I’ve tried Bob’s Discount Furniture store, had (3) consecutive back to back unsuccessful returns, due to a defective fabric on couches material… In-Home warranty tech came by to verify, on the third delivery, wife and I got fed-up/tired and gave up on Bob’s Discount Furniture… Finally got my refund after back and forth struggle with the mgt. Came to Ashley’s Furniture and the star was born!!! Those (3) professional expert teams were right on top of their knowledge & expertise, they welcome us like family. We received a warm welcome from Lino, Phil, & Zully. They helped us chose the right FABULOUS set of couches, colors & design!!! Due to their inventory and selections of designs, we walked out of the store with a smile & an unbelievable prices, a final sale was closed & thanks to the team work!!! Lino? Phil? Zully? Basically, I went in looking for a TV table, I walked around the store to look to see what they had, a sales person approached me, but I like to go off on my own to really look to see what they have in the store. I like to shop on uninterrupted, then I found and saw what I really needed and wanted it. That’s when I needed the sales person help, I had a lot of questions and they were all answered, and I walked out with a smile and the purchase that I needed for my TV. I actually got a discount on my table and Free delivery, I was really really happy with their service. It was the one Stop shop decision., Shout out to the sales lady, that helped me.

We went into the West Covina store at 8:30, which was approaching close time of 9p. We walked the store and waited for an associate to help us. We were there to purchase my daughter’s recliner chair and look at new couches. No one approached us or greeted us for the 10 minutes we browsed the store. I was able to flag someone down by 8:40p, and the transaction to purchase the chair was quick. The staff was really busy. We purchased the chair on Friday, 11/29. The earliest delivery date was Wednesday, 12/11. We continued to browse the store while the associate went to printout the paperwork. My total with tax and delivery was $795.00 He stated the chair was usually $799, despite the tag on the chair in Montclair reading $649, so I don’t know why he eluded to giving us a deal. We will most likely return to Montclair store as they were much more attentive when we initially found the chair last month.

Came today to purchase items for our new home. The customer service by William and his boss Primo was amazing. I would definitely recommend the Torrance store for anyone looking to purchase new furniture.

I purchased a loveseat and it came with a fabric defect. I contacted Ashley within 24 hours. Ashley sent two Techs to look at it. First they said it’s a stain but then said it’s just the way the fabric is. And if you get another one it probably would be the same way. I said then I want to get a refund. They told me contact the store. I went to the West Covina store and in about three days was told they could only replace it. I said I don’t want to have it replaced because the Techs said it would look the same way. I was told call the warranty department and see what they will do. I contacted the warranty department again and after following up with them three times with no response. I decided to contacted them for status today and was told it was already resolved. I asked why didn’t someone contact me regarding this matter. Sorry about that I don’t know why. This is their resolution: We will give you $100.00 dollars but you will no longer have a warranty. I just said what! Can you explain why no warranty. She said that’s just the way it is and no replacement is available. I guess I have to live with a brand new loveseat with a defect. This is no way to treat a customer.

After shopping @ different businesses & other Ashleys, we were so happy to have had Nelson assist us @ the West Covina store. His knowledge, patience, experience was remarkable. We purchased a full bedroom set, walked us through the mattress choices, and sofa/love seat and even threw in a few perks. He worked beyond his shift to complete our transaction. Love our new furniture and thank you Nelson - To the best salesman :)

My wife and I were looking for a sectional couch after shopping around a few furniture stores and this store had exactly what we liked. We picked a couch with three seats electric recliner, and a chase. Steve To was our sales rep and he was extremely nice, patient with us, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here.

Found a sectional sofa and surprisingly with Furniture Protection Plan, it was an even better deal than without. Good service and a large selection

My wife and I are so happy to have visited Ashely Furniture for the first time. We were doubtful of buying anything at the time, yet we noticed the quality of excellence both of the furniture and the staff. We were blessed to have Phil help us upon our visit and give us detailed explanations of the products design and material. I would recommend people furniture shopping to definitely come by and see exclusive designs other stores don’t commonly have. In addition, the store manager was so nice to offer military discount!

Store offered Acima Leasing, got qualified. However, you can’t talk/reach anybody from Acima Leasing. I called back Ashley store to get some assistance. I was told to call Jully Escoba, left her multiple msgs, no return calls. Reason for the call, want to pay in full! And online, you can’t get this done! Terrible Acima Leasing, never again!!!!

Received a damage dining room table. Purchase protection plan. The dining room table looks worse with the damage than after with their “repair” attempt

Horrible customer service!! They didn’t accommodate my delivery time they promised Got my items a week late because my items came broken the first time.

I received the furniture that I purchased but was not happy with what I got. When I went to see the furniture in the store they did not have the color I chose on the floor so I was not too sure what to expect. Then I got the couches delivered and they do not fit in my living room. One of the couches also has a big wrinkle in the back that won’t go away. I called Ashley’s to see about re-selecting a different style and they will not let me at all. The customer service has been horrible. Now I’m stuck with the couches and will be forced to try and sell my self. I will not be returning back to Ashley’s just based off this experience.

At first, I thought we were going to have a bad experience. We ordered a dining room set and unfortunately one of the chairs came dirty. Contacted customer service and they were going to send someone to clean it. We refused as didn’t think it was necessary being that it was a new chair instead we preferred chair to be replaced. Customer service initially did not want to honor request. We returned to the West Covina store and spoke to the manager and he made things right. Yes, I would strongly recommend Ashley‘s home furniture store.

Before I purchase the furniture I asked if they could deliver it to my property up in the mountains. I was assured that it wouldn’t be any problems for delivery. After two attempts to delivered the furniture I was compelled to cancel the purchase and get a reimbursement that I had paid. After several phone calls and a trip to the furniture store I was referred back again to the previous phone number. It took an unreasonable period of time to get the reimbursement. I’ll never visit or buy anything from Ashly.

Terrible Experience at Ashley Furniture I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture. They made an offer over the phone, so I drove over an hour to the store, expecting to finalize the deal. But when I arrived, they refused to honor the offer they promised. After leaving, they called me back, saying they would make it work if I returned. So, I drove all the way back again—only for them to still not honor the original offer we agreed on over the phone. This wasted hours of my time and was completely unprofessional. I ended up finding the exact same items at another store for $2,000 less! Save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else—you’ll get a better price and avoid the runaround.

Luckily we found a Cal-king bedframe on CLEARANCE! We weren't looking for anything specific. We just needed a Cal-king bedframe & bought one. It was a perfect Sunday for shopping! Disappointing update: I've sent an email with all the details to solutions@ashleyfurniture.com as requested by you. 7 DAYS AGO!! and till now, I haven't gotten any reply or update. It's simply low quality furniture and the worst customer service!!!!! I bought a mattress as I saw it in the store it was firm and tight, and I spent more than 1400$, but unfortunately, the one we got is not firm at all and causing back pain!! I raised a complaint to return it in the second day, but they ignored my case and did not reply to my emails. It is a ridiculous experience, I don't recommend anyone to buy mattresses from Ashley!!

I am attempting to call the store to locate the bed.I just bought and I am unable to get past the automated service.It seems like all the numbers I call get directed to her and she keeps hanging up on me . I was told I would get a call . So they would coordinate with me.Tell me what time I bed would be dropped off. I went online and I can't locate my order.

They lied to us about the delivery date. When I tried to call the store, they don't answer and none of the CSRs from the Philippines can help. The worst experience ever. I will never shop here again.

The 5-star review is for Ashley furniture's associate Andrea. Despite taking measurements, the dining furniture we bought was too big for the space we had in our house. Ashley's was giving us the runaround saying that all sales were final and basically it's too bad that they would not return or exchange what we had bought. We are hardworking people and to spend a couple of thousand dollars on furniture in this economy is a stretch for our budget so we were quite upset and frustrated. THANKFULLY, Andrea was given our call and she did EVERYTHING she could to help. She provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased dining set in ashley west covina 4 July. Delivered 13 July. Found two barstools were defect. Two out of four legs are not touching floor, makes it wobbly. Last week Saturday 20 July ashley repairman came to try to fix these D546-524 swivel barstool. the type that is heavy and sturdy and it has no level to adjust. He couldnt do nothing to fix it AND today 27 July at 9pm he came for the second time. Name is Romeo. Very fine young man. He took a photo of all the codes and labels under the barstools and told me to expect ashley team to reach me back in 24 hours. Please help me to get the right goods as soon as possible. This set is not a cheap set. It costs me $1500. And i used to trust Ashley s reputation. It s really disappoint me to get defect products like this from Ashley. Order number 151198620

I went into aShley furniture on fourth of July to Buy and see the furniture and home decor items. I did make a purchase of three different mirrors, and they said they would be delivering it to my home. It was a very very hot day, and it was around 1 PM in the afternoon. I asked for water, and they said the store doesn't have water. They said they have a welding machine and I can buy water. Ok Was quite astonished that a store like aShley furniture which I consider a good store doesn't even have water for their guests who are coming and making purchases. It is very sad to see that basic necessity like water is not there in the store.

We went to Ashley’s Furniture today to purchase Dining set and Sofa set and coffee table set. George Simpson was the associate who helped us choosing our favorite styles. Stay away from Ashley unless you are 100% sure the product is exactly what you want. We received coffee table and didn't realize it has wheels on it until afterwards. We would have examined more thoroughly or thought twice before we accepted the delivery if the delivery person did not say we have 7 days to return. We checked the website and found no where mentioned the wheels on the table. We complained online. PS. Because we purchased in store for an online item, online chat can’t help with any issues AT ALL! Nothing they can do. We went to the store. The front mean lady brushed us off by saying if the item is in our house, nothing they would do. Basically Ashley hired the third party, delivery company, to lie to us about the return so we would sign off the delivery quickly. THATS HORRIBLE! We don't even want the money back. We just want to exchange with another item! Please make sure to read all the fine print before purchasing from Ashley. I am awake at 2am because all I can think about is we got stuck with a piece of furniture we don't like. How upsetting that is. I found a news that Ashley settled on a class action lawsuit in December 2023. I might look into more detail and find some lawyer who’s experienced with this type of matter. Obviously one class action lawsuit isn’t enough to improve the way how they do business.

Make sure you like what you buy. If you have any complaints DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. We made that mistake the delivery drivers insisted we have 7 days to return the product. This is not true according to Ashley all sales are final and not returnable. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Shady.

The story is : On 05/16/2024, I went to buy furniture at an Ashley store located at 2753 E. Eastland Center Drive, Suite 2050, West Covina, CA 91791.Because I don’t speak English well, I found a sales who speaks the same language as me. I purchased furniture worth 1,220.70, which included 1,099.99, for the five-year warranty. Because I don’t speak English well, I was deceived into buying it by a salesperson named Lily without fully understanding the terms. Second, they sent the wrong mattress to me. Third, I chose the size of the bed according to the size chart provided by Ashley. When they delivered it to my home, the size chart and actual item did not match. Fourth, my house was just delivered, and I hope it will be kept clean, but the delivery staff from Ashley very bad during the installation process. I provided them with shoe covers, but they impatiently put them on and then impatiently took them off, dragged all the furniture onto my carpet and dismantled it, polluting all my carpet. Fifth, after delivering the furnitures, they forced me to sign the receipt quickly to accept the items. Overall pretty good experience. Ended up getting a lot of items there (sofa, bed, nightstands, chest) and the staff and manager were accommodating enough to throw in as many deals as they could. Since we went in across multiple days, we were helped by Manny and Dave. Both were great but Manny was exceptionally courteous and helpful and truly went above and beyond with his patience and attitude to make the purchase experience easy and enjoyable.

This is by far the worst furniture buying experience of my life. From a salesman who was extremely judge to the point of asking me "Are you sure you want that?" to it being two weeks later and i still don't have a damn mattress. Multiple days off work waiting for furniture that shows up late. Take your business elsewhere.

Upon entering the store, no one approached us to see if we needed any help. We were only greeted. We went to the rug section and found the rug we wanted to purchase. There was a salesman in the area, and I approached him to see if he could help us. He told me to go up front up for someone to help us. I had taken a picture of the rug we wanted. When we walked up front the salesman said what I needed help with. I showed him the photo and he ordered the rug. He stated that it would take a few days for us to receive it. It was probably the easiest sale the salesman had. I guess my biggest concern is that we did all the work and even though he got the sale. It left me me with the feeling if I wanted to return to the store for possibly a bedroom or living room set. I think not.

My husband and I were looking to purchase items for our new home and it was so easy working with Andrea, she was able to answer all of our questions, she helped us select items in store and online. It’s a very bad experience to buy from this location , the manager and the sales David deceived me after they gave me a deal i signed for the paper without reviewing it , unfortunately I trusted them , even when I been to them again to ask them why the changed there words , I met a very rude sales guy , and the manger didn’t accept to meet me , be careful guys to deal with this location.

Came in looking for some furniture and was quickly approached by Phil, he has an amazing attitude, he is smart and very knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and was able to get us the deal we wanted. I would come back here anytime I need any type of furniture just for him!

I went in last week to possibly purchase a bedroom set and a mattress as soon as I walked in Andrea was very helpful. She answered any questions we had and made our purchase super smooth. She’s Awesome 👏

Worst service ever. After being told that my furniture would be delivered in 3 weeks, the day came and nothing. Not even a courtesy call to let me know of the delay. I contacted them and nobody could provide a date of delivery. I finally canceled my order. Two weeks later no refund, no communication, nothing. I’m disputing with my bank to get my money back. Lovely furniture but beware because their service department could care less about the customer.

My overall experience was great, I called customer service and was greeted by a great employee named Lucy who answered all my questions and help me through the process of price match on getting a affordable furniture.

Went to Ashley’s Furniture this past weekend to browse for a new dining set. I met a sales rep by the name of Phil Ramirez who was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I wanted. He even helped match different chairs to help find a perfect choice. I did not buy that specific day I went, but made sure I got Phil’s card because he provided really great customer service. The west covina location did an awesome job although the Colton warehouse said they had the items in stock and just go to west covina and pay then shined out later on that Colton they misled me they had none in stock and now it’s over a week out. Happy with west covina. Not happy with Colton.

The product isn’t up to standard. The chair was on a picture and we bought it because it looked good and we thought it would fit. Fast forward the chair was uneven so we called them so they can fix/return it. We called store manager and he told us to call the corporate office. We called the corporate office 8 times and they told us that the store manager will make the decision. Never gonna buy from this company again, you’re not able to return the product after one hrs delivery.

I had the best experience being assisted by Lily. I was looking for a desk and some storage drawers. I was very indecisive on what style I wanted and took longer than intended, but was very lucky to have lily walk me through the best styles that fitted my home office. She was very patient and showed me recommendations she thought I’d like. 10/10 would come again just for her!

While we found what we were looking for, we didn’t appreciate the customer service that came with. A guy named Steven “helped” us with our purchase. Steven proceeded to ask me if I wanted the protection plan 13 times even after I said no every single time he still tried to add it in at the last minute. No means no Steven get it through your head.

The service here is great!, recently came in last month and got placed with Lily to help me buy a mattress and bed frame. She was incredibly patient and kind to me especially with my indecisiveness. She took her time with me and made sure that i wouldn't regret my purchase. She understood my concerns of a budget and she helped me happily work through that. I purchased a Leather Recliner sofa from the Ashley Store in West Covina in February. David F. guided me through the process of selecting the right one for my home. This Ashley's store is beautiful. It has a wide selection of wonderful furniture at an affordable price. Not only that, they have a wonderful employees such as Lily Fu. She's a wonderful young woman who is super helpful and definitely knows what she's talking about. So when checking the store, definitely ask for Lily Fu! She's Trilingual, speaks english, mandorin and cantonese.

Made a 5k purchase with my synchrony home card which at the time had 60 months 0% financing. Later I found out that they did it for 12 months. When I went to the store to fix the issue, the store manager told me there's nothing he or the store could do. Their mistake, which they won't correct, is now costing me 30% interest on a 5k purchase instead of 0%. How is the store manager going to tell me there isn't anything he can do to correct a store mistake? Seems like I they care about is making the sale. Only time I've been screwed by a salesman is not by a car salesperson, but a furniture salesperson. Be careful when doing business with Ashley Furniture in Covina. Bottom line, I they care about is the sale.

My husband and I purchased an Ashley's dining set from a smaller furniture store and before going home, stopped by Ashley Furniture, West Covina to look at area rugs for the set. In doing so, the sells rep Justin asked if we had a picture of our set and was able to get us the set at a cheaper price and with a sooner FREE delivery. He assisted us in arranging for the delivery of the furniture with a vendor that delivered and set it up, but also dismantled and removed our old furniture for an additional reasonable fee. We will go back to Ashley for additional furniture needs and recommend them to our family and friends.

Ashley Furniture in general is made well but can be a bit pricey I do like a lot of their designs and they definitely have a variety of styles. I was disappointed that they do not bring customers orders to the facility in which a customer placed their order but instead the customer has to drive out to Colton, Ca. To their warehouse, just made far more sense to bring the customers order to the facility in which it was placed.

We always find what we’re looking for, they have a variety of styles to choose from. The sales people are not pushy, they are helpful but are not trying to pressure you to buy anything.

The salesperson was very helpful and gave us a great deal on our purchases. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the sofa I was purchasing wasn’t on display at the store.

Bad experience because the rails of the night stand, dresser do not work properly. The leather sofa has more than 6 holes on the left arm side and the chassis. They sent the technician to my house, the technician saw the holes on the sofa then said this is more than 50% damage, can not be fixed, it must be replaced, also advised us not to accept the new one if there is any damage again. The sofa was delivered to my house on 12/28/2023, some holes on the left arm side were found and reported to the store in West Covina in person. They said they would order the parts and send a technician over to fix it when we receive the parts. The technician came in 1/17 but found that the damage is more than the part he can fix. He said he would report it to the store but a day past, no one from Ashley contacted me…. Very bad experience….

I would leave no stars if possible. Cheaply made products, useless purchased warranty. I made my purchase in early 2020. My sofa was not used until delivered months later 10/2020… 3 yrs later it’s falling apart and the warranty company without in person inspection denied to fix it. They were so kind to recommend out of pocket repair. My last couch from Costco lasted 10yrs. Never again from this retailer or associates.

Had a great experience with Daniel he took care of me and my wife finding us a great deal on our bed set. was so satisfied with his customer service I returned again even after having a unpleasant experience with my brand new mattress, I notified the store of the mattress being too soft and bending in the center it felt completely different then the mattress I was shown at the store. Felt like a soft pillow top mattress when it was supposed to be a firm. I wasn’t even sleeping on it but they’d notified me that there was no returns when the mattress wasn’t even a week old. I am basically stuck with this mattress and forced to pay it off. I later went to another store where they completely brushed me off and said they would help me but help never came, I decided to go back to Daniel over at Ashley’s because I felt like he was an actual sincere person who understood my situation and helped me get into a mattress that was actually going to be rite for me. Moral of the story be sure you actually test the merchandise before the delivery team leaves now I have 2 brand new mattresses and only using one.

I had a great experience at this location, with a young man name Daniel S! I was looking for a new mattress for my back pain. Daniel helped me out, and he was extremely patient with me and knowledgeable. I wanted something that was not to soft nor to firm and he suggested a plush medium firm mattress. It was delivered quicker than I expected! And thanks to Daniel I've been sleeping wonderfully. I definitely recommend him he is a very respectful, professional, and patient man. I purchased a dining room set from this store, and I am happy to recommend them, and specifically my salesperson Daniel, who was courteous, very professional, and helped me to ensure proper delivery when some issues came up, elevating concerns all the way up to his manager when needed. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is unrelated to the store itself, but rather the inventory allocation by the Ashley warehouse system, which created the delivery issues that I alluded to, though once we got everything settled, they were very communicative and delivered everything early in the day and with excellent care and speed.

I had the worst customer service by an employee at this location. I went in to this store on saturday with no intention of purchasing anything, but as i walked in the store i saw a sofa that caught my eye, we ended up doing the purchase right away. The salesman was very nice and helpful, as we are doing the sale we start asking how does the delivery work so he explains the 3 different options they have so we chose to pick up the item ourselves he says yes just call the warehouse to set up an appointment if you wish to go tomorrow it's only about 20 minutes from here. We complete the sale, walk to the car and decided to call right away to set up the appointment just to find out that the sofa was backordered. We go back into the store and spoke with the manager Shawn. He was so apologetic and sorry about the situation he said he himself was gonna call and see if he can locate it somewhere else and was gonna also give us a discount. I called today because he hadn't called me back, I spoke with Judith and she said he was with a customer and he would call me back. I called back an hour later and she said oh umm yeah he is still busy but we tried looking for ur account and couldn't find it, she asked for my number again, once again she says yeah i cant find it, when I'm looking at it on the contract. She once again says yeah well cant find it, someone that cares about the customer would of picked up the phone and made a 2 minute phone call to ask for alternative number or the customer/account number. I offered to give her the account number she puts me on hold for 3 seconds, comes back saying okay yea unfortunately that's the soonest date for the sofa. I was impressed how quickly she called different locations to locate it lol not only she didn't do that i never told her a date so how can she response with that i only said they told me its backordered, when its backordered there's no ETA so means she lied, i once again ask to speak with the supervisor Shawn but continues to say his busy. Mind you through the whole conversation she keeps putting me on hold to ask someone about my questions. I think that at this point she should just say let me transfer you to someone that can better assist you. Well after all this i say so your pretty much telling me Shawn doesn't want to speak to me, she says ummm ummm yeah! i say yeah what? She says a huh. I said you know what cancel my order, she says is that what you want, i say YESSSS that what i just said. Goes on by saying they will cancel it tomorrow with no explanation as to why it can't get done that same day i start asking more questions and once again i get put on hold. Someone else comes to the phone not introducing herself and goes on by saying so like she told you your item is back ordered if you want to cancel it you can cancel but Shawn is busy so he cant talk to you, if you still want to talk to him you need to come to the store and so you know his about to go home. I say so your asking me to drive 1 hour to your store because you don't want to transfer me she says look we already gave him your message and we can't force him to call you back you cant expect me to go in an bother him to give him your message how unprofessional is that gonna be. I was like so clearly you care about the customers her worry is to bother Shawn, i then ask to speak someone above him and she says you gotta call corporate and hangs the phone on me. Its 1 pm and still have not received a courtesy call from him or the email about the cancelation. Never again am i gonna make any business with Furniture store.

Terrible experience at this store. Long time Ashley customer so took my sister there who was looking to buy a living room set she liked my recliner couch and wanted something similar for her house. Once we got to this location we see an add for a great deal so my sister gets super exited and was in love with a set of 3 power recliners that were on sale we ask for help and an eager sales rep is ready and waiting to make the sale. We point to the sign that was placed right on top of the power recliner set and ask is this the correct price for this set was were told yes of course. So my sister in a hurry said great I will take them. Once she was about to sign I noticed the price had almost doubled. So I told her wait hold on look at the price what happened. Then the sales rep just pulled the tablet away from us and walked away when we followed her asking her to explain why the price had changed she acted annoyed and kept saying you really think that’s the price for power recliners so I asked for a manager and Yao Ming came after 20 minutes and in a very dismissive attitude said that the add was correct. I let him know that the add said nothing about manual or power in it and further more the add was placed on the power recliners so that would be false advertisement. Specially if there is nothing labeling the couch or the add. He refused to admit there was any wrong doing and that him and his staff were in the right and walked away before he did I asked for the corporate office number and he did give me one ( that needed up being the incorrect info by the way) All in all it was a terrible experience one I wish I had never put my sister and nephew through and one I feel responsible for. I kept reaching out to corporate but with the holidays and everything had not heard back. Decided to give Ashley’s in Long Beach a chance yesterday since we were doing some shopping there anyway and oh my goodness I’m so glad we did! Talk about a difference!!!! They were great!!!! Faith restored!!!! Thank you Richard Store Manager!!!!! You made me believe again!!!!

My mom and I had the worse shopping experience ever.we purchased a set of sofa that worth more than $3000, due to some computer/credit card issue, we were being charged twice, which I was not mad about, but when the salesman walked us to the finance/billing department to get a refund on the extra charge, the lady behind the counter gave us an attitude and a cold shoulder right away as if we have done something wrong or like we were causing trouble. she said I would get an email in a few hours to confirm the refund but of course I want a proof of refund right away because of the high amount, the unpleasant gesture that she gave me really upset me so I asked for the manager to voice my displeasure; however, when the manager Shawn came over, he just brushed me off...we would never shop there again

Started looking last month for items I needed to replace. I found what I loved. Came in today to make my purchases. To my surprise both items I wanted were involved in the Black Friday sales event. So not only did I purchase some fantastic furniture I saved about half of the original price. A savings I greatly appreciated. It’s very disappointing the type of “protection” plan that this company has to offer. It’s all a LIE just to get $200. This protection was intendente for accidents. I had a couple of accident due to my kids but the protection plan (5yr Furniture Plan) never took place all because it wasn’t done their way. This all happened within the year, as now I had a tear and the warranty can’t take place. And now when I asked for a refund they only want to refund $80. WHAT A JOKE! I need all of my money back! Be ware DONT let them get to you with this lie of protection. It doesn’t do anything!!! I EMAILED THEM BASED ON THEIR COMMENT OF MY REVIEW. AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM🫢😂. STOP WITH THE LIESSSS🤷🏽‍♀️
