Found a sectional sofa and surprisingly with Furniture Protection Plan, it was an even better deal than without. My wife and I are so happy to have visited Ashely Furniture for the first time. We were doubtful of buying anything at the time, yet we noticed the quality of excellence both of the furniture and the staff. We were blessed to have Phil help us upon our visit and give us detailed explanations of the products design and material. I would recommend people furniture shopping to definitely come by and see exclusive designs other stores don’t commonly have. In addition, the store manager was so nice to offer military discount!

Store offered Acima Leasing, got qualified. However, you can’t talk/reach anybody from Acima Leasing. I called back Ashley store to get some assistance. I was told to call Jully Escoba, left her multiple msgs, no return calls. Reason for the call, want to pay in full! And online, you can’t get this done! Terrible Acima Leasing, never again!!!!

Received a damage dining room table. Purchase protection plan. The dining room table looks worse with the damage than after with their “repair” attempt

Horrible customer service!! They didn’t accommodate my delivery time they promised Got my items a week late because my items came broken the first time.

I received the furniture that I purchased but was not happy with what I got. When I went to see the furniture in the store they did not have the color I chose on the floor so I was not too sure what to expect. Then I got the couches delivered and they do not fit in my living room. One of the couches also has a big wrinkle in the back that won’t go away. I called Ashley’s to see about re-selecting a different style and they will not let me at all. The customer service has been horrible. Now I’m stuck with the couches and will be forced to try and sell my self. I will not be returning back to Ashley’s just based off this experience.

At first, I thought we were going to have a bad experience. We ordered a dining room set and unfortunately one of the chairs came dirty. Contacted customer service and they were going to send someone to clean it. We refused as didn’t think it was necessary being that it was a new chair instead we preferred chair to be replaced. Customer service initially did not want to honor request. We returned to the West Covina store and spoke to the manager and he made things right. Yes, I would strongly recommend Ashley‘s home furniture store.

Before I purchase the furniture I asked if they could deliver it to my property up in the mountains. I was assured that it wouldn’t be any problems for delivery. After two attempts to delivered the furniture I was compelled to cancel the purchase and get a reimbursement that I had paid. After several phone calls and a trip to the furniture store I was referred back again to the previous phone number. It took an unreasonable period of time to get the reimbursement. I’ll never visit or buy anything from Ashly.

Terrible Experience at Ashley Furniture I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture. They made an offer over the phone, so I drove over an hour to the store, expecting to finalize the deal. But when I arrived, they refused to honor the offer they promised. After leaving, they called me back, saying they would make it work if I returned. So, I drove all the way back again—only for them to still not honor the original offer we agreed on over the phone. This wasted hours of my time and was completely unprofessional. I ended up finding the exact same items at another store for $2,000 less! Save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else—you’ll get a better price and avoid the runaround.

We found what we were looking for & love our new sofa/pullout bed. As we were leaving as asked her to show me some Cal-king bed frames. I just wanted to look at them & see what was the price range. Luckily we found a Cal-king bedframe on CLEARANCE! We weren't looking for anything specific. We just needed a Cal-king bedframe & bought one. It was a perfect Sunday for shopping! Disappointing update: I've sent an email with all the details to solutions@ashleyfurniture.com as requested by you. 7 DAYS AGO!! and till now, I haven't gotten any reply or update. It's simply low quality furniture and the worst customer service!!!!! I bought a mattress as I saw it in the store it was firm and tight, and I spent more than 1400$, but unfortunately, the one we got is not firm at all and causing back pain!! I raised a complaint to return it in the second day, but they ignored my case and did not reply to my emails. It is a ridiculous experience, I don't recommend anyone to buy mattresses from Ashley!!

The 5-star review is for Ashley furniture's associate Andrea. Despite taking measurements, the dining furniture we bought was too big for the space we had in our house. Ashley's was giving us the runaround saying that all sales were final and basically it's too bad that they would not return or exchange what we had bought. We are hardworking people and to spend a couple of thousand dollars on furniture in this economy is a stretch for our budget so we were quite upset and frustrated. THANKFULLY, Andrea was given our call and she did EVERYTHING she could to help. She provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. And while we did not get a refund, she helped in finding a resolution and we could not be happier with her. Ashley's is blessed to have her and if you go in for furniture seek out Andrea to help you. Purchased dining set in ashley west covina 4 July. Delivered 13 July. Found two barstools were defect. Two out of four legs are not touching floor, makes it wobbly. Last week Saturday 20 July ashley repairman came to try to fix these D546-524 swivel barstool. the type that is heavy and sturdy and it has no level to adjust. He couldnt do nothing to fix it AND today 27 July at 9pm he came for the second time. Name is Romeo. Very fine young man. He took a photo of all the codes and labels under the barstools and told me to expect ashley team to reach me back in 24 hours. Please help me to get the right goods as soon as possible. This set is not a cheap set. It costs me $1500. And i used to trust Ashley s reputation. It s really disappoint me to get defect products like this from Ashley. Order number 151198620

I went into aShley furniture on fourth of July to Buy and see the furniture and home decor items. I did make a purchase of three different mirrors, and they said they would be delivering it to my home. It was a very very hot day, and it was around 1 PM in the afternoon. I asked for water, and they said the store doesn't have water. They said they have a welding machine and I can buy water. Ok Was quite astonished that a store like aShley furniture which I consider a good store doesn't even have water for their guests who are coming and making purchases. It is very sad to see that basic necessity like water is not there in the store.

We went to Ashley’s Furniture today to purchase Dining set and Sofa set and coffee table set. George Simpson was the associate who helped us choosing our favorite styles. Stay away from Ashley unless you are 100% sure the product is exactly what you want. We received coffee table and didn't realize it has wheels on it until afterwards. We would have examined more thoroughly or thought twice before we accepted the delivery if the delivery person did not say we have 7 days to return. We checked the website and found no where mentioned the wheels on the table. We complained online. PS. Because we purchased in store for an online item, online chat can’t help with any issues AT ALL! Nothing they can do. We went to the store. The front mean lady brushed us off by saying if the item is in our house, nothing they would do. Basically Ashley hired the third party, delivery company, to lie to us about the return so we would sign off the delivery quickly. THATS HORRIBLE! We don't even want the money back. We just want to exchange with another item! Please make sure to read all the fine print before purchasing from Ashley. I am awake at 2am because all I can think about is we got stuck with a piece of furniture we don't like. How upsetting that is. I found a news that Ashley settled on a class action lawsuit in December 2023. I might look into more detail and find some lawyer who’s experienced with this type of matter. Obviously one class action lawsuit isn’t enough to improve the way how they do business.

Make sure you like what you buy. If you have any complaints DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. We made that mistake the delivery drivers insisted we have 7 days to return the product. This is not true according to Ashley all sales are final and not returnable. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Shady.

The story is : On 05/16/2024, I went to buy furniture at an Ashley store located at 2753 E. Eastland Center Drive, Suite 2050, West Covina, CA 91791.Because I don’t speak English well, I found a sales who speaks the same language as me. I purchased furniture worth 1,220.70, which included 1,099.99, for the five-year warranty. Because I don’t speak English well, I was deceived into buying it by a salesperson named Lily without fully understanding the terms. Second, they sent the wrong mattress to me. Third, I chose the size of the bed according to the size chart provided by Ashley. When they delivered it to my home, the size chart and actual item did not match. Fourth, my house was just delivered, and I hope it will be kept clean, but the delivery staff from Ashley very bad during the installation process. I provided them with shoe covers, but they impatiently put them on and then impatiently took them off, dragged all the furniture onto my carpet and dismantled it, polluting all my carpet. Fifth, after delivering the furnitures, they forced me to sign the receipt quickly to accept the items. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. They were all willing to answer any questions I had about mattresses, tables, couches, and recliners. Such a great shopping experience. I was able to purchase what I needed and have it delivered and setup.

A female store clerk named Lily tricked me into buying it with a five year warranty and that the size of the mattress didn't match the size of the bed, so I went to the store, told them the mistake they had made, and asked for a return. Well there is a return policy once you buy it you can't return it but that's because of the mistake they made otherwise I would not be returning the bed and mattress. Then, they said the size was correct, but I measured it again and again and it wasn't correct at all, so there was a verbal conflict between me and the store. After that, found the manager and talked to him, the manager's attitude was even worse and no patience at all. This made me very angry and they still wouldn't let me return the bed which made the store a mess. Even the police came and tried to get us to stop arguing. When shopping at this Ashley store, the shopping experience is really bad. From the clerk to the manager, their attitudes are worse and worse than the last. Forget about the after-sales service, they will never pay attention to me. I don’t know how to look at it. Friends who have commented, can you give me some advice on how to reason with them? Overall pretty good experience. Ended up getting a lot of items there (sofa, bed, nightstands, chest) and the staff and manager were accommodating enough to throw in as many deals as they could. Since we went in across multiple days, we were helped by Manny and Dave. Both were great but Manny was exceptionally courteous and helpful and truly went above and beyond with his patience and attitude to make the purchase experience easy and enjoyable.

Upon entering the store, no one approached us to see if we needed any help. We were only greeted. We went to the rug section and found the rug we wanted to purchase. There was a salesman in the area, and I approached him to see if he could help us. He told me to go up front up for someone to help us. I had taken a picture of the rug we wanted. When we walked up front the salesman said what I needed help with. I showed him the photo and he ordered the rug. He stated that it would take a few days for us to receive it. It was probably the easiest sale the salesman had. I guess my biggest concern is that we did all the work and even though he got the sale. It left me me with the feeling if I wanted to return to the store for possibly a bedroom or living room set. I think not.

Worst service ever. After being told that my furniture would be delivered in 3 weeks, the day came and nothing. Not even a courtesy call to let me know of the delay. I contacted them and nobody could provide a date of delivery. I finally canceled my order. Two weeks later no refund, no communication, nothing. I’m disputing with my bank to get my money back. Lovely furniture but beware because their service department could care less about the customer.

I ordered a bedroom set of dressers and nightstand over a month ago for the "Presidents' Day sale" the first delivery was 3 weeks out from my purchase date. I didn't have a big problem with that. Then the first delivery came broken, and the second delivery replacement was broken as well. Tonight was the third "VIP" service delivery attempt , where they would inspect my items before they were delivered. The ETA for my furniture was noon then 4 pm then 7 pm and eventually arrived at 8 pm . Broken again , this time the crack was smaller but still visually cracked through the entire piece of wood. This has been a rough experience with minimal compensation options and still waiting for my order to be complete. Beware

The west covina location did an awesome job although the Colton warehouse said they had the items in stock and just go to west covina and pay then shined out later on that Colton they misled me they had none in stock and now it’s over a week out. Happy with west covina. Not happy with Colton.

The product isn’t up to standard. The chair was on a picture and we bought it because it looked good and we thought it would fit. Fast forward the chair was uneven so we called them so they can fix/return it. We called store manager and he told us to call the corporate office. We called the corporate office 8 times and they told us that the store manager will make the decision. Never gonna buy from this company again, you’re not able to return the product after one hrs delivery.

Honestly best customer service I’ve had shopping for furniture. Lily was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. I came in looking for new furniture for my living room and a new mattress. This Ashley's store is beautiful. It has a wide selection of wonderful furniture at an affordable price. Not only that, they have a wonderful employees such as Lily Fu. She's a wonderful young woman who is super helpful and definitely knows what she's talking about. So when checking the store, definitely ask for Lily Fu! She's Trilingual, speaks english, mandorin and cantonese.

Made a 5k purchase with my synchrony home card which at the time had 60 months 0% financing. Later I found out that they did it for 12 months. When I went to the store to fix the issue, the store manager told me there's nothing he or the store could do. Their mistake, which they won't correct, is now costing me 30% interest on a 5k purchase instead of 0%. How is the store manager going to tell me there isn't anything he can do to correct a store mistake? Seems like I they care about is making the sale. Only time I've been screwed by a salesman is not by a car salesperson, but a furniture salesperson. Be careful when doing business with Ashley Furniture in Covina. Bottom line, I they care about is the sale.

My husband and I purchased an Ashley's dining set from a smaller furniture store and before going home, stopped by Ashley Furniture, West Covina to look at area rugs for the set. Came into this Ashley Furniture location to look at Sectionals. Was met at the entrance by Andrea, who assisted in looking for the right furniture. Ended up leaving with a new sectional, bunk bed, and king bed! Andrea answered every question I had and was able to work with my budget, giving me the best options for each piece of furniture. From 1st point of contact and all the way to final sale, he was suppurb in customer service and took understanding of our needs to assist in making our purchase smooth and seemless. His recommendations aligned so well with our needs and I am grateful that we had the opportunity to meet and complete our purchase with him. We also had the opportunity to meet the manager, Sean. He was so helpful and being a fellow Marine, he also understood needs for my Father who is a disabled veteran. Ashley Furniture in general is made well but can be a bit pricey I do like a lot of their designs and they definitely have a variety of styles. I was disappointed that they do not bring customers orders to the facility in which a customer placed their order but instead the customer has to drive out to Colton, Ca. To their warehouse, just made far more sense to bring the customers order to the facility in which it was placed.

We always find what we’re looking for, they have a variety of styles to choose from. The sales people are not pushy, they are helpful but are not trying to pressure you to buy anything.

The salesperson was very helpful and gave us a great deal on our purchases. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the sofa I was purchasing wasn’t on display at the store.

Bad experience because the rails of the night stand, dresser do not work properly. The leather sofa has more than 6 holes on the left arm side and the chassis. They sent the technician to my house, the technician saw the holes on the sofa then said this is more than 50% damage, can not be fixed, it must be replaced, also advised us not to accept the new one if there is any damage again. The sofa was delivered to my house on 12/28/2023, some holes on the left arm side were found and reported to the store in West Covina in person. They said they would order the parts and send a technician over to fix it when we receive the parts. The technician came in 1/17 but found that the damage is more than the part he can fix. He said he would report it to the store but a day past, no one from Ashley contacted me…. Very bad experience….

My sofa was not used until delivered months later 10/2020… 3 yrs later it’s falling apart and the warranty company without in person inspection denied to fix it. They were so kind to recommend out of pocket repair. My last couch from Costco lasted 10yrs. Never again from this retailer or associates.

Bought a sofa on black friday, and they gave a delivery date on Dec 15. They called to delay it to the 22nd. They called again to delay it another 10 more days wtf! All this and theres still a. 60 dollar delivery fee. Awful.

Overpriced, and the couch frame is already damaged from regular wear over 2 years. They sell you insurance that is basically a scam I've been trying to file a claim for months with the company and I can't get ahold of anyone they the website, phone or email. Very disappointedEdit : so it's two years after I left this review and I am updating to add that our dining set is also in shambles. The table held up pretty well. But one chair completely broke, and another chair is starting to become loose in one of the legs. We don't jump on our furniture lol we're not rough at all. We just sit down like normal people.Also, our coffee table got a chip in it and inside the chip you can see that it was not real wood as they claimed it was it was particle wood I believe it's called . Basically same as IKEA material.The lamp we bought was a spider fit. One of the legs on the spider fit completely broke off, so it was just lopsided. I had to just throw the whole lampshade away.Changing my review from three stars to one because almost everything we bought fell apart

My furniture arrived damaged and it’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten the complete replacement and there’s always an issue. Many people have visited my house. I can’t even get a discount for all the inconvenience. There’s no compensation and it’s sad.

Had a great experience with Daniel he took care of me and my wife finding us a great deal on our bed set. was so satisfied with his customer service I returned again even after having a unpleasant experience with my brand new mattress, I notified the store of the mattress being too soft and bending in the center it felt completely different then the mattress I was shown at the store. Felt like a soft pillow top mattress when it was supposed to be a firm. I wasn’t even sleeping on it but they’d notified me that there was no returns when the mattress wasn’t even a week old. I am basically stuck with this mattress and forced to pay it off. I later went to another store where they completely brushed me off and said they would help me but help never came, I decided to go back to Daniel over at Ashley’s because I felt like he was an actual sincere person who understood my situation and helped me get into a mattress that was actually going to be rite for me. Moral of the story be sure you actually test the merchandise before the delivery team leaves now I have 2 brand new mattresses and only using one.

Daniel helped me out, and he was extremely patient with me and knowledgeable. I wanted something that was not to soft nor to firm and he suggested a plush medium firm mattress. It was delivered quicker than I expected! And thanks to Daniel I've been sleeping wonderfully. I definitely recommend him he is a very respectful, professional, and patient man. It is really A zero star review. Don't buy from this company. They promise to deal with issues "right away" which apparently means making you wait for a missing power transformer for ten additional days, after you've already waited a week and a half for your recliner for a week and a half and paid $100 delivery charge for the privilege. They happily take your money and then offer no meaningful help. They are complete liars from top to bottom, including the salespeople, the delivery people, who happily took the tip i gave them to the customer service people who would only talk in circles. I get better service from the local freight salvage store. This is the first and last time i will buy from these a-holes! Once bitten, twice shy!

I purchased a dining room set from this store, and I am happy to recommend them, and specifically my salesperson Daniel, who was courteous, very professional, and helped me to ensure proper delivery when some issues came up, elevating concerns all the way up to his manager when needed. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is unrelated to the store itself, but rather the inventory allocation by the Ashley warehouse system, which created the delivery issues that I alluded to, though once we got everything settled, they were very communicative and delivered everything early in the day and with excellent care and speed.

We had a great experience with our sales associate Daniel Salina’s. He was so helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He listened to our needs and answered our questions. He was helpful and called us back quickly to answer questions and help us with our order.

I had the worst customer service by an employee at this location. I went in to this store on saturday with no intention of purchasing anything, but as i walked in the store i saw a sofa that caught my eye, we ended up doing the purchase right away. The salesman was very nice and helpful, as we are doing the sale we start asking how does the delivery work so he explains the 3 different options they have so we chose to pick up the item ourselves he says yes just call the warehouse to set up an appointment if you wish to go tomorrow it's only about 20 minutes from here. We complete the sale, walk to the car and decided to call right away to set up the appointment just to find out that the sofa was backordered. We go back into the store and spoke with the manager Shawn. He was so apologetic and sorry about the situation he said he himself was gonna call and see if he can locate it somewhere else and was gonna also give us a discount. I called today because he hadn't called me back, I spoke with Judith and she said he was with a customer and he would call me back. I called back an hour later and she said oh umm yeah he is still busy but we tried looking for ur account and couldn't find it, she asked for my number again, once again she says yeah i cant find it, when I'm looking at it on the contract. She once again says yeah well cant find it, someone that cares about the customer would of picked up the phone and made a 2 minute phone call to ask for alternative number or the customer/account number. I offered to give her the account number she puts me on hold for 3 seconds, comes back saying okay yea unfortunately that's the soonest date for the sofa. I was impressed how quickly she called different locations to locate it lol not only she didn't do that i never told her a date so how can she response with that i only said they told me its backordered, when its backordered there's no ETA so means she lied, i once again ask to speak with the supervisor Shawn but continues to say his busy. Mind you through the whole conversation she keeps putting me on hold to ask someone about my questions. I think that at this point she should just say let me transfer you to someone that can better assist you. Well after all this i say so your pretty much telling me Shawn doesn't want to speak to me, she says ummm ummm yeah! i say yeah what? She says a huh. I said you know what cancel my order, she says is that what you want, i say YESSSS that what i just said. Goes on by saying they will cancel it tomorrow with no explanation as to why it can't get done that same day i start asking more questions and once again i get put on hold. Someone else comes to the phone not introducing herself and goes on by saying so like she told you your item is back ordered if you want to cancel it you can cancel but Shawn is busy so he cant talk to you, if you still want to talk to him you need to come to the store and so you know his about to go home. I say so your asking me to drive 1 hour to your store because you don't want to transfer me she says look we already gave him your message and we can't force him to call you back you cant expect me to go in an bother him to give him your message how unprofessional is that gonna be. I was like so clearly you care about the customers her worry is to bother Shawn, i then ask to speak someone above him and she says you gotta call corporate and hangs the phone on me. Its 1 pm and still have not received a courtesy call from him or the email about the cancelation. Never again am i gonna make any business with Furniture store.

Terrible experience at this store. Long time Ashley customer so took my sister there who was looking to buy a living room set she liked my recliner couch and wanted something similar for her house. Once we got to this location we see an add for a great deal so my sister gets super exited and was in love with a set of 3 power recliners that were on sale we ask for help and an eager sales rep is ready and waiting to make the sale. We point to the sign that was placed right on top of the power recliner set and ask is this the correct price for this set was were told yes of course. So my sister in a hurry said great I will take them. Once she was about to sign I noticed the price had almost doubled. So I told her wait hold on look at the price what happened. Then the sales rep just pulled the tablet away from us and walked away when we followed her asking her to explain why the price had changed she acted annoyed and kept saying you really think that’s the price for power recliners so I asked for a manager and Yao Ming came after 20 minutes and in a very dismissive attitude said that the add was correct. I let him know that the add said nothing about manual or power in it and further more the add was placed on the power recliners so that would be false advertisement. Specially if there is nothing labeling the couch or the add. He refused to admit there was any wrong doing and that him and his staff were in the right and walked away before he did I asked for the corporate office number and he did give me one ( that needed up being the incorrect info by the way) All in all it was a terrible experience one I wish I had never put my sister and nephew through and one I feel responsible for. I kept reaching out to corporate but with the holidays and everything had not heard back. Decided to give Ashley’s in Long Beach a chance yesterday since we were doing some shopping there anyway and oh my goodness I’m so glad we did! Talk about a difference!!!! They were great!!!! Faith restored!!!! Thank you Richard Store Manager!!!!! You made me believe again!!!!

My mom and I had the worse shopping experience ever.we purchased a set of sofa that worth more than $3000, due to some computer/credit card issue, we were being charged twice, which I was not mad about, but when the salesman walked us to the finance/billing department to get a refund on the extra charge, the lady behind the counter gave us an attitude and a cold shoulder right away as if we have done something wrong or like we were causing trouble. she said I would get an email in a few hours to confirm the refund but of course I want a proof of refund right away because of the high amount, the unpleasant gesture that she gave me really upset me so I asked for the manager to voice my displeasure; however, when the manager Shawn came over, he just brushed me off...we would never shop there again

DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I have purchased quite a few items from here. I bought a recliner just over 5 years ago along with the extended warranty. My chair broke. Went into the store and inquired about getting it fixed, knowing I would have to pay for it. Was given the parts department number. When I called "Margie" wanted nothing to do with me or even trying to help. Was transferred to Amy, a supposed supervisor who put me on hold to transfer me to consumer affairs, no one ever came on. I stayed on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was still on hold when I walked into the store AGAIN. Was told Sean, the manager, was off since the remodel has taken up so much to do and it was his first time in 18 days. The second person in charge couldn't help and didn't know how to help us either. Chair is still broken and know one from Ashley wants to help

Started looking last month for items I needed to replace. I found what I loved. Came in today to make my purchases. To my surprise both items I wanted were involved in the Black Friday sales event. So not only did I purchase some fantastic furniture I saved about half of the original price. A savings I greatly appreciated. I had a couple of accident due to my kids but the protection plan (5yr Furniture Plan) never took place all because it wasn’t done their way. This all happened within the year, as now I had a tear and the warranty can’t take place. And now when I asked for a refund they only want to refund $80. WHAT A JOKE! I need all of my money back! Be ware DONT let them get to you with this lie of protection. It doesn’t do anything!!! I EMAILED THEM BASED ON THEIR COMMENT OF MY REVIEW. AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM🫢😂. STOP WITH THE LIESSSS🤷🏽‍♀️

ASHLEY furniture is absolute trash. Do NOT buy your furniture here. Once you purchase anything they basically do not care about any issues you have or to even attempt to provide basic customer service. We have bought many furniture pieces and there's always something wrong and they refuse to help. Don't even bother buying their "protection" plan. They try to say they basically don't cover anything, what the heck did I pay for then?This time around was the last straw. We purchased an almost $3k sectional with some other pieces. Well, when we received it it seemed okay, but as we started using it we noticed one side of the sectional kept its shape and the other didn't. One side looks lumpy no matter how much you fluff it up, and the other side stays nice and smooth. When we received the couches everything looked fine, we opened up two of the pillows to check the inside- unfortunately, it happened to be the two sections of the couch that do have the original stuffing that doesnt get lumpy. Turns out half the pillows have a nice stuffing with casings and the other half has this lumpy stuffing with no casings. I called about it and they basically said "oh well, the factory changed it and there's nothing we can do about it" after telling them that it's unacceptable they said fine we will send a tech to basically tell you the same thing in person. So they scheduled for the tech to come and he was like "well why didn't you check them when you received them?" Ummm because it's not my job to do YOUR company's QA!? The audacity.So the final solution was that they sent 3 boxes of the new stuffing with no cases and basically were like "fluff them yourselves".

The store manager is racism. He discriminate us because we are Chinese.Our bed came with big damage and dressers have a lot cracks. We have no where to sleep because the damaged furniture cannot be installed. I have to take my two babies out for hotel. The customer service said we could ask local store for compensations because a lot of people do that. Also we did get compensation from them several years ago for a damage sofa. It was my aunt called them shes white people. But I came today, the manager said they won't do the compensation for us with very bad attitude. It's so unfair to be discriminated. most of the customers are Chinese people cuz we are rich. That's why you guys hire these Chinese sales. Shame on you the store manager

We went to the Ashely Furniture in West Covina, an was helped by David. He was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Great customer service. He answered all my questions about Cloth and Motor warranty and accidental damage and if we wanted to extend the warranty further. He provided us with great options on Sofa, Loveseat with recliners combos and gave measurements of all sets we were looking at. He gave us time to think about our purchase, with no pushy sales tactics. He was very understanding with 2 wild boys running around as they looked and played with all the different sofas we looked at. My boys played with all the power recliners. To make sure they were working for us. We will definitely come back to purchase more furniture. Thank you again David for the great service. You made our purchase enjoyable. Be careful doing business at the West Covina Ashley store. They did a bate and switch on me with a $1,600 adjustable bed base. The sales person and Sales Manager Lino G. showed me there top of the line Ashley Adjustable base, which I liked all the features and agreed to buy, but I was sold a lower end model. I did not know this till after the base was delivered and accepted the delivery. I returned to the store the same day to tell them they made a mistake and even agreed to pay the $650 price difference but they said since I accepted the delivery they can't change the item. I called corporate and they agreed to fix the mistake but after contacting the West Covina store and them saying they sold me the correct item. Corporate said they can't do anything about it because the store is saying they sold me the correct item. So think twice before buying anything from the West Covina Ashley’s and expect zero remedy from corporate if a mistake is made. Sales manager was Lino G. and store manager Shawn S. To top it off the base is not flat so it makes my new $3,000 mattress sag in the middle.

I bought complete furniture sectional,TV Entertainment, a recliner dining room table, a rug. The first week I had had to call technician they have been to my house at least eight times they're rude, i'm not very happy and when I wouldn't recommend anybody, sam's are nice, cause they work out the commission they need to be nice to us when you get your stuff, it's broken-down. STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE LIARS! Do not shop Here. The salesman will all tell you you have up to 72 hours to exchange or return any item if you’re not happy, but the management and support staff later on will tell you it’s up to corporate to accept returns after you accept Delivery. I asked one of the salesman why they even offer the verbal 72 hour return policy and he said if they didn’t people wouldn’t shop there. When you call corporate, you’re told it’s up to the store manager. Very unethical and very unprofessional when it comes to returns. We endured so much back-and-forth. We spent four trips, back-and-forth to their store and a week of calling the store and corporate just to be told they’re waiting for the approval from the store or corporate to get back to them. We spent $6000 on a three piece sofa set and only wanted to return one of the small pieces. This is definitely not the end of our efforts. My wife and I are very committed to making sure people know how bad our experience was with Ashley furniture. The owner of Ashley furniture need not reply to this review. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with any furniture company!

David.N did it again with his great service. We came back to purchase additional furniture for our home & he made our purchase easy & yet again extremely patient/helpful. Recommend him if you need assistance 10/10.

Be aware of the Return Policy- ask up front and record it with video. They don't tell you you have to call corporate to get "approval." We purchased a 3 piece sofa recliner set in August 2023 at the West Covina location, and when I asked the sales manager if I could return an item if it didn't fit in our room, he said "yes, within 72 hours- just call us." When we tried to return the love seat within 24hrs, the Store Manager refused, and is not acknowledging that his salesperson and sales manager told us that. They are not being transparent and honest about their return policy up front- they keep telling you the policy changed and it's in the sales contract- Please be aware that you have to call corporate in the east coast, to get approval, supposedly- But when you call corporate, they say they have to confirm with the store manager that they approved the return or that they said within 72hrs- but the store manager Sean, in West Covina is flat our denying it and not being helpful. We have been going back and forth to the store and calling Corporate's Escalation Dept many times. This is so stressful and upsetting- this will be the last time, we shop at Ashley Furniture. I wish we would have gone to Living Spaces first- they have a 7 day return policy, for any reason.

I walked into Ashely’s just to look around. Even though I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Daniel really made me feel at home with his service.

I have had a horrible experience and will never shop here again. First off, my item arrived damaged. When I complained, I was told they would send a technician to repair it. I bought a brand-new item that shouldn't need repairing and shouldn't be damaged. After they "went to bat for me" to get me a replacement item (which is a complete joke to me because OF COURSE they should replace a damaged item), the replacement arrived and was more damaged than the first. I am now three weeks into this process and have had to spend A LOT of my time speaking with Ashley Furniture customer service. It's funny because their return policy states when you return something, it has to be damage free, yet they can deliver you a damaged item and it's supposed to be perfectly acceptable? Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
