The whole experience with Ashleys furniture was amazing. We felt no pressure while shopping. The gentleman who helped us was very helpful and took the time to look up add-ons and different colors and styles of different items that my boyfriend and I were looking at to help us put together something that worked for us. when it came to Delivery Ashley‘s has a Text Line from AI that keeps you posted and updated almost daily on the status of your order. With a simple reply to the text You can confirm delivery change adjust delivery dates so that was really nice. Then the morning of my expected delivery date I got a text message that included the information of my driver and a little map where I can track him so I knew how close he was getting to delivering my items . The delivery gentleman named Roberto and his helper were super kind very respectful, gently put together my furniture cleaned up after themselves All in a short period of time in and out. The delivery was definitely done earlier than I expected so I have the rest of my day to enjoy my new furniture delivery. Thank you again, Roberto and thank you again Ashley‘s furniture me and my boyfriend are very happy.

I normally don’t post reviews, but I’ve reached a point where I just can’t stay quiet anymore. I’m tired of being walked all over. I’m the type of person who keeps so much to myself and just moves on when things go wrong, but this experience has genuinely left me frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a bed and a living room set from Ashley Furniture, and what happened afterward has been nothing but a headache. A few months after my purchase, the finance company they use—Synchrony Bank—randomly closed my account. I have never missed a payment. Not one. So imagine how shocked I felt knowing I still had a balance, yet the account was closed without any warning. Even worse, this affected my credit because of how Ashley Furniture reported it. I’m still making my payments, because Synchrony told me I’m still responsible for the balance, even though they closed the account on me. But that’s not even the only issue. The sofa set I bought is made so poorly it’s embarrassing. When I tried to wash the cushion covers, I realized the inner foundation of the pillows has no protective lining at all. Nothing. I even posted a video showing exactly what I mean. For the amount of money I paid—around $2,500—this is unacceptable. This wasn’t a sale or a discount set. I paid full price for furniture that feels cheap and poorly made. What hurts the most is the dishonesty. The salespeople smiled, took my money, and left me with problems they never warned me about—problems I’m now stuck dealing with. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and quality, not scams and surprises. If you’re thinking about buying from this company, please make sure you inspect every single piece the day it’s delivered. I didn’t get that chance, and now I can’t return the merchandise because my account was closed without notice. I only found out by checking my credit report myself. I’m sharing this so others don’t have to go through what I did.

The foundation did not work with my frame and the delivery man would not take the refusal of deliver after demanding several times..now I have a Cal King foundation put together standing in my garage..I was told they would not take back that to call in three days and let Ashley know what happen..he took pictures of the reason it didn't fit..but omly posted the picture that made it look like it fit..I called as soon as they left and the customer service said..Why didn't you refuse..I told her I did numerous times and he said he couldn't take it back and to call customer service..I called didn't hear back..CS said they would call back she was calling her Team..didn't call back..Called again and she made a claim and gave me a number and I would hear in 24 hrs..it's been over 24 hrs..So I'm to say the least Not Pleased.. Your delivery man Anthony has numerous pictures Why it didn't fit. but only posted deceiving pictures..looking like it fit..it needed a two piece foundation for my bed frame and the CA King Mattress..I had to use my old double 2 piece foundation..come and pickup the big put together foundation that doesn't fit .please call and make arrangements

I’m writing this review on behalf of my daughter, because this entire situation has been extremely frustrating. She was told her furniture would arrive in 2–3 weeks, but it has now been over 42 days and she still hasn’t received anything. Even worse, when she tried to cancel the order after all the delays, the business refused to give her a refund. There was also a very concerning issue where the company charged the full finance amount to her bank, which should never have happened. While that charge was eventually corrected, we are still looking into how something like that could occur in the first place. As a parent, I’m disappointed and upset that my daughter had to deal with this. If you’re thinking about buying here, please double-check all charges and keep records of every promise. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business. If I could give negative star review I would.
