Jose was very pleasant and patient showing me difference styles and colors of the sofas, cocktail tables, lamps. I was not sure the type of sofas I was going to get was undecided and the color but he assisted me and he did not rush me. I will definitely request Jose for my future purchases at Ashley HomeStore.

I knew what I wanted and ordered the furniture. Justin helped me with my purchase. He was professional and was very helpful. The only part of the transaction I was not trilled with is the amount of paperwork Ashley requires you to sign. You would think you were taking out a bank loan. Way too much paperwork. That was the only frustrating part. The day prior I bought something off the floor and there was more paperwork than ordering the furniture.

I got a really good deal on my table and chairs, 75% off regular price. The sales man "Mike" was very nice and helpful. The manager, Charles, was not nice at all. never made eye contact, seemed very upset, and because the savings I got was way lower then they get, he didn't let me finance it on my Ashley card.
Andrea was over the top professional and extremely helpful in checking out if all of the items I was looking for were in stock. Also very patient and courteous with all of the questions I had. It was truly a pleasurable experience! Thank you Andrea!!!

our experience was great! Mike Costello was very patient with us and helpful. He wasn't babysitting us and allowed us privacy to discuss amongst ourselves what we liked or didn't like about a product. we walked in looking for outdoor furniture and walked out with outdoor furniture, couch, and tv stand. Everyone walking by us also asked if we needed help or had any questions, which was great also. Mike had a great sense of humor and so did Charles, Store Manager. we will be back again!

Very good sales person. The quality of product is good. I love my new Leather sofa set.. I would come back to Ashley to get my next furniture again. The delivery is on time. Except by accident they broke my tiles on the entry door.
I've shopped online at Ashley HomeStore and was satisfied with the products and the service. My first time shopping there in person, however, was not as smooth or satisfactory. I walked into the West Covina store with a list of items I intended to purchase. I wandered around for awhile, trying to find the right desk, nightstands and a sleeper sofa. I saw salespeople around, but no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I finally went to the front of the store and found a young man at the desk who was willing to help me. He was very friendly, and eager to assist me in my search. After looking at various pieces of furniture (most of my selections were unavailable, and expected delivery dates were indefinite) I finally found a desk that happened to be available at the warehouse. The salesman wrote up the purchase, but in order to complete the transaction we had to move around to three different computers before he found one that actually worked. I was not impressed by the technology this company has. Instead of paying a delivery charge, I opted for pickup, thinking that Ashley has in-store pickup. Wrong!! My boyfriend and I had to drive 40 miles to Colton to the warehouse there to take delivery of the desk. The desk is nice and wasn't difficult to assemble (we just had to attach the legs). All in all, I still don't think I will be a repeat customer. A few days later, I went to Living Spaces in Monrovia and was able to purchase the remaining furniture on my list. The nightstands were in stock. I paid the delivery charge, although we could have picked them up at the store if we had had our van. The sofa is special order, and they were able to give me an estimated delivery time. It's so much easier dealing with Living Spaces!
Horrible delivery service! Did not come the time everything was supposed to arrive. They delayed the time twice and at the end of the day never! Showed up. Spent all day waiting tried contacting several numbers and no one would answer!
Rarely choose to write a review on a company but I do wish to share my horrible experience with Ashley’s. I placed an order March 26, 2021 and was given a delivery date of April 15, 2021 for my purchase. In good faith waited for my delivery date and was told I will be receiving communication for the delivery time as the date approaches. Come April 15 I hadn’t received any notice of what time they’ll be arriving so I did what any person would do and called to know the status. I called and was told my purchase was delayed an additional month and supposedly someone had spoke to me to inform me. That was the first lie I was told. I choose to cancel my order at that time. I was told it’ll be cancelled. I received a voice message two days later from the sales associate who “helped” me and left a message saying he heard what happened *giggled* at the situation and said his manager wanted to help me out. I never returned the phone call because I had already chosen to cancel my order. I allowed time to receive my refund and nothing. I called again asking about the status of my refund and was told the order wasn’t cancelled. At this point it was May. Wow. Told them again cancel the order and give me my refund of $700 I had paid them cash. According to the associate they will make sure my check refund gets sent ASAP and confirmed my mailing address. This was May 25th and I expected my refund mid June. I gave them time for my check to arrived. Mid June and still nothing. At this point it’s been almost 3 months since I cancel the order and haven’t been refunded for an order that was never fulfilled. I got tired of being lied to and getting the run around so I went to the store on July 3rd. The associate who I spoke to told me a check was mailed but to my old mailing address. She was going to submit a request to do a stop pay and have the check reissued to me but it may be delayed because of the holiday weekend. A week later July 10 the refund check magical arrived to my correct address. Such a horrible experience. I shouldn’t be chasing this company for a refund of my own money. I use to have respect for this company but I most definitely will not place an order with them again.
They told me I could buy a couch and if I change my mind they give me a refund. I asked for my refund because I found a better couch cheaper it going to take over a month. I would not recommend buying from them. They really will tell you anything to make a sale. They had to issue taking my money Immediately but I can’t believe it’s going to take over a month for me to get a refund.
I'm very disappointed as I believed this to be a reputable company. The order was late over a week so I canceled it but no one returned the money. Called customer service, the warehouse, and went into the store and I'm just getting lies
