A place full of liars. The salesperson is a liar and the manager is a liar. Spend more than 10,000 dollars here and the manager is a liar which sold me something that’s not existed at all and when I didn’t receive the thing I went to ask. they said because it’s never existed. Then why are you guys selling it to me at the first place? The best thing they said throughout the entire conversation is when they sell you the stuffs. This is their delivery team’s service which is stepping on my floor without any shoe protections.

Furniture looked good. Transaction took forever to complete. Very annoying. Salesperson was quite competent-tried a little too hard to sell us stuff we really were not interested in. But, again, she knew her job and was good at it.

DO NOT SHOP HERE – $900 FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED AND NO RESOLUTION I had a nightmare experience with Ashley Furniture and I will never shop here again. I recently purchased $8,081.52 worth of furniture from this store, only to find out after receiving my statement that I was fraudulently charged an extra $900. This was not an accidental overcharge — it was a blatant error that no one is taking responsibility for. It raises the concern that this is a common occurrence within their department. Their entire system is antiquated and it should be very easy to identify where the mistake was made to fix the problem. Upon receiving my statement, I immediately contacted the store and spoke with both the salesman, Phil, and Daisy, who is the absolute worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to provide their information and hung up on me. I finally spoke with the manager, Julio, who assured me he would look into it and that he would make sure I was only being charged the $8,081.52. That was last week and nothing has been resolved. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times and received nothing but excuses, dodging, and zero accountability. No callbacks. No updates. No resolution. Just a complete runaround. The lack of professionalism and urgency to fix their mistake is unacceptable, especially from a company of this size. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored after spending a significant amount of money. If this is how Ashley Furniture handles customer issues — by brushing them under the rug — then I strongly urge everyone to think twice before making a purchase here. I’m now forced to escalate this with my credit card company and potentially pursue legal action, all because they refuse to do what’s right. Save yourself the stress. Shop somewhere that values its customers and takes ownership of its mistakes.

Bought a 3K QUEEN bed room set from Ashley. 5 minutes after they guys dropped it off and set it up i noticed damage to the head board. Called Ashley right away and explained the damage. They wanted to see pictures of the damage which i provided. So instead of replacing my head board they send a so called “technician” out to try and fix the damaged wood. He did a horrible job and used some type of extremely strong and toxic chemical clearcoat, which made me sick and gave me a headache. Such an unprofessional and dangerous thing to do. Now I’m sitting outside because my whole house is Toxic and unsafe to be in. Ashley called after the technician left ask me how it went. I told her I could not breathe due to the chemicals in my house and she told me oh don’t worry it’ll go away at two or three Hours. At that point i was thinking about seeking legal consultation. After going back-and-forth. They finally agreed to send me another headboard which they should’ve done from the first place. I will never spend another penny with Ashley furniture as long as I live. I’ll stick to living spaces then don’t play silly games like sending technicians out to ‘TRY” to fix damaged furniture they just replace it!!
