Highly disappointed at this store. My Sales Associate didn't take the time to understand my needs and kept trying to voice her opinion on what I was already prepared to purchase. It soon became apparent that the Associate was a new employee and that she lacked sufficient training. 5 different Store Managers arrived to help at various stages of the purchase process, but what was very disturbing was that there was not one Manager assigned to help her throughout the entire process so she could understand the required procedures. What should have taken less than 20 minutes for the paper pushing during the purchase process, took more than an hour with all the help she needed. I fault the Managers for not providing sufficient training, but the Associate's attitude and customer service needs to be addressed. I will not be going back to this location.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. Took them over a month to process my refund. Cancelled my purchase without my authorization. Never followed up on my return or told me my furniture was cancelled. Nobody answers the phone at this Ashley store. I would NEVER shop here again. Please do not support this terrible place. They steal from you as well. I still haven’t received $300+ on my month long return. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I wouldn’t buy from them again. Too salesy, poor return policy, delivered incorrect order which still hasn't been resolved after 3 weeks. Read their Yelp reviews--they seem more authentic. A salesperson recommended a 9” box spring/foundation that ended up making my bed way too high even after I gave him all my measurements (he quit a week later). No returns for mattresses and foundations which is a disadvantage compared to online mattress companies and some department stores. I had to buy another foundation that was low profile, but at least they offered it at the manufacturer’s price. Delivery men ended up dropping off a 9” foundation instead of the low profile 5” I had reordered. I had even asked them whether it was 5” cause it looked high, they said yes, I measured it right after they walked out the door and realized the error, then ran out to tell them. I don’t think they understood English well because they looked at me, climbed into their truck and just drove away. I’m still shocked that happened. I had to wait another week for a technician to come measure the box spring to confirm it’s wrong then get the correct product. He even said it's crazy he had to come by, since I could easily measure it myself. It's been 3 weeks since, and I still haven't got the correct product. I've called 4 times already, and each time they just tell me to wait another 48 hours. It’s been a frustrating process, so be very sure you’re buying the right items the first time. But given that so many other stores have better policies and service, why risk it for such large purchases.
Worst experience ever! My mom bought a bed from this place almost four weeks ago and so far we haven’t received our bed. The first time they attempted to deliver, the bed rails were damaged. The second time they attempted to deliver, the bed frame was damaged and the screws were not the right ones. The third time, it was scheduled to be delivered this week and apparently there’s no trace of our delivery order. This is simply outrageous and just demonstrates that this company is not competent enough to deliver their overpriced products in a timely manner. We will cancel our order and go somewhere else.
If I could I would give this store no stars. The sales person was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately he told me when I placed my order that all my stuff was in stock, but it's been a month or so now and I am still waiting for my daughter's stuff. Had I known it would be this bad I would have never purchased anything from them. I don't know whats worse to be honest the way my kid is still missing pieces of her set or that when they brought my set the rails were broken and the tech Still wanted to put them on until my husband saw them. Then my drawers don't even work correctly. Never going back.
Store manager was rude, needs anger management and is a bully. He was rude to a elderly lady that had a complaint. He's a disgrace to the Latin race. West covina store need to get rid of him!
The Rep at the store was sweet but I received the wrong furniture twice! And the delivery team showed up with the wrong tools to assemble the bed twice!!! This has been such a headache. They are have the worst customer service reps. Theirs absolutely no sympathy shown on their part.
