Never again i purchase a mattress and box spring i saw on display the box when it arriced the box spring did not match the mattress they gave me a black boxspring to a grey and white bed and it was the incorrect mattress. No manager ever called me back to apologize they kept asking me why didnt you refuse the mattress as if it was my fault . They are going to send me the correct mattress after a week of calling. Since i have not received the correct mattress they are refusing to cancel the order completely. Keep in mind every ashley furniture is independently owned so dont bother calling the 1800 customer service line they told me they cant help me i have to call the store. Not to mention its like buying a car ashleys online price was way lower than what i paid for the same item. No accountability
The associate Angie Gracie was very rude and disrespectful, she seems to not like her job at all, refused to give me quotes , said if I was broke and could not afford the furniture that I should leave and not waste her time . I will never shop there again, I took my business to bobs discount furniture where I was treated with respect and felt like I was welcome . Ashley’s furniture is the worst place to shop . I’ll be calling the better business Bureau
They scammed my dad they could have gone away with it my mom and dad bought a mattress and a drawer a mirror but they said the mattress is 5 grand but my dad spent two grand because of a discount but the discount did not matter. If my dad did not know this they would have only give the other stuff so do not recommend do not go there
They want me to get this sofa with damage . And giving me a hard time to get it replace ,. Will you go buy a new furniture and they damage your furniture, now they want to get it repair , No. I bought a new furniture why should I acept it like that or repair them is not good service. Second sofa came in and it was damege. Today going # 3 sofa the delivered truck arrive to my house couldn't even wait 10 minutes . They left while I was around the corner. Very disappointment of management services. To a point I want to get my money back. The manager Alex said they can only give me store credit. Poor costumers services. Last I want is to go back and buy something and have the same experience that will be crazy.
If I could give them negative stars I would gladly! This was the worst mistake!! We bought a huge couch set that took 3 weeks to deliver. Once ether brought it and set it up asked us to sign everything right away. Once signed and the delivery people left, we notice right away a huge cut in the back of the couch and call them right away. The drivers don't answer and the the store said someone from their customer service will call. This place is so shady they don't even give u the number for their warranty care. After speaking with the agent she said it will take someone 2 weeks to come "fix it". Why would I want to fix something I bought for $2100???? I've been calling the store since and no help at all! These ppl need to get sued for their lies and fraudulent acts. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! I will never ever buy from here or recommend this store to anyone! Ok so I have to post an update and change my review. After several attempts to complain a store associate helped me solve the issue and order a entire new piece for us. We also have customer service call us several times that day to make sure everything went fine. We are satisfied with the service now though it took a lot of effort in our part to get there.
I recently purchased furniture and was told I could have a portion of my purchase delivered within 3 days of my purchase. The remaining items would be delivered 4 days after that. I declined and requested to have my furniture delivered all together at the same time. So that meant my I would wait a week. That never happened. I recieved partial order two weeks later and was told the remaining items would be delivered 1 week later. Here we are a week later and now I'm being told I will receive my furniture in three weeks. Every person I talk to gives me different information. This is so upsetting and frustrating! I've never had this problem with Ashley's. I will not shop here again. Do not shop here!!!!
Ashley refuses to pick up furniture that’s being replaced nor even give a referral to anyone who can. I looked at 4 other stores in the area on the same day for large sectional sofas and will they take the existing one away? ALL said Yes without hesitation. For that alone Ashley loses me as a customer

Don’t shop here! All smoke and mirrors. You never get an honest answer. First the sales person Diana didn’t know much about the product. Then when we made a purchase she told me the delivery fee was $250. Why I made a fuss, the manager reduced it to $99. How many people do the shaft on delivery fees! Not to mention the product I want didn’t come in the size we wanted anyway. She had to go look at a catalog to figure that out! I will never do business with this store ever again!,, crocks.
Low quality furniture for expensive prices
The worst experience I’ve had with a store in a long time. I work in retail, so I know mistakes can happen. Our furniture didn’t make it on the truck on our original delivery date. The delivery driver lied for some reason and said it had been canceled when it hadn’t. Then they said it had been completed, which it also wasn’t. I went down to the store and they placated me, telling me they were going to deliver it the next day. It didn’t happen. Every time they said they would call us, they haven’t. “We will call you in an hour or less!” BS. “We will call you at 7am for your delivery time!” BS. We still have no idea when we are getting our furniture, it’s three days past our delivery date. (None of it is backordered, it’s just sitting in the warehouse.) We are canceling our order today if we can get through to someone. A disappointing experience from start to finish. We had plans to furnish two more rooms, plus an apartment- we will not be doing that at Ashley. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER. ALL WE WANT IS THE FURNITURE WE PAID FOR LAST WEEK.
