So far everything I have experienced through Ashley's furniture has been great. The sales people were all friendly and extremely helpful. The pricing and the quality is perfect, and if you catch them just right, they have some amazing sales and offers. I recommend this place to others who need new furniture. I read the other review and did not have anywhere near a similar experience. The movers were very friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. The only mess that was had, was due to me and the styrofoam... The styrofoam was just brittle, but it protected all the items that were contained inside. Nothing was damaged, no chips or damages to the doors or the walls. All in all, loved it and love my new furniture, especially my mattress which helps my back a ton. After days in the field, laying in that bed is so relaxing for my back and my feet. Love everything! Can't wait to buy a few more things to tie a few things together. (side note: synchrony and it's website is also quite simple and easy to use)

Good selection and great sale. Salesman introduced himself and then left us alone to browse. Although we knew that he was keeping an eye on us, we didn't feel stalked like we often do by salespeople. Purchased the furniture on a Saturday and it was delivered by the following Wednesday.

I've purchased a couch/love seat, chair set here as well as a mattress just last weekend. If you go in, ask for Hans and tell him Jay from Big Bear sent you - he's the absolute bomb! Hans will take care of you.

i ordered almost 12000$ furniture and upon delivery it all got messed up .. 1st they send all the furniture in pieces like, in dining set they brought half stuff in dining and in bedroom and living room also half stuff .. i ordered 8 seater sofa and they told me that they could bring all pieces on 11 feb, it was 15days after my date of purchase and i said its ok but on 11th they brought only 3seats.. now i am still waiting for my rest of sofa . they told me that they will bring it on 28feb. Upon delivery , delivery guys left marks on my wooden floor and also scratched the door enterence . they took 4 deliveries yet to deliver , i had to take off from my work for every single day of delivery. wasted my lots of time and me unhappy.

Not to thrilled with Ashley Furniture after paying almost 3 grand for a bedroom set for them to come in, knick my door, make a mess and not put my mattress back on because there in to much of a hurry. Upon purchasing the furniture they ask if you can remove your furniture but that it is not necessary. I had no problem doing so and was told that my mattress could be moved from the floor and returned onto the new furniture as I can not do so myself without damaging the tall footboard. I think they should have a hand held vacuum to clean up the mess they make like the one in my bedroom. I have trash blowing around in my yard that they've left. The delivery guy's need to be honest and let the customer KNOW that you've damaged there door instead of running off in a hurry to another job. I blame myself for signing the paperwork without inspecting it because I was to busy feeding my 10 month daughter and they were practically running out the door probably because they KNEW they damaged my friggen door. So not long after they left I begin to notice the mess they've left not only in my bedroom but the yard and that my mattress was not put back along with the knick in my door. I call the store and they tell me they will email the warehouse. An hour later they tell me that its not there responsibility to put the mattress back and can not because of sanitary reasons? B.S they were able to move it in order to build the furniture but to lazy to replace it. They need higher standards for there delivery team, that is why you go to a well known company because you figure that they will ensure proper service. I guess I was mistaken. I called the store and asked for a manager so they transferred me to Omar after already given the run around. I can't believe he is a manager honestly. He told me there was nothing that he could do and that I needed to speak to corporate. He was rude! I did and spoke to Kerrianne ( VERY nice woman) who told me that the delivery team is a 3 party business and IS supposed to clean up after themselves and she then filed a In home Damage report and I would get word back on that in a day or 2. She also said that she's going to email the warehouse manager about sending them out and cleaning up the trash that they left in my bedroom and blowing around my yard but couldn't promise when they came that would put my mattress back or not. I haven't heard back yet. DO YOURSELF A FAVIR AND GO TO MIDWAY! I shopped there and EVERYONE is friendly but they just couldn't beat Ashley's black Friday special. Next time ill pay the extra money to a mom and pop store and not have to deal with Ashley's furniture SUBPAR SERVICE!!

On February 5, 2015, I purchased some furniture from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Victorville CA. It has now been 5 months of trying to get the problems corrected. Even after calling the Corporate Office in Arcadia WI, and the Warehouse in Colton CA, to no avail. It has been one lie after another. They do not care, they will tell you lie after lie, it never ends. They have been to my house three times with damaged furniture-and swore the items would be new. They delivered us damaged furniture in the beginning. They lied to us and said they didn't know anything about it. If you patched it, you had to have known. If you didn't know, there is no excuse, you're in the furniture business. It's your job to know, otherwise, you are totally incompetent. Lie #1 That is the only type of end table available. Lie #2 We only have it in one color. Lie #3 Ashley stands behind their product. Lie #4 We are going to provide you with a warranty. Lie #5 If you have any problems just give us a call. Lie #6 Here is your new cocktail table. Lie #7 We didn't know that 6 chairs would not fit under a 4 chair table. Lie #8 I will have him call you back. Lie #9 We will send our tech out to repair it. Played too many games.. Typical cliche sales tactics. Over priced, weeks for delivery, my sales person was nice and not pushy but the whole experience was lousy. I really knew how bad it was when I arrived at their biggest competitor. A 180 experience.

My table came on time. But they brought the wrong size legs. And they're going to deliver it today. The day after Thanksgiving, when I needed it for thanksgiving... They said they'd be here between 11-3, and said 15 mins it's been 2 hrs.

Went in looking for a new dinning table. Was there for about 30 minutes and wasn't even greeted. Guess I didn't look like a potential customer? Left and went across the freeway to InHome Furniture and YES I found my table.... bought it and took it home same day. Sometimes you shouldn't judge a customer. AT LEAST GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS

Worst Ferniture I've ever had poor quality poorly made and thats no BS !! Sad what they call warranty that you pay for and can't use !! they will not repair or replace my cushions that are sagging down and miss size .i would be money ahead going somewhere else and bought quality not JUNK.
