Love Ashley they don't attack you when you come in the door. Bob furniture feels like shark attacking you. Always friendly great furniture. I saved over $3000 whole bedroom set 2 dressor, nightstand with lamps and rugs and it has phone charger built in headboard $2300. So excited for my new Cali King bed. Thank you Stevie

UPDATE: After my original review, I want to add an important development for anyone considering purchasing from this location. Ashley Customer Solutions closed my case claiming “lack of response,” which is false. I responded on January 25 and provided 8 photos clearly documenting the discrepancies between what was advertised on Ashley’s website and what I received, including incorrect dimensions, materials, color, hardware, and the fully unassembled condition of the furniture. Despite this documented response, the case was closed anyway. This is especially concerning because I contacted Ashley immediately upon discovering the issues, followed every instruction I was given, contacted the 1-800 number, and repeatedly attempted to work with store management. Instead of resolving the issue, I have experienced delays, deflection, and now an inaccurate claim that I did not respond. At this point, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the California Department of Consumer Affairs, and the California Attorney General’s Office, and I have been advised that I may proceed to small claims court if this is not resolved. I have also disputed the charge with my bank due to material misrepresentation. This update is not about frustration or preference — it is about process and accountability. Closing a documented case inaccurately instead of resolving it is something future customers should be aware of. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing from this location document everything, keep screenshots, and be prepared for difficulty if the delivered product does not match what was sold. -------------------------- I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Ashley Furniture HomeStore. I made an in-store purchase on December 30 for two nightstands and a dresser totaling $554.21. Although the order was placed through Ashley’s system, it was completed with a store sales representative, and I was encouraged by the in-store floor salesperson not to purchase assembly, as I was told Ashley furniture typically comes mostly assembled and would require minimal setup. After waiting nearly two weeks for delivery, the furniture arrived fully unassembled and sealed in closed boxes. As soon as I opened the packaging, I immediately noticed serious discrepancies and called the Ashley 1-800 customer service number right away. The furniture delivered was materially different from what was advertised and represented. The dimensions do not match the published specifications, the color does not match the advertised mocha finish, the hardware is not gold as shown, the materials are inferior, and the construction does not match what was sold. During my call with customer service, I was told that because the order was placed online with a store representative, it was considered an in-store purchase. I was advised that my only options were either to select an exchange in-store for items of similar price or to speak directly with store management to request an in-store credit. This is the reason I began contacting the store. I was also told that I should have “waived the right” when the boxes arrived at my door. This made no sense, as the furniture was completely unassembled and sealed, making it impossible to inspect dimensions, color, materials, or construction at delivery. I spoke with Cindy the in-store customer service Jan 10, when I received my item and made multiple attempts over two days to reach the store manager, Steven, after being told he would contact me. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, no one from store management has reached out to address the issue. I was denied a refund or store credit and left without a resolution after being sold furniture that does not match what was advertised. This is not a matter of preference — it is a case of misrepresentation, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to document everything carefully and be aware that resolving issues with this location may be difficult if the product delivered does not match what was sold.

The purchase experience wasn’t good The sales person Angela was very helpful However, after it came to start writing it up, dad the worst time trying to get things squared away to close the sale and write up the paperwork I had to come back the next day they couldn’t find the order they rewrote it. I hope Angela gets the credit for it and they made me wait another hour. They really didn’t know what they were doing. It was a total circus.
