When I walked in with my wife and son, we were greeted by Robert Moro. He offered his assistance, showed us around, checked in with us from time to time without ever making us feel rushed or under pressure, and he even remembered all of our names. Everyone we came into contact with at this store was very friendly and helpful. Came to buy a comfortable bed but Ashely wasn't here

Came in looking for a new dining set, Robert greeted us quickly and was really helpful the entire time. I have been in before and been a bit uncomfortable with the sales person hovering the entire time, but this experience was not like that at all. Not too many pieces in the store matched what we were looking for, but Robert was great at helping us find the ones that did and quick to find the answer for any questions that we had. If we decide to purchase one of the sets we saw we will most definitely be doing so with Robert!
Manuel and Anthony were very helpful and friendly. As soon as we got in the door the assisted us and got us exactly what we wanted for an amazing deal! Must come and check them out!

Our first time going into Ashley’s Furniture and we had a great experience. We were fortunate to get Justin as our sales representative. He went above and beyond to work with us and was truthful about everything. He was straight forward and a very friendly sales rep. We bought couches, an entertainment set and a bed. He gave us the best prices along with his supervisor George. Both of them made our experience great and we will be back soon to buy our dinning room set. Thank you for everything! I hope all your sales reps have the same customer service as Justin and George.
Great but they don't tell you at pickup in colton you need a reservation for same day pickup it's up to 3 hour before they can give you anything poor communication from the store to warehouse

We went Black Friday shopping and found a great deal on a beautiful sectional couch for $599! Manny was very helpful and found us great deals and a free blanket.
I bought a tv stand from here about 2 wees ago paid $100 for delivery and installment. William one of the associates assisted us. When the stand came pegs were missing and told delivery guys about it. They found it in the truck afterwards and defiant to install it they say their job is only delivery. They installed it after I told them that salesman me assured regarding installaton. After they left I noticed one of floor shelf missing. Had the chance to communicate with salesman he said he look into it after couple times sending text photos and 2 weeks after still no word from him. And still missing shelf floor. NOT HAPPY
