The salesperson was kind and friendly. When I inquired about placing the recliner in my truck, I was informed that the chair would be "delivered". When closing the transaction, there was a surprise "delivery charge". When I questioned the "delivery charge", I was informed the charge was the "minimum". I personally believe, this was a bit deceptive. A "delivery charge" was not disclosed, I had to FIND it on my receipt. Not only did I have to find, what I consider, a tack on charge, but it and the extended warranty were BOTH TAXED???? The "delivery charge" and the taxing for delivery is the only reason this is NOT a five-star review.

Went in to Ashley's Furniture to purchase a dining server. The one we wanted wasn't in store, the sales girl and the manager were both awesome. They gave us a great deal with the furniture protection plan and delivery. Great customer service and a wonderful experience.

Horrible service. I haven’t even received my complete bed set and it’s been 3 months. They didn’t let me know it was back ordered when I ordered it. They don’t take out the old mattress or old bed set.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Ashley. I was sold a sofa set that was on back order. The day I was told it would be delivered was changed 2 times. When I called to cancel they told me no it’s on the delivery truck for tomorrow. I waited around all day for the delivery. I called the corporate office to finally be told that my sofa was on back order and no one knew exactly when my sofa would be delivered. I cancelled the sofa and Ashley never refunded my money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I’ll never purchase anything from Ashley again

I went in to see a bed and frame. The associate told me I can work on a pre-approval for credit. So I did. Little did i know that they accepted the offer under my name. Now I have two credit cards with ashleys. One of them having a 35% interest rate with monthly service fees. After they saw the credit availability they were worse then car salesmen trying to sell me a new 2025 car. They just didn't want to let me go without purchasing a bed that at the time I did not even know the correct dimensions for my room. Now i have to fight with these credit card companies and the credit bureau to get these credit cards off my credit report and not affect my credit badly. Never will I go in to take a "look" at furniture there. They will try and take your money just to make they're sales quota. The manager as well was not understanding that i was just not there to make a purchase but only to see and check what I qualified for. If they were more understanding and didnt try to force anything I probably would have gone back to buy the bed from them. On the other hand mattress firm was another store I visited and they actually gave me the time of day to explain everything to me and dint try to force anything that I wasn't ready for out of me. Don't go to this ashleys! Edit: i worked with the sales person Cassandra. The manager on shift is forgot his name, but he also was trying to force anything purchase on us.
I love my furniture I got from Ashley, my bedroom set, dining room table and barstools are beautiful ! My home looks like a model home! Their customer service is great as well!
The store has a great selection the sales team could use a little retraining on assisting everyone that comes in the store and not just the ones they feel like helping. I never walk into an Ashley store to browse, if I'm there, I'm there to make a purchase. Once I had to ask two sales associates to move as they had a conversation between themselves so I could check out the furniture they were blocking. At some point an associate noticed no one helping me as he finished up with a customer and took care of me. This seems to be an ongoing thing at this location. I'm pretty sure it isn't this way for everyone but, this is my experience when I go.

Today, Monday, I came to the Ashley furniture store and they greeted me with a smile at the entrance. Dominic showed me what I was looking for and when it was time to make the payment, Marcelino showed me everything in great detail and helped me in the best way possible. Luis was also very kind and gave me information that was very important to me. My daughter and I left the store very happy. I have been a customer since 2013 and I hope to be one for many more years. Absolutely the worst customer service went and paid for two tables in full was sold on the fact that this was a company owned business that they care about their customers table gets delivered. It’s damaged. We tell the driver that it’s damaged. He refuses to take the table says he’s gonna take pictures and report. It never reported it to the Victorville office. We called to speak with anyone in the Victorville office to try to get this resolved and we are told that we have to take pictures and file claim. We take the pictures we send the email four days have now passed still no response. Tried calling the Victorville office and you get sent to a company located offshore who all they say is I’m sorry to hear that and do nothing. You called the corporate office located in Wisconsin and they transfer you back to the offshore company so you have no way of actually speaking with anybody And no one will replace my broken table. Let alone pay any attention to anything so this is one of the worst customer service companies that I’ve had to deal with so I recommend if anyone wants to buy any type of furniture do not go to Ashley‘s because you’re either going to get the wrong item and or a broken item And then you’re stuck with it

My wife & I went into the Victorville store to look at bedroom furniture .we were greeted by Bill Allen. He told us that Ashley had a 30 percent off labor day sale, and Asley had extended it . He then handed us a paper witch we didn't look at. Bill just told us it was another 15 percent off. We found a bedroom set, so we go to pay for it. The manager wrote it up. Bill tells him to take off 15 percent. We trusted them and signed it. I asked Bill about the 30 percent off. He told us 30 percent off the online price. The 30 percent off was a lie. We got home and I looked at the paperwork and we were sick to find out that they charged us $550.00 for a 5 year. Warranty. We called the store witch goes to a call center overseas. We were told we signed the paper and they won't do anything about it. I told them we don't want the furniture and to come and pick it up. Was told it was already delivered and won't take it back. I have filled complaints with the department of consumer affairs, please stay away from this store at all cost. These people are dishonest and deceiving. Worst nightmare ever. BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Horrible customer service we bought a recliner sofa and for one room and a recliner couch loveseat and a single recliner all electric and we bought a battery pack 2 months ago. They still have not sent the battery pack which is 200.00 dollars. When we call the store no one answers or they put you on hold and disconnect you after 5 minutes the store manager will not return calls. If you want quality furniture and great service this isn’t the place to go

We went into ashley today 08/17/24 and purchased a couch and love seat. Jalisa was amazing. She made our experience at ashley amazing. I also want to thank Martin for all of his help as well. These two were absolutely amazing.
Spent about 4k on furniture here only to have the mattress that was delivered be different than the one we tried in the store. My furniture has been sitting unused now for a month because this stupid store keeps giving us the run around. I just want the mattress replaced with the firmer one in the store. So far this has been a nightmare and for anyone thinking about coming here believe this other reviewers that this stores customer service is trash. They also had to come out and repair the so called brand new furniture that they delivered since it was defective. I still need to furnish a few other rooms but I think I'm better off going somewhere else and not having this headache and waste of money
We spent over $3,000 on a couch just for it to start piling two months after purchasing. I brushed it off thinking oh it’s not too bad.. Now it’s been 5 months and it’s so bad. For how much we spent the quality is not good and there’s no way this couch will hold up for long.

We spent $60,000 on this location. The furniture is very low quality and definitely overpriced. They gave us a warranty on everything, including our mattress. When we recently tried claiming the warranty due to the mattress being faulty (even the manager admitted they don't sell the mattress anymore because of its faulty design), they gave us the runaround. They kept sending us back and forth between the mattress distributor, Sally’s, and themselves, with each blaming the other for the warranty and expenses. None of them wanted to take responsibility. Our mattress is very sunken and deformed at the edges. It's still under warranty, yet they claim it's in good condition and refuse to accept it. Mind you the mattress was around $4,778. The borders are deformed out of shape. The bed also sinks in and they claim all these nonsense about stains, even though we have a stain protector on our bed. They said this in order to avoid the warranty. If you want to buy furniture for looks, you might consider these guys just consider the overpriced cheap materials and poor customer service, I will never come back to this location. They have poor, horrible service. The managers are definitely at fault; they only point fingers and refuse to take responsibility, even though they admitted the mattress itself is faulty. Even the guy who came to inspect the mattress admitted that it was faulty and defective and should qualify for a reimbursement or a replacement. I do not understand why these people are being so cheap when gave their business so much money, but it’s definitely my experience, and I hope none of you go through it. It’s not worth it. Poor quality materials and their customer service is terrible once you buy furniture they you’re no longer valued. I uploaded pictures the bed name and the deformity the wood on one of the pictures shows how poor the material is. When we first bought the furniture we had to call their touch up guy to come come multiple times because of the poor quality on the material.
My delivery experience was truly wonderful thanks to stellar customer service — Marena was my delivery lead and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When the sofa I ordered was damaged at the warehouse, she worked with me to come up with a solution and had a new sofa delivered to me within 2 hours, which is kind of unheard of on a Friday in LA. The delivery team was so friendly and worked hard to maneuver a large sleeper sofa up to the third floor. It was not easy but they made it work and had a great attitude the whole time. I will definitely order from Ashley again — they do not use third party delivery and it makes all the difference!
I have bought furniture from Ashley for the past 15 years, I purchased the furniture protection plan the first time and never had to use it, well I bought a dining set about 2-3 years ago and purchased the furniture protection plan again, I called to make a claim and it was denied, I understand that furniture will have normal wear due to use, but we accidentally dropped hot water on our table and the person I spoke with said that they don’t cover the damage because of the wear and tear on my furniture although I asked to just fix the accident damage, don’t waste your time and pay for the protection plan they don’t honor it. Will not buy furniture from here again.
Great service and amazing selection. Saleswoman greeted us and then left us alone. Didn’t hover or linger in the shadows. When we had a question we knew where to find her. Very knowledgeable about what items were in stock and what could be delivered within a few days. Honored the military discount which basically paid for the protection plan.

I bought furniture from The Ashley store in Victorville, CA, and they had poor customer service. I had warranty work needed on my couch and tried to call for multiple days, but they did not answer the phone. Although I live 45 minutes away from them, they are not answering their phones even though this situation could be resolved over the phone. So I had to waste my time and gas to go to the store to get this problem solved. The problem was a bad couch cushion that needed to be replaced. The warranty was paid for, and we just wanted it to be replaced, but they have given us such a hard time. Do not shop at this store.

Had a great experience at this store. Loved it there Cassandra helped me and it was just an overall great experience. The problem came when I got my furniture and had to deal with the customer representatives because one of my items were damaged. That was and still is a huge headache dealing with all the attitudes from them.

It has been a nightmare dealing with Ashley Furniture. My disabled Dad moved into a beautiful room in a house and I wanted to purchase him some beautiful furniture, it was also required so hospice would have drawers for their supplies. I bought three items, dresser, night stand and a tall chest dresser. Of course it's brand new furniture, and it should be fine and perfect shape, right! Here is my experience, the furniture arrived, I have as kit present as I didn't think it would be necessary with brand new furniture, after work I was amazed that every piece had an issue and that they would deliver furniture with these issues, one piece had delaminated area on the tall chest, as well as noticeable spots on all three pieces, paint that noticeably had ran when painted, gouges and the long dresser had some issues with quite a few areas that were very obvious. I automatically filed a claim with pictures and was told a tech would be out on a certain day and time and I would be notified 30 min prior. I made anyone I spoke to aware that I was the only person that would be authorizing anything as my Dad is not capable of making decisions, nor any of the nurses. I never received a call. That evening I emailed customer service stating I never received a call. The next day I received a voicemail that the tech showed up and stated the furniture was fine. Not only was the furniture not fine but the technician never came and lied saying he had. At his residence there is always at least two people working if not more and there are also cameras. The technician was never at the residence. The second technician was scheduled to come and he did come in the allotted time line. He states I can fix it all. I said, where he said here in the room. I said there is oxygen in his room and unfortunately these types of fumes you would utilize cannot be used anywhere in this home. He said he would let the office know I denied the repair. Here is the thing though , why did I purchase brand new furniture for it to have to be "fixed". I ended up having to go in person to Ashley to speak to a Manager, he spoke to someone that authorized a new set to be delivered. I was told on the phone that they would utilize a VIP service to provide new furniture and it will be looked over closely to make sure it is new and no issues. Wonderful news and I was informed that I had to approve the delivery upon arrival. Not a problem I will be there when I receive the call. Tuesday morning I received a text that they would arrive from 10-2 am Wednesday, replied back with yes to confirm. Later that night I received another text that it would be from 9-1 am, I replied yes and reminded them to contact me 10 -15 min before arrival so I am there as this was the agreement I had with the VIP employee. Wednesday morning at 7am I am at work and receive a text the furniture will arrive in 30 min. This is NOT the timeline I agreed to. I was not able to leave work. I automatically called Ashley customer service and let them know they cannot deliver until the time agreed. She stated I will let them know. I waited for the call that they would be delivering, around 1200pm I received a call from Ashley asking if I was happy with the furniture and so said I have not received a call as discussed to meet for the furniture delivery. I found out they showed up to the residence at 730 am and the nurses didn't let them come in as they were taking care of the residents, deliveries and visitors are only authorized from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. I was furious. They delivered per Ashley at 8:22. I waited until the end of my shift and went to my Dads and all 3 pieces had issues. I emailed them right away with pictures. The response was we can send out a tech to review. I responded with oabsolutely not, I did not authorize the furniture as agreed, come pick up your furniture and I want a full refund. This was so stressful and at this point is still not resolved. I'm am so angry that they have wasted my time and

Our salesperson Marco was amazing. He made my daughter and me feel so comfortable and welcome that we decided to buy all her needs for her first place at the Victorville store. However the manager (I believe was David ) made us very aware he was the store manager when Marco had to get him due to a problem with 2 missing barstools for the 4 seat table set we chose from the sales floor. David offered a couple of replacement barstools of a different type on the dinning set. The deal came with 4 seats, but apparently they only had 2 of the 4 seats listed on the deal. So we said that would be fine, we would take the other type of barstools in place of the ones no longer available, as long as we still got the deal for the 4 seats. He then came back and said he only had 3 seats, but for the trouble if we wanted to take the floor model table and 2 barstools “as is” at a discount of 40% off home that day and he would have the other 2 seats (completing the 4 seats advertised on the table set) sent with the delivery of all the other living room tables and sofa pieces. We said yes to the deal. He never made eye contact, spoke only to our sales person. Once we paid for what he set up, a discrepancy from the offer was noticed by us where there was a charge for the 2 barstools as well as realizing they never charged us for the coffee table and end tables. The manager David apparently left the store. When they called him, he basically told the other manager that he didn’t say that was the offer and he could only give us 10% off of the 2 barstools.The 40% off of the table was still honored and not in question.Long story short David shouldn’t offer something he wasn’t going to honor, shouldn’t then make it look like the customer lied to cover up his shady actions, or put the employees in a situation where they have to clean up his mess and probably are now being blamed like myself and my daughter were for his offer and decision. In the end another manager Elias and Marco were able after calling David again to help us and keep the sale (which I was willing to walk away from) my daughter really wanted the furniture and liked the salesman Marco. These two employees of yours saved the sale and had it not been for their customer service I would’ve left. It’s not so much the deal. Either someone offers you a deal or they don’t and customers buy product it they don’t. The problem was the being lied to and that what should have been a fun fulfilling experience, where our hard earned money was being spent turned into a upsetting experience.

The saleswoman who we purchased our furniture from was asked where the furniture was made and she told us all their furniture was made in China. I almost walked out. Turns out all the furniture is made in Vietnam. That is bad enough but I found it interesting that she said China.

Ashley's is a bad company, this particular location has great customer service but unfortunately corporate drops the ball every time. Do not let your delivery guy leave before THOUROGHLY checking it first. We got a couch that was delivered very quickly, not even time to slow down. We later (4hrs later literally) we noticed one of the armrests was lacking a bit of fluff and a nail sticking out of the fabric. We called and corporate refused to repair or send a new one or give us a refund. So 1.5 years later here we are, thecouch is impossible to clean, the fabric covering the cushion is so thin breathing on it will put a hole in it. The pillows sold with it are just awful and the entertainment center we purchased with it is an energy hog and will flip your breaker. It's sad that the producers are such poor design and not built to last long

Delivery is a joke! They sent me 2 different emails and a text message confirming my delivery date and time and even gave me tracking on my driver. Then called me the day of delivery and said my item was back ordered and couldn’t be delivered for another week. What a waste of my time! I won’t be ordering from Ashley again!

Bought a defective table from here and after they sent a non qualified tech to see the defective table he noted that it was customer damage and now is a headache to get this replace , highly recommend shopping elsewhere. For the amount of money they charge you would think they would car eta out the customer but they do not in my case
Incredible sales people who will go the extra mile to sell you something... and then you get the delivery and receive wobbly chairs, missing screws, and a looooong process to fix the issues. They will take weeks to assess simple things and technician sent to "evaluate" will refuse to try to fix issue because "their policy" requires they only see and report. Furthermore, they will bring no tools or screws; once they order the parts, it may take up to 21 days to receive, at which point they will offer you the chance to "do the work yourself" or schedule another visit from their tech guy. Parts arrive, but not everything that was requested. "What? Something is missing? We'll send someone to evaluate" (again). And this was supposed to be a brand new dining set. However, 2 chairs are unusable and it seems it will end up taking months, and lots of holding on the phone for customer service, to finally get to use what we paid top dollar for. Why didn't we buy from a small business with cheaper pricing? Because we thought, "Ashley is a big store, they'll have better and professional customer support." Boy, we're we wrong!
I will give one star because three employees spoke to me. Not one asked if I needed help. There were at least 10 employees on the floor some in groups talking others sitting on various pieces of furniture on their cellphones. My intentions were to purchase a 5 piece sectional I saw online as well as an area rug and dining room set. Due to not being helped, I left. I made an attempt to contact the store and share with the manager my experience however the employee that answered the phone was rude, he took my phone number, left me on hold for an extended amount of time and then picked the phone back up wanting to know my order number. I explained I did not have an order number I would like to speak to the Manager. He rudely replied about what? At that point I just said never mind and ended the call. This was my first and last time going into that establishment. It's very disheartening the lack of professionalism and customer service.

I was shopping for a new couch set and Marty went above and beyond to find me a sectional which I really wanted but thought it wouldn’t fit in my family room. Marty got the measuring tape and we were not only able to get what I really wanted but after he worked the numbers I was able to get a coffee table and rug and even went back a week later to purchase a bedroom set. I had the worst experience EVER at this store. This store has the worst management team and rude customer service. The delivery is horrible as well because my items were lost! Me and my wife just spent couple thousand on furniture at this store. We haven't received our furniture yet but we were told things in store that I'm now finding out were wrong. Our daughter in law has been getting the run around with Ashley furniture, she has a warranty for her sofa and they are being jerks! The issue with the 5 stars seems that they haven't had there furniture long enough yet for them to experience Ashley warranty claims ect., I've noticed the 1 stars are often saying the same thing which raises ?s. I can still refuse to accept the furniture. I would suggest to all the 1 stars to file complaints with the state if California, I had a similar issue with a company years ago, others had issues but it was my 5 page letter that shut down 6 of their stores and put people in charge behind bars. I think we need to put management on notice, anyone that enters their store record all employees with your phones and 1 stars you can post them on social media and YouTube ect., if they tell you, you can't record them ect, they are violating your 1st amendment right and they will have a nice law suit! If they wanna play people, you all need to fight back, Management, Beware, if I have a negative experience the state of California will be involved and you will all be accountable, Your faces will be posted on YouTube and other social media sites!!! Management- make things right with the 1 stars, if I need to help them all file against you I will, you better hope I don't have a negative experience like them!!!

Be careful with delivery people, there was a problem with the server we bought so they adjusted the warped doors and said it would be fine just give the doors time to straighten again. The extended warranty does not cover the warped doors and based on the delivery people we waited and the store won't do anything about it now either.

Never call for delivery So you sit home all day losing money from missing work. You call the store to speak the sales person who made commission off of you and of course is never there. I truly hate myself for spending another dollar there! We own a large business and would NEVER EVER blame the customer for our mistakes. The delivery driver made myself and my household upset and uncomfortable because the came into our home with a attitude,and I now need a handle for my dresser drawer and I've been waiting more than 2 weeks now.I also have another dresser that has a chip and I didn't really get to enjoy either one of the dressers without having a problem.I called the Ashley Store in Victorville and there were a man that said he will check to see if I can get the handle for the dresser drawer "Expedited" and never called me back,just horrible customer service.I was told that Ashley loves your money and HATE to work,now I'm starting to see this.I will now buy the rest of my furniture from someone who cares for their customers.The head board that they assemble is like kinda loose like it doesn't match my bedding it shouldn't have rocking to it,I'm very displeased with Ashley has served us.

I had checked online for a specific recliner and unfortunately it had been discontinued. Rey, was super helpful and able to find a recliner in the price range we were looking for that was comfortable and fit all of our requirements. Delivery was super quick. We had it in our house two days later and now my dad is is comfortably enjoying his retirement in his new recliner from Ashley furniture.

They sell you defective furniture with bad quality and do not honor there 72 hour return window they give you the run around I spoke with the manger Dave and another manger Miguel who tried to be very misleading so they didn't have to honor agreement of return don't trust this store

The customer service was very good and very nice. I saw the bed I wanted, then I was shown (so I thought they were actual mattresses but they were not) they were foam mattresses. Which I was not looking for. I thought I had made myself clear with my salesperson but I was just excited I suppose that I was able to buy myself and my son new bedroom sets. I haven't slept well on this foam mattress.🥱 I would return it except I sweat at night time, I'd say I'm stuck with this foam mattress. That's why you see only four stars. 😓

We bought all our furniture for our home from here. We spent a lot of money, we did not get the lower end furniture. All of it has worn to bits of broken within a year. Extremely poor quality and I do not recommend purchasing from this store. A store with soany discounts is obviously over pricing cheap furniture.
I purchased this Mattress in the Victorville store 11 months ago. I purchased the product with 10 year warranty. I was told if anything happened to my mattress it would be covered. After only having the product for 10 months the seams started to tear on the side. Unfortunately I have a dog who started to play with the tear after it initially started to tear on its own. I called to have a replacement. They sent the first technician to inspect the mattress he looked at it for 2 mins. It was very difficult speaking to him because of the language barrier. I requested a second technician Felix who was amazing & inspected the mattress efficiently & had great communication with me. I was told there was nothing he could do. I don’t want my money I just want a new mattress especially because I’ve haven’t had it for one year and was told my mattress was covered for 10 years with the warranty but now I’m being told I won’t receive an exchange
Just received a brand new sofa it was damaged I signed damaged not my name the delivery men left they said they couldn’t wait for customer service to make a decision. I should have refused the furniture. Now I have to wait for someone to come out and access the furniture then I have to wait again to replace it. Inconveniencing me 3 times. My daughter and grand daughter said they also received damaged furniture from Ashley’s Furniture in Victorville and it was a headache getting it replaced so they kept the damaged furniture.

Horrible. I bought a entryway table for a Christmas present, come to find out they already had one . So I tried to return it and Ashley furniture says they have a zero return policy. The box has never been opened. How does a business have a zero return policy. I've have bought my living room furniture dining room furniture my bedroom furniture and the kids bedroom furniture all from Ashley. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.

Went to Ashley's looking for a power lift chair. Our sales representative Robert helped us find the exact chair we wanted! He explained everything to us about the chair and pricing. We had a delivery issue that could have easily been resolved by the store manager, David. Instead, we were treated with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism. Worst customer experience! Never buying from this store again.

You guys are great at selling furniture at an overpriced price... and your delivery guys then come to our home without masks on during covid. I have parents who are senior citizens. your delivery person came and coughed profusely in our new home. this is common sense. my dad told the supervisor to mention this in the notes. the delivery person, with a loud tone, said he received no notes on wearing a mask. PLEASE WEAR A MASK IN ALL SERVICE AND RETAIL SPACES ESPECIALLY WITH DELIVERIES TO PRIVATE HOMES. THANKS.

I went to Ashley’s on several occasions and got help from different employees. But today I went in specifically to handle a cancellation of 1 item before it got delivered. Rosaria was there and was able to help me figure out what I wasn’t able to do over the phone with their customer service. She was quick to help, happy to help, friendly and professional. I had tried 2x to call customer service and was on hold or receive wrong information so I was glad to back into the store and get my concerns fixed. Thank you Rosario

Do not buy couches from ASHLEY furniture, my couches had bedbugs! I tried calling the store location and no one even returned my call or apologized! Huge liability
Giving a one star only because you cannot put a zero. BUYER BEWARE! Read your contract you have 72 business hours for any return or exchange . If you find your item uncomfortable they will not exchange it even if you missed the 72 business hours by hours . They do not return calls , they were suppose to contact us for our scheduled technician appointment tomorrow, no one called(again) . This store in Victorville Ca has been the worst we have ever experienced. The managers and the customer care service do not care . We will never buy from this company again, not even at another store the name is tainted by the actions of the way this transaction was handled . We bought a 199 dollar warranty with our recliner , I can only imagine if we have to use it. I am only writing this to warn any other consumer thinking of buying from this company to read the 72 hour clause and really think twice about spending your hard earned money on a company like this. We will reach out to the regional manager and raise the issue higher , it’s wrong that anyone would have to go through this over a recliner loveseat.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with their sale rep Ibrahim, he was very helpful and wasnt over bearing . Answered all of our questions and was very polite and patient . Very humble sales rep, will continue to come to Ashley’s for more furniture because of his service. Manager was alright seemed like he wanted to go home, seemed stuck up and impatient.
Ashleys bedroom set .we have had nothing but issues since the day we purchased with them and the store manager has not done anything to help us.
They need to get their act together. Not sure if they are using a bait and switch tactic, or they are incompetent. After I was in their store for three hours and made a large purchase. They had the gull to call me and tell me they made a mistake on my purchase, and I needed to buy more items to complete my purchase. The cost would be $2000 more than my initial purchase, which was 5 times that amount. Needless to say, I refused to buy any more items. I let them know I was onto their scam, so they traded the initial item I bought for one that would work for my situation. Truly not satisfied. Will never go back and Buyer Beware at that place.
How can you say that you're happy that you were able to bring it back to standards when the situation is still jot resolved or have even been contacted by you guys. I am beyond upset and disappointed. You guys are taking advantage of people. Apparently money is your only concern.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I purchased 7k worth of furniture in August of last year. I purchased a couch, coffee table set, bed frame, 5 dressers, dining table and chairs. We were told that all of the items had different ETAs. I requested to have everything delivered together. Rather than having chairs and table delivered separately for example. They said no problem and that it would al be delivered in 2 months. Kind of a long time (so I thought at the time) but I accepted it. The two months passed, nothing was delivered. We had to call multiple times to find out the status. Ultimately they delivered a partial order, which included a coffee table, end tables, broken couch which we refused, 2 dressers, and dining chairs but no table. We were told the other items were not far behind, were provided multiple inaccurate delivery dates but nothing else ever arrived. We have spoken with customer service by phone as well as gone down to the Victorville in person multiple times. We have been given a never ending run around by staff as well as management. The manager at one point promised that if we didnt have the table by March we could have the one off the floor. When we went in March to take him up on the offer, he stated that he couldnt agree to it because we wouldnt take the used chairs off the floor as well (as in pay for another set at full price). We already had chairs and didnt want to pay again....kind of common sense. The last I spoke with someone I was told "your delivery date is based on your order date of March this year" mind you, I ordered in August of last year. But because they cancelled my table in error and reordered, it impacted my order date/delivery date. They did not offer to fix this, advocate for us, nothing. Just kind of an attitude of deal with it. We were offered 3 separate credits to our account of $200 each, and the last time were were in store we were told "there is not record of those credits" and again just like sorry about your luck. Most recent call from them was to inform us "your previous order contract is going to expire and if you don't come in to sign another contract we are going to cancel your order". So not only is there little to no empathy, your now threatening to cancel our order again. Am I being pranked? Or should I prepare to spend another holiday season without a dining table? Thanks!
If i could give negative stars, i would. Promised furniture assembly - failed We were not notified that all of our furniture was being delivered until the driver was about to leave. Furniture delivered and the predrilled holes were not drilled out. Cushion was torn on a seat. 3 months later, several hours of phone calls, and emails, this situation is still not resolved.

Worst service we could ever have imagined. The sale process was super easy but aftet that expect headache after headache and lack of follow up from the store. Multiple delays in getting us our furniture then no call to ask us if we still wanted it or a refund. Our item was just sitting in limbo had we not been following up we never would have known. Miguel finally started to call us back after I had to let them know I would come to the store to follow up and make sure I let all the customers about my experience. Final got the piece reordered shows up today the driver refused to let us inspect it and just left before we could sign. It is damaged again but this time not where you can see it but the kicker is it came in pieces and they would not put it together upon delivery so my wifr and kids are home with the parts and no way to put it together. Never will I shop with Ashleys again after this experience.
Nice selection of furniture and prices when discounted are what you'd expect to pay. Just don't get their 5 year warranty. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get service and even then if you don't stay on top of it they will forget about you. I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix my stuff due to their lack of caring for customers.
Myself and my husband had such a pleasant experience here with Juan the sales guy, he was awesome and tried all he can to help us become very happy customers. He is a good, happy friendly guy here at Ashley's Furniture. Everyone there seemed nice. The manager, I forgot his name, he looked Hispanic and wore glasses, well he was one of the nicest managers we ever met, and we meet quite alot during our year long search for new "our perfect" living room couches, from allllllll the furniture stores we've been to. We been to many, from the Big brands like Matthis Brothers, Jerome's furniture, Bob's furniture, Living Spaces, to furniture outlets, to smaller furniture stores, to mom & pops, & finally to Ashley's Furniture store! That was it, right there, we found the great sales guy, manager & our #1 finally our couches. Home sweet service guys.

The furniture is good quality. But they are really bad on delivery. I went in and bought cash. 7000 dollars worth of stuff. Was told it was going to be delivered in two weeks. Then I got a phone call saying a month. Then another phone call saying another month. I wouldn't come here again
If i could give them 0 stars i would. Sales associate laughed at me and my family when asking questions basically calling us stupid and walked away when we asked what was so funny. Also purchased the insurance on our furniture for 5 years and when it came down to get some issues fixed after a year they said NOTHING was covered and we didn’t have any insurance. I would definitely recommend somewhere else but if you want to deal with rude sales associates then go ahead.

Dishonest!!! and has no understand of customer service. They lied in order to make a sale, only delivered some of my furniture (unassembled) after saying they will be after i confirmed because i am disabled with no use of an arm and after driving ti the store to informing them some items were not delivered, they reiterated that i was wrong and all the items were in fact delivered. An hour later, a manager confirmed they did not deliver everything from the pictures and that they did not inform me and did not honor their contract.
Lucy at the Victorville branch was so wonderful, patient, and kind. She got me exactly the good quality sofa bed that I needed and more. When you come here, ask for Lucy, she is amazing!
If you're looking to furnish your home or just one room this is the place for you. There is a huge selection of most everything you need at reasonable prices. You can buy Ashley furniture at other home stores but come straight to the source and not only will you have a larger selection but you will save some money. This is a great store with friendly helpful staff.

I ordered a couch set and paid in cash. My delivery was scheduled for Friday between 3-7pm. I get a call at 11 saying they would be there in 20 minutes. I was not home and I told them they need to come later. Then he said also the wedge is broken so we can get that out to you another day. I said let’s reschedule it all for another day so I can get a complete set. They called me and scheduled it for today. I get a call today that it is coming tomorrow. I told him I’m at church but tomorrow won’t really work I’ll call back. After church I call and they said my new delivery date is Saturday because they don’t have any of my items at all in stock. I asked for a refund and now they don’t have “cash” and they can write me a check and I’ll get my $4000 back in 1-2 weeks. Terrible company to deal with. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give this company a zero I would. There is only 1 representative who seems to care. However I can't totally blame the store as the company does not take ownership for their mistakes. They expect you to make a payment on your account while they process your refund for merchandise you never got. No follow up from the store you have to call them. Let's not forget you have to spend a minimum of $300.00 on items you will not get and will be held liable to make your payments until they take 3-4 billing cycles to process the items you never got. Which is 3-4 months. This is a nightmare.
I usually hate going shopping for big items. A Sales person is usually very aggressive and they act like "bugaboos". Daniel was great. He showed us several items after I told him what I was looking for. Then he left my friend and me alone to talk about the dresser, chest and 2 nightstands. Good quality and looks great. I decided I needed to wait a couple days and Come back. Daniel gave all my choices to me including the price. I took a pic of the invoice and left. I came back the day after I told him I would be there. Unfortunately, he was off that day. Luckily for me Carlos was there. I took him to it. He promptly did the paperwork, made sure Daniel got credit for the sale. I set up for delivery and paid. Very pleasant. I will return in the future. 💯😄

The Salesmen are very deceptive. They tell you one price and then when it's time to checkout they go back on their word. Worse than going to a car dealership. Waste of time to visit Ashley Furniture. A family member purchased a warranty from Ashley, because the salesman highly recommended it. Apparently there was a known issue with the product. When the issue appeared on my family members item only a few months later, the warranty would not cover it. When they brought the issue up to the manager, he said all the right things and said he would take care of him. He was not taken care of.
By far the best experience I’ve had dealing with sales team . It was such a pleasant surprise to have , Mr Vartan taking care of us. He got right to the point and and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. And even though we’ve had some credit challenges, he didn’t treat us like we only had limited choices .the store managers where very friendly Thanks for everything. Will be back to see you again! Ashley furniture is not how it used to be. Poor Quality. I purchased a bedroom set less than a year ago and I wanted to add the insurance on there I spent over $3000 and thinking I also had insurance with it. Within less than a year my bedroom frame broke and 2 of my drawer also broke. I called in to get a repair and behold no insurance and the agent who helped me no longer work there. Look how thin the support is. This is supposed to hold your bed up. Both side broke.

I ordered a bedroom set. I was originally told 8 weeks. I had no problem waiting. After two months I had not heard anything, so I called to get an update on my purchase. They tell me it’s still missing bedrails, and give me a date for the beginning of the next month. The next month still no update, I call again, they tell me sorry it is still not in, we are looking at the end of the month. This went on for another 4 months. Finally after contacting the store again the store said they would find my missing bedrails and it would be delivered. I emptied my room in excitement. The morning of delivery, I received a call from Ashley’s stating they have to reschedule because they do not have my bedrails and that they are unsure why delivery was scheduled. I spent the entire day going back and fourth with the warehouse and the store I purchased it from. In the end, I became so disappointed and tired of the run around I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund. The manager of the store called and tried to tell me that the set I ordered has gone up over 2k and tries talking me out of canceling my order after everything I have just gone through. I tell him no I’m done with the company and I would like money. He finally agrees and he tells me it will take 5 business days to receive my money back. Never ever will I purchase Ashley furniture.

Bought a stand up chair was told we would receive it in March now not till may, nothing was said to me about the change.
Nice furniture but be careful buying your furniture at the store. You'll save at least 300$ purchasing from Ashley online rather than the store itself. I learned that lesson the hard way as you are told 2 different things online vs the sales rep. in store regarding delivery fees, extended warranty costs, and even the huge price difference of the furniture online vs in store itself. Don't get lied to and do your homework ahead of time if you plan purchasing in store.
Great furniture and prices
My 80 yr. old mother and 32 yr. old daughter went into the Victorville store today and had an uncomfortable visit. They went in looking for a dresser and felt very uncomfortable with the predominantly male workers. I will leave it at that. My mom still bought a dresser, despite the uneasiness. Corporate will hear about this.
So I go in buy the chest dressers I wanted was told they will be delivered and assembled for me well when I got home last night they weren't assembled I called today and found out that dressers I bought were actually on the DIY list for Ashley's I got a 4 month old baby husband works crazy hours so now I have to figure out how to put 2 dressers together while my husband is at work and I'm home with a 4 month old baby so thanks alot Ashley for your honesty and lack of communication yall better refund that money I spent for set up and delivery in a timely manner ya got till Monday cause I'm calling the financial company and telling them that I paid for it all and if not someone will be seeing me in civil court for theft

I'd like to personally thank sales associate Mr. Paul for his absolute AMAZINGGGG customer services! His persistence, accuracy, honesty, and more was 100% greatly appreciated and needed. I was looking for a new TV stand entertainment sectional to add to my living room. I loved their showroom item they had on display and gravitated towards purchasing it right away. With the help of Mr. Paul I was able to decided which furniture I wanted. The manager on sight was absolutely helpful as well. Overall, I highly recommend this location if you're looking for home essentials, furniture, table settings, lamps, bedding, plant decor, rugs, and more! There were plenty of representatives that were able to help or assist, but I highly recommend Mr. Paul to guide you with your purchasing needs. I'm excited to get my new TV stand set!

I ordered some couches over a month ago and now that I want them delivered sooner they don't know when they will be delivered just giving me the run around first they tell me the 23rd now that I call again to see they're telling me that maybe the 28th cause they have a new system and it doesn't let them track items

To anyone looking to buy furniture in the high desert please know it is a long wait. My wife and I walked in and had an appointment with a sales representative told us our furniture would be in a couple months. Completely lied to us for a sale. We spent a lot of money here for no furniture and we are still waiting til Next month again with the run around with Ashley furniture. We've been hung up on while we got through the phone line. Customer service is absolutely terrible. All the reviews they have must be done by fake accounts. I would recommend buying your furniture somewhere else. Also we got our temperpudic bed directly from them got it in 3 weeks. I hope they see this review cause I will tell everyone I know go somewhere else

Bad experience, we walked in with high hopes wanting to get a mattress that fits for the bed frame we also purchased at location. We made sure to be very clear and direct with what we wanted to avoid future complications of returns and long waiting periods. The sales representative shows us a mattress that fits what we where looking for but it was completely different when it arrived. When the mattresses arrived it was not at all what we talked about the size was smaller and made the bed frame look huge!. When we measured it the size was smaller then what was displayed and there was nothing that could be done. The sale representative focused on the sale and not what the client wanted, they do not care for the clients. The manager did not take responsibility and shifted all the blame towards the client.
The sales representative was very professional we were his first customers for the day so he was happy about that we bought a reclining couch and 2 temper pedic pillows he beat the prices online and gave us some discounts. This is the second time going there and i will be going back for a dinner table

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Worst customer service ever. We cancelled our order after being told it would not be delivered for two months after the promised delivery date. It's been two months since we canceled and we still have not received our refund. No one will help they just keep quoting 7-10 days. Everyone is extremely rude and will not listen.
It was a fast and helpful visit to get my new bed. I called later that day and was able to change out my color when I looked at my other furniture. Mo was great!
Great customer service upon entering. Not happy with the man at front desk when asking if they have an item in stock. He responded rudely that "does this look like a warehouse? You have to pay and hopefully it will be delivered in 6 weeks. Won't be going back there.

They have the worst customer service and not only that the worst supervisor in store. They didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know that my TV stand was discontinued and not only that deliver something completely opposite of what I had ordered. All they worry about is making a sale. Never returning to this store.

Ashley as a store is great, reasonable prices and selection. A no pressure type sales staff thanks (Marty) and quality furniture. Only thing is the warranty. The warranty company is a third party and they have lots of tricks up there sleeve to avoid fixing anything. If you have any skills or no someone who has skills in fixing furniture the warranty is not worth it.
Robert K. Was the guy who helped us. Very professional friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy and was willing to demonstrate how the table worked. Made us feel comfortable we ended up buying bought a king bed frame set and bar stools. Also the best part, felt normal no mask was needed or forced upon one.
**Will update this review once my furniture is completely delivered to us** Spent over 12 grand on furniture at this Ashley's, the store manager was great and so was the young lady that assisted us. Since then our experience has been downhill. Got all 0f our furniture but one piece. Due to the one piece being scanned onto the truck (which was never put on truck or brought to the house), Ashley's will not provide us with the piece 9f furniture until they fix their internal issues, rather than serving the customer first. That is terrible.... very unhappy and I just want my furniture. They can't find the piece of furniture that never got delivered, so they won't give me what I paid for.....so disgusted with the efforts and the amount of money I spent for this type of service

The salesman was knowledgeable on the furniture and Ashley products. However, on March 23, 2021 we purchased a kitchen table and Livingroom cabinet. We were told items will be delivered in May but received partial on July 10th. I was informed the cabinet was postponed until October which is unacceptable. I immediately cancelled the order and was provided a case number. I called 3 weeks later to check on my reimbursement the agent explained the case was closed accidently. The kind lady instantly sent me an email and I noticed the amount pending on my CC account. We recommend buyers try Jerome's in Ontario , we purchased a cabinet on August 8th and delivered on the 10th. Very professional, no misleading information or dishonesty.

Lies lies and more lies... these people tell you WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR. The so called "sales" are marked up 3xs the amount so your paying full price regardless! I canceled and re ordered from Ashley's online and got it sooner and 3Xs cheaper than the store! Its been 2 months since i bought my furniture and my rug still never came. So... I reordered it wed and it will be here sat! 🤷♀️ My advice is, IF you do shop here do it online. Check the furniture out in-store but purchase online. Ohh And be sure to double check EVERY DETAIL about the warranty! We were lied to about that also. 🤦♀️

The customer service is lacking & that’s being polite. Every time we’ve had something delivered, it’s been damaged or there’s an issue with the delivery. This last time, half the order wasn’t on the truck. Excuse after excuse. When people spend a pretty penny for items, they expect to get them on time, undamaged. The people at the dispatch center are worse!!! I’ll be sure to never give them my business again.

If you are looking to get your furniture delivered 4-6 months AFTER you pay for them, this is the place to go! Awful experience, don't recommend unless you want a headache and nothing but time to spare waiting for your furniture to hopefully be delivered. Living Spaces delivers to the high desert and much better quality, wish I would of took my own advise instead of dealing with this place!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a couch love seat and recliner. When they got delivered the couch had two holes in it the back of the love seat was creased and the recliner had a bent staple poking out side ways. They told me a new set was unavailable and back ordered and that they would repair the ones I got. I'm like no I want nice stuff. They never answer the phone I so hate this company stay away or you will regret it. Also online prices are way cheaper

For the most part this was the first time I've been to an Ashley however it was what it was. A home decoration store, I can't say it was bad. Everything looked cute and sparked imagination for home decor. It's just boring if you're a kid waiting for your parents idling doing absolutely nothing. However i just took photos, its a good past time. My folks bought 14,000 worth on their first day, I dropped my mouth open. They are dedicated to their home improvement, they had it and they got it and ultimately thats all that matters.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please save yourself some heartache and wasted time and do not buy from them. We have been dealing with a broken couch for 6 months!!! They never return calls, they have lost our case twice, the maintenance people flake and never show up when they are supposed to. And when you talk to someone, they treat you like you are the problem.

Thought we will try to buy from Ashley's again after having a horrible experience buying online. We went to the store bought something with cash. They promised delivery by 5/27. Haven't received a call, so we called the warehouse they said they have no deliveries till 5/30. Then they offered to give my money back but they will mail out check! I paid chash.. I would think they would give me cash back. Never buying from them again!

So far horrible customer service. We were supposed to have furniture delivered and when I called the number listed I was told everything was back ordered until 6/13/20. No phone call from the store to let us know and in the meantime I have gotten rid of furniture being left without furniture to sit on as I prepared for my furniture to be delivered on a specific day. Very frustrating. Also made a special trip to the store requesting our salesperson give us a call and he never got back to us and that was over a week ago.
We had Julius help us he is very good and nice . He help us well and I would highly recommend him and this store because they have very good customer service .

Very antiquated system!! I ordered a bed on 04/06 and order wasn't even completed until today on 04/11! Numerous calls from different offices just to cancel "set up" fee which I made clear that I did not need! What is this process all about!?! I never heard from the original sales associate on the Victorville, CA store?!? But, Tanisha, was an incredible help to me! She's been calling me and the Victorville, CA repeatedly to get my order processed. Finally, today, they took payment, finalized the order and set up delivery. SHEESH!! THIS HAS ALL BEEN ONE BIG HASSLE!! NOTE: I HAVE AN ENTIRE HOUSE TO FURNISH AND DECORATE.THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE....IT JUST MIGHT THE LAST...... Went to Ashley furniture to look at some artwork I weren’t treated very well because we were the last ones out of the store trying to buy and they’re trying to push us out. I scheduled to pick up my merchandise at the warehouse in Colton. Something came up and I could not make it to Colton and I’ve made five phone calls to the store and they never pick up it says that they’re closed so why do they have a phone if they’re not gonna answer the phone? And they don’t return any of the calls that I’ve left messages with so I won’t be buying anything else from Ashley still haven’t received my stuff yet may call the credit card company to dispute the charges so I don’t even have to pick them up.

We had the worse experience with your company, We purchased a bedroom set and got delivered to our house four times and every time it got delivered We had to decline the order due to damage, every single piece had at lease something wrong, (scratched, cracked, water damage, diferente colors etc.) At the end we canceled the order.

On Jan 18, 2021 we purchased a bedroom set and a sectional sofa. The items were not in stock so we were told to call in March. We picked our items up from the warehouse that is over 55 miles round trip Match 2,2021. Because of Covid we brought our items home (as instructed) and unwrapped and opened them here. Our headboard was extremely damaged. When I called today March 3,2021 I was transferred to a “Customer Care”rep who had me on the phone for an hour and to be told pictures are a must to investigate my claim. I sent pictures to be told someone would call me in 3-5 days, once the investigation was complete. All I wanted was to be able to exchange my brand new damaged headboard and preferably at a near location. . After finishing my conversation with her, she transferred me to the Victorville store per my request to be told by Mary that the store manager, Julio was in a meeting and would call me after. This was at 2:00 pm. He never called so I called back at 6:00pm and Mary answered again to tell me he’s been with customers. Hmmmm I’m a customer too! Excuse after excuse. When I asked for a phone number to corporate office she gave me the customer care number (trying to deflect) I then said “Mary, this is the number I already called. I want the corporate head quarters someone higher than Julio.”she then put me on hold for another 10 minutes and provided me with a number. I asked her again. Is this the corporate office and she said yes this is what you asked for! I then said, yes I asked you for this and you gave me your customer care number!! It is now 9:07 pm and I have still not gotten a call. I am so disappointed with the level of service ... no service at all!! They got their money 6 weeks ago! And I still do not have my complete order. I am upset because from the beginning I asked for a manager. Which at both numbers I called they were no where to be found. Being given the run around does not sit well. Are managers to busy for their customers? Walk in customers take priority over phone customers, per Mary. In my opinion, Customers should be helped in order and if I am being told I would get a call back I expect a call back!! Which I never got! I will not go back to Ashley!
The furniture in store is beautiful and seems high quality. After waiting three months from purchase to delivery for two dressers, one handle had stripped screws and could easily be fixed. Within five minutes of signing for the delivery and ultimately for bad furniture, I came to realize that the drawer slides are bad on three of the drawers and other drawers are not lined up correctly so they scrape each other when opening and closing. After reporting the damage ten minutes after delivery I opted to return for refund instead of repair since I waited three months for less than perfect brand new furniture. After I've been told that the returns department would contact me within three days and hadn't received any communication, we called the store. Come to find out that they weren't going to let me know that in store purchases can not be returned, yet if you bought the exact same items online, you can return for refund within 72 hours of delivery. If you must buy furniture from this company, at the very least buy it online so you get treated like a paying customer and not like your money holds less value than that of a virtual wallet. Was offered a $100 gift card for inconvenience and extra drawer handles in case others break. Definitely "worth" the nearly $2000 dollar headache of this purchase. Would not recommend overall. Have bought furniture from other retailers and have been more than satisfied with the quality. Only reason purchased here was because it was more convenient than driving for an hour to the next furniture store. Will definitely not make that mistake again.
I ordered a couch with 7 seats only received 6 seats. It took over 3 months for the couches to arrive. Really bad customer service had to go into the store 4x in a week just to speak to someone because they left my call on hold for 2 hours!

DO NOT PURCHASE. No "special" is worth the headache and waste of time the delivery department will cause you. First delivery date was canceled on the same day due to damage. The second delivery date canceled on SAME DAY due to "back order" after I received 4 calls the night before demanding someone to be home and 2 texts in the morning saying they would arrive in 2 hrs. After calling customer service I was rudely told it wasn't on back order I just didn't have a programed delivery date... And that I could cancel beause I am not willing to wait. I did cancel, I can take that same money to smaller business that need it more and won't waste my time .

They don’t communicate any changes to their customers whatsoever, I have had 2 delivery dates scheduled, have taken time off of work to work around them and both times they failed us. I had to wait 6 weeks for the first delivery if half my order. The rest was to come 2 weeks after that. Its now been 3 full months and 5 delivery reschedules and still no furniture. Tried to get a refund and I now have to wait for a week for half of my refund and another to weeks for some more and 6-8 weeks for the rest. Bunch of BS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
My husband and I were shopping for a sectional for our new home. We looked at different places. Some places did not have any items in inventory and some did. We decided to try Ashley&'s since it&'s such a big company they must have more inventory. We purchased a sectional and I was &"convinced&" simply by the fact that I would have the couch in my new home by January 1st. Which was about a week away. Again, new home. No furniture. we need a couch. They said January 1st and we are now January 29 and no couch. I called for weeks and finally got an answer and was told my delivery date is MARCH 4th?!?! They hooked me by saying I would have a couch soon and then change the date. I could of had a couch from somewhere else by now but they lied.. I&'m trying to cancel but never get a person on the phone. Be very careful with their promises.
I will never buy from them ever again they are horrible. I end up buying a Tempur-pedic bed with a solid wood Porter bed frame. They took it to my house they build it they cracked the frame side rail then they had to replace it they wanted to put wood glue on there and I told them no order me a new side rail. Then later I decided I wanted the two nightstands and a dresser and the chess they messed up on my order . They end up bringing me a media chest instead of a chest I told them to take it back and get me the chess I wanted. when I found out my two nightstands were two different colors one was darker than the other the long dresser it’s cracked. They don’t even deserve one star I have to put it just for me to post it
Called repeatedly and no one would ever answer the phone. After it rings a while, it goes straight to the customer service call center which is in some other state. They told me to &"keep trying&"I gave up after a while. I wanted to go to the store to buy a dining room set I saw online, but no go.

I wish I could rate it less. The furniture that we saw in the store was what we wanted color and all. When they delivered the chair, and not the rest of the furniture I was not home and when I got home I saw that the chair was not the same color that I saw in the store. I went to the store 10 minutes after the furniture was delivered and asked to speak to a manager and this man came out and told us that they don't sale the furniture in this color and it is all in the lighting. I took a picture of the chair that was delivered to us just 10 minutes prior to me getting there and the chair that was inside the store as well and I showed it to him. I am not sure why he was upset. He threw the papers at the CSR and told them to process the return. This was on 12/23/2020 I had to go back to the store and call the Synchrony credit card company and express again that this is not the chair that I ordered. Now it is 01/07/2021 and I have this chair wrapped in plastic sitting in my dinning room in a corner behind my dinning room table so that it doesn't get damaged and I am still waiting for them to come pick this chair up. I remember the Manager on the 23rd of December yelling at us as we were leaving the store that we can't use our Synchrony credit card anywhere until after he processes the refund. He is correct, I can't. So it is now 01/20/2021 and I am again calling the Credit Card Company and disputing the charges. How can they charge me for a chair that I did not order. The color of this chair is not the color of the one in the store. The manager says oh it will change colors.... What? no... If anyone has had a similar experience with getting the wrong color furniture please message me and let me know the correct course of action to take outside of filing for bankruptcy. When I went in on the 7th of January I had a wonder CSR named Sarai that helped me. She stated that it would take about a week for the refund/return to go through and unfortunately I am still waiting and it is just one day shy of 2 weeks. I called the Credit Card company to file a dispute. I think this is a lot to go through for them not being honest in the first place and telling me that the color of furniture inside the store is not the one that they have in the warehouse. They also had my bill spread out over two different invoices and didn't have all the furniture set to be delivered on the same day. I am so disappointed in this store. I hope they all don't work like this one. I will keep everyone posted as to the outcome of this long drawn out ordeal. Just so sad. Not sure why the manager was angry, he isn't the one that gave away (not sold) gave away his entire living room set and expected to get the color furniture that he wanted. I wasn't yelling and screaming I just wanted them to come back and pick up the furniture. He said he had to call them to see when they would be available to come pick it up. Wow! The pictures. The lighter color is what is in the store thats what I wanted and the darker color is what they delivered and I am waiting for them to pick up.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE BEING LIE TO. We have ordered from the place twice and I have should&'ve known better. The first time we ordered our King dice mattress and frame. It took three reschedules to complete the delivery and the delivery team did not call to notify they were late. I had to call after three hours of no show. The second order, I ordered a dining table. They schedule my delivery on Jan 17 2021 and it was a federal holiday weekend so I cut my vacation short just to be there for the delivery. NO CALL AND NO SHOW!! It&'s very frustrating theirs no integrity or accountability when they don&'t meet simple business expectations or standards. I don&'t know if it&'s the third party logistics or the Ashley company itself that manages the supply chain logistics. Stay away!
I bought my bed since I got it delivered its been broken ny house was damaged its been a year they promised it will get fix or replace still haven't had the problem fixed never again will I shop with Ashleys!!!!!
My experience in the store was good and was told there would be delays due to Covid and I understand that but it's been almost 5 month since I purchased furniture for my whole house on 09/26/2020.My last delivery was 1/06/2021 which was a love seat of a living room set. My deliveries were cancelled at least 10 times the day of delivery which was a great inconvenience especially since I planned my days around them . At the end of it all I was left with missing parts to to a bunk bed we purchased and had to purchase it somewhere else. I feel that the communication between the delivery personal and the actual store is horrible let alone with the customer. I'm very disappointed that such a big company has so many issues which directly effects their customers my next will be done with a a local furniture store.

Me and my boyfriend went in there trying to buy furniture from them and we’re walking around for 30 mins then we ended up sitting down for another 30 mins and we never got acknowledged by none of the employees😤. He lie to us he said our sofas were scheduled to be delivered on 12/22/20 when I purchased them in the beginning of November. He assure the date was Not going to be changed. Last week I called to check the status and was postponed to 12/30. Today I called again and was postponed to 1/19/21. Really? I needed my new sofas for the holidays! Overpriced furniture and horrible customer services. I called the store and no one answers. It&'s just customer service in a different state. I will be canceling my order today.

One of the worst furniture store and ashleys ive been too. Its been over a month, almost two and have rescheduled my huge order twice. The managers are rude, they barely wanted to help us with an order they messed up on.Used to be a fan of this place until i came to the Victorville one. An ontop of that the delivery warehouse dont communicate at all with the store. Never coming here again or recommending this spot to anyone.
Ordered furniture for an entire home in the beginning of Oct. Told delivery would be in November. Its December, still waiting for furniture. Then updated it was to be delivered December 12. Call to find out status told by a recording that the delivery was changed to January 9th. Call and wait 45 minutes to get to a human, sent to their call center. You must go to the store to get help. Very poor customer service.

This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Not just with buying furniture but across any industry. I have been trying to get ahold of the store manager all day. They keep routing me to Florida and can’t get them to fix my problem with the payment and delivery. Meanwhile after paying over $3,000 out right with no financing I have no furniture... should have all been here today and delivery was confirmed in both email and text. No word was mentions of the back order of one piece. Now I have a family of 6 sitting on the floor because of terrible communication, organization, and customer service. I’m about to pull my truck up to the front to take a floor model so my family can have furniture. Not stealing if they already have my $3,600 right?!

Worst experience ever in buying furniture. Not only was my order delayed for two months, I was told I was getting a partial delivery and I ended up receiving a partial of a partial. Like how the hell does that even happen. I will never be buying furniture from this store ever again. Over priced stuff for a two month delay in receiving my order and didn’t even get the full order two months later.

I should have learned after my last encounter with this company. The last 3 times I have ordered from this company (online) they have messed up my order or forgotten items. I ordered a 3 piece sectional in 2016 and they were missing a pillow and a piece of wood was broken on the bottom of one section of the couch. The delivery guys mentioned that it was broken when they placed in my home.. why they would deliver a damaged product is beyond me. Ashley furniture did not fix this issue but I did receive the missing pillow (no comp or discount for the broken item). I ordered 2 beds and 2 mattresses on 28 March 2020 and had a delivery date. I received a delivery on the delivery date however it was missing half of one of the bed frames. No rails, slats, or support beam(?). Apparently the company knew that they did not send me the complete order because when I called they told me the parts were on back order.. I call back a few days later and am told that they don't know why I didnt receive the support beam but that they would order a replacement for me. I ended up getting the rails and slats today but still have no support beam so I still cannot put together this bed. I call back and they cannot confirm whether or not the support beam has been ordered. I am frustrated that they would charge me for a WHOLE bed but send me just the footboard and headboard and not inform me that the rails were on back order and not know where the support beam is. Most recently I ordered a chest of drawers and a dresser. The dresser came broken and I called within an hr of delivery but they were closed. I called the next day and spoke to at least 4 different reps. I placed my order on 7 Nov 2020 and they will not replace the broken item until 21 Jan 2021. They have the worst customer service. I paid for an item that is available for delivery now but they wont deliver/ replace the broken item for weeks. I am not and have not asked for any kind of comp or discounts. I just want the item I paid for in brand new condition. Their telephone reps are useless and the fb and ig accounts have done nothing for me. Seriously done with this place.
It was time we needed the new couch and we were put in contact with Jay through a friend. With covid we were able to complete majority of the process via text. We told him what we were looking for and he found us options. The store was empty everyone wore masks and there was sanitizer stations throughout. It was an extremely easy process. If you are looking for an honest salesman and who isn&'t pushy and truly seemed to appreciate our business make sure to ask for Jay, you won&'t get a better experience with anyone else. Good luck!
We ordered a dinette set for my mother's appartment at the Rest Home. They did not deliver it Saturday, or Wednesday, or the following Saturday, now it is too late, since covid closed down the Rest Home. We are extremely disappointed and angry with Ashley. They did not tell as way they did this to us, and they did not apologize. We waited around for the delivery three different days. 😥😠
Shopping experience was smooth while shopping for our new mattress. Alondra helped us with the process and did well. We are now in the process of waiting for our mattress to be ready to get picked up.

I came in on 10/31 to try to get some assistance with an existing case/ticket. As usual, the man up front was helpful and greeted me. He directed me to the back area of the storeroom (customer service), and we came upon a fairly normal group of employees seemingly going about their work. When we asked for assistance, there was a woman in the back/furthest seat to the left who was talking on her personal cellphone having a good ol' time and only interrupted her phone call to yell out "Who told you THAT??" when we explained we were directed here to get help to resolve our issue. She burst into laughter and laughed us right out of the store. I will NEVER return to any Ashleys location. Steer clear and save your money. They wont give you what you paid for, and they will make it next to impossible to get your money back because all they do is ignore the issues and point the fingers to other departments. In this case, they'll even laugh you right our of the store. Customer service? yeah, right
In the beginning this was a horrible experience until we were helped by Manny Tapia. Me and my family were greeted at the door, however, as we were shopping we couldn’t find what we were looking for. After 30 minutes the associate who first greeted us and asked how everything was going. I explained that we weren’t able to find what we were looking for. The associate then pointed at the sign stating what the piece of furniture was and walked away. We continued to look and still couldn’t find anything. After waiting for the associate to return after another 30 minutes another associate by the name Manny Tapia asked how everything was going and if anyone was helping us out. By this point I was tired of waiting and asked if he can find said items for me, although he didn’t see any, he directed us toward a computer that would show us options. He told us to look through the computer and whatever we liked he would help us find, after giving him about four options he took us to each piece of furniture. After selecting our favorite (which isn’t available as of right now) he explained our payment, the promotions going on and our options along with the furniture. I enjoy going to any place to find an associate like Manny Tapia. It was a smooth transition from start to finish and he didn’t have us waiting like he was a celebrity giving out autographs. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
We purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat in September 2020. Delivery came 3 weeks later. I was so excited when it came. Rearranged the entire living room for it. My first day sitting on the loveseat was awful. After about 15 minutes I started getting sharp pains in my back. I adjusted the recline and the head rest to no avail. Tried the accent pillows nothing. Dragged the bed pillows out which provided a little comfort.I have several fused vertebrae&'s in my back and neck. Who sits in a loveseat for more than 15 minutes before they buy it?We went to the Victorville store where we purchased it hoping we could exchange it for something I can sit on. They told us they would send a tech out to look at the furniture, 3 weeks later the tech showed up. He took pictures, talked to us about the problem. He said it&'s a comfort problem. I said yes.He wrote a report. Said I can call the store the next day for resolution. Anyone who has bought furniture from this store knows it&'s impossible to get them on the phone so we went back into the store.The girl in the office laughed and said tech reports take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. She looked it up and said, your case is closed. The tech closed it.She told me to call their corporate office to hopefully resolve this.I sat on hold for 15 minutes to speak with someone. When he came on the line, I went over my problem with him. He put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected me.I left a message to call me back.This morning they called to tell me NO, THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE. The only way they can take it is if there&'s something wrong with it besides comfort.I can&'t believe this brand new furniture which failed me the day after delivery is sitting in my living room.I will never buy from Victorville Ashley furniture again. Their customer service is horrendous. Laughing at my physical problem with this set was outrageous. They put us off for more than a month with the tech baloney.We should have dropped it off in their parking lot.
I had a great shopping experience and love my furniture. But... Please everyone check your statements for purchasing. Ashleys overcharged my credit card by 250.00 and could not give me an explanation. I went in to get help and the manager and staff refused to refund me. I called my credit card and had to file a fraudulent charge dispute on my credit card. Luckily I still have my original receipt with my signed signature on how much I had approved my purchase. Please people be aware of this and check all of your receipts and credit card statements. Horrible experience.
Signed for our delivery, We bought a tv stand with a built in fireplace. They left us to set up the rocks and of course the door doesn&'t close. Called them less then 10 minutes later and they will not be available to service us until Nov 20. The craftsmanship ship is just poor overall
Buyers beware. Please review your receipts and credit card statements. Ashleys overcharged my credit card without my consent for the amount of 255.44. I went in to get help and they had records of the charges they overcharged me. Even with that they didn&'t not want to refund my money. They ended up telling me to call me credit card and file a dispute with them. Horrible service in store.

Over priced, here’s why a lot of the furniture felt like particle board of mdf you know the same stuff they sell at a local Walmart, the kicker is the high cost of that said furniture compared to other places is off putting and I’m sure they have some nice stuff that makes the cost worth it. A simple computer desk 47” in length was almost 600 dollars I found the same one online for 250 the mark up is ridiculous not to mention we were followed around like we were buying a used car.
We ordered a leather sectional and its taking 6 weeks to get it delivered...kinda ridiculous!! Still no update to tell us if it's even going to be on time...hopefully it's not longer!!
I bought a bedroom set for my special needs granddaughter on on 9/4/2020. Ashley said the would deliver on 10/18. Before the delivery date, they tried to postpone until November. After complaining to the delivery dept then having to be transferred to a manager, I got wake-up call a couple of days later at 7:00am telling me that I would get most of my order on the 18th between 11am and 3pm. The morning of the 18th at about 8:30am while in the middle of my breakfast Ashley delivery truck shows up. I sent them away and told them to come back later that I needed to get the old furniture out of the bedroom. They show back up just after 10a.m. while I'm in the middle in disassembling the old bed. They are rushing and trying to assemble furniture in the same room that I am working in. When we complained, the one semi-english speaking worker commented "Do you want us to take it back?" . His rudeness angered my wife to the point of chess pain. After they we done, I noticed what appeared to be a small anomaly in the mattress material but didn't think much of it at the time. I then signed for the items received. Just as the delivery people pulled away, I felt and sat on the mattress. I could feel the springs with my hand by just running it along the top of the mattress and the anomaly in the material was a broken spring. Then I remembered that when I was checking out the bedroom set in the showroom, I commented on what a nice mattress that was on the a bed frame and asked if this was the mattress that comes with the set. The salesman said "Yes", I was sold. This is not the mattress I got (bait & switch?). I called Ashley and got a customer service representative. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the mattress and sent them a picture of the broken spring. They said they would send out a technician on 11/5. I told them that this was unacceptable. My child needs a mattress to sleep on tonight (I had already taken the old mattress outside to the trash). Customer service asked me if I signed for the mattress and I replied "Yes". She then said " You signed for it, it is yours, you'll have to wait to November 5th". I ask her to transfer me to a manager. When transferred I got another customer service person but at the Victorville, CA store where I bought the mattress. She wanted to try to help, but they all read from the same script. She then put me on hold for a half hour. She came back on the phone and told me a manager would call me back within the hour. I waited a couple of hours but no call. I don't appreciated being stonewalled. I through the mattress in me SUV, took it up to the Ashley store, and placed it near the front entrance with a signed in front of it saying "Ashley's Junk". I then went to the mattress store down the street from Ashley. I passed back by the Ashley store on the way home and they had moved the mattress next to the dumpster where it belongs. It is now 10/22, and still no call from Ashley. Never again.
Bought my daughter a bed, delivery date was set for 10/7/20. Had nobody show up on that fat and after having to contact myself to find out it was now scheduled for 10/18/20. After taking the 18th off work, and it’s now 4pm still no bed. After an hour on the phone it’s now coming on 11/4/20. I told the lady on the phone to explain that to my 6yr old, she hung up. I guess after she stops crying I’ll explain why people are so pathetic and now we will buy elsewhere in future.

Its a nice furniture store with friendly employees. I didn&'t feel like any one was breathing down our throats as we were looking around, which I appreciate. There are always a variety of selections that are reasonably priced. I take off one star because I did not like the cliche moment when they have you sit at the computer with them and show me all the ways you helped me save money (insert eye roll) and then call the manager over to work his &"magical&" fingers to give us an even bigger discount. Save the dramatics folks, and just give me the price at the end. I know that you didn&'t give me the additional ten percent off for being the coolest customer that has ever graced your store. Other than that, it&'s definitely worth a look for your furniture needs.

Absolutely upset and disappointed in this company&'s customer service. Purchased a large sectional couch. Paid it in full (cost $4200) and didn&'t even finance it. Was given delivery dates by sales representative so when I called today to follow up wad then told there is a delay and won&'t be getting couch for another month and in 3 different shipments. I ordered the couch a month ago and now was told &"estimated delivery date&" is in November but still no guarantee. That is ridiculous it should not take 2-3 months or more to receive furniture. Such horrible customer service all they said is &"thats not too long to wait for furniture and if I wanted to, I could cancel my order.&" They don&'t care about customer satisfaction. They take your money and make you wait months and months for your furniture with no set/concrete delivery date. I will never buy anything from this store every again. Will be canceling my order.Just giving everyone a fair warning if looking to purchase furniture from ashley&'s homestore in victorville. Do not believe the delivery date they will continue to delay your delivery date. We have spoken twice to customer service today, and twice in same day dates have changed. Told them if not delivered by the last date said our large order will be cancelled. I was told well other people have been waiting months for their orders so a month is not that bad. My wife and I purchased insurance on our couch purchase. We utilized the insurance to fix some damage to the couch. The Insurance company ultimately refunded our purchase price for the couch in the form of a store credit. The couch material to fix it was unavailable. We were informed that our store credit was good until 9/27/2020 (We received this information approx. on Aug 12th). We showed up at the Victorville Ashley store on the weekend before labor day, well within the expiration timeframe and were informed by sales personnel that they had no record of our store credit. Eventually an office person at the store found it and it showed that the credit had expired. we were informed by store personnel to take this up with the insurance company. After a few hours on the phone, mostly waiting, the insurance company informed us that they show the credit was issued and it should be good until the date previously given. We went back and forth to the store an additional 5 times trying to correct this issue. Each time it was tossed back at us to solve this issue by having the Insurance company reissue the credit. The insurance company would not do this because it showed in their records that it was active. Again back and forth we go. Not once did Ashley personnel take the initiative and contact the insurance company on our behalf. It was thrown back at us each time to solve this situation ourselves. We felt that this was extremely poor customer service. Things didn't get corrected until the corporate office became involved. Again, numerous phone calls even to home office personnel without any resolution. Extremely poor customer service. We will never shop there again.

I ordered bunk beds, mattress, and a vanity in the beginning of June with the promise that is would be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. Two months later after getting the run around with calling to see where my furniture is I finally went to the store. They promised it would come in the beginning of October and gave me a discount. I was happy with that until now. I called to double check if they were going to be delivering soon and was told that it got pushed out till mid November! If I didn&'t call they would have even bother to let me know. This store is terrible with communications and gives false promises of when it&'s going to delivered. I had to cancel my order. I&'m extremely disappointed.
Before you bother shopping with them, give them a call first. People waiting around at the store to help you but no one to answer a call. Most product is not available so expect long wait times for delivery. The manager seems inconvenienced when assisting his employees.

Stay away! All the salesman lie about the dates in which you will be receiving the items you purchase. I ordered a bed set which was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks but received the mattress only. When I called to investigate was told the bed frame wound come for another 2 months, the rails for another 3 months, in other words the items all had different delivery dates, months after the salesman promised. I am now returning everything will never do business here again!

So we went into Ashley's Furniture to purchase a bunk bed set, however two hours later we left purchasing a bedroom set, Temper-Pedic mattress with pillows and of course the bunk bed. Bill in Sales was very experience, informative and very open about everything we purchased. He did not pressure us to buy but gave us the information needed to make the right decisions. Very friendly staff and would definitely go back. When I laid on that mattress though OMG!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I'm looking forward to better sleep in the future 😁
This is the most horrible service I&'ve ever had not just once but twice they have fucked up our order we paid for set up and delivery and both times drivers are telling us they are not here for that just a drop off we have called the store and corporate and no one will do anything. We also got a call about a pc on back order and when they show up that pc is here and the other 3 are not here they are so unprofessional and unorganized the people in the store promise u everything to get the sale. Liars and thief&'s I&'m reporting to better business bureau... Do not buy from here got to furniture outlet or living spaces they make deliveries up the hill too

I have made a couple of purchases from Ashley furniture in Victorville and the reason I keep going back is because Robert provides the best customer service. If you need furniture, I suggest visiting Ashley's and asking for Robert everytime.
Ridiculous customer service , paid over 5,000 and Julio the manager did absolutely nothing but hand over his card and an 800 number for me to call for broken furniture that was delivered 2 months after I ordered it! First day there was amazing Marty sells person did amazing helping us out and also letting us which would be the best choice because of the COVID delays which was great and totally appreciated it. We purchased 5,000 in furniture so they were treating us very well. So 2 and half months later we finally get our furniture and we were happy. Til one day I personally sat on one of the dining table chairs and notice one leg was broken so we take it to the store and this is where the customer service went out the door. They need a technician to determine if the broken leg was our fault blah blah blah but the soonest they can get a tech out is oct 14th a month from now give or take a few days then a few more months after that to get a leg for my chair. Ridiculous so we decided to speak to a manager, then we explained the situation didn&'t wanna assist us in anyway shape or form because those are store policies and we agreed don&'t bend the rules for us but we spent so much money on our furniture cash and paid the extended warranty for our furniture we asked if he can speed up the process abit. So then I kinda wanted to start a conversation to kinda win him over and I said oh yea I remember u, u were sit over there writing notes on ur note book. And that&'s the worst thing I could of said because he flipped said he never sits on the furniture that he&'s professional. So I defended my self and said I&'m 100% sure it was him because he was Mexican and he laughed at our first sales person and that situation not Marty Marty came and saved the day that day. So back to today so he flipped because he was sitting on the furniture so gave us a 800 number and said good luck and walked away wow horrible person
Been working with them for 4 weeks to fix our replace a table that was delivered with scratches. They first sent a FURNITURE TECHNICIAN, who rubbed a dye on the scratches and its not the same color. Also they did not use any wood filler, so the scratches are now off colored gouges

Second visit to purchase furniture for our new home . Was greeted promptly. We had worked with Aubrey Rew on our first visit. He was great in assisting us. We were blessed again to work with him on our second visit and although he was busy with another guest, he made every effort to make us feel comfortable and assist us as soon as possible. Offered another sales rep to take us so that we won't waste any time, but we chose to wait and look at furniture and give our business to him. He is worth the wait and truly understood us. I purchased a couch was told they would be delivered on 9/13. Got a text stating delivery would be on 9/13 well today is 9/13 an nothing. Called to find out what is going on, was told the driver took me off the route cause he doesn't know the area an he doesn't deliver out here. I would of never knew if I didn't call. In the process of calling bad customer service a manager wouldn't get on the phone because she would tell me the same thing the rep did. I got hung up on. Now there telling me October for my couches. Mind you I got rid of my old ones. Customer services is horrible!!

The staff inside the store were very helpful and professional. Later I called back and ordered a $650 item. Delivery was scheduled and on the day of scheduled delivery I get a call from a blocked number. It was an employee at the warehouse, who told me there was a chip on the item and it's the last one so they are going to cancel the order. I told her i want the item delivered and if we think the chip is too bad I will then exercise my option to refuse. She said she will discuss with her manager and call me back. She mentioned maybe I can get a discount or something as well if we decide to accept the item. I never received a call back nor did anyone ever show up to deliver the item. 2 days later and I still can't get in contact with anyone and of course i also have not received a refund. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

The labor day sale was an awesome deal the sales people were extremely friendly and helpful, yet Deceiving. The huge downside was they were extremely short-handed, *** THE WORST PART was that I applied for a credit card from them authorizing ONLY ONE credit check THAT I WAS INFACT APPROVED FOR. They Proceeded to run my credit twice back to back with another company so they could get higher credit amount which was not needed, nor authorized. BOTH CHECKS WERE HARD INQUIRIES THAT HAVE ALREADY SHOWN UP ON MY CREDIT SCORE and it’s been less that 4 hrs since my purchase. To me that was a major No No on their part, I have worked extremely hard to get my credit at an acceptable score and to have this store just run my credit to be greedy thinking I would spend more money was just unacceptable. My 1st credit amount covered my purchase I am dumbfounded that they would allow this to go on at this store.

Ashley furniture store in Victorville will not price match the mattress I purchased because it says so online that the store only price matches online purchases. Please be very careful in buying a furniture in Ashley's Victorville. Also, you cannot return a tempur pedic mattress once you purchased it. It doesn't matter that it gives you time to sleep on it and can return it if you don't like the mattress. This is coming from the store manager. Please make sure all agreements are in writing because they will tell you promises but will go back on their word. Their excuse is you should've looked online on what their store rules are.
Customer service is a joke. They delivered damaged furniture in May and still have done nothing to rectify the issue. I have left over a dozen messages and not one return call after spending hours on hold. A complete lack of customer service and impossible to actually talk to a real person, just keep leaving messages that have never been returned.

Placed an order in June, called me late June to let me know it was back ordered. Waited, and waited, now September, 04, 2020 no phone calls to inform me where my order was. Called customer service and got rude girl saying they had notified me, not true, and my order was still pending. Cancelled, went to a small furniture store on Bonanza, got my order in 2 wks.
What a joke. We ordered $10000 worth of furniture from here. They tell us one date for delivery and ended up 3 days early to where I had to take an extra day off. Then only half was delivered. The other half was to be mid September. That got moved to end of October. Then I go and cancel that and the sales told the clerk's that I was purchasing it. That all got messed up. Took over an hour just to handle a cancellation. NEVER going back. Anyone want $200 of gift cards for these people? So disappointed in this company.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Professional SCAM ARTISTS. I've purchased tons of pieces from them, ALWAYS ARRIVE WITH DEFECTS. And even if you point out the defects UPON DELIVERY they'll swear they can get their tech to fix it, get you to sign their phone, and will absolutely refuse to replace the junk furniture they deliver you when the tech ultimately CANNOT fix it and will refuse to allow a return because you accepted delivery. They need a class action lawsuit from all of the customers they have screwed over. Knowingly AND willingly. Never EVER buy from ANY of the Ashley Home Furniture Stores. NEVER.
Salesman Bill at Victorville store was deceptive about delivery costs. There is a no cost drop at your door delivery no set up. He didn't tell us about that until he tried to charge us for delivery , which he originally said was free. Prices are very high that's why they do 50 and 50% off sales all the time.
We had a great experience at Ashley's Furniture. Mohammed helped us and gave us his advice on different types of ideas that would work great for us as far as what we were looking for. The experience was great. I went into the store because i was trying to order a table online but for some reason, the site kept insisting my that either my shipping, billing or credit card info was wrong and is wasn’t. So i decided to go into the store to pay cash. The price in store was more than it was on their website. Needless to say, the young gentleman had NO issue at all fixing that and getting an override so i could have the price online. Actually got it a little cheaper lol.

It's my first time to order from Ashley on June 6th 2020. They have been sending me several emails for the delivery dates. Last email states that the delivery will be 8/12/2020, NO DELIVERY. I called, now I an informed that it will be delivered on 8/27. That's gonna be almost 3 months, that if they will deliver. This is the last time I will ever order from them.
bought a new desk for 800 bucks 6 months ago. One box didn't show up, the other showed up ran over by a truck. Never got a replacement, never got anyone in customer service to help. Still have to pay for the pile of wood chips that showed up.
My experience with Jovan was very well m He was knowledgeable of the product and took the time to explain everything to me. I won't hesitate to ask for him again.

The only reason why they have good rating is because they tell you they’ll give you a 25$ dollar gift card! I have several issues with this store. To everyone make sure you check online and the store they have different prices! Online is usually cheaper. Paid over 3,700 for a bedroom set and couches (my fault I know :/) The delivery guys taking all my furniture out scratched my mirror and they said to hold on to it so they can order another one. Mind you no one gave me a call after a month after I called to complain n they stated they were unaware! When they finished putting my bedroom set they messed up the headboard and only lasted me 5 months. The bolts and screws came right off the headboard... so disappointed! This place is horrible be carful especially with the delivery people who assemble the furniture!!

so verry disappointed with the service here at ashley victorville the manager julio was so rude did not want to help at all the customer service guy ordered my stuff and he ordered them wrong i showed him exactly what i wanted and did not get none of the stuff i wanted i ordered back in may and still have not received all my order the manager did not help at all he said if i singed for it they are mine and will not exchange them never had this issue before now i have to go through corporate and its a headache!! definitely will not be back here.....
Beyond irritated with my most recent Ashley’s Furniture Home store order. I can truly say for the first time ever, I have had the worse experience with them . First my delivery date was changed to 2 weeks after the original date that it was set for. Then to top it off today when all my furniture was finally delivered they couldn’t put my bed together because one of the rails was broken. Oh and there’s a crack on my dresser. 😡

Bought couches here and was told they were leather after less then a year started to peel and I talked to so many people saying they will give me a call back with no response spend about 4K on these couches I will make sure me and my family and friends never buy from them waste of money and now I need to buy new couches again soon
If you live 50 miles away they don't deliver. You have to go to a store near you.

I am very disappointed in the management team and their inability to make a sale happen. The sales person who helped my disabled mom was fantastic but the management team should learn to work for the customer instead of acting like entitled children; especially during a time where people are not spending like they normally would. The $3,000 sale was lost and mom cancelled her order because they refused to take her cash payment. Very unprofessional and highly disappointed in a name that is supposed to mean something. Zero stars. The 3k in sales this time was just a fraction of what was to happen over the next couple weeks. What a joke. Hope Ashley figures it out because now none of us will use our charge cards or cash there.

My girlfriend and I purchased nearly $20,000 worth of furniture here in February. When the furniture was delivered we noticed a few small issues, which we mentioned to the delivery workers. They instructed us to call the store and tell them. We ended up going into the store, where we were given a number to text photos of the damage to, and then just wait to be contacted. We waited for several weeks, with no attempt to reach out by Ashley. The next time we tried to follow up with them, we discovered they had closed 2 days earlier because of the made up Covid-19. Once they reopened it took us visiting the store 2 more times before finally (1 week ago) they sent out a technician to look at the damage. In summary, for 3 months we have been paying for furniture with the following damage: Broken leg on our coffee table Incorrect height of bar stools Missing and broken hardware on bar stools Power reclining couch and love seat that make strange noises when sitting or reclining in them Soft saggy cushions that don't match the cushions in the same model couch on display in the showroom In addition, their delivery people left trash behind and didn't fully assemble our buffet/server. They also put a dent in our master bedroom ceiling with one of the side rails from assembling the bed frame. *****Update: Ashley sent out a technician to look at the damaged furniture 1 month ago. He ordered replacement parts the same day and they were delivered a fee days later. They than sat in our guest bedroom for 3 weeks while we tried to contact Ashley to send someone out to make repairs. 2 days ago they sent out another tech and he discovered all of the parts were wrong. So now we must wait for new parts again. We have waited nearly 6 months, nothing has been done, no apology, no manager has returned our calls. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BORDERLINE CRIMINAL.

My husband and I bought a antique white table and chairs, the wood is so rough that I got 4 splinters off of the chairs . The legs of the table and chairs are so sharp that they hurt if you put your legs against them. Ashley does not stand behind their defective furniture. All they can say is they have no. return policy . I will not ever go into the Victorville store again. Buyer beware. If they had less than one star I would have given them that.
Did a lot on online searching for my perfect couch, loveseat and recliner set. Ashley's Homestore had the best prices for great quality furniture. Marty Brewer, our Sales Associate really did an outstanding job in making my living room update a breeze. Can't wait for my delivery!!
My experience here was horrible. They were not very welcoming to there costumers. They put fiber glass in my mattress and didn't tell me you weren't supposed to take the mattress cover off. Now there's fiber glass everywhere around my house and they said there's nothing wrong with it and won't replace it. Now i have to buy a whole new mattress. I don't recommend this store.
Walking in to Ashley we were immediately greeted by Marty, he gave us some time to look around and didnt hover. When we had questions he was patient and answered them thoroughly. This was my first time shopping at Ashley and our experience was very pleasant.

So I bought a bed from Ashley's and when i got it it looked different from the pictures I saw at the store. I received it on friday, been trying to contact them all week through the phone but no one ever answers. Went to the store today to ask for a refund and they have no return or exchange policy. Even if the bed is still in the box, which it is. Told them I would incur any return fees but they still don't do any returns or exchanges. Very disappointing.
All I can say is &"Wow,&" in a good way! After having a TERRIBLE experience with another store (cough cough MATHIS BROTHERS!) that left us extremely upset we looked at Ashley. Marty was absolutely awesome, he patiently waited and helped while we indecisively checked out just about every couch combination possible, he was polite and understanding even when we left after wasting his time! We finally decided, went to see Marty and ordered our furniture the next day, ETA middle of July, Marty assured us he would do whatever necessary to get our furniture sooner.We recieved a call that Sunday and our furniture was in! Only 3 days later! We scheduled pick up, for Tuesday and picked up our new sectional today. Go see Marty Brewer, he&'s the man! Thank you Marty!
So I went online to Ashley's online and picked what I liked to furnish my new home. I needed to furnish living room with couch and chair, dining room with with 8 chairs, a bedroom with king bed and dresser a kids room with twin bed and dresser, and a kids bed with full bed and dresser. I was quoted $16,000!!!! Then the guy quickly said "but let me see what my manager could do..." who brought it down to $12,000. When I went back home I got online to the Ashley website with my pad and paper and added it all up and what I wanted (the exact items) came out to $6063.36. Now that doesn't include tax or delivery but I know tax and delivery is not $6000 more or especially $10,000 more that I was initially quoted. I went across the freeway and bought my furniture for 1/3 of the cost and it's all "Ashley brand" as well. I guess they assume everyone has a stimulus check to spend or tax $ but I don't and I will give my business to someone who will not take advantage.

I have had the worst experience with this com0any paid so much money for furniture and its very difficult for them to come out and fix issues with it i have insurance and now i have to go through them i was supposed to get compensation since their furniture was defective and nothing, just be aware they don't really keep their promises
I bought some furniture. Order was alate by 2 weeks and when the delivered, they damaged my flooring when the delivered. I let corperate know and the never got back to me. Good luck buying from this company. They suck
Absolutely horrible customer service and support after you spend so much money!! They delivered a new bedroom set, corner of a night stand was smashed and cracked....has taken them over a week to replace and it took jumping through insane hoops to have that done. Box spring was purchased, and it took 5 days for the delivery to be setup....and then, we get a call right before they're scheduled to be here, that they don't have record of the delivery! So, now...they're saying we have to wait another week before they can come back out to bring the boxspring!! ZERO accountability and in no way do they show any remorse for not being able to accommodate their customers correctly. You'd think that with a company this big, they'd care about setting a better example of how to take care of customers.
I have a few issues with this store. 1. They lie and make it seem the furniture is 40% off which it is not. The couches are significantly cheaper online. I bought a loveseat that was marked for 1200 (don’t remember the exact price) and they told me it’s 40% for an ending total of 600 bucks. In reality the same couch is already 600 bucks online. It’s a scam to make you feel good about your purchase. 2. The sales person told me I could not get free delivery for my furniture. I said “there’s a sign that says free delivery”. He said no that’s only for small items. So I was charged a delivery fee. I went online and it says free delivery for all items. The sales person did not tell me that. He lied and charged me for premium delivery. I later called customer service and exposed this store and was given back my money. I got my free delivery. I expressed to customer service what this store did and he apologized. 3. Lastly, when I was charged the premium delivery the sales person put on the order that I was going to pick up the furniture! I was charged for premium delivery and expected to put up my furniture.

They deserve 1 star because the sales guys was really nice but when it came time to deliver my furniture they damaged my bedroom set and I wouldn't accept it. They tried to deliver it again this time it had dents and stains on the padding of the headboard. 3 rd time they brought me the wrong size. I realized it 1 mins after the driver had left and called him and he was very rude and hung up on me. I called the delivery place and was told they can't make the drivers go back and they're sorry for that 9/10 drivers won't come back. Ashley's furniture kept going back and forth with me at who is to blame which Ashley's said as of Jan 1 st it's the delivery company's fault now and they have no responsibility. But I bought the furniture from them so that's weird. Also they said my sons bed would be here in a week. It's almost a month now and he's been sleeping on his mattress on the floor because we just moved. We too have been sleeping on the floor. Never had a horrible experience like this. I purchased 3 fully furnished rooms from them. Never again will I go to this place. Save yourself some trouble and read the reviews before you buy at a place again. I'll end with something positive. The sales guy was really nice.
This is tough. We had an EXCELLENT SALES EXPERIENCE. Our issue comes with the delivery and set up. Two men showed up to deliver and set up our furniture. One spoke nearly no English. This usually isn't an issue because I am fairly good with understanding those with thick accents who speak little English. But I simply could not understand him. The second guy spoke no English. They assembled our furniture and left. We realized within 10 mins that they assembled part of the bed backwards. We immediately called customer service and sent them photos. They stated that they were indeed backwards and would immediately send out a master builder to reassemble our bed. This was 3 weeks ago and we haven't so much as even heard a peep from them. We spend like $3,000 and we are very upset. We will NOT be shopping here again. Like I said, the sales team was EXCELLENT but delivery, assembly, and customer service from the rest of Ashley's fell flat. I am beyond disappointed and upset.

He was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He let us just look around at first and then was there when we needed him. He was fun to talk to and answered all our questions. If we go back to the store for something else, we'll ask for him again.
Scott is a great salesperson and will go the extra mile to help you out. He wasn't pushy or overwhelming and helped us get everything we wanted well within our budget. Nate, one of the managers, was also very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us and make sure we left with the living room set we wanted.

Buyers BEWARE!!!!! WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! They have a zero return or EXCHANGE policy!!! Once you accept any furniture into your home there is ZERO option to even EXCHANGE!!! My daughter and I bought a bed at Ashley Home Store in Victorville tonight. Michael Angelo was our salesperson and he was awesome! He was helpful, honest and did a good job for us. We would ask for him again.
I was told that I could not take my items home today because Ashley was doing inventory and needed to count the items I purchased. They said I had to return 2-3 days later after inventory was complete. I have bought numerous items from ashley and i have never been told that. This is an inconvience to have to return to the store to pick up my items.

We got a beautiful bedroom set but signed for it upon delivery with the promise that there was some missing hardware for the headboard and the dresser would be replaced as it was missing clear coat on the top. Very long story short, weeks of waiting and hours on the phone later... We finally got our set replaced since the "hardware issue" wasn't actually something that could be replaced in the field. Moral of the story, DO NOT SIGN anything unless you have all your furniture and it is all exactly as it should be. They will take it back and be much more inclined to get it to you in a timely manner. The local store was less than helpful and at times rude in helping us get it resolved. We got our matching nightstands from Amazon because not only was it cheaper we knew it would be better customer service. One came cracked and it was returned and replaced all within a week, Amazon for the win.

Please do not buy furniture the sales associate named Robert or manager Nate. These individual are liars and will so anything to make a sale. I was promised a dresser in a package deal by the salesman. (Multiple time)On pickup, my wife noticed the dresser was not there. I contacted the store and both salesman denied saying it was included. Spend you money elsewhere. And always look online prior to purchasing in-store. The verbiage on the order are misleading.
My husband and I went to Ashley's on a Friday evening and were immediately welcomed by Clyde. I had been looking for a new sofa and loveseat for our family room online and knew what I wanted but wanted to see the set in person to make sure it was comfortable. He directed us to the location and told us to check it out. Clyde came over a few minutes later to check on us and was extremely helpful. We did not feel pressured and they really do price match. Delivery experience was great too. They delivered our new sofa and loveseat on the day promised and even an earlier time than originally estimated. A big thank you to Clyde for excellent customer service! We will definitely visit Ashley's again.

I bought a couch..and 3 tables and a chair with ottoman..looked very beautiful when I got it.spent 2,000 and when guests came over two adults sat on the couch it broke.. I called Ashley furniture right away. They sent someone to repair it but its still broken and they wont exchange it..I didn't even ask for my money back. I had the opportunity to go anywhere and purchase a set but I chose Ashley and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! I am a single mother saved money for a year to buy this set..its made cheap and I can't believe they refused to exchange it..I'm devastated and now I have a broken couch probably a manufactured defect..looks aren't everything.. Made poorly and then Ashley furniture wont even give me a refund or exchange.. Go to lazy boy or somewhere else people I don't want anyone else to experience what me and my children did.

My wife and I were looking for a new bed for us and a separate for my daughter. We ended buying a king size bed and a twin for our daughter. The service inside the store was amazing, the sales person was kind, patient and thorough. On the the day of delivery we had some problems this is the main reason to why I am writing a bad review. The delivery person gave us the wrong mattress to begin and secondly he run over our fence and knock it down. Ashley nor the driver have compensated us for the fence. They came back to exchanged the mattress but when it comes to getting our fence back seems they are playing games.
Came in to look for new mattress and browse couches. Juan B. helped us and as I don't like people hovering he really surprised me by picking up on that and just came back around to make sure we didn't have questions. He knew all the product information and was very helpful. We ended up buying a mattress and a new couch because of his knowledge and helpfulness. So initially, my girlfriend's daughter went to Ashley and had a sales person sell her the wrong size box springs even though she asked if it was the right one. It wasn't and insult to injury, the bed was damaged when it arrived. She tried to refuse it but the delivery guys said they couldn't take it back and that she would have to call the store. When she called the store, all they said they could do was send someone to fix the bed and that she would have to buy a new box springs. This was her first purchase on her own so obviously she was not happy. Finally, after a few months of back and forth, I went in to talk to them. They basically offered to send her a new base board at a at a severe discount, charge the recycling fee and a delivery fee. I stated that was too much money to fix their mistake, so they offered her a gift card to off set the cost, explaining that was the most they could do at their level. They were very friendly and helpful and I honestly feel they did the best they could given the situation. Mistakes happen. They owned theirs and did the best they could. I will definitely be going there again in the future.
MICA is the only name you need to know when walking into this store. I have spent over $15,000 in the last year in furniture alone at Ashley for my new home due to the large sq footage. We stopped in today to buy a bedroom set and a new mattress for one of our spare bedrooms since we will be hosting all the holiday parties this year. I'm terrible with planning and needed something literally by TOMORROW night. MICA made this all possible for me with the help of Nathan one of the managers. She was extremely patient with me as I know I'm difficult to deal with. I want what I want, and I will get it no matter what. Mica understood that about me which I loved. She didn't hassle me in any way or try to push extra bs on me which is huge in my book. We ended up going with another temperpedic mattress which in my opinion is worth every penny. We have the Cal King temperpedic we bought last year for our master and tonight we walked away with a queen size. Sure a $4,000 mattress seems a bit much for a guest room but I feel like we got a crazy deal on it. Thank you again to Mica and Nathan for making our experience beyond great!
Can you say bugee.... verry high priced store i paid 3600 for a mattress that was too soft and can't sleep good on the mattress and they will be helpful to sell you merchandise but mattress sales they RIP you off!

My boyfriend and I just bought a new living room set from here and we had a great experience. Karen greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked what we were looking for. I described what I wanted and i fell in love with the first thing she showed me, she was very attentive and knew her products well. We were hesitant at first because although we loved the set, it was a bit out of our budget. Karen was extremely patient with us as we discussed whether we wanted to make the purchase or not. She didn't make us feel pressured or rushed at all. She ended up giving us a great deal that we just couldn't say no to. Our whole set was delivered within a week and we love it! Thank you Karen! I have to say walking in to buy a new bedroom set can be very overwhelming when you see so many bedroom sets and different pricing. Adrian our sales guy walked us through and gave us a no pressure sales environment. I honestly appreciate that. When we made our decision on the set we wanted here came the the big boss Nate. Nate told us one thing before we ran numbers. Do you like it or love it ? Nate explained he would rather us come back another day if we did not love out choice to many times people settle for something they don't like because of price or simply didn't find exactly what they are looking for. He gave us a hell of deal on a new bedroom set with all the pieces and a adjustable bed frame and all warranties included. My husband and I bought a new mattress and since we were going from a queen to a cal king we needed a new bedroom set. I wasn&'t sure what I wanted and I really liked the bedroom set I had. I looked around the entire store a few times before I found something I wanted. The salesman was Scotty J. He never hovered over us or seemed pushy. They had a Veterans Day sale that included 50 percent off all the normal prices. I didn&'t want to spend almost 3000 dollars without looking around at other stores. I went across the street to another store that carried Ashley furniture. I was so annoyed with the salesman and his pushy attitude. I told him I seen something I wanted at Ashley and he told me he could beat the price. Turns out 20 minutes later he kept telling me I was wrong that the furniture was no way 50 percent off at Ashley. As you can assume I left and went right back to Ashley. Point of my review is simple, don&'t try to get Ashley furniture anywhere else because Ashley is going to have a better price. Also if you find it somewhere else cheaper I bet Ashley will be able to beat it. We decided to drive down to Colton that night to get out furniture. It was quick and easy. They loaded it for us and we had to tie it down.

BUYERS BEWARE. Ashley's has probably have the worst customer service after you have paid for your purchase. If you are going to be ordering any furniture from them make sure you are 100% sure that is the furniture you want, measurements and everything, as they do not allow exchanges or returns. If you notice that the furniture you bought isn't looking right whether it is the size or the look you better make sure that you do not purchase from them. Because there are no 7 days, 30 days or etc. return or exchange. Once it is in your home and the truck has left, you are stuck with that furniture. It is also in your best interest if you are still going to buy from them to do your research online. You will be able to see the huge difference in prices on what they are quoting you in store compared to their online catalog. Use this as leverage to receive a proper quote. Overall the experience at Ashley's were only good when they are trying to sell you their furniture but after you have signed and paid. After that the experience takes a sharp dive, which for a company as large as they are is very disappointing.

Purchased a recliner there. Pros: Terrific merchandise, great salesman (Pogi), totally professional company, from sales to financing to delivery. Cons: They're pricey (my recliner was 1,200 out the door, including delivery/setup charge and 5-year warranty).
If I could give this product and this store a zero I would. I bought the Bantori bed less than six months ago from the Ashley store in Montclair. When it was delivered it had a crack in it. I went to the store to discuss what was to be done about the crack and they said they would send someone to check it out. Someone came to evaluate it and no one ever came back...not even a call to discuss options. Needless to say after numerous calls from me to the store and to the corporate office 5 1/2 months after buying the bed nothing has been done and now the crack is getting larger. BUYER BEWARE. If there are any attorneys out there that handle these types of ripoffs Please leave me a message. I'm so tired of paying outrageous prices for substandard quality. Is no one held accountable for the quality of their work anymore?!?!

I ordered a kids bed in September. They said the bed would be ready for pickup in October but it never arrived and they never notified me. The manager At the Victorville store was unhelpful and wanted us to pay 160 more dollars for another bed because they couldn’t deliver the original bed I ordered.. The stores customer service has really gone down hill.

If I could rate store a zero, I would, it's what it deserves. I went in store and placed my order on a Thursday at 2:30 pm. Only made the purchase because I was promised Sunday delivery. If it was made clear to me that wasn't possible, I would have made arrangements to pick the furniture from the warehouse myself. Living Spaces offers same day delivery. I find it ridiculous that this company can not provide delivery 3 days later, and they charge way more than living spaces. Living spaces charges $99 for smae day delivery during the week. Ashely charges $179. For delivery 4 days later. I should have driven down the hill to Living Spaces. Definitely do not apply being lied to.
I&'ve furnished 4 rooms of my house from this store over the last 2 years. Each time I&'ve walked into the store wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and flip flops. Today, looking to furnish a 5th room of my home, I wore the same.This trip was different. Instead of being greeted by the greeter at the door, I was left to roam. No biggie, I like to see what&'s available before pairing down my selections. As I was taking in what is on the showroom floor, the manager stopped and greeted me and told me if I needed help to go get help. In retrospect, this should have been a red flag.See, each time I&'ve been in the store, there&'s always been a sales associate that sees me looking at the products as well as the perplexed look on my face. And each time, that sales associate makes a substantial furniture sale in less than an hour and I&'ve done this 3 times in the last 2 years - I&'ve spent roughly $10,000 in the last 2 years at this place.Today was an exception - perhaps it was because I did not have mammory glands or a family in tow, or maybe it was just a guy in a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops that was just unappealing as a potential sale. What else could it be to prevent a gaggle of men standing in a circle from getting out of their comfort zone?On Ashley&'s website, the store encourages you to make an appointment yet the store doesn&'t require an appointment. Given today&'s experience, it seems clear appointments are now the store&'s preferred choice for doing business - if you walk in off the street then you will now be ignored by the sales staff, which is a pitty considering the way I shop.Ashley Furniture, and the Manager of this store especially, need to take note of how they treat their customers. In one full swoop they managed to significantly diminish the relationship and sales value this repeat customer has brought to this store. If this is the treatment going forward, then it seems I no longer have an incentive to visit this store. A note to Ashley Furniture Inc., if this method of treating customers is your expectation going forward, then I&'ll have no choice but to find a competing vendor that will treat me like a customer they want.

I purchased a bar table and bar stools 10 months ago. About 8 months ago, one of the bar stools broke while under warranty. I have been told over those eight months that the replacement was on the way by seven different people, including the manager of the store. I have still not received my replacement. I would advice consumers to find another store to buy from.

Ashley's furniture sales should come with a warning. . "do not buy the damage insurance". The furniture itself is very nice and the salespeople are professional. I wasted over $100 on this insurance when I purchased our entertainment center. The insurance is supposed to cover 5 years of use. When an accident happened within this time period causing a gouge, the insurance company would not fix it. I recently purchased a mattress set there and I am happy with it, but for my next furniture purchase I will probably shop elsewhere.
First we are military and I received a call asking me to meet them at the gate in order to get our furniture delivered and one of the first things I asked at the store was if they were able to deliver on base without any hassle and was told yes. That was clearly a lie. Out of the 13 pieces we ordered, 9 were returned due to damage. And they aren't able to redeliver for another week. So we paid almost $5000 for furniture we don't have unless we want it damaged.

We've had our Ashley electric couches for over 8 years and they are just now showing their age. I really don't like to go to places that make me feel like a gazelle. We walked in on a Saturday and we were instantly greeted by Manny (photo in review) he was not pushy at all. We explained what we wanted and took us to some great choices. We walked around, joked and hung out on some comfy furniture. Don't get me wrong there was a gentleman that played all the sales tricks (we have an extensive background in sales). Don't let one person deter you from going to see Manny! We didn't! And we are looking forward to our purchase!

I had an amazing shopping experience here. My mans Robert K. and Nathan were great. I'm a first time buyer of any kind of furniture so I wasn't sure what I was getting into. I knew what I wanted and Robert helped me find exactly what I needed. Nathan made sure I was well taken care of as well. I know salesmen can be a bit aggressive at times when it comes to a sale, but these guys were very chill and understanding to what it was I was looking for. Almost like shopping with a friend. Crazy!

I have bought furniture at Ashleys before and I have never been this disappointed. I will have to say I will never shop here again. Do not buy a mattress from this place they do not offer any exchanges or a sleep guarantee and good luck trying to contact anyone at the store no one answers.
If you ever buy anything from Ashley stores make sure its exactly what you want because once they deliver it they will not accept returns or if its neing delivered just deny the delivery because once its delivered toye stuck with it we tried to return a couch they wont take it back! BE WARNED!

Nightmare.... Paid for delivery and set up... what a laugh! It was delivered and put in the middle of the room. After they left when we were setting up we discovered the broken coffee table. Called customer care and they are a bigger joke, they are sending out a part to fix it... WTH... We paid for NEW not for damaged merchandise.... So now we have to wait 7 to 10 business days for the part before they will even send out a service technician... they won't even schedule a date for the technician until after the part comes... God only knows how far out that will be.... this is ridiculous.

Okay this place is a joke. I told myself before that I wouldn't go back and I didn't listen! Always come with the promises but fail to deliver on them. Ordered three full rooms of furniture and delivery day comes and one of the rugs was wet and had a foul odor. We took it immediately back to the store where we were told that they will reorder another one and it will be direct ship to us. Two weeks go by and still no rug. We go in and guess what? They never ordered it!! As the worker Miguel says "that's my bad" and then says he reordered it for delivery yesterday and I took the day off and guess what? No rug!! I have been in contact with the best salesman Marty(the only positive thing out of this experience) and he has been trying to find out what is going on. So today sitting here waiting on my rug on a Saturday of a holiday weekend then to be told they don't know when it's coming!! Smh I will never use this place again!! I advise anyone if your gonna buy furniture expect problems and delays! This place should be ashamed!!

They have no compassion whatsoever for the customer you pay cash they get their money and they don't care after that you have problems with your furniture they don't fix it they run you around in circles they play Nothing But games cost you lots of time time that people don't have in life. Don't purchase anything from Ashley Furniture you will have nothing but problems very poor quality Furniture junk. Call customer service they hang up on you they know your phone number they hang up on you. Don't want to face the issues. Talk to you like you're nothing nobody. But they'll sure take your money. And send you the garbage. Everyone I've talked to from Ashley has lied to me. Tell me they're going to do one thing and don't do it at all at a manager say he was going to call me and it's been 2 months and I haven't heard a word. Scotty was the first person that welcomed me in the store with a smile on his face. He welcomed me in with a positive approach and attitude and explain the stir layout and sales. Lived in the desert for 5 years and never once came in here. I finally needed new furniture and stopped in here. Customer service was really great. The deals were crazy good at the time. Nathan helped with all the paper work and was able to help get the furniture shipped to us in 4 days.

The warranty is terrible. I have called a ton of times being disconnected or hung up on during half of them. Then when I do get through, they tell me I will receive a call back about my warranty issue, yet I never do. I've had this furniture for 2 months and it's falling apart. I have no kids, so them trying to tell me someone is mistreating it doesn't make sense. They try to use any excuse and avoid helojg you at all when it comes to fixing issues.
So we were in the market for our new furniture and we could not have had a better experience. Store manager Lino and sales rep Elias did a phenomenal job taking care of us. We came in to shop for a new furniture set and could not have picked a better location. We got such an amazing deal on a living room set that we also bought our dining room set as well. Thanks to the genuine hospitality we received we were thrilled to have brought our business here. The leadership here is apparent in the team and the results show. Well, bought a Cal King Sealy Mattress $1500.00 out the door including $150.00 delivery charge I think that's how much it was anyway, removing the old mattress and box was part of the deal. Needless to say the delivery guys took off after they layed the mattress onto the bed frame without taking my old mattress and box with them. It was notes next to a 🌟 on my paperwork says Ashley's on Amargosa on Victorville, CA when I called to complain immediately after realizing the driver forgot it. So I've called customer service and they said to call dispatch and they said to call the home store, back and forth for two weeks everyone is telling me someone's coming no one does. And when someone does due to a defective box springs that I had them replace this driver wouldn't take my old mattress and box other. This just happened today August 1st 2019. They originally delivered the new mattress on July 19 2019 so for almost two weeks the old ugly box springs and mattress had been Leaning on the side of my house waiting for anyone to pick it up. To no avail I'm still waiting. So the home store salesman X2 different guys the secretary spoke with about the matter today while I was waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes are hard up to please the company instead of the customer because they offered me a $100.00 store credit for my inconvenience. I asked to be refunded the delivery charge since it was half azz honored. The secretary spoke with two different people twice trying to reason with them about refunding me but they wouldn't budge. I need the money to pay someone to do their job and remove and dispose of the old mattres and box springs. They didn't care about me the customer they just cared about the company. What ever happened to customer service it no longer exists.😒
Terrible service. You dont get the deals that are promoted. They offer BOGO and dont add it to your purchase. Called and told them they didnt give the promotion they promised, which was buy one dish set get another free. They sent another dish set out after I called and charged over 200. The plates were chipped on the bottom after delivering. Didnt bother to call back because their customer service is trash.
We were so happy to give our business here. We are first time home buyers and when we visited the store we were still in the middle of escrow. We picked out a few things for our new home but couldn't purchase them just yet. The sales associate Anthony was very helpful and continued to be in contact with us throughout the few weeks it took for us to close escrow and come in to purchase our items. The manager was even gracious enough to give us the sale price that was going on when we first came in, even though the sale had ended when we were ready to buy. Delivery was great and efficient as well. Overall , we were very pleased with everything Ashelys could do for us with furnishing our new home.

I would give 0 rating if possible. I have bought from Ashley three times including a bedroom set. I was disappointed 2 out of 3 times. The first time was promised deliveries that were not kept. This most recent time was over $700 worth of chairs and a chest of drawers I had ordered. I was told when purchased over 3 weeks ago that I could call the warehouse July 29th for a time to pick up my purchase. When I called, the Lady at the warehouse in Colton CA, she said she only had an order for the chest of drawers. She transferred me to the Victorville CA store and after about 15 min. the Lady I was speaking to said she found the order but the 2 chairs had " Been Removed". I asked her, " Who removed them", she said she didn't know, but they didn't make them anymore and that they were discontinued. I told her that it was a pretty lousy way to do business, to change someone's order without any notification whatsoever. She was not concerned in the least. She said I could still pick up the drawers. I told her she could keep the drawers and I would be in for a refund. I will never buy anything from Ashley in the future and I want to caution everyone, to BE AWARE of Ashley, their customer service SUCKS.

Had a great experience at Ashley’s furniture yesterday thanks to Pogo and Nate. I went in to check out their outdoor patio sets that are typically out of my price league but still wanted to admire and possibly find something within my budget. Pogo took his time to explain the differences between the quality of the two sets I was indecisive about and the big sale going on that I did not notice because I was too busy admiring the furniture. I ended up really loving one of the sets but did convey my budget constraints. Between him and Nate they made it happen for me and I left out with what I really wanted and at the price I needed. So appreciative of them both for their time and assistance.

The sales experience was incredible but after they get your credit card they leave you high and dry. Poor quality, problems with delivery, hours on the phone trying to get information . Two weeks later I want to cancel what is remaining on my order because I don't want to do business with this company anymore. But they make you come into the store to do it. There was a problem with the cancellation and I waited 20 minutes to speak with a manager... I'm beyond frustrated right now. If you value your time and want to be treated right DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY! Just want to provide an update. It is now 48 hours later and the order is still not canceled, no call from the store or corporate... I knew I shouldn't have left without resolution.

We will be coming to this store from now on. Edit: After a year or two, the chairs to my dining table bended and were no longer usable. The dining table, and coffee table were decent. The sofas were overpriced for their quality. The rug didn’t last long. Overall, the price was not worth the quality.

This has been the worst purchase I have made. I needed new couches and decided to go to Ashley’s in Victorville because I thought I was getting a good “deal”. I purchased some leather couches back in May and when they were delivered they were set up in my house in a way I could not have inspected them. When we moved them around to see how they would look in a different spot, they had scratches in different spots along the back and a huge tear on one corner. They even forgot to put a leg on one piece. I did not want any of their furniture but I was literally forced to buy from them because they would not accept a return. I had to do an even exchange. I ended up getting a dresser which came with one of the drawer holders broken. Since we had to deal with defective couches, the manager Julio told us we would be getting a $400 credit and I never saw that. When we message the sales representative he doesn’t even answer us. This will be my first and last purchase from Ashley’s. I also ended up paying double the price for everything because I did not notice their online prices are so much cheaper and they will not price match unless you pay cash. I would definitely not recommend anybody from purchasing furniture at Ashley’s homestore.

+1st star for nice furniture+2nd star for fast delivery -3rd star not explaining there is a no return policy, any company who truly cares about customer satisfaction in which whom carry a "no return policy" should mention this. -4th star when I called the lady who explained could care less of my concern and didn't introduce herself, she just said "you've been transferred to the victorville store " -5th star the drawers on the night stand had malfunction with the railing. I mentioned this to the lady and she just said she'd have her tech team call when the order is finalized. Furniture is nice so that's one good thing but customer service after purchase is very poor, seems like once they get a sale they could care less if your not happy with the whole process. Waiting on a solution so this rating may change.
Well I most certainly will tell you waited 2 months. Many phone calls for our missing furniture with no courtesy to call us and say at least sorry for Ashley Furniture for taking hundreds dollars on bedroom furniture set and it was never delivered. Many phone calls and no response back except for to say we will forward this to get you a refund for your missing Furniture it somehow was out of stock and it never came in and we can't replace it or never taken care of the issue keeping our money for months had to drive 45 minutes to the store 45 minutes back to get finally make the office give us a refund for item that they've held onto a money all this time and still nobody say I'm sorry what we did or let me give you a gift card or something for so many months of being with your money with no refund or no courtesy calls or no excuses but I would not go back to the store not buy any more furniture from there with this kind of service

Then they decided that since we were getting a king bed they'd count the two twin box springs for the foundation as two pieces as well as the two bed rails. They shouldn't be allowed to do that, those should ALWAYS be sold as a SET and ALWAYS count as ONE. They robbed us of the dresser and changed the set so that we'd be getting less pieces but they could still count it up to 14. Complete BS. On top of that, the low dresser is scratched, the bed frame is chipped, and the quilt set that came with the bed won't be here for over a week. Not even worth sending anything back because they'll make me pay a return pickup fee. Screw that. Will not EVER buy furniture from Ashley again. A bunch of commission-hungry con artists. UPDATE 7/11/19 The quilt arrived a week later than the rest of the items and, not surprisingly, it's the wrong one. I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. Ever. They can't even send the right QUILT. What a load of crap.

I'm 18 years old and as a full-time, junior-level university student, I don't have money like that to be spending everywhere so I shopped around for a very long time thinking that I was making the right choice by purchasing with Ashley. . I was wrong. I was assured multiple times by the sales rep Alfredo that the mattress/box spring combo would not be too tall for the frame. When it came, it looked abnormally tall and the delivery people told me I would need to call customer service because they couldn't do anything about it. On top of that, the bed came (what it looked like) USED. There was a huge ding on the headboard, dirt everywhere and handprints that the service technician couldn't even take out. I came in today to see what could be done because since June 7th, I have been on countless calls with the store, customer service and Ashley service technicians. For over $700, you would think that I would get a new-looking bed and the right foundation for the frame. I was told by corporate that I would need to go into the store and they would exchange the foundation for a lower foundation because they could see in the pictures that their service technicians took that it was in fact, too tall. I was told that the old foundation would be picked up and the new lower profile foundation would be delivered. In the beginning of my trip to the store today Alfredo seemed to be helpful, he spoke to his manager to see what they could do. They wanted me to purchase a whole new box-spring. I didn't think that was right because I was assured BEFORE purchasing that this was the right fit for my bed. All I wanted is the right box-spring for the bed I purchased. You can't even see the headboard with pillows on top. Alfredo then told me that if I was able to get someone from corporate on the phone, that his manager would be able to return it for me and get me the right sized one. After weeks of back and forth calls with Ashley because of the damaged bed and the boxspring, I was not going to leave without making the call and trying to figure things out now. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes and as I was explaining my situation maturely and nicely to Claudia from Customer Service, she hung up. I called and then proceed to stay on hold for another 10 minutes before a really nice lady answered and tried to help me with my situation. She said it was up to the store ultimately but that she was going to get ahold of the manager with an email and to wait for that to come. I asked someone in the front for Alfredo and he magically was nowhere to be found. All I wanted to do was ask to speak to whomever he was speaking to because I wasn't given the opportunity to speak to a manager. That's when the really nice sales manager came by and asked me if I needed help because Alfredo was not coming after hearing him being paged multiple times. When I was explaining my situation, I admit I did get a little frustrated and cried in the process. I had been in the store for more than an hour at this point with no one actually trying to help me and sitting there on the phone (on hold) with corporate. He tried to get things sorted out but ultimately, they were still going to charge me for a new box-spring, a delivery fee, and a recycling fee. This is completely unfair since I bought the bed with the assurance from Alfredo that it was going to be the right fit, I was not given other options when it came to the foundation. The sales manager that helped me seemed to be the only person who was sympathetic about my horrible customer service situation that has been going on for a few weeks so thank you for that and thank you for trying to help me. Something that could have taken 15 minutes at most was now taking more than an hour with no end in sight. All I want is the right sized foundation for the bed I purchased. This was my first furniture purchase, I worked hard to earn that money. After thanking the lady in the back who was attempting to help me but essentially just saying the same thing Alfredo was saying, I ended up leaving because I was wasting my time. During the whole time the sales manager was trying to help me, everyone was looking for Alfredo and no one could find him, I find it very unprofessional of him to just leave in the middle of a situation like this. The least he could have done was said something before leaving. It was not my fault that the foundation was too tall, I trusted my sales rep Alfredo to give me the right set for my frame. Why would I pay for another foundation when I should have received the correct one the first time around? I am deeply saddened by their service. . . or better yet, lack thereof.

This establishment is a joke no one here takes their job seriously starting with the so called manager Lino. Have been waiting 5 months for my sofa bed to be repaired and a refund to be issued and have yet to see any action taken from their part. They have been given me the run around for 5 month to finally tell me that they can't do anything and I have to go through the manufacturer insurance. I mean really!! This place is so quick to take your money but when it comes down to taking care of the customer their rude and and careless. Never again will I buy from this place!!

Had a great experience. Walked into Ashley and was immediately greeted by several employees. Juan B was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to decipher my explanation of the sofa and table I was looking for. Once I had decided on everything Juan went and got his manager to take care of the pricing. I was able to take advantage of the Fourth of July sale and the manager hooked me up with some great deals. I was really happy with the pricing, service, and professionalism.

We had a great salesperson named Mica who helped us pick out a great power sofa and loveseat . She was very patient with us and didn't try to push anything on us . All in all it was a great shopping experience and we would shop there again and use Mica for our sales person .
The store was excellent, the staff was friendly. The nightmare I'm having now is getting my furniture delivered. The first attempt my wife had to work but left her work number with the service desk because she litterally works 2 minutes from our house. They never called and my wife ran home to get lunch and saw them driving away. She called and they informed her they would be back after the next stop. She was out in the back yard and she missed them again. At this part we were slightly upset but we took the blame because we were not there when we said we would be. The next attempt my wife took off the day from work to ensure she would be here the entire time block. They delivered our bed frame with no hardware. They told my wife they would be back tomorrow with the hardware. Once again we said hey mistakes happen its not a big deal. After 48 hours we didn't hear anything so my wife called customer service, not only was there no remarks on our account they didn't know we didn't have the hardware we needed and proceeded to order it for us. She was informed it could take up to 3 additional weeks. We have already been sleeping on the floor for over a month now waiting for our bed frame. When its all said and done it will be a week short of two months waiting for a bedframe. Over four hours on the phone with customer service, with well im sorry. I know i might be an outlier case, but i will never purchase from Ashley again. Update: i talked to the manager of the local store and they also had no idea i was fighting this for a month and doesn't even know what parts I'm missing. Plus they don't have a return policy so since they left the bed here I'm stuck with pieces of a bed that's missing all its hardware. I cannot express enough how i will never do business with them again.
I bought my bedroom place here at Ashley's, it was a little expensive but worth every penny ( I so deserved it!! )

My husband and I walked in at 7pm last night. We had just come from another furniture store that had highly disappointed us. Management was not working with our budget and didn't seem to care we were ready to buy. We had our heart set on a living room set, but left disappointed and decided to check out Ashley furniture. As soon as we walked in to Ashley, Manny greeted us with a smile and told us to find him when we were ready. He was not pushy at all. We told him what we wanted and he took us to the exact same set we saw in the other store! To our surprise, it was even cheaper!!! An entire 14 piece reclining living room set for under 1000$. We were so shocked! We picked out each individual piece, and Nathan came to help us finish the deal. He mentioned buying another set and after seeing the deals they have, we also purchased a beautiful dining room set! Nathan and Manny worked with our budget and made it worth our while!!! If you decide to try out Ashley furniture, they have amazing prices and wonderful customer service. Manny is your go to guy!!! Unfortunately, it is not same day delivery, but worth the wait for the outstanding customer service and hospitality! We will be returning for all our furniture needs in the future! Had great sales for Memorial holiday but was in the store for about 30 minutes and not one staff member greeted us or asked if we needed help. I had returned to purchase a living room set. The store wasn't busy at all so didn't understand how the service could be so different from two days prior. Had to give my business to a competitor. Two days prior the staff was much better and friendlier and the store was very busy. What a difference a day makes.

Pogos Pogi was a great sales person. He showed me what I wanted to see. He wasn’t a pushy sales person like other stores, where I would walk out. He let me know about the holiday sale. I appreciated getting a different ethnicity for a sales person, similar to where my heritage comes from.
I'd recently purchased a beautiful sofa recliner from Ashley. Great experience and product. Berenice was my salesgirl. This being memorial weekend I figured they'd have great sales and I wanted to purchase the matching chair recliner. I only paid $1100 for the sofa, it was half price. The salesmam I got today wanted to sell me just the chair for $1300!! I'd seen it online for normal $999, on sale for$799. How could he charge so much. He needed to pad his commission I guess. Needless to say we walked away. Ridiculous!!!
Do not buy from this store! They literally have a worthless poor example of a manager (Julio)! Was going to purchase a bunk bed which was signed as clearance. The sign clearly said it was sold as a complete set. We asked, both times that we went over there, if the mattress and bed sheets were included and were told twice that EVERYTHING was included! Then we went to pick up the bunk bed the next day and they made us wait a whole hour because they didn't have it ready when they knew we were going to pick it up, and it was still on the sales floor not even marked at sold! Then on top of the wait they were only trying to send us home with just the frame! So we went in there to talk to the manager and he said no the sign said bunk only! Even the salesman that helped us read what is said to him and said he reassured with the other manager that it was all included, but instead he wanted to us to purchase another mattress and was being extremely rude and unprofessional! He obviously does not care about customer satisfaction, but only sales! We canceled our purchase which was over 2k worth of furniture because of the unsatisfactory customer service we received from the "STORE MANAGER!!!"

I saved myself $4,000 on the adjustable bed they have for $7.500, by purchasing from HOME STOP FURNISHINGS in Hesperia off Main St. One can visit Ashleys show room, write down skew numbers and any other furniture stores will have that item at $100s LESS!
Ashley furniture has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only can I not return a piece of crap mattress that I was told I could return upon delivery if I wasnt satisfied (I purchased on the salesmans word that it was similar to one on the floor and I could return it), I was delivered and set up a bunk bed set that had a split piece of wood, along with dents and scratches in the "new" bed. I have purchased more than one from this store, and have finally learned my lesson and I will never purchase from this company again. I am stuck with a mattress, out $ and waiting for the repairs to my new bed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ANY ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE!!!!!!! The salespersons, managers and "corporate" staff ARE LIARS and dont care about thier customers, they just want a quick buck knowing they sell crap furniture!

Absolutely the worse! We purchased our first home in December of 2018 and decided to invest in new furniture. I thought going to Ashley would be a good idea since they do have a great selection. We purchased furniture for 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. We also purchased the insurance for all of the items. Good idea? Well our furniture was delivered in parts I was okay with that. Then they moved our delivery for or living room from 2 weeks to 6. The experience at the store was amazing. It all went down hill when our mattress started sinking in the center, our dining chairs started getting flat and the padding started bunching up to the back. I called customer service for the warranty and they just give you the runaround and keep putting you on hold. They finally sent a technician to check out the furniture. The technician told me that they would fix the issue by swapping the mattress and fixing the chairs. Not!!! No one ever called me! When I called again they informed me that in fact the mattress was sinking according to the technicians report but not enough to get it replaced. A technician had to come for the same issue 6 different times before they actually did anything. The worst experience ever! I would of been better off going to living spaces like I usually do.
I have always avoided furniture stores. They seem like they are so overpriced. I had been looking at couches on Amazon and Overstock and decided that before I order something online I would go into Ashley to see what compares. I was amazed at what I found. Great quality couches at better prices than I had looked at online, and if I buy them there I know for sure what I am getting where couches online could show up and not be comfortable, etc. So I finally talked to the sales rep. You know, it's like a car dealership. You avoid the sales rep at all cost, right? This sales rep's name is Brian Wilson and he was the coolest and most knowledgeable guy. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and guided me to all the features I needed to know about. All I can say is GO TO ASHLEY AND ASK FOR BRIAN WILSON!!

I usually don't write reviews, but. . . . I have had nothing but problems since visiting the store and ordering my furniture. The sales people are nice and friendly, but after that it goes down hill. They made several mistakes on my deliver date that needed to be corrected, my Furniture was delivered incomplete in January 2019 (I paid cash) and I have been trying since then to have my order completed. When you need to call them, make sure you block out 1-2 hours of time spent on hold and being transferred. Next time I will pay more money for higher quality and better customer service.

Just purchased a carrarse sofa from Ashley. We love it. Very well made and priced fairly. Got delivered in only 2 days. Comfortable as can be. Salesgirl was very informative and not pushy at all. Showed us a lot of different options. I'd recommend them to everyone.

She showed us numerous options for a living room set and hands down helped us get the best deal possible. Once we found something I liked she helped with everything down to center pieces and coffee tables she is amazing! Not to mention her taste in living room sets and appliances.

Adrian Ahuero was excellent. I came into this store in the morning with my fiancee looking for a new mattress for my daughter. On my days off from work, I dress like I just got out of bed. My reasons for doing this is to see if I get judged based on my looks and my age. Some places judge and don't offer the great service. Adrian did not judge and was the first one to greet me. He was very patient in showing us the mattresses and helping us narrow down our decision. Never did he seem like he was going through the motions. In the end, we had to bring our daughter after school so she can see which one she likes. So we set up an appointment with Adrian. When I came back, he was again patient while my daughter tried on the mattresses herself. Once she chose one, Adrian was able to set up my mattress pick up on the same day. I went to Colton to pick up the mattress and no problems. Thank you so much Adrian. My daughter said she had the best sleep of her life.

Horrible experience, I purchased a 6 piece sectional and only recieved 5 pieces. Now they are trying to charge me for manual recliner . My sales person was manni and he forgot a scew # and now the store wants to charge me and that’s not the only problem. The sectional is defective material is coming apart stitching doesn’t match and color on 1 recliner is darker. And is being discontinued. The store isn’t returning my calls and they failed to send a person to look at sectional defects. I waited all day Saturday and no show on their end for our appointment. I am so frustrated. I’ve called Corp many times and they say the store manager should help. But of course they are not. Also called about temperpedic mattress a week later after delivery. We’re still waking up with body aches almost 90 days. and now they are changing their story from 90 day to no exchanges. It’s close to my 90 days . I never imagined they would be so bad on customer service and they lie to sell u furniture. I financed 5000 plus gave them 2500 cash. I am very regretful for shopping with them. Idk what to do. Do Not shop there. My purchases should of continued at midway appliance. They have best customer service. I will contact the BBB for complaint on this store

they take and do a good job at upselling. lots of pressure at the right place don't worry about it we have a creditor that will give you $5,000 right now no problem. until you start writing up everything and oh well know they aren't going to do it but we have in store financing. if you want to get ripped off in my opinion. when are furniture was delivered play noticed one little bitty spot of something in the middle of the bed and refused to remove it even though we paid to have everything removed. did anybody offer us any credit for it or even a store credit hell no. I will never shop at that store again

Terrible service, they missed the rails for my bed and they wanted me to wait 24 hours to put a new order and schedule a new delivery most likely I'd get it in two other weeks, had to go the store to fix it and they got me waiting 3 days to get the missing item so I've been sleeping in the floor, unless I wanted to drive to the warehouse in Colton to pick my missing item. The people that built my bedroom set did a terrible job leaving everything on the floor.
Ordering from this company was a despicable mistake. When I made the purchase I scheduled the date of delivery, then confirmed again two days prior delivery date via text. I took the day off because they gave me a 7 hour window of delivery time. Come to find out day of delivery my order fell off their schedule because systematic issues. Online customer service sales refuse delivery nor compensation offered at the expense of lost wages on my behalf due to their technical inefficiencies. Absolutely disgusted with Ashely Furniture's ethics, service, and communications. Refusing to cancel and refund my purchase? After an hour and a half sitting on hold they still have no means of providing a satisfactory solution to me as the customer. Do NOT order from this pathetic 'business'. I will never order here again or recommend anyone else to do so. Engaging in a business partnership and transaction with Ashely Furniture was an ghastly appalling experience.

Because of this, I was unable to confirm my furniture delivery and they kindly (sarcastic) sent me a text message that my scheduled delivery had been canceled. How can I confirm delivery IF YOU DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!
Today I walked into Ashelys in Victorville with my friends who were looking for a couch. Saw they were having the 50% off deal, and ran into Scotty Jacob. Who immediately stopped to help me. Got me approved and helped me pick out everything I wanted, moved tables and pillows around to help me see it all together, gave me his opinion on styles, he was very patient with me and my son and very attentive, he did an overall AMAZING JOB!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought a bedroom set from this store and over a month later they delivered the wrong size bed. I called them and they said they would fix it, two weeks later they showed up with broken bedrails, then, they said I need it to wait another two weeks to have them replace. They did not send me confirmation of date or time for my delivery and when I called they said sorry our next available date is in 2 weeks. Mind you by this time I have been sleeping on the floor for over 2 months and I still have to wait 2 more weeks for the bedrails to arrive. But that is not all, when I called the store to complain the lady pretended she could not hear me and give the phone number for some costumer service line that after putting me on hold for 30mn told me "here is an email address". Only gave a one star because it would not let me give zero. Very poor customer service. I ordered a small table, was told it would be drop shipped in 7 to 10 days. They have rescheduled twice, saying not ready to ship yet. It is now going on 3 weeks and still no delivery. I asked to cancel order and since it has not shipped yet should be no problem. Well long story short, they wont let me cancel, even though the paperwork says cancellation allowed up to 72 hours before shipping. They say wait till delivered and return for credit. How can I do that when they can't deliver it. Very poor business practice it you ask me. I don't recommend anyone buy from them. ***** Update ***** It's now been 1 week since this review, and approximately 1 month since the original order, and no word from Ashley group. No delivery, email, or phone calls. No clue if it's ever going to be delivered or not. Very poor customer service. They do not deliver after purchase, and no communication with the customer. ***** Update ***** Well, finially some progress on this. Since I could not get the Ashley folks to do what they contracted to do, by delivering on the date they contracted to do, and refused to provide an estimated delivery date. I canceled credit card payment. Very strange the day the credit card folks notified Ashley of canceled payment, the table was shipped. Ashley was scheduled to send an email on the day of shipment, which we never received. The table showed up unexpetedly. In closing, it appears Ashley beleives they can take payment and then follow their own rules on delivery and refund. *** Note. The table had minor scratches inside the cabnet bottom, but I'm not even going to call them foe repair/replacement, I don't have the desire to start this process again. Very bad experience with Ashley furniture, I will never go back to them to purchase furniture, my coaches didnt even last me 6 month, we purchased insurance but they also suck, took them 4 months to resolve my claim and then when I wanted different coaches because the ones we got were too cheap they didnt do anything about it, so now we are stuck with these cheap coaches. My sister in law purchased some from Hi desert furniture and hers cost cheaper and have last her way more than mine and she has more kids than me. Also bad customer service. I wouldn’t even give them a star.
We ordered an end table 12/16, due to ship next day..as of today 12/29 it has not shipped and they refused to cancel and return money. This is a horrible practice, they dont return money or deliver merchandise.

Horrible Store. . . . . just because I had to give it a star or else they wouldn't get anything. Bought over $5,000 worth of furniture. The day we went in all the sales men were so nice and helpful, the sales man that help us Carlos Barba was very helpful and said to come back the following week to get $100 store credit and if he wasn't in to ask for the store manager so we went back the following week and Carlos was on vacation and the Store manager wasn't in so we spoke to the Sales Manager, he was very rude and got bothered when we told him what Carlos had told us. The whole time we were there we felt very uncomfortable and him and some other sales man were so unprofessional and very rude. The first delivery we got was on 1/6/19 and part of the bed we ordered was incomplete and another one was broken. So they said that they would come back the following weekend to bring the remaining parts for the bed and the broken part as well. They came again on 1/12/19 and they didn't bring anything Not sure why they even came. . . . . one of the beds is still sitting in my living room because they forgot the tools and board to put the bed together. I have called Ashley Corporate and spoke to numerous people and no one can give a straight answer and I also called the Ashley store in Victorville and am still waiting for a call from Maria and Miguel as they both told me that they would call back to let me know how this issue would be fix. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from here and will never recommend any family or friends. Thanks Ashley!!!
The couch and loveseat I ordered did NOT live the year. Bluntly, if you have bad credit or can't afford better, come here. I take that back. The quality is shit and the customer service, after purchase, is nonexistent. Buy ANYWHERE but here!
The worst customer service ever, I have been waiting two months for a replacement couch that I paid for on the warranty and I can't even get the manager to the phone or even call me. Everyone I have spoken to at Ashley has had poor customer service skills. Miguel, Madeline, Sara have failed to call me back. I paid over $500 for a 5 yr warranty that doesn't work, they keep blaming the warranty company GBS who also suck and GBS blames Ashley leaving me in the middle. I could go on forever but hear this " DONT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY "!!! Managers name who won't call you back is Julio Mejia!
Have purchased several items here, good stuff! Salesman Marty at my last shopping spree was great, very helpful and not pushy, definitely ask for him if you want a good buying experience!
Had a great experience delivery was fast and nice good experience at the store sales person was great shows that they care about their customers.
I should've read the reviews before shopping here. Very bad customer service experience. My husband and I were hoping to get a mattress and were being pressured to buy a 7000.00 tempurpedic bed. When we said no, they were bothered by it. The mattress we choose was supposed to be delivered on December 31 but it wasn't and we were not even told they changed the delivery date. We will NEVER again buy from them.

I have very mixed emotions about my experience at Ashley Furniture. The salesman was accommodating, and helpful. The price for the okay, not great but okay but my problem is with the extremely long wait that I have to endure before I get my couch. (over 30 days) So I really can't evaluate my purchase because I don't have it.
Don't buy from Ashley furniture, that is the best advice I can tell you. Let me share why? In all due fairness, the salesman we had was very professional and helpful, in fact because my wife didn't have very good credit he suggested we start two accounts, one with my name inly since I had good credit and one with my wife's name and me as co signer which we did so we got twice as much furniture by having two accounts. That was all fine and he gave us a special promotional- we start two accounts with no interest for 4 years on each one. We'll, we paid off my account early within 2 years, but we noticed they started charging us interest on my wife's account at the end of the 2 year mark, we complained to the victorville store, they couldn't help us and suggested we call corporate, so we called corporate and they said for us to call the store, back and forth we went, like a Venus Williams tennis match, but to no avail, so we called Synchrony bank and got nowhere, so as consumers we are just supposed to sit there and get screwed by corporate America, in this case Synchrony and Ashley which breached their contract. So I handled it the best way I could by telling them that it's not OK to cheat customers and now they aren't going to get paid on my wife's account at all. Which we already paid half of it anyway. I heard from other customers that this also happened to which leads me to believe that this problem is going on with many customers and nothing legally has been done to stop it--- I think it's time for a class action lawsuit against Ashley and Synchrony, anybody game, they must be taught a lesson and make damn sure thi never happens to anyone again- so in closing, make sure you do not do business at Ashley furniture or with Synchrony bank if you could help it , I'm randal massaro, retired federal law enforcement and state peace officer and I approve this comment
