I had a very Awful experience at Ashley's furniture. I went there the beginning of November to purchase furniture for my new home. I spent almost 7k on furniture that was promised to be delivered by nov 29 and was never delivered. I didn't receive any notice and status of my furniture. I had to call Ashley furniture in visalia to get status and they didn't know what was going on. Then I called the Warehouse they also didn't seem to know the status of my order. Then I called the delivery driver and he said that he had an over load of furniture and was unable to fit my order and that he notified the warehouse and Ashley's furniture in visalia. I went down to the store and told them what happened all the did was waive my $250 delivery fee and gave me $100 Ashley gift card. They rescheduled me for the following week on a Wednesday. Wednesday came around and delivery only brought my sofa, my order was a 22 piece order. I asked the driver were is the rest of my order and the Ashley furniture promised to deliver all my furniture today. This is all I have for today. I told him to take it back and if i didn't deliver my furniture by the end of today I would want a full refund. I also called the store and they didn't seem to want to help me and I was placed on hold for 40 minutes. After that long I hung up. An hour later a service member called me and asked if i did in fact decline to accept delivery of sofa and I told her that I did. I also told her that I wanted all my furniture delivered by the end of the day. It's been well over a month they had me waiting. I finally went down last night dec 4th at 8:30 pm to get my 7k refund. I missed work for 2 days for the arrival of my furniture and that wasn't taken into consideration. This has been beyond an inconvenience and this furniture company is unreliable, mediocre and unprofessional. This is the worst experience ever!!!!

everything went well until we found out we were not getting our bench 3 months from the day we ordered it. They failed to notify us until I called to ask why we had not received our furniture piece. Then they said they would try to get it but never did and he had to keep calling to ask what was going to happen. At the end we get the response of "do what you have to do we wont have it until Jan 2020" never going to this store again.

Very long story, a little shorter... an exceptionally mediocre experience. Was promised a lovely love seat and sofa. Delivery was booked 2 weeks out, which was totally fine because it gave us time to remove our old furniture and shampoo the carpets. On the day of delivery, we were delivered the incorrect pieces of furniture and the delivery service took the pieces back. I will note that the men who delivered the furniture were very kind and helpful. We went back to the store to get the order corrected and we were told we had to wait 24-48 hours for the furniture to make it back to the warehouse before they could reorder and reschedule. Then they proceeded to tell us that delivery was booked out for the rest of the week. After demanding something needed to be done to correct their error, we were promised delivery by the end of the week and a waived delivery fee. This was a satisfactory effort made by the customer service representative. In conclusion, if you purchase furniture here, I highly recommend that you verify the order and DO NOT trust the salesperson with your order if you need an on time and successful furniture purchase. They just require more effort made on the customer success end of their business.

This store’s staff is very helpful and friendly... at first. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars of our hard earned money on our very first bed and couch that we purchased together as newlyweds. We were so excited for it all to show up. We confirmed the delivery a total of 5 times and to our surprise, nothing showed up. We repeatedly called the store, their call center, and customer support line and could hardly get ahold of anyone and absolutely no one could tell us why our delivery was canceled and tried to schedule our delivery for the next month because their “trucks were full” even though they admitted it was the warehouses fault that our furniture wasn’t delivered. Even after my wife explained that we had sold our bed and couch the day prior to make room for the new furniture, they offered no answers or real solutions. The store manager I talked to wouldn’t make any sort of compromises and acted like he was doing us some sort of favor by getting us our furniture that “soon”. Meanwhile my wife and I would be sleeping on the floor. We are extremely dissatisfied and requested a refund which they stated will “take some time”.

Be careful when you order here they will lie to you about what you'll receive in your order. I ordered a 14 piece set which the sales rep claimed came with a rug. He had me walk around the store and choose the rug I wanted, I did. When my order was delivered I did not receive the rug so I called them and told them. I was told by customer service that my rug will be shipped to me via ups. 3 weeks have passed and I still haven’t received it. I called them back and they told me I’d have to go to the store and speak to the manager about this to see if there was anything they could do about it *eyeroll* why wasn’t I told this 3 weeks ago??!. I blame the sales rep that sold me my bedroom set for this whole mess. Never shopping here again
