer or hang up! Same day my husband goes back to the store to see what&'s going on, they tell him they&'re going to call no later than 11am next day to give a new delivery date explaining to him that those were exactly the ones we had order , and on top of that they told him that the delivery guys were supposed to built the items and take a picture which they didn&'t even unwrap. Next day comes still going back-and-forth on the phone getting transferred getting hanged up we finally went back to the store again and was told the delivery company was close so I had to wait another day , call back the next day just to find out that I have to wait another month to get it delivered . And keep in mind that I got rid of my old couch the night before the delivery just for this. Gets me frustrated now I have to spent Christmas and New Year&'s without couches family coming over no where to sit beside dining table. Thing is that why do I have to wait another month if those were my couches why can they just schedule a delivery sooner.

All the sales people are lounging on the sofas when you walk in and don&'t even look up from their phones. Unfriendly, unhelpful and lazy sales people. No drive to sell...so sad. I regret buying furniture from them.

Not once did they contact me to let me know that the expected delivery date had been changed. They never answer the phone either. Terrible business, take your money somewhere else.
I recently purchase a sofa recliner chair for my elderly parents. To my surprise I was never never informed of their return or exchange policy until it was too late. I mean what company has a ZERO return/exchange policy? And who doesn&'t make it abundantly clear that they have a ZERO return policy? Also a terrible experience trying to connect to a live person when calling to execute the purchase and when trying to reach someone with a heartbeat when exploring my return options. Not a happy customer at all!
This place is fucking horrible! My wife and I got our first apartment together and ordered a living room set from them back in September. TODAY is November 25 and we still have yet to receive anything! Customer service is no help, they will be quick to transfer you to the warehouse. The warehouse don&'t know what they re doing, so they transfer you to the store, and the store is just worried about getting a sale. It&'s a vicious circle of BS. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from Ashley furniture. As you can tell, many others have had the same unfortunate problem with them.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Ordered our couches & was confirmed delivery on November 17 ( we ordered them a month before) with a bed set as well. They called us the DAY BEFORE saying only PART our couch set was ready but until the 24 & the other part the 31st. The bed set came broken as well, dont know how long that will take. Sad because i truly didnt expect horrible experience.
The worst store, deceptive, horrible customer service. Great when you first enter the door and when you are purchasing. Bought furniture for the entire house. If I was not careful, they would have added $1000 more to the total sales for insurance without asking our permission. After sales, delivery and follow up, horrible, horrible experience! Deliveries came delayed, staggard, and until now some are still not delivered. We&'re talking abt 2 mos since purchase. Delivery promises not followed. Contacting the customer service is a nightmare, rude agents, they hang up on you, you talk to the supervisor, they wont have any notation of previous calls and will not honor anything. You talk to the manager or escalation agent, futile, waste of time, they would hang up on you and will never get back. What a scam!!!! Better Business Bureau need to act on this scammer!
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero I would but you have to give one so that what I&'ll provide. Worst Delivery Service - EVER. You get a delivery date, then you get a call that you never confirmed so they move your date, you call to confirm and you get another call that you didn&'t call so they move your date again. And, every time you call and ask for a manager, you get put on hold and get cut off.
I should have looked at these reviews before buying. All the negative reviews here, I have experienced myself. Truly a SCAM! We have bought furniture for the whole house. They are DECEPTIVE. First, check your receipt and computations. Had I not checked thoroughly, I would have been charged so much with hidden costs! They even put insurance/protection costs for the furniture without us knowing, worth $1000, imagine that! Glad I checked it right away. Also they will ask you to pay the tax and delivery charges upfront and will not allow you to put it on the approved credit with synchrony bank. On day of purchase, the saleslady confirmed to get our partial deliveries (dining, king size set, queen bed, entertainment center etc) on Sept 27 and the rest no later than Nov 4. Until now, we have not received the furniture that were supposed to be delivered on Nov 4 (dresser, sofa and loveseat). They dont know when the sofa is going to be delivered. We were promised partial delivery on Nov 14. We were given a lot of runarounds. The day before delivery someone called to confirm delivery for Nov 14 for at least the dresser and the loveseat, but when we spoke to another agent she said nothing is being delivered on Nov 14 but rather on Nov 29. This customer service agent transferred me to someone else (apparently another customer service agent) who will not give you an opportunity to talk). When I asked to escalate to her supervisor she hang up on me and never called back!!!! So nothing came on Nov 14 so I called customer service again and the agent said the dresser is the only one ready at the warehouse. The loveseat is not arriving till 11/26 at the whse and the sofa not arriving until 12/13. Totally shocked with these new delivery info! Too bad we are stuck with them, we could have ordered somewhere else had the saleslady not misled us or deceived us with delivery promises. Another thing too, I called the saleslady who was so sweet when we were first purchasing, to ask help in facilitating or expediting delivery. Told her we have visitors coming for an important occasion and we dont have sofa or love seat to use (as we had gotten rid of them in anticipation of the confirmed delivery date). She has been in a hurry mode now. She asked us to come in the store the next day because they were very busy at that time. So my husband and I went the next day as advised and found out it was her day off and the person who tried to assist was not too interested to assist us either. He even said, thats what other agents do-when there's a problem they ask their customers to come back on the day they are off, and they wont help anymore after purchase! No one there was interested in assisting us. So we told them we were going to buy some decorative items while there using the gift card the manager gave us. Of note, we cant even use it for any sale item! And they mark up their prices so much that you cant buy anything with a 100$ gift card! No one is interested to help at all, unless you are buying a huge purchase. Worst experience!! If there was zero rating, it would have been my choice! Beware of this scammer, deceitful furniture store and horrible customer service!
Ashley&'s is quick to lend you assistance in the purchase of products they sell, you can get swamped with sales reps as you walk in the door! But once you need their help with their insurance.... good luck getting that taken care of, they&'ll tell you to call someone else, miss inform you, and keep you on hold for more then 2hrs!!! No lie, I&'ve been trying to get my mattress takin care of and been going in circles with them! If you call the store, they&'ll put you on hold, if you call customer service, they tell you to call the store! Ashley&'s needs to fix this issue and they need to work on being as energetic to help you out as they are to sell you something! Think twice before buying from them, because the day you need your insurance you payed to work for you, you&'ll be working overtime to get it working for you!
Scam Scam Scam Yea that&'s what happened to us! Purchased living room and other home furniture. We were told our furniture would arrive in 3 weeks so ok. But NOPE one piece came 4 weeks later and the other few pieces were expected to arrive in next year. The sales rep knew our furniture was back ordered and also knew we were expecting it in 3 weeks!!! So if your buying from this store make sure you ask if it&'s on back order Unless you don&'t care about pieces arriving separately every few weeks. I mean who has storage to do that!! This store is a Scam and so are the employees. Head to Living Spaces if you want great customer service and HONESTY!!
This place absolutely is the worst when it comes to communication. I purchased a couch in June, and now In November and still have not received it. They tried delivering it 3 separate times, each time it was incomplete. I can't understand why they would attempt to deliver a product that's incomplete, when just two days prior they called to confirm a date and time. They reassured me it was a complete couch, but now 3 times still can't get it correct. Safe to say I canceled my order and will take my business elsewhere.
If I could have rated ZERO stars I would. Spent over 10,000 in furniture. Customer service has been horrible, two and a half months later and we are still waiting for our bed frame! Today was our fourth!!! Attempt to receive our furniture! They showed up but it was with a broken bed frame! Now we have to wait for another phone call (which in the past waited for and never received) to reschedule again! I&'ve called 3 times to get transferred to a supervisor and every time they get on the line the line mysteriously disconnected. I&'m over them! Please don&'t spend your money or time they are the worse!!!!
The visit to the store was nice but after purchasing our furniture and we purchased a lot, the shipping and receiving has been a nightmare. We payed for our furniture in August and we are still waiting on furniture to be delivered and its Nov. We have been told that it may even be December before we receive the rest of our stuff! I will NOT return to Ashley Furniture.

Predatory sales techniques. The “Manager’s Special” on a $600 table brought it down to $399! The pushy sales clerk tried to ring us up, but I wanted to think about it overnight. After googling the same exact table on Ashley home furniture’s website, I ordered it for $191. $191. Half of the “Manager’s Special”. These greedy vultures tried to rob me and my family by doubling the price of the table. I will never shop from this store again. And my table won’t be arriving until December. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!!This place is honestly by far the worst furniture place experience I have ever had! I understand that with the pandemic things will be delayed, but they completely fail to communicate with you if things will be missing from your order! I bought a beautiful sectional from here, which was scheduled to be delivered on 10/5. Come delivery day, I was not told that the loveseat of my sectional was on backorder and that I will not be receiving. The delivery drivers had to notify me the day of and even asked me if someone called to let me know. They seem more apologetic then the damn people on the phone. So I call customer service to have the loveseat delivered, which they schedule me for on 10/22. Again!!! come delivery date, no one shows up!!! I have to call customer to find what the heck happened, guess what, the love seat is still on back order and no one can figure out why I was not contacted. This company has by far the worst communication when it comes to expensive and I mean expensive furniture pieces!!! if you want all your furniture delivered at once with good communication service then go someplace else. So unfortunate.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Customer service is extremely rude & doesn&'t even listen to you when you talk. They could care less about customer service, it&'s all about a sale for them. Bought a bed set for $3,000. Completely different stain than the one on display in the store. We were told we had 48 hours to return the furniture once delivered if we didn&'t like it, now they are refusing to do a return or exchange. They say it&'s against company policy & not allowed. The fact they were completely rude & told me it was my fault for choosing something I didn&'t like made it even worse. Never again will I purchase from Ashley&'s. Do not buy anything from here. You will regret it.
Awful costumer service! They lie straight to your face and try to cover up what they did wrong!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Completely awful We bought a tv stand that was suppose to come in LAST Tuesday. They said the reason they didn&'t show up was &"because there was a gate they couldn&'t get through&" where we love there is no gate at all. When we called costumer service everyone tried to cover the tracks of the people who basically left without even trying to find out house. From &"they said it was 30 min away&" to &"they said there was a gate.&" They couldn&'t keep their lies straight at all. We called again they said the furniture would be coming on Friday. Friday came and they said &"never mind it will be here Saturday.&" When it arrived of Saturday I witnessed with my own eyes them accidentally breaking it. When I told them it&'s broken, they said oh try calling again. I then proceeded to tell them I witnessed them accidentally break it and they lied to my face and said &"uh no a screw fell out, but let me see what I can do.&" In conclusion this store is awful, never buying from here again. Took 4 calls just to get something that was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday then changes to a Saturday. They lie straight to your face, just awful I do not recommend buying here at all. It was completely ridiculous!
So I order a set of coffee table in May, I got my order 1 month later and it was damage.I called Ashley's customer service and was told I was getting a replacement and I haven't received anything.I have called multiple times to there customer service line and no luck no one calls me back I have left multiple messages and still nothing this is so frustrating its been 2 months since order this item and i just have it in a box waiting!

I'd give this place a zero-star rating if that was an option. My parents bought a couch from this Ashley's store last year. First, they delivered the wrong-color couch to my parents' place. When my parents called to find out what could be done, they were informed that they would have to buy a more expensive piece of furniture AND pay for shipping the couch back to the store. The company made the mistake and wanted my parents to pay for it. Now, a year later, the couch has lost all its support and has become extremely uncomfortable. Purchased complete living room on Aug. 9. We were told everything not available until Sept 19. But Ashley still deposited our check immediately. Never received any updates. Finally called customer service on Sept 17. A recording told us our delivery was confirmed for Sept.19. Truck shows up and all they have for us are lamps, tables, etc. No sofa or loveseat - which are really all we wanted. Driver calls the warehouse and tells us they are on back order until Oct. 6. No one knows why. Tried to call local store in a Santa Clarita to see what they know. But no one ever answers. Called them 10 times. Called customer service 12 times. No one ever answers. Pure phone runaround hell. Still not sure if we'll get our sofa and loveseat on Oct 6. No one can confirm. Just a horrible customer experience.
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience at this Ashleys. This rating stems from the product I purchased to the VERY poor customer service. I have notes tracking my whole experience with this store. Within 2 weeks of purchasing a table sold by Ashleys it was ruined. The store manager called me after I went into the store and after that phone call I understood why others rated this store bad also. The manager was very rude and didnt seem to care.I STRONGLY SUGGEST trying other stores in the area. Living spaces, Bobs anywhere else is much better.Btw my table is still developing bubbles and scratches to this day. A complete waste of my money.

Salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. Very patient and helped us to get what we wanted. However, we were told in the store that our delivery date for the new furniture would be Sept. 25th. As that date approached I looked at the receipt and noticed the delivery date was actually October 17. Given that I had made arrangements for our old furniture to be picked up prior to delivery of the new, I called the store to find out why the delivery date was so much later than what I was told. Only to then be told that pieces were on back order and the new delivery date would be later in October than even what was written on my receipt. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Last time I buy from Ashley.

This was beyond the worst customer experience I ever had. I ordered bar stools in June, we received them and saw they were too tall for our counter so we went to store to see about an exchange. They were incredibly rude. Were told to call main number. Took over a month to get a call. Were told they would start the exchange process. I have called about ten times, left messages and no one calls back. Finally got a hold of someone after 3 months of waiting and they stayed case was closed due to no customer response. That was a blatant lie. They have 2 contact numbers and we were Never called about a delivery. Very convenient Ashley furniture!! Said they would reopen case. I will never purchase from here ever again.
Tony was an absolutely fantastic salesman. He didn’t push nor “vulture” the situation. He gave us information and allowed us to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable about the product on the floor. Well worth the drive from the antelope valley. Great job you guys!

From the 1st time walking into the store to the last (3 times total), our experience with the Ashley Home Store was a total nightmare!! Nothing about it was easy or professional.
I wish we could have seen the reviews on this location before any purchase we made. By far the worst experience purchasing furniture. I understand that with COVID, many processes changed. It was very unfortunate that we got excited for furniture that we expected to come a month ago just to come find out it was canceled because it took so long to get delivered..... lol they cancel there own orders apparently
I will NEVER purchase from Ashley Homestore again! Ever. I placed an order for a reclining sofa set in July and was told that it would be delivered end of August. Two days before my delivery date, I get a call stating that my new delivery date is scheduled for the end of September. I ask for a refund on shipping charges plus compensation because I had already gotten rid of my old sofas in order to make room for the new ones (they only called me two days before delivery) and we now have nowhere to sit until the end of September! I asked for a refund for my shipping charges and they submitted a case number and was promised a call within 72 hours to give me a resolution. Well, 72 hours later, I had not received a call so I called to follow up, only for them to tell me that I had a NEW delivery date in October!!! After speaking to Justin, their manager, over the phone, he apologized and agreed to refund me the shipping charges, a small credit PLUS $200 in a gift card on my close to $4K order that I paid in full. He asked me to go into the store because it would be the fastest way to get paperwork processed and he could hand me the gift cards at the same time. When I arrived, he did not honor what he promised over the phone and only made me waste my time by going into the store! I cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere!! They can forget about me purchasing my farmhouse dining table too!! Horrendous, horrendous experience!!!

Id give them zero stars of I could. We initially got a good price on the electric recliner sofa and electric recliner chair. Then were where told it could not be delivered for a full month. Just before the delivery date we got a call that the delivery had been rescheduled. This happened 2 more times. After many phone calls and being lied to, we were promised some remuneration. This came in the form of Ashley “gift cards” for about half of the originally promised amount. First we were told the cards had been mailed. Never received anything by mail. Then we were told that we had to go to the store to pick them up. Not likely to ever buy anything there again so, these cards are useless. It’s hard to believe that whatever we bought would be delivered anyway. After 2 ½ months the electric recliner sofa and electric recliner chair arrived! Guess what? The power supply for the electric recliner sofa was not shipped with the sofa! After more calls to corporate, being lied to, being hung up on, told “that’s not our department I’ll transfer you” and then disconnected, we finally got confirmation of the power supply shipment. It took another 10 days to get it. Rather than wait another 3 months for their “tech” to come install it we did ourselves. Let me tell you, it wasn’t rocket science. In my opinion Ashley Furniture is just a 1950’s furniture operation with a new coat of paint. They had our money and where making interest on it while we had no furniture for 3 months. Misinformation and lies all the way around. Will never buy from them again. Beware, they are really nice until they get your money.

This is a review for Ashley&'s online store:We ordered a sofa at the beginning of the month (August 3rd) and paid the extra $90 for white glove delivery service with a delivery date of August 24th. In the order confirmation email it stated that the day before someone will call to confirm your delivery date so I waited and no call. Checking the tracking online though revealed it still would be delivered the 24th sometime between 845 and 1245. This morning I took off work so that I&'d be home in expectation of this sofa. Every once in awhile I&'d refresh the tracking to check where the delivery guys were at. Nothing. They completely skipped over my number and I just thought maybe they&'d get to us later. Eventually our status changed from &"out for delivery&" to &"unable to start&". After a call with customer service I found out that our item was actually backordered and now our expected date is September 16! I understand there are delays. I&'m not upset about that. I&'m upset, because we had absolutely no communication regarding our order. Customer service said they were unable to contact us but I verified my phone number so I have no idea who they attempted to call. Next time I&'d rather order furniture from somewhere else where I know I&'ll have better communication about when it will come.

DON'T BUY LEATHER FURNITURE HERE. Just over six years ago, I spent the extra money for what I was told was a genuine leather couch/sofa from Ashley's. My thinking was that leather would last WAY longer than cloth or even "bonded" leather. I was so wrong! Ashley's claims the seating area (cushion tops) and arm rest tops are real leather. What they don't tell you is that the genuine leather is layered/blended on top of a non-leather backing. Turns out the thickness of the true leather is VERT thin and wears out very quickly - revealing the solid brown rubbery backing. On top of it all, of course the couch is now discontinued and no replacement cushions can be exchanged and/or purchased. Don't be fooled. They still have furniture in their store with the same type of "genuine leather" but in different styles. Ashley's selling techniques are very misleading - stating the material is genuine leather, when it truly isn't. Very deceiving. Beware!
They allow fraudulent purchases to be made and then act like they are going to help you with the problem but don't. The manager was available but didn't even introduce himself to help with the situation. Avoid at all costs and/or go to a different location.
If I could give this company lower than 1 Star, I would. I purchased a chest of drawers, dresser & bed from this location on 6/7. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The furniture was delivered a few days later. The delivery team was friendly enough, until it was time to leave, the lead guy shoved the phone in my face, told me to hurry up and sign bc he was late to his next delivery. I was caught off guard, signed, and they left. I inspected the furniture, and every piece was damaged. Damage that you can clearly see, caused by the delivery team and just the poor construction of the furniture. There were scratches, dings & chips on all pieces, 1 drawer wouldn&'t even open, another drawer fell completely out of the chest when opened, another drawer had a hole in the bottom. I immediately drove to the store (I arrived less than 30 minutes after the delivery team left my home) and spoke to the salesman, who&'s response was, &"Well, you should have inspected it.&" I went to customer service in the store (I will say, Ebonie is the only person in the store who attempted to help me whatsoever), spoke to the manager, Justin, and told him I wanted to return the items and get a full refund. He argued with me that they do not accept returns, even after I showed him the contract I signed that states, very clearly, that customers have up to 72 hours to request a return/exchange. He tried to tell me that contract is only for online purchases. I showed and texted him pictures of all of the damage and his exact words were, &"Yeah, I know exactly what delivery team this was, we&'ve had a lot of problems with them.&" He assured me he would do everything he could to expedite the process of going through Customer Care. I started the process to open a case with Customer Care (their &"customer service&" dept) and was told that a technician had to be sent to my house, record the damage, then that would get the ball rolling to get the return/refund. A week later, the technician (who was great) came out, took pictures of everything, and told me I was in for a fight. He said this happens ALL the time, reaffirmed for me my right to a return per the contract and sent me a copy of his report. I spent over 100+ hours on the phone and on hold with Customer Care, spoke to 15 different people, to FINALLY be told a month later, that my return was scheduled. I called 2 days before to confirm the pickup, for them to tell me that it was an exchange, and that my case was filed incorrectly, as an exchange, not a return. The Escalation Team finally got involved. The next almost month was full of every person I spoke to telling me everything was an error in the system, communication issues between departments, errors caused by other people, or that it was the store&'s responsibility to resolve, while the store continued to tell me it was Customer Care who handles these issues. I went into the store several times, the manager was rude and refused to help me. I FINALLY got this garbage picked up a few days ago, and got my refund 2 days ago. Let me be clear, Ashley HomeStore has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The second their product is delivered, they lose any feigned interest in you as a customer. Only after I told the Escalation Team that I would be taking legal action did anything happen to resolve this issue, and even then, it took another 2 weeks. In total, it took almost 2 months to process a return and my refund. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BUY ANYTHING FRIM THIS COMPANY.
They have a lot of great furniture options. They have bedroom and dining sets made with great quality. You can get it in real wood or get it for cheaper with engineered wood. They had a couch here with the largest ottoman I have ever seen. The only thing I didn&'t like was how you&'re greeted by a worker and the worker leads you to the pieces in the category you want to see. So, for instance, I wanted to see dressers and nightstands so I had to follow a lady to every night stand and dresser option they had rather than browse myself. I felt forced to come to a conclusion right away before moving on to see the next piece. I couldn&'t come to any conclusion without seeing everything first. And, the prices weren&'t obvious or shown up front. The worker would look at the back of the sign and then punch numbers into her phone and then give me a quote. Dressers are priced without the mirror. Most of the options were in the thousands. There were a couple of options that were under $1,000. The worker also tried to cut me a deal if I purchased today. I felt like I was at a car sales place. The furniture pieces are all on the larger/bulkier side so it isn&'t great if you&'re trying to furnish a small or tight apartment.

Absolute horror show! Run away from this store, there is absolutely no customer service. Any phone number called takes you to the same recording that goes to voice mail after 15 min and then hangs up. The instant messaging on the web site fails ever time I have tried to use it. I had bought a mattress and sales person told me it would be delivered on a certain date but when the day came no call nothing. I looked at the receipt and the delivery date was a month later than promised. Who waits a month for a mattress? I finally revived it (one of their in house models) and it is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Now I am trying to contact Ashley about returning it and I guess no one works there. Do not shop here!
The zipper on my brand new couch came apart only after a month. I've been trying to call to get it repaired and no one answers. It's still under the manufacture warranty, but how can get it repaired if no one answers? I've also tried calling the extended warranty to file a claim and no one answers there as well. I've left several messages and no one is returning any of my calls. I'm feeling very frustrated and I will never shop or recommend Ashley's Furniture to anyone. DON'T SHOP AT ASHLEY'S FURNITURE!!!! They just want to sell and convince you to get the extended warranty, but fail to provide the service if something goes wrong.
We visited the Santa Clarita location. We had previously purchased two bedroom sets, at the same location, approximately 10 years ago. The quality of the furniture is great. On this current visit, Remy and Bobby were great. The staff was very helpful. No one was pushy. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase new or upgrade their furniture.
Purchased a coffee table and two end tables. Very reasonable price and like the way they look in the family room. Unfortunately the delivery truck had a flat tire so my 12:00-4:00 window turned into an 8:00 Delivery. But the drivers were apologetic and professional. Just purchased a nightstand and dresser. Dominic was extremely nice and friendly. He and his manager worked to get me a great price. I am very happy with my purchase.

We were looking for a sectional couch and wandered into Ashley Furniture just for a look see and get an idea of different styles there were to choose from. Dominic was our salesperson and from start to finish he was spectacular. He showed us all the various choices without any pressure, he had all the answers to our questions. We picked a couch that we both liked and Dominic explained what our choices were and how fast we could get the couch delivered to us. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to everyone and make sure you ask for Dominic he will make guide you the process stress free...
This is the worst company to contact for warranty service! I had a rep out to attempt to fix my bed because it squeaks and crackles all the time and it's new. The guy said it was my box spring and I bought a new one and it's still doing it. I've been calling for about a month, leaving voicemails(they say they will call back within 24/48 hours and no return call) attempting to chat online but I was told that I can't due to buying the items in a store. I'm so disgusted with this issue and will definitely NEVER buy from here again!

Initially, we went to another furniture store around the corner from Ashley's. Sadly, our time there was short lived. Not only, did no one on the floor come to welcome us, the prices on couches did not meet the value. However, as soon as we walked into Ashley's Home Furniture Store, we were welcomed by Ela, who updated us on the stores COVID-19 instructions, the current sales, as well as said she would be available for all questions or concerns we may have. She directed us in the way to go to look at living room items and was readily accessible and available to all our questions. She was kind, respectful, and really made sure we got the best value. I absolutely love this store. They have THE best range of good looking furniture and I always want to redecorate my entire house when I go there. 🤣 Prices are decent on most furniture but their accessories are way too expensive. Go to Home Goods for “add-ons”. (Note to Ashley - lower your prices on accessories and you would have more people add-on to their main purchase.) Radwa is a great sales rep there. She knows her stuff and is willing to work with you on price matching to online etc. All in all it’s a great place to find inspiration for your home and pick up great furniture! 👍

I visited Ashley's Santa Clarita location, and I received atrocious customer service. The sells person that "helped" me not remotely greet me w/ a hello. She asked if I had an appointment, I said no, and she asked for my name. No hello. No how can I help you. And nothing remotely close to a smile nor friendly disposition. She finally asked "What are you looking for?" After telling her, she told me to just walk around b/c the accent chairs were all over the store. I finally found the one I wanted. She then told me to follow her, and she had me fill out an online form. She then quoted me the price. It was much higher than I wanted to spend b/c shipping and assembly were added on. She said we charge for both and left me with the unmistakable impression that I had to pay for shipping and assembly. As I declined the purchase and walked away, she hurriedly walk behind me and said she is willing to remove the shipping, etc. I knew, at that point, that it must be optional. But I was in no mood to haggle nor continue to tolerate her disposition. I then bought that same chair online and didn't pay for assembly. That was $49 less than what she quoted me. But the online order has been horrible. Ashley authorized my card and then charged it. Then, they refunded it b:c the "couldn't" ship the Degas Accent chair. Then, they charged my card a/b a week later. Apparently it has been shipped, but I haven't received an email notice at all. I only know a/b the charges and refund b/c my credit card company told me. And I get card alerts. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. So at this point, I have paid for a chair that may or may not be on its way. What a horrible experience.
I received my desk with broken drawers and parts.No one from their customer service is responding. Called them many times, they put you on hold and hang up.Left voice messages, no response! Went to their store, was told you have to call to the customer service number!! Send emails no luck. Contacted via Facebook messenger, a virtual assistant said they will replace the item without giving and confirmation number or info.Don&'t shop from them!!!
We came into Ashley's home store today to purchase a bed frame for our guest room and a homework desk for the kids. Justin helped us out he was very nice and helpful he made sure we got everything we needed at very good price.
Staff tried to help. Store had lots of furniture, but not what I was looking for. In the end, I was told to order my product on line.

This review is for Ashley Furniture Homestore online. I decided to purchase online as the Santa Clarita store was appointment only. I decided to update and purchase new bedroom furniture, (bed and dresser), after staring at my dark, depressing, furniture for 2 weeks while bedridden with Covid 19. Think it actually made me sicker. Anyhow, I recovered and after a few weeks decided to buy new light and bright furniture that was scheduled to be delivered today May 30th. So yesterday, I decided to donate my bed and mattress to make room for my new bed that was supposed to come today. As the people drove off with my bed and mattress yesterday, I received a voice message from Ashley&'s delivery stating that my new bed was on backorder and was now going to come June 13 instead of tomorrow, May 30th! WTF! I just donated my bed! Not only that, I just recovered from Covid 19, and now have no bed to sleep on. You got to be kidding me!So I called the number back and it took 2.5 hours on hold to finally speak to someone. I spoke to a supervisor, (Kaliah M. from Home Customer Care Dept), from their corporate office in Florida, and told her that this is unacceptable. How do you call the afternoon on the day before your bed is supposed to be delivered and tell me now it&'s 3 weeks delayed on backorder. I chose this bed because it was available and could be delivered on May 30th. What am I supposed to sleep on now? I just recovered from Covid 19 and was longing for some good rest. I let her know that this is unethical and immoral business practice and if I would have known 3 weeks ago when I ordered the bed that it was on backorder, I wouldn&'t have ordered it at all. Sooo not right.The supervisor said she would leave a note for delivery to expedite. YEA, OK. After about 5 more minutes of letting them know how shady their business is, I knew I was not going to get anywhere. Ashley&'s does not care about their customers or making things right. So here we are, my wife and I, and my 1 year old, sleeping on the couch for the next 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor, don&'t buy from Ashleys Furniture Homestore. They will screw you over and have no problem doing it. They know if you cancel, it will prolong your furniture search, and in our case, prolong not having a bed. They will bait you in with a 0 percent finance, make a sale, and tell you that the furniture is available when it&'s really not. And they know by the time they tell you it&'s delayed or backordered, it won&'t be worth your time and effort to cancel and buy elsewhere. Do not do business with them!
We had AMAZING customer service from the second we entered the store till when we left. First this guy with a long beard was very sweet and funny and helpful I didn't get his name but he was cool. Then Sophie was really sweet also she kept offering help and was being very nice. But since she got busy helping another couple Tony helped me with my order and he was very patient and nice also, I wasn't able to purchase a couch with my card as I was having problems with the bank getting my money he was patient with me, I told him I had to come back and he was very understanding as well as the guy with the beard they were both really sweet, patient, and understanding. Anyway when I came back to pay for my couch 2 days later one of the managers, that greeted us at the entrance was cool he also helped us with a discount, I wish I got his name. Till FINALLY the guy who helped us at the end DOMINIQUE had Amazing customer service, kept us laughing and helped us out a lot. He has a laugh like Kat Williams which is cool. He's gotta be the most funny guy for sure. We pretty much became friends lol He was also able to help us get our furniture sooner than expected. Everyone there has been really nice to us. We loved it and we are definitely coming back for a table hopefully Dominique will be our guy to help us with that. I highly recommend this store for anyone who's trying to get good furniture. They have an amazing selection of furniture. 10/10 for sure. Can't wait to receive our furniture soon.
I just bought a dinning room set and 32 days later the wood is breaking. I call them and they said it has to go thru inspections first instead of just replacing my two chairs I send them pictures and they still want to send the technician first. I mean it was to soon so I told them I wanted the chair new but they didn’t want to. I mean I would understand It it was some months but really 32 days and the thing is breaking. Then costumer services was horrible I even told them I had another delivery for Friday for the same collection and that I was so mad that I was thinking of canceling the order that she actually said really fast I can cancel it right now but in a rude tone. Like really instead of working with a long time customer you just get all rude and don’t care about the company loosing costumers and a sale wow I was really surprised. I am still thinking of canceling the order and taking my money somewhere else With better quality and better costumer service. I am so mad that I am spending so much money for something it’s breaking in the first month basically.
They delivered only half of my sons bedroom set. They said some pieces were broken and they would come back in a few days to deliver the rest. Now we can’t get a hold of anyone on their customer service line and their chat bot is completely useless. There was no call from the deliver team saying they won’t be coming and it’s been over a week since when we were scheduled to get everything.
In February of this year, I purchased a queen mattress, foundation, and a panel bed... Clay Brown was the sales person who helped me that day... He was very helpful, informative, and understood what exactly I want... He helped me find what exactly wanted, based on my budget... He was too kind to spend the time explaining about the different type of wood, and showing me the best products... At the end, he gave a big discount and helped me buy what I needed and liked... I waited over a month to post this review, just to make sure I am satisfy with the items I have purchased... A big thanks to Clay, also the general manager who approved the discounts... I am absolutely satisfy with the customer service, and my purchases 🙂
Associates harass you too much and try to force you to make a purchase that might not be exactly what you want. Also alot of trigiration like trying to sale you something that's USED at a NEW price

Just moved in to a new house and wife wanted new bed. They delivered the mattress and the bed frame but no box spring the mattress sits on. Wife called and customer service said it was an oversight and they will ship on asap. It has been two weeks and still don't have the bed together. This is why I always prefer to deal with a mom and pop business or family owned. They tend to care more about the customer. I would not recommend Ashley furniture.
The deals are amazing! Diana was very helpful and has fantastic service skills. The smile on her face is very warm and welcoming.
***BUYER BEWARE*** STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. They don't even deserve 1 Star! We purchased a coffee table and floor lamp from the Ashley Store in Santa Clarita CA. Delivery was on Mon. March 2, 2020. The coffee table had a small knick on it which I pointed out to the delivery guy. I said I can't accept this and he just painted over it and said he'd have Ashley send a technician out to see whether or not it could be repaired. That hasn't happened yet. It is now Fri. Mar. 6th. At the same time the coffee table was delivered they also delivered the large floor lamp. They left this huge box on the floor of my living room. I asked the delivery guy (as he was rushing out) if he was going to put it together and he said "No we don't do that. It's considered an accessory," and he left. I called the Ashley store and told them we were never told this by the salesperson Angie when we bought it. The receipt shows we were charged $89 for "delivery and setup." Ha! They said they wouldn't send anyone out to put it together. We are elderly and this lamp is huge! So we paid our handyman $65 to come over to put it together. Well he opened the box and we noticed the base of the marble lamp was cracked all the way across and it looked as if someone glued it back together. I immediately called the store and they said WE WOULD have to lug this 6ft long heavy box back to the store for an exchange. What?! Are you kidding me?! I said we can't bring this back to the store. It's too heavy and won't fit in my car. I was asked to text them pictures which I did right away. I received by text and over the phone confirmation of receipt of the pics. I was told it would take 72 HOURS to resolve the issue. Resolve what issue? Ashley delivered a broken lamp to us! They need to pick it up and bring us a new one. I also texted pictures to Angie the salesperson. Yesterday after 72 hrs I called again and now they're saying they never got any pics! They have no record of it. Unbelievable! I sent pics to two different people the same day they delivered it. Even got confirmation. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Angie told me she'd have her manager Chris call me the next day. He never called. When I called and talked to him he was so rude and downright mean to me. I told him we would hire someone to drop the lamp off right in front on their showroom floor and request a refund. He said "Go ahead" and just brushed me off. At NO time did he even apologize. This was a huge ordeal. Taking hours of time and inconvenience. As of the writing of this review and OVER 100 hrs. we have not heard ANYTHING from them. No call.. NOTHING! Trying to call someone in customer service or their corporate office is a joke. You can't reach anyone. The store just doesn't care. After all of this stress and aggravation we don't even want a replacement lamp. We just want our money back. But I'm reading all the bad reviews and it doesn't sound like a refund is going to happen anytime soon... especially if you've paid cash. We also plan on reporting them Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, anyone we can. We have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley over the years and we've never had any problem. I never thought to read all the Yelp reviews before our recent purchase and now I know why they have a ONE STAR rating. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN nor recommend them to our friends and family. **STAY AWAY..FAR AWAY FROM THIS FURNITURE COMPANY**
My partner and I went to Ashley Furniture in Canton Country, late last night to just look for an area rug. We were greeted by several employees, however Dominic was who helped us the most. He really helped us out, got us an amazing deal, and was very communicative. We wound up getting more than just the rug because we couldn’t resist the floor prices! On top of it, he made the experience pleasant and even fun! The manager there was also very professional, and helped us understand shipping methods and delivery and sorted out some bumps in the road. We will definitely be heading back to work with Dominic again in the future, and will be coming to Ashley furniture for home needs! Love it!

If you&'re someone who actually reads Reviews and takes into consideration other people&'s experiences then I strongly urge you to reconsider your purchase with Ashley Furniture; their furniture is poorly made and their customer service is simply awful. You take possession of ANY furniture there and ANYTHING happens after delivery, good luck! It could be months before it&'s &"fixed,&"unlikely to be replaced and NEVER refunded! Purchased a $1600 dining room table and had it delivered 12/21. On 12/25 it was sat at for the FIRST time and a guest indicated a screw had fallen from the chair. Upon closer inspection, we realized the hole the screw had come from was stripped. Called Ashley to explain (12/28) and simply request exchange of chair and they advised &"since we took possession of furniture we would have to go through A warranty process;&" which meant I had to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to my home. 2 weeks later (which was the first available apt on 1/14) technician writes in report issue can be &"FIXED&" with bigger screws. Please note, I began checking all my chairs Prior to this appointment, since at this point I am concerned. 3 of my 4 chairs have screws falling out of them. So I call Ashley to explain that I am upset that they are going to FIX my brand new dining room table set and I simply request an exchange. (Why we are fixing something brand new, I have no idea) also, the foam padding under one of the seat covers is rolling and technician did request they replace that chair. Fast forward.... 3 calls to Ashley, Santa Clarita; 2 calls to Ashley Corporate, 2 more unreturned phone calls by Ashley Corporate, 1 request for exchange I filed, that was never sent, and 1 very rude supposed manager of Escalated Relations (Stephanie Velasquez) phone call later (5 hours of time) I still have to wait and go through the &"warranty process&" and I&'m still waiting on the LARGER SCREWS the technician requested to fix my furniture from his visit on 1/14. Today is (2/5). oh, but luckily she&'s putting a rush on it. Whew! At this point, I have no idea when my chairs are getting &"fixed&" and the other side of the spindles are now weakening from the other side consistently hanging down out of the hole. Also, the integrity of my chairs are in question as there&'s nothing holding the back and front legs together. Legs are getting scratched and I&'m not at all sure when I&'m getting the chair that was requested to be replaced, actually replaced.According to the absolutely say all and be all of Ashley, Stephanie, there&'s absolutely no option for a refund. So don&'t even bother asking that....Not to put too fine a point on this, but let&'s mention that the foam padding is incredibly cheap, sags and doesn&'t rise after you sit on it and cHairs Would likely break if somebody sneezed on them too hard. Just saying. UPDATE 2/20. Our set is officially falling apart. We just received &"screws&" in the mail to &"FIX&" our set. We&'ve decided to dispute this charge with our credit card company; However, Ashley would want us to schedule a technician to come out to our home at this point, to repair. We have decided to wait to see if the credit card company will refund our money. This has turned into a catastrophe!!!! See new photos!!!
I’ve always had such a great experience at this location of Ashley’s furniture. They always strive to give the best customer service even if you’re buying something as simple as a throw pillow. And it always amazes me how they can work with you from a cost perspective for those of us that don’t really have a lot to spend but need to furnish our house. Thank you for always treating me and my family so very well and this is why we have been a return customer over and over again.
I went to Ashley’s for a new sectional. I let Angie Gracey know what I was looking for and the general style. She brought us over to several that fit my idea and then gave us time and space to browse. She checked in on us, and after listening to my feedback, showed me a few more options. We ended up finding the perfect fit. Angie was such a ray of sunshine, and was wonderful to work with - so much so that I made sure to get her card and will make sure she gets my sales going forward. She made my first trip to Ashley’s a great one. Thank you!
My daughter and I went to Ashley furniture in Santa Clarita for a bed. We had an amazing salesman! Ned was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. We ended up buying an entire houseful of furniture! We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and if you live in SCV... GO SEE NED!!

I had a great experience at the Ashley store. The sales rep was very helpful and got my order prepared quickly. I almost cancelled my order due to shipping. I picked a delivery date and was told they would call to confirm a time. The system was completely automated and did not allow you to give a preference in time. I don’t know anyone that can set aside an entire day to wait for a mattress. I was given a 4 hour window that did not work for my schedule. When I called customer service, they basically could do nothing about the window I was assigned except change it for another day where I was also unable to pick a time. The best they could do was give me an estimate of when the truck will arrive. I’m so disappointed. I’m never shopping here again.

Clay Brown was my salesman and he was totally professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and helped me find a wall clock that looks great in my front room. When my husband and I are in need of furniture I will absolutely consider Ashley and hopefully Clay will be able to help me again.
Just so I am clear this is the first at time I have ever written a negative review on a store, but by saying that I Waac everyone to nnot make the same mistake me and my wife did. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S!!!!! Picked out a set we loved and worked with our space, a $1600 dining room table set, I might add. Had it delivered day before Christmas Eve, the very first person who sat in it (on Christmas Day) realized the chair had screws falling out of it. This was so embarrassing that a guest in my home told me my furniture was falling apart, 2 days after it was delivered. Called on the 28th, they said they wouldn't return it and it had to be repaired, after only having it less then a week. Repair guy comes and tells us he has to order "bigger" screws, by this time the pad under the fabric in 2 different chairs is to rolling. My wife has had to call 4 times, because no one at corporate will return your calls, spending collectively 5 hours on the phone. Only to have Stephanie Velasquez from customer relations be the rudest and heartless person we have ever encountered. Basically Ashley Furniture thinks it's acceptable to buy a $1600 furniture set have it completely fall apart after 2 days and then have a member of corporate tell you to deal with it. Being someone that runs a big box store with 220 employees I would never treat a customer like this. Ashley's furniture needs to take care of their customers or shut your doors.... like I said DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S FURNITURE!!!!!

Dont purchase your 5 year warranty plan with these clowns! Your warranty doesn&'t cover any tares, multiple stains or any specific sag that your couch might have.Its been 14 months with these over priced couches and they&'re sagging already. Called to see if my warranty would cover and best believe it doesn&'t. They said you have to file a claim which can take up to 5 days just to get a call back. Guess what they can only do, a stain at a time. Freaking joking, no. But you already paid 500$ for a warranty that covers basically nothing. Shame on Chris manager of Ashley and your sleazy sales associates!Better off buying your furniture at those cheap furniture outlets! At least you&'ll be supporting local business instead of a corporation who can care less. Why should they the sale has already been made!

My wife and I are both on hold now with Ashley Furniture. We had a dining room table that was supposed to be delivered last week. Apparently, it wasn't screwed together correctly and when they opened the table it cracked in half. I was in the other room but my son said there was wood falling off of the bottom of the table. What's more, four of the chairs didn't sit flat on the ground. I expected more for $1600. I refused the products and am supposed to get a new table and four chairs. Unfortunately, Ashley never called me to reschedule, so I had to call them. I was told rescheduling couldn't be done yet until the items had been checked back into the warehouse, and then someone would call me by 10:30 the next day. Of course, that was two days ago and... Nothing. Now, I'm placed in the BACK OF THE LINE for delivery. Yay! I should have built the table myself. One thing that was super-efficient about the process was the charging of my credit card. That went right through, no problems.
My wife and I are both on hold now with Ashley Furniture. We had a dining room table that was supposed to be delivered last week. Apparently, it wasn't screwed together correctly and when they opened the table it cracked in half. I was in the other room but my son said there was wood falling off of the bottom of the table. What's more, four of the chairs didn't sit flat on the ground. I expected more for $1600. I refused the products and am supposed to get a new table and four chairs. Unfortunately, Ashley never called me to reschedule, so I had to call them. I was told rescheduling couldn't be done yet until the items had been checked back into the warehouse, and then someone would call me by 10:30 the next day. Of course, that was two days ago and... Nothing. Now, I'm placed in the BACK OF THE LINE for delivery. Yay! I should have built the table myself. One thing that was super-efficient about the process was the charging of my credit card. That went right through, no problems.

Currently at 39 minutes on hold because this place ordered/ delivered us a king size mattress and cal king sized bed furniture... Hoping they can replace the furniture asap. I signed the delivery not even thinking that was something they could mess up... Didn't realize it was the wrong size until we tried to l it the foundation on it (that's right, they didn't put the mattress down doI plan to update my review once we have a resolution ---updated from 1 star to 3 They replaced the bed frame for us to the correct size. 3 stars because I had mentioned there was a tear in the cloth on the footboard during my call which hasn't been fixed. Assuming that wasn't recorded in my claim since they probably thought the footboard would be replaced if the bed frame was replaced. Overall I'm relieved they fixed their mistake.

Here at Santa Clarita Ashley's furniture Ella and Chris are awesome and I can't say how helpful they are. Furniture shopping can be a pain, but not when you have Chris and Ella here to help. We just bought our dinning set and I can't wait to have it set up at home. Never double think Ashley's only in Santa Clarita are the employees truly nice and helpful. I went into the store today at the Santa Clarita location attended by Lesley Villalobos who was extremely amazing and superb with her customer service skills! I will most definitely return to the store thanks to her and her knowledge and well explained details of the furniture. It was a walk in the park! I strongly suggest management to provide Lesley Villalobos with a iPhone 11 as a bonus for the holidays this year! I will 1000% send customer her way if you do! I will follow up as well! I ordered a couch and two chairs a week before thanksgiving and was told the items would be delivered on November 26. The chairs were delivered, but the delivery driver stated the couch was on back order. How does my couch that was paid for go from being in stock with a promised delivery date to bring back ordered? Obviously I was not told the truth about the delivery date when I made the purchase. I guess they will tell you anything to close the deal. The worst part is they already have my money so there is not much I can do. It is just a shame that Ashley Homestore allows this type of dishonesty to occur.

We found out it had been discontinued, but Ashley staff tracked down the last one they had at another store. They held it for us there and gave us a FABULOUS deal. Great selection and Diana was a great salesperson. She showed us our options and then let us browse by ourselves which I appreciated.
Clay was our sales person, he was very knowledgeable on all the products and very nice. We had a pleasant experience, walked in, looked around , we had a few questions which Clay answered and walked out happy with a new living room set.

Furniture is overpriced and I bought a Dining table that started to peel of from the top. After submitting a request to fix they said they can fix it so I basically now have to keep this table and buy a new one. The Ashley guy said this was not a manufacturing defect because we spilled water. Of course at some point someone will spill some water on a dining table!! IT IS A DINING TABLE!!! It is supposed to be water resistant! It's not like I left this outside in the rain! I haven't even finished paying for it and it is already ruined!! Please go to A different store, different brand I mean Beal cause Ashley does not honor they warranty. It is so sad being such a huge chain.
We came in for a recliner and left with an entire living room set: power reclining infinite position sofa, love seat, and recliner, plus a clearance manual recliner. We really needed it and got an outstanding deal. Clay helped us. He was very patient, friendly, and helpful. Chris, the manager was above and beyond in outstanding customer service and Justin, another manager pitched in for additional outstanding customer service. I can’t speak to the delivery yet or how the protection package/warranty will turn out, but our in-store experience could not be better. We’ll definitely come back to Ashley on Golden Valley Rd. when we want to get the coffee table, end tables, or other furniture. Highly recommend!

This store has large variety of quality furniture. All the shipments has received on time, they were very professional and assembled in very good time. If you are looking for good quality and modern furniture this is the place. The cost is also inexpensive. All the sales people were very helpful to find a good match for your needs.
Made a quick sale for a leather sofa and love seat, but is not delivering on customer customer service. My sales person, Gigi promised delivery in TWO days. Impressive, but didn't happen. Got a call to confirm quickest delivery was 2 days later than promised (Friday),but I couldn't as was going out of town for 5 days. They offered to deliver Saturday ...HELLO? Going out of town like I said. They scheduled delivery for Thursday, 10/2, alas, all I got was a text with an 800 number to call to confirm delivery. I called, recorded message says call within 24 hours or delivery will be rescheduled. I call ne t morning only to get a recorded message telling me delivery is now scheduled for 10/10! Say what? I did what I was instructed and they dropped me off the delivery schedule anyway! The store manager could only offer maybe this happened or maybe that happened, and could only offer to email warehouse to see if they could put me back on the 10/3 schedule.Ebony, store mgr later called and says the can deliver on 10/4, we shall see
If I could rate the store negative stars, I would. I am never purchasing from Ashley's Furniture ever again. My husband and I went in to look for dining room tables and ended up finding a table on clearance that he and I both agreed on. The saleswoman ran the price several times and continued to quote the price on the sign on top of the table, so we purchased it. Because it was on clearance, we were told we had to haul the table away within 48 hours, so we paid movers to come pick up the table a few minutes before closing time. Once we arrived home, my husband gets a call from Ashley's stating that a mistake had been made on the salespersons end and that the table we purchased was not on clearance. Ummm. . . excuse me? How is a mistake that large possible. The manager, the salesperson and the customer service rep were all aware of which table we were purchasing and not one of them noticed an error in the entire two hours we were in the store? They then continued to tell my husband that we had to return the table to the store even though we had paid movers to move it to our house in the first place. We had the receipts and signed for the table and they still continued to explain the same answer. Horrible customer service and management. Corporate will definitely be hearing from us.
Ordered an entire bedroom set and have had the delivery rescheduled twice after ordering it almost 1 month ago. The 2nd delivery reschedule was done the morning of when I already took off work due to there large window. Was told Santa Clarita store would be calling me ASAP to "make it right" whatever that means and didn't even get that phone call. As of right now, I still have no furniture and now no date for delivery at all and when I call the Santa Clarita store the phone just rings until it disconnects. The corporate line kept me on hold for 42 minutes and no one ever came on the line. I'm thoroughly disgusted at how poorly this was handled after the money we spent on furniture for our new home. My husband plans to file a fraud claim with our bank at this point.

My sofa was delivered and the guys who delivered and set up the sofa, sliced through the side and left a big tear and another hole on the corner arm! They will not provide you a new one but only have a technician repair it which you have to wait several weeks!!! I purchased a new sofa and received a damaged sofa!! Rip off!!! Do not buy from them!!! Customer service refused to exchange my sofa for a new one and only offered a repair! I paid for a new sofa and should not have received a damaged one!!!! Ashley Furniture customer service is the worst! I'm closing my credit card and never ever buying from this company again!!!!

This furniture is really expensive yet really cheaply made and they don't stand behind their products. 1 Year parts and in mattresses 30 days. When you spend 2 grand for a sectional it should last longer than that

My first experience at Ashley's went great! I went in Ashley's with a one track mind and boy I tell you, that changed after the BEST sales rep help me out Clay (like the pottery) Brown lol that's what he left on my card, I thought it was cute and funny. I'm big on good customer service and I got nothing but that from Clay he opened my mind to different options and I took it for instance I was going for a mattress in a box and ended up leaving purchasing a Tempur Pedic . The delivery went great as well Victor and Sergio did an amazing job it came on time and there weren't any issues, Clay even check on me the day after the delivery to make sure it with smooth he needs a raise. I got the best sleep I ever had in my life with my new mattress and the bed room set looks good in my new places!!! I'll definitely be back to Ashley's for my other furniture thanks again CLAY!!!!
We went in to browse for a couch and clay was so helpful! Gave us our space to look but was able to answer all our questions and helped us pick out the perfect set! We went with our two kids which can be stressful for all but everyone was super nice and accommodating!

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate Ashley's. Th girl who helped me choose my new love seat and sofas was amazing!!! Reem, thank you for all that you did, my sofa was delivered yesterday and I can honestly say I haven't gotten off of them yet. The delivery was smooth, and fast. Thank you to both gentlemen who brought it they were fantastic and gentle. I will defiantly continue to buy my furniture from a Ashley's, as I have for over 20 years.
It just gets worse and worse! A couple of years ago I bought a living room set turns out it wasn't leather as we were told it was Ashley furnitures special durablend. When it tore less than a year later the warranty folks came and replaced that part of couch. When it happened again less ham 6 months later they said oh that's a crack not coveredWhy did I pay extra for warranty I questioned. Plus a couch that only lasts 18 months ?? To apologize Ashley sent me a gift card for $100 which is worthless. They won't accept it for any sale items So to use gift card have to pay 30%-50% more for the item Update. Still no resolution and now they call me to give me more "free" gifts and discounts to come in. I ask what good is a gift card you can't use. ANGRY

Do not go to this store!!!!! They lie and try to BS you when they can't fulfill your order. They bring damaged furniture on delivery and note it on order but never notify you about making it right or fixing. You have to call them. They then say "you took delivery so no returns". In the mean time I notice damage to my walls and doors after the delivery. Luckily I have video surveillance inside to prove it was them. GO TO LIVING SPACES!!!! Same quality much better customer service.
My heart is absolutely broken. My gracious Mother In Law purchased us a beautiful dining room table and chairs from Ashley. It was on a great sale so we purchased it early. Well we moved in yesterday to our very first home and couldn't wait to open and set up our beautiful dinning room set! Unfortunately when we opened the table (which has been sitting in its box, unopened for 30 days in the same place the delivery men from Ashley dropped it off) the table was cracked!! And two of the chairs too! My heart sunk and I literally cried. But my Mother in Law assured me that Ashley had amazing customer service and not to worry. BOY WAS SHE WRONG. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We called the online services that the product was pulled from stock from and they refused to replace the table! If they would have packaged their products correctly it wouldn't have broken!! The table literally broke where the packaging stopped and didn't cover! I now have to repurchase the table again! Buyer beware of this scam online services!!!!!!!!
I just walked in and the salesgirl said hello and asked what I was looking for. I said I was just looking. She smacked her palm down on the table sighed loudly turned to the other salesgirl and in an exasperated tone said "just looking!" and they walked off where they then talked & giggled in a corner. Little did these people know that I'm in the market for some big ticket furniture items.....bet which store won't get a dime from me? This one! Terrible customer service. Don't even bother stepping here.
This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. Never buy furniture from here! First when I purchased my children's beds I was unimpressed by the service o received but I liked the beds so we went ahead and purchased. On June 20th the furniture was delivered. Upon delivery they dragged the dresser up the stairs then nicked up my walls in several places. I showed the man before he left and he told me "it's fine". I reported it before they left. Since then I have called the store several times to try to get help. Spoke w 2 different managers who promised to do something to follow up. I have called their 800 number the case has been reported but they say they will call me in 48 hrs and have done nothing. This is almost a month with NO service. Obviously they don't take pride in their work or care about their customers. Do not shop here! It will be nothing more than a headache. Never had this problem with living Spaces.
Buyer beware. We purchased a full living room set about two years ago. It arrived and felt slightly soft but we didn't think anything of it other than it was just the couch. A year later it had become a gaping hole whenever you sit. I had paid for the warranty and so I filled it all the info as promised and sent it in. We were turned down for repair as I said it felt a little soft when we got it. Hello?! How did we know it would turn into a sink hole?? Now they will not warranty it. It's now been two years and we're stuck with a bad couch.
Unfortunately we will never shop at Ashley's Furniture again. They are very eager to assist you in the showroom but the Customer Service is the worst! We had a defective coffee table, took forever is get a returned phone call, finally a technician came out and stated he cannot repair and would order a part, that took awhile no phone call, we contacted customer service again and and they finally sent someone out to see if they can repair with new part and technician said it was defective too and that they would replace the coffee table and we should be receiving a call. Two in a half weeks later no call, once agin we had to call and customer service and. They stated their was no notes in system of what had occurred only that a part was ordered. Our advice shop elsewhere were your business is appreciated!

STAY AWAY!So turned off by this company and their bait and switch tactics.The sales person offered a sweet deal of "50% off" all the items we selected.However, the tally showed an extra $149 charge.When I questioned it, she tells me it is warranty and the only way she can offer the 50% deal.Funny thing, I specifically insisted at beginning of transaction that I was not interested in any coverage. She did not even bother to tell me she was going to charge me.I asked her to take the charge off.She did so with a lot of hesitation, because now she could not back out of the 50% off deal.It was so underhanded. Would have been ok if she presented that scenario up front, but instead she tried to sneak it in.We ordered items in April, but did not get delivery until last week and this is after a 2nd delay. Overall, a really unpleasant experience. Should have read the reviews prior to entering the store.
If you can avoid shopping at this store, then by all means stay away! They are very unprofessional and do not how to treat their customers. I made two separate purchases at this store at the end of May 2019. When delivery was scheduled for the first item they never showed during the time frame they provided to me, waited around 4 hours! I finally received a call 2 hours after my scheduled delivery time from some girl in their warehouse who was completely rude! They said item was not delivered because it was damaged, ok well how about you advise your customer first thing in the morning so they don't waste half of their day waiting for a delivery that was never going to occur! She responds by saying, "well I'm calling you now"! Really. So I call the store in Santa Clarita and they send me a gift card in the mail for my inconvenience. Guess what, you can't use it on anything that is a Manager Service or on Sale or on Clearance! My second purchase was a dining room set. I waited over 3 weeks for delivery only to receive a call indicating that dining room is no longer in production! The salesman leaves a message telling me, "these things just happen sometimes". . . So you are going to sell furniture to customers that is no longer in production! Had to go into the store to get my tax fee refunded. While there, not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience! Rude ladies up at the front desk. They could care care less how they treat their customers! I will avoid ever buying anything from this store in the future!
I went in to ask a question about getting a bed for my daughter who is going to humboldt university. . when the lady came up to me she says we cant deliver if it's not local. . . fair enough. . then I asked if there is a store in that area that I could go to she says I dont know. . . again fair enough. . then I asked if she could check and see and she said no. . . No??? Are you telling me that you cant even check for me???? Horrible customer service. . . I want to spend money at Ashly furniture somewhere in California, and you cant even check to see and give me a starting point. . I've shopped here before and they were super helpful but this lady was cold and dismisive. . .
Needed to purchase different box springs and spoke to a rep over the phone from Palmdale location and quoted a price of $125 for both plus tax. Immediately called SCV locations and Lucy said they would match that price. Went into the SCV location and sales person who greeted us blew us off because he didn't want to deal with a sale of under $200. Then Lucy at customer service lied to our face in front of GM and said she never said they would match the price. Manager of the name Alex said we might as well leave and go to the Palmdale location. So we left empty handed and called the Palmdale location rep who then immediately emailed Alex who then replied saying he would only honor that price for 24 hours so we had to drive back to the store after already getting home. Once back at the store Alex denied approving the price and raised his voice at us and got heated to the point of slamming a desk near by all the while other reps and customers watched. Worst customer service never step foot at this location unless you want to be called a liar! Update: drove all the way to Palmdale and received the best service and made our purchase with ease!
If I could give zero stars I would, it does not surprise me they have such low reviews. DO NOT BUY HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY. Don't bother speaking with the supervisor either, he is rude and does not care. Go anywhere else and you'll be way better off.
This has been the worst experience ever. Never again will I buy anything from Ashley's furniture and would never recommend them to anyone. They have changed my delivery 3 times. It has been over a month since I purchased a kind size bed and another queen size with mattresses. They keep texting me and saying it's backordered and delay my order. They don't keep their word on delivery dates, it's fine if it happens once but 3 times already?! Come on, and they won't even give me my money back, they want to charge me 15% restocking fee for sometime that is not my fault. Such an unrealizable store, expensive and terry service. Not worth the stress.
I love it I'm so happy with my mom living room set everything was just about right it's not about how expensive it is it's about the fact everything was right and the people that deliver they were so nice and they helped a lot can't complain I would recommend this to everyone don't go to IKEA come to Ashley Furniture you would get the discount and it's affordable I got a good deal whole living room set of 14 pc $946 who would of thought that good like I have everything I'm happy my mother and father are happy it's a whole new home thank you guys I'll definitely be back to buy more furniture for family and recommend my friends and everyone out here in Santa Clarita and in the valley :) and I got it deliver the day I wanted .
I recently purchased furniture and was told I could have a portion of my purchase delivered within 3 days of my purchase. The remaining items would be delivered 4 days after that. I declined and requested to have my furniture delivered all together at the same time. So that meant my I would wait a week. That never happened. I recieved partial order two weeks later and was told the remaining items would be delivered 1 week later. Here we are a week later and now I'm being told I will receive my furniture in three weeks. Every person I talk to gives me different information. This is so upsetting and frustrating! I've never had this problem with Ashley's. I will not shop here again. Do not shop here!!!!
Greeted at the door by "Bow tie Bill". He was wonderful and answered all my questions. The strategically place dining set at the store entrance caught my eye right away! Please note I only I came to buy a queen size mattress and left one happy customer with a full dining set for six and the pillow top mattress. Very pleased with the delivery service and ability to track the delivery and know the persons who will arrive. Safety first!!! Texted 10 min before arrival! The delivery teamwork was excellent. Almost like a NASCAR Pit Stop they were in and out in know time at all. I was delivery #5 of 13 for them yesterday. I recommend if you can afford to purchase take a look at Ashley's showroom! Ask for "Bow tie Bill" he will make your shopping experience a good one! Memorial Day weekend sale prices very reasonable. They even offer you a gift card for your review! Win Win for all! MHoffman*
Ashley refuses to pick up furniture that’s being replaced nor even give a referral to anyone who can. I looked at 4 other stores in the area on the same day for large sectional sofas and will they take the existing one away? ALL said Yes without hesitation. For that alone Ashley loses me as a customer

If I could give negative I would. Worst customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment they deliver. The worst! First off it's like a cheap used car lot with the sales people there. Even literally begging for commission. (No joke) so we pay in cash get a delivery for almost 3 weeks later because I guess that's efficient time for them. Then! Here is the fun park. My other half takes the day off work for a delivery between 1-5. . . . . . 6pm she calls Ashely's they are rude to her then the third party shipping company calls her saying it's 7, then it's 8:30 then it's 9-9:30. So I step in and call. . . . . she gave me a really lame excuse or a lie as I like to call it about the delivery and it's currently 10:12pm and they are making the delivery. With non stop mess ups even on site. I called the store manager he was not helpful at all. I will not be stopping at this review. For I have spent thousands of dollars at this company and the least they could do is give me back my damn delivery fee I paid gladly in cash. Ashley's furniture is nothing but the sleazy used car store of furniture companies. Myself, my family, my friends, and all my many clients I have referred to the scam shop with never be returning. Like I said this doesn't stop with this review. Let me start off by saying that Bow Tie Bill is the best furniture salesman I have ever worked with! He wasn't too pushy, but at the same time was there willing to help us with whatever we needed.We ended up getting a super good deal on a table set for the living room. I will definitely be back to buy more furniture!

Absolutely worse experience! Something fishy is going on!!! They were trying to force me to buy a protection plan or else the price would go up. Also, we were going to get it financed which we got approved to completely cover the cost of the purchase we were making yet they wanted us to put money down. Bob Everett is a total car salesman. He tells you what you want to hear and promises you the moon but something didn't feel right so we decided not to buy anything. I didn't like the way they pressure you. By the way let me input my own information on my application, I don't need you hovering over me then just taking over and pressing yes on everything without letting me read it. We did speak to a manager over the phone so they could explain why we had to put money down and his response was that "Uncle Sam wants his money". It just doesn't make any sense. I guess they think your an idiot! We're definitely going shopping somewhere else!!!

Don’t shop here! All smoke and mirrors. You never get an honest answer. First the sales person Diana didn’t know much about the product. Then when we made a purchase she told me the delivery fee was $250. Why I made a fuss, the manager reduced it to $99. How many people do the shaft on delivery fees! Not to mention the product I want didn’t come in the size we wanted anyway. She had to go look at a catalog to figure that out! I will never do business with this store ever again!,, crocks.
I just walked in and the salesgirl said hello and asked what I was looking for. I said I was just looking. She smacked her palm down on the table sighed loudly turned to the other salesgirl and in an exasperated tone said "just looking!" and they walked off where they then talked & giggled in a corner. Little did these people know that I'm in the market for some big ticket furniture items. . . . . bet which store won't get a dime from me? This one! Terrible customer service. Don't even bother stepping foot in here.

UPDATE: David took great care of us, and the original set we ordered arrived a day or two later- and we bought another bedroom set- this order went very well and i'm very happy with the service received. Will be ordering a living room set and a dining room set soon. Bob was also very helpful in helping me choose a bedroom set.
Do NOT buy furniture from this place!! So we bought seven pieces of furniture, multiple dressers, bed frame, and two nightstands. Of course everything is negotiable, so we got everything at least 50% off and then some, so pricing was fair. The following week when the seven pieces were delivered, five of the seven had visible defects, either by faulty manufacturing and/or the delivery personnel which had a truck jammed pack with all kinds of furniture like they were making thirty deliveries that day. So delivery came for the five replacement pieces about five days later, and once again another piece is faulty as the backing of the chest is completely destroyed. So they take the backing off our old faulty chest and place it on the new chest. Ashley managers promised us a lot including VIP delivery with Ashley personnel, and pre inspection of furniture which never happened. Just FYI ... the right hand is obviously not talking to the left. Sales doesnt talk with delivery/warehouse personnel. Even weeks after having all the furniture squared away, we got a call today saying they were delivering another piece which had already been delivered weeks before. We will NEVER again step foot in an Ashley store as this experience was truly the worst we have ever had with a furniture store. You may get decent pricing at Ashley, but that's cause they hire morons who have zero customer service skills and delivery personnel that arent exactly exuding professionalism.
Received call from "Bill"stating if I come in, there was a $50 gift card available for me to use. I specifically asked if it was valid on sale merchandise due to past mis-information related to a discount coupon. Well, no Bill to day at store, wanted to buy a floor model item and low and behold, was told I could not use gift card. The "manager" advised he would discount $99 lamp to $75 and give me $100 gift card. I asked them to honor their salesman's promise to me. No can do, so I walked. They are sneaky advertisers, almost everything in store is "on sale", thus most if not all coupons/gift cards can't be used. Advised them I will not be customer in future and walked. As this was second time, even the proverbial car sale "closer" is more reputable. . . . .

Tried to pull a bait and switch. . . told me nothing but lies and tired to stall to make sure they got my money!!! I went in asking for a hybrid twin mattress. The sales person Bobby Everett showed me one and said he could knock down the price from $449 to $200. It sounded great! So I went ahead with the purchase. About 45 mins later I went online to find that based on the item number of the product they were going to send me it was not a hybrid mattress and also the actual price of the item was $299 and on sale for $119!! And it was a basic innerspring mattress! I looked up the refund policy which states a full refund would be issued if asked for prior to shipping considering I bought it less than an hour ago I called and was told they would not refund me because it was "direct shipping" and the could not do a refund. I asked them to show me where in any of the paperwork it said anything about a different policy for direct shipping. They refused to answer me. Then the tried to convince me that it was in fact a hybrid mattress because the description said it had "high density foam" I showed them that hybrid mattresses had "cool gel memory foam" clearly stated in every hybrid description online to which they told me that the website was often wrong and the prices online were not for California but that they could price match. However on my receipt it clearly said online price match $200 but was also a lie because the mattress was $119 online. The sales person Bobby tried to blow me off and hung up on me when I said "I'm down the street and will be in the store shortly" Once I got there the manager took 20 mins to show up and They said the only thing they could do was email order forfillment dept. and wait for an answer to see if I could have a refund. They said it would take until Monday because the dept. was closed weekends. When I said that "bait and switch was a crime " the customer service girl said "let's not go there just yet please" to which I responded "that's what you did, your sales person thought they could trick me" I called their customer service online number and talked to Brittany who said she wasn't aware of a different refund policy for direct ship items so she put me on hold to call the store. She came back to the call and said they couldn't refund on direct ship orders. She also told me that her dept doesn't have anything to do with online orders or store orders. When I asked her "what do you deal with because there isn't any other options?" She changed her mind and said she does customer service of items ordered in store but not direct ship items. I asked her what company ships mattresses when you order online, she stated it was UPS and I asked her "who ships the direct ship items?" And she replied "UPS" to which I asked "if you can cancel an online order that is direct shipping then why can't she do an in store direct ship order refund? She didn't have an answer and said I would have to contact the store. My next stop was to my bank to see if they can stop the payment to which they said they couldn't until it was processed and I could open a claim against the charge. They advised me to call the store back and inform them that my bank was willing to do a 3 way call for the claim and if that didn't work to tell them I would take them to small claims because based on what they see I would win! I called the customer service again and talked to Brittany once more. She gave me the same run around and tried to convince me that the mattress had already been shipped (at this point it was 2 1/2 hours after I bought it) I told her that there was no way a mattress scheduled to be delivered On the 22nd was already in a truck on its way especially since order forfillment was closed until Monday to which is replied "no that's incorrect order forfillment is open 7 days a week" I then followed my banks advice and told her I was willing and prepared to take this to small claims and I would win my money back plus court fees and lost wages for having to show up and miss work. She called the store back and when she came back she said the store had amazingly heard back from order forfillment and they were going to issue me a refund. AMAZING!! 2 mins later the store manager called me and said they would issue me a full refund and that I was so lucky they did because they aren't allowed to. Needless to say I gave him a piece of my mind. Of course he didn't care.
How do I negative stars. They deserve it Stay away from them. Junk quality sofas. Bought a living room set from them few years ago. Within 2 years the plastic started peeling cracking and started shedding like a sick bird. Horrible quality. I have to throw away the set to dumpster. Lost $$$. Seriously stay away!!!! Go to Furniture now they sell furniture by Ashley there and much better customer service!! The first time we were there we were treated so nice of course to get us to buy. The manager gave us a discount and we paid our furniture and left. We then get a call from him saying he couldn't do that deal after we had signed the contract by the way and he said we had to go back and pay an extra $700. We understood and we still went back and gave the $700. So we bought a few things and when we went to pick up our furniture everyone was so rude!! First I asked for water for my son and the lady was super rude about it. I couldn't believe that part. Anyway, we had a few different paying methods some items were bought in cash and some on my credit and others on my husbands. Well when we left they switched everything up and put other items on my husbands credit card and moved the numbers around. They are also no help we called them and no one knew what to say so we went to the Ashely's in Palmdale and they actually helped us and showed us what they did wrong by changing everything up. So this purchase was back in January we received everything just our coffee table was set up for the end up February, well the day of the arrival comes and nothing showed up. Then they call me saying the table will arrive April 27 then I get another call saying April 28 well here comes today and now they said "it might arrive the first week of May" unbelievable!!!!!!!! I received a call from Savanah and all she could say was come in and reselect lol what?! Yeah so I can mix match my side tables with a different coffee table?! You're kidding. She then starts talking over me and her voice starts getting higher so I went off on her because who does she think she is?! Lol and she then hangs up and now I've tried calling multiple times and no one will answer. Stay away from this store the way they do business is beyond me if you really want to buy something from Ashely's go to the one in Palmdale yes Palmdale they actually have better customer service than this store. This store is only nice to you when they're trying to get you to spend your money!!!!
Went in today to purchase 2 bedroom sets for my kids, my wife and I walked the entire store and not one worker greeted us or offered to help. At the rear of the store a couple of workers pointed to a section and that was all the interaction we could get from any one there. A worker was sitting on a sofa while we walked by and not once word of assistance. Needless to say we were in and out in less that 10 minutes and took our money and business to a local furniture store that as soon as we walked in they made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions. Saved a whole lot a money as well in the process.
Stay away from Ashley furniture! I bought 2 bedroom sets and I order them over the phone and I can't get a phone call to confirm the order. They got the order wrong 3 times so be careful and check the paperwork! I would rather pay more money elsewhere where they know there job and know how to treat a customer

I went in not expecting much but that changed soon after meeting Darla. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She helped us find the perfect sectional for our new home. She was so patient and answered all of my questions (I had lots). She was not pushy or over barring. She let me take my time but checked on me to make to see if I needed any help. I haven't experience this level of excellence in a long time, it's nice to see its still around. I strongly recommend this store located in the Santa Clarita Valley. I appreciate her so much and extremely happy I decided to walk in. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I ordered this on Black Friday and got it delivered on December 9th. Upon delivery of this sofa the delivery guys damaged the apartment stairs and other places. I have filed claim with AshleyHomes since December and they have denied the claim now stating they did not damage it. This was my first transaction with this company and because of this terrible service my mother is now facing a $1200 charge from the landlord and other negative issues. The neighbors and I saw the damages being done infront of our eyes and have provided all the photos and everything to their department but they are denying everything. Because of this one transaction with this company my mom is facing this charge and possibly legal actions from the landlord. My mother is disabled and do not have that $1200 to pay the landlord for the damages that this company has caused. She only had that little money to buy this furniture on Black Friday but this company is basically ruining her living situation.
Did a lot of shopping around on Sunday. Was looking for a bedroom set . Steve helped us and was so patient as I left and came back twice and spent all day trying to figure out what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and overall a pleasant salesman. Thank you Steve . We will be back when it's time to do the living room. Cheers :)
Customer service is a JOKE. Went in last night with the family to buy a living room set for our new place and we were being rushed the whole time. The sales associate Destiny made us feel uncomfortable from the get go. Constantly standing around us while we were trying to talk and decide what we wanted, not letting us talk in private. Not friendly whatsoever, constant attitude whenever we asked questions. And made us feel like we were in the wrong when she clearly did not listen to us tell her the billing and shipping address was different. Completely incompetent and did not acknowledge her mistakes, nor apologize for them. I really think she got hired that morning. A complete waste of time and the customer service was like a bad joke. The store manager (I don't remember his name) came around afterwards and apologized and offered to help us out. I appreciated that but it was too late. My family has bought from them for years and this particular store was highly recommended to us, but I'm sure that was years ago when they had adults working there. If you're tired of your job, then quit. Don't take it out on people who are paying your commission.
Got ripped off. I recommend throughly doing your research before purchasing anything, sleep on it and clarify all delivery fees and sales deals including the added warranties. READ THE FINE PRINT. We are now stuck with a clearance tempur pedic adjustable .mattress set, when for that price, we could've got an entire 14 bedroom set including the mattress. Very upset and disappointed with Ashley and their surprise delivery fee as well as the amount of recycle fees and taxes on delivery we paid. The whole experience was a disaster. We will be going back to fight for whatever money we can get back from them. 🚫🚫🚫🛏🛋😑😑

Shame on you Santa Clarita Ashley sales person!!! Was in a desperate situation as my step daughter unexpectedly came to live with us. Went to Ashley furniture for a bed and mattress for her and was completely duped by a sales person he promised me the world and I completed my purchase. . . fast foreword to delivery day. . . The comfortable memory foam mattress I thought I purchased was not delivered instead the cheapest mattress with springs poking out of it was delivered he switch the skus and sold me a cheap mattress telling me he gave me a great deal on the memory foam mattress. When I called the store letting them know the wrong mattress was delivered I was told they could deliver the correct mattress for an additional $150. Wow, like I said, SHAME ON YOU!!!! Your sales person lied to me and your making me pay the price. Thank you for nothing!!!

Once signed and the delivery people left, we notice right away a huge cut in the back of the couch and call them right away. The drivers don't answer and the the store said someone from their customer service will call. This place is so shady they don't even give u the number for their warranty care. After speaking with the agent she said it will take someone 2 weeks to come "fix it". Why would I want to fix something I bought for $2100???? I've been calling the store since and no help at all! These ppl need to get sued for their lies and fraudulent acts. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! I will never ever buy from here or recommend this store to anyone! Ok so I have to post an update and change my review. After several attempts to complain a store associate helped me solve the issue and order a entire new piece for us. We also have customer service call us several times that day to make sure everything went fine. We are satisfied with the service now though it took a lot of effort in our part to get there.
These people are absolute snakes. Wife and I were looking into tempurpedic mattresses but were hesitant due to the price. The sales rep, who was also the floor manager, assured us, promised us, that if we didn't love it we had 90 days to return it, so we went for it. Two weeks in and we decide that we hate it. Turns out, they have a ridiculously strict no return policy that no one told us about. We go back to the store, call everyone at corporate just to be told we were now stuck with a $4000 mattress we don't even want. However, the manager gave us five $100 gift cards for our troubles. Fast forward 4 months later, wife and I decide we'd like like a desk. We head back to Ashley's with $500 in gift cards to find a desk. We find one, start the check out process, pull out our five $100 gift cards, then are told that WE CAN ONLY USE ONE GIFT CARD PER TRANSACTION. So now I'm stuck with a $4000 mattress and $500 in useless gift cards. Save yourself the headache, this is a terrible company.
I bought some furniture from Ashley. Very poor quality I bought the extended warranty on all the items I bought which was a waste of money!! About two months after purchasing two couch's, a chair and ottoman the fabric started coming off ( kinda like corduroy looking) on 2 of the items. Oh I called the warranty company sent photos and the damage isn't covered ? So I'll just hopefully help you and just say don't buy anything from this company cause they don't have quality merchandise and definitely don't honor the warranty.

I will never buy from Ashley again. The 1 star is ONLY for our store experience, which was fine. I purchased a dining table, 6 dining chairs, and a recliner. Within a couple months, we had an accidental spill on the table and it immediately fell apart. Luckily, (or so I thought) we purchased a 5 year warranty on everything. What a hassle it was to get anybody to even come out! They tried to convince me the damage wasn't covered. I fought and fought and finally got them to give me a new table. The chair has had to be looked at a handful of times in the short 2 years we've had it. I just called to file a claim regarding the stitching coming loose and guess what? That's not covered! Do yourself a favor and don't buy cheap furniture from here because it will fall apart and the fine print will tell you the warranty doesn't cover it anyway.

Nice so nice lot to pick from the staff is a bit hungry n may rub people wrong I felt how I felt at the car dealer when buying a car for $10,000 though I was only buying beds and a dresser for 4300 very similar feeling experience she's also a bit overwhelming and the hungry nature of the employees and the shity attitude of the manager at this store here in Valencia is less than desirable manager kind of makes people feel stupid I think he does it on purpose
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If no stars was possible that's what they'd get. I have a broken couch and it's not covered in warranty because there is natural ware a tare on it. I have to PAY OUT OF POCKET to have it fixed. What's the point of having the insurance? Natural wear & tear apparently voids your contract because you don't report it to them.

I will never be returning to an Ashley store again. 3 separate sales people followed my friend and I around the store non stop even though we said we were not needing a sales person at that moment. Both my friend and I became so uncomfortable we had to leave the store.
So disappointing! Beware!! When remodeling our house we went to Ashely Furniture and bought our furniture ( sofa and 2 recliners and much more) and the extending warranties. We were told again and again by our sales person Kevin, " this is the closest thing to leather you can get, it WILL NOT PEEL!". Here we are 3 years later having to go by new furniture. The extended warranty we bought does not cover anything, when we called Ashely, to ask about it and their response was " yeah, that's why we changed warranty companies, the one we have now is better". We were never asked if we could or would like to change companies. We called Ashely to tell them of the of our issues, they called and said we were out of their warranty(1 year from Ashely) and our extended warranty does not cover that. But, they would give store credit towards a new recliner or furniture. We should have learned our lesson. But , no! We went and used our credit towards to small side tables. What could go wrong with a couple of side tables? But, when they were delivered one was wobbly and the door was loose. When I told the delivery guy he said "I just bring the furniture, you need to call a technician". I got an appointment set up and the technician came out just to tell me that it's my floor not the furniture. The table was placed in the middle of my living room. That's not where I wanted or where it could just stay, why would I want it there. He said " I don't know what to tell you". I said it's new furniture, there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. He told me " nothings perfect". Tried calling Ashely to tell them about the whole thing, and no one answers the phone. I'm calling the number listed on yelp and on the website. Beware! If you would like help after buying your furniture this is not the place for you!

I purchased a sofa and chair from Ashley and Bobby Everett was very helpful . I was looking for specific size chair to accommodate the corner in my living room and Bobby was very patient and show me several options till i found the one the caur that was comfortable. He was super knowledgeable of the fabrics&style and how to stage the furniture to fit the room . The store manager and staff were very pleasant to do business with. I have been a returning customer for over 11 years
