Friendly, no hassle service!

I am writing this to warn any potential customers: do not be fooled by the showroom floor. Once Ashley Furniture has your money, their "customer service" is non-existent. We purchased a dining table that began peeling almost immediately—clearly a manufacturer defect in the finish. We did the "responsible" thing and filed a claim. A technician was sent out, claimed the issue was "fixed," and within weeks, the paint was peeling even worse than before. Since then, we have been trapped in a relentless loop of incompetence for nearly a year. • The Store Manager (Lino): passed the buck to customer service Miguel, offering no actual resolution or leadership. • The Assistant Manager (Elias): Simply refers us back to the same representatives who have failed us for months. • Customer Service Rep (Miguel): His "solution" is to repeatedly file new claims with the warranty company, Extend. I suggested to my husband that we pay extra for the warranty just to be safe. It was a waste of money. Extend claims the issue is still under Ashley’s initial manufacturer warranty. Ashley claims it’s Extend’s problem. They have played this "he-said, she-said" game for 9 months while my table continues to deteriorate. There is Zero Accountability! Every time we call to speak with a supervisor, we are told "no supervisor is available" but promised a call back. That call never comes. They refuse to provide corporate contact information or any way to escalate this beyond the store level. The most insulting part? We have fully paid off our account. We held up our end of the contract; Ashley has failed to hold up theirs. If you value your money and your time, shop anywhere else. This company sells defective products and hides behind a circular customer service wall to avoid fixing them. Next step is to contact the BBB! We are very disappointed in the way we have so called been taken care of

I had a awesome experience with my purchase in store! I loved my buying experience from this location! I was well informed, any questions were answered professionally! My sales guy was Robert, Manager Miguel & Vincent AWESOME! BUT, my furniture arrived defective from the warehouse! And cooperate needs to do their part! They are working with me in store to get it exchanged.

I bought a 2600$ Sealy #sealymattress 37 days ago, and within 36 hours of getting it delivered ( I wasn’t home when it was delivered), I informed the Ashley customer service representative at the Victorville, California store that the mattress was not the softness of the showroom floor model and wanted to return or exchange. They told me I had to keep it for 30 days for it to settle in and soften up. I have had it 37 days and it’s still the same hard mattress. I have been in touch with Ashley’s corporate many many times, for what has been nothing but completely useless interactions. The local customer service representative Miguel has done nothing but string me along the entire time. He said I had a 10 year warranty from Sealy and was told to call Sealy, the manufacturer, but when I spoke to them, I was told unless you buy the mattress directly from Sealy there is no warranty. Now I am told by both corporate Ashley and some regional supervisor for Ashley named Patrice Saddler, there is nothing they will do for me. I had 2 separate Ashley technicians to my house to check out the issue, they both told me they would recommend an exchange for the mattress because it was far firmer than it should be. A mismanufactured mattress such as I now own, should simply be replaced…. But NO. Ashley won’t do anything about it. This experience I have been is the Absilutely Worst Experience I have ever had as a customer in my entire life. The incompetence of the corporate individuals including, but not limited to, Jendilyn Baunsit, Bianca Dautley and Joanna May Cruz was mind baffling. I would never and will never recommend buying anything from Ashley

We purchased a bedroom set in store. Delivery date was set. 5 different communications came from Ashley about confirming arrival from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Drivers arrived at 8:30 am??? Then, driver said, “One remaining piece will not arrive until later this week (Friday, it was Tuesday).” One of the pieces that arrived had a broken board on the back side. I chose to repair it myself (furniture is made cheaply). Then, I changed my schedule to await Friday’s final piece to arrive…no communication from Ashley after 5 prior forms of communication. I called the local Ashley store where we bought the furniture. The initial call was “dropped” after waiting online several minutes. I called back. This time I spoke to an Ashley customer service rep I could barely understand as it was clear English was his second language. My name is “Craig.” He kept calling me “Sir Craig.” Only after I called did he inform me that the last piece of furniture would not arrive for another two weeks?!?! I have simply stated the facts of my Ashley experience. I will not ever be a customer of theirs again. You decide for yourself if you also want to do business with Ashley based on these facts.

I have never done a review. This is my first one and I must say I am very disappointed. I purchased a king size bed on July 9 2025, and when it was delivered in August 2025 the bed was incomplete two weeks after they brought in the missing pieces which were the rails and the bunker board and footboard when the headboard box was opened. It was damaged with black stains. I was told to call the store to notify them and the delivery staff also notified Ashley’s. Additionally, when I selected my bed, the salesman suggested that I needed a foundation. He showed me a bed that they had on their floorthat was very low to the ground. He said if I didn’t get the foundations, that’s how my bed was going to be. I have lower back issues so of course I did not want a low bed. Turns out I did not need the foundations. The bed already had the Bunkie board and its own foundation built in at a perfect height. The delivery staff put in the foundations and the mattress to show me and my bed was almost at the top of the headboard. After I called to notify my salesman he said that it had gone to the manager Miguel and that I would need to speak with him and that they had put a ticket into Customer Service and that I was going to get notified via email. In November 2025, I went to the store Because I still hadn’t received an email call bo update. I talked to the manager Miguel and he advised me that a ticket was put in to replace my headboard and to return the foundations that I did not need And that I would see your credit on my statement.It is now February 2026 and I have not heard from Ashley’s Furniture And I have not received the credit. A few weeks ago, I called the store and I wasn’t successful reaching anybody. I did call Miguel the manager on his cell and left him a voicemail texted him and no response. I must say I am very disappointed, Frustrated and upset. This is very bad customer service. I am not one to complain and I understand things happen, but we are now in February 2026 and no one has reached out to me. No one has given me an update. I requested to return the foundations that I did not need and get my credit and have my headboard replaced. I I am very frustrated and upset. I will be stopping by the store to get some answers. This is ridiculous.

I made a purchase here on 12/20/25. I was told I would receive a discount if I purchased the protection plan ($500). Ashely’s does price match, so don’t fall for this unless it’s really a piece of furniture that you really want (as I did in this case). I was (mistakenly) charged full price but the associate called to let me know he noticed that and I would receive a partial refund for the discount ten days after delivery. Delivery was fine, although the time frame was from 10am-1pm and they arrived at 830pm. I didn’t receive the discount refund after 2 weeks so reached out to the sales associate who confirmed I will receive a discount. I reached out again over a week later and he told me that the customer service supervisor, Miguel, confirmed I will receive a refund. After more than a week later I called the number listed. You can not get ahold of the store, it will direct you to a call center every time. They told me someone would reach out after up to 2 days later. Heard nothing since almost a week ago, so emailed the email listed in some of the replies here. Heard nothing from that. Reached out again this morning to cancel my protection package since I’m clearly not going to receive the refund I’m owed, call center had to create another case which claims again I will hear back within 2 business days. I highly doubt that. But if you’re reading this the case numbers are 10860355 & 10868037. I will just need to walk into the store and address this at customer service when I have time. Ashley’s as a corporation does not care about their customer service, that’s clear. I don’t think this is necessarily the sales associate fault but he definitely did not help to make sure to fulfill his end of the deal. I would not suggest shopping here, as many places sell Ashley’s furniture. Hi-Desert Furniture is just down the street have they have great,” customer service.

I had an amazing experience. My Home Furnishing Specialist was Robert Keltner and he was a true professional! Robert listened to me as I explained what I wanted and he helped me find selections that were within my budget!!! I am very satisfied with his level of customer care and Ashley Victorville is my new store of choice!!! No more Mathis Brothers. I wasn't told at the store that my furniture is on back order which is supposed to be delivered on the 11th of February. I've called twice and it led me to random customer service individuals that claim they have put in a ticket for someone from the actual store to call me and no one has yet. It's been over a week since both calls have been made. I am thoroughly frustrated with this and I will not be returning.

NEVER AGAIN!! I should have known better from the 1st time and I still got sweet talked the 2nd time. Giving everyone that is thinking of buying from Ashley Furniture advice save yourself the headaches and trouble! Don't buy anything from them!! Sales lady Cassandra literally lied to my face to get the sale and it wasn't a small sale I'm talking 10,000sale She told me tempur-pedic mattress had a satisfaction guarantee 💯 so I believe it. I was only told we had to keep longer than 30days if we changed our mind but before 90days. Which that is a lie!!!! I've been through phone calls and emails , seeing if they approve first the return trying to get this concrete mattress back and all so they can say that I can only exchange for same one value so in other words you stuck with the bang mattress,u hate but they made their great sale and keep all your money. They don't care about your comfort! They only care about sales to the point they will lie to you. Why can't there still be honest business this company are lieing snakes! I went in two different times before making this purchase because of situation I had the first time with them. They make u buy warranty and mattress covers and when you need to file a claim they tell you only mattress box spring is covered! Like really how do you people sleep at night knowing you lie and cheat people from their hard working money! I have already told my family and friends about their type of business they do. I even asked sales lady Cassandra if mattress satisfaction was through them directly in store or 3rd party that was a lie too. And I told her and sales manager Lino my bad experience 1st time and they sat there and promised it wouldn't happen again and to give them a chance. Know I see why sales manager Lino told me when I went in store for this issue that she was his #1 seller. Yeah cheating people with lies and withholding information like the fine print they will tell you is in the contract. I told them I will be calling corporate and they said they will tell you something. So a big furniture company like Ashley will rather receive reviews like these cause I can see mine is not the first and very unhappy customers then to make things right by the customer and be in good standings.But noooo they want you to keep your mattress that is very uncomfortable and they keep your full credit line that was already paid to them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE..... go anywhere but here please

Bought a couch and s loveseat recently at Ashley furniture in Victorville. Walked into the store and was met by a salesman, a very nice man and he was not pushy as many of them tend to be. Had a wonderful sales experience and got a very fair price on a beautiful set and I’m very satisfied. .

Terrible service, went to find a recliner on discount after i bought it i was told i’m not able to take it home as they were doing inventory and it should be available anytime on Thursday, i went to pick it up on 2 days later on Thursday i was told they don’t have a warehouse person to release it, went to talk to the person at the back and was told they were doing inventory ,again mixed up answers, waiting for my refund because that sounds very sketchy, terrible sales team, wont care abt anything just your payment. The chair is literally sitting there for ages and after i paid for it, they’re not allowed to ship it or hand it over to me Update: 2/1 one of the managers called me from the store, was very rude and disrespectful, doesn’t know anything and told me that the recliner was ready for pickup, when i told him that i was done with them 2 weeks ago after their chaos and miss communication or let’s call it absolute laziness, he hung up in my face, gave bo details about what was done with my order or wether i got a refund, i have absolutely no clue how this guy was hired or how he’s even a manager.

Bill *William* made our shopping experience very smooth. We planned to just look but Bill was not pushy which made us just make the decision to purchase. Very glad we stopped in and will have a new dining room table. Thank you!

I liked all aspects of this transaction. My sales rep Marty was patient with me and found the prefect recliners to meet my requirements and match my budget. The price was outstanding for a pair of high quality powered recliners, with a durable leather-like covering. I scheduled a pickup at the Colton warehouse the same day that went very well. The staff was quick and very courteous, and I wish I got the name of the young guy that assisted me, because he was outstanding and earned a mention. I will definitely do more business with Ashley because this transaction was excellent in every way!

The sales person was great. The store looked amazing. Once we placed our order in store, we realized when we got home all items were 500$ cheaper online. Went back the next day in store to get a refund, the guy at the counter did not give one care and said the only person that can do refunds here is only here on Thursdays. I couldn't make it back on Thursday so I call their "customer support line." Lots of support there... not. Each call they put you on a hold and say we are contacting the refund department then get back on the line and say the same thing. " i couldn't get ahold of them because they are busy with calls." They will call you in up to four days. I am on day 3 and no call. Doubt I will get any help tomorrow either....terrible customer service. I will get my money back and take my business elsewhere. Also will never buy with Ashley again.

Extremely disappointed. Purchased furniture on a Friday and was told I can pick it up Sunday. Organized for help with a truck, drove all the way to the store to pick up the furniture only to be told that no one in the building has access to the back (Over 15 employees sitting there with no keys). Have you ever heard of a front door? They should deliver this to my house now for making me waste my time. There are plenty of other furniture stores around Victorville, save your time and money and go where they value customer service.

Very disappointed with Ashley Store. I should have known better after my husband bought a full house of furniture from them years ago. Unfortunately, I decided to go back with my daughter to purchase her bedroom set, and the entire experience turned into nothing but headaches and disappointment. I made the purchase on a Monday and was promised Saturday delivery. By Thursday, I received a call saying they could no longer deliver Saturday and pushed it to Wednesday of the following week. This was extremely frustrating because I had already gotten rid of my old furniture in preparation for the Saturday delivery. I called customer service, got nowhere, and went back to the store to speak directly with the salesman. He assured me the delivery would be put back on Saturday. Saturday morning, I get another call saying delivery is now scheduled for Sunday instead. Once again, the date changed. I had already scheduled people to help set up the furniture on Saturday, so I had to cancel them. Then at 4 PM on Saturday, I receive a call from the driver saying he’s 20 minutes away with my furniture. By that point, I had already canceled my help and rearranged everything due to their constant changes. When the furniture was finally set up the next day, I realized the mattress was not what I asked for. I specifically tried and requested one of the mattresses that vibrates and adjusts up and down. Instead, I received a basic mattress. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager (the original salesperson was not there). He told me those features require a motorized base, which I was never informed about. His solution was to offer me a “discount” to purchase the motorized base for $1,200, after I had already paid over $900 for a basic mattress. Then another salesperson told me that no mattress works like that on its own, which proves my point—how was I supposed to know that if no one explained it to me? If a customer is trying out a mattress with features, a professional salesperson has the responsibility to explain how it works instead of letting the customer assume. To make matters worse, they then told me that even if I wanted the motorized base, it wouldn’t work with the bed set I purchased because it requires a specialized base. So why was I being offered it at a discount in the first place? Once they have your money, they clearly don’t care. Their so-called customer service is nothing more than words on a wall. Buyer beware.

I like the way Robert showed each product we were interested in ,including the prices that varied from medium to higher price and comfort for my granddaughter bed we were purchasing. I will look for him again.

He is very knowledgeable and professional and my order was done very quickly. I had my 5 year old twins and dreaded having to go into the store with them (they are a handful). But Michael had no problem having them there interrupting us while we were figuring out the couch that worked for me. Ashley's is lucky to have someone represent them the way he does.

My family had a horrible experience here. The sales lady was willing to lie to get the sale!! We were shopping for a chair for my father in law who is undergoing treatment for cancer. We wanted a chair right away. We found the chair we wanted but was told it would be delivered on the 10th. We told her that was too long to wait and we would have to go elsewhere if they couldn't do sooner. She said they could deliver the day after Thanksgiving so we decided to get it. We then got a notification on Thanksgiving that chair would be delivered on the 10th. Even after calling customer service we were told that was the soonest they could deliver. This has been such an upsetting experience. I can't believe someone would tell such a blatant lie just to get the sales up.

We experienced a real nice experience at the store while we're buying the bed. The delivery people were in too much of a rush and grab one of the stair rails and broke it when they installed the bed while they're taking it upstairs. So far nothing has been done from the Ashley store to repair this damage done by the delivery people.

I purchased a couch for over $2000 and one of the chairs are defective, the delivery driver saw that something was wrong but did nothing, now I've been waiting for it to be fixed for days, after 8 calls all I can do is wait. You make your own decision if you really want to purchase something from Ashley's.

From start to finish this was the most professional and easy furniture purchase ever! Salesman Michael Jackson was easy to work with, and went beyond the call of duty. In the future, if I need home goods, I will seek him out. I would also like to mention delivery. I was kept up to date about time frames and when my purchases would be delivered. I am not one to normally write product reviews, but feel this quality experience should be shared.

Quick and easy

Usually when we go furniture shopping, we go around to other furniture stores to compare and end up at Ashley’s to buy. This time I just went straight to Ashley’s instead of wasting my time at other place I know I won’t buy from. They have a great selection with good prices. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. I went down to the Colton warehouse to pick up my piece and the warehouse guys are also nice and helped me get it into my truck.

Everything as promised delivery was quick and professional iam a very happy customer 😀

When you want to furnish your home, you would hope that the experience is fun, easy, and effortless. Working with this business has been contrary to that. Unfortunately, we've run into problem after problem under the facilitation of this location. We are currently undergoing the “formal” process to fix these problems. I want to highlight the Company’s Mission and Vision statements “to be the best home furnishings company, inspiring people to turn their dreams into reality. The company's mission is to deliver the world's best home furnishing values, selection, and service, while enriching the lives of customers, employees, and communities” After undergoing what we have been through, I can firmly state, they definitely talk the talk but they do not walk the walk. As a consumer, we are supporting this venture with our time and money. In return, we've been met with false promises, stalls and ultimately- a firm dismissal. Whether it's a franchise issue or manufacture issue, it's not nice to have been treated with less than the the world’s best... Service.” 2 stars because one of the salesmen actually tried to help us. I hope that man is getting the credit he deserves.

If it wasn’t for the manager , I’d leave one star my mom & I walked in there we were approached by one girl who asked us what we were looking for when I told her she didn’t help us after that had to flag her down to ask her some questions she seemed like she was in a bad mood and didn’t want to help us had to ask for the manager to see if he was more helpful and he was he gave us a discount way lower than her price. We left happy thanks to him.

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this store. On September 2nd, I purchased a console table which I was told it was assembled by my sales associate named Lucy and manager named Marcelino. A few days later the box arrived in pieces! I called Lucy, she assured me this issue would be taken care of however, at first she took my calls but gave me the runaround then she avoided me and did nothing to help. I then decided to call customer service. For weeks I called the customer service number where someone from another country answered and would place my call on hold for over 30 minutes which ended up not helping. Terrible experience all around, I don’t want to deal with this store ever again. Find another furniture store! They will lie and lie over and over again and not assist if there’s issues. I have anxiety, stress, and experienced lack of sleep due to this ongoing issue. It’s not October 9th and I still don’t have my table and I’ve yet to hear from the store. Again, don’t shop at Ashley Furniture Hesperia store, be warned.

Acima trash my whole experience.i cancelled my order and was still charged 3,500 took 6 weeks for them to clean up everything Ashley had to return money back to acima. since acima actually buys it and rents to regular people.the early purchase option is a scam in order to NOT pay double.U WILL have a LARGE payment at end of your 3 month mark to avoid paying double...both companies have proved to be not trust Worthy.....deseptive business practices to consumers

Edit: the company just gets worse, my coffee table was delivered with damage, chipped wood, so I refuse it And the second delivery attempt today it was a damaged drawer railing the drawer wouldn't close all the way. Ashley even did the "vip" assembly and look over before delivery. I still haven't got the replacement for my end table that was damaged. Original. Everyone do yourself a favor find what you like in store then purchase online from a different retailer for half the price. Yeah half the price wish I would of researched before buying in store. Spent 7k here and had them deliver and assemble everything, right after the delivery I noticed one of my end tables were damaged looks like the wood was smashed in shipping by something heavy.( I also found a bolt in my driveway that wasn't installed in one of the legs) I called immediately on July 26th about the damage and they emailed me the next day to send a furniture technician out to touch it up I suppose? I told them no I want my brand new table replaced not touched up as you damaged it, not me. So far I've called once a week to see what's up with the replacement, they say I'll get a response in 72 hours yet no response every time. Customer support is all foreign people so you cant understand anything they say. The only good part of this experience was Cassandra who helped us in store pick out everything. Once they have your money on the other hand, they don't seem to care

I had bought an artificial plant from this store with the peace of mind that I could return it if it had any problems. However, I was never given the courtesy of being told that I couldn’t return the item and was stuck with it despite asking.

I’ve been to the Ashley store in Victorville approximately three times in the last eight or nine years and I’ve never bought any furniture. Until today. Lisa was super friendly and polite and helped us out and we got exactly the chair we wanted. I will definitely be back to Ashley Furniture to buy more furniture in the future because of Lisa. The prices and delivery charges are much better now as well. Thanks again to Lisa!

I have confirmed 2 texts last Tuesday and yesterday (1 May). Very disappointed with this service, and will no longer conduct any business with Ashley in the future!

I went in to support my sister while she shopped for a bedroom set and I ended up buying a new sectional sofa! It had been years since I had walked into Ashley and I was pleasantly surprised. They have some quality furniture in many styles! Carlos, the salesman who assisted us, could not have been nicer. He was knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. This was my first time in any furniture store as I'm an habitual Walmart and Amazon shopper.. Not anymore! Yesterday, Alex took the time to help my son pick out a bedframe and dresser that he loved! He spoke to him directly to get his ideas and found exactly what he wanted! There was a hiccup with the bedframe on the invoice, but he took care of it right away when I went back in today to have it fixed. After he fixed that, he took the time to help me find a couch, mattress and full bed set for myself! I'm pretty picky, but he had a new idea with every ick I had! Avoid Ashley’s Furniture in Apple Valley This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. Day one alone was a disaster—three hours in the store just to write up the deal, only for them to give my wife the wrong order and overcharge her. When I got home from work and saw the mistake, I went back and pointed it out. As a director of revenue, I caught their pricing errors, and suddenly, they were able to “fix” everything. Now, a month later, I still don’t have my couches. The manager promised to throw in extras for free, but I later found out they were charging me anyway. At this point, I wouldn’t do business with Ashley’s Furniture in Apple Valley again. Buyer beware!

It took several calls to speak to an associate at the Victorville, Ashley home furniture office, but once I got a hold of them, I spoke to this really cool woman that was very professional and she made my experience effortless. She took care of me in my order rather quickly, it was painless so yes, my experience was great thank you. I went online and saw that my order would be delivered within one to two weeks And me living in Barstow thought maybe I could just drive to Victorville to pick up my order at that time, but after speaking to the associate and placing my order and paying for it found that my order would be delivered sooner than later within about five days so I was elated so thank you to the associate that took care of me. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was amazing and as I recall, she was the only person there that day working So again, thank you and I’m sorry. I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture with Ebo and the general manager, Elias. I needed a modular piece to fit a unique space, and they were both patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. They even price-matched another store, which I really appreciated. In the end, we found furniture that worked perfectly and made the whole family happy. I’m so excited about my new living room and highly recommend their team!

Acima credit by Ashley: Avoid at all cost, overall cost doubles with interest. The website and app don’t work so you can never check your statements. It’s been nothing but issues with my deliveries, with the coordination, processing/processing system, and customer communication from Ashley with corporate at the helm of poor leadership / management. Additionally, the last delivery team on Mar 7th did not set up the bed correctly. I had to take it apart, move the frame which wasn’t seated properly, and put it back together or else the bed could not rise on the front or back because it was hitting the frame. The other two delivery times were great but the last one didn’t even call me back for help and told customer service there was no issue although I have screenshots of the text and call log. Also, I keep getting calls about my first delivery, a month prior, telling me I never received it when I did, bad inventory management. I submitted to complaints but the rep said the delivery people were never told I and an issue, wrong, and the Victorville store doesn’t answer calls now. Customer service, who doesn’t physically work at Colton, says call the store and they can only email the processing center. The processing center in Colton says call the store you purchased your product from or customer service. The store says they must email the processing center. Everyone is saying it’s someone else’s responsibility. The roles are not clearly defined and/or nobody wants to own the process fully. Another review will be made for the corporate office in Colton. There really should be a final survey of how the entire process went after the delivery because the only outstanding people were the delivery guys and my sales rep, that’s it. 2025/01/11 original Original review deleted

BUYER BEWARE OF PRODUCT DEFECT AND SHAME WARRANTY! I purchased a couch from Ashley in March ‘24. The couch is literally ripping at the seams. I have called the warranty number and Ashley store multiple times and keep getting bounced between the two. I spoke with Regard Warranty Supervisor and he said it’s not their problem as the couch is still within the 1 year warranty. I then proceed to call Victorville Ashley and they haven’t been very much help either, they say it is a Regard Warranty problem. No one wants to take responsibility for a defected product. I was sold a warranty I can’t use, and a product that is falling apart by a store that just cares about the sale, and not the customer. And I was given the 800 number to call headquarters, and even their customer service said they can’t help. And no one at this store ever answers the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 days now.

Originally had a five star review. in-store experience was good. However, I ordered furniture to be delivered to my house. I confirmed the delivery date with Ashley Home Furniture multiple times. When delivery date came, no one arrived. Customer service claimed that I had never confirmed delivery date, despite email confirmations to the contrary. Customer service then asked that I pick up the furniture from the warehouse. When I said that wasn't possible, they said they would call back about rescheduling the delivery date, I have not been called back yet.

Ebo was amazing and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and the quality of the furniture is amazing.

Adrianna was excellent and patient. We bought some lamps that were discounted and there was another male sales man who was very rude to us. The supervisor and adrianna did make things better. we have purchased over $17,000 of furniture at ashley's and that sales man almost lost us as customers. but as mentioned Adrainna and supervisor made it good again. thanks

The salesperson was kind and friendly. When I inquired about placing the recliner in my truck, I was informed that the chair would be "delivered". When closing the transaction, there was a surprise "delivery charge". When I questioned the "delivery charge", I was informed the charge was the "minimum". I personally believe, this was a bit deceptive. A "delivery charge" was not disclosed, I had to FIND it on my receipt. Not only did I have to find, what I consider, a tack on charge, but it and the extended warranty were BOTH TAXED???? The "delivery charge" and the taxing for delivery is the only reason this is NOT a five-star review.

But today on delivery day (5 days after it should have come), my sofas are not here because they can't figure out how to send drivers with appropriate identification to a military installation even though the purchase order has MILITARY DELIVERY on line 1. Absolutely the worst post-purchase customer service ever, and I can't even get anyone physically standing in the store on the phone. I was very disappointed with my experience with Ashley. I was sold a sofa set that was on back order. The day I was told it would be delivered was changed 2 times. When I called to cancel they told me no it’s on the delivery truck for tomorrow. I waited around all day for the delivery. I called the corporate office to finally be told that my sofa was on back order and no one knew exactly when my sofa would be delivered. I cancelled the sofa and Ashley never refunded my money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I’ll never purchase anything from Ashley again

I went in to see a bed and frame. The associate told me I can work on a pre-approval for credit. So I did. Little did i know that they accepted the offer under my name. Now I have two credit cards with ashleys. One of them having a 35% interest rate with monthly service fees. After they saw the credit availability they were worse then car salesmen trying to sell me a new 2025 car. They just didn't want to let me go without purchasing a bed that at the time I did not even know the correct dimensions for my room. Now i have to fight with these credit card companies and the credit bureau to get these credit cards off my credit report and not affect my credit badly. Never will I go in to take a "look" at furniture there. They will try and take your money just to make they're sales quota. The manager as well was not understanding that i was just not there to make a purchase but only to see and check what I qualified for. If they were more understanding and didnt try to force anything I probably would have gone back to buy the bed from them. On the other hand mattress firm was another store I visited and they actually gave me the time of day to explain everything to me and dint try to force anything that I wasn't ready for out of me. Don't go to this ashleys! Edit: i worked with the sales person Cassandra. The manager on shift is forgot his name, but he also was trying to force anything purchase on us.

The store has a great selection the sales team could use a little retraining on assisting everyone that comes in the store and not just the ones they feel like helping. I never walk into an Ashley store to browse, if I'm there, I'm there to make a purchase. Once I had to ask two sales associates to move as they had a conversation between themselves so I could check out the furniture they were blocking. At some point an associate noticed no one helping me as he finished up with a customer and took care of me. This seems to be an ongoing thing at this location. I'm pretty sure it isn't this way for everyone but, this is my experience when I go.

Absolutely the worst customer service went and paid for two tables in full was sold on the fact that this was a company owned business that they care about their customers table gets delivered. It’s damaged. We tell the driver that it’s damaged. He refuses to take the table says he’s gonna take pictures and report. It never reported it to the Victorville office. We called to speak with anyone in the Victorville office to try to get this resolved and we are told that we have to take pictures and file claim. We take the pictures we send the email four days have now passed still no response. Tried calling the Victorville office and you get sent to a company located offshore who all they say is I’m sorry to hear that and do nothing. You called the corporate office located in Wisconsin and they transfer you back to the offshore company so you have no way of actually speaking with anybody And no one will replace my broken table. Let alone pay any attention to anything so this is one of the worst customer service companies that I’ve had to deal with so I recommend if anyone wants to buy any type of furniture do not go to Ashley‘s because you’re either going to get the wrong item and or a broken item And then you’re stuck with it

My wife & I went into the Victorville store to look at bedroom furniture .we were greeted by Bill Allen. He told us that Ashley had a 30 percent off labor day sale, and Asley had extended it . He then handed us a paper witch we didn't look at. Bill just told us it was another 15 percent off. We found a bedroom set, so we go to pay for it. The manager wrote it up. Bill tells him to take off 15 percent. We trusted them and signed it. I asked Bill about the 30 percent off. He told us 30 percent off the online price. The 30 percent off was a lie. We got home and I looked at the paperwork and we were sick to find out that they charged us $550.00 for a 5 year. Warranty. We called the store witch goes to a call center overseas. We were told we signed the paper and they won't do anything about it. I told them we don't want the furniture and to come and pick it up. Was told it was already delivered and won't take it back. I have filled complaints with the department of consumer affairs, please stay away from this store at all cost. These people are dishonest and deceiving. Worst nightmare ever. BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Horrible customer service we bought a recliner sofa and for one room and a recliner couch loveseat and a single recliner all electric and we bought a battery pack 2 months ago. They still have not sent the battery pack which is 200.00 dollars. When we call the store no one answers or they put you on hold and disconnect you after 5 minutes the store manager will not return calls. If you want quality furniture and great service this isn’t the place to go

We went into ashley today 08/17/24 and purchased a couch and love seat. Jalisa was amazing. She made our experience at ashley amazing. I also want to thank Martin for all of his help as well. These two were absolutely amazing.

Spent about 4k on furniture here only to have the mattress that was delivered be different than the one we tried in the store. My furniture has been sitting unused now for a month because this stupid store keeps giving us the run around. I just want the mattress replaced with the firmer one in the store. So far this has been a nightmare and for anyone thinking about coming here believe this other reviewers that this stores customer service is trash. They also had to come out and repair the so called brand new furniture that they delivered since it was defective. I still need to furnish a few other rooms but I think I'm better off going somewhere else and not having this headache and waste of money

We spent over $3,000 on a couch just for it to start piling two months after purchasing. I brushed it off thinking oh it’s not too bad.. Now it’s been 5 months and it’s so bad. For how much we spent the quality is not good and there’s no way this couch will hold up for long.

We spent $60,000 on this location. The furniture is very low quality and definitely overpriced. They gave us a warranty on everything, including our mattress. When we recently tried claiming the warranty due to the mattress being faulty (even the manager admitted they don't sell the mattress anymore because of its faulty design), they gave us the runaround. They kept sending us back and forth between the mattress distributor, Sally’s, and themselves, with each blaming the other for the warranty and expenses. None of them wanted to take responsibility. Our mattress is very sunken and deformed at the edges. It's still under warranty, yet they claim it's in good condition and refuse to accept it. Mind you the mattress was around $4,778. The borders are deformed out of shape. The bed also sinks in and they claim all these nonsense about stains, even though we have a stain protector on our bed. They said this in order to avoid the warranty. If you want to buy furniture for looks, you might consider these guys just consider the overpriced cheap materials and poor customer service, I will never come back to this location. They have poor, horrible service. The managers are definitely at fault; they only point fingers and refuse to take responsibility, even though they admitted the mattress itself is faulty. Even the guy who came to inspect the mattress admitted that it was faulty and defective and should qualify for a reimbursement or a replacement. I do not understand why these people are being so cheap when gave their business so much money, but it’s definitely my experience, and I hope none of you go through it. It’s not worth it. Poor quality materials and their customer service is terrible once you buy furniture they you’re no longer valued. I uploaded pictures the bed name and the deformity the wood on one of the pictures shows how poor the material is. When we first bought the furniture we had to call their touch up guy to come come multiple times because of the poor quality on the material.

My delivery experience was truly wonderful thanks to stellar customer service — Marena was my delivery lead and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When the sofa I ordered was damaged at the warehouse, she worked with me to come up with a solution and had a new sofa delivered to me within 2 hours, which is kind of unheard of on a Friday in LA. The delivery team was so friendly and worked hard to maneuver a large sleeper sofa up to the third floor. It was not easy but they made it work and had a great attitude the whole time. I will definitely order from Ashley again — they do not use third party delivery and it makes all the difference!

I have bought furniture from Ashley for the past 15 years, I purchased the furniture protection plan the first time and never had to use it, well I bought a dining set about 2-3 years ago and purchased the furniture protection plan again, I called to make a claim and it was denied, I understand that furniture will have normal wear due to use, but we accidentally dropped hot water on our table and the person I spoke with said that they don’t cover the damage because of the wear and tear on my furniture although I asked to just fix the accident damage, don’t waste your time and pay for the protection plan they don’t honor it. Will not buy furniture from here again.

Great service and amazing selection. Saleswoman greeted us and then left us alone. Didn’t hover or linger in the shadows. When we had a question we knew where to find her. Very knowledgeable about what items were in stock and what could be delivered within a few days. Honored the military discount which basically paid for the protection plan.

Our salesperson Marco was amazing. He made my daughter and me feel so comfortable and welcome that we decided to buy all her needs for her first place at the Victorville store. However the manager (I believe was David ) made us very aware he was the store manager when Marco had to get him due to a problem with 2 missing barstools for the 4 seat table set we chose from the sales floor. David offered a couple of replacement barstools of a different type on the dinning set. The deal came with 4 seats, but apparently they only had 2 of the 4 seats listed on the deal. So we said that would be fine, we would take the other type of barstools in place of the ones no longer available, as long as we still got the deal for the 4 seats. He then came back and said he only had 3 seats, but for the trouble if we wanted to take the floor model table and 2 barstools “as is” at a discount of 40% off home that day and he would have the other 2 seats (completing the 4 seats advertised on the table set) sent with the delivery of all the other living room tables and sofa pieces. We said yes to the deal. He never made eye contact, spoke only to our sales person. Once we paid for what he set up, a discrepancy from the offer was noticed by us where there was a charge for the 2 barstools as well as realizing they never charged us for the coffee table and end tables. The manager David apparently left the store. When they called him, he basically told the other manager that he didn’t say that was the offer and he could only give us 10% off of the 2 barstools.The 40% off of the table was still honored and not in question.Long story short David shouldn’t offer something he wasn’t going to honor, shouldn’t then make it look like the customer lied to cover up his shady actions, or put the employees in a situation where they have to clean up his mess and probably are now being blamed like myself and my daughter were for his offer and decision. In the end another manager Elias and Marco were able after calling David again to help us and keep the sale (which I was willing to walk away from) my daughter really wanted the furniture and liked the salesman Marco. These two employees of yours saved the sale and had it not been for their customer service I would’ve left. It’s not so much the deal. Either someone offers you a deal or they don’t and customers buy product it they don’t. The problem was the being lied to and that what should have been a fun fulfilling experience, where our hard earned money was being spent turned into a upsetting experience.

We went to Ashley’s just to look around for a new bed, not really thinking we were getting anything! But there was an amazing Sale rep Jasmine who sold us!! She took her time, explained everything, allowed us time to lay on the beds & be indecisive with our choices! She was patient with us & even threw in a few free items! Ashley's is a bad company, this particular location has great customer service but unfortunately corporate drops the ball every time. Do not let your delivery guy leave before THOUROGHLY checking it first. We got a couch that was delivered very quickly, not even time to slow down. We later (4hrs later literally) we noticed one of the armrests was lacking a bit of fluff and a nail sticking out of the fabric. We called and corporate refused to repair or send a new one or give us a refund. So 1.5 years later here we are, thecouch is impossible to clean, the fabric covering the cushion is so thin breathing on it will put a hole in it. The pillows sold with it are just awful and the entertainment center we purchased with it is an energy hog and will flip your breaker. It's sad that the producers are such poor design and not built to last long

I was assisted by Marty. From the start, he was attentive and extremely helpful with finding exactly what I needed. I did not buy the same day I went into the store, so I went in a few days later. When Fransisco helped me. He was just as helpful as Marty. Everyone that I encountered were amazing.

Delivery is a joke! They sent me 2 different emails and a text message confirming my delivery date and time and even gave me tracking on my driver. Then called me the day of delivery and said my item was back ordered and couldn’t be delivered for another week. What a waste of my time! I won’t be ordering from Ashley again!

Both my wife and I was very happy with the delivery of our sectional. I was shopping for a new couch set and Marty went above and beyond to find me a sectional which I really wanted but thought it wouldn’t fit in my family room. Marty got the measuring tape and we were not only able to get what I really wanted but after he worked the numbers I was able to get a coffee table and rug and even went back a week later to purchase a bedroom set. Me and my wife just spent couple thousand on furniture at this store. We haven't received our furniture yet but we were told things in store that I'm now finding out were wrong. Our daughter in law has been getting the run around with Ashley furniture, she has a warranty for her sofa and they are being jerks! The issue with the 5 stars seems that they haven't had there furniture long enough yet for them to experience Ashley warranty claims ect., I've noticed the 1 stars are often saying the same thing which raises ?s. I can still refuse to accept the furniture. I would suggest to all the 1 stars to file complaints with the state if California, I had a similar issue with a company years ago, others had issues but it was my 5 page letter that shut down 6 of their stores and put people in charge behind bars. I think we need to put management on notice, anyone that enters their store record all employees with your phones and 1 stars you can post them on social media and YouTube ect., if they tell you, you can't record them ect, they are violating your 1st amendment right and they will have a nice law suit! If they wanna play people, you all need to fight back, Management, Beware, if I have a negative experience the state of California will be involved and you will all be accountable, Your faces will be posted on YouTube and other social media sites!!! Management- make things right with the 1 stars, if I need to help them all file against you I will, you better hope I don't have a negative experience like them!!!

Bill our sales man was very knowledgeable with all the products in the store and we think that's very important to understand the product your selling. Anthony, one of the managers was also very helpful as well. All in all it was a great experience

Be careful with delivery people, there was a problem with the server we bought so they adjusted the warped doors and said it would be fine just give the doors time to straighten again. The extended warranty does not cover the warped doors and based on the delivery people we waited and the store won't do anything about it now either.

The delivery driver made myself and my household upset and uncomfortable because the came into our home with a attitude,and I now need a handle for my dresser drawer and I've been waiting more than 2 weeks now.I also have another dresser that has a chip and I didn't really get to enjoy either one of the dressers without having a problem.I called the Ashley Store in Victorville and there were a man that said he will check to see if I can get the handle for the dresser drawer "Expedited" and never called me back,just horrible customer service.I was told that Ashley loves your money and HATE to work,now I'm starting to see this.I will now buy the rest of my furniture from someone who cares for their customers.The head board that they assemble is like kinda loose like it doesn't match my bedding it shouldn't have rocking to it,I'm very displeased with Ashley has served us.
